The reading of the scripture today is from Luke chapter 13, is a great passage.
Luke 13 chapter mention
-
Verse 10 to verse 17.
-
I'm very happy to see all of us.
-
God bless you so much.
-
And God is speaking to us through this passage.
-
Luke chapter 13, verse 10 to verse 17.
-
On a Sabbath, Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit.
-
That's how all the Bible records for 18 years, not one year, but 18 years, crippled by a spirit.
-
She was bent over and could not straighten up at all.
-
When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.
-
Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God.
-
Verse 14, it did not, because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath.
-
The synagogue leader said to the people, There are six days for work.
-
So come and be healed on those days, not on the Sabbath.
-
The Lord answered him, You hypocrite, doesn't each of you on the Sabbath untie your ox or donkey from the store and lead it out to give it water?
-
Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for 18 long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her?
-
When he said this, all his opponents were humiliated.
-
I want to say your haters and opponents will be humiliated because of the testimony, because of what God is about to do.
-
But the people were delighted with all the wonderful things he was doing, and there's others who will be delighted and excited for what the Lord is about to do in your life.
-
Father in heaven, I thank you for this text that anchors us into the word that we share.
-
Thank you for what you've put in my heart to release your people.
-
And I pray that God you use me and that it's received in our hearts today.
-
Thank you again for bringing us together.
-
In Jesus' name we pray.
-
Amen.
-
We may have our seats.
-
As you know, this month of September, we have been focusing on the subject liberating power of the kingdom.
-
And so there are some people who are here for the first time.
-
Just to bring us to speed, our focus this month is liberating power of the kingdom.
-
New creation connected.
-
And so I have chosen the subject, liberating power of the kingdom.
-
And the text is Luke 13, the one I just read, verse 10 to verse 17.
-
And for ease of following, I've divided it into three parts here: the woman's disease broken, second, the woman's dignity restored, and third, the woman's destiny released.
-
So, first of all, the woman's disease broken.
-
When we go back to the text in Luke 13 and looking at verse 10, trying to understand this disease and also how it was broken.
-
On a Sabbath, Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there.
-
A woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit.
-
So she had a situation or a condition or call it a disease that was caused by a spirit and it was a crippling condition for 18 years.
-
She was bent over and she could not straighten herself up at all.
-
Bent over could not straighten herself at all.
-
Just imagine that situation where there is a spirit that keeps bending someone over the years, bending, bending, bending, to the place where now she's completely bent over.
-
And her head is close to the ground.
-
She goes breathing dust.
-
Her eyes are more looking down than looking into the future.
-
She is completely bent over, crippled by this spirit.
-
And I'm speaking to somebody here who is bent over and crippled by something.
-
Somebody going through depression, I say, your day of coming up is now.
-
Today is your day in Jesus' name.
-
Bent over.
-
Description of a situation.
-
And this is a real person who lived in real time.
-
But you can see what a crippling spirit can do in a family, in a life, over time, just keeps bringing you down.
-
You see, the spirit of hell is a spirit of depression.
-
And it tends to fold, it tends to bring down.
-
It tends to destroy.
-
John 10:10 says the thief comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy.
-
But Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly.
-
And so, right there in verse 11, we see what the enemy can do.
-
We see what the kingdom of darkness can do.
-
And we see the agenda of the kingdom of hell among men.
-
And it is not a good one.
-
She was crippled.
-
I pray that the tendency of any spirit in anybody's life be broken right now.
-
Because that's what Jesus is about to do.
-
And these spirits from hell are not helpful, they are very, very destructive.
-
They just come to destroy.
-
And you can see a picture there in verse 11 of what the kingdom of darkness can do as spirit.
-
Later on, of course, in verse 16, to understand it better, it says, then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan, see, whom Satan has kept bound for 18 long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her.
-
But thank God for the kingdom of God invasion.
-
There is a kingdom invasion in the next verse, verse 12.
-
And there are several elements of this invasion: the kingdom of God, the liberating power of the kingdom.
-
There is an invasion.
-
And today I am praying for kingdom invasion.
-
May God come, may God visit, may God just do something.
-
A kingdom invasion.
-
And when you go to verse 13, this is what it says.
-
I go back to verse 12.
-
When Jesus saw her, and let me just stop at when Jesus, because the kingdom is a person, and this person is Jesus Christ.
-
He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
-
And the King of the Kingdom shows up.
-
And he says, When Jesus saw, and let me say that the kingdom has eyes, and the kingdom can see.
-
And sometimes we feel like maybe God is so busy, He's very, very busy, He's dealing with the you know the galaxy and dealing with all the stars, dealing with the whole world and dealing with so many people.
-
And sometimes we feel God doesn't see me or God doesn't see what I'm going through.
-
In fact, in Exodus chapter 3, verse 7, because we deal with a kingdom which is not just a person, the king, the king of the kingdom, Jesus Christ.
-
It's also a kingdom that has a vision and a kingdom that sees.
-
And we are the subject of the kingdom's vision, which is very, very special.
-
The Lord said, I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt.
-
I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers.
-
And I'm concerned about their suffering.
-
This is the king seeing a woman who has also been going through so much trauma, so much suffering.
-
There is a back issue, there is a yoke of the enemy that's been bending her over time, and now she's really bent.
-
Now, in this case, it's a whole nation in Israel, a people group, and they have gone through the hands of slave drivers.
-
It's not been easy for them.
-
But God sees in verse 8 so I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, which is God's kingdom intention to come and salvage, to come and save, to come and deliver, to come and free, and that is the mission of the kingdom, and remove them from Egypt into a place that is specious, a place flowing with milk and honey, the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizites, Hivites, Jebusites, and you can add other heights.
-
You know, there can be a series of heights.
-
And therefore, the kingdom of God is not just a person.
-
The kingdom of God is not a sea, only a seeing.
-
The kingdom of seas.
-
But it's also a kingdom that is on a mission, and it's a very, very powerful mission.
-
While we read in verse 11, the kingdom of the devil takes us down.
-
The devil is a liar.
-
He can never, never, never really bring you up.
-
John 8, 44 says the devil is a liar and is a father of lies.
-
John chapter 8, verse 44.
-
And therefore he comes and whispers to people and tries to take them on a journey, but eventually it is ready to destroy them.
-
So in verse 12, salvation has come, and Jesus, the person of the kingdom, and the vision of the kingdom, the Bible says sees her, and this is a very specific person, and very, very specific.
-
And therefore, the kingdom is not just generic.
-
The kingdom is like an eagle with an eagle's eye.
-
The way the eagle comes, and there's a rat somewhere in the grass, and the eagle can spot that rat from very far and then swoops down and then grabs and goes and it doesn't miss.
-
I want to say we have a God who sees.
-
Hallelujah.
-
We have a God who does what?
-
Who sees.
-
And this God can see somebody in this service, somebody in the pavilion, somebody following online.
-
It doesn't matter where you are in the world.
-
And saw her, a very specific person.
-
And this is a lady.
-
And let me say this.
-
Then he called her.
-
There's a kingdom invitation.
-
You know, all this power that belongs to God, you know, liberating power of this kingdom.
-
God has now bring it, brought it for your purpose and for your mission.
-
And he goes on to call her forward and then speaks.
-
There is a kingdom invitation.
-
And today, because I'm going to pray for people and I'm going to ask God's power upon somebody's life, I want to say that God has already opened the gates and there is access to the kingdom.
-
And he has actually made an invitation.
-
He says, Come forward, come forward.
-
It is an invitation.
-
So I don't know whether he called her by name or it was just general, but uh it's very clear to me.
-
God knows somebody in this service, God knows somebody's name, God knows what somebody is going through, and I can see God saying, Come forward.
-
It is your day.
-
This is your day.
-
Come forward.
-
And then he said to her, The kingdom speaks.
-
And so we don't have a kingdom that is silent.
-
We have a kingdom that speaks.
-
And the power of the kingdom flows not just by the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, not just by the vision of the kingdom, not just by the access and the invitation of the kingdom, but also by the declarations of the kingdom.
-
And so he goes on to say straight away to this lady, woman, you are set free from your infirmity.
-
And from this altar of healing today, I declare to somebody, you are set free from your infirmity in Jesus' name.
-
May healing come.
-
And let me say, healing will come quickly.
-
Isaiah 58, verse 8.
-
Healing is not going to wait.
-
Isaiah 58 and verse 8.
-
It is going to come quickly.
-
Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear.
-
You know?
-
Then the then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be will be will be your rear guard.
-
Our God is Jehovah Rapha.
-
Exodus 15, verse 26.
-
And he says, I am the Lord who healeth thee.
-
I am the Lord.
-
You know?
-
Yeah, I am the Lord.
-
The latter part.
-
26.
-
Yes, at the end.
-
Who heals you.
-
I am the Lord, for I am the Lord at the end.
-
For I am the Lord who heals you.
-
And this is where we get the name Jehovah Rapha.
-
And therefore, the kingdom is not just to be kept up there.
-
It's a kingdom present.
-
It's a kingdom here.
-
It's a kingdom demonstrating.
-
It's a kingdom invading.
-
It is a kingdom doing something specific, something real in the life of a real person at a particular time and address.
-
And it is happening right here.
-
And so Jesus speaks these words.
-
The Bible says, Whoever the Son of God sets free is what?
-
Free indeed.
-
Once heaven releases your word of healing, once heaven releases your word of uh of restoration, I want to say no one can come in the way of that word.
-
The declaration of heaven is important.
-
There is a guy, a centurion, in Matthew 8, verse 8, who understood the power of the words of God.
-
And he said, You don't need to come to my place.
-
Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof, but just say the word, and what will happen?
-
My servant will be healed.
-
God is able to change conditions and situations suddenly.
-
And a woman who walked into the synagogue bent over and burdened is about to leave, standing upright and glorifying God.
-
Somebody who came bent over in this service, either financially or in another way, in terms of your career, career formation, your family, things are just being pushed down and pushed down and pushed down.
-
You are about to walk out of this service straight.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Because the power, kingdom power, kingdom power is in this place.
-
And kingdom power is able to sort out anything.
-
And so he said, Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.
-
The word of God is a declaration, the word of God is a decree.
-
The word of God is law.
-
In Ezekiel 37 and verse 7, in the Valley of Dry Bones, it was a word that was spoken.
-
And the prophet was asked to prophesy.
-
And the Bible says, as he prophesied, as he was commanded to prophesy, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together.
-
The bones of this woman are like the bones of those people in Ezekiel chapter 37.
Ezekiel 37 chapter mention
-
And the word of God can straighten up bones.
-
There is nothing impossible with God.
-
I'm speaking to somebody today.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Matthew 19, verse 26.
-
There is nothing impossible with God.
-
And you may be living in a scenario that looks so disjointed, the bones are scattered all over.
-
But today I am speaking the word that brings things together, bone to bone.
-
And Jesus said, Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.
-
Let me say one touch of heaven can change 18 years of history.
-
Just one touch of heaven.
-
And today, somebody needs this touch.
-
Upstairs here, upstairs there, upstairs here, and there.
-
And also here and there, and even here, and here and there and there.
-
And the pavilion.
-
Today somebody needs this touch, this touch, one touch of heaven, changing our whole story of 18 years.
-
And Jesus therefore speaks.
-
We have a kingdom that speaks.
-
And as this kingdom speaks, it has authority.
-
Matthew 18, 18.
-
All authority is given to me.
-
It also has dominion, authority and dominion.
-
You know, Matthew 18, whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven, whatever you lose on earth is loose in heaven.
-
But also Matthew 28, verse 18.
-
2818.
-
28 18 as well.
-
It has authority and in heaven, it has authority on earth, it has authority under the earth.
-
And this authority given to Jesus is what he's exercising here.
-
And he speaks and he says, Woman, you are set free.
-
1 John 3:8 says, God, Jesus came to destroy the works of Satan.
-
And I believe that the authority given to us by God, expanding the kingdom of God, is we have to reverse the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom and the and the works of the enemy.
-
And so Jesus speaks that word.
-
And immediately the woman's disease is broken.
-
Now some tendency is breaking.
-
This spirit had been hosted.
-
She was a carrier of a spirit.
-
And the spirit was lodged somewhere.
-
And the spirit is a spirit of infirmity from Satan, and it was doing its own work on a daily basis and putting her down.
-
But when Jesus released the declaration, I see that spirit taking off.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Today we are breaking the trend tendency of this kind of spirits in Jesus' name.
-
Afflicting different aspects of our lives.
-
Hallelujah.
-
I decree and declare with the authority I have in union with Jesus that you are now free indeed.
-
Those spirits that have plagued your life, disturbed your life, the spiritual world is real, by the way.
-
I decree and declare they depart.
-
What I have said is a legal decree.
-
I have reversed tenancy.
-
And I'm saying you're no longer a host, and nothing regarding your life.
-
By this altar and by this day, because there is liberating power of the kingdom by this altar and by this day and by these declarations, they depart and they go never to return.
-
Their legal status is reversed.
-
And therefore there is no more tenancy.
-
And because of that, the infirmity, the disease took off.
-
The disease of the woman was broken.
-
The yoke of that disease was broken by a Jesus declaration.
-
It is the kingdom, and that's why the kingdom came.
-
That's why the kingdom of God actually is here.
-
And we can see it operating and manifesting.
-
But also, number two, the woman's dignity restored.
-
Number two, the woman's dignity restored.
-
And this is kingdom restoration.
-
In verse 13, what does he say?
-
Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God.
-
The work that God begins, he completes.
-
And God never has halfway projects because he has enough resources to start something and also complete it.
-
That's why he is God.
-
A word has been released.
-
The disease is gone.
-
The disease is actually gone forever.
-
But you know, you can receive your breakthrough and still stay where you are before because of mindset.
-
She was used to walking, you know, bent over, and that's how she walked for a long time.
-
And it's so easy to get familiar with your life of suffering and maybe the way you are walking.
-
And even the day the day of your freedom comes, you don't know it has happened, and actually you continue walking the same way.
-
Verse 13 is very, very powerful because Jesus now brings out his hands, his creative hands, and he holds the label.
-
And the Bible says she actually came up.
-
In the first service, I say that you can tie a cow to a stick.
-
And if you do that for long enough, every day it is coming back to the same stick.
-
It has a rope, there is a stick, a rope, and the rope is tied to its neck, and it's eating around a certain radius, you know, defined by the rope.
-
And so it will be going in a circle like this.
-
A circle.
-
Do you know the scripture in Deuteronomy 1, verse 6 and 7 that says you've gone around this mountain for far too long?
-
Yeah, it is time for you to do what?
-
Break camp and advance.
-
Deuteronomy chapter 1, verse 6 and 7.
-
You've been going around for so long.
-
It is time to break camp and advance.
-
And so the cow can just be going around.
-
And if the day comes, you cut this rope.
-
In the mind of the cow, the rope is not cut.
-
And so it will just be walking.
-
And the rope is cut, reaches the margins, there is grass there.
-
It just reaches here but doesn't go there and keeps eating the same place.
-
There is somebody who has been tagged by a word.
-
And you have been operating in a particular place for a long time.
-
In Jesus' name, I reverse that word over your life.
-
I untie.
-
Because that's what Jesus said.
-
This this daughter of Abraham has been tied, you know, by Satan for 18 good years.
-
The hour has come.
-
It's the hour of jubilee, the hour to go free, and Jesus has come to cut it.
-
And you know, you can continue going right like that.
-
But the creative hands of Jesus now move her to the next level.
-
In verse 13, where he's talking about now the path of full restoration.
-
In verse 13.
-
And let me just repeat, he put his hands on her and immediately she straightened up and praised God.
-
Jesus put his hand on her.
-
I see Dr.
-
Gakunju.
-
If it is, I know we have several doctors here.
-
That backbone there.
-
And the power of God moves the kingdom power, moves from Jesus.
-
The first one was a word, decree.
-
The sickness is gone.
-
Now the hands are on her, and the power of God, the same way it happened to the woman who had an issue of blood, who touched the hem of the garment of Jesus, and power actually came out of Jesus.
-
And Jesus felt it.
-
Power came out, or virtue came out and into the woman, stopping the blood flow.
-
Suddenly, Jesus holds this lady, and if it's a backbone, the spirit is gone.
-
Suddenly it is socialized afresh.
-
You know, there's something, it's just power flows, and all of a sudden, the woman comes up.
-
Maybe she comes up with a pop, you know, like because it's something she'd never done before.
-
And you can imagine all those what do you call them?
-
Vertebrites, or what do you call them?
-
Yes, those sections of the backbone, and suddenly they reorganize, and power has come in, and then she comes up like this for the first time in her history.
-
She is a woman standing.
-
Hallelujah! A beautiful woman.
-
God is a beautifier, a wonderful woman.
-
She is a woman again, and she is a woman who can walk on stilatos.
-
Fura, I see you as there.
-
Yeah, those high-heeled shoes, like that, and she can even wear them and walk anywhere.
-
She's now free.
-
Her dignity is actually back.
-
Kabisa, it is back, and she can join other women and other people, sit at dining tables and begin to eat eat well.
-
What the devil denied her for 18 good years, can you imagine?
-
All of a sudden, this lady has come up.
-
And I want to see that to say the hand of the porter, and his name is Jesus, the kingdom hand.
-
There is nothing it can fix.
-
Jeremiah chapter 18 and verse 6, actually from verse 5.
Jeremiah 18 chapter mention
-
Jeremiah chapter 18 and from verse 5, those hands, the porter's hands, powerful hands.
Jeremiah 18 chapter mention
-
Jeremiah verse 5.
-
Then the word of the Lord came to me.
-
He said, Can I not do with you, Israel, as this porter does?
-
Declares the Lord.
-
Like clay in the hand of the porter, so are you in my hand, Israel?
-
And so Jesus holds her.
-
Suddenly there is a work that begins to work, a kingdom work inside her body, and she actually comes up.
-
And let me say this our God is a God of full restoration.
-
And I speak to somebody, the years the cankerworms have eaten, the Lord is actually sorting that out.
-
I speak to somebody, you shall experience the Psalm 126 restoration.
-
If I can have it on the screen, because this is what I see the kingdom and the power of the kingdom doing.
-
Psalm 126.
-
When the Lord restored the fortune of Zion, in fact, when God and His coming through, hallelujah, you'll feel like it's a dream.
-
We were like those, go back, just go back to verse 1.
-
We were like those who dreamed.
-
Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy.
-
I hear singing again.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Then it was said among the nations, the Lord has done great things for them.
-
The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.
-
Restore our fortunes, Lord, like the streams of in the Negev.
-
Those who sow with tears will do what?
-
Reap with songs of joy.
-
And those who go out weeping shall do what?
-
Carrying seeds to sow will return.
-
Hallelujah! With songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.
-
Why don't you give a hand to the Lord for this kind of restoration?
-
Human work is human work.
-
It can never beat divine work.
-
Human beings can try to panel beat you and try to bring things back, but they can only approximate.
-
You know?
-
And the work done by a human being falls far short in terms of glory, in terms of how it comes out at the end, compared to what God does.
-
Human work takes forever.
-
But God's work, divine work is like a switch.
-
Divine work is immediate.
-
Divine work is sudden.
-
And I speak a suddenly in somebody's life.
-
You had thought it's gonna take 20 years to fix things.
-
This preacher is saying, God will do it overnight.
-
And why not?
-
God will do what?
-
Will do it overnight.
-
Receive it.
-
That is your word.
-
God will do it overnight.
-
The hand of God is strong.
-
The hand of God is a restoring hand.
-
The hand of God is powerful.
-
And when God does that work, Psalm 118, verse 23 says, This is the Lord's doing.
-
It is marvelous in our eyes.
-
The work God has done has a wow factor.
-
When God has just finished doing something, you look at it, it is marvelous.
-
And that is what God's hand is doing in the life of this woman: straightening her up, beautifying her again, and bringing out a masterpiece of the kingdom.
-
God's plan for your life is good.
-
Jeremiah 29, 11.
-
God says, I know the plan I have for your life.
-
It's a plan for, let's just read it together.
-
For I know the plans I have for you.
-
Declares the Lord.
-
Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
-
God is doing it right now here.
-
Yes, let's give a hand to Jesus.
-
He's doing it right here.
-
When the prodigal son was restored by the father, he ended up looking so good that people who knew him in the city where he had wasted his life coming over would not recognize him.
-
God is a beautifier.
-
What is gonna do in your life?
-
Those who saw you yesterday will not be able to recognize you.
-
Because God does a perfect work.
-
In Luke chapter 15, verse 22, it's about the prodigal son.
-
And he has come back home, he's looking so bad.
-
But the father beautifies him again.
-
And he says, But the father said to his servants, quick, and this is what God does to angels.
-
He's saying, Angels, quickly, this one, quickly come.
-
You know, just do this, fix that, and fix the other.
-
Quick, bring the best robe and put it on him.
-
Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet.
-
Bring the fattened calf and kill it.
-
Let's have a feast and celebrate.
-
For this sign of son of mine was dead and is alive again.
-
He was lost and is found.
-
So they began to celebrate.
-
The hour of celebration is coming.
-
Hallelujah.
-
The boy was lost, he was finished.
-
But look at restorative power.
-
There is nothing God cannot fix.
-
I repeat that to somebody.
-
There is nothing God cannot fix.
-
He is Jehovah Rafa, like I said.
-
He is God our healer.
-
Psalm 103, verse 2 and 3 says that he can heal of every disease.
-
There is nothing God cannot heal.
-
Psalm 103, verse 2 and verse 3.
-
Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.
-
Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.
-
And in Psalm 107, verse 20, he has sent his word.
-
Psalm 107, verse 20.
-
He sent out his word and healed them.
-
He rescued them from the grave.
-
And I see somebody here.
-
God is literally lifting you from the jaws of the grave.
-
And God is pulling you back.
-
And God is doing a mighty work.
-
I'm seeing it in the spiritual.
-
He's doing a mighty work.
-
And they will look and they will say, Is this a person that we saw, you know, yesterday?
-
God is doing a work that is irreversible.
-
It is beautiful.
-
When you go home, you can read Isaiah 61, verse 1 to 7.
-
It is about restoration, the kind of restoration God does.
-
In verse 7, it even talks about a double portion.
-
God will raise you to the level of a double portion.
-
He's saying, instead of your shame, you will receive what?
-
A double portion.
-
And instead of disgrace, somebody has gone this through disgrace.
-
Somebody here has gone through shame, amazing shaming.
-
And God is speaking to you.
-
His word is restoring your life.
-
God is fixing your life again.
-
And he's saying, Instead of disgrace, you rejoice in your inheritance.
-
And so you'll inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.
-
Somebody who has never known joy in this service is receiving joy again.
-
You are laughing again because God is doing a work of restoration.
-
You lost everything, but you are regaining everything now.
-
By this sermon, by the anointing of this service, God is coming through because the kingdom is able.
-
Let's give a hand to the Lord.
-
The kingdom is able to do the restoration work.
-
But finally, the woman's destiny released.
-
A destiny that was stolen by the devil and replaced with a bent over.
-
You can only describe it as a bent over or a bending over destiny.
-
Stolen, replaced by a spirit.
-
And instead of going up, she was going down.
-
Because that's what the devil does.
-
He takes us downstairs.
-
All of a sudden, all of a sudden, that destiny recalled, and the woman is brought to the realm of assignment, kingdom assignment, and kingdom purpose.
-
A lady who would not serve, but now she's kingdom enabled.
-
There is power that comes upon her life, and she's now kingdom-enabled.
-
She's standing straight, she's standing up, she can go to the nations.
-
She can go north as far as northeast.
-
She can go south as far as south is.
-
She can go east as east is, as far as east is, and she can go west as far as east.
-
She can fly.
-
She can talk.
-
She can engage people.
-
She's been brought back to the space of assignment.
-
She is kingdom enabled.
-
And that is what the Holy Spirit does.
-
You see, in verse 13, then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up.
-
But the last part said, Praise God.
-
A lady now again praising God.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Isn't this wonderful?
-
Why don't we appreciate God for that?
-
She is praising God.
-
She can't wait.
-
The Great Commission is about go.
-
And you can't wait.
-
God has enabled her.
-
The kingdom of God is in you.
-
And the kingdom of God is rare, raring to go.
-
The kingdom of God has an assignment dimension.
-
And when this kingdom comes, Jesus in you, the hope of glory.
-
When you receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, he comes into your heart.
-
He sets up a throne there.
-
We read earlier, Psalm 24, 7, that says, Ancient gates be lifted up.
-
Let the King of glory come in.
-
Who is this King of Glory?
-
You know?
-
The Lord God Almighty.
-
Coming in.
-
And then the King of Glory, the kingdom set it set up in me.
-
I become kingdom enabled, and I become a kingdom imitator.
-
And everywhere I go, it is the kingdom.
-
It is the kingdom.
-
And this kingdom speaks, and I go and I share, I testify of what the Lord has done.
-
And this lady is praising God.
-
She is now praising God.
-
She's in a church, she's in a place, she's telling everybody her testimony.
-
It is like the guy in John uh chapter 9, verse 25.
-
That gentleman, I'm in assignment.
-
He said he replied, whether he's a sinner, I do not know.
-
I don't want to enter theology and issues like that.
-
One thing, why don't we read the second part together?
-
One thing I do know.
-
I was blind, but now I see.
-
Let's read it together again.
-
One thing I do know, I was blind, but now I see.
-
You don't need to know many things, you just need to know what the Lord has done for you.
-
And when you know what the Lord has done for you, there is French that says no one can tune you.
-
When you know what the Lord has done for you, no one can do what?
-
Take it away from you.
-
And you know, there were even leaders of the church sitting there, you know, the way they study somebody, you know.
-
And uh they were sitting there, and this leader, a specific top leader, you're saying, he's he's even beginning to give a commentary to cancel the testimony, to water down the testimony.
-
Your haters will try to stop what God has done, but they can't in Jesus' name.
-
Trying to water it down, and he becomes indignant.
-
In fact, the word used there is that this guy, the leader of the synagogue, was indignant.
-
He he was really, really so much annoyed.
-
And he's saying in verse 14, you come to be healed these other six days.
-
Who made him God?
-
Why does he want to dictate destiny?
-
Come and be healed these other days.
-
But on Sabbath, is Sabbath even his?
-
It belongs to the Lord.
-
Hallelujah.
-
On Sabbath, don't come.
-
And Jesus actually, right there, he's not happy with this, and he says a hypocrite.
-
Yeah, hypocrite.
-
And you know, there are people who come to study, look at what is happening, and then become commentators outside afterwards, canceling everything.
-
But this lady will not allow it.
-
She actually praises God.
-
It sounds like the guy in Acts chapter 3, I think it's verse 6 there, verse 7, who uh verse 6 is where he was healed.
Acts 3 chapter mention
-
But I uh go, yeah, bless that there.
-
Then Peter said, Silver or gold I do not have, but what I have I give to you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.
-
Taking him by the hand, again a hand is stretched out, a right hand, he helped him up, and instantly, this is another miracle, the man's feet and ankles became strong.
-
Now look at verse 8.
-
What did he do?
-
He jumped to his feet.
-
This is what you do.
-
Get, be a man and a woman on mission.
-
Don't sit.
-
We were not called to be sitter, sit.
-
No, we were told to go.
-
He jumped to his feet and began to walk.
-
Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping and praising God.
-
He was disrupting everybody.
-
I gave a story here of this lady who used to say, Praise God, hallelujah, in the church.
-
When the service is going, she disrupt the service.
-
Then the leaders of the church went to her and said, Please stop it.
-
What we shall do, if you don't make noise this coming Sunday, we shall give you blankets, you know, cold place, we shall give you nice blankets and all that.
-
And they kind of agreed, came to church, and she sat her usual place.
-
And it's like the deal was kept most of the time.
-
And then she reached her place, like a preacher preaching, and she said, Hallelujah, anyway.
-
Blanket or no blanket.
-
I will praise my God.
-
She broke that agreement.
-
Blanket or no?
-
Blanket.
-
I will praise my God.
-
This lady knows what the Lord has done for her.
-
And they now she's on her path to destiny.
-
The one that was stolen, and she's now on a divine mission, divine calling, divine destiny.
-
She has a testimony.
-
John 4 39.
-
The woman, the Samaritan woman, knew what the Lord has done for her.
-
And she went to Syca.
-
She shared her testimony.
-
Many of the Samaritans from that town believed a woman on a mission.
-
In fact, the first evangelist right here, a woman, many believed, believed Jesus because of the woman's testimony.
-
He told me everything I ever did.
-
The kingdom can never be covered, Matthew 5.
-
You don't light up a lamp and then you put it under a bushel, you know.
-
When you light up a lamp, when the kingdom comes alive, you don't put it under that lamp, you know, you are the light of the world, you're the lamp, the light, the sort of the earth.
-
You put that lamp on a table.
-
It's like a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden.
-
And suddenly, this woman, from a place of depression, from a place of low self-esteem, from a place of being in the back banners of life and living in the fringes of life, from the place of being ignored for 18 years, the kingdom has invaded her world and changed everything, broke the disease, brought back dignity, and destiny now released.
-
This lady is unstoppable.
-
And I'm praying with somebody here today who is saying, Pastor, I want to enter a new season in my life.
-
Those things that have tied me back, restrained me, and caused me to bow and keep bowing and going the wrong direction.
-
Today they are being broken.
-
I'm not walking out of this church with those things.
-
The woman entered the synagogue, bent over and burdened, but she left standing upright and glorifying God.
-
Today I declare that the kingdom of God is invading somebody's life.
-
That which was bent over will be straightened up right away in Jesus' name.
-
And I declare is today.
-
You have a future, and that future is beautiful, it is powerful.
-
It is time to confront and overthrow the works of Satan.
-
It is time to do so.
-
And God has given us authority and dominion.
-
Jeremiah 1, verse 10.
-
He has appointed us over nations, and he has appointed us to do certain things over these nations.
-
And he says to uproot, to tear down, to destroy, to overthrow, and to build.
-
This is the mission of Jesus in the text.
-
That is the work of the kingdom in the text.
-
Is a kingdom demonstrated.
-
It is a kingdom in operation.
-
It is a kingdom manifesting.
-
And so churches were not meant to be religious places where just people come and sit and have a good time.
-
No, they were meant to be places of transformation, places of healing.
-
That's what the kingdom is all about.
-
They were meant to be places of commissioning, sending people, you know, on mission and paths of destiny.
-
They were not meant to maintain status quo.
-
They were not Meant to soothe egos, the church is a place of power, the church is a place of ability, the church is a place of restoration, is a place of assignment.
-
And today I sense in the pavilion online and also here there's somebody who is saying, Pastor, you're speaking to me, and today I want to receive my release in the name of Jesus.
-
Our God is more than able.
-
And I'll be asking someone as the Lord has spoken to you to be coming either in front of just where you are.
-
Uh, if you wish to be there, we will still pray.
-
And those online and those in the pavilion.
-
I know in the pavilion you have a deacon or a pastor who is all who is there, and you can actually connect to just come because what I've raised here is a kingdom altar.
-
This is a kingdom altar, and it carries liberating power.
-
It's a very, very powerful altar.
-
And this altar set up by our Lord Jesus Christ, who is actually present here.
-
The one who sees and understands, the one who calls us and invites us, like I'm I'm just about to do, and the one who speaks a word of freedom and he says, Be set free.
-
The one who lays a hand and because of that, power transfer, and even the yoke of the enemy, 18 years in standing, have been there 18 years.
-
That season is broken, and the lady is given a new season, and uh God is a beautifier, makes her beautiful again.
-
Yes, you can come, you can just come, even as I'm talking, because an altar I've raised here, and our God is able.
-
Upstairs, uh, if you come to this place up here, those who can, and downstairs you'll come.
-
I'll lead us in this prayer.
-
I am invoking kingdom power in the name of Jesus.
-
And even as I'm doing this, I'm reminded of Pentecost, Acts chapter 2.
Acts 2 chapter mention
-
When the kingdom comes and the church goes to minister the kingdom and not to minister religion, Acts chapter 2.
Acts 2 chapter mention
-
When the Holy Spirit came, they were endured with power, and from then on, from then they were never the same again.
-
God can touch you mentally, mental issue, something emotional, something spiritual, something physical.
-
God is able to straighten up that which is bound up, bound over mentally or spiritually, or emotionally, or even physically.
-
Your finances, maybe your finances are like this.
-
God can touch them.
-
Your business, your family, your marriage, your relationships.
-
We have a living God.
-
Let's all stand up now.
-
Upstairs, you don't have to come down.
-
Those who are upstairs, you don't have to come down.
-
You can just stand somewhere here.
-
Uh just come.
-
I want to pray.
-
I sense in my spirit that the work God did those years in the life of that lady who had struggled for 18 good years, and there was a spirit of infirmity that had kind of cut short her life in a way, the quality of her life.
-
I sense in my spirit, God is able to do that same work in the 21st century.
-
He's able to do the same work right here in our midst.
-
I don't know your background, I don't know your journey, but the kingdom of God sees you.
-
God knows you by name, God understands where you stand.
-
I know somebody who has come forward has come on behalf of somebody else.
-
Maybe it's not even just you, it could be your child.
-
And they have been caught in this thing, and it is squeezing life out of them.
-
You know it, and you can see it on a daily basis, and you feel it's a battle I am losing.
-
I seem to be losing it by the day, and I've come to the place where I feel like throwing up my hands or even giving up.
-
Somebody has contemplated even suicide, and you feel like your day is up.
-
I thank God that this woman did not commit suicide, those 18 years, because her salvation finally came, her deliverance finally came, and Jesus showed up.
-
The kingdom is still the same yesterday, today, and forever, as powerful as ever.
-
We are now going to pray.
-
I want us to trust God together.
-
Father, in the name of Jesus, I want to thank you so much for the passage that I just read.
-
I thank you for the people here and those in the pavilion and those who are online, my God, who are taking a faith action.
-
And God, thank you for what I've read and what happened many years ago.
-
I know faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God.
-
God, as I've picked this passage, somebody's faith has been quickened.
-
Faith to receive healing, faith to receive a breakthrough, faith to rise to a new level, faith to go free, faith, you know you can finish the sentence for yourself.
-
Because God has quoted quickened something in yourself.
-
You don't have to be afraid, we are all a family.
-
And you know that uh, like Jacob who said, I'm not living here until you bless me.
-
Genesis 32, verse 26.
-
That it is you and God, and the kingdom is powerful.
-
My God, I know you honor faith.
-
In uh Matthew 17, 20, you tell us if you have faith, the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, be removed from here to there, and it will go.
-
We are a faith people, we are believers.
-
We are addressing a mountain, and we know it is going.
-
Because, Lord, of this faith that you have given us.
-
And we know faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
-
Today, you have marched forward.
-
That is a step of faith.
-
It is called a faith action.
-
There are those who are upstairs here, there are those who are downstairs, those in the pavilion, you are following from a hospital bed online, you're in a hospital outside Kenya, wherever you may be around the world.
-
Oh, yes, I thank God for that faith.
-
You are in a home, you are you are somewhere, you've stopped your car to follow this service, and you can hear this voice.
-
God can see that faith.
-
God has seen that action of faith.
-
My God, because of the faith and belief of your people.
-
Now I invite you and I invite the power of your kingdom to begin to move in specific ways.
-
You know us by name, you know what you're going through, you know the issue we are bringing uh before you, that you begin to move among us.
-
And Jesus, I am praying the same way you stretched your hand to touch that lady.
-
Would you in the spirit stretch your hand and begin to touch the person who has come forward and that the one online, the one in the pavilion, and touch them in that specific way.
-
My God, I just said here that a single touch of heaven, a single touch of heaven can change 18 years of history.
-
A single touch of heaven can change 38 years.
-
It happened in John chapter 5 of history.
John 5 chapter mention
-
A single touch of heaven can change 12 years of history.
-
It happened to the woman with an issue of blood.
-
You are the God of the suddenly, you are able to switch things from this to that, from bent over to straight up by a single touch.
-
And God, by this faith that we are exercising, I'm asking you to stretch your hand and reach out to somebody.
-
If you are able to lift your hands, this is a good place to do so.
-
These hands, my God, are stretching out to you.
-
In Psalm 121, verse 1, it says, Where does our help come from?
-
Our help does not come from the mountains, it comes from the God who made the mountains.
-
Now we stretch our hands.
-
Lord, stretch your hand, connect with us at the point of need.
-
Right now, I'm seeing the hand of God stretched toward you.
-
The God who brought the Israelites from Egypt with a strong arm across the Red Sea and across the river Jordan.
-
That same God, He's the same yesterday, today, and forever.
-
There is nothing impossible for Him.
-
The way Maker, I see Him stretch His hand in your direction.
-
And right now, oh my Lord, I can see the bent going.
-
I can see that spirit departing.
-
I can see the healing happening.
-
I can see the freedom coming.
-
I can see the restoration happening.
-
I can see the breakthrough right here.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Hallelujah.
-
I can see the healing, mental healing, emotional healing, spiritual healing, physical healing.
-
Receive your healing right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
-
Receive your restoration right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
-
Receive your breakthrough right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
-
And I pray, my God, that that thing will never come back again.
-
Because your people are marching out.
-
Somebody came bend down, they are going straight up.
-
The dignity is back.
-
Or we can walk with our heads tall.
-
My father, that will never come back.
-
And I'm releasing your people now to walk the Isaiah 61 double portion path, a path of full restoration, to walk the Psalm 126 path, full restoration, all after coming back.
-
There is no God like our God.
-
And therefore, I want you to speak to yourself.
-
You know the specific area you are bringing before the Lord.
-
And in yourself, you say, I have received.
-
I have received.
-
It's straightened out, it's sorted out.
-
The bow, the bent, the bent is over.
-
That bent is over.
-
You can speak to that situation yourself.
-
That bent is over.
-
And the hands of God have touched you.
-
Single touch of heaven.
-
And you have popped up and you have come up straight and you are walking out confidently.
-
The Lord has done it.
-
Whatever it is you needed from the Lord, God has done it.
-
I repeat that.
-
Whatever it is you needed from the Lord, God has done it.
-
Glory to His name.
-
Glory to His name.
-
Glory to His name.
-
We can give a better hand, a better hand to the Lord.
-
Glory to His name.
-
Glory to His name.
-
Now I make a declaration.
-
The ones who saw you yesterday, they won't recognize you.
-
They are not going to recognize you.
-
Your finances.
-
They will be changed in such a way they won't recognize your financial position.
-
Your promotion, your elevation, your breakthrough, your healing is here.
-
That is kingdom power.
-
And that is why Jesus came.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Receive a double portion right now.
-
Receive a double portion.
-
Receive a double portion.
-
In the name of Jesus.
-
In the name of Jesus.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Thank you very much.
-
You may go back to your seats.
-
I want us to give another mighty hand.
-
Remain standing because we shall do the benediction.
-
Thank you very much, those in the pavilion.
-
And also thank you, those who are following, uh worshiping with us around the world.
-
I want you to know that you are blessed on Monday, blessed on Tuesday, blessed on Wednesday, blessed on Thursday, blessed on Friday, blessed on Saturday.
-
And this coming Sunday, you're coming back with a testimony.
-
Glory to God.
-
And now may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us now and forevermore.
-
Amen.
-
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever and ever.
-
Amen.
-
Shalom.
-
Thank you.
