  1. To do it, but he did. Amen. Thank you, Jesus.

  2. Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

  3. Praise God in this day and in this hour. We

  4. praise God for being in the house of the Lord today.

  5. Praise God for those that are on the phone line

  6. listening in.

  7. Praise God.

  8. Understand that somebody had phone trouble last week and.

  9. Wasn't able to get. Praise God. Here's the rest of

  10. the service.

  11. Amen.

  12. Well, I pray that There will be no technical issues

  13. this morning. Praise God. But we thank God for being

  14. in the house of the Lord today. Amen. Hallelujah.

  15. Praise the Lord. I'm not going to be before you

  16. very long. I'm going to stick with, praise God, what

  17. God placed on my heart.

  18. Amen. Amen. Praise God.

  19. While I was in the book of Hebrews, praise God,

  20. God put it on my heart to continue to deal

  21. with the area of faith.

  22. Praise God. We need faith.

  23. In this day and in this hour as never before.

  24. So much going on in the world and in the land.

  25. Praise God. So much upheaval. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  26. And for people who think that they're doing right, praise God,

  27. according to their estimation, praise God, but they're acting ungodly

  28. in so many cases. Amen.

  29. But we thank God for it.

  30. Nevertheless, we know that there's a God that sits high

  31. and looks low.

  32. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  33. You know, Praise God, I was thinking that there's a

  34. lot of people calling on God. Amen, but everybody's not

  35. calling on the same God. Amen, they're calling on the

  36. God of their imagination. Calling on the God of their opinion. Amen,

  37. but there's only one true God. And he's the creator.

  38. Amen, and that's who we serve today.

  39. Praise God, and we thank God for Jesus Christ who

  40. gave his life for us today. Amen, I'm going to

  41. come to you from Hebrews chapter 11, verse 17.

    Hebrews 11:17

  42. I mean, verse three. Amen. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  43. Hebrews 11, chapter 11.

  44. Verse five. Amen. Praise God.

  45. And we know that the scripture says, praise God, faith

  46. is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of

  47. things not seen.

  48. Amen.

  49. And how many know, praise God, That God, amen, is

  50. a master, praise God, and the source of all of

  51. our strength. And how many, praise God, under the sound

  52. of my voice, praise God, need more faith? How many,

  53. praise God, under my voice would love to see the

  54. faith of God manifested? Praise God. And God, praise God,

  55. can do things out of, I mean, beyond our imagination.

  56. I was thinking yesterday, I was on the phone with

  57. Elder Sutton. Praise God, leaving Target, walking in the parking lot.

  58. And I had him on the phone. And I'm walking

  59. back to my truck.

  60. Praise God. And I'm walking and talking to him. Praise God.

  61. And I look down as I'm going out. I see

  62. a $ 50 bill on the ground.

  63. And my truck had got on E when I put

  64. it in the parking lot.

  65. Amen. I said, look at God. Amen.

  66. And I said, thank God for Ella Sutton calling me

  67. because if he hadn't called me, I wouldn't have been

  68. looking around.

  69. But I looked. Ella Sutton, you might be getting a

  70. whole lot of phone calls.

  71. Amen.

  72. And I said, God, thank you. Amen. Hallelujah. You didn't

  73. have to do it, but you did. Amen. Thank you, Jesus.

  74. Praise God. Praise God. One time I didn't believe it.

  75. I said, this ain't nothing but a trap. Somebody laid

  76. on the ground. I picked it up and unfolded it.

  77. It was real. And I said, God, I thank you. Amen. Hallelujah.

  78. Out of nowhere, God will bless you. Amen. Just keep

  79. walking with the Lord. Amen.

  80. Hebrews chapter 11 verse 5 says by faith Enoch was

    Hebrews 11:5

  81. translated that he should not see death but was not

  82. found because God had translated him for before his translation

  83. he had this testimony that he pleased God.

  84. Amen. My question this morning for all of us Praise God.

  85. Praise God. Hallelujah. Do you want to please God? Amen. Hallelujah.

  86. I didn't ask you, do you want to.

  87. Be Baptist or Methodist or Pentecostal or Apostolic or.

  88. None of that. I said, do you want to please God? Hallelujah.

  89. And so this morning I want to know, what is

  90. your testimony? Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Praise God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

  91. God has done some wonderful things in our life. Praise God.

  92. And I've seen.

  93. God's hand, praise God, moving, praise God, in my life

  94. and in your life.

  95. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  96. And God wants to encourage you this morning to keep

  97. on walking by faith.

  98. Amen. Praise God. Because the scripture says, amen.

  99. Enoch was translated because, amen, he had this testimony that

  100. he wanted to please God.

  101. He says, verse 6 says, but without faith it is

  102. impossible to please him.

  103. For he that cometh to God must believe that he

  104. is and that he is a rewarder of.

  105. Them that diligently seek him. Amen. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  106. And so the scriptures let us know, praise God, that

  107. Enoch walked with God and he wanted to please him.

  108. Amen. Praise God.

  109. Not only did he walk with God, but he communicated

  110. with God.

  111. Praise God. And he stayed in fellowship with God. Amen.

  112. And if you and I want to please God, we

  113. need to learn to have fellowship and to stay connected,

  114. praise God, to the vine.

  115. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Praise God.

  116. The scripture says, and I just quote it, says, without

  117. faith it is impossible to please God.

  118. Praise God. Hallelujah. Amen.

  119. It wasn't that Enoch had great achievements. It wasn't that

  120. Enoch did some great, fantastic things.

  121. Praise God.

  122. But it was the fact that Enoch walked with God

  123. and he had a desire to please God by faith.

  124. Amen. This was done by faith.

  125. Amen. Enoch, praise God, couldn't run up to God and say, well,

  126. you know, this is what I did and I did

  127. this and I did that. But the scripture said, he

  128. walked with God.

  129. Amen. And God want his people, praise God, to have

  130. the same attitude. Praise God. Hallelujah. Amen. Praise God. See,

  131. you can't walk with a person unless you believe they exist. Amen.

  132. Folks that are walking with And talking to somebody who's

  133. not there. Somebody's going to question their sanity.

  134. Amen.

  135. But you and I, praise God, believe that God exists.

  136. We can't see him with our natural eye. But praise God,

  137. by the spirit, we behold him.

  138. Praise God. Hallelujah. So Enoch, praise God, didn't just have religion.

  139. He didn't just have the formality of going to church,

  140. but the scripture said he walked with God. And his

  141. testimony was, I want to please God.

  142. Do you want to please God this morning? Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

  143. Praise God.

  144. Enoch walked with God by faith.

  145. Praise God. And he walked with God continuously. Praise God.

  146. The scriptures say.

  147. Well, on Monday evening, he was walking with God. But Tuesday,

  148. he backed up and started doing something else.

  149. Praise God.

  150. He walked with God continuously. He had continuous fellowship with God.

  151. Praise God.

  152. You know, so many people, praise God, this morning are

  153. going to church. They're going to singing the songs. They're

  154. singing and shouting. But when they go out the door,

  155. it's a totally different thing.

  156. Amen. Praise God.

  157. And you be saying to yourself, say, well, is this

  158. the same person I saw in there?

  159. I wonder what are they doing out here? Amen. Praise God.

  160. But walk with God continuously. He walked with God 300 years.

  161. Amen. Praise God.

  162. And me during that time, praise God, lived a long time.

  163. But he walked with God for at least 300 years.

  164. Amen. Communing with God. Talking with God.

  165. Amen.

  166. Thank you, Jesus.

  167. So he had a walk with God. Now, if you're

  168. walking with God, it's a progression. It didn't say that

  169. Enoch was standing still, marking time, but he was walking

  170. with God.

  171. You know what? Each step was a progression. Each step

  172. was closer to God. Amen. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus.

  173. And that's why I'm inspired by Enoch's journey because it.

  174. Was a progressive journey. Amen. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

  175. See, at the end of 300 years, praise God, Edom

  176. understood that, praise God, that.

  177. God was with him. Praise God. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus.

  178. Edom, praise God, spent so much time with God to

  179. the point that God said, well, you know, you're not

  180. going to die.

  181. We're just going to take you. Praise God. Edom was

  182. walking with God. Praise God. You know what? He found

  183. himself in heaven.

  184. He don't know when he got there.

  185. Amen. He was walking. He walked right into glory. Thank you, Jesus.

  186. Because what? He had this testimony that he pleased God.

  187. God want us, praise God, to have that same testimony.

  188. Praise God.

  189. Wake up every day. God, I want to please you.

  190. Praise God.

  191. I want to do what you say do. I want

  192. to go where you want me to go. I want

  193. to say what you want me to say.

  194. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  195. So when Enoch was walking with God, praise God, they

  196. had sweet companionship.

  197. They had sweet communion. Praise God. Hallelujah. Being led by God. Hallelujah.

  198. Praise the Lord. Every step that Enoch walked, praise God,

  199. was in cooperation with God. The scripture tells us, walk

  200. in the what?

  201. Spirit. Amen.

  202. Because God is a spirit. They that worship him must

  203. worship him in spirit and in truth.

  204. Amen. So I'm inspired by Enos Walt. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  205. He had this testimony that he pleased God. Do you

  206. want to please God this morning? We live in a

  207. society that want to please themselves. They want to do

  208. everything themselves. They want to have it my way. They

  209. want to be like Burger King. But God is not

  210. a Burger King God. He's not running that kind of restaurant.

  211. Praise God.

  212. Hallelujah. You can't have it your way and please God. Amen.

  213. I know you want to, but you can't to really

  214. please God. Eden walked with God and the scripture said,

  215. and he was not for.

  216. God took him. Praise God. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus.

  217. As a matter of fact, it almost looked like if

  218. he were walking with God, God, they say, well, you know, Eden,

  219. you closer to my house than your house.

  220. Come on in here. Amen. Come on. Praise God.

  221. And he stepped off into glory. He stepped off into eternity.

  222. Praise God because of his walk with God.

  223. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  224. So I'm encouraged this morning to encourage you, praise God,

  225. to have a mind.

  226. To please God. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. This morning,

  227. praise God, the Lord laid on my heart and said.

  228. I want you to teach the saints and the people

  229. of God and talk about faith in me.

  230. Not faith in the government.

  231. You know, praise God, I heard on the news, praise God, hallelujah,

  232. the president said that if the Republicans win the primaries,

  233. I'm going to give everybody $ 5, 000.

  234. And you know, there's a whole lot of folks ears

  235. pertin' up. Amen.

  236. They don't know, and I'm sure you're experiencing, they don't

  237. know if they did send you $ 5, 000, they don't know

  238. that on the next tax season you're going to have

  239. to give account for that.

  240. $ 5 on your taxes. They don't know that. All they're

  241. looking at is that number. Praise God. See, the devil

  242. is so tricky. He's so slick. Just like the devil.

  243. He'll promise you all this. Praise God. He'll promise you,

  244. praise God, happiness. Amen. And then he'll get you out there.

  245. Praise God.

  246. And leave you off by yourself. That's what this society does.

  247. That's what drugs do. It'll promise you feel good now.

  248. Then the devil will get you out there.

  249. Praise God. And leave you alone. Praise God. Hallelujah.

  250. That's what all this corruption and things of the flesh

  251. will do for you.

  252. Praise God. Oh, my God.

  253. Hallelujah. Like he did David. David was at home. He

  254. should have been out fighting the battle. But praise God,

  255. he was hanging around the house. Praise God.

  256. Hallelujah. One evening and.

  257. Got up and went to the rooftop and saw Bathsheba

  258. over there taking a bath. And that started the whole thing.

  259. The only thing David had in his mind was, I

  260. want to be with her. But he don't know, praise God,

  261. he found out that when you go into the plan

  262. of the enemy, you go into the camp of the enemy,

  263. you're causing more harm and more trouble for yourself.

  264. Instead of him walking with God.

  265. And the scripture said, David was a man.

  266. After God's own heart. But if you're not careful, you'll.

  267. Come down and start walking with the devil instead of

  268. walking with God. But God want a people, praise God,

  269. that want to please him. And so Enoch walked with God.

  270. Then he had this testimony that he pleased God.

  271. Amen. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus.

  272. What is your testimony this morning?

  273. I'm going to ask all of us. What is your testimony?

  274. I included myself.
