For everybody deciding to show up to my live stream.
-
I greatly appreciate it. It is my greatest pleasure to
-
edify those that have been born again. So, God bless everybody.
-
Matthew Miller here from Maranatha Ministries. We're going to get
-
straight to the Word. Now, in doing so, know this
-
up front. You're not going to get any theological myths
-
out of me. It's not going to happen. This is
-
going to be done exclusively from the Word and from
-
the Word alone. What is the rapture? Let's evade all
-
of the cunningly devised fables. Let's get to the text.
-
Let's read it. I'm just going to point out for
-
you what these pre-tribbers are obviously leaving out. So, Their
-
two proof texts is 1 Thessalonians chapter 4 and 1
1 Thessalonians 4 chapter mention 1 Corinthians 15 chapter mention
-
Corinthians chapter 15. So let's go to the first instance,
-
1 Corinthians chapter 15, verses 50 through 52. What does
-
this say the rapture is? Let's check it out. Now
-
this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit
-
the kingdom of God, nor does corruption inherit corruption. This
-
is an inheritance transfer. The kingdom of heaven was never
-
in the dimension of the spiritual. It was never in
-
the spiritual dimension, ever. Look at every reference for the
-
kingdom of heaven that Jesus Christ ever talked about. It's
-
on earth. You must inherit the kingdom of heaven on earth.
-
Of course, there's only one kingdom in heaven. No rebellion
-
goes on in heaven, people. That's another theological myth. The
-
war in heaven is triggered by the miraculous conceptions as
-
described in Revelation chapter 12, in Isaiah chapter 26, in
Revelation 12 chapter mention Isaiah 26 chapter mention
-
Matthew chapter 24, verse 19. Okay, so that's what this is.
-
It is a transfer of inheritance. That's what it is.
-
And it is saying you cannot inherit the kingdom of God,
-
which is on earth. Yes, all the references in the
-
New Testament make it on earth. It's not in heaven. No,
-
it's not. It's on earth. Thus saith the word, thus
-
saith the Lord Jesus Christ. It's on earth. So, you
-
must inherit it. So, now that you know that, the
-
kingdom of God is on earth. Of course, I really
-
don't have to tell you that. You all know that
-
if you've read and studied the New Testament. You know
-
it's on earth. You know it's not heaven. So, it's
-
saying that you are not permitted to inherit the kingdom
-
of God in your fallen fleshly state. It's going to
-
elaborate on this. This is not saying you're getting translated
-
to heaven. No, that's never what it says. Never says that.
-
Because there are no verses in the Bible that say
-
you're going to go to heaven. Never says that. Not
-
one verse in Isaiah. If you can find me, One
-
person who can contest this with me publicly will do
-
this right, because I can prove this in a court
-
of law. No prophet, major or minor, ever said anybody
-
was going to heaven. This is not describing a translation
-
to heaven. It's describing a transference of inheritance. Let's read on. So,
-
this being the truth that you're going to have to
-
be changed into your resurrected form to inherit the kingdom
-
of God on earth. Is that what it's going to say?
-
Is this what it's going to say? Let's read it.
-
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot
-
inherit the kingdom of God, nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold,
-
I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep,
-
but we shall be Changed, not translated. No, not translated
-
to heaven. You will be changed. This in the Greek
-
right here is very clear. Not only does this verse
-
end with this Greek word, so does the next one.
-
It's G236. Alaso. It means to be changed. Literally, you
-
affect the case in form here. Literally, this says in Greek,
-
A Logos Mothia. Oh, I don't need to go with
-
the generic Strong's. I know what it actually says. It
-
says a Logos Mothia because of its case in form.
-
That's why. Because this is the second future passive inductive
-
first person plural. A Logos Mothia. We will be changed
-
not translated to heaven we will be changed terrestrially that's
-
what it says that's what it means so the next
-
verse in the moment in the twinkling of an eye
-
at the last trump for the trumpet will sound and
-
the dead will rise incorruptible and then we shall be
-
changed Not translated, this said logos mothia, twice. That's how
-
51 ended, and it repeated itself in the Greek in 52.
-
You're going to be changed, not translated to heaven. It's
-
not what it said. The Greek is ten times more
-
exacting than English. The Greek said, you're going to receive
-
your inheritance if you're alive. Who receives their inheritance first
-
is the dead. And they shall be changed. They shall
-
be elagos mothia and receive their resurrected bodies first. That's
-
the mystery. The Greek says that's the mystery. The mystery
-
is not the rapture. The mystery is that the dead
-
will receive their inheritance first. Then we who are alive
-
and remain will receive it next. Let's see if this
-
is what it says. Does it continue explaining this? Verse 53,
-
for this corruptible must put on incorruption and this mortal
-
must put on immortality. The mystery is not the rapture.
-
The mystery is, read it in Greek, the mystery is
-
that dead receive their incorruptible bodies first. That's what it said. So,
-
take note. This never said a translation to heaven. Ever.
-
It never said that. So, let's go to the second
-
instance in 1 Thessalonians chapter 4 starting in verse 13.
1 Thessalonians 4 chapter mention
-
Let's just read it and believe it. Can you do that?
-
Can you read the word and just accept what it says?
-
Because that's what's going on with dispensationalists. They're reading it
-
and rejecting it. They reject what it says. Now, albeit,
-
most of them have never even tried to access the
-
Greek to see what the word actually says. Because the
-
word is not in KJV. The word's not in New
-
American Standard Bible or anything else. The word is in
-
Greek and it's in Hebrew. What does this say? Start
-
out with verse 13, 1 Thessalonians chapter 4. Does it
1 Thessalonians 4 chapter mention
-
say this is a translation to heaven? What does it say?
-
It says, But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren,
-
concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as
-
others who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus
-
died and rose again, even so he will bring with
-
him those who sleep in Jesus. This is saying exactly
-
what 1 Corinthians chapter 15 said. The dead get their
1 Corinthians 15 chapter mention
-
inheritance first. Verse 15. For we say this by the
-
word of the Lord, that we who are alive and
-
remain until the coming of the Lord will by no
-
mean precede those who are asleep. What is this coming
-
in Hebrews? What is this word here? What is the
-
word for coming? If you have access to on-life research,
-
it is parousia. The destination is earth. Jesus Christ leaves
-
heaven and his destination is earth. There's no such thing
-
as a partial return. This said parousia in Greek. When
-
you know what it means, you can't be deceived. So
-
it just said he's going to bring those who are
-
asleep with him and they will receive their resurrected bodies first.
-
That's exactly what the prior instance said. So now that
-
we have that out of the way, it should say,
-
it should elaborate. So his parousia, that means he's coming here.
-
No partial cowardly return. No, it said parousia, he is coming.
-
This is not a partial return. pre-trib nonsense. That's not biblical.
-
That's a theological myth. Okay? What's the next verse say?
-
I bet the next verse is going to back it up.
-
Of course it is because this is the Word. This
-
is the Word. Verse 16. For the Lord Himself will
-
descend from Heaven. Yes. In the Greek, this doesn't mean
-
anything other than what this elementary translation said. To descend. Descend.
-
Karabino in Greek. I don't think I know. I don't
-
need some professor to tell me. I'm well familiar with
-
what this Greek is saying. I don't care what dispensationalists say.
-
They're lying to you. This says, and in the Strong's number,
-
please write this down. This is in the Strong's Concordance.
-
You can get it at Blue Letter Bible. You can
-
get it at Logos. You can get it at the
-
Bible Hub. It's literally common knowledge. You can get this
-
from any library. This Greek word is a dual compound
-
Greek word. It is derived from the Greek word kata
-
and basis. This literally means to descend, to go from
-
an elevation down. It is incredible that people lie. These
-
dispensationalists lie. It's a lie. There is no partial return.
-
That's a lie. Okay? This compound, this dual compound Greek word,
-
it comes from the Greek word kata, for one. Kata
-
means down. It means down, okay? And it's derived from basis.
-
What does this mean? It means stepping or walking to traverse,
-
to take a step. It means that he's stepping from
-
heaven To earth. He is stepping from. He's stepping out of.
-
The spiritual dimension. Into the material dimension. Doesn't mean anything else.
-
If you say something else. It's because you're lying. No
-
partial preacher of rapture. No such thing. An outright theological myth.
-
A cunningly devised fable. So. For the Lord himself will
-
descend from heaven. descend from heaven with the shout, with
-
the voice of the archangel, with the trumpet of God, uh-oh,
-
it agrees with 1 Corinthians chapter 15. It says, and
1 Corinthians 15 chapter mention
-
the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who
-
are alive and remain will be caught together with them
-
in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air
-
just like parousia. When there's a divine procession, once it
-
gets in range of the city, a welcoming committee would
-
go out to greet the sovereign. This truth is non-contestable.
-
It's non-contestable. And thus we shall always be with the Lord,
-
therefore comfort one another with these words. So, What is
-
the rapture? The last thing it is is a translation
-
to heaven. The second to the last thing it is
-
is a partial return. The Greek negates that lie, that
-
cunningly devised fable. And remember, dispensationalism, okay, it's just a
-
It's just one of the symptoms of the Darby Schofield syndrome.
-
Dispensationalism and preacher of rapture is just a few of them.
-
The other one, of course, is Christian Zionism, and I
-
could go on and on and on and on and on.
-
So the preacher of rapture is just one of the
-
many symptoms of Darby Schofield syndrome. Because this Greek, you
-
can't argue with it. It says what it means. Anything
-
that goes left or right of this is a cunningly
-
devised fable meant to confuse those of us who have
-
been born again. You are going to inherit the kingdom
-
of God. Oh, yes you are. Yes you are. You
-
are not going to inherit heaven's throne room. You're never
-
going there. That's never going to happen. So it amazes
-
me that when I talk about this in a classroom
-
with dispensationalists, first off, they dare not counter me because
-
I literally, I put the Greek up on the board.
-
But it's amazing that they all say, well, wait a minute.
-
Nobody told me. It does say descend. Yeah. It does
-
say we inherit. Yeah. Yeah. It does say kingdom of God. Yeah,
-
kingdom of God is on earth. Duh. I mean, duh. Duh.
-
Read the New Testament. Just read the quotations about it
-
from the Lord Jesus Christ himself. The kingdom of God
-
is right here. Yeah, it is. Oh, yes, it is.
-
You're not going to inherit what belongs to angels. That's
-
the spiritual dimension. You don't get that. You get what
-
God created for you. He created the earth for you.
-
That's what you're going to inherit. And once the Lord
-
Jesus Christ assumes authority over it, once he assumes command
-
in the material creation, that's the kingdom of God because
-
he is God the Son. Yes, he is. So this
-
can help heal that psychological scarring that you have on
-
your psyche from dispensationalism. Just believe the Word. Study it
-
for yourself. These are very, very short verses. So how
-
many verses? There's one, two, three, four, five, six verses
-
from 1 Thessalonians 4 and three verses from 1 Corinthians 15.
-
Get these on Bible Hub. Bible Hub will actually expand
-
it and break it down for you and show you
-
everything you need to see. There's no partial return of
-
Christ here. It said, and it said, I don't need
-
to go on and on. What I've said, I've said,
-
and that's the fact. I've just relayed to you the
-
facts of the word. The word. I don't care what
-
Darby said. I sure fire don't care what that criminal
-
Schofield said. He's a criminal. Yeah, he should have been
-
put in jail. And yet, they believe him as if
-
what he put in that Schofield Bible commentary was the
-
words of Christ. No. No, he was a heretic. Yeah.
-
One thing's for sure, we can prove in a court
-
of law just the historical facts. He had insulted the
-
spirit of grace. Now listen, you need to learn this,
-
you dispensationalists. You need to learn this. Hebrews chapter 10,
-
verses 26 through 29. Once you insult the spirit of grace,
-
you're just going to continue on in your cunningly devised fables,
-
chasing your tails. It'll never make sense to you. The
-
word cannot make sense to you unless you've been born again.
-
I'm not arguing with you. This is not a debate.
-
I've given you the facts of what the Greek says
-
in the New Testament. This isn't a debate. This is
-
a lecture. And you deserve to know. If you're a churchgoer,
-
you deserve to know what the word says. Because that's
-
what you're going to be judged off of. And I'm
-
hoping that I've inspired you to go to Bible Hub.
-
Pull up these verses and look at them in the
-
Greek yourself. Because if you do this, if you begin
-
to saturate your psyche with the word, the spirit can
-
begin to move in you. You must be born again.
-
You must be baptized in the Holy Spirit. So please,
-
this is the only way because the word is the
-
inspired word of God. It was inspired by the Holy Spirit.
-
If you saturate your psyche with it and throw away
-
all your entertainment, throw it all away. Listen to it.
-
Read it and study it. It will heal. It will
-
heal your psyche of that scarring because the spirit can
-
begin to move because it is the spirit that wrote
-
the word. So please look these things up. Like I said,
-
I'm not lying to you. This isn't a debate. This
-
is a lecture. I'm telling you the truth. Everything that
-
I said, go verify it. And I pray that when
-
you verify it, the Spirit begins to move in you. Hey,
-
with that being said, now you know what the rapture is.
-
It's not a partial return. Jesus Christ descends. And number two,
-
it is not a translation to heaven. Now you know
-
what it actually is. It is a descent. It is
-
a transfer of inheritance. It is a changing. What's the Greek?
-
I told you what the actual Greek says in both verses.
-
It's a changing. It's not a translation. It's not a
-
translation to heaven. It's a changing in creation is what
-
it is. So those of you that's been born again,
-
if you have any encouraging words, or prayers, please put
-
them in the comments. Please like and share the video
-
and subscribe to the channel. And I hope you all
-
are being edified by these live streams. Until next time,
-
ladies and gentlemen,
