Halloween Is DEMONIC | The Dark History & What the Bible Really Says

[SPEAKER_02]: Halloween is demonic.

[SPEAKER_02]: There is no sugar coat in it.

[SPEAKER_02]: There is no dance and around the fact.

[SPEAKER_02]: And today we're going to talk about the origin of it where it came from.

[SPEAKER_02]: How it was before it was titled Halloween, how Christianity tried to adapt the holiday.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then how we got to where we are today.

[SPEAKER_02]: If you are a believer and a follower of Jesus Christ, then this is going to be very important for you to watch.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna do something vastly different on this one, because my husband walked gathered, he's the one behind the camera, and when I first started waking up, I guess you would call it, and radically changing our lives, and making sure we were following Christ and reading my word every day, this is something he really struggled with was Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I did not want to participate in it anymore.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was done and for me to try to explain this to him was very hard because he's a history man.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he would just say there's nothing bad in it and that he's a Christ follower but yet this holiday is not demonic.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so there was a year period there where him and I were putting heads against this because I would not celebrate Halloween, but yet he thought it was still okay.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I really think that for this lesson, for anybody else out there that's struggling in this way, that maybe he can highlight something a little bit different for you and be able to show you what made him realize that Halloween is demonic and what made him finally be like, you know what, I'm done with this.

[SPEAKER_02]: So,

[SPEAKER_02]: If he wouldn't mind, I'm going to get him to sit in my chair and tell about the origins of Halloween and how he came to the conclusion that this is not what a Christ follower should participate in.

[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I got put in the hot seat.

[SPEAKER_01]: It would.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_01]: It was a hard one for me to give up was Halloween.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it was the tradition, which is what we've kind of fell into in our short times on this earth we follow and we follow traditions.

[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_01]: What our parents did, what our grandparents did, what we're taught.

[SPEAKER_01]: And a lot of times, that goes against what's in the book and what the truth is.

[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm kind of a hard-headed guy and once I get set on something, it's hard to change my mind, especially if you're not bringing the facts.

[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know, maybe I can help somebody, but I wanna talk about the history of Halloween.

[SPEAKER_01]: What is it?

[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'm not a big fan of going around pointing things out and calling it demonic.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just not.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, well, why is it?

[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what's the deal?

[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm not going to,

[SPEAKER_01]: blindly follow anything without the knowledge to back it up and I guess it's like the Bible says and it would says it all the time this work out your own salvation with fear and tremor and that's what we all have to do and when it comes to this if you're like I was and you're like there ain't nothing wrong with Halloween do me a favor sit with the Lord

[SPEAKER_01]: Get in your Bible.

[SPEAKER_01]: Go do your own research.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't take my word for it.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to tell you what I came up with.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't take my word for it.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't take Elwoods word for it.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't take Talwoods word for it.

[SPEAKER_01]: Go look yourself if you're like I was.

[SPEAKER_01]: And I believe you will find that it is not of God, any way you slice it.

[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to read some because I'm not going to get this wrong.

[SPEAKER_01]: But the ancient beginning of all this was Salon.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now

[SPEAKER_01]: With sowing, it goes all the way back to Ireland and Celtic traditions.

[SPEAKER_01]: And these were going on before Christ even walked the earth.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know, these traditions are so old and we don't have

[SPEAKER_01]: like a detailed account of exactly what they did, but what we do know is that it became associated with supernatural beings, spirits, and what they called the other world.

[SPEAKER_01]: And Irish folklore describes encounters between the living and supernatural beings during the season.

[SPEAKER_01]: So it started as a changing of the seasons and then they add these things, these supernatural spirits and divination and what we would now consider as witchcraft, you know, was a lot of that was formed through their culture.

[SPEAKER_01]: So a lot of the exact rituals of sal and are not like documented, but we know it wasn't good.

[SPEAKER_01]: And then would you have Deuteronomy open?

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, can you read Deuteronomy chapter 18, 10 through 12, 10 through 12?

[SPEAKER_00]: There shall not be found among you any one that make it his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that use a definition, or an observer of times, or an editor, or a witch, or a charmer.

[SPEAKER_00]: or a counselor, with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a newcomer, from all that do these things, are in abomination to the Lord.

[SPEAKER_00]: And because of these abominations, the Lord, I God, does drive them out from before thee.

[SPEAKER_01]: So God, pretty clearly, condemns divination, and speaking with the dead.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, it is what it is.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_01]: So now let's fast forward a little bit.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go 600 years or so past the resurrection of Christ.

[SPEAKER_01]: You've got Pope Bonifus IV, and what he did was he dedicated the Pantheon in Rome to Mary and the martyrs, to why he did 600 years after Christ was resurrected, and that dedication actually took place on May 13th, not on October 31st,

[SPEAKER_01]: but this observance ultimately became all Saint State.

[SPEAKER_01]: So now we fast forward the 8th century.

[SPEAKER_01]: We have Pope Gregory III.

[SPEAKER_01]: and he established all Saints Day and it's a religious observance honoring and remembering the saint especially faithful Christians believe to be in heaven this is not a this is not a commandment to do this this is not something that Christ told us to do but it's not a bad thing to do they put a day will honor the saints then they make all hellos Eve

[SPEAKER_01]: Hallow means a saint or a holy person.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's what Hallow means.

[SPEAKER_01]: And all Hallows the Eve was the evening before all saints day.

[SPEAKER_01]: And the name eventually shortened to Hallowine.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's where the name came from.

[SPEAKER_01]: OK.

[SPEAKER_01]: So that got me right there.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let's stop there.

[SPEAKER_01]: I've got more problems with this.

[SPEAKER_01]: But that's where the name Hallowine came from.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now, when you think of Hallowine, what do you think of?

[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think of honoring the martyrs?

[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think of celebrating them in any way or do we sit around tell stories of Paul and Peter and these Stephen?

[SPEAKER_01]: No.

[SPEAKER_01]: We watch Scary Movies.

[SPEAKER_01]: This is what people did, serial killers.

[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm over here like, not Halloween's not that bad.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's fine, but yet, we celebrate death.

[SPEAKER_01]: on this day.

[SPEAKER_01]: We try to make ourselves scared.

[SPEAKER_01]: We put ourselves in situations and there is no way you can do those things that it doesn't open a crack for the enemy to work through.

[SPEAKER_01]: There's just no way and that was a realization for me that came part and fast because I love scary movies.

[SPEAKER_01]: I love watching them.

[SPEAKER_01]: I love being scared going to haunted houses and things but the

[SPEAKER_01]: You're open and a crack.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_01]: No matter how you slice it or dice it.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_01]: So here's where I do have a problem those with.

[SPEAKER_01]: The all saints day and the and the what they add all souls days the next day, but it's Praying to the saints for intercession and I guess they still do this today.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not Catholic.

[SPEAKER_01]: I just fall across, but there's nowhere in that Bible No, that it says to pray to a saint for intercession No, I guess just not there absolutely and like this all souls day the attend mass offered for deceased believers pray for the souls of the departed

[SPEAKER_01]: You know, seeking indulgences under specific conditions and pray for souls undergoing purification and purgatory.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, okay.

[SPEAKER_01]: Hold on.

[SPEAKER_01]: Have.

[SPEAKER_01]: How am I?

[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: So if we want to go back and we want to say this is a Christian holiday for whatever.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go.

[SPEAKER_01]: Can you go to first Timothy chapter 2 verse 5, Bill?

1 Timothy 2:5

[SPEAKER_00]: Well, there is one God, one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's only one.

[SPEAKER_01]: Who do we pray to?

[SPEAKER_01]: We pray to Him.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_01]: He's sitting at the right.

[SPEAKER_01]: So, hands out of the Father, making an intercession for you and for me.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's not the saints.

[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way to spend that.

[SPEAKER_01]: So, if you want to try to make this whole thing Christian, it's just not biblical.

[SPEAKER_01]: No.

[SPEAKER_01]: So, ultimately, this is how I came to my conclusion that would

[SPEAKER_01]: There's nothing about the way Halloween is celebrated, what it is, and where it came from.

[SPEAKER_01]: that is right.

[SPEAKER_02]: You can slap lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's what happened when Christianity tried to adapt this holiday, is that they changed a few things about it, but the origin remained the same.

[SPEAKER_02]: And now we're living in this modern day world that has actually made it worse.

[SPEAKER_02]: Halloween has progressed now into something so twisted and demonic and Christians are celebrating it.

[SPEAKER_02]: That is why it's so important today for us to be able to bring light with these scriptures and show you that Halloween has always and will always be demonic.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_00]: You know Paul Rotten, Ephesians 5 and 8 said, have no fellowship, have no fellowship plus so ever with the unfaithful works of darkness.

[SPEAKER_00]: Also in 1 Corinthians chapter 10, he said, you cannot drink the cup of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 10 · chapter mention

[SPEAKER_00]: and the cup of the devil's.

[SPEAKER_00]: You cannot be part takers with the Lord's table and other table of the devil.

[SPEAKER_00]: And Halloween is absolutely demonic.

[SPEAKER_00]: It has been and I know that as a young boy raised up, all we do that it was just going to get free candy, trick or treat them, you know.

[SPEAKER_00]: But to get out there and there's all kinds of things takes place and the things that takes

[SPEAKER_00]: If they don't give you the candy, you soap their doors, you soap their windows or cars and everything else.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so it's just demonic and it's a time for it gives way for the demonic spirits.

[SPEAKER_00]: I was Satan to just absolutely run free.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so there's no place for it in the Christian life whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you, this day and time as we look, you can't go to a store, you can't go to a business, everything, it's a multi-big-and-dollar-year business, and Satan is having a day with it absolutely.

[SPEAKER_00]: So Halloween is demonic, have you slice it, dice it whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_00]: So children, as children, they need to figure out something else to do for their children than to dress them up whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_02]: participation means that you are willing to be a part of what it represents and you know I know a lot of people don't really trace the roots back and then you know there's also a sense of justification that one will want to participate in something that you will justify your actions thereof and you'll say well we're doing it on the light side you know we're just yeah

[SPEAKER_02]: We're dressing them up as characters that are, that are not really demonic, that they're just, you know, pretend they understand it's pretend and we're just going to trick or treat, or we're going to our church, trunk or treat, and however it may be to try to find this loophole, while I tell you what the loophole belongs to, the devil.

[SPEAKER_02]: the loop holes belong to the devil.

[SPEAKER_02]: He will try everything he can to be able to get you in a complacent, comfortable place of sin, and then when you're there, sin separates you from God.

[SPEAKER_02]: And if your desire as a Christ follower is to be as close as you can to Christ, you will want nothing to do with the darkness at all.

[SPEAKER_02]: No fellowship with the darkness in any manner.

[SPEAKER_02]: And

[SPEAKER_02]: I first want to talk about the roots of Halloween because you can trace it all the way back to the ancient Celtic festivals.

[SPEAKER_02]: And that is what Halloween was made for.

[SPEAKER_02]: It was a time where they felt like they could get closer to so many of the dead and the spirits of the dead.

[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, their celebrations was to dress up.

[SPEAKER_02]: Their celebrations was to, you know, have food offerings.

[SPEAKER_02]: And these things are so real, and yet Christians are blinded to the traditions of them.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's not a tradition of God, it's a tradition of man, and mankind made this holiday.

[SPEAKER_02]: And now this holiday was primarily demonic, it was for witches, it was for, you know, the demonic side, the demonic realm, and then the Roman Catholic Church decides to try to make it Christian.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, there was a time period where they were like, hey, let's take these demonic holidays and try to make them fit to where Christians can celebrate them to.

[SPEAKER_02]: Let's do kind of a takeover.

[SPEAKER_02]: But the problem with that is that the traditions didn't change.

[SPEAKER_02]: You can't sit here and change a tradition without changing the entire meaning and the participation behind it and the activities behind it.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so when it comes to Halloween, even if they tried to slap a label of all Hallows Eve or try to make it, you know, towards the Saints and the spirits of the Saints or however it was tried to be reconstructed, it failed.

[SPEAKER_02]: Now you look around.

[SPEAKER_02]: and you take our modern day society.

[SPEAKER_02]: You can't look back what they did.

[SPEAKER_02]: Take your modern day times right now, walk into any store and see the demonic sides you see.

[SPEAKER_02]: We do boards, you see skeletons, you see dead everywhere, death, things that represent

[SPEAKER_02]: death.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you see demonic things all around, and you can't participate in that as a Christian.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so the traditions at the root of them are demonic, no matter which way you go.

[SPEAKER_02]: From the old times when are they first started celebrating this Celtic festival, till now, even though they tried to bring Christianity into it, it still has nothing to do with Christ.

[SPEAKER_02]: Halloween has zero to do with Jesus Christ.

[SPEAKER_02]: Therefore, as a Christ follower, you aren't to

[SPEAKER_00]: that's exactly right.

[SPEAKER_00]: Halloween is absolutely an open door for satanic things.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, it is.

[SPEAKER_01]: It is.

[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, because you're celebrating Halloween.

[SPEAKER_00]: And Halloween is gross.

[SPEAKER_00]: I can't pronounce that

[SPEAKER_00]: celebration.

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it is an ungodly celebration.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_00]: So satanic amps when people look at this, amps, trolls, goblins, ghouls, skeletons, vampires, zombies, jackalainers, sorcery, astrology, palm reading, celebrating Halloween.

[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, there is no one thing, no one thing about Halloween

[SPEAKER_02]: good news coming up.

[SPEAKER_00]: We're pleasing to God.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is not one thing and I know this may upset a lot of people out there.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's okay.

[SPEAKER_00]: More than likely.

[SPEAKER_00]: This is a celebration of Satan's holiday so to speak and who would want to celebrate Satan's holiday as he tries to destroy the Christian's life and destroy humanity and just like you

[SPEAKER_00]: these nine, ten.

[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how tall they are.

[SPEAKER_00]: A humongous skeleton that's standing up in the yard and coming out like it's coming out of the ground and who would want to celebrate the day at or anything like that?

[SPEAKER_00]: And I know that this day and time we see people.

[SPEAKER_00]: that is, uh, uh, have costumes on, you know, we're in this nation, we're in an identity crisis.

[SPEAKER_00]: So, why would you want to dress up to look like somebody else, you know, and so, it's just, it's just satanic.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's all you can make out of it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And our church world is participating in it.

[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of them is participating.

[SPEAKER_00]: And this is absolutely wrong.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it's not pleasing to God.

[SPEAKER_00]: It absolutely is not pleasing.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's grieving the Holy Spirit and people's lives.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so therefore it's a, it's a,

[SPEAKER_00]: They need to do something else, besides, I know a lady that at one time when they had a state of a trunk of treats, she would have the kids, and she would have the fills with a hole like a lock-in, and they would do Bible things.

[SPEAKER_00]: Instead of the Halloween things, but this day and time is not that a way, but it's an absolutely devilish holiday, and nothing but bad stuff comes out of it, nothing but bad stuff.

[SPEAKER_02]: you know you just talked about the church and you as a pastor talking about how the church is reacting is a very Paul like and I love it because you know I can look at the walk of the disciples and what you should always look at is the walk of Jesus and there was never a time where any of them went to Satanic temples.

[SPEAKER_02]: and try to convince them otherwise.

[SPEAKER_02]: There was just not a time.

[SPEAKER_02]: There wasn't a time that Jesus went and celebrated or partook in a celebration that the demonic side had.

[SPEAKER_02]: Times were people like churches and people try to participate in Halloween without actually being demonic.

[SPEAKER_02]: They try to have the trunk or treats.

[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of people try to participate in different ways.

[SPEAKER_02]: There's the side

[SPEAKER_02]: Well, this is a holiday for the darkness.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, the last, the last Halloween thing I ever participated in years and years ago was church because me as a Christian at the time, I was, I was very lukewarm in my Christianity.

[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't really know, I guess, the difference in being a Christ follower.

[SPEAKER_02]: and versus religion.

[SPEAKER_02]: But I was going to this certain church and they were having a trunk or treat.

[SPEAKER_02]: They called it something different and it was like an autumn festival and it was portrayed to be vastly different than what Halloween was.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so I told my family I'm like well listen you know I trust this pastor.

[SPEAKER_02]: I've been going to church here three years and we're going to go and you know do this autumn festival and we're not going to do Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so I was all excited about it, you know, to be able to go and take my kids to where, you know, because at this point, you know, I was trying to teach them to hey, we're not of the world.

[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, we're not going and dressing up for Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: We had done it every year of their lives.

[SPEAKER_02]: But hey, this year, we're doing something different because we are Christ followers.

[SPEAKER_02]: And we're not going to participate in Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: However, we're going to go to this autumn festival at church.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I got them all excited about it and everything, and we dressed up because that's what, you know, at the time, I didn't know any better.

[SPEAKER_02]: But,

[SPEAKER_02]: We dressed up and we go there and let me tell you.

[SPEAKER_02]: The first thing I saw was the pastor's wife was the wicked witch of the West.

[SPEAKER_02]: She was painted as an actual witch.

[SPEAKER_02]: She was painted green with the nose and was literally the wicked witch of the West.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I looked upon her and I just thought, how blonde that are.

[SPEAKER_02]: Like that was the words, a king James and everything in my mind.

[SPEAKER_02]: of how blonde they are and I just looked at her like are you kidding me like you are the pastor's wife Well then we continue you know, I'm just I'm trying my best to fight through this and just to you know be there and to see Maybe they're side of things and you know they have a couple little festival things where they wrap the pastor as a mummy Then they have the associate pastor at the time was she was dressed as a goddess her child was zipped up in a demon suit look like an actual demon

[SPEAKER_02]: And then there was these little kids running around as witches and I just looked around and I'm like Jesus like are you here like are you are you seeing this you know and I just I felt so grief for God because in this moment there's all these people in this church and they are to be Christ followers that's weird to be the light in the example and to you know be the hands and feet of Jesus and there's this entire church participating in

[SPEAKER_02]: in realm of darkness on this day, and whether they slapped a new label on it or however they were trying to make themselves feel like they were being the like, they were in fact not being the like, it was so demonic, it was so dark, it was not glorifying Jesus, had nothing to do with Jesus Christ, and I removed myself, like I

[SPEAKER_02]: I removed myself from them.

[SPEAKER_02]: I came home, I cried, prayed to the Lord, I repented for participating with them.

[SPEAKER_02]: I said, God keep my eyes open.

[SPEAKER_02]: Don't ever let me be blind.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, like some of these people are, I don't wanna be a Christian walking around dishonoring you and participating in darkness like this.

[SPEAKER_02]: And that was a very last time that I tried to find the loophole of how we could participate in Halloween but not yet be so demonic.

[SPEAKER_02]: it's all demonic.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_00]: Halloween is a night to do evil things.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_00]: Halloween promotes darkness, it promotes death, it promotes fear.

[SPEAKER_00]: When Jesus Christ promotes life, he promotes life, he promotes joy and peace.

[SPEAKER_00]: Why would we want to celebrate something that promotes death?

[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, the complete opposite.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, you know, Deb, she was a long time before I ever stopped.

[SPEAKER_00]: She would not deal with it.

[SPEAKER_00]: They would not.

[SPEAKER_02]: Come on.

[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I don't see nothing wrong.

[SPEAKER_00]: Give me these kids some candy.

[SPEAKER_00]: They are so candy.

[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of fun, so that's it.

[SPEAKER_00]: So she turned lights off, go bad.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I turned lights on.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, man.

[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, after a while, after a while, I see, I begin to see the light, you know, something that seems so simple, but yet it's so satanic.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I know that a lot of my theories say, well, what's wrong with giving kids candy?

[SPEAKER_00]: Why not give it to them without Halloween or whatsoever?

[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.

[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, we are supposed to be the light of the world.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_00]: God told his people in Leviticus.

[SPEAKER_00]: He said that do not follow the practices.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's time that we stop following the practices, demonic forces, and of the world.

[SPEAKER_00]: Many Christians celebrate Halloween.

[SPEAKER_00]: Just, uh, out the fear of phrase somebody going to talk about them, they're going to give you out no candy or whatsoever, but, uh, let me tell you something.

[SPEAKER_00]: If you're going to do what God wants you to do, uh, you'll, you'll, you'll find a way to not do this.

[SPEAKER_00]: And you go back to me, Shaxh, Shadrack, and Abinda go, they did not worship their idol.

[SPEAKER_00]: They did not.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like the whole world is just a washing the state of worship in the satanic idols out there.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's just, it's just devilish, it's foolish.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, we just need to stop this stuff.

[SPEAKER_00]: But we would brought up, you know, you can have a good time, you go out there and have fun and try to get popcorn balls and all that good stuff out there.

[SPEAKER_00]: But when you get a beige and you study this out, then you find out how the money gets really is.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's just a holiday for Satan to do his filthy nasty work.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's almost like a license, to do evil, when we got Christ, we brought us into the light.

[SPEAKER_00]: And out of the darkness, you cannot, you cannot set it to table of God and set it to table of the devil at the same time.

[SPEAKER_02]: Alright, have you seen the big movement of like these ex witches and warlocks and people that were actually in the occult who are now being called by Jesus and they are really standing up and explaining how demonic Halloween is and I started seeing the videos maybe two years ago really starting to come out to where they were explaining what actually goes on and let me tell you it will shake you to your core.

[SPEAKER_02]: If you watch and you actually see what's going on in the demonic realm of what they believe and why they celebrate this holiday and how they mock Christians for celebrating it with them, that's how they feel.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I watch one of them say that even if you have your light on and your hand in out candy and you're participating, you are a part of the satanic ritual on that block.

[SPEAKER_02]: Like your entire block there becomes an area

[SPEAKER_02]: for the the energy of the demonic to draw from.

[SPEAKER_02]: So you are participating in what they were channeling and it was talking about how like the the energy forces of the demonic and how they draw from those places and then what happens to the people.

[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, he's like, we laugh about the repercussions that's going to come upon these people who just think they're innocently being a part of this and then he's like, they're children become sick and he's like, they're, you know, animals begin to die and he's like saying these awful things and he's like, because they participated in our ritual.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I like was shook by it because you don't think of these kind of things.

[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like we're so naive in the flesh sometimes, but everything is so spiritual.

[SPEAKER_02]: And by you participating in Halloween, you are participating in something far more dark than you are realized.

[SPEAKER_02]: Jesus is using people now to try to wake you up and to show you these things and when I say dark and deep, I'm talking about like sacrifices of stuff like nasty things or happening on Halloween that are just beyond your comprehension of how demonic they can be and you're partnering with that and I know that's hard and I know people's going to be like LaLa I don't want to hear this

[SPEAKER_02]: But it's the truth, and if there is ex-witches and ex-war locks and people that use to participate in this telling you now that hey as a Christian, you should have no part in this, then for the fact that you would ignore that is wild to me because they're trying to warn you, they're trying to show you hey, like this is demonic and you know, it's it's real

[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, by you pretending it's fake, does nothing because you're still participating and participation, you still get a medal for it.

[SPEAKER_02]: You are getting some sort of something from it, and that's how everything in the spirit works.

[SPEAKER_02]: If you are participating in a spiritual realm, like take for instance, it talks about have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, and we look at fruit as a whole to have fruit for Jesus Christ means that you are building His kingdom, that you were doing some productive for the kingdom of God.

[SPEAKER_02]: And to have fruitless deeds is things that will not bury any fruit.

[SPEAKER_02]: They cannot bury fruit.

[SPEAKER_02]: They are rotten fruit.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so, to have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, Halloween is a fruitless deed of darkness.

[SPEAKER_02]: We haven't seen it.

[SPEAKER_02]: seen a movie yet of Christians standing up and saying, you know what?

[SPEAKER_02]: This is enough.

[SPEAKER_02]: We're not participating in this.

[SPEAKER_02]: We're not putting our money into this.

[SPEAKER_02]: We're not buying cereal boxes, I have anything to do with Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: We're not buying groceries that have demonic jackal enters and skulls on them, like actually standing up for it and being like, no, we've had enough, like this darkness, we won't nothing to do with it.

[SPEAKER_02]: but the problem that we're seeing is that so many people and so many Christians and even churches have fed into this.

[SPEAKER_02]: They are paying money into buying all of this stuff into buying all this candy and all of this is spiritual.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is doing something in the spirit realm.

[SPEAKER_02]: You were paying money buying demonic candy and participating in a demonic ritual.

[SPEAKER_02]: Whether you understand that or not, that's what's happening.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, you know, the second John said Beloved, Paul, not that which is evil, but that which is good.

[SPEAKER_00]: He also said Paul said the second Corinthians chapter 6, who are for come out from amongst them and be as separate and say as the Lord and touch not the unclean thing.

2 Corinthians 6 · chapter mention

[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, then I will receive you, you know, we've got to come out from amongst the world.

[SPEAKER_00]: We're not out of the world.

[SPEAKER_00]: We are not of the world, and if we love the world, then the love of the Father is not in us.

[SPEAKER_00]: No whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_00]: So this howling stuff is these evil days, these holidays, and for the witchcraft and the occult, this is a sacred day for them.

[SPEAKER_00]: It shouldn't be a sacred day for the Christian, whatsoever, or for the Church, whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so therefore, if we're going to live a life of holiness and righteousness, you've got to come out from amongst them.

[SPEAKER_00]: You've got to push this aside, study it out, and see for you are, see for you are.

[SPEAKER_00]: You'll find out that

[SPEAKER_00]: that just like I did.

[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't think there's anything wrong with giving kids candy on how it went.

[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of people say, well, there's nothing wrong with giving kids candy on how to celebrate this.

[SPEAKER_00]: It gives a license and so many Christians, so many Christians is celebrating this day when they shouldn't be.

[SPEAKER_00]: You need to examine yourself and what you're doing it for and look at your life is God pleasing with you.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely not.

[SPEAKER_00]: You grieve in the Holy Spirit because this is not of God.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's of Satan and Satan has connived his way into the businesses, into the Christians life.

[SPEAKER_00]: Amen that they're going about doing this and just need to wake up.

[SPEAKER_00]: wake up before it's too late.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's satanic, it's ungodly, and God has nothing to do with it, and there's one thing about it that sheds light upon God for any part of it whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_00]: But just examine your heart, examine your motive, examine your life.

[SPEAKER_00]: for why you're doing it and then look and see who the holiday is and go back and check out the origin of it and find out just exactly how it came about and I think you'll change your mind a bit of a lot of them change your mind after but we are the worship God in God only.

[SPEAKER_00]: God only.

[SPEAKER_02]: Do you remember that big deliverance that I had in Ohio, the one where the man tried to drown himself?

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: He's now actually on our team, which is so funny because that's how the Lord does.

[SPEAKER_02]: He completely delivered this man and he's been on fire for the Lord since.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I got to know his story the other day because, you know, I was curious.

[SPEAKER_02]: I've only seen this happen a few times to where, you know, we'll be in the middle of the baptism and all of a sudden a demon manifest and then it's like, where is this agreement coming from?

[SPEAKER_02]: Where did this come in?

[SPEAKER_02]: When did this happen?

[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, this man had a spirit of suicide.

[SPEAKER_02]: When I as soon as I touched on it and was praying it all for them and commanded it off in Jesus' name,

[SPEAKER_02]: right before he tried to drown himself like he was literally I'm we were in the water about the baptize this man you know obviously it was a manifestation of a demonic spirit and it was real was right in front of us and it was happening and he was trying to drown himself and it took several of us people had a jump in and hold him and you know after he was set completely free I mean he was completely delivered he was set free he was crying and it was just such a beautiful moment of the Lord you know setting him free and later on I got to hear his story and

[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, have you dealt with that a really long time?

[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, man, I went to a haunted house.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he said, you know, it was a time before I really knew Christ, but he said, you know, it was a bunch of people going.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he said, I went to this haunted house.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he said, I went inside of there.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he said, I got to the top floor.

[SPEAKER_02]: And something kept like all the sudden come on me and started saying jump off the building.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he said, I almost did it.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, you know, all my friends were there and stuff.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, I almost did it because it was so real.

[SPEAKER_02]: And he said, ever since then, it's been a voice.

[SPEAKER_02]: And let me tell you right now, that's something that people do not understand what they are playing.

[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you don't understand that you are playing with and coming in agreement with demons.

[SPEAKER_02]: If you are going to home to houses and you are participating in Halloween, then you are opening up a door

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you can't act ignorant to this anymore because a spiritual realm is real.

[SPEAKER_02]: Demons are real.

[SPEAKER_02]: If you read the Bible, you will learn more about it.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's real how it can affect your lives.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, the thing is, there's so many people in this world that are dealing with suicidal thoughts, with depression, with anxiety, with a crippling fear, whatever it may be, with tons of health and firmities.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then I'm like, well, where did this come in from?

[SPEAKER_02]: And then yet they participate in Halloween and they go to these places where demons are so easily to have them come and agreement with.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's just, it's something that's so like right now, the Lord has people waking up too.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I really see that.

[SPEAKER_02]: I believe that I believe that we were so blinded as a whole as a Christian nation for so long.

[SPEAKER_02]: But all the sudden, there's so many Christian content creators and like I said, ex-witches and people that Jesus is using now that is woke up and they're trying to

[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you know, like I had said before is how people try to find a loophole to participate and they try to say, well, I'm just going to hand out candy on this day and I'm going to put some scriptures with it or what may be the case, but they're still participating.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so then you think, well, how do I participate or how do I shine the light on this or how as a Christian should we act because, you know, a comment that I got all the time and then past few years that I've talked on this

[SPEAKER_02]: Around this time of year, we do something on Halloween to try to explain how demonic it is.

[SPEAKER_02]: And in the comments, you'll see people say, well, I'm not just going to hide and run.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not just going to lock my doors and be afraid.

[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the thing is that number one, like that's mocking.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's also wanting to participate in finding that loophole of how can I justify my participation.

[SPEAKER_02]: But it's not that Christians are to run and hide, there to be like what we are being right now, the voice of saying, hey, this is enough, you know, letters from Paul, like, hey, this is what the Bible says, and this is how Christians and Jesus followers should act accordingly.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so if you want to take a stand and you want to...

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, be on the side of Christ and you want to shine the light in the darkness.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is how you do it.

[SPEAKER_02]: You do it by taking a stand and saying enough is enough and I don't participate in the fellowship of darkness.

[SPEAKER_02]: You stand up as a Christian and you have a firm foundation that is shown.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, people around you, whether they mock you, whether they don't, there is something admirable about somebody that can stand up for what they believe in.

[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody that doesn't waver, somebody that says, you know what, this is wrong and I won't have no part of it.

[SPEAKER_02]: You can do you, but I will be removed from it because I believe in Jesus and Jesus is my master and he is the only one that I obey.

[SPEAKER_02]: And therefore, I will have no participation with darkness.

[SPEAKER_02]: I will have nothing to do with the fruitless diva of darkness, and you stand on that ground and then watch how it changes people.

[SPEAKER_02]: People around you see that.

[SPEAKER_02]: They see what you stand for.

[SPEAKER_02]: Do you stand for Jesus Christ?

[SPEAKER_02]: Because if you do, then pick up your cross and follow him.

[SPEAKER_02]: When you pick up your cross and you follow Jesus, that means you walk in his steps.

[SPEAKER_02]: you don't participate in the darkness.

[SPEAKER_02]: And when I'm telling you, when you take a stand like this, and you start telling people, and you start being bold about your faith, and you start quoting scriptures, and you start telling them of how, hey, this is not of God, then that is more impactful than you had in an out-of-candy barber scripture.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.

[SPEAKER_00]: Romans 12 and 2, Paul said, be not conform to this world, but be a transformed by the renewing of your mind.

[SPEAKER_00]: We are not conform to this world.

[SPEAKER_00]: We're not of this world.

[SPEAKER_00]: And this world's going to mad trying to please itself.

[SPEAKER_00]: But we are not of this world.

[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're going to conform to this world, and this is part of conforming to it,

[SPEAKER_00]: is evil, is wrong, and so therefore you we got to come out from amongst them, and the church world has got to come out from amongst them.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I thank the very reason our world and our countries in such a bad situation is because the pulpit is not preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and not telling the people that truth.

[SPEAKER_00]: There's sugar coating this stuff and therefore the people is headed on a broad road of destruction and we need some people that is feel full the holy spirit with fire and absolutely lay the axe at the rudertree and let the chips lay for they fall

[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to tell you what, when we had that back in our pulpit of our nation, we'll see a nation that will change.

[SPEAKER_00]: But until then, these six-foot-eye cycles is not going to get it done.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's got to be with the guardian and leading of the Holy Spirit and that they can

[SPEAKER_00]: have the boldness that Christ will give them, that Holy Spirit will give them, that they have the power to be able to preach against Halloween.

[SPEAKER_00]: And things like this, they better preach against the sin of this stuff and get it into the people's hearts.

[SPEAKER_00]: And as the people look at it while they'll take a different direction, they'll examine their motive, they're doing it in.

[SPEAKER_00]: And hopefully they'll come out from amongst them out there.

[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully they'll look at this and say, I've had enough.

[SPEAKER_00]: I've had enough.

[SPEAKER_00]: The origin of this pagan holiday is demonic.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's foolish, it's devilish, and it is not.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is not of God whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_02]: you won't find Halloween in the Bible.

[SPEAKER_02]: You won't find a time where Jesus commands you to go and celebrate it.

[SPEAKER_02]: You won't find Jesus telling you to go and participate in any manner.

[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the thing with anything that you see now as you line it up to the Bible.

[SPEAKER_02]: And if it's not there, if it's not in the Word of God, if Jesus didn't command you to do it and yet commands you against it, which he does.

[SPEAKER_02]: He commands against any of the traditions of men.

[SPEAKER_02]: He commands against someone going and participating in the festivals that are demonic.

[SPEAKER_02]: There's plenty of times in the Bible that you can read scripture where he tells you to come out from among them to have nothing to do with the fellowship and the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's exactly what we're doing today, is exposing the darkness and standing against it and saying, no, as a Christian, you should not have any participation with Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, if you are a Christ follower, I'll say that there's a lot of people out here that, you know, they have religion, but they don't have Jesus, and that's a hard truth, but it is a truth, and so, but if you want to follow Jesus and you want Him to come into your life and you want to walk with Him and talk with Him and truly know the Lord Jesus Christ, let me tell you, He's going to want nothing to do with Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: He's going to want nothing to do, you will be grieving the Holy Spirit.

[SPEAKER_02]: Then you have to give up things of the world.

[SPEAKER_02]: The Bible says seek and you shall find.

[SPEAKER_02]: If you are seeking Jesus You will find Jesus.

[SPEAKER_02]: If you are seeking things of the world and how you can participate in it and how you can be of the world That's what you're gonna find.

[SPEAKER_02]: So it is up to you and what you seek what you participate in how much of it you do and where your loyalty is live

[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.

[SPEAKER_00]: I won't read it again in chapter 10, verse 21, up first Corinthians.

[SPEAKER_00]: Paul said, you cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of the devil's.

[SPEAKER_00]: You cannot be part takers of the Lord's table and of the table of the devil's.

[SPEAKER_00]: There's just no way.

[SPEAKER_01]: No.

[SPEAKER_00]: You can't straddle his fence.

[SPEAKER_00]: You're one way or the other.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so therefore, what cup you drink?

[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure it's a right one.

[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure it's a right one.

[SPEAKER_00]: And stay of the devil's territory and stay away from Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_00]: Cause it is evil.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you know we love y'all, like the reason that we sit down and do these discipleship lessons, the reason that we speak on things like this, is because the Holy Spirit has commanded us to do so.

[SPEAKER_02]: And when the Lord put something on your heart like this and says, hey, this is what's going on and it's affecting people so deeply, much more than they could ever imagine.

[SPEAKER_02]: We have these revivals and we see people constantly that are just being in so many chains

[SPEAKER_02]: We need to be the ones to be able to also speak on how you close those doors, of how you don't let the demonic in, of how you stand up and how you be set apart.

[SPEAKER_02]: And whenever the Lord put this on our heart, a sit down and do Halloween, I immediately was like, oh, another Halloween one, because it's exhausting in a way to be able to constantly tell people that something's demonic and then them argue and just try to find the loopholes around it.

[SPEAKER_02]: But then again, it's worth it for the one person that repents.

[SPEAKER_02]: The one person that listens and is like, you know what?

[SPEAKER_02]: I really do want to close a relationship to Jesus and I really do want the Holy Spirit to be so abundant in my life and I want to be able to see the goodness of God and all that He has for me.

[SPEAKER_02]: and then they wash their hands of the darkness and they literally just repent of it and that's why we say you're in do this because we love because we listen to the Lord and because we were once we want's participated in Halloween we both told you that we want's participated not knowing and thanking we were Christians

[SPEAKER_02]: And participating in this holiday, and now we realize that it is a pagan holiday, that it has nothing to do with Jesus Christ, and that He did not command us to have anything to do with it.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's not in the Bible.

[SPEAKER_02]: And when you line those things up, then you have to stand on the solid ground.

[SPEAKER_02]: You have to stand firm that you understand the difference in the light and the darkness, and that you have no fellowship of the darkness.

[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what we have done.

[SPEAKER_02]: We have, you know, several years of just repented of not participating in Halloween.

[SPEAKER_02]: And now doing as a Lord has commanded us to be able to speak to you about it and to help other people to pull them out of the darkness too.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_00]: Come out from the monks and be a separate set of the Lord.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'll tell you what, you can't have darkness and light in your life at the same time.

[SPEAKER_00]: Just like you can't mix old and water in your automobile, it will not work.

[SPEAKER_00]: it will not work.

[SPEAKER_00]: And once you come to the conclusion, once you want to have an understanding of what we're trying to tell you about Halloween, you'll take a different look at it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I know that you see this everywhere, even on some new stations, they will have it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And things like that in the news and everything, how they dress up and all this stuff.

[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm telling you, it's satanic and therefore,

[SPEAKER_00]: we have no dealings with anything satanic whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_00]: As a Christian, as a Christian, and to get closer and closer to the Christ, you've got to cut some of this stuff off.

[SPEAKER_00]: You've got to push it aside.

[SPEAKER_00]: You've got to bar through this thing and get through this the word that you can live a life that's holy and righteousness.

[SPEAKER_00]: And when you do that,

[SPEAKER_00]: When you do that, then the Lord will put more blessings upon your life.

[SPEAKER_00]: I truly believe that with all my heart.

[SPEAKER_00]: And you have joy and speak with all and full glory.

[SPEAKER_00]: Because you have come out from amongst them and been a separated individual from the world.

[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you love the world, then the love of God is not in you.

[SPEAKER_02]: Jesus Christ loves you, he is the light of the world, he represents everything that is completely opposite of Halloween, he represents life, he came to give you life and give it abundantly, he is the way, he is the truth, he is the life, he loves you, he wants you to walk in the light.

[SPEAKER_02]: and you know that those choices are yours we have free will and I will tell you right now that the choice to give up Halloween may be a hard decision for some people especially those who have really loved horror there's a lot of people that love horror movies they love haunted houses they love the festivals and they truly enjoy celebrating these things they love to see kids and costumes they love to hand out candy there's a lot of people that have a love for this holiday

[SPEAKER_02]: but when you realize that it is a pagan holiday and you come out from amongst it and you make that decision with your free will that you are done with it, that you will celebrate in it no more, you will feel freedom.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, and it might take a little while.

[SPEAKER_02]: My first year was a little sad because I was like, man, everybody else is participating.

[SPEAKER_02]: I had friends try to get me to come out.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm just like, no, and when I stood my ground, then I felt closer to Christ.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, read your word, get into your word, and just worship and praise the Lord, and truly seek Him.

[SPEAKER_02]: And when you seek Him, you will find Him.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm telling you, when you get rid of things like this, and you have nothing to do with darkness, you do feel the relief.

[SPEAKER_02]: you do feel better knowing that you stand on solid ground and that Jesus Christ is your Lord, your master, your Savior, and that you don't serve any other masters, you don't participate in darkness, you are of the light and you will begin to feel that light even more within you.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I truly hope this has helped somebody today, I truly pray that this has just helped your determining factor, whether you participate in Halloween this year or not, or whether you

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_00]: God said, Drone out of me and I will draw an eye to you.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so when you draw an eye to God, he will draw an eye to you.

[SPEAKER_02]: Amen.

[SPEAKER_00]: And that you'll get these things out of your life.

[SPEAKER_02]: Amen.

[SPEAKER_00]: And walk in holiness and righteousness.

[SPEAKER_00]: And the blessings of the Lord.

[SPEAKER_00]: And just see what he will do for you.

[SPEAKER_02]: Amen.

[SPEAKER_00]: But we love you, guys.

[SPEAKER_02]: We love you, guys.
