  42. to start by understanding your identity in Christ.

  43. Recognize that you are fearfully and wonderfully made

  44. as Psalm 139

    Psalms 139:14

  45. verse 14

  46. reminds

  47. us. Your worth is not determined by your

  48. relationship status, but by your relationship with God.

  49. Embrace the truth that you are loved,

  50. valued, and chosen by the creator of the

  51. universe.

  52. This foundational understanding of your identity

  53. provides a solid platform

  54. on which to build self confidence.

  55. Reflect on God's promises.

  56. God's word is filled with promises of his

  57. love, care, and support.

  58. Spend time reading and reflecting on these promises,

  59. allowing them to shape your perspective and boost

  60. your confidence.

  61. For instance,

  62. Isaiah forty one ten assures us,

  63. fear not, for I am with you.

  64. Be not dismayed,

  65. for I am your God.

  66. I will strengthen you. I will help you.

  67. I will uphold you with my righteous right

  68. hand.

  69. Knowing that God is with you and supporting

  70. you can instill confidence in your heart. Focus

  71. on self compassion.

  72. Self compassion is a vital component of self

  73. confidence.

  74. Instead of being overly critical of yourself,

  75. practice self compassion by treating yourself with the

  76. same kindness and understanding that you extend to

  77. others.

  90. these goals, you'll gain a sense of accomplishment

  91. and build confidence

  92. in your abilities.

  93. Remember Philippians four thirteen,

  94. I can do all things through him who

  95. strengthens me. With God's strength, you can overcome

  96. challenges and reach your goals no matter how

  97. big or small.

  98. Step out of your comfort zone. Gaining self

  99. confidence often requires stepping out of your comfort

  100. zone. Embrace new experiences and challenges that allow

  101. you to grow and develop new skills. It

  102. may involve joining a church group, volunteering for

  103. a cause you're passionate about, or taking on

  104. a leadership role. These experiences can help you

  105. discover your strengths and capabilities,

  106. ultimately boosting your self confidence.

  107. Surround yourself with supportive community.

  108. Building self confidence is not a solo journey.

  110. encourages and uplifts you. Engage in fellowship with

  111. like minded individuals who can provide spiritual guidance

  112. and affirmation.

  113. Proverbs twenty seven seventeen reminds us, iron sharpens

  114. iron, and one man sharpens another. A strong

  115. Christian community can help you grow in faith

  116. and self confidence.
