Praise the Lord. All right.

If you have your Bibles with you, may I direct

your attention to Deuteronomy chapter number 33. We'll be reading

verses number 24 through 27. Brother Nathaniel, 2 Kings chapter

number 5 verses number 2 through 4.

Would you read that, my brother?

And the Syrians had gone out by companies and had

brought away captives out of the land of Israel, a

little maid.

And she waited on Naaman's wife.

And she said unto her mistress, Would God, my Lord,

were with the prophet that is in Samaria, for he

would recover him of his leprosy. And one went in

and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus said the

maid that is of the land of Israel. This little

maid is in a foreign country, and she is used

by the lord to bring healing to her captor. She

is used of the lord to bring healing to her captor.

Rather than wallowing in bitterness, she chooses to be a

blessing to her captor. Brother Jesse, would you read verses

number 14 and 15 of that same chapter, please, brother?

Then went he down and dipped himself seven times in Jordan,

according to the saying of the man of God. And

his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a

little child, and he was clean. And he returned to

the man of God, he and all his company, and

came and stood before him. And he said, Behold, Now

I know that there is no God in all the

earth but in Israel. Now, therefore, I pray thee, take

a blessing of thy servant.

This little maid, a captive, she didn't enjoy secretly watching

Naaman suffer with leprosy. Even though she's in a foreign

country being held captive by her captor, she is praying

that he will be recovered or healed. from the dreaded

illness he is suffering with, and oh, how he is suffering.

Anybody dealing with leprosy is suffering. Do you know there

is a sin problem in this world? Do you know

that in the Bible, leprosy can also be likened unto sin?

It slowly but surely eateth one away. Let's stand for

the reading of our text. I feel like there's one

or two in this building tonight, perhaps some that will

be listening. There's something slowly but surely eating away at you,

and I want to preach a message the Holy Ghost titled,

Sky Support. Sky support. There's also soil support. How many

of you are familiar with ground support concerning military activities?

Sky support a lot of times is requested by ground troops.

Sky support.

Aren't you thankful that the angel of the Lord encampeth

round about those that fear them? Deuteronomy chapter number 33

verses number 25 through 27 says, verses number 24 through 27,

the Bible says, and of Asher, he said, let Asher

be blessed with children. Let him be acceptable to his brethren,

and let him dip his foot in oil. Thy shoes

shall be iron and brass, and as thy days, so

shall thy strength be. I want you to notice that

latter part of verse number 25, and as thy days,

so shall thy strength be. There is none like unto

the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in

thy help, and in his excellency on the sky. I

want to preach a message of the Holy Ghost titled,

Sky Support. The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath

are the everlasting arms. And he shall thrust out the

enemy from before thee, and shall say, Destroy them. Praise

the Lord. That's enough right there for us to shout.

And rejoice all the way home tonight. Heavenly Father, we

love and we praise you. We thank you for the

opportunity to be in your house. We thank you for

this precious people. We pray that you would set a

guard at their ears. Help them to hear what the

Spirit of God says unto the church tonight. I pray, God,

that you would set a guard at my mouth and

help me to say the things you would have me

to say, nothing more, less, God. May these sayings go

below the shoulders. May they saturate the heart, mind, soul, body,

and spirit. I pray that we will receive these words joyfully.

May we depart this place joyfully and not sorrowfully.

In Jesus' name, and the church said. Amen. Praise the Lord.

Our text is found in an Old Testament book of

the Holy Bible. The book of Deuteronomy is a special

book of the Bible. The reason I say that is

because the great man of God, Moses, felt it most

important to let the children of Israel know things concerning God.

He wanted to let them know before he made his

departure from this earth and this life that God expected

things from his people. If we are to declare him

as our shepherd, we are to be his sheep, and

we are to live in his fold according to his

rules and regulations. The psalmist said we are his people,

and we are the sheep of his pasture. In another

place it has been noted that his sheep know his

voice and they will not hearken or listen to the

voice of a stranger. That his sheep have no problem

whatsoever with discerning the distinction of voices between a good

shepherd and a bad shepherd. His sheep know the difference

in the tone of the voice. Have one that is

evil and one that is good. And I want to

ask you here tonight, are you a good sheep or

are you a bad sheep? If you're a bad sheep,

the Bible would label.

You a goat.

And so Moses is trying to remind sheep and goats.

that if they are not heeding the instructions of God

that was given to him on the Mount Sinai, then

sooner than later they will experience a curse. There will

be a curse come upon them for not doing what

God said to do. That is exactly what Brother Aaron

Wood was telling some people in this building tonight, that

a curse awaits those that refuse to do what God

has told them to do. But Moses is encouraging them

here in this 33rd chapter during this third speech. These

are the final words of the great pastor Moses, and

he's encouraging them that blessings can be theirs.

You don't have to be cursed as the people of God.

In fact, it should be anticipated that blessings will follow

those that are obedient. We know to expect that a

curse will follow us. those whose actions are unruly. We

know that the wrath judgment of God comes upon those

that choose to reject His Word and not to do

what He has said to do. So Moses took the

time to reiterate things that he had already told them,

and God prompted Moses and Moses' spirit to tell them again.

I want to tell the preachers and the teachers and

the ministers in this building tonight, Sometimes we are weary

in well-doing because we have to repeat and reiterate things

that have already been said. In a recent service, I

heard one of our elders of this church, Sister Wooten,

raise up a red flag and say, Hey, when are

you going to hear and heed? what the pastor has

been saying unto the church because it is the Spirit

of God speaking to you. And she said, it frustrates

me so much to see you not listening to what

the Spirit says unto the church. So in the early

time of the Israeli congregation during the first covenant, we

find there were some that just had dull hearing. They

were unable to hear. Up on this platform tonight, I

told Brother Samuel, I said, did you hear that?

He said, what? I knew then he didn't hear it.

I said, I tilted my head and my neck vertebrae

cracked loudly.

He said, Dad.

I'm hard of hearing in that right ear just as

you are.

And that's true.

I'm very hard of hearing in my right ear. So

if you speak to me, you have to speak above

a whisper if you're on my right-hand side. Brother Samuel

was saying my right ear is dull of hearing. I'm

unable to hear noises like that. I'm unable to get

a hold of what's happening on my right side because

of my inability to properly hear. So we know that

in the days of Moses, there were some, Brother Nathaniel,

that simply were not stopping what they were doing in

order to hear.

They were busy.

They were lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God.

And they were not at all concerned with hearing what

the prophet Moses was or the prophetess of Miriam, or

the priest Aaron had to say, much less they didn't

want to hear what God said. Even later on, much

later on, concerning the early church, the apostles would feel

impressed of the Lord to tell those that had gathered together,

seemingly for the purpose of hearing what the Spirit of

God was saying to the new bride. seemingly the bride

wanted to hear the bridegroom's voice. We know that that announcer, John,

the Baptist, was in the wilderness and he was heralding

truth and making declaration publicly that Jesus Christ was the

Son of God and that the Lamb of God had

appeared and he made that announcement. There were a lot

of people too busy hearing to hear what the Spirit

of God was saying to the nation of Israel again.

So just as the man of God said, there's no

new thing under the sun. And I'm not surprised at

all in this month of September in the year. 2026,

somebody like Sister Howell or Sister Wooten would have to

raise a hand and say, are you really listening to

what the Spirit of God is saying through these ministers?

Are you hearing what the Spirit of God is saying

unto the church? And so we know that this meek

and spiritual shepherding God, Moses, is I found it most

important to remind the Israelites of the importance of them

obeying the law of the Lord. This is why Brother Nathaniel,

Brother Rocap, and Sister Hannah take our young people and

adults into classrooms on Sunday and school them concerning the law, commandment, mandate,

principle of God Almighty. You see, Moses, even in front

of these people, evoked the presence of God and asked

for a heavenly audience. He requested the heaven and earth

to witness him giving this reiteration or this reminder.

Mind.

He wanted heaven and earth to record that he had

told them yet again and that they were hearing it.

He couldn't guarantee the angelic record that they would heed

what had been said by this wonderful pastor or this

man of God in this farewell address before his departure.

But he wanted heaven to know I've said what needed

to be said. And He's wiping his hands of the

matter just as Pilate attempted to do concerning the illegitimate

trial and the execution of Jesus Christ. Oh, may the

people of the Lord in this building tonight to receive

the word of God and may you remember his law.

I heard Brother Wood and some others tonight remind us.

Of the old way.

They reminded us of the plain path and the old path.

There's a lot of people no longer asking for the

old path. They're asking for the new path. Well according

to the word of God we know that the old

path is the good way. And so if the old

path is the good way what of the new way?

I'll tell you it's a bad way.

There is a way that seemeth right in its beginning

but the end of it is destruction.

The destination is destruction.

Look at your neighbor and say hey neighbor I don't

want destruction to be my destination.

Well, I've got a word for you here right now. Instruction.

The prophet, the preacher, the pastor, the meek spiritual shepherd, Moses,

is telling the people you better do more than here.

You better get a hold.

Of every word that is spoken and you better heed it.

And so may every person, young or old, in this

building tonight hear and heed the.

Words of God.

Moses knew that it would be most beneficial for the

Israelites and it would be most beneficial for every young

and old person in this building tonight to give the

more earnest heed to the things that you have heard.

According to the New Testament writer, if you don't, you

will let them slip.

You will let it get out of your grip.

You'll grasp it haphazardly, but you will not be able

to apprehend it. It got a hold of you, but

you are not able to get a hold of it.

You know why?

Because Because you're not paying attention to what it is.

So you've got to pay attention when you receive instruction.

So Pastor Moses learned that there were some in the

congregation that would pay attention. And there would be some

that would disregard what he was saying as inspired by

the Lord. Moses warned the congregation, Israel, regarding the present

condition and situation, and he told them of the blessings

that awaited them. Now, I didn't have a whole lot

of time to go through this thought this afternoon, and

God had been dealing with me for about a week

to preach along these lines, but something occurred to me

that while reading chapter number 33, and I will continue

my studies when I get home. And for some reason,

Simeon never jumped out or stood out to me. I

saw a blessing that was coming Zebulun's way. I saw

a blessing that was coming Asher's way. I saw various

blessings that were coming to the Levites, the descendants of Levi.

But I just didn't really see what I was looking

for concerning Simeon and his tribe. I want you to

know here tonight though every child of God is recipients

of promises and potential blessings. If you will do exactly

what God God has told you to do. But Moses

is not a hireling. You want to know what's wrong

with a hireling? What is wrong with him is exactly that.

He is for hire. He is for hire. He is

for hire. He's for sale. He can be bought. And

so Moses could not be bought. Bear with me as

I lay a foundation here tonight. So he not only

told them about the potential promises within the present, he's

talking about things that are forthcoming in the future.

If they will chart the right course.

Brother Aaron Wood, it sounds exactly like what you told

some of these young people here tonight. Brother Nathaniel, you

preached that message to them during a youth service.

The choice is theirs.

The choice for the Israelites was to either trust and

obey the Lord. or to distrust and disobey. You want

to know why Sister Wooten receives the blessings so frequently

and so often at the Bethel Holiness Church? It's because

you can tell she's a recipient of the promise, but

she also fully trusts the Lord. And that's what Moses

was saying. You've got to trust the Lord more from

the time of your spiritual birth all the way until

you take your last breath. Every step of the way,

you have to put your trust in the Lord. If

your trust is not in the Lord, then you will distrust.

And if you distrust, you will find yourself disobeying. Brother

Jesse was telling me at lunch today, he said, Dad,

I have a co-worker who will tell me they were

raised by a God-fearing, Bible-thumping mother who is extremely religious

and has a passionate relationship with Jesus. He said, but

this man said, there are so many religions in the world.

I don't know which one to put my confidence in.

I don't know which one to put my trust in.

And so I just choose to cross my fingers and

toes and close my eyes and hope.

That I am living good enough to go to heaven.

Can I tell you that a preacher that is a

shepherd and not a hireling for hire, he will tell

you like Moses, even at 120 years of age, he

will say, hold on a minute. Lest you forget, let

me remind you. Let's have some reiteration here. Let me restate.

Let me speak again. Let me repeat things that I've

already said. If you do what God told you to do,

the blessings will flow and they will be in abundance. Yea,

you may be righteous and you may suffer persecution because

of it.

Yes, your enemy may come in like a flood. Ha!

But if you've trusted the Lord and you have obeyed Him,

you can put your trust that when the enemy comes

in like a prod, the Spirit of.

The Lord will be there.

He'll lift up a standard against it. The children of

Israel knew. They had saw the sky support by day.

They had saw the sky support by night. in the

forms of pillars of cloud and fire.

Their enemy despised them. Their enemy hated them. They were

for the most part untouchable and unscathed when they lived

in obedience to the word of God. I'm telling the

Bethel Holiness Church here tonight the angel.

Of the Lord that caps around those that love him.

The Lord that is.

He camps around about those that fear him.

The Lord is. The one that encampeth around about us.

The angel of the Lord.

And his host encamp around about those that obey him.

You can ask.

The martyrs of the catacombs. Was he a present help

in the time of trouble? And they say, yes, he was.

The apostle Polycarp and Bishop Latimer could say he promised

that he would go with us all the way, even

until the end of the world.

He promised that he would be ever-present.

And that underneath us, while his spirit is running through

the sky, while he's riding. On the wings of the wind.

That promise was to Asher. But if you look at

verse number 1 of that chapter, chapter number 33, there

are promises and blessings about to be poured out on

all the 12 tribes of Israel. And I want you

to know God is not a respecter of person.

God does not have any favorites.

God will bless you in the same manner that he

blesses Sister Alice Wooten. You just have to put your

trust in what God said. You just have to obey

even when it doesn't make sense.

You have to.

Obey and trust when you don't understand. Don't prop up

on your own understanding. Moses is saying put your trust

in the Lord. The choice is yours. Brother Jesse said

that co-worker just wants to put his trust in himself,

that I'm living good enough. I can't figure religion out.

That is somebody just doing a cop-out. That's just somebody saying,

I'm clocking out. I'm not going to live right. I'm

not going to do right. I'm not going to act right.

And the Word of God certainly is not going to

govern me. That is an easy way to tell everybody

I'm making my own choices.

I'm doing things my own way.

That's exactly what was going on after the death of

Moses and Joshua. Every man is doing that which is

right in his own eyes. Young person, how about it

here tonight? Are you doing it because God said to

do it? Or are you doing what you want to

do because that's what you feel like doing? I tell you,

if you do what God said to do, you will

be the recipient of a promise. But if you do

what you feel like doing, you will forfeit your future.

The prophet Moses is literally foretelling Blessings and cursings in

this book of Deuteronomy upon the people of God. Blessings

for obedience, curses for disobedience. Should I keep preaching or

should we go to the chicken house? You see, Moses

was encouraging the Israelites to focus on the spoken and

the written word of God. The word is worth telling

and retelling. I can tell that Brother Sterritt believes that.

I can tell that Brother Sterritt appreciates that. I can

tell that Brother Sterritt has faith and confidence in the

Word of God. That this Word of God is like

a hammer that will destroy rock stone hearts.

And just break them into pieces.

I can tell that Brother Sterritt is convinced that the

Word of God is anointed and it will destroy the

yoke of sin.

What about you here tonight?

I wish every person that belongs to the Bethel Holiness

Church could be here tonight. I'm telling you, I've got

a burden to preach. You can forfeit your future or

you can get a white knuckle grip on your promises.

I told a young preacher today, I said it's up

to people. I said prophecy was given to King Saul.

Prophecy was given to this one and that one. But

there is the free will. There is the human choice element.

There is that person deciding whether to do or do

not do what God said to do. Come on, the

promises of the Lord are yea and amen. God has

never reneged on a promise. I said, God has never

reneged on a promise. You want to know what happened

to King Saul? He got big in his own eyes.

He was at the altar of his own self. He

was lifted up in pride. He no longer needed a pastor.

He no longer needed a Samuel. I don't need to wait.

On God anymore.

I've got my own religion. I've got my own theology.

I've got my own self-sacrifice. I'll tell you that is

how people use the blessing. That's how they perfect their future.

All through this chapter, there's beautiful promises, exceeding and great

and precious promises. The blessings of the Lord make rich

and add no sorrow to it.

Amen.

A dear, dear sister that I've known for many years

messaged me. I believe it was the end of last week.

And I told Sister Howe, I said, this dear old

salty seasoned saint has messaged me. With my phone acting

up the way it has, I was surprised that we

were able to communicate. And I thought for the 357

that didn't get their RCS text messages through, this lady

that's probably in her 80s somehow figured out how to

get something through.

And here's what she told me. She said, brother, how?

It's good to hear your voice. She said in that

audio note, she said it's good to hear your voice.

It's good to know that everybody at Bethel is still

doing good. I said, Sister, we're still doing good. Praise

the Lord. And here's what she said. I would love

to see you and Sister Charity and your family and

the church family again. But she said, if I don't

get to see you in this life, I pray that

I'll get to see you over yonder in that celestial

city where we can sit down by the river of

life and talk about the goodness of God. You know

the only two people that can keep that reunion from happening?

with Sister Charity and her dear elder sister. It'll be

that dear elder sister and Sister Charity. Or it'll be

Brother Jeremy and that.

Dear elder sister.

You do realize you can put a plug on the

waterfall of God's blessing, don't you? And that plug will

have your mug on it. I said that plug will

have your mug on it. I feel like somebody doesn't

realize you're about to plug the promise. You're about to

put a plug in the promise. And Moses is saying,

we have witnessed it. Every soldier that fought for this cause,

every soldier that fought for this purpose, every soldier that

walked out of Egypt, an entire generation had received the

promise of Canaan and every soldier but two. Joshua and

Caleb are in the sandy dunes. Every one of them,

their bones are either bleaching in the sun or lost

in the sandy dunes.

Come on now.

I'm telling you, Joshua and Caleb, they refused to put

their trust in the reports of men. They refused to

put their trust in others. Who are you listening to?

Who are you talking to? Who are you putting your

trust in?

It's true.

God is not a respecter of person. He wants to

bless us all. And thank God he wants to send

sky support to us all. The psalmist said, I will

lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh

my help. My help cometh from the Lord. Old brother

stared to be down there in Miami preaching. I've done

it myself before. Be out streetside preaching and feel a

brush of angels' wings. I remember in the early days

preaching here, Sister Wooten, you'll remember this. I'd feel something

pass by. Do you remember this, Sister Hal? And I said,

I don't know what that was. Just breathe on my being.

I don't know what that was. I just felt, but

I felt like the holy dove just swooped by me

as I was preaching. And you know what, Brother Jesse,

still at times I just don't mention as frequently as

I used to. Whether preaching or listening to this youth

group sing or listening to our young preachers preach, I

still feel a brush of angels' wings. You know David

knew to wait on the presence of the Lord, did

he not? You know where he got that idea? God

planted that in his mind. God said when you hear

the sound of her going in the mulberry trees, then

you go ahead and advance. Then you go ahead and

anticipate sweet victory.

When you know that I'm going before you. And that's what.

Moses is telling these children of Israel. You know that

he has passed by.

By us. You know that he has rode on the

wings of the wind.

Joshua knows at times he felt the brush of angels' wings.

Joshua knows at times the cloudy pillar and the fiery

pillar moved into position. Joshua knows the everlasting arms have

held us up. I'm telling you that No weapon for

him to get you shall prosper. If you die lost,

it'll be a self-inflicted wound. If you die without the

blessing of God, if you die not inhabiting the promised land,

it'll be because of you. They estimate over a million

people Them Israelites died over a 40-year period wandering in

the wilderness, wandering in the wilderness, questioning, wandering, while wandering aimlessly.

Young person, when are you going to make up your

mind this is what you're going to do? I remember

when you made up your mind. That's what Moses is saying.

I'm going to reiterate. If you choose to do it

your own way, if you choose to go at it alone,

If you choose, hey, Elijah, it's true. You wouldn't fare

too good alone. Adam wouldn't fare too good alone. It's true, Elijah.

But I want you to know, Elijah, I'm not going

to sit in the cave and listen to you whimper.

I'm not going to listen to you have a pity party.

I'm going to tell you right now, after the earthquake,

after the fire rolls in, after the thunder shakes the

earth in a still, small voice, I'm going to let

you know I still got thousands of God-fearing people that

will do exactly what I told them to do.

Come on now. You may feel like you're alone.

You may feel like you're the only one left. You

might feel like you're the only elder, middle-aged, or young

person that wants to do right. But I want to

tell you here tonight that You are not the only one.

I said you are not the only one.

If you look at our text, it says right there

in verse number 25, Thy shoes shall be iron and brass,

and as thy days, so shall thy strength be.

Now that blesses me.

Verse number 1 talked about the blessings coming upon the

12 tribes of Israel, 12 in number. Pastor Moses decides

to bless the congregation of Israel before he departs. The

holy man of God had given up so many things

in order to help his people. Those were his people.

The Israelites were his people. Pharaoh's daughter, you ain't my mama.

Jochebed's my mama. These are my people. And he desired

to be a blessing for them. For 80 years of

his life, he wanted to be a blessing to others, truly.

He was a blessing to hundreds of thousands, if not millions,

in 40 years' time. What a testimony, Pastor Moses. He

had the megachurch, amen? And he had a prayer life.

And he'd go up to the mountain and ask for

sky support. And he got sky support. They talked about

Russia sending in them smart and super drones.

Hey, you know what?

Russia been holding that back for quite some time now.

I said Russia been holding that back for quite some

time now. If you think Vladimir Putin is an idiot,

you're crazy. He is personally one of the richest men

on this earth. Nobody really knows how much that man

is worth. And I'm telling you, that man's got more

brains in his pinky finger than most of the Americans do.

He is somebody that we ought to pray about. I

said he is somebody we ought to pray about, not

somebody we should fear. But the Bible said the nation

that forgets God shall be turned into hell. And can

I tell you that for years, centuries upon centuries, thousands

of years, eons of time, They have experienced times, God's

people have, where God used dictators and unholy men to

chastise people that walked around haphazardly just saying, well, I'm

God's child. Will I go to the temple? Every now

and then I attend a religious feast. God is my God.

The Bible said, let them that name the name of

the Lord depart from iniquity. Do you think that God's

forgot about all the blood that's been shed? of them

little inputs in them abortion clinics because mama wanted to

maintain her figure, because mama didn't want the responsibility of

raising a child that she made. Do you think God

is okay with that? God hates the hands that shed

innocent blood. Listen, judgment is coming. Wrath judgment is coming

upon every nation that forgets God. You better make sure

you're covered in feathers. You better make sure that underneath

are the everlasting arms. I said you better make sure

that underneath you are the everlasting arms. I don't have

to be a doomsday prepper. I don't have to stock

up a bunch of food. Consider the lilies of the field.

Consider the lonely sparrow on the barn roof tonight. The

lonesome sparrow. Well, I'm alone in this. So that means

you're going to be rebellious because you're alone. If you

look in that group of the scriptures, you'll see the

word alone. Did y'all see that?

The word alone.

The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the

everlasting arms. And he shall thrust out the enemy from

before thee, and shall say, Destroy them, Israel. Then shall

dwell in safety alone.

Alone.

The people of God alone. Come out from among them

and be separate, saith the Lord. Touch not the unclean thing.

Be free of spiritual molestation of your enemies. Be free

of spiritual abduction of your enemies. Have a security wall.

Have a holy standard, have a holy book, and have

holy sky support. Though a host should encamp against me,

I will not fear. That's what the young preacher needed

to learn. the one that was being schooled by the

older prophet. The older prophet walked out there, and the

younger man, he said, well, master, well, master, here we

are alone out here in this wilderness, and if you'll look,

if you could see, if you'd pay attention and look closely,

you'd see that they've encompassed us. We're encircled. They're encamped

against us. They're just waiting to come into this core

here and annihilate two little old us's. Just two little

old me and you. Just to come in, brother, stare

at and destroy us. Just kick us around, toss us

like ragdolls. annihilate us and not even give us a

decent burial and you know what the man of God

said if you had spiritual eyes I'm paraphrasing he said

God he don't have spiritual eyes I'm still paraphrasing the

Lord said open his eyes where he can see what

is just beyond the enemy sky support I said sky

support some of you haven't paid attention at all to

what's inside of these scriptures this grouping here about golden

text of Our God rides on the wings of the wind.

There is nothing whatsoever takes Him by surprise. God has

more than a bird's eye view on your situation. He's

got the all-seeing eye view. I'm not worried about the

Aussie and I of the Masons. I'm not worried about

that silly little Masonic symbol. I'm not worried about their

secretive Masonic symbolisms that they put here and there. I'm

not paranoid. Their little eye on their paper money doesn't

intimidate me. I want to tell every freemason that might

decide to eavesdrop and to spy on this little holiness

church that they all see an eye of God.

He sees your little drones. Come on.

He sees your little spy cameras. Oh, I feel like

preaching here tonight. We've got sky support. I said we've

got sky support.

Amen! don't you want to have sky support.

What about soil support from the ground level when the

enemy comes rushing in like a flood Then the Spirit

of the Lord raises up a standard against it. That's

the everlasting arms of God raising you up. God's saying,

come on, children. You know what he did for us

when we needed to cross the Red Sea. Taking this

Bethel Holiness Church and the people, they told me there's

75 here across the Caloosahatchee. It would take me quite

a while to get everybody across there. I'm telling you,

especially if somebody said by foot. Do you know the

engineering feat and what we'd have to do to get

you across the Caloosahatchee by foot? And not to mention

to have you cross in such a way that you

don't even get any mud on your white soles.

On your white soles. Amen. Come on now.

Y'all ready to go to the chicken house or y'all

still with me? God said there's nothing to it. It

ain't a little minuscule, minute little Calusa hatchie. It looks

like a matchstick up to a 2x12. Hey, come on

when you're talking about the Red Sea. Are y'all listening

to me? God said, I said go across the Red Sea.

Moses said, where? About right there.

Amen. Praise the Lord.

And Moses gets so excited because God says, strike out

a rod.

Just stick it out right there. Just strike out the rod.

Stretch it forth. Amen.

Moses stretches it forth, and the waters start parting. One

going in this direction, another this direction. Every little droplet,

Brother Jesse, trying to decide which way they're going to go.

But every little droplet obeyed God. I said every little droplet,

every octopus, every fish, come on, every puffer fish.

Are y'all with me right here?

But isn't there something with us human beings and us

earthlings that we're created by God, who God holds our

very breath. We'll sit there and thumb our nose up

at God. We'll hop and we'll pop and say, God,

I'm not crossing here. Brother Aaron Wood told you tonight,

if God said.

Do it, you better do it.

Speak unto the children of Israel that they go forward.

Where did that come from, that wind? A wind began

to blow. Sky support. That's God sending his angels. I've

been at some of them air shows when the blue

angels and others are flying over.

Oh, the noise. Oh, the noise.

And oh, the wind. When they come down low enough, oh,

the wind. And God's air force is making a path,

Brother Aaron Wood. You talk about a path.

A path.

Sister Hal, not only can he make a path through

the Red Sea, he can furnish a table in the wilderness.

Only God can drag his entire congregation under the leadership

of Moses out to the wilderness without a little man's lunchbox.

And then everybody expect to eat good.

Whenever Miriam and all them women said, well, we took

the spoil of Egypt, but we ain't got a whole

lot of food. But God said, that's no problem. I

got sky support. And like snow, that hoary frost begins

to sky support. I'm preaching on sky support. Sister Hal,

that's what he's saying. Moses is saying, hey, why don't

you do what God told you to do? The blessings

of God maketh rich and addeth no sorrow to it.

I can look around here tonight and see 30-something howls.

Thank God. Saved, sanctified, Holy Ghost filled. Brother Jesse, I'm

going to say it again. I'm glad you made up

your mind around 18 years of age.

You know what?

There ain't no need in trying to go out there

and fit into this world. I'm glad Moses conquered the

demon of peer pressure. I'm glad he figured out I

don't need to be Pharaoh's grandson. I don't need to

be the son of Pharaoh's daughter. I'd rather be with

the people of God.

You know why? Because that heavenly sky support.

Is a whole lot greater than all the hosts of Pharaoh.

Can he furnish a table in the wilderness?

Yes, he can. Man, he'll fly out of heaven. Then

quail will come out of heaven. You'll chop a tree down,

and that tree will fall into bitter water, and bitter

water will become the best sweet tea you've ever had.

Praise the Lord. It doesn't just taste like ordinary water

to me.

This is sweet. Tastes good. Tastes good.

These are healing waters. I'm talking about sky support. My

help coming from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

Young person, you go out there and fall for a

woman of this world, or vice versa.

Young girl, you fall for a man of this world, and.

Your baby's burning up with a fever, a 105-degree Fahrenheit temperature.

You can't call on God. I said, you can't call

on God.

Your son's laying out there on the highway, hemorrhaging to death,

and you can't call on God.

Oh, no, sir. No, ma'am.

I ain't trying to trade in my sky support and

put nothing in this world. I said, I ain't trading

in my sky support.

For anything in this world. No, sir. No, ma'am. If

I need to remind you, if I need to restate,

if I need to reiterate, God has been good to

the Bethel Holiness Church family.

Can't nobody do me like Jesus. I said can't nobody

do us like Jesus. Amen.

Amen. It's God's support. Amen.

The Lord neither slumbers nor sleep. The Lord is thy keeper.

Brother Jesse, praise the Lord headquarters. Did somebody call? Did

somebody summon sky support? Did somebody ask for assistance? Did

somebody ask for help? It's okay. We got you covered.

That's what Jesus was telling the nation of Israel. As

God incarnate, Israel could just come under this support. Here's

where if you just come under my wing. Here's where

if you just come under my wing. Come on now.

I'm telling you, you ought to make up your mind

that as for you and.

Your house, you will serve the Lord.

I feel like there's still one or two wanting to

do it their way. They're still shoving God off in

a corner. What are you talking about, God? I don't

want to do that. I don't want to do this.

I don't want to do that. God knows who he's

preaching to tonight. He put this on my heart. Pastor

Moses had a desire to bless these people. It's my

heart's desire that you be saved. Apostle Paul said with

that burden that he had, he said, my prayer, my

heart's desire. It's for Israel to be saved. Moses wanted

the millions of people to be saved. Amen, Brother Nathaniel.

There was a time when Moses had been alone. Some

of you don't realize that. Jesus went into the garden

alone and he prayed. And while he was being tested

and sorely tempted and tried of the devil, he prayed.

And sky support came. The heavenly God nature didn't need

any support. But that earthly man... It began to falter.

It began to fail. And angels came and ministered to him.

I said angels came and ministered to him. You know

what happened to Brother Nathaniel?

Amen.

In that NICU, when Jephthah died in his and Sister

Rachel's arm, I said, this thing's fixing to unfold right here.

Me and his grandma and his mom and daddy, we're

fixing to just fall apart. But suddenly, the angel of

heaven unfolded his wings and swooped into that little NICU room.

We felt the Spirit of God.

We walked into that room, and we were praying for

Brother Nathaniel and Sister Rachel Howell, that is. And the

Spirit of God moved, and tongues and interpretation came. And

Sister Wooten, I love this. The message was, I've got him.

I have come and taken him, and he's in my hands.

He's in the very best of hands. Brother Nathaniel, of course,

you and I have struggled with that at times, and

we've wondered why. We've never questioned God or got bitter,

but we've wondered why. But I'm envious of my grandson Jephthah.

If I could get a call through to Jephthah, I

get them through to Jesus often, but if I could

get a call through to Jephthah, here's what I'd say.

How does it feel, grandson? How does it feel?

You know what happened to Brother Phillip that night during

the move of God? I just saw a glory cloud

move that way. Do you know what happened that night

during the move of God when Brother Phillip went to

that back door and he opened that door?

You know what he says? He says, I looked to heaven.

And he said, I began to look beyond the starry ceiling.

I began to look beyond the starry ceiling. Sister Hal,

he's looking in the sky. And he said, I felt

like I was being taken out of this world. I

felt like I was being raptured. He said, he took

me up.

In his wings.

You know what that was? The healing wings of the master.

He flew him above his enemy. He lifted him up

above his adversary. he lifted him up above I'm telling

you here tonight with the sky support that you have

why would you trade it up for something else Moses

could tell you When I was in the wilderness during

a period of time, I dwelt in a solitary place alone.

Brother Ethan Rowcap, I'm sure it gets alone over there.

That's why you have good friends like Brother Richard Jacob

and Brother Michael LaRue. I'm sure it gets alone over

there at times. Brother Dylan Wood, when you're out of

town working, I'm sure you feel alone. Are y'all with

me in this place? Sister Simmons, I'm sure you feel

alone at times. Sister Wooten, even though you got Tyler there,

I know you're looking for your long salt home and

some of our other widows and people that live by themselves.

I'm sure Brother Richard, Jacob, sometimes you feel alone.

Are y'all with me? Get the imagery of this man.

Amen. one who can stand alone for God in the wilderness.

Or if he's alone in the court of Pharaoh, he

can stand for truth and righteousness and tell everybody exactly

what God said. He is not one to cave to

peer pressure. Sister Hal, he can stand for God alone,

or he can stand for God when he's encompassed by

600 to a million people and tell them, you better

hear what the Spirit of God is saying to this

group of people. And that's what we've been doing to

one or two of you for a little while now

at this group of 75 that attend and the other

five or six that aren't attending faithfully.

I'll tell you this.

We can tell you, you better listen to one or

two that's here tonight what the Spirit of God says

to do. To be alone without God's support and to

be alone without His power and His Spirit.

It's true.

If I make my bed in the belly of hell,

thou art there. That's a righteous man. But what's in

hell concerning God right now, it ain't good. The wrath

of God fueling that fire, it ain't good. The wrath judgment,

what you need to remember, the wrath judgment of God

is for all who disobey. Jeremy Howell's grandson or Iris

Wooten's grandson, the wrath judgment of God is reserved for

And so is everlasting chains of darkness. Y'all listening to

Pastor Howell here tonight? Well, we were shouting and tearing

the house down about five minutes ago.

What happened? Amen.

Moses could stand. Why can't you stand on the job?

Apostle Paul dealt with your type. And for your type,

he said, evil communications corrupt good manners. The Holy Ghost

warns you and tells you, you better stay away from

them co-workers. You better shun the wrong and do the right,

then God will make a way for you. You can

sing all you want to. I know God will make

a way for me. I know the Lord will make

a way for me, but that's contingent on you shunning

the wrong and doing the right. Then you can sing

with a great assurance, I know the Lord will make

a way for me. God will make a way somehow.

Yes, he will.

He'll send that sky support to your rescue. But if

you're caving to peer pressure and you're doing things when

nobody else is around that grieves the mind and the

heart of God, I'll tell you this. You don't want

to reap the whirlwind. You sow to the wind, you'll

reap the whirlwind. It's getting a little tight in here,

getting a little thick. Hey, man, I don't even have

a necktie on today. It's getting a little tight in here.

According to the Word of God, although this man's 100

years old, plus he's 120 actually, he's still just as

strong as he's ever been.

He's full of life. He's full of vitality. He's full

of energy.

His natural vision hasn't waned at all, and his spiritual

vision's better than it's ever been.

You want me to act like I'm blind?

You want me to act like I don't know what

was said right here in this 33th chapter? You want

me to just throw away and discard the ministry of

the greatest pastor that's ever lived? Pastor Moses told his congregation,

you do right, you'll be blessed. You do wrong, you'll

be cursed.

I can't tell you anything else of what Moses told us.

Are y'all with us? This is our schoolmaster. Look and live,

listen and learn.

Amen.

Oh, it's getting a little tight in here. Somebody turn

the air on. Come by Sky Support and help Pastor

Hal right here. He had been alone at the burning bush,

but God sent heavenly support there at the burning bush

where he's conversating and communicating with God. Moses was assured

of the Lord's presence. As a babe in an ark

of bulrushes alone, the Lord kept him from the crushing

jaws of those crocodilian creatures, the Nile crocodiles. This man

of God truly was experiencing some very dark days during

times and seasons of his life. That's why you need

sky support. When you're in them dark seasons, young person,

and you're being sorely tested and tried, you need somebody

to turn on a light switch for you.

You need a guide, and you need a navigator.

And when you willingly go against the grain of the

Word of God, you know what the Spirit of God

has told you to do specifically. and you choose to

do it not, what do you expect? You should expect

to receive first a verbal smackdown from the Lord through

your youth pastor or your Sunday school teacher saying, hey, you,

wake up. And then next, he's a God of, is

the word, corporal punishment. What's the other one, Brother Aaron,

like that? Capital punishment.

That's the final.

He's a God of both corporal and capital. He'll wear

your fanny out, and then he'll leave your fanny in

the hands of the devil.

Huh?

I used to hear Brother Gene Wooten tell Tyler and

Gina when they were being disobedient. He was one of

my church members. Sister Wooten, I ain't lying. He'd say,

your soul was God, but your fanny's mine. And so

Tyler and Gina disappeared, and it began with a tongue lashing.

And then it followed up with a belt lashing. Tyler's

a wonderful individual right now today because of the disciplinarians

he had in his life, Gene and Iris Wooten. But

I'm going to tell you something, Howell children, grandchildren, Bethlehem's church.

The disciplinary action that is taken at this church sometimes

when that dear sister back there, Sister Iris, chastises you,

Or when Sister Hal chastises you or these preachers just

to tell you and use the chastening rod. That is

mild correction. I'm fixing to tell you about a Syrian warlord,

a general. A general who just felt like he could

abuse the children of God and do whatever he wanted

to do. And for years and years he got by

with that. And I want you to think about that

little maid that one day her city was surrounded. She

needed sky support. She needed help from the Lord. But

that day, because of the condition, the spiritual condition of

the Israelites, there was no help. And Brother Wood, the

Bible said they spoiled them, children of Israel. And in

their spoil, they took a little maid. I wonder if

I could use my granddaughter, Rebecca. Come here, Rebecca. Nowhere

in the biblical writ do you find that daddy and

mama were spared. Their lives were probably taken and snuffed out. Ugly,

ogre men, mean men, took this little girl captive, put

your arm around papa's neck, and not so tenderly and daintily,

threw her over their shoulder and Could you imagine the

mental warfare that ensued within that little girl's cranium? You

want to talk about mind battles and mind struggles and

mental illness.

When the memories that she holds....

Dear are horrible memories, when the memories of her mother

are horrible memories, the last moments of her mother is perhaps,

Brother Nathaniel, somebody thrusting her mother through with a sword

or the daddy being beheaded. by a Syrian under the

command of a famous, infamous judge, Naaman the Syrian, the general.

And then that crazy general sees somebody took a little

captive girl, that little maid, and he says, send her

to my house. And that little girl has to do

what is expected of her, which wallowing in bitterness, she

has to be a blessing to those who potentially killed

her family and left her village in ruins. And she

has to grow up in that scene. Imagine the scenario

with your own mind. And she has to look upon

a man who is a man of great esteem and

respect in that land. And Brother Rocap, slowly but surely,

he's being eaten away by a disease that she's.

Never been allowed to be around. It's leprosy.

Nobody in my country would even attempt to come near me.

Nobody in my country would even attempt to come around

with such a disease or illness. They would be crying out, unclean, unclean,

stay away. They'd be in a colony somewhere. But she's

got to wait on him, his wife, on that family.

And one day, to cut this short, because I can

tell you're getting weary. I guess you are. Maybe I'm

just making that up. One day, though, rather than secretly

just watching Naaman dwindle away to leprosy. Ears are falling off.

Fingertips are falling off. Perhaps a nostril or two have

fallen off. Leprosy is eating away at Naaman. And Brother

Sterrett talking about a good spirit like you got.

That little old lady. Come here, Rebecca. Probably a little

older now, though. She looks at her. Come here, Faith.

This is how old maybe she was when she was taken.

Come here.

And now she's been serving, waiting on her enemies hand

and foot.

Come here, Sister Faith.

Waiting on her enemies hand and foot, the ones that

took her mom and dad's life. And in the sweetest spirit,

she says, Mistress, would to God that Master Naaman go

to the land of my nativity because there There's a prophet.

Because there, there's sky support. And you all know who

that prophet is. And Naaman believes her. He sees she's

not full of bitterness. He sees her sweet spirit. She

loves those that have abused her. She prays for her enemies. Hey,

come on, sister, how she's the New Testament doctrine personified.

She's bearing another's burdens.

And Naaman, because he had confidence in her words, he backtracks.

And this time, rather than going to destroy, he comes

wanting to be healed. And that's what I want to

tell you. Why are you doing this to the people

of this world? Why are you losing your standard? And

why are you losing your faith? And why are you

losing your sky support? God sent you into that secular

job to be a burning and a shining light. God

sent you into that workplace to be a witness to

your fellow employees and co-workers and employers. God sent you

there to show them there's higher paths for their feet.

God sent you there to bring healing into their.

Life simply by your work ethic, by your respect. by

your good spirit, by your chaste conversation, by your good attitude,

by your refusing to stoop down to their level, wouldn't

a God that Master named would go there because there's

a prophet there. Alone you are, but you have somebody

with you. Alone you are, little maid, but you have

somebody for you. And the little maid not only felt

like he's for me, she felt like he's for all.

Are y'all with me here tonight?

I'm telling you, she believed there was sky support for

a Syrian warlord.

She believed there.

Was sky support, angelic heavenly wings for repealing for a

pagan general.

Amen. Praise the Lord. Why?

Would you run your master's good name through the soil?

But preacher, I'm going through some things, some very dark things.

And what child of God has it? What child of

God has it? But you know what? When there seemed

to be no hope for that situation concerning Naaman, this

little woman believed it.

Could and would get better.

Moses said in verse number 27, the eternal God is

thy refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms. You want

to know why some of the young people, just a handful,

aren't growing and gracing in the knowledge of the Lord

Jesus Christ and why they just continue to flounder like

they're doing and just not coming forth.

You want to know why?

Because a week ago God showed me they are still

wallowing in indecision. They're not really sure that this is

the way they want to live. And I want to

tell you, when you do it your way and you

make the decision after Iris Lynn dies and Jeremy Howe dies,

and you decide to go about it your way, you

can expect nothing but the strong arm of God to

slap you down. Them everlasting arms will either hold you

and support you or they will grind you to powder.

I want to close on a high note. That we

are in the palm of his hand no matter where

we go. But I couldn't imagine being in that crushing fist.

When everything you hold dear crumbles. Moses told him, he's

your refuge. He's eternal. He said, Israel will dwell in

safety alone. Other nations won't understand. Why are they being blessed?

Why are they being saved by the Lord? He will

never cease to be the refuge for your children. I

have so much more to preach. And look at that.

I remember when Nathaniel Levi Howell made up his mind. He, Jehovah, God,

the Father, Jesus, the Holy Ghost, the Lord, the Triune

Godhead will be my God. I remember the night he

surrendered his spirit. I remember the night Brother Jesse Howell

surrendered his spirit. I remember the night Brother Samuel Howell

surrendered his spirit. And I feel like even in our

midst in this wonderful church where a lot of pastors

would refuse to say this, especially if it's being recorded,

but I'll be honest with you. Among the 75 in

this building, there's two or three. The reason why you're

wallowing and wailing out incessantly, continually just Every service you

haven't yet made up your mind, take this whole world

and give me Jesus. I'm going to tell you something.

Sister Wooten would act the way she acted tonight during

that song in a prison. She would worship her God

in a prison. Paul and Silas experienced the jailbreak because

they would pray and pray In prison. I'm never going

to feel like a child of God. I will never

feel like a child of God. Backslides during a trial.

Or that a child of God. Gives up during a trial.

Or that a child of God. Commits suicide. I will

never believe that a child of God. Is unruly and

disobedient and willfully. And constantly. Incessantly consistently. Transgresses the commandment

of God. And whenever we have to deduce. And reach

a conclusion that you. are not a child of God,

then whose child are you? And if you don't have

sky support, who is coming to your aid? Who is

pushing you off the cliff? And I'm going to close

with this final thought that the Holy Ghost gave me.

When Jesus was being tried, Lucifer took him up. And

what Lucifer wanted him to do, cast yourself down And

he will bear you up. That sky support will be there.

You know it.

You know the everlasting arms and the everlasting wings will

come rushing in. And Jesus knew you were trying to

get me. me to tempt my father. He wanted Jesus

to do the swan dive. And what he was telling

the God man, God incarnate, 100% God, 100% man, you

know he's going to give you wings and the wind's

going to blow through your wings. I'll tell you what

had happened. It was impossible for him to sin because

he was God. He wasn't even remotely tested or tempted

to jump off. He stood on the rock. The chief

cornerstone himself on his word said thou shalt not tempt

the Lord thy God. But I'm afraid that somebody is

about to throw yourself off. And you're going to spread

your wings and fly. Nathaniel, I felt it just as

sure as I'm living today. I'm a young adult now.

I'm going to spread my wings and fly. I'm going

to tell you what's going to happen. You're going to

find that them wings ain't wings for flying. And they

ain't wings for wind. They're going to fold up. And

you're going to descend in a downward spiral. And you're

going to crash and burn. I think I'll fly the coop.

I'll find me a new church. I'll find me a

new religion. I had a dream Friday night. I'm not

one to dream, and I don't tell many dreams from

this pulpit. I saw somebody in this building right now,

a young person, in a little church of their own

design and their own creation. Sister Wooten, they were attempting

to play a guitar. They had six or seven people

that didn't even seem sincere there with them And Sister Lee,

I realized there's some sort of twisted religion here. There's

something going on. But I looked and I realized there's

no spirit of God. And it became a cesspool right

before my very eyes. It started out seemingly the religion

of choice.

I'll go to church and do it the way I

want to do it. Apostle Paul spoke of some. He said,

you know, when we.

First got in this thing together, if God had asked

you to give me your spiritual sight or your vision naturally,

you would have plucked your eyes out and gave them

to me.

But now you despise me.

And I'm telling you what, you may not feel like it,

but some of these people got where they despised the

man that could stretch forth the rod and the sea part.

The man who's 120 years old, Brother Jesse, full of

energy and strength. And he reminds them of something. He said,

it was your stubbornness and your iniquity that keeps me

from going across that threshold into Canaan. Now, y'all imagine

a pastor over a million-something people walking back and forth

on top of the rock, reiterating, and then he has

to pause and say, I won't get to see it.

Because of you. Will somebody never see heaven because of

your actions? God trusted you to be a responsible adult.

You grew old.

Your parents were charged by God like we charge Brother

Jesse today. You bring her up into nurture and admonition

of the Lord. You teach them and you make them

ready to work. You help them be ready. You get

beside them and you pray and you push and you

cry and you weep. I hear a youth pastor over

here weeping and crying for young people tonight. I want

to ask us parents something. When's the last time you

crawled up beside somebody and really cried and prayed? Brothers

and sisters, I remember watching Brother Nathaniel crawl up beside

Brother Samuel and pray for his conversion. I remember watching

Sister Charity crawl up beside Brother Jesse and pray for

his conversion. I remember watching Sister Tracy crawl up beside

Brother Jonathan and pray for his conversion. I remember watching

Sister Woot crawl up beside Brother Tyler and pray for

his conversion. And do you know right now she's praying

about him concerning something else with the same burden I've

seen her cry and pray with before. These altars are open, sister,

how the Spirit of God is moving. He's blessing and helping.

But for some reason, the two or three or whoever

it is, it could be 10 or 20, I don't know.

But for some reason, do you really want to forsake

your help? Do you really want to forsake the promise?

Do you really want to forfeit the blessings? Do you really,

really want to walk away from it? Do you really

want to spread your wings? Do you really want to

fly the coop? I heard the story told of the

pigeon that looked for an opportunity day and night to

fly the coop. Brother Jesse, But the fowler knew the

intentions of the pigeon. The fowler didn't know the code

to unlock the gate. The fowler didn't know where the

key was to put it in the lock and turn it.

I feel the Holy Ghost. But what the fowler did

know is if he gets out, I've got a net

and I will catch him. And that little pigeon flew

the coop. Wasn't out two feet. He was caught in

a net. That pigeon wished he'd have never flew the coop.

Sky support. My help coming from the Lord, which made

heaven and earth. God, my babies are going to need you.

My grandchildren are going to need you. Our boys and

girls are going to need you.
