  1. Seventy weeks.

  2. I could get bogged down there, but I'm not going to.

  3. You're not going to make me.

  4. Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people.

  5. That's the Jews.

  6. And upon the holy city, that's Jerusalem.

  7. To finish the transgression, and here comes progression now.

  8. And to make an end of sins, that hadn't happened yet.

  9. And to make reconciliation for iniquity and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and seal up the vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy.

  10. Right now, Israel has a trained high priest with all the sacred garments and priestly vessels ready for the third temple to be built in the coming millennium.

  11. We're right there.

  12. The heifer's already over there.

  13. The red heifer.

  14. I don't know any more than that.

  15. But I do know we're in the last of this thing.

  16. Or maybe it's the first.

  17. And so 70 weeks equates to 490 years.

  18. So let's put up my little chart now.

  19. It's a simplified chart.

  20. I didn't write it, but I agree with it.

  21. If we can see it, as we're reading the scripture here in just a minute, well, let me go ahead and verse 25, and then I'll talk about that in just a minute.

  22. Know ye therefore and understand that from the going forth to the command to restore the building Jerusalem and the Messiah at the prince shall be seven weeks, threscore and two weeks.

  23. The street shall be built again in wall in troublesome times.

  24. And so, no, now you can put it back up now, Billy.

  25. I'm sorry.

  26. 400 and can I see that?

  27. 83 BC is when the command came to rebuild Jerusalem and the wall in troublesome times.

  28. Alright.

  29. And then verse 26 says, and after three score and two weeks, the Messiah should be cut off.

  30. And now we'll go back to the chart again.

  31. I'm working everybody back there tonight.

  32. We come all the way up to 33 A.D.

  33. is what I hold to.

  34. Palm Sunday and the crucifixion of the Messiah, he was cut off.

  35. Everybody say, cut off.

  36. In other words, he died on a cross, but not for himself.

  37. That occurred in 33 A.D.

  38. And so if that's the case, then Jesus was at least 35 years old, contrary to most theologians' concepts.

  39. Anyway.

  40. After threescore and two weeks, shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself.

  41. That was for Israel.

  42. Of course, we've been graphed in now as Gentiles.

  43. And the people of the prince that shall come, the prince that shall come is Antichrist.

  44. Now we're jumping to the future.

  45. Trying to make it simple here.

  46. And shall destroy the city and the sanctuary, and the end thereof shall be with the flood, and the end of war, desolation, and determined.

  47. And so the people of the prince really is a reflection of Rome when they destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD.

  48. However, it's a parallel meaning.

  49. It'll happen again in the future because the tribulation is in the future.

  50. Now, in verse 27, and I'll go back and recap this a little bit here.

  51. And he, that's the prince that shall come, not Jesus.

  52. The people of the prince are those that's going to overrun Israel and destroy Israel.

  53. And we will find that a remnant will flee to the mountains of Petra to escape.

  54. So there's always going to be war in the Holy Land, everybody.

  55. There's no such saying as peace that lasts.

  56. Mr.

  57. Trump, you're doing a good job, but it's not going to work.

  58. Because it's been prophesied.

  59. Actually, Israel is suffering because they rejected the Messiah 2,000 years ago.

  60. When they sent his blood beyond us and our children, they cursed themselves.

  61. But I don't want to get on that.

  62. He, verse 27, the Antichrist, shall confirm the covenant with many for one week.

  63. Now one week is seven years.

  64. One day is a year, and so one week of years is seven years.

  65. To bring this thing down and we can understand, from the beginning, now put the screen, put it back on the screen, from the beginning of the wall in 483 B.C.

  66. up to Christ.

  67. And then on up after that, we see we're getting into the church age after Jesus was resurrected.

  68. So the church started formerly on the day of Pentecost and will end at the rapture.

  69. So there are seven years left to be fulfilled according to Daniel's prophecy.

  70. Everything else has been fulfilled.

  71. And actually, Jesus is the one that's going to fulfill the whole thing in the end.

  72. At the second coming of the Battle of Armageddon, when Christ sets up the millennium, that will seal it up, and the most holy will be anointed, the temple that will be built in the millennium.

  73. Well, let me back up here and recap a few things now quickly.

  74. To repeat 490 years concerns Israel and Jerusalem.

  75. The second coming of Christ will fulfill 490 years.

  76. And then when they anoint the most holy, that's concerning the millennial temple that will be built in the very near future.

  77. Amen.

  78. So again, the command to rebuild Jerusalem and the death of Jesus was 483 years.

  79. From the time to rebuild the temple, I mean the Jerusalem and the wall up to Christ being cut off was 483 years.

  80. And so the time clock stopped.

  81. But there's seven years left.

  82. Yet to come.

  83. He's the prince that shall come.

  84. Everybody says, shall come.

  85. That's future.

  86. Alright.

  87. And then verse 27 again to repeat, to get it in our minds, there's a seven-year peace treaty that will be signed in the near future.

  88. Amen.

  89. So the sacrifices will start up again.

  90. Which we can't do that.

  91. Jesus is our sacrifice.

  92. That'd be an abomination for a Christian to sacrifice a lamb on the altar to God and shed the blood.

  93. No, no, no.

  94. We won't do it.

  95. No.

  96. Christ was our great sacrifice.

  97. This is concerning the Jews that are trying to keep the law.

  98. All right.

  99. And so let's go to Matthew 24 now in verse 15.

  100. And we'll come back to this maybe in a little bit.

  101. Verse 15 and 16, Matthew 24, please.

  102. When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, that takes place mid trib.

  103. Spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place.

  104. Whosoever read, let him understand.

  105. And then verse 16.

  106. 16, please.

  107. Let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains.

  108. Now that's when the great escape takes place, mid-trib, and a remnant of the Jews flee to the mountain to Petra for survival.

  109. That's in the future.

  110. Amen.

  111. And this takes place mid-trib and all the last three and a half years of the tribulation.

  112. So in the tribulation, it's divided into two times three and a half years and three and a half years.

  113. The last three and a half years is actually called the Great Tribulation.

  114. But as far as I'm concerned, it's all great tribulation.

  115. Alright?

  116. So we won't gagging it at here.

  117. And so you understand what I said is clear as mud, right?

  118. The point is, according to the prophetic calendar, those seven years to go.

  119. Now, I don't teach that the rapture begins the tribulation.

  120. No.

  121. The tribulation begins after the rapture.

  122. And so the next event to take place is the rapture.

  123. I'll always preach it and teach it because that's the way that the word of God teaches.

  124. And then God begins to deal the last seven years with the Jews again, and we are not Jews.

  125. How many understands that?

  126. The church did not take Israel's place.

  127. I don't mind being called a spiritual Jew because Abraham's our dead father, so to speak.

  128. But then the truth is the church is not Israel.

  129. Now, the Jews could come into the church today and be saved if they accept the Messiah.

  130. Now in the coming tribulation, those that miss the rapture, the Gentiles could still be saved in that time.

  131. Because the Holy Spirit will never leave this earth.

  132. Never.

  133. They're wrong when they say the Holy Spirit departs with the church.

  134. No, he's omnipresent, he goes with the church and stays here also.

  135. Can God do that?

  136. Trying to make it simple.

  137. Well, it is simple if we understand this compilated teacher here tonight.

  138. Well, what we're concerned about now, it's good to start, good to study the future, but what we're concerned about is right now.

  139. Right now.

  140. The church age, see, grace came with Jesus.

  141. He fulfilled the law and initiated the dispensation of grace.

  142. But the church formerly started at Pentecost Sunday, fifty days after the resurrection.

  143. Do I need to say that again?

  144. Pentecost means fifty.

  145. All right.

  146. And so now we're concerned about the church age that we live in.

  147. That's what we're primarily concerned about.

  148. Amen.

  149. The reason I know we're in the church age is because the church is still here on the earth.

  150. When the church leaves, then the prince that shall come is going to take over through the internet, the beast system.

  151. And he will control the world.

  152. They're probably listening right now.

  153. They're tracking us on the phone, this and that.

  154. I mean, Barry walked into the house here a few months back, and who's that thing that talks to the little speaker?

  155. Alexa.

  156. Alexa.

  157. Alexis?

  158. Alexa?

  159. Let's call her Alexi.

  160. She won't talk to me.

  161. Barry goes into the house and they start talking like they know each other, and he never said a word.

  162. Now explain that to me, because she likes you.

  163. Whoever she is, it.

  164. It's just, we're living in wonderful times, but at the same time, it's perilous times that's going to come upon this world, and we're going that way, and nobody can stop it.

  165. So what we need to think about tonight is some parallel truths.

  166. Amen.

  167. Now, the seven churches of Asia, chapter two and chapter three, and I want to talk a little bit about those until we're out of time here, and we're almost time to quit now.

  168. So we'll just have to quit whenever I run out of words, which never happens, never happens.

  169. When I run out of breath.

  170. So the second coming of Christ then fulfills Daniel's 70th week.

  171. We got that.

  172. Okay, you can take it off now.

  173. All right, thank you.

  174. But there are seven literal churches in the book of Revelation, chapter 2 and chapter 3, that are literal churches in John's day in Asia Minor, but also there's truths in those seven churches that pertain to you and me because they're churches, and we're still living in the church age.

    Revelation 2 chapter mention

  175. After Revelation chapter 4 and verse 1, the church is never mentioned again on earth.

    Revelation 4 chapter mention

  176. It goes into Great Tribulation in chapter 6, and then Jesus comes back in chapter 19 and fulfills Daniel's prophecy totally, completely then, even though he fulfills it before the millennium at Armageddon.

  177. Jesus is the answer to all of our questions, if we would just think about it just a little bit.

  178. But primarily I want to look at a few aspects of these two, these seven churches that actually apply to you and me.

  179. We're not pederists.

  180. What I'm saying is that after Revelation chapter 4 and verse 1, it's all future, all of it.

    Revelation 4 chapter mention

  181. There are those that try to teach it's already to happen.

  182. Well, how ignorant can you be?

  183. Who gives you ordination?

  184. I said revelation is future history recorded in advance, and nobody can change it.

  185. So we didn't know what's happening.

  186. But right now, because of a few glitches here, right now I want to go back and focus on the seven churches a little bit because they also pertain to you and me and involve you and me.

  187. Alright, now we got through that.

  188. Now let's go to chapter 2 of Revelation.

  189. And before I read that, let me read you a note.

  190. I found some of my notes from years ago.

  191. Let me read you this paragraph, please.

  192. The message to the seven churches in Revelation shows a downward regression.

  193. In the beginning of the messages, Christ is seen in the church, but later outside the church.

  194. They involve seven literal churches.

  195. I've already said that because I wrote this, and also depicts seven periods of time.

  196. That's in the age of grace.

  197. And time frames.

  198. Then reveal certain aspects that relate to our day and generation in the church.

  199. I've already said that, haven't I?

  200. So I must have written this.

  201. Finally, you know, that commentary we wrote 20 years ago.

  202. I'd go back and read that and I'd go, did I say that?

  203. Where'd that come from?

  204. I don't know.

  205. Holy Spirit.

  206. Finally, the letters include the entire church age from Pentecost to rapture.

  207. I think I already said that, didn't it?

  208. Did you catch that?

  209. The rapture occurs in Revelation 4.1.

  210. I think I said that.

  211. I didn't even read this.

  212. Everything recorded after that verse is yet in the near future.

  213. These seven churches and what they represent concerning the church today, and somebody said, Amen.

  214. And that's exactly right.

  215. Now let's look at Revelations 2 and verse 1.

  216. Now I think I want to do something to do tonight.

  217. Who has a cell phone that you can read the scripture real quick, like?

  218. Who said I?

  219. Alright.

  220. Will uh read verse 1, then I want to make a comment, and we'll go to another verse and I'll tell you which one to read, okay?

  221. Two one.

  222. I'm sorry you can't hear it on the Facebook.

  223. I'm sorry.

  224. All right.

  225. An angel is a pastor, and the original apostles existed.

  226. All pastors belong to the Lord, and Christ is the head of the church.

  227. Now read verse 2.

  228. Are we following along in your word?

  229. Okay.

  230. Christ knows about the word, having good teachings, but many false apostles that lie and deceive many in the church.

  231. Does that sound like today?

  232. You see how this is parallel truth.

  233. Now verse 3.

  234. He had something good to say.

  235. When things do not go well, you continue on and do not quit.

  236. That's good.

  237. I were there.

  238. I hope we're there.

  239. Verse 4.

  240. Uh oh.

  241. I hope we're not here.

  242. But many are, everybody.

  243. Not lost, but left, meaning a departure from the cross.

  244. Must get back to the gospel.

  245. Christ and him crucified.

  246. Are we there?

  247. Most of the church in America, they're not there.

  248. Now look at 1 Corinthians 2.2.

  249. 1 Corinthians 2.2.

  250. I determined on nothing, anything among you save Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

  251. That is the main message of the New Testament church.

  252. And yet you listen on the internet, TV, radio, that's not the main message of the church.

  253. So now we must repent.

  254. All the body of Christ must repent.

  255. They're not lost yet, but they left the first love.

  256. I see that.

  257. Don't you?

  258. Now look at verse five.

  259. Verse five.

  260. Two five.

  261. Revelation two five.

  262. That'll work, though.

  263. I can comment on that if you want, I mean.

  264. Oh Lord.

  265. They fail from grace by failing to depend on Christ and his provision.

  266. Are we describing the market?

  267. We'll be right back to today's message.

  268. But first, we want to take a moment to thank you for being a part of Zine Word Ministry International Podcast.

  269. At Zine Word, our heart is simple.

  270. Proclaim the Word of God with clarity, our interest.

  271. The work?

  272. Yes.

  273. Now it's powerful methods.

  274. They were work or enters.

  275. Now look, let it be a good one.

  276. We turn inward, we're gonna bite into better one another.

  277. We're gonna keep turning outward to the lost and dying world and carry the gospel, which is good news.

  278. Is the church doing that?

  279. No, it's upsetting.

  280. But we're gonna do our part by the grace of God.

  281. I know we're a small work, but we got a big assignment, and you're involved in it.

  282. Praise God, hallelujah.

  283. I can't help what others are doing.

  284. We're concerned about this work, this ministry, which is God's ministry.

  285. He's the one that birthed it, not me.

  286. Praise God.

  287. Look at Galatians 5.4 now.

  288. Galatians 5.4.

  289. Christ has become of no effect unto you.

  290. Whosoever you are justified by the law, you're fallen from grace.

  291. Does that sound like today?

  292. With many churches, that's where they are, trying to keep the law, keep the Sabbath, rules and regulations, thou shalt, thou shalt not.

  293. And they're confused, the Holy Spirit is not involved.

  294. So it's religion.

  295. And I tell you what, there's more love in a bar than in a religious assembly.

  296. At least they're crying to beer and talk about how they used to love God.

  297. No, Christ is the source, but the cross is the means.

  298. We're gonna fall from grace ourselves.

  299. The only way that God's Spirit will operate, period.

  300. If the pastor of the church fails to return, the light will be removed.

  301. That's scary.

  302. When you write Ichabod over the door, we might as well go home and eat popcorn.

  303. That's all we're about to cry on, everybody.

  304. We're not gonna do it.

  305. No.

  306. No, Revelation 2.6.

  307. Well, thank you.

  308. Revelation 2.6.

  309. To bring it down to a nutshell here.

  310. Preachers that exploit people, are we there?

  311. Use them and take advantage for money.

  312. Are we there?

  313. We're not gonna get through this tonight, so we're gonna stop after this chapter, alright?

  314. And if even one person asked me to continue, I would do it next Sunday night.

  315. Lord will end.

  316. Lest the rapture comes, then we're out of here.

  317. Now look at verse 7.

  318. Now, wait a minute.

  319. We're talking about the church age before the rapture.

  320. The prince that shall come cannot come until the church, the prince that shall come, the Antichrist shall not take over, he cannot take over, his people cannot overrun Jerusalem until the church leaves, and then all hell's breaking loose.

  321. Do we understand that?

  322. Can't be disproved.

  323. Because it's true.

  324. Alright, now, verse seven, please.

  325. Is that verse seven?

  326. Thank you.

  327. So we overcome a place of faith in Christ and the cross.

  328. Very simple as we can make it, but so profound in power.

  329. Now let's take a quick look at the seventh church Smyrnia.

  330. Verse eight, please.

  331. Okay.

  332. Christ has complete control from beginning to the end.

  333. How many understands that?

  334. He's running the ship, everybody.

  335. We're just on board.

  336. We can't even direct our own steps.

  337. Fact is, Jesus has all authority and he's controlling everything on the earth.

  338. If we're the ones taking dominion, we're making one heck of a mess.

  339. Verse eight.

  340. Oh, it was?

  341. Oh, let's go to nine then.

  342. Thank you.

  343. Thank you very much.

  344. We're just getting into the first few churches here, but I tell you what, I can see a parallel truth in our troubles right now.

  345. Can't you?

  346. They had no money, but spiritually rich.

  347. But when we jumped to the seventh church, they said they were rich and Christ said they were poor.

  348. So materialism doesn't denote anything.

  349. It can be a blessing or a curse.

  350. It depends upon if you control the materialism or the materialism controls you.

  351. And anytime materialism and money, the love of money is the root of all evil, begins to control the nucleus of the church, folks, we're going down.

  352. God won't tolerate that.

  353. He wants to bless us, but the Almighty dollar is not our provider.

  354. Praise God.

  355. Look at verse 9.

  356. 10.

  357. I'm sorry.

  358. Wait, wait, wait.

  359. I'm sorry.

  360. I'm trying to follow my own notes here.

  361. It's only been 20 years, all right?

  362. Jews that reject Christ are not considered Jewish.

  363. Let me say that again.

  364. Where did I get that?

  365. I don't know where I got it.

  366. God give it to me.

  367. Jews that reject Christ are not considered Jews.

  368. They're not Jewish.

  369. Not really.

  370. Jesus came through a Jewish woman.

  371. That qualifies him to be Jewish, does it not?

  372. Even though, from my viewpoint, I don't think he was total Jewish because his father was the Father of God.

  373. I don't even think Jesus had Jewish blood.

  374. But that's another subject.

  375. I want to keep it simple tonight.

  376. If Jesus would have gotten his blood from Mary, it would be tainted by sin.

  377. Not possible.

  378. God is sinless, and so God must have created sinless blood and put the living word inside the embryo.

  379. That's the only answer I've got.

  380. The living word became flesh and dwelt among us.

  381. I need to stand up and preach, but this is preaching material here.

  382. Praise God.

  383. That's the reason, folks, there's only one Savior and one Lord.

  384. He alone we're going to give an account to.

  385. Any worship that excludes Christ is considered satanic.

  386. Oh, let me say that again.

  387. We got our little programs and this and that.

  388. Means nothing.

  389. Seven steps to nowhere.

  390. Means nothing.

  391. We call that worship.

  392. Look, music is not entertainment.

  393. Preachers are not in the entertainment business.

  394. I realize we've got to have a sense of personality, but you know not.

  395. I mean, we've got to be ourselves, but at the same time, we're a new creature in Christ.

  396. Old things passed away, and all things have become new.

  397. You know, people wanted to get around Jesus.

  398. They wanted to just touch him.

  399. Oh man.

  400. It's just an anointing.

  401. Praise God.

  402. Just drew the natural people to him, but religious people hated him.

  403. Same today?

  404. Anybody that's anointed of God, the world, religious people hate you, but the world, tell me, what's that you got?

  405. Pharisees?

  406. Hate you.

  407. Well, so be it.

  408. We're in good company.

  409. Praise God.

  410. I don't care the approach of Christ.

  411. How much Satanism have we got going on and claim to be worshiping?

  412. Eh.

  413. No strobe lights, no smoke in the church.

  414. The lights stay on.

  415. Men love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil.

  416. Everyone hates light and needs to come through the light, lest this deeds should be reproved.

  417. I need to stay out of the preach.

  418. Pastor came in.

  419. They had the lights turned off.

  420. They were walking around, supposedly praying.

  421. He said, get them lights back on.

  422. Of course, people left the church because somebody turned the lights back on.

  423. They wanted them off.

  424. Well, whoop did do.

  425. The lights stay on.

  426. I have to pay the light bill.

  427. The lights stay on.

  428. Praise God.

  429. Okay, turn the lights off, kid.

  430. Verse 10.

  431. Verse 10.

  432. Well, I'm sorry, verse 10.

  433. All right.

  434. That could pertain to us, but primarily that's back in John's day where Rome persecuted the church ten times over a period of two hundred years.

  435. And many were killed that were in the faith.

  436. In fact, some of those people, they didn't accept deliverance because they'd get a better resurrection.

  437. Hebrews.

  438. I don't quite understand that, but that's what the word says.

  439. In the last verse tonight, we've got to quit in verse 11.

  440. Will, thank you so much.

  441. This is a warning to everybody, including our generation.

  442. The Spirit is saying there may be times of suffering.

  443. I know we don't want to hear it.

  444. But the fact is, that's right.

  445. I don't know the degree or the extent of the suffering.

  446. But all those who live godly in Christ will suffer what?

  447. Persecution.

  448. Uh-huh.

  449. So by the grace of God, we'll stand no matter what, and not cave in to the whims of the devil.

  450. So then it's a warning about the second death to the church today.

  451. And yet there are those that preach that there's no hell.

  452. And even if there was a hell, and you go there, you just burn up in a few minutes because it's not eternal.

  453. That's a lie.

  454. But yet they're teaching it.

  455. And people, well, okay, I guess the preacher knows what he's talking about.

  456. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

  457. Shouldn't he be in the pulpit?

  458. Because there's a hell that lasts for eternity.

  459. Now look, nobody's in the lake of fire route now.

  460. Nobody is in the gehna of the lake of fire.

  461. Nobody.

  462. They're in the underworld.

  463. Hades.

  464. You know, the torment side?

  465. You know, outer darkness could be, and I say could be, a wormhole.

  466. Outer darkness, get it, ding ding.

  467. Folks, I don't want to know anymore on what little we know in the scripture about this subject, but I'm gonna tell you right now, Jesus taught more on hell than any other subject in the Bible.

  468. He created it as God.

  469. And yet we have a warning, and people are living like there's no consequences for living like the devil.

  470. Payday's coming.

  471. Revelation 21.8, the last verse, please, tonight.

  472. Put it on the screen.

  473. Thank you for listening.

  474. We might continue if we have interest, all right.

  475. But the fearful, unbelieving, and abominable murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, adulterers, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

  476. That's a warning to the modern-day church today, and people are living like it doesn't exist.

  477. It does exist.

  478. And it all depends on what we're gonna do with the man called Jesus.

  479. Did he die on the cross, yes or no?

  480. Stand up with me now.

  481. Stand up with me.

  482. Did he die on the cross for us?

  483. Did he suffer in our place?

  484. Did he pay the price?

  485. Was he laid in the borrowed tomb?

  486. Where no man ever laid?

  487. Did he resurrect early before daylight Sunday morning sometime?

  488. Was he seen of over 500 brethren at one time?

  489. Did he ascend back to heaven and sit on the right hand of God?

  490. Have his enemies made his footstool?

  491. Did he say he's coming back in like manner?

  492. Then he will.

  493. When's he coming?

  494. For the church, anytime.

  495. Anytime, day or night, he's going to come.

  496. And when he does, the seven-year period tribulation will kick in, signed by ten kings, and it will start the seven-year tribulation, and God will begin to deal with Israel one more time.

  497. But the Jews is gone.

  498. The church is gone.

  499. I'll get it right.

  500. The church is gone.

  501. I said the church is gone.

  502. Now, if you want to stay here and prove your faith, go ahead.

  503. If the blood of Christ will help us overcome, we're not gonna make it.

  504. I don't need to prove to God how holy how spiritual how noted I am by overcome the Antichrist.

  505. Jesus whipped up the devil for us.

  506. I don't have to prove nothing.

  507. We just gotta stay in the boat.

  508. Jesus is the Ark of Safety, the only way out of here.

  509. We're the in Christ or we're not.

  510. If we're in Christ, we gotta pay.

  511. If we're not, we're gonna go to hell.
