  1. And since we have a great high priest who rules

  2. over God's house, let us go right into the presence

  3. of God with sincere hearts, fully trusting Him. Shalom beloved,

  4. you are warmly welcome to Radio ACI today for our

  5. morning glory devotion. An open way to the Father was

  6. written by Pastor and Mrs. Amo of Harvest Chapel International, Kumasi.

  7. Let us share a word of prayer. Father, we thank

  8. you for your word today. We ask, O God, that

  9. you grant us grace to be doers of your word.

  10. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Let us kindly take our

  11. confession from Joshua 1, verse 8. Joshua 1, verse 8.

    Joshua 1:8 Joshua 1:8

  12. This book of the Lord shall not depart out of

  13. my mouth, but I shall meditate in it day and night,

  14. that I may observe to do according to all that

  15. is written in it. For then I will make my

  16. way prosperous, and then I will have good success. Amen.

  17. An Open Way to the Father An Open Way to

  18. the Father A script written by Pastor Emesis Amoapia. Our

  19. scripture readings are from Hebrews chapter 10 verse 19 through

    Hebrews 10:19

  20. to 22. Hebrews chapter 10 verse 19 to 22. And

    Hebrews 10:19–22

  21. I'll be reading from the New Living Translation. And so,

  22. dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven's most

  23. holy place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death,

  24. Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain

  25. into the most holy place. And since we have a

  26. great high priest who rules over God's house, let us

  27. go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts

  28. fully trusting Him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled

  29. with Christ's blood to make us clean, and our bodies

  30. have been washed with pure water. May the Lord add

  31. his blessing to the reading and hearing of his word.

  32. Thanks be to God. An open way to the Father

  33. For centuries, any worshipper could only go so far Between

  34. a holy God and fallen humanity hung a thick, heavy veil.

  35. To walk past that curtain into the most holy place

  36. was unthinkable. A single step taken in presumption meant death.

  37. The message was clear. God is holy. We are stained

  38. by sin. And the door is closed. Then came the

  39. cross of Calvary. When Jesus took his final breath, that

  40. great curtain tore right from the top to the bottom

  41. by the hand of Almighty God. Think of what that

  42. means for your tired soul today. You do not need

  43. an elderly mediator. You do not have to clean up

  44. your record before you dare to speak to God. Because

  45. the body of Jesus was broken for you, the door

  46. to the Father's presence stands wide open. So what are

  47. we to do with this outstanding gift? The first is

  48. that we must draw near. Do not linger far off

  49. in guilt or fear. When burdens press down on you,

  50. carry them straight into the presence of God in prayer.

  51. Speak to him honestly. Pour out your grief, your failures

  52. and your hopes. He welcomes you with open arms. Also,

  53. hold fast to your confession without wavering. The world around

  54. us is noisy and unstable, constantly pulling our affections towards

  55. shallow comforts and half-truths. Cling tightly to the faithful promises

  56. of God. Feed on His word daily so your heart

  57. remains anchored. And finally, do not try to walk this

  58. road by yourself. The writer urges us not to neglect

  59. gathering together. An ember pulled away from the heat soon

  60. grows gold. But kept together, the fire burns bright. When

  61. you gather with your brothers and sisters in the faith,

  62. you find strength to stand. When your hands hang down,

  63. someone is there to lift them up. Run through that

  64. open door today. Draw near to your Father. Hold fast

  65. to His truth and lean on the family He has

  66. given you. Amen. Let us take our memory verse for

  67. today from Hebrews chapter 10 verse 22. Hebrews chapter 10

    Hebrews 10:22 Hebrews 10:22

  68. verse 22, reading from the King James Version. Let us

  69. draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith,

  70. having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our

  71. bodies washed with pure water. Let us draw near with

  72. a heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts

  73. sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with

  74. pure water. Amen. Let us kindly share a word of prayer. Father,

  75. we thank you for your word that has come to us.

  76. We pray that regardless of how deep we have sung,

  77. O God, we will come to the realization that that

  78. you have made a way for us to return to you.

  79. We choose, O God, to come back to you, restore

  80. our fellowship, restore our relationship with you. In Jesus' mighty

  81. name we pray. Amen. God richly bless you, beloved, for

  82. connecting with us for today's word. Remember, the way has

  83. been opened to the Father. Do not listen to the

  84. accusations of the devil. God is waiting for you with

  85. arms open. Wide open. Do not leave Radio ACI today.

  86. Remember that we have content carefully selected for your growth

  87. and nourishment. Shalom and have a spirit-filled weekend. Amen.
