  1. Welcome, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the First Samuel Bible

  2. Study with Matthew and Rachel. I hope everybody enjoyed the

  3. Psalm 24 Bible Study. Boy, that got deep today for

  4. 10 verses, didn't it?

  5. Yeah, it did.

  6. Really good stuff. I strongly suggest that you check that

  7. out if and when you can, if you wish to

  8. be edified. And only if you wish to be edified.

  9. If you don't wish to be edified, by all means,

  10. go somewhere else. So here in Samuel 24, this is

  11. really a sequence of what is to come. It begins

  12. in 23. We've already did that. so that being said, um, what's,

  13. what's your thoughts about Samuel 24, our, the, well, what

  14. do you think?

  15. Hmm.

  16. Hmm.

  17. I don't know.

  18. Like, my thoughts.

  19. Well, in the previous chapter, in the previous chapter, um,

  20. He's in the wilderness, right? The Philistines attack a city

  21. and he goes and delivers that city. And God warns him. Boy,

  22. should I say, I'm going to speak prophetically. Boy, that

  23. church building you're in, they're going to hand you up

  24. to the Antichrist. So David asked the Lord, what should

  25. I do? Where should I go?

  26. Okay.

  27. So that's the preface for this, that The people in

  28. your congregation, they are going to hand you over to

  29. the Antichrist. Now, we get, now in chapter 24, the

  30. Antichrist is delivered into the church's hands. And the church doesn't, well,

  31. let's find out what the church does. So this is

  32. extremely prophetic that everybody realizes that this is going to

  33. work out in real time. And what comes at the

  34. end of this secret, what comes at the end of

  35. the birth pangs is this. So, that's where this is

  36. all going. And if you can't see it, well, all

  37. we can do is, all I can say is this.

  38. If Jesus Christ was crucified in 30 AD, Rachel, it

  39. is prophesied by Zachariah that this very 30 days, the

  40. 30 days between October the 10th and November the 10th,

  41. those that have been water baptized into a congregation, they

  42. have the opportunity to stop sinning Stop insulting the spirit

  43. of grace. And get baptized in the Holy Spirit.

  44. So.

  45. I'm probably going to talk about a whole lot. Last

  46. time I couldn't. I didn't share a fraction of what

  47. I could share.

  48. But.

  49. Everything is only beautiful in its time. So. If you're

  50. new to this. Just set back and absorb it. Because

  51. there's a lot. There's a huge going on in the

  52. first two verses here. What this says that David did

  53. and where David goes, it's off the rails. It's just,

  54. it's pretty cool.

  55. I just, I guess I should point out that this is,

  56. I was thinking this was going to be more like

  57. a 101 Bible study, but it's not really. It It's

  58. not completely advanced. It's more like 102. Because I could

  59. very much see somebody who's never read the Bible through

  60. to be completely confused here. If you have never read

  61. 1 Samuel ever, just for a first reading, just for

  62. what it is... then what we're doing is you're going

  63. to be really lost. Yeah.

  64. You'll be clueless.

  65. Yeah. So this is really more.

  66. Like 1 Samuel 1.02 because 1 Samuel 1.01 should be

  67. private study.

  68. You just open it up. Just read it. for what

  69. it is then when you come back then you can

  70. go through our videos and this study and see where

  71. all the prophecy is because this really did happen this

  72. was something in history that really actually happened so it's

  73. not only prophecy this is a really this is like

  74. a historical it's historical but it's also spiritual so so

  75. because it it was um Because of the spiritual aspect

  76. to it. There is hidden gems. What the millennials will

  77. call an Easter egg. There's Easter eggs.

  78. David was an Easter egg. That's the whole point. David

  79. is in the.

  80. There's little mystery packets throughout... every book of the Bible.

  81. Okay.

  82. So, so, but this is an interesting story of its own.

  83. Right.

  84. Of its own. It is interesting. And to know that

  85. it really happened is a really good book to read.

  86. So if you've never read it, you're going to be

  87. really lost with what we're doing here.

  88. Oh yeah.

  89. Because you'll be lost. Um, even with me, like I

  90. have very limited knowledge of the scriptures, but I have

  91. read the Bible through and from cover to cover and

  92. certain books of the Bible multiple times. So if, so

  93. even with that, there's a lot here.

  94. In defense of myself, The one who got deep last

  95. time was you, not me.

  96. So... Well, it's just amazing how, you know, sometimes just

  97. a different perspective, people will see things, you know, that

  98. are helpful.

  99. I will say this. I will state this with authority.

  100. This is a historical review of the future.

  101. Right, right. And you may be able to see these...

  102. You might be able to see the Easter eggs... in

  103. your first reading. You might be able to find some.

  104. All I'm saying, if you're finding yourself very, very confused

  105. with what we're doing here, stop and just read 1 Samuel.

  106. Just read it for what it is. And then come

  107. back and go through our videos. I agree.

  108. I agree wholeheartedly. Alright, so... Let's get this underway. Go

  109. for it, Rich.

  110. Now, it happened when Saul had returned from following the

  111. Philistines that it was told him, saying, Take note. David

  112. is in the wilderness of En Gedi. I thought that

  113. was an interesting way to put it. Take note. Mm-hmm.

  114. What is... You know, there's something there. I didn't know

  115. what it was, but it's like... It just seems like

  116. there's something there. Okay. Then Saul took 3,000 chosen men

  117. from all Israel and went to seek David and his

  118. men on the rocks of the wild goats. Like as

  119. if we're supposed to know where that is. Because we've

  120. never heard that before so far.

  121. Okay.

  122. Think about it. This is just the first two verses.

  123. I know. Okay. Really?

  124. Really?

  125. Okay, first off. Take note. If Matthew chapter 24, verse

    Matthew 24:15

  126. 15 isn't screaming out to you, I don't know what is.

  127. Where Jesus, you know, Jesus says, you know, whenever you

  128. see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel,

  129. he who reads, let him understand. Okay, that's... It's incredible.

  130. It's incredible. So what do you make of this? I

  131. don't know. The rocks of the wild goats.

  132. The rocks of the wild goats. Well, I'm just thinking,

  133. you know, Jesus is going to separate the sheep from

  134. the goats. So these are the wild goats. That's all

  135. that came into my mind. I was like, that is

  136. just really like supposed to be an easy Easter egg,

  137. but not. It's like one of those.

  138. Well, look at this. This is what I see. Okay.

  139. I see this as another proper name for the place prepared.

  140. When we go there, Do not be misled. We are

  141. as described as Revelation chapter 7 verses 9 through 17.

    Revelation 7:9–17

  142. We will be given our hinds feet. Do you not

  143. understand when we get there because we have been given

  144. our hinds feet and walking our high places we now

  145. have the power to obliterate our enemies.

  146. Yeah.

  147. Yes. Oh, yes, we do.

  148. And also, I was just interested, like, okay, when you

  149. read that, what is the Hebrew? Because I know that

  150. in some places, sheep and goats are all kind of

  151. in a... There's like a general term for sheep and goats.

  152. It's one and the same, right?

  153. Right.

  154. So is that what this is?

  155. It could be.

  156. Because we know that there's going to be... Karaz Rebellion again,

  157. so there will be some goats in there.

  158. So, I don't know. Right, honey, but Karaz Rebellion takes

  159. place once we've been relocated. So, yes, that's what this is.

  160. That's what I was trying to say, but you weren't

  161. listening to. Yeah, that's what I was trying to say.

  162. Well, but why would I just naturally assume reading that

  163. that it meant sheep and goats? You know what I mean?

  164. But then I remembered another Bible study. I can't remember

  165. what it was. I think maybe it was something about

  166. the Exodus or something where they killed the lamb and

  167. put the blood over the.

  168. The person.

  169. Yeah, so it could be like a sheep or a goat.

  170. That was like.

  171. A sheep or a goat. Yes. That just plainly says that.

  172. So that's what I kind of remembered. That's why I remember. Yes,

  173. that's why Saul is a likening to the scapegoat. He

  174. is a representation of what these people call the Antichrist

  175. in every way, shape, or form. He is the beast

  176. from the earth. That's why Revelation says the beast of

  177. the earth. He speaks like a dragon, but he has

  178. the horns. Okay? This is the whole reason why. Anyway...

  179. We've only read two verses. So, anyway, this thing is jam-packed. But, yes,

  180. that's why the place prepared is given negative connotations here,

  181. because it is there that Korah's rebellion will take place. So,

  182. you people out there, I'm sorry if you think you're

  183. going to be translated to heaven.

  184. You're... Heaven wasn't really made for people.

  185. No, no. Do you know that's why God made creation?

  186. Do you know it's for his people? Ladies and gentlemen,

  187. I'm sorry your clergy have you thoroughly convinced back here.

  188. They have you subliminally convinced this is the devil's playground. No,

  189. it's not. This was made for God's children. It wasn't

  190. made to be the devil's playground anyway. Boy, if we

  191. don't get going, we're never going to finish.

  192. So he came to the sheepfolds, which reinforces what you said.

  193. It's the place we're buried, you know. So he came

  194. to the sheepfolds by the road, and there was a cave.

  195. And Saul went in to attend to his needs.

  196. He was.

  197. Going to the bathroom?

  198. It doesn't say that, does it? But that's what needs.

  199. What other needs would he be in there by himself?

  200. Right. What other needs would it be? But take note.

  201. This is, boy, I don't want to say. This is

  202. directly in reference to when the man of sin transitions

  203. into the son of perdition. Okay. I'm not going to

  204. elaborate on that, but that's what this is representing here.

  205. That.

  206. Okay.

  207. From this point forward, okay, anyway. So, yes, attend his needs. Yes,

  208. that meant that he went in there to relieve himself. So,

  209. finish the verse, and here's the first Easter egg.

  210. David and his men were staying in the recesses of

  211. the cave. Then the men of David said to him,

  212. This is the day of which the Lord said to you, behold,

  213. I will deliver your enemy into your hand that you

  214. may do to him as seems good to you. And

  215. David arose and secretly cut off a corner of Saul's robe.

  216. And so what is the robe?

  217. Okay.

  218. The corner. Once again, I mean. A flag, a banner.

  219. His banner over me is love. But even more prophetically,

  220. take note that we've already stated, he is the Antichrist represented, right?

  221. So when you know that, it triggers remembrancers with what

  222. happened with Jesus. When we go to Luke chapter 8,

    Luke 8:43

  223. verse 43 says, Now a woman having a flow of

  224. blood for 12 years, who had spent all of her

  225. livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any,

  226. came from behind him and touched the border of his garment.

  227. And immediately her flow stopped. So this is very, very

  228. prophetic here in the Greek, when you get into the

  229. particulars of the Greek language.

  230. And our church ancestors probably... Knew all this because when

  231. you ever were told this story in church, what color

  232. was his robe? It was red. It was always red.

  233. Right.

  234. When really, kings always wore purple.

  235. Purple.

  236. So why red?

  237. So anyway.

  238. So our church ancestors must have known this already.

  239. So.

  240. This is pretty important that, wow, man, there's so much here.

  241. So what do you think that David's men said that

  242. this was an answer to prophecy? What do you think

  243. of that? This is the day which the Lord said

  244. to you.

  245. Well, I think... I think it was either a choice

  246. or a test.

  247. It's absolutely... Well, if it's a choice, it's a test.

  248. Well, no, because God gives us choices that are not.

  249. I mean, what about when he brought all the animals

  250. to Adam to see what he would name them? That

  251. wasn't a test. Sometimes he does actually want to see

  252. what we're going to choose.

  253. Okay.

  254. All right.

  255. So David chooses to not fulfill the prophecy.

  256. No, because God just said that you may do to

  257. him what seems good to you. So I think it

  258. was a test. What does seem good to you? God

  259. was saying, what seems good to you here? I think

  260. it was a test. He was testing him. What do

  261. you think is the good thing to do?

  262. Okay.

  263. All right.

  264. So I think it was a test. I think God

  265. was testing him to see what he would do. Because, yes,

  266. he could have killed him. you know not just that

  267. he could have but you know like most people would

  268. have because he was like well he's trying to kill

  269. me he's not going to stop. Most people would say,

  270. he's not going to stop until I'm dead. So they

  271. would have. Most people would have, right? But David had faith,

  272. so that's the difference.

  273. Okay.

  274. Alright.

  275. I'll follow you.

  276. So....

  277. I'm not going to go into length. I'm not going

  278. to go into depth about it, but I'm going to

  279. ask you this. Everybody in that cave was on one

  280. side or the other.

  281. And here's the other thing. The next thing that happens

  282. makes me think that him cutting off the robe was

  283. a symbol or something to his men to go at him.

  284. Because it must have been part of the tradition that if...

  285. if someone cuts off the king's robe and you bring

  286. it to your men, then they know who to kill.

  287. Because then it said, now it happened afterward that David's

  288. heart troubled him because he had cut Saul's robe. So

  289. that means that he had intended To have him killed.

  290. But he. He felt bad about.

  291. You know what's amazing to me? Can I just throw

  292. something in here?

  293. Okay.

  294. What are all the clergy called? They're called men of

  295. the what?

  296. Cloth. Traditionally. Most people don't know that.

  297. Historically, that's what... Yes, they are. They're called it.

  298. I know, but like... Most people now don't know that. Well,

  299. they are. Yeah, I know.

  300. And that's what they call themselves.

  301. That must be why. Yes. Yep. I don't know.

  302. All right, let's continue. Okay.

  303. Now it happened afterward that David's heart troubled him because

  304. he had cut Saul's robe. And he said to his men,

  305. the Lord forbid that I should do this thing to

  306. my master, the Lord's anointed, to stretch out my hand

  307. against him, seeing he is the anointed of the Lord.

  308. So David restrained his servants with these words and did

  309. not allow them to rise against Saul. And Saul got

  310. up from the cave and went his way. So it

  311. must have been some type of symbol that he cuts

  312. the robe. He does the thing of cutting the robe.

  313. And then he says to his men, go get him.

  314. And that's how he claims.

  315. I don't know.

  316. I don't know. It just seems like that's what was

  317. going on.

  318. Okay.

  319. David also rose afterward. went out of the cave and

  320. called out to Saul, saying, My lord, the king. And

  321. when Saul looked behind him, David stooped with his face

  322. to the ground, to the earth, and bowed down. That's something, too.

  323. That's something. With his face to the earth.

  324. One thing is for sure. Romans chapter 8 is pretty clear.

    Romans 8 chapter mention

  325. We're supposed to submit to governing authorities, right? And this

  326. is definitely what he did, right? And I think we'll

  327. just let it lie there because, you know, this is

  328. only a 102. Right. This isn't, these aren't, you know,

  329. doctorate classes, right?

  330. Okay.

  331. So anyway, yeah, there's a whole lot more there. So continue.

  332. And David said to Saul, Why do you listen to

  333. the words of men who say, Indeed, David seeks your harm? Look,

  334. this day your eyes have seen that the Lord delivered

  335. you today into my hand in the cave, and someone

  336. urged me to kill you. But my eyes spared you,

  337. and I said, I will not stretch out my hand

  338. against my Lord, for he is the Lord's anointed. Moreover,

  339. my father, see, yes, see the corner of your robe

  340. in my hand, for in that I cut off the

  341. corner of your robe and did not kill you. Know

  342. and see that there is neither evil nor rebellion in

  343. my hand, and I have not sinned against you. yet

  344. you haunt my life to take it. Let the Lord

  345. judge between you and me, and let the Lord avenge

  346. me on you, but my hand shall not be against you.

  347. As the proverb of the ancients says, wickedness proceeds from wickedness,

  348. but my hand shall not be against you. After whom?

  349. Has the king of Israel come out? For whom do

  350. you pursue? A dead dog? A flea? Therefore, let the

  351. Lord be judge and judge between you and me and

  352. see and plead my case and deliver me out of

  353. your hand.

  354. Okay. You did a whole lot there. Let's go back

  355. to this. Um, let's go back here to, someone urged

  356. me to kill you. Who's the someone? I don't know.

  357. Someone, the evil, the evil one. I don't know. Someone

  358. urged me to kill you.

  359. Well, let's go back to verse four. Then the men

  360. of David said to him, this is the day which

  361. the Lord said to you, behold, I've delivered your enemy

  362. to your hand that you may do to him what

  363. seems good to you. This is hearkening back or, Do

  364. we have a direct reference for this prophecy?

  365. There's nothing in the footnote online anyway.

  366. I agree. Does that mean there's nothing there though?

  367. Yeah.

  368. So the someone I would assume was his I don't

  369. know what to call Abishai other than you know his

  370. right hand man. I mean, it was Abishai that repeatedly,

  371. Abishai repeatedly was going to kill people.

  372. Yeah, but David wasn't too keen on that. He was,

  373. he didn't, I mean, Abishai was loyal to a fault

  374. and it made David angry. He was like, he didn't

  375. like it.

  376. Right, he didn't like it. But, you know, I mean,

  377. everybody needs to know this. It's Abishai that says this

  378. in the future. I'm just going to say this. This

  379. is actually from two chapters later. Okay. This is where

  380. it comes from. So David and Abishai came to the

  381. people by night. And there Saul lay sleeping with him

  382. in the camp, and his spear stuck in the ground

  383. by his head. And Abner and the people lay all

  384. around him. Then Abishai said to David, God has delivered

  385. your enemy into your hand this day. Now, therefore, please

  386. let me strike him at once with the spear right

  387. to the what? To the earth. And I will not

  388. have to do it a second time. This is where

  389. God has delivered your ending into your hand. But this

  390. is in the future. So when you look at cross-references,

  391. it only goes forward in time. And you wind up with.

  392. This.

  393. And he says, let me send him to the earth.

  394. using the same phraseology, that david stooped to the earth.

  395. It makes me think back to your this morning's scripture

  396. um psalm 24 Who is this King of Glory, the

  397. Lord of Hosts? He is the King of Glory. So.

  398. I mean, he.

  399. His angels were standing ready to come down and kill

  400. everybody instead of him dying on the cross.

  401. Right? Right?

  402. And so... So this is literally his banner over us

  403. is love. Literally the sign that was above him, Jesus,

  404. the King of the Jews, you know, is that banner, that.

  405. Corner of the robe. Wow. Absolutely. That is the corner

  406. of the robe. Praise God. Yes.

  407. Because... Yeah, and the Sanhedrin thought that he was coming

  408. to just kill the people they didn't like. No.

  409. Right.

  410. No, he had a choice all right. He could either

  411. wipe out every person, everybody, or he could die for

  412. our sins.

  413. That's what I was trying to say, that everybody in

  414. the cave was on one of two sides. And David

  415. alone was on the side of life. Everybody else in

  416. the cave wanted death. Saul wanted David dead. David didn't

  417. want anybody to die. And all the men that was

  418. with David wanted King Saul to die. Everybody in that

  419. cave was on one of two sides. David alone was

  420. on the side of life. So what do you make of,

  421. read verse 13 again.

  422. As the Proverbs of the ancients says, wickedness proceeds from

  423. the wicked, but my hand shall not be against you.

  424. So this isn't a proverb in the word. Anyway, we'll

  425. talk about here in a second. I've seen a notification

  426. from the chat room. Okay, let's see. Carol says, 1

  427. Samuel 15, 27. And as Samuel turned around to go away,

  428. Saul seized him, here we go, by the edge of

  429. his robe and it tore. So Samuel said to him,

  430. the Lord has torn the kingdom of Israel from you

  431. today and has given it to the neighbor of yours

  432. who is better than you. Boy, is it that apropos.

  433. So we need to talk about that first. So Carol

  434. is stating that this sequence came from that.

  435. No, but it did. I do remember us talking about that.

  436. I think it does.

  437. But I whispered into your ear we weren't going to

  438. talk about it.

  439. Right. We'll talk about it. We'll talk about it next week.

  440. Yes, we have to talk about that next week. That's

  441. why we weren't going to talk about it. But I

  442. don't think Carol was here yet when I said that,

  443. when I whispered in your ear.

  444. Well, nobody could hear it because you were whispering. Right.

  445. So Carol will talk about that next week. Let's get

  446. back to this. There is no place in the Proverbs,

  447. in the Word, that says wickedness proceeds from wickedness. However,

  448. that is a parable. I'm going to blow your mind.

  449. Thus saith the word. Wickedness proceeds from wickedness. It's the

  450. name of a parable in Matthew chapter 7. You know

    Matthew 7 chapter mention

  451. it by something else. You will know them by their fruits.

  452. That's what this is.

  453. This is....

  454. This is the parable. So you understand twice this has

  455. happened in this chapter. David is quoting from a proverb

  456. that Jesus, the Lord Jesus Christ will give. Let me

  457. read it for you. Beware of false prophets who come

  458. into you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

  459. Look at the phraseology. It says in as if in

  460. reference to this cave. I would go into the Greek,

  461. but we just don't have time to do that. Anyway,

  462. let's see if this is true. You will know them

  463. by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorn bushes

  464. or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears fruit,

  465. but every bad tree bears bad fruit. This is the

  466. name of this parable. Jesus Christ gave this parable to

  467. fulfill the What David said in 1 Samuel chapter 24.

    1 Samuel 24 chapter mention

  468. Okay?

  469. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a

  470. bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not

  471. bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

  472. Praise God. Therefore, by their fruits, you will know them.

  473. The proper name of this parable is wickedness proceeds from wickedness.

  474. But it didn't exist yet.

  475. You understand?

  476. Right.

  477. So basically he was saying that he knew that if

  478. he killed Saul when Saul was indisposed, that would be wicked.

  479. And he knew that if he did that, he would

  480. be wicked in his reign as king. So he didn't

  481. want to start his reign as king being from having

  482. murdered Saul. Right.

  483. He wanted his reign to come from life, not death. Okay.

  484. How long have we been going on now? Alright, so

  485. you ready to finish this up or you got more

  486. to say about that? And by the way, that's the

  487. whole reason why David said this. Whom have you come out... Okay,

  488. so Did David come from a dead dog? Did he

  489. come from a flea? That's the reference here to these

  490. two questions he gives. Wickedness proceeds from wickedness. And he's saying,

  491. I did not come from a dog. I'm not wicked.

  492. I did not come from a flea. I'm not wicked.

  493. He's trying to prophetically say that. Anyway, finish it up, Rachel.

  494. So it was when David had finished speaking these words

  495. to Saul that Saul said, Is that your voice, my

  496. son David? And Saul lifted up his voice and wept.

  497. Then he said to David, You are more righteous than I,

  498. for you have rewarded me with good, whereas I have

  499. rewarded you with evil. And you have shown this day

  500. how you have dealt well with me. For when the

  501. Lord delivered me into your hand, you did not kill me.

  502. For if a man finds his enemy, will he let

  503. him get away safely?

  504. Another riddle.

  505. Therefore, may the Lord reward you with good for what

  506. you have done to me this day. And now I

  507. know indeed that you shall surely be king and that

  508. the kingdom of Israel shall be established in your hand. Therefore,

  509. I swear... Therefore, swear now to me by the Lord

  510. that you will not cut off my descendants after me

  511. and that you will not destroy my name from my

  512. father's house. So David swore to Saul and Saul went home,

  513. but David and his men went up to the stronghold.

  514. So now. The rocks of the wild goats. Is now

  515. called the stronghold.

  516. Right.

  517. So take note that. David. King Saul would not swear

  518. to kill him. You realize how. How preposterous this is.

  519. Saul admitted this. So Saul made him swear. But Saul

  520. didn't agree.

  521. Not to kill him.

  522. Saul would not.

  523. I think Saul knew that he couldn't kill him. Because

  524. he said, And now I know indeed that you shall

  525. surely be king. And that the kingdom of Israel shall

  526. be established in your hand. So he knew at that

  527. point that he wasn't going to kill David. And he

  528. knew he was going to be killed. But he still

  529. was too proud to give up the fight.

  530. He didn't say himself. Okay, now take note. You have

  531. to believe the word.

  532. Okay?

  533. It says, Therefore swear to me by the Lord that

  534. you will not cut off my descendants after me. He

  535. didn't say that David was going to kill him.

  536. I know, but I.

  537. I know he didn't say that, but I'm just saying

  538. that I think he knew that, you know.

  539. He knew he couldn't kill David, and he absolutely knew

  540. that David could absolutely dead bang kill him.

  541. Could, yeah.

  542. Could.

  543. But he knew that, well, I should be saying that

  544. he knew that God was going to, his time was short.

  545. He knew that. He knew at that point that his

  546. time was short. but he couldn't seem to give up

  547. the fight.

  548. So, I want to say something else. I said this stronghold, right?

  549. This harkens back to the prior verse, or the prior chapter, 2339. There,

  550. you questioned me about En Gedi, and it said strongholds, plural.

  551. So this is where you get that the Rocks of

  552. the Wild Goats Is the stronghold. Amongst the different strongholds.

  553. At En Gedi.

  554. Okay.

  555. So.

  556. Lots to. So anyway these strongholds. Are reckoned to the

  557. 42 stations. Of the wilderness. Okay remember that. 42 times

  558. the pillar of the presence. Would go up and move.

  559. And then the children of Israel. Would break camp and

  560. follow the pillar. And wherever the pillar. Rested there, they

  561. would set their camps around it, right? It moved 42 times.

  562. So this is in reference to that. Anyway, man, there's

  563. so much here.

  564. Yep.

  565. Man, there's so much here. But anyway, wow. So the

  566. next chapter's a good one. This is all leading up

  567. to something, right?

  568. Yes.

  569. It's all leading up to something. So, any questions or comments, anybody?

  570. And it don't have to just be about 1 Samuel

    1 Samuel 24 chapter mention

  571. chapter 24. It could be about anything. But anyway, anybody?

  572. Going once. Going twice. All right. I hope everybody's been

  573. enjoying our two Bible studies. They're my favorite. Until next time,

  574. God bless. Godspeed.
