Take a deep breath.
-
Let's set the foundation for today.
-
Repeat this after me.
-
Lord, today I am going to trust in you with all my heart.
-
I am going to choose to look beyond my own understanding and focus on you.
-
Sometimes wisdom looks less like figuring everything out and more like trusting God when you can't see the full picture.
-
Your understanding is limited, but his perspective is complete.
-
He sees what you cannot see and understands what you cannot understand.
-
Wisdom begins when trust becomes greater than control.
-
Proverbs 3, verses 5 and 6 says this: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
-
Spend a few moments thinking God that his wisdom is higher than your own.
-
Think about how his guidance has protected and directed you throughout your life.
-
Maybe there are situations where fear or uncertainty have made you rely only on your own logic.
-
Ask God to help you trust His wisdom even when you don't fully understand His timing or His process.
-
Let Him lead you with peace instead of pressure.
-
Allow trust to rise slowly within your heart.
-
We choose to trust you fully.
-
Lord, I know your wisdom never fails.
-
I choose to trust you fully.
-
Amen.
