  1. Job 42, it's on page 542, and Kirsty is going to come and read for us there.

  2. Okay, Job chapter 42, verses starting at verse 7.

    Job 42 chapter mention

  3. After the Lord had said these things to Job, he said to Eliphaz the Tamanite,

  4. I am angry with you and your two friends because you have not spoken of me what is right as my servant Job has.

  5. So now take seven bulls and seven rams and go to my servant Job and sacrifice a burnt offering for yourselves.

  6. My servant Job will pray for you and I will accept his prayer and not deal with you according to your folly.

  7. You have not spoken of me what is right as my servant Job has.

  8. So Eliphaz the Tamanite, Bildad the Shuite and so far the Namathite did what the Lord told them and the Lord accepted Job's prayer.

  9. After Job had prayed for his friend, the Lord made him prosperous again and gave him twice as much as he had before.

  10. All his brothers and sisters and everyone who had known him before came and ate with him in his house.

  11. They comforted and consoled him over all the trouble the Lord had brought upon him and each one gave him a piece of silver and a gold ring.

  12. The Lord blessed the latter part of Job's life more than the first.

  13. He had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand yoke of oxen and a thousand donkeys.

  14. And he also had seven sons and three daughters.

  15. The first daughter he named Jemima, the second Keziah and the third Keren Hapuk.

  16. Nowhere in all the land where there found women as beautiful as Job's daughters.

  17. And their father granted them an inheritance along with their brothers.

  18. After this, Job lived 140 years.

  19. He saw his children and their children to the fourth generation.

  20. And so he died, old and full of years.

  21. Hang on, hang on.

  22. Well, there's sheets and pens going round.

  23. And if you want to make use of them, you can take notes.

  24. So we get to the end of Job.

  25. And thankfully, after many weeks of lots of suffering,

  26. suffering turned to healing and celebration.

  27. And that's what we're going to be thinking about.

  28. So have your Bibles open there at Job chapter 42.

    Job 42 chapter mention

  29. And we'll just ask for God's help as we look at this together.

  30. Let's pray.

  31. Our Father God, we thank you for this great book.

  32. The life story of a man who suffered much.

  33. Thank you for all that it has been able to teach us and instruct us.

  34. And we pray now that, again by your Holy Spirit,

  35. you would be teaching us afresh and helping us to see with fresh eyes

  36. the wonder of the new creation,

  37. of the healing that you bring to your people

  38. that is found in Christ.

  39. So please encourage us all today.

  40. In Jesus' name. Amen.

  41. Well, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel, Sleeping Beauty,

  42. do you remember them?

  43. Some of the great fairy tales that I'm sure you've all heard.

  44. But do you remember how they all finish?

  45. And they all lived happily ever after.

  46. That's what makes them great stories.

  47. That's why children love to listen to them.

  48. And that's why parents love to tell them to their children.

  49. It's what we all dream of.

  50. Because we all know what happily ever after means.

  51. It means the end of all the bad things that break and destroy our lives.

  52. And it means the end of all the suffering, heartache and pain.

  53. But the problem is that they are just fairy tales.

  54. They're not real tales.

  55. Real life does not always end happily ever after.

  56. During these weeks of going through Job,

  57. the book that I've mentioned to you before,

  58. A Place of Healing by Joni.

  59. As a teenager, she suffered a terrible accident,

  60. which has left her in a wheelchair for over 40 years,

  61. paralysed from the neck down.

  62. Listen to what she says about her desire for things to end well.

  63. Through all the years of my paralysis,

  64. I have longed, yearned, ached, wept and prayed for God's healing in my broken body.

  65. After 40 plus years in a wheelchair, however,

  66. I have settled into the realisation that in his love,

  67. sovereignty, far-reaching, perfect, but often incomprehensible plan,

  68. he has chosen to gently but firmly say,

  69. no child.

  70. Not now.

  71. Not yet.

  72. In fact, rather than discovering healing in her life,

  73. there seems to be more suffering in her life.

  74. Throughout the book,

  75. she tells how she's now dealing with excruciating pain,

  76. and in the epilogue of the book,

  77. she tells how she's just got news of breast cancer.

  78. It seems that real life is not a fairy tale.

  79. Real life does not always end with

  80. and they all lived happily ever after.

  81. But there is a story.

  82. It's not a fairy tale.

  83. It's a true story where everything does end happily ever after.

  84. Again, listen to Joni on this,

  85. as she thinks about happily ever after.

  86. Children seem to know.

  87. They realise that the world is full of wolves, trolls and big bad bears.

  88. They're aware that things aren't quite right,

  89. that's something wrong with the world.

  90. And we all want, we long,

  91. for that time when we will live happily ever after.

  92. When the prince will finally kiss us

  93. and we will wake up from this strange dream

  94. and enter true happiness and joy forever and ever.

  95. That's why faith in Jesus Christ

  96. is so satisfying,

  97. so fulfilling,

  98. for only in Christ is every longing fulfilled.

  99. every hope realised,

  100. every yearning for peace and wellbeing

  101. finally answered.

  102. In Christ is the culmination of that classic struggle

  103. and the defeat of all things evil

  104. when our wonderful Saviour will right every wrong

  105. and the Prince of Peace will be our King of Kings.

  106. There is a happy ending ahead.

  107. The true story of Job that we're looking at

  108. tells us what that happy ending is.

  109. In fact, the ending of Job in some ways

  110. is also our story.

  111. It's our story because it's the Gospel story.

  112. Because what happens to Job

  113. is a picture,

  114. it gives us a glimpse of the ultimate healing

  115. that is yet to come

  116. where God's children

  117. will live happily ever after.

  118. And in the epilogue of Job,

  119. these last few verses,

  120. we are given three pictures,

  121. or I've put together three pictures,

  122. that guarantees

  123. our ultimate healing.

  124. The first picture is this,

  125. that is about the suffering of Job

  126. and the sacrifice of Jesus.

  127. Job, as we've seen through the book,

  128. has suffered terribly.

  129. And to add to his personal grief and pain,

  130. he had three so-called friends who came along

  131. and for 21 chapters,

  132. they add insult to injury.

  133. This was their so-called comfort or wisdom to Job.

  134. This is, in a nutshell,

  135. what they were saying to him.

  136. They were saying,

  137. God punishes sin.

  138. Job, you're suffering.

  139. Therefore, Job, you need to repent

  140. so that you can be healed.

  141. But the reality is,

  142. as we've been seeing,

  143. that Job is actually innocent.

  144. He has done nothing wrong.

  145. Look at what God has to say about this in verse 7.

  146. 42.

  147. Chapter 42, verse 7.

  148. After the Lord had said these things to Job,

  149. he said to Eliphius the Temanite,

  150. I am angry with you.

  151. My judgment is upon you

  152. and your two friends

  153. because you have not spoken of me what is right,

  154. as my servant Job has.

  155. You see, it's not Job who's been in the wrong.

  156. It's the three friends who have been in the wrong.

  157. They are the ones who actually deserve to suffer.

  158. They're the ones who are guilty.

  159. They're the ones that have spoken wrong against God.

  160. Now, you place yourself into Job's shoes.

  161. After all of these things that have happened,

  162. how would you treat these so-called friends

  163. after everything they've said and done?

  164. Go on, secretly,

  165. what would you like to do to them?

  166. Hmm?

  167. Pull their fingernails off one by one or something?

  168. Hmm?

  169. Well, how Job responds to his friends

  170. is actually a picture

  171. of how Jesus responds to us.

  172. Look at the middle of verse 8.

  173. Look at how he responds to them.

  174. Middle of verse 8.

  175. My servant Job will pray for you

  176. and I will accept his prayer

  177. and not deal with you

  178. according to your folly,

  179. to your sin.

  180. You have not spoken of me what is right

  181. as my servant Job has.

  182. So Eliphaz, the Temanite,

  183. Bildad, the Shuite,

  184. Zophart, the Namathite

  185. did what the Lord told them

  186. and the Lord accepted Job's prayer.

  187. You see, how Job responds to his friends

  188. in this instance

  189. is a picture, I think,

  190. of how Jesus responds to us.

  191. Job has been the innocent one.

  192. Yet he is the one who prays for his friends.

  193. He acts on this occasion

  194. almost as a mediator

  195. between God and the friends

  196. so that they can be forgiven.

  197. Look what it says in the middle of verse 8.

  198. So that God will not deal with them

  199. according to their folly.

  200. They deserve to suffer.

  201. They deserve God's anger,

  202. as it says in verse 7.

  203. But in turn,

  204. they are shown mercy

  205. and grace.

  206. Now whenever we suffer,

  207. one of the first complaints we make is,

  208. God, that's not fair,

  209. or it shouldn't happen to me.

  210. As if somehow we have a right

  211. in this world

  212. not to suffer.

  213. As if something about our lives

  214. says that we should never have

  215. trouble or hardship.

  216. But the big surprise

  217. as we've seen through the book

  218. is not that we suffer,

  219. but why is God so gracious

  220. and merciful with us

  221. when we have rejected

  222. and rebelled against God so much?

  223. The question is not

  224. why do we suffer,

  225. but why do we not actually suffer more

  226. when we see the lives

  227. that we live?

  228. Like Job's three friends,

  229. we deserve so much more,

  230. but yet God responds

  231. with grace and mercy

  232. to his people.

  233. He doesn't treat us

  234. as we deserve.

  235. And this is the beauty

  236. of the gospel story.

  237. These are the things

  238. we long to read about

  239. and are true

  240. when we look at God's word.

  241. Job's friends

  242. had to make a sacrifice.

  243. We see that in verse 8.

  244. The seriousness of their sin

  245. is seen by the cost involved.

  246. Verse 8.

  247. So they are to take

  248. seven bulls

  249. and seven rams.

  250. Go to my servant Job

  251. and make a sacrifice,

  252. a burnt offering

  253. for yourselves.

  254. Now an offering like this

  255. was loaded

  256. with symbolism.

  257. The friends would

  258. take this animal,

  259. one of the animals,

  260. and they would place

  261. their hands on the animal

  262. as an act of identification.

  263. And then symbolically,

  264. not literally,

  265. it's like my sin

  266. being transferred

  267. to this animal.

  268. So that what happens

  269. to this animal

  270. should actually happen

  271. to me.

  272. So when this animal dies,

  273. when that throat is slit

  274. and the blood pours,

  275. they are saying,

  276. this death

  277. is in place of my death.

  278. I am the one

  279. deserving to die.

  280. That's what's going on

  281. with this sacrifice.

  282. But of course,

  283. all of this was to point forward

  284. to the real hero

  285. of the story

  286. who came to be

  287. our sacrifice,

  288. the complete sacrifice.

  289. Jesus was the one

  290. who beyond Job

  291. was truly innocent

  292. and suffered.

  293. He never did anything wrong.

  294. But yet he entered

  295. into this suffering world.

  296. He came into this world

  297. to take my sin.

  298. He came to take your sin.

  299. He came to suffer

  300. the punishment

  301. that you and I

  302. deserve to suffer.

  303. And by faith,

  304. which is this act

  305. of identification

  306. again with the Lord Jesus,

  307. our sins are transferred

  308. from us to Jesus.

  309. And if we could picture

  310. Christ on the cross,

  311. it's like we take the hammer

  312. and the nails

  313. and we crucify Jesus.

  314. With every blow of the hammer

  315. as the nails go into

  316. the hands and the feet,

  317. we are saying,

  318. this death

  319. is in place of

  320. my death.

  321. I deserve to die.

  322. But yet we are forgiven.

  323. We are not treated

  324. as our sins deserve.

  325. Instead,

  326. we receive mercy

  327. upon mercy

  328. and grace

  329. upon grace.

  330. This is the first step

  331. to our ultimate healing.

  332. as we find acceptance

  333. and forgiveness

  334. with our God

  335. and how we can live

  336. happily ever after.

  337. The second picture

  338. is one of a feast.

  339. The feast of Job

  340. and the welcome

  341. of Jesus.

  342. Thankfully,

  343. Job's suffering,

  344. it didn't last forever.

  345. It soon turned

  346. to celebration.

  347. Verse 10.

  348. After Job had prayed

  349. for his friends,

  350. the Lord made him

  351. prosperous again

  352. and gave him

  353. twice as much

  354. as he had before.

  355. What an amazing

  356. turn of events

  357. for this man.

  358. His life has been

  359. completely restored

  360. and to celebrate,

  361. he throws a party,

  362. a great feast.

  363. Verse 11.

  364. All of his brothers

  365. and sisters

  366. and everyone

  367. who had known him

  368. before came

  369. and ate with him

  370. in his house.

  371. and they comforted

  372. and consoled him

  373. over all the trouble

  374. the Lord

  375. had brought upon him

  376. and each one

  377. gave it a piece

  378. of silver

  379. and a gold ring.

  380. What an occasion

  381. that would have been.

  382. After all the suffering,

  383. all of that heartache

  384. and pain,

  385. Job is in his home

  386. surrounded with his friends

  387. and his family

  388. celebrating God's

  389. amazing goodness

  390. to him.

  391. But what's incredible

  392. about this feast is

  393. Job is celebrating

  394. this feast

  395. with those friends

  396. because they're there too

  397. who had caused him

  398. so much trouble.

  399. Job has opened his house

  400. as it were.

  401. The welcome has been given

  402. and they are there

  403. welcomed in

  404. to eat

  405. and to drink with him.

  406. And again,

  407. I think it gives us

  408. a picture

  409. of how this feast

  410. of Job

  411. is like the great feast

  412. of Jesus

  413. who welcomes

  414. people

  415. like you and me.

  416. We don't deserve

  417. to be there

  418. but yet we are invited

  419. and we are welcomed.

  420. It's as if Jesus

  421. has thrown open

  422. the doors

  423. of his home

  424. so that together

  425. we can eat

  426. and drink

  427. with him.

  428. This picture

  429. of this feast

  430. is common

  431. through scripture

  432. and it's carried

  433. on through the Bible.

  434. Have a look at Isaiah

    Isaiah 25 chapter mention

  435. chapter 25

  436. it's on page 708.

  437. Keep your finger

  438. in Job

  439. go to Isaiah 25

  440. it's on page 708.

  441. Isaiah 25

  442. starting at verse 6

  443. On this mountain

  444. the Lord Almighty

  445. will prepare

  446. a feast

  447. of rich food

  448. for all peoples

  449. a banquet

  450. of aged wine

  451. the very best

  452. the best

  453. of meats

  454. and the finest

  455. of wines

  456. on this mountain

  457. he will destroy

  458. the shroud

  459. that enfolds

  460. all people

  461. the sheet

  462. that covers

  463. all nations

  464. he will swallow

  465. up death

  466. forever

  467. the sovereign

  468. Lord will wipe

  469. away the tears

  470. from all their faces

  471. he will remove

  472. the disgrace

  473. of his people

  474. from all the earth

  475. the Lord

  476. has spoken

  477. what a feast

  478. that is going

  479. to be

  480. and this feast

  481. in Isaiah

  482. is the same feast

  483. that Jesus promises

  484. to all

  485. who will come

  486. to him

  487. go to Luke

    Luke 15 chapter mention

  488. chapter 15

  489. it's on page

  490. 1049

  491. the story

  492. is familiar

  493. the prodigal son

  494. the one who had left

  495. who had gone away

  496. and it gives us

  497. that picture

  498. of the son

  499. returning

  500. and the celebration

  501. and the feast

  502. that takes place

  503. we'll pick it up

  504. in verse 20

  505. Luke 15

    Luke 15:20

  506. verse 20

  507. so the son

  508. got up

  509. and went

  510. to his father

  511. but while he was

  512. still a long way

  513. off

  514. his father

  515. saw him

  516. and was filled

  517. with compassion

  518. for him

  519. he ran

  520. to his son

  521. he threw his arms

  522. around him

  523. and kissed him

  524. the son

  525. said to him

  526. father

  527. I have sinned

  528. against heaven

  529. and against you

  530. I am no longer

  531. worthy to be

  532. called your son

  533. but the father

  534. said to his servants

  535. quick

  536. bring the best robe

  537. put it on

  538. and put a ring

  539. on his finger

  540. and sandals

  541. on his feet

  542. bring the fattened cap

  543. and kill it

  544. let's have a feast

  545. and celebrate

  546. for this son

  547. of mine

  548. was dead

  549. and is alive again

  550. he was lost

  551. and is found

  552. so they began

  553. to celebrate

  554. that's what the good news is

  555. that's what the gospel story

  556. is all about

  557. people like you and me

  558. who do not deserve

  559. to be there

  560. get welcomed in

  561. to join in the feast

  562. and as it was in Job

  563. to share in that feast

  564. was a sign of acceptance

  565. and belonging

  566. to join in that celebration

  567. is that seal of approval

  568. that you are forgiven

  569. that you are treasured

  570. and of course

  571. this feast of Job

  572. with his friends

  573. is a glimpse

  574. of that ultimate

  575. and final feast

  576. the feast of heaven

  577. with God's people

  578. a feast where like Job

  579. look at verse 11 of Job

  580. a feast like Job

  581. where we are comforted

  582. and consoled

  583. not by friends

  584. and family

  585. but by God

  586. our Father

  587. who wipes away

  588. every tear

  589. this is the feast

  590. that we have been

  591. welcomed to

  592. so this is the second

  593. step to our

  594. ultimate healing

  595. and how we can live

  596. happily

  597. ever after

  598. the third picture

  599. is one of the

  600. blessing of Job

  601. and the promise

  602. of Jesus

  603. Job's suffering

  604. does come to an end

  605. and he experiences

  606. a complete renewal

  607. and restoration

  608. look at verse 12

  609. the Lord blessed

  610. the latter part

  611. of Job's life

  612. more than the first

  613. he had 14,000 sheep

  614. 6,000 camels

  615. a thousand yoke

  616. of oxen

  617. and a thousand

  618. donkeys

  619. double

  620. everything that he

  621. had before

  622. and he also

  623. had seven sons

  624. and three daughters

  625. verse 16

  626. after this Job

  627. lived

  628. a hundred

  629. and forty

  630. years

  631. he saw his

  632. children

  633. and the

  634. grandchildren

  635. to the fourth

  636. generation

  637. and so he died

  638. old

  639. and full

  640. of years

  641. how different

  642. this is

  643. to chapter 1

  644. isn't it

  645. where he experienced

  646. the loss of his

  647. family

  648. the loss of all

  649. his wealth

  650. the ruin

  651. of his health

  652. this is a

  653. complete

  654. and utter

  655. reversal

  656. of what has

  657. happened

  658. in fact

  659. his life

  660. that he has

  661. now

  662. can't be

  663. compared

  664. to his

  665. pre-suffering

  666. days

  667. it's an

  668. amazing

  669. transformation

  670. now we've

  671. got to be

  672. very careful

  673. as we read

  674. this

  675. not to read

  676. in what we

  677. call a

  678. prosperity

  679. theology

  680. into this

  681. and by that

  682. I mean

  683. the kind

  684. of teaching

  685. that says

  686. God rewards

  687. you

  688. and God

  689. is going

  690. to bless

  691. you

  692. if you

  693. do good

  694. things

  695. that's

  696. not what

  697. happens

  698. to Job

  699. look at

  700. verse 10

  701. after Job

  702. had prayed

  703. for his

  704. friends

  705. the Lord

  706. made him

  707. prosperous

  708. again

  709. and gave

  710. him twice

  711. as much

  712. as he

  713. had

  714. before

  715. Job

  716. prays

  717. for his

  718. friends

  719. not for

  720. what he

  721. can get

  722. from God

  723. but because

  724. he loves

  725. his God

  726. there's no

  727. ulterior

  728. motive

  729. he obeys

  730. God

  731. because he

  732. simply

  733. loves

  734. God

  735. and wants

  736. to do

  737. what's

  738. right

  739. God

  740. never

  741. promised

  742. to Job

  743. Job

  744. look

  745. I know

  746. your friends

  747. have been

  748. pretty bad

  749. to you

  750. but if

  751. you pray

  752. for them

  753. if you

  754. could just

  755. bring

  756. yourself

  757. to pray

  758. for them

  759. I'm

  760. going to

  761. make you

  762. prosperous

  763. no he

  764. never says

  765. that

  766. there's

  767. no such

  768. promises

  769. Job

  770. does

  771. what is

  772. right

  773. and God

  774. in his

  775. grace

  776. gives him

  777. more than

  778. he could

  779. ever

  780. imagine

  781. this is

  782. not a

  783. reward

  784. for something

  785. good he's

  786. done

  787. this is

  788. just

  789. simply

  790. the

  791. extravagance

  792. of God's

  793. grace

  794. just as

  795. Job's

  796. suffering

  797. is not

  798. a sign

  799. of a

  800. disobedient

  801. life

  802. so Job's

  803. healing

  804. is not

  805. a sign

  806. of an

  807. obedient

  808. life

  809. God

  810. responds

  811. in grace

  812. simply

  813. because of

  814. who God

  815. is

  816. not because

  817. of what

  818. we are

  819. or who

  820. we are

  821. but once

  822. again

  823. what we

  824. see happen

  825. to Job

  826. here and

  827. the blessing

  828. that comes

  829. to his

  830. life

  831. is a

  832. picture

  833. of what

  834. Jesus has

  835. promised

  836. to his

  837. people

  838. God

  839. in his

  840. grace

  841. has

  842. blessed

  843. us

  844. beyond

  845. our

  846. wildest

  847. dreams

  848. let's

  849. just

  850. take a

  851. look

  852. at what

  853. the

  854. risen

  855. Jesus

  856. has

  857. promised

  858. to his

  859. children

  860. let's

  861. go to

  862. Revelation

    Revelation 21 chapter mention

  863. chapter 21

  864. at the

  865. very end

  866. the

  867. ultimate

  868. healing

  869. of Job

  870. comes

  871. at the

  872. end

  873. just as

  874. our

  875. ultimate

  876. healing

  877. will come

  878. at the

  879. end

  880. Revelation

  881. 21

  882. let's pick

  883. it up

  884. in verse

  885. 3

  886. and picture

  887. this

  888. this

  889. is

  890. what

  891. is

  892. promised

  893. this

  894. is

  895. the

  896. blessing

  897. that

  898. is

  899. for

  900. all

  901. those

  902. who

  903. love

  904. and

  905. trust

  906. the

  907. Lord

  908. Jesus

  909. verse

  910. 3

  911. and I

  912. heard

  913. a loud

  914. voice

  915. from

  916. the

  917. throne

  918. saying

  919. now

  920. the

  921. dwelling

  922. of

  923. God

  924. is

  925. with

  926. you

  927. and

  928. he

  929. will

  930. live

  931. with

  932. you

  933. and

  934. you

  935. will

  936. be

  937. his

  938. people

  939. and

  940. God

  941. himself

  942. will

  943. be

  944. with

  945. you

  946. and

  947. will

  948. be

  949. your

  950. God

  951. he

  952. will

  953. wipe

  954. every

  955. tear

  956. from

  957. your

  958. eyes

  959. there

  960. will

  961. be

  962. no

  963. more

  964. death

  965. there

  966. will

  967. be

  968. no

  969. more

  970. mourning

  971. or

  972. crying

  973. or

  974. pain

  975. no

  976. more

  977. Job

  978. stories

  979. to be

  980. told

  981. for

  982. the

  983. old

  984. order

  985. of

  986. things

  987. has

  988. passed

  989. away

  990. no

  991. more

  992. suffering

  993. no

  994. more

  995. heartache

  996. and

  997. he

  998. who

  999. was

  1000. seated

  1001. on

  1002. the

  1003. throne

  1004. said

  1005. I

  1006. am

  1007. making

  1008. everything

  1009. new

  1010. chapter

  1011. 22

  1012. verse

  1013. 1

  1014. we get

  1015. another

  1016. picture

  1017. of what

  1018. this

  1019. promised

  1020. life

  1021. is

  1022. going

  1023. to

  1024. be

  1025. like

  1026. 22

  1027. verse

  1028. 1

  1029. then

  1030. the

  1031. angel

  1032. showed

  1033. me

  1034. the

  1035. river

  1036. of

  1037. the

  1038. water

  1039. of

  1040. life

  1041. as

  1042. clear

  1043. as

  1044. crystal

  1045. flowing

  1046. down

  1047. from

  1048. the

  1049. throne

  1050. of

  1051. God

  1052. and

  1053. of

  1054. the

  1055. lamb

  1056. that's

  1057. Jesus

  1058. down

  1059. the

  1060. middle

  1061. of

  1062. the

  1063. great

  1064. street

  1065. of

  1066. the

  1067. city

  1068. on

  1069. each

  1070. side

  1071. of

  1072. the

  1073. river

  1074. stood

  1075. this

  1076. tree

  1077. of

  1078. life

  1079. bearing

  1080. twelve

  1081. crops

  1082. of

  1083. fruit

  1084. yielding

  1085. its

  1086. fruit

  1087. every

  1088. month

  1089. a sign

  1090. of

  1091. prosperity

  1092. and

  1093. goodness

  1094. and

  1095. blessing

  1096. and

  1097. abundance

  1098. but

  1099. here

  1100. it

  1101. is

  1102. and

  1103. the

  1104. leaves

  1105. of

  1106. the

  1107. tree

  1108. are

  1109. for

  1110. the

  1111. healing

  1112. of

  1113. the

  1114. nations

  1115. all

  1116. suffering

  1117. gone

  1118. all

  1119. that

  1120. heartache

  1121. and

  1122. all

  1123. that

  1124. pain

  1125. all

  1126. the

  1127. battles

  1128. with

  1129. sin

  1130. all

  1131. the

  1132. trouble

  1133. that

  1134. we

  1135. live

  1136. with

  1137. in

  1138. the

  1139. world

  1140. the

  1141. leaves

  1142. of

  1143. the

  1144. tree

  1145. are

  1146. for

  1147. the

  1148. healing

  1149. all

  1150. gone

  1151. a

  1152. distant

  1153. memory

  1154. not

  1155. even

  1156. a

  1157. memory

  1158. all

  1159. gone

  1160. the

  1161. blessing

  1162. that

  1163. Job

  1164. experienced

  1165. at the

  1166. end of

  1167. his

  1168. life

  1169. is going

  1170. to be

  1171. our

  1172. experience

  1173. this

  1174. is what

  1175. is

  1176. promised

  1177. to

  1178. God's

  1179. children

  1180. this

  1181. is what

  1182. is

  1183. guaranteed

  1184. this

  1185. is the

  1186. third

  1187. step

  1188. to our

  1189. ultimate

  1190. healing

  1191. and

  1192. how

  1193. we

  1194. can

  1195. live

  1196. happily

  1197. ever

  1198. after

  1199. the

  1200. truth

  1201. is

  1202. we

  1203. all

  1204. love

  1205. fairy

  1206. tales

  1207. because

  1208. it's

  1209. what

  1210. we

  1211. all

  1212. dream

  1213. of

  1214. each

  1215. one

  1216. of

  1217. us

  1218. in

  1219. our

  1220. lives

  1221. we

  1222. long

  1223. we

  1224. yearn

  1225. for

  1226. our

  1227. lives

  1228. to be

  1229. made

  1230. better

  1231. and

  1232. for

  1233. this

  1234. broken

  1235. world

  1236. that

  1237. we

  1238. live

  1239. in

  1240. to

  1241. be

  1242. put

  1243. right

  1244. where

  1245. evil

  1246. is

  1247. banished

  1248. where

  1249. suffering

  1250. is

  1251. no

  1252. more

  1253. and

  1254. we

  1255. all

  1256. get

  1257. to

  1258. live

  1259. happily

  1260. ever

  1261. after

  1262. but

  1263. thankfully

  1264. there

  1265. is

  1266. a

  1267. real

  1268. story

  1269. there

  1270. is

  1271. a

  1272. true

  1273. story

  1274. where

  1275. our

  1276. dreams

  1277. do

  1278. come

  1279. true

  1280. that

  1281. story

  1282. is

  1283. the

  1284. story

  1285. of

  1286. Job

  1287. because

  1288. through

  1289. Job

  1290. we

  1291. actually

  1292. get

  1293. to

  1294. see

  1295. Jesus

  1296. we

  1297. see

  1298. Jesus

  1299. the

  1300. God

  1301. who

  1302. sacrificed

  1303. his

  1304. life

  1305. for

  1306. our

  1307. life

  1308. the

  1309. one

  1310. who

  1311. has

  1312. prepared

  1313. a

  1314. feast

  1315. for

  1316. us

  1317. and

  1318. has

  1319. welcomed

  1320. us

  1321. in

  1322. to

  1323. celebrate

  1324. it

  1325. the

  1326. one

  1327. who

  1328. has

  1329. blessed

  1330. us

  1331. and

  1332. promised

  1333. us

  1334. and

  1335. guaranteed

  1336. a

  1337. wonderful

  1338. future

  1339. of

  1340. course

  1341. God

  1342. may

  1343. choose

  1344. to

  1345. bless

  1346. us

  1347. now

  1348. we

  1349. may

  1350. experience

  1351. healing

  1352. in

  1353. some

  1354. measure

  1355. we

  1356. can

  1357. pray

  1358. for

  1359. healing

  1360. in

  1361. our

  1362. lives

  1363. and

  1364. we

  1365. should

  1366. pray

  1367. for

  1368. healing

  1369. but

  1370. sometimes

  1371. God

  1372. answers

  1373. no

  1374. my

  1375. child

  1376. not

  1377. now

  1378. not

  1379. yet

  1380. but

  1381. be

  1382. absolutely

  1383. assured

  1384. of

  1385. this

  1386. God

  1387. in

  1388. his

  1389. grace

  1390. and

  1391. mercy

  1392. is

  1393. upon

  1394. you

  1395. the

  1396. Lord

  1397. Jesus

  1398. will

  1399. keep

  1400. you

  1401. he

  1402. is

  1403. going

  1404. to

  1405. hold

  1406. you

  1407. in

  1408. your

  1409. hands

  1410. he

  1411. will

  1412. not

  1413. let

  1414. you

  1415. slip

  1416. or

  1417. let

  1418. you

  1419. fall

  1420. he

  1458. story

  1459. of

  1577. of

  1578. bitterness

  1579. or

  1580. anger

  1581. with

  1582. what

  1583. we

  1584. go

  1585. through

  1586. but

  1587. we

  1588. will

  1589. continually

  1590. look

  1591. to

  1601. grace

  1602. and

  1603. mercy

  1604. in

  1605. abundance

  1606. we
