  1. You're listening to The Bible Guys, a podcast where a

  2. couple of friends talk about the Bible in fun, in

  3. practical ways. Hey, everybody, welcome to the Bible Guys. We're

  4. so glad that you decided to tune in and join

  5. us for another episode.

  6. Man, this is going to be maybe the highlight of

  7. their next ten minutes, twenty minutes.

  8. The high light of the next twenty four and a

  9. half minute.

  10. It's going to be incredible.

  11. Yes. So, and today we are in well, we're in

  12. the middle of a series that we're having about Jesus,

  13. and we're saying, what if Jesus had a podcast and

  14. probably talk about all the famous things that he has done?

  15. And today's saying is be dressed and ready for service.

  16. Wooh okay that get ready? Yeah, people, get ready.

  17. People get ready. But before we get into that, we

  18. have a news article.

  19. Only the finest news We scoured the internet and always

  20. come back to the same Babylon only only the most

  21. trustworthy news sources. And so this is from the Babylon

  22. B July ninth. If you've never read the Babylon B,

  23. it's a satire website, very very funny, and says here

  24. a man's faith in God shaken after prayer for lightsaber

  25. goes unanswered.

  26. That's so good.

  27. We just talked about this guy. Yes, he's praying fervently.

  28. This is Huntsville, Alabama. Local man Brad Sharp had his

  29. faith in God shaken to its core after his prayer

  30. for a real, functioning lightsaber went unanswered. How could a good, loving,

  31. all powerful God not give me a lightsaber? Sighed Sharp,

  32. staring at the sky. Where are you, God? Are you

  33. even listening? According to sources, Sharp prayed for God to

  34. grant him a lightsaber, not once, but three times. Yet

  35. Sharp was met with nothing but silence from the Lord,

  36. prompting something of an existential crisis. It's tough to reconcile

  37. belief in an omnipotent, beneficent God with not getting a lightsaber,

  38. said Sharp's friend Kevin Darnault, especially if you scifically asked

  39. for one. He's taking it pretty hard and it's causing

  40. him to question a lot of his beliefs. He really

  41. wanted that lightsaber. At publishing time, Sharp's faith in God

  42. had again been tested as he failed to bench press

  43. five hundred pounds despite wearing a Philippians four thirteen bracelet.

  44. That is that is a great add on, isn't it,

  45. despite wearing a Flip's fourth orteen brains. Yeah, that is

  46. one of the funniest things.

  47. Uh.

  48. You know, when I when I went to Bible College,

  49. they had a poster in the weight room, which was

  50. barely a weight room, and it said Flippings four thirteen.

  51. And there was a picture of a weight weight build

  52. bodybuilder named rich Gaspari and he was this massive guy

  53. and he and he had any and he just you know,

  54. held up this you know, you know, it was picture

  55. in bench pressing and it said Flippings four thirteen. I

  56. can do all things and that all was capital all

  57. through Christ, who strengthens me. And I thought, I can't

  58. believe in a Bible college that we hung up a

  59. poster that it just took the verse out of context

  60. and here it is, it's articles making fun of it.

  61. Well, we talked just a couple of days ago, if

  62. you missed it on the podcast. We talked about the

  63. fact that yes, Jesus promises that God will answer all

  64. of our prayers, but he brackets it with we have

  65. to be on his mission and it's to bring glory

  66. to God. Right, those are the two things. And so

  67. that's kind of this this this article is kind of

  68. making fun of this idea that you can just have

  69. anything you want from God, right right, lightsabers and five

  70. hundred pound bench presses.

  71. How could an all how could how could a god

  72. be all loving it all good and not give me

  73. a specific functioning lightsaber? By the way, can you imagine

  74. having a functional lightsaber?

  75. I think we'd get in trouble with it?

  76. Oh my goodness, gracious. Don't you think it's sort of

  77. like the ultimate weapon? It goes through everything, doesn't it.

  78. Yeah, I would say I would rather have a.

  79. A laser gun than.

  80. Than a laser sword.

  81. Yeah.

  82. Really, well, because you don't want hand to hand combat.

  83. Yeah yeah, yeah, that's it, and we can get you

  84. across the room right right. So okay, there's that anyways,

  85. that has nothing to do with anything.

  86. No, it doesn't. It's just fun.

  87. Uh huh.

  88. By the way, Babylon B, in my opinion, is it's

  89. that sophisticated. Now today wasn't as sophisticated, But is that

  90. sophisticated kind of humor? Very it makes me laugh like

  91. twice as hard. Yeah, you know, it's just like not

  92. quite in your face.

  93. They're great and they if you haven't ever been on

  94. their website, they do a lot of funny politics on

  95. both sides of the aisle, so don't get worked up

  96. about it. They make fun of everybody. They do a

  97. lot of social commentary, very very very funny stuff. So

  98. I enjoy the Babylon b So, you.

  99. Know, speaking of enjoying things, you.

  100. Know what I enjoy getting dressed up. I was gonna say, Jesus,

  101. oh Jesus.

  102. Yea, but yeah, you're getting dressed up. Actually, actually don't

  103. enjoy I don't.

  104. Enjoy getting you don't like you don't enjoy getting.

  105. Dressed No, no, no, I.

  106. Would have thought you would be like kind of a

  107. fancy boy, you'd like to get all dressed up.

  108. No, that's you. You're you're you love that, But I

  109. don't love it at all. I actually, uh, I'm like

  110. the million If I had like millions of dollars, i'd

  111. be the millionaire with velcrow shoes.

  112. Yeah.

  113. You know, have you ever seen a millionaire belcro shoes?

  114. Yeah? Yeah, that's true.

  115. That's what they do. And the millionaires today are different

  116. than they were eighty years ago. Right back then, everybody

  117. was fancy smancy.

  118. But today I think it was Mark Cuban. I read

  119. a thing Mark Cuban was talking about when you walk

  120. into a business meeting, Yeah, don't pay attention to the

  121. high powered people in suits across the table from you.

  122. Look for the guy who's wearing sweatpants and tennis shoes

  123. in the corner. And that's the one with the power.

  124. Yep.

  125. Because he said, I've done all the work. I don't

  126. have to dress like they dressed. I can dress however

  127. I want to.

  128. Dress, right, that's right. And he said that's the one

  129. of the most power. Right, that's it.

  130. He said leisure pants as we said, I think he

  131. said like Lululemons or something.

  132. Have you ever gone to downtown Detroit and uh seen

  133. what what's the headquarters of Ford where it started? Where's

  134. that at? But the big the big one, you know

  135. where it started out? Okay, okay, anyway, they have this

  136. massive photo right and and it's like a it's the

  137. size of the entire wall. And they had taken a

  138. picture of all the men working in the Ford plant

  139. in the nineteen whatever it was.

  140. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, dress pants, dress shirts.

  141. Dude, three piece suits like not dress pants, dress shirts.

  142. No, they're there.

  143. They are coming to work in suits. Now. Think about it.

  144. Back then no air conditioning, right, uh, you know, probably

  145. in the summer, it looked. It looked like a very

  146. nice day. I'm thinking to myself, everybody back then smelled

  147. so bad. It's the only thing I think of. You

  148. think of. They're all together, they're all together, And I'm

  149. thinking to myself, if I was in the know of

  150. that crowd, I would probably physically and literally pass out

  151. because it's so bad.

  152. Really, so I I you know, we had to wear

  153. suits and ties to class when in seminary and all

  154. that stuff.

  155. I did too.

  156. I didn't mind it.

  157. I don't.

  158. I don't.

  159. I don't mind wearing a tie. I don't like wearing

  160. a suit. You get overheated really easy. Oh, it's so

  161. it's way more than run hot. Well, you hate being uncomfortable.

  162. And I don't even think about it. Yeah, like I don't.

  163. I don't think about the fact I got a tie

  164. around my neck. I don't think about the fact that

  165. I got an extra jacket on around wearing a past

  166. None of that stuff bothers me. So, but I do

  167. like the accessories. Yeah, I like a nice pair of

  168. cuff lengths.

  169. When I come home from work, I am almost always

  170. immediately jump into pajamas.

  171. Yeah, yeah, you told me that. You told me that before.

  172. Yeah, yeah, I mean it's it's it's I want to

  173. get comfortable if I'm not doing something where I know

  174. I have to go back out or go in the

  175. back porch or go in the backyard.

  176. Comfort high value.

  177. Why would you not be comfortable? Why why would you not?

  178. I don't know that I have an awareness that I'm

  179. not comfortable what I'm saying.

  180. But you're way more comfortable with with with those kinds

  181. of clothes on. So you're like, oh, it's just so comfortable. Yeah, yeah,

  182. I love it.

  183. Okay, well good.

  184. So I like a nice tie, I like good cuff links,

  185. I like a nice matching watch. Right now, as a

  186. matter of fact, on my list of exorbitantly expensive stupid

  187. things that I want is I want to a mont

  188. Blanc logoed cuff links. Well, yeah, there's stupid expensive, right.

  189. I don't need them, right, I can plan a church

  190. for what it would cost me to three hundred fifty

  191. bucks or some dumbthing. But yeah, it's just I like it.

  192. I don't have any reason to dress up. Anyways, Jesus

  193. says to dress up, Chris, You just do what Jesus

  194. says to do.

  195. Is that what got us there?

  196. Yes, it was like two minutes ago. So it was

  197. it was four minutes, I think. But here we are.

  198. In Luke chapter twelve, it says this in verse thirty five.

  199. Be dressed for service, and keep your lamps burning as

  200. though you were waiting for your master to return from

  201. the wedding feast. And then you'll be ready to open

  202. the door and let him in the moment he arrives

  203. and knocks the servants who are ready and waiting for

  204. his return to be rewarded. And I tell you the truth,

  205. he himself will seat them, put on an apron, and

  206. serve them as they sit and eat. He may come

  207. in the middle of the night or just before dawn,

  208. But whenever he comes, he will reward the servants who

  209. are ready. Where are we ending? Oh yeah, well keep going.

  210. Understand this. If a homeowner knew exactly when a burglar

  211. was coming, he would not permit his house to be

  212. broken into. You also must be ready all the time,

  213. for the sun man will come when least expected. Peter

  214. asks Lord, is that illustration just for us or for everyone?

  215. Lord replied? A faithful, sensible servant is one to whom

  216. the master can give the responsibility of managing his other

  217. household servants and feeding them. If the master returns and

  218. finds that the servant has done a good job, there

  219. will be a reward. And I tell you the truth,

  220. the master will put that servant in charge of all

  221. he owns. But what if the servant thinks my master

  222. won't be back for a while, and he begins beating

  223. the other servants, parting and getting drunk. The Master will

  224. return unannounced and unexpected, and he will cut the servant

  225. in pieces and banish him with the unfaithful and a

  226. servant who knows what the master wants but isn't prepared

  227. and doesn't carry out those instructions be severely punished. But

  228. someone who does not know and then does something wrong

  229. will be punished only lightly. When someone has been given much,

  230. much will be required in return. When someone has been

  231. entrusted with much, even more will be required. Woo man, Wow,

  232. that's a tough one.

  233. You know what I'm not going to do.

  234. Start at the end, You start at the end. I

  235. knew so you're going back going, what do we talk

  236. about at the beginning? Well? What I love that.

  237. So if you're just doing him for the first time,

  238. I mentioned the fact that normally Zarabad jumps in and

  239. talks about the last thing we talked about first.

  240. Yeah, well, I mean, but again, this is the striking

  241. thing at the end.

  242. Rure, sure at the beginning, you know, coming back in

  243. any minute.

  244. Yeah, it's not as it's not as uh hot topic,

  245. is it. Right, that's when I started the talk.

  246. You know you want to you know, you want to

  247. cut in.

  248. Pieces really good gravy. Wow.

  249. Yeah.

  250. And then he says, he says, at the very end,

  251. when someone has been given much, much will be required

  252. in return. When someone has been entrusted with much, even

  253. more will be required. So the responsibility factor of God

  254. and trusting us comes with a pretty sober warning here, right,

  255. And so yeah, it really should sort of give you

  256. a fear of God in a pretty good, healthy way.

  257. Well, and for me, I read that, and it's inspiring

  258. to me because now he sets a bar that I

  259. want to achieve. He says, if I've given you a lot,

  260. I'm going to expect a lot from you. Yeah, And

  261. so I feel motivated not to just coast.

  262. I want.

  263. I feel like God's given me so many advantages and

  264. so many blessings and so much favor that I feel

  265. like it's an inspiration to me to think, Okay, it's

  266. not just for me to consume. To whom much is given,

  267. much is going to be required. I want to give

  268. him as much as I can back.

  269. And I'm pretty confident that I'm not going to get

  270. drunk and beat up servants.

  271. Yeah.

  272. Yeah, right, So there's not that really big fear in me. Yeah,

  273. So I think I'm good.

  274. So I worked for at the time one of the

  275. richest men in Michigan back when I was in college.

  276. During I worked the whole summer on one of his estates,

  277. and he owned a lot of land. We had a farm,

  278. a two hundred and fifty acre cattle breeding operation right

  279. next door to a two hundred and fifty year old

  280. historic estate. It was like a twelve thousand square foot

  281. log cabin out in the woods that the I think

  282. it was the Anheuser family had built as a hunting

  283. and he built it. It's just so is this historically beautiful,

  284. just really great thing. And then he had about two

  285. hundred acres of essentially, you know, finally trimmed hedges, and

  286. he had a giant, probably twenty acre formal gardens and

  287. so we're constantly planting and trimming and doing all these things.

  288. It was really great.

  289. So it was three college guys and on the estate

  290. side the guy there was an adult man. Two adult

  291. men that were our boss bosses. And those guys they

  292. made good money. They made really good money. They were

  293. horticulturalists by degree.

  294. Right.

  295. The guy who ran the cattle breeding operation had a PhD.

  296. Right. These guys were geniuses. They were paid very very

  297. very very very well.

  298. Our boss on the landscaping side was a full on jerk,

  299. like just a jerk, but he acted like king of

  300. the world. Super nice guy when the owner was around, right,

  301. but he would disappear for sometimes days at a time,

  302. days at a time where we wouldn't see him. We'd

  303. see him when we showed up on the property. He'd

  304. give everybody their work for the day and then he'd

  305. be gone all day. Well, then we found out he

  306. we would just go into town, hang out at the

  307. at the diner, he'd go to his girlfriend's house, this

  308. crazy stuff. So and then we found out. He had

  309. built a like a place, like a place for taking

  310. naps and all this kind of stuff. He had alarm

  311. clocked the whole nine yards up in a loft in

  312. the one.

  313. Of the big barns. We couldn't find him.

  314. Finally we stumbling, we find him, like, dude, you know

  315. you're gonna get in trouble for that whatever. So the boss,

  316. the owner had a helicopter, and you sometimes, you know,

  317. he wouldn't tell us he was coming, obviously coming in

  318. land like this. He came in and immediately he asked

  319. for that guy. Well, we had all just seen him.

  320. He had empty bottles all around him up in the

  321. up in this loft where he was taking that and

  322. he was sound asleep when the owner come in and

  323. fired him on the spot, told him off whole thing,

  324. and that one of the young guys, one of the

  325. teenage It wasn't teenage guy, college guy. He is a

  326. couple of years older than me. He'd worked there for

  327. several summers. The owner immediately turned to him and said, okay,

  328. you're in charge for the rest of the summer and

  329. put this colleg this guy in charge. Gave him a

  330. huge pay raise and fired this guy who was making

  331. a small fortune to just manage a rich man's estate.

  332. It wasn't a hard job, right, he had all the help,

  333. all these things, but he's just sitting around drinking and

  334. drink himself to sleep. And so I actually saw this happen.

  335. He didn't cut me to pieces, but that would have

  336. been kind of cool. Kicked him off the property, and

  337. this guy lost a cake job over the fact that

  338. he just didn't believe that the owner was going to

  339. show up. It just happened suddenly.

  340. Well, and what a dramatic entrance to at a helicopter.

  341. Oh he come in every time, every time he come

  342. in on a helicopter.

  343. Yeah, yeah, wow, that's that's crazy. So this is very

  344. similar to what we read what two days.

  345. Ago, yeah, a few days ago, when he was saying, hey,

  346. you got to be ready. So I think there's a

  347. verse here. It says the kingdom seekers prepare themselves to

  348. offer whatever service God requires. They keep their lamps lit,

  349. ready to welcome him without delay. Jesus repeatedly said that

  350. he would leave this world but would return at some

  351. future time. He also said that a kingdom was being

  352. prepared for his followers, and so a lot of Greeks

  353. envisioned this as a celestial, idealized spiritual kingdom. Jews like

  354. Isaiah and John the writer of Revelation, understood that it

  355. would be a restored earthly kingdom. So it's kind of both. Right,

  356. he's talking about Jesus is going to come back. He's

  357. going to set up his kingdom here on earth. We

  358. have to be physically ready, and then there's the spiritual

  359. side of it, that we have to be ready spiritually

  360. for him because of eternity, and both of those things

  361. are true simultaneously. And then what happens is the Master

  362. shows up and he's going to reward faithful servants, ready servants.

  363. And so I think we have this sleeping giant of

  364. the church. Most Christians go to church, do their church thing,

  365. and then just live the rest of their lives, not

  366. really paying attention the fact that Jesus is coming back

  367. at any minute, and to whom much has been given,

  368. much will be required, and he wants to see that

  369. we have that we have a good return for the

  370. investment he's given us.

  371. Let me ask you this question, have you ever done

  372. something and while you're doing it, like, for instance, I

  373. give you an example, maybe this will help you understand

  374. it better. I took my family to Disney, where all

  375. five of us went down to Disney, and the kids

  376. were a little you know, they were little. It was

  377. like two thousand and seven, so it's quite a while ago.

  378. And I remember while I was there, I thought to myself,

  379. we'll come back and do this again, all five of us.

  380. And from that time until this time, we've never done it. Now,

  381. so here's my question. Have you ever thought to yourself, Oh,

  382. next time we're back, Yeah, well, next time we're back,

  383. we'll come back. When I was in India, I remember

  384. looking at the leader and I said, hey, I'll be back.

  385. And I've never been back. Yeah, and I went in

  386. two thousand and nine.

  387. Yeah, I've done it many times.

  388. Right where it's like, somehow in the moment, you think

  389. either A, I have more time, or be I'll come

  390. back and I'm gonna I'm gonna return, I'm gonna do

  391. this again. But you don't. But you don't, right, And

  392. I just think to myself, it's this idea of like

  393. being ready, It's this idea of urgency. Right. So you

  394. always hear in movies because I'm a movie guy, obviously.

  395. So when you hear movies where it says, man, if

  396. I'd have known that was the last time I was

  397. going to talk to him, I'd have said this, you know,

  398. if I had just known this, if I'd have just

  399. known that, you know, I think in our lives we

  400. probably go through life not realizing the importance of a

  401. moment and the urgency of a moment.

  402. Yes, that's my point. Yeah, yeah, well I had. It

  403. reminds me when I first came to Heritage, I was

  404. leading a group. It was Foundations. It was all just

  405. a theological stuff for new believers. It's really really great.

  406. It lasted quite quite a long time and had this group.

  407. So we would always take prayer quest in there, and

  408. this guy would always say, pray for me or pray

  409. for my other that he would meet Jesus.

  410. And so after a while, because it was.

  411. Maybe I forget twenty six weeks or something, how long

  412. this class lasted, and I started saying, why don't you

  413. start praying that God will give you the opportunity to

  414. share the gospel.

  415. Who's going to share the gospel with your brother? You?

  416. You're the Christian in his life, right, you share the

  417. gospel with your brother, and so he began to go,

  418. You're right. So then his prayer quest shifted, Hey, pray

  419. that God gives me an opportunity to share the Gospel

  420. with my brother. Pray that God gives me. And I'm like,

  421. why don't you go make an opportunity. The fact that

  422. it's on your heart, God's trying to nudge you this way,

  423. why don't you just find a way. And over time

  424. we had multiple conversations and he would usually say, I

  425. really don't feel qualified, And I said, all you need

  426. to do is tell your story and tell God's story.

  427. You know God's story. You know God did. Here's a

  428. couple verses. I gave him the Romans road.

  429. All you have to do write these verses down in

  430. your Bible, I told him. I showed him my Dad's

  431. New Testament, where my dad loved sharing the Gospel with people.

  432. Couldn't ever remember what the next verse was in the order,

  433. And so at the beginning he wrote Roman three twenty

  434. three in the beginning of his Bible. Then when at

  435. the rate, at the end of Romans three twenty three,

  436. he wrote Romans six twenty three, and at the end

  437. of Romans six twenty three, he wrote five eight, and

  438. then at the end of five eight he wrote ten nine,

  439. ten thirteen. That's what you did, right, So he just

  440. wrote the verse next to it so that he'd remember

  441. where to go next, and then he just underlined.

  442. Those I said, just do that. The Bible will lead

  443. you through this if you just have a little plan.

  444. So he worked all that out.

  445. He did all those things, and then I wound up

  446. doing his brother's funeral and he never led his brother

  447. to Christ.

  448. Oh wow, thanks for that ending of the story.

  449. And it was amazing to me. And that was his statement,

  450. was I if I had.

  451. Known that his house caught on fire and he got kids, Well.

  452. Well no, but he was talking about the fact that

  453. this is important to me. It's important to me. It's

  454. important to me. But he never did it. Yeah, And

  455. so after his brother died, he stood there and talked

  456. to me. He said, you know what, if I had

  457. known the last time I talked to him, because he

  458. talked about the last time was fourth of July fireworks

  459. before he said, we talked about nothing whole evening, and

  460. he said, I could have shared the Gospel with my brother, right.

  461. I just remember thinking, mana we do that A lot,

  462. don't we if we really believe that Jesus is coming

  463. back at any minute, if we really believe that every

  464. person has an appointment with death, if we really believe

  465. in the power of the Gospel, we wouldn't wait. And

  466. this is what he's saying is, don't wait around, be prepared,

  467. get ready, and don't live a life of regrets. And

  468. I don't think our great regrets and eternity are going

  469. to be that we didn't make it to Hawaii, right.

  470. I think our great regrets are going to be the

  471. people we didn't share the Gospel with. And so this

  472. is it right here. To whom much is given, much

  473. will be required.

  474. Did I ever tell you? When I was raking leaves

  475. with my neighbor after living next to him for ten years,

  476. he confronted me and said, why did you Why did

  477. you never talk to me about it?

  478. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you told me about that.

  479. Why did you never talk to me about God? I'm

  480. not sure it was quite ten years, but it was

  481. probably like six years into the ten years I lived

  482. in Atlanta, And he says, yeah, why did you never

  483. do it? And I think I said something to him

  484. like why didn't want to be that guy, you know,

  485. just because I was the pastor next door, and you know,

  486. there's no other pastors in the neighborhood, and I didn't

  487. want to be the guy who was always, you know,

  488. a churchy guy. And he said, yeah, except for the

  489. fact that I've always wondered about God. I've always wondered

  490. about Heaven and I have questions about it. And I

  491. was just I was hanging around here hoping you would

  492. bring it up.

  493. Yeah.

  494. You know, the magician's penn and teller so oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,

  495. the tall guy and the short guy.

  496. Short guy's quiet.

  497. So Pendulette is a pretty vocal atheist, very vocal. He's

  498. very intellectual, very intelligent, very compelling speaker, very interesting speaker,

  499. very smart. And he's a very vocal atheist. And there's

  500. a video online it's a TikTok thing and he just

  501. picks up his phone.

  502. This is all. He picks up his phone.

  503. So he's sitting in front of his phone and he goes, hey, listen,

  504. I've been thinking about this. He had somebody gave him

  505. a Bible or something, a New Testament, tried to share

  506. the gospel with me, and he said, I don't believe

  507. anything guy says, but I got to say, I really

  508. admire his commitment because he said, if I believed what

  509. he believes, that Jesus is the only way and that

  510. heaven is reel and Hell is real, I couldn't stop

  511. myself from telling everybody all the time because the consequences

  512. are so big. And so he compliments this guy, saying,

  513. I'm really grateful that this.

  514. Guy did this. And at the same time he says,

  515. if you're a Christian and you don't act.

  516. That way, why not? And he's questioning, do you really

  517. believe it? Right?

  518. This is what Jesus is saying these passages when he says,

  519. you need to keep your lamp lit.

  520. What is the lamp? Your word is a lamp to

  521. my feet and the light to my past.

  522. You got to know God's word, and then you've got

  523. to be ready when Jesus returns, and you got to

  524. be about his business in between. And that's why he

  525. pivots from being ready for the wedding feast too. He

  526. pivots to, hey, you need to be taking care of

  527. my servants, right. You got to get out and you

  528. don't abuse them, you don't take advantage of them. You

  529. serve them, and the way we serve them is by

  530. getting the Gospel to them, because there's going to be

  531. a day when we're going to wish we had And

  532. that's it. It's not a guilt trip thing. Jesus is

  533. trying to say, if you knew what I knew, you

  534. would be avoiding the bad part at the end by

  535. making sure you're telling everybody right now. That's what he's

  536. trying to get everybody to understand. So yeah, don't put

  537. it off. If you have somebody in your life that

  538. you love that doesn't know Jesus yet, don't wait for

  539. a better opportunity, because the best opportunity never comes right.

  540. If you wait for the best opportunity to invest, you

  541. never invest. If you wait for the best opportunity to propose,

  542. you rarely ever propose, right. And it's the same thing.

  543. If you wait for the best, perfect opportunity, it's not

  544. going to happen. Just make it happen and you'll never

  545. regret it.

  546. That's awesome, all right, Well, hey, that is our time,

  547. So what a great passage, and we'll see you tomorrow

  548. hopefully on the Bible.

  549. Guys,
