Relying On Faith When You're Lost | Guided Prayers

Take a couple deep breaths today.

Unlock your jaw and let your shoulders relax.

Take two more deep breaths.

I love how the Bible recaps Abraham's story in Hebrews.

It says, by faith, Abraham obeyed and went.

So simple compared to what it required of him.

And yet Abraham obeyed God before he knew exactly where the journey would lead.

That's often how faith worked.

God doesn't always explain everything ahead of time.

Instead, he invites us to trust his character even when we cannot see the destination.

When God calls us to something, assignment, a role, a season, we can obey and just go like Abraham.

Let's take 30 seconds to thank God that He is trustworthy.

Even when the future feels unclear.

Reflect on God's faithfulness throughout generations and throughout your own life.

Maybe you are waiting for more information before moving forward.

Ask him to help you trust his character more than your circumstances.

Invite God to strengthen your faith and help you obey even when every detail has not yet been revealed.

Let His faithfulness become bigger than your uncertainty.

Inhale and say, You are faithful.

Exhale and say, I can trust you.

Once again, inhale and say, You are faithful.

Exhale and say, I can trust you.
