Israel and the Bible: A Panel Discussion

So, so today we are leaving this open for a different format.

This will be a little bit more Astoria.

Astoria, you can share, you can ask questions.

I want to say ahead of time, Kuya Armin and I were talking

earlier that if your question relates to the news and

political, we may just shift and only answer the things that

relate specifically to God's perspective and not get into too

deep. It's going to have to have a

line. There's some places where we

have to talk about those things, but not to go too deep into the

news and things like that, but to focus on the purpose today.

So do you guys want to join me? So it doesn't just look like

I'll just call you when you're the grafted in.

What are you talking? OK, we're going to start with

that. We're going to start with that.

Let me just say something here, OK?

When God made a covenant with Abraham, he made a covenant that

he was going to do something specific for his son and the

people after him. There is a clear calling on the

genetic Jewish people, a clear calling.

And yet even in that calling, God told Avraham that even the

foreigners in his house were to have a sign of the covenant.

And we don't even have Jesus yet.

At that time. It has always been God's plan

that every nation, tongue and tribe be included in His

redemption. Israel was not chosen because

they are more special to God. Israel has chosen to demonstrate

something to the nations so that every tongue, tribe and nation

would come to know the God of Israel.

OK, so let me tell you this, You do not have to be Jewish to be

very, very special in God's sight.

Every son and every daughter matters, OK?

I have 5 and you can't tell me that any one of them can be just

Oh, it doesn't matter. OK, Every single person in this

place, you have full access by the blood of Jesus.

It's never limited. OK.

We'll start with that. I'll just briefly talk about the

key covenants that God established with Israel.

Now remember, everything in the Bible points to what Jesus.

Jesus is the fulfillment. He is the word of God, right?

John chapter 1 tells us that He is the word that became flesh

John 1 · chapter mention

and dwelt among us. So everything that you need to

know about the Word of God is found in the person of Jesus

Christ and everything in the person of who Jesus Christ is

can be found in the Word of God. OK, so if somebody tells you or

you have a dream because you ate too much pizza the night before

and you said Jesus told me that I am to divorce my husband and

go marry another husband who is a sumo wrestler in Japan, I can

promise you that Jesus didn't tell you that.

Why? Because the word of God tells us

you should not get a divorce. OK, so I, I think that's pretty

simple to understand that when God gave us his word, it wasn't

a suggestion. It was what we are to follow in

order to find who he is, to know who he is.

So Israel in the book of Colossians, it says, is a

shadow. The things that God teaches

Israel in the Old Testament is a shadow of the reality.

The reality is Christ. So everything that God shows us

in the Old Covenant is to point to Jesus.

So I want to talk about briefly major covenants and the Old

Testament scriptures that God established with Israel that are

very important. First of all is the Abrahamic

covenant. The Abrahamic covenant.

You've all heard this. I will bless those who bless

you. I will curse those who curse

you. So there is a promise to

Abraham, the nation of Israel, the people of Israel, that there

would be a worldwide blessing from them that God established

with them. Why did God establish a covenant

with Israel, not with anybody else?

That's God's choice and he could have chosen any other people

group, but he chose Abraham and from Abraham comes right, the

nation of Israel. God did not just bless Abraham

and and it only be for the Jewish people.

It was originally for all people.

But because of the wickedness of mankind, God chose Israel,

right? The promised son of Isaac,

that's where they come from. And he chose them in order to

reveal his commitment, his covenant to establish that

blessing. And we can fill in the blanks

here a little bit. I just kind of want to give you

an overview. But I will bless those who bless

you. I will curse those who curse

you. Then there's the Mosaic

covenant, the covenant that God established with Moses, the law

of God, the commandments of God that was established on Mount

Sinai. And in the book of Deuteronomy,

it tells us about the blessings and the curses of obeying the

law of God. So the law of God, does the law

of God save you? No, the law of God.

What's the purpose of the law of God?

What does it do? It tells you what sin is, right?

Paul later tells us in the book of Romans, I did not know what

sin was except by the law. The the law tells us what sin

is. God is a God of love and God is

a God of justice. Amen.

And because he's a God of love, he established law.

God could have said, OK, you sin, you're dead right.

He could do that. Why?

He's God, He could do whatever he wants to, but he's a promise

keeping God. That's why he established his

covenants. And so when he established the

covenant of the law, it was to point out, I am seeing what sin

separates you from me. And if you don't identify what

that sin is, you cannot repent of your sin.

And so I'm going to give you an opportunity to repent of your

sin by giving you the the the law, the priests, the Tabernacle

sacrifices. All of this is pointing towards

the promise 1 coming, who is Jesus.

OK, again, this is an overview. I'm not going to go very deep.

The Davidic covenant. God promised David a king from

his lineage whose throne would last forever, establishing A

perpetual authority, a kingly authority.

So in, in, in the person of David.

Look at this. God uses the foolish things of

the world to put the wise to shame, right?

David was a murderer. David was an adulterer, David

disobey God on many other times and yet because of the covenant

God established with him, we know that the the priesthood,

the kingly authority, what did David and the prophetic

authority that David represented is revealed in the fullness of

it through the person of Jesus Christ.

Are you with me? OK, and then I'm going to read

just two more. Next one is the land covenant.

God promised the land of Canaan to Abraham and to his

descendants as an everlasting possession.

Here's what you need to understand about Israel and

Jerusalem and the mountain where the temple was established.

Abraham paid for that property. Do you know that Abraham paid

money? They wanted to give it to him

for free. Am I correct with that?

Yes, they wanted to give it to him for free, but he said no,

I'm going to pay for it. Do you know how that important

that is? How many believe owning land is

really important? How many believe that if you

have a title to that land that nobody could take that land from

you? OK?

The highest authority in the universe says that land belongs

to Israel. Title deed.

OK? Jesus did not come from Africa.

He did not come from the Philippines or Kalinan.

He did not come from America, OK, He came from Israel.

And we're, we'll explain more of why that's so important.

And then the last covenant I just want to give is the new

covenant prophesied to bring a spiritual transformation through

a new relationship with God, including a circumcised heart,

right? You see, circumcision in the

flesh, It's a shadow of what God ultimately wanted to do.

So while there's probably health benefits for circumcision in the

flesh, the fact is that was for Israel.

But in the new covenant, it's not required anymore because God

wants a circumcision of the heart.

And so this new covenant that God established with us through

the blood of Jesus, Jesus did not come to abolish the law and

the words of the prophets in the Old Testament.

Are you with me? OK, you, you know some of these

things already. You hear it all the time.

He came to fulfill them because you and I, no matter if we,

let's just assume we're all Jews, OK?

If we're all Jews, if we're circumcised, if we have the law,

we could never obey the law completely, OK?

I'm not going to ask how many people told a lie this week, OK,

or had an adulterous thought or something.

See, you and I are not perfect. That's why we needed a savior.

But Galatians tells us that the law is like a schoolmaster, a

teacher that points us to Christ.

So everything is a shadow pointing to the reality in

Christ. In Romans 910 and 11, Paul

explains the purpose of Israel. Now that there is a new

covenant, does God keep his covenant promises?

Yes, he does. Here's the point.

If God does not keep his covenant promises to Israel,

then you under the new covenant cannot believe that he will keep

your promise, his promise to you.

You can't. Why would you believe that?

If if Israel is no longer his chosen people, he goes into

that. There is a root in the ground,

and it's called Israel. And because Israel, when Jesus

came, largely, well, everybody who was born again at first was

Jewish. All the disciples were Jewish,

right? And then it all started in

Jerusalem. And then there's persecutions of

the Romans. But Jesus said you'll receive

power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you the day of Pentecost

right in Jerusalem. And then you'll be my witnesses

in Jerusalem, Judea, the ends of the earth.

He already gave the Great Commission, and he said, this is

direction I want you to go in. And because of that, you're

going to have to leave Jerusalem.

You're going to have to be witnesses.

You're going to have to lay your life down for this gospel

message. And as persecution broke out in

Jerusalem, the believers, the disciples, were spread to Judea

and Samaria. And from that point it began to

grow. Eventually we read in Acts 15 in

a place called Antioch, where so many Gentiles had now become

born again, some are starting to receive the baptism of the Holy

Spirit, that now what do we do with these Gentiles in the book

of Acts? So they say we want these

Gentiles. They give them specific things

that they want them to do, but they understand that they are

not responsible to go through the law and circumcision like

Jews did. And so it's by faith that their

hearts are circumcised in Christ.

And now Jews and Gentiles begin to make up the church.

So the root, the beginning of all of this was Jewish and then

Gentiles get grafted into that tree.

And as that tree begins to grow, largely Israel begins to turn

away from accepting Jesus as Messiah in in history because

Jews get horribly persecuted and then Gentiles become the

majority of the church. It was Jews, it turned to

Gentiles. A guy named Saul of Tarsus, also

known as Paul the Apostle, gets born again in Acts 9.

And Paul, his entire ministry is to take the gospel to the

Gentile. He knows he's supposed to go to

Rome and die and everything in between.

He's going to preach the gospel. He's, he had planted churches in

Ephesus, Philippians, Colossians, Thessalonians,

right? He's preaching the gospel and

now he's in Romans. He's even writing a letter to

them. And, and as he's writing, he's

encouraging them to be faithful and to look at his life and, and

live that life devoted to the Lord.

He dies. The gospel goes around the world

throughout history. Israel becomes recognized as a

state in 1948. We just jumped almost 2000

years. The temple is destroyed in 70

AD. OK, if Jews don't have a temple,

they can't make sacrifices. If they can't make sacrifices,

you can't be forgiven of sin. And so now we're 2000 years

ahead almost. Israel becomes a state.

Now the whole world is. And look, Israel became a state

after what happened. The Holocaust were 6,000,000,

Jews 6,000,000. OK, You want to understand why

Israel is going to fight to the death?

You need to remember that every single one of them can tell you

of family members that were murdered by Hitler and the

Nazis. And there is a saying, never

again. So I'm just trying to paint an

overall picture and then go wherever we need to because I'm

losing my voice again, but Israel becomes a state that is

prophetic God is a Hebrew language was lost.

It comes back to reality. Archaeology is being found

everyday. I just watched a video last

night, last night on YouTube and it was a a couple named Sergio

and Rhoda. And I would encourage you to

watch their videos are really good.

And they just uncovered like an administrative area where

Solomon, I guess it was part of this temple that he had

established. And it's super old and it's, and

it's like everything is constantly giving value to what

is written in the Bible. And now Israel becomes a state

and people are saying, well, how do we accept Israel?

Are they still chosen or does God replace them with the

church? And with that, I will give that

over to you. Is it OK now because some of us

would really, really love to like wear start of David

Jewelleries like earrings, rings and we, we also observe that

there are houses that they use the Star of David, Salem Gate

Ibutang as a symbol. Is it OK?

Is it not offensive to the Jewish faith?

I'll answer that. No, it's not offensive at all.

The modern state of Israel is democratic state.

They don't believe that they are in charge of the world or

anything like that. And just like if I wore Filipino

flag, it'd be like, yay, she loves the Philippines.

Never offensive. OK.

I don't wear jewelry, but if you were to go to Israel, all those

Jewish people would sell you stuff.

So it's. Really.

Yeah, they like it. Another question about the

Sabbath of the Jews is Saturday or it would start on the

Sundowns, a Friday. Is there any significance on

Sunday to the Jewish? Faith or can you like refresh us

why? We chose Sunday to be for the

Jewish faith. Sunday, it means nothing.

What why Sunday means something to us is because the the

scriptures say that on the first day of the week, Jesus rose from

the dead. So the early disciples who were

Jewish still went to synagogue. It's clear in the scriptures.

They still gathered, they still went, and they still believe the

Torah, but to separate themselves from the people that

were not believing as Yeshua's Messiah, they also met on the

first day of the week. As believers in Messiah Jesus.

We are the ones, we are the Jews who see our Messiah has come.

That's why Sunday is from the resurrection from the dead.

Modern day Jews still meet on. If you are a Christian believer

in Jesus, we still meet Shabbat. We still meet Friday evening and

you still spend Saturday with your family.

It is still the significant time for modern Messianic Jews.

Although maybe some meet on Sunday.

They tend to meet on the Friday night, Saturday, mainly because

now the problem is not separation, but identification.

So before it was you're Jewish, you must do our thing and they

had to separate. Now it's like, no, actually

we're still Jewish even though we follow Messiah.

So because of that, it's identification.

OK, so I'm going to ask the question and let you guys answer

since I've been running my mouth a lot.

OK, so the first question that was sent, if God is love, why

would he pick a country and call it the chosen country when they

started a war? And why is the church not

speaking up about the famine happening in Gaza?

Go again. OK, so here.

To start with, the famine in Gaza is a lie, OK?

It's not true. Israel is the only country they

feed, even their enemies, OK. The thing is the Hamas is the

one stealing the goods, OK, The aid that were, you know, given

to them. So, you know, it's a long story

to tell. There's a lot of evidences, a

lot of video clips, a proof to show that.

But you have to be you have to join the channel of Amir Sarfati

in Telegram. OK, So you have to back read all

the thousands of news since October 7 of 2023.

Imagine that 232425 S over 2 years.

OK, so you will you can follow you see how the the Hamas the

are the ones that are killing their own people.

OK, so Israel is doing the right thing, and what they're really

doing is they're just defending themselves, OK?

Because if they want, nobody will save them.

They will be gone. Imagine what Iran did, you know,

when Iran sent thousands of ballistic missiles, if not for

the Lord's mercy and grace, giving them wisdom how to defend

themselves. OK, they won't be Israel today,

all right, but because of God. Now, why is the world, a world,

you know, complaining? Why is Israel doing this?

You know, you know what? Why is why the world did not

complain when Iran tried to destroy Israel.

And now Israel is defending itself.

The world is against it. You don't.

We don't understand. Look, if somebody will hostage,

you know, will kidnap my children, there will be no

peace. Do you understand?

Very simple, what Israel demands now so that the war will end is

released the hostages. That's number one and that for

the Hamas to disarm for us long. Hamas is there OK.

That's why the two state solution will never work.

They did that for many, many years, many times.

But they only use that two state solution thing to form to, to to

arm themselves and make it a fortress against to this for the

destruction of Israel. So the point is that there

should be no, no, we're going into the politics now.

But The thing is this very simple.

Israel doesn't want war. They are for peace, but the

neighbors, they want Israel's destruction.

So Israel is just there to defend themselves who started

the war? Not Israel.

If God is love, why would he pick a country and call it the

chosen country when they when they started the war?

No they did not started this war.

Look at history, almost all the wars, OK, Israel never started

each of them, but every time Israel won the war, remember

that because God said I will bring you back and nobody will

will, you know, take that land from you.

Eric said God made this covenant, He gave it to his

people. So the owner who created the

whole universe said it's yours. So no one has the right to take

it from them, not even us. That's why we recognize Israel

as Israel, because God said it. Now about the chosen thing, I'd

like to read this one. Christians should definitely

support the nation of Israel. Why?

Because God is supporting Israel.

If you don't support Israel, you're not on the side of God.

That's that's the point. OK, we must remember that

Israel, the nation is a very is very special to God.

So what is the basis can can I read the Scripture Deuteronomy

Deuteronomy 7 · chapter mention

Chapter 7, six to eight. It says, for you are a people

holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you

out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his

people, His treasured possession.

Who chose Israel. Does he have the right to choose

Israel? Not just because he's a creator,

but because he is sovereign. He knows better than us if we

choose, if we, you know, we might make the mistake for

choosing the wrong country. OK, do you understand?

Because we don't know, but God is sovereign.

Hello, who is more intelligent than God?

Raise your hand OK so when God says this he said it OK because

he knows what he's doing Amen. So he said listen, he said the

Lord your God has chosen you out of all peoples on the face of

the earth to be his people. His treasured possession of some

people say Israel is not the chosen nation.

No, Read Deuteronomy Chapter 7 verse 6.

Deuteronomy 7:6

Verse 7 says the Lord did not set his affection on you and

choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for

you were the fewest of all people.

So God has a different basis. Verse 8 But it was because the

Lord loved you. So God is love correct?

And kept the oath he swore to your ancestors that he brought

you out with a mighty hand and redeem you from the land of

slavery, from the power of Pharaoh, king of Egypt.

So listen. So the question was, if God is

love, why would he pick a country and call it the chosen

country when it started the war? So again, OK, Israel never

started the war if Hamas did not, you know, attack Israel

last October 7th, 2023. You know, Palestine, the the

country should dream, should be there still beautiful, OK, they

have beautiful beaches each other.

But now it's all rubbles, it's all ruins.

That's because what you saw you reap.

OK. So I think, I hope I answered

the question And about the famine, it's not true.

There's so much food there, OK? I already told you some of this

Palestinians, they were skinny, but then after the war, they

grew, they they gained weight, OK?

So there's no famine there, OK? So don't give in to the

propagandas, OK? So there was a question on what

define Israel, because the scriptural Israel, biblical

Israel, is that the same as the state of Israel?

And then there's the question about what does Palestinian even

mean? So just a really quick history

lesson and you guys can tap in if you want.

So before 1948, when Israel returned to the land of Israel,

and I say returned, there have always been Jews living on the

land. Even during the time before

1948, there have always been Jews on the land.

In the time of Jesus, there were well over a million Jews living

on that land. That it was not called

Palestine, it was called Judea and Samaria.

The name Palestine comes from Palestina, which is a word

related directly to the Philistines.

The Philistines were a seafaring people of the time of David the

king. Malek David.

During his time they were in war with each other.

Malek David, you put it down. No more war, OK?

They were at war with each other.

The Philistines were the big enemies of Israel.

So when Hadrian. I'm going to fast forwarding to

the Roman Empire. Now we've got all this fighting

over the land. OK, So the Jews were expelled

from their land in 586 BC. Temples destroyed.

They're expelled throughout the nations.

There were Jews everywhere. Then you've got the book of

Nehemiah, where Nehemiah is told that your people can now go back

and rebuild. They go back and they rebuild

the temple. This is the first destruction,

the first rebuilding. We've got that in our

Scriptures. It was prophesied by Jeremiah.

It will be destroyed. You'll return.

OK. That was the first return.

There they are on the land at that time.

It's still the word. Palestina is never used for that

people because Palestina is the word Philistine.

There was an area where the Philistines live that sometimes

was referred to as Palestina. You'll see in literature the

word goes back into ancient times, but it's never referring

to all of Israel. It's simply referring to the

land where the Philistines live. So if you see the word Palestina

in ancient literature, it's always referring to that small

little area where Philistine people live.

Now architectural or archaeological evidence shows us

the Philistines do not any longer exist.

They're gone. They're a wiped out people group

that there is no one. And even to this day people call

themselves Palestinians, cannot trace their history to the

Philistines. They are not Philistines.

The people living on the Palestinian territory, if they

claim they are Philistines, they can no longer claim they are

Muslims, because Muslims, true Muslims, have to be descendants

of Ishmael. So they either claim one, we're

descendants of Ishmael and we're Arabs, which is the truth, or

they claim we're descendants of Philistines and we're

Palestinians. One or the other cannot be both.

So the name Philistine was placed on the land.

I mentioned Hadrian, the emperor Hadrian hated the Jewish people,

kicked them out again. This is the second expelling in

about 70 Adm. I think I've got my date right,

70 AD after Jesus said not one stone will be left upon another.

The Jews could not imagine this because their temple was rebuilt

and beautiful and they thought there's no way this will happen

again. But it happened just as Jesus

said, burned to the ground, destroyed.

You can still see we've been there.

You can still see the burn marks on these stones that used to be

the temple. They're expelled again.

And Hadrian says, well, who's the worst enemies Israel ever

had? Ah, the Philistines.

We'll name this Palestina after the Philistines.

It was a mockery against the Jews.

So he named the land that to mock them because now they

weren't in their land any longer and they're all over the world.

As time went on, we're going to Fast forward quite a bit.

The people of Israel, unlike any other people group now, there

have been many people groups that have been kicked out of

their lands and whatever. And what happens over history is

they just, they just kind of disappear.

They either assimilate to the people groups that they're in or

they just die out. You don't even hear about them

anymore. Those are wiped out people

groups. But the Jews, that didn't happen

because God gave the Jews certain rules that would

separate them from the nation's. People got mad at that.

They didn't like that the Jews don't eat our pork.

Who are they? The Jews don't sit under our

tables. Who are they?

Who are they? Who do they think they are?

This special people, group, chosen nation?

Who are you? Why did they act so arrogant?

God chose to pull the Jews aside and give them a little bit of

separation so that he could bring to them of bringing back

together. Because if they're across the

nations and they're like, well, I'll just be a Filipino, I'm in

the Philippines. We would lose all the Jews and

God could not return them to their land.

And he promised that he would. So they kept being separate and

people got mad. They didn't like that.

So over time, you see all these persecutions happening to the

Jewish people. So many people try to wipe out

the Jews. Why?

Because all the way from, we always say from Haman to Hamas.

Haman was what tried to wipe out the people with estersteim to

Hamas. From Haman to Hamas, the spirit

is the same. The enemy wants to destroy the

promise of God and keep prophecy from happening, but he cannot do

it. He has tried so many times

moving forward to the Holocaust. We've got the Holocaust.

We've got a crazy man trying to kill every Jewish person, even

those who have only one. So much grandparent.

I would not be here this day. My grandmother has a Jewish

grandparent and she was alive during that time period.

Do you understand? Every single Jew they wanted to

destroy. So he failed again, Failed.

Then the Jews returned to their land.

Now at the time, in the 1920s, I have a picture that we saw in

the hotel when we were in Israel in the 1920s, Jews were in the

land and so were Arabs. They were living side by side.

The land was then called Palestine.

It was under the control of Great Britain, of the of the

British Empire. So during that time no one else

owned the land. It was called Palestine, still

from Hadrian, not anything. It was not a country.

There was no flag. Everyone say there was no flag,

there was no country, there was no government, it did not exist.

There is no ancient Palestinian nation.

The flag was created in 1965 I think it was.

You can look it up, look up find out in Google.

When was the Palestinian flag created?

It was only created to create a people group so they could fight

and have a cause. There was no people group called

Palestinians. They are Arabs.

So in 1920s when you said I'm a Palestinian, in the 1920s you

were almost always saying you are a Jew.

The Palestinian Times was a Jewish newspaper.

The Palestinian Symphony was a Jewish orchestra.

Everything Palestinian were Jews living on the land.

You are a Davao Annual only because you're living in Davao.

But what is your nationality? You're Filipino.

I will not become a Filipino just because I moved to Davao.

I'm still an American but I can say I'm Davao Annual.

I live in Davao, but am I changing my ethnicity because I

moved to Davao? No.

So those people who moved to Palestine called themselves

Palestinians. They were both Arabs and Jews.

1964 is when the flag was created for Palestine, just so

you know that. So the Israelis there now, in

1948, there is no such thing as a Palestine.

They're not taking over a territory that belongs to a

country. It is simply designed by the UN,

which Great Britain agreed and everyone agreed.

Let's find a safe place for the Jews to come.

And that's when Israel was re established as a nation.

There was no, now I'm going to say one more thing.

When we were in Israel, we went with two young ladies who their

parents lived in the Israel of Palestinian territory before, I

think right outside of Gaza. No, in were they in Gaza?

Maybe it was Gaza. Anyways, they were in that

Palestinian territory in 1948. When Israel comes back to the

land, they had land that belonged to them.

And Israel came in and they were not Jewish, they were Arabs or

something. Anyways, they had land that

belonged to them. The Palestinian authorities,

which were Arabs, said to them, take your deed of your house and

your property and leave because we're going to destroy all these

Jews. We're going to wipe them into

the ocean. Yeah, I'm not going to say her

name, but we're going to wipe them into the ocean.

You come back with your deed of your property and you can have

it back. We were there with them.

They were going through the the streets and with their mom on

the video. Mom, look at this.

Oh, there used to be a bakery. Oh, I remember this.

I remember that. All of this.

OK, So I said to this girl, I said, why don't you go to the

Israeli authorities and tell them I've got a deed.

I have a deed of my land. Give me some compensation.

Someone's living on my land. And do you know what they said

Israel said we can do that. Israel would give us

compensation even though it's been what's that, 50 years or

something? We would give compensation.

Do you know why they don't get compensation for their land?

The Arab Palestinian authorities told them you make a deal with

Israel and we'll, we will hunt you down.

So who's keeping them from their land?

Israel. No, the ones that's keeping them

from their land is their very own people because they will not

stop until every Jew is off the face of the planet.

And God said that will never happen.

We're still here. We're still here.

Fill the fire. Ezekiel 11/17 Therefore God

says. Therefore say thus says the Lord

God, I will gather you from the peoples, assemble you from the

countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you

the land of Israel. So the Jews were scattered after

the destruction of the temple and 70AD all over the world.

They were persecuted by many different people groups.

They kept their value of who they were as a people because of

the covenants that got established with them.

See those covenants that God gave them was so they would

value what to look for and God revealing himself to them

eventually as they're scattered all over the place, the Lord

brings them back to the land of Israel.

Well, just like Casey said is that people say, well, you know,

Israel doesn't have claim to the lamb, but archaeological

evidence clearly says that they do.

Show me any Palestinian archaeological evidence.

There is none. It doesn't exist.

Look, Israel has been so willing to extend peace to those who

call themselves Palestinians, which is a made-up name nation.

It's not. It's not real, but they were

willing to work with them. And all they have done is

attack, sent terrorists, suicide bombers into Israel.

That's why Israel built the wall.

It's not because they didn't like people, but because they're

trying to keep out terrorists. And eventually all this

continued to happen in Israel says we've had enough.

So when September 7th took place and how many people died, I'm

sorry, October 7th took place, I think what 1200 plus I believe

died, were murdered when they died.

That was the worst attack on Israel since the Holocaust.

You have to understand that prior to the Holocaust there was

no state of Israel. They had no way to to to defend

themselves except God, and God kept them alive.

OK, now they have their country, they have their land, they have

a military. I've heard some call them the

only superpower in the Middle East.

Superpower. You know what that means?

Don't mess with us. And the fact is, several

countries have lost their leaders since this war in 2023.

So we can argue about politics, or you can look at the reality

of what Scripture says and what we're seeing happen.

The Iranian government was almost completely picked off,

and yet there is a Christian revival taking place in Iran

right now. And those people love Israel.

See, if you read your Bible and you you say, Lord, help me to

understand the mystery, the revelation of what Israel is.

It's going to become very clear on what God is doing and where

we are in the time frame of the end times.

Now that God has brought the people back to Israel, we can

see an escalation of prophetic end time prophecy being

fulfilled. Like right now, Israel is

gaining back territory and land that was included in the

original allotment that God gave them for Canaan.

It's not all back. If they did that, surely there

would be World War three. But I look at this and I'm

thinking, well, this is inching us closer towards the reality of

Christ's return because Jesus said he's not coming back until

he's being welcomed by the Jewish people.

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.

That means there has to be a Jewish Israel in order for the

Messiah to be welcomed back. Can you answer this one then?

So when, when, when September 23rd Rapture did not take place,

What do you think is one of the major region reasons why?

First of all, it was just not a good prediction.

Second of all, there's not a Jewish Israel yet a Jewish

Messianic Israel. There's Jews who live there, but

they're conflicted. Tel Aviv is one of the most

ungodly cities in the Middle East promoting homosexuality.

But see if you're a homosexual. Like it's crazy because in

America and Western countries, all the LGBTQ folks are holding

up Palestinian flags. Get on a boat, go to Gaza and

see how the Palestinians treat you.

They will treat you horrible. Go to Israel in the Tel Aviv and

you could celebrate in the club your homosexuality.

I'm not saying that's right. What I'm saying is there's a

difference in value for life that Israel has that's totally

different from the Muslim mindset and the Palestinian

thinking. OK.

So the question was can you define what Israel means in the

sense that is the biblical Israel the same as the modern

day state of Israel? And in that sense also, does

that mean that we would unconditionally support the

government of Israel and everything that it does go?

So I think we need to look at what Paul says is that he says

all Israel will be saved. Well, that's not happened yet.

And I don't believe he's talking about all the Jews throughout

history are going to be saved. Look, just because you're Jewish

doesn't mean you're born again. Hello.

The law doesn't help us. It leaves us helpless.

It points us to the Messiah. The Messiah is the one who

fulfills the law for us and took on the wrath of God upon

himself. So because of what Jesus has

done, that's the only way that we could be saved by putting our

faith in the Jewish Messiah. But here's here's what we need

to understand. Paul didn't say that the church

replaces Israel. He did not say that.

It's like I said before, there was a root which was Jewish that

God established the covenant with.

Gentiles were grafted into that route and eventually Israel will

come back to that route. But is the in between the bridge

of the Gentiles that is preparing the way to make Israel

jealous for their Messiah. So the the point is why is

Israel important and and why is the church important is because

if the church has a bad misunderstanding that they

replace Israel as God's chosen people, then Israel has no more

value then God is not blessing them.

They are not a light to the nations like God said that they

are, that they have no more valuable importance.

And so this is the very teaching, supersessionism,

replacement theology that Hitler took and gave way.

For him to say why he needs to destroy all the Jews is because

they're not valuable anymore so we might as well kill them all

because all they do is cause problems, which that's not true

and so he was trying to give him his conscience, a green light on

why it is OK to murder people. Paul was clearly telling us that

the church, Gentile church, doesn't replace Israel, but that

that church is grafted into the root, the root being a Jewish

Messiah, a Jewish covenants that God established with Israel long

ago. And now we have to understand

that God is going to fulfill his promises to Israel.

He's, he's not going to ignore them.

He's not going to say you're not valuable, you're not important

anymore. Again, if we believe that, we

can't believe God's promises to us.

So in relation to the government of Israel and the state of

Israel versus the biblical Israel, I would say some, a lot

of believers are struggling on this around the world and

they're saying that Israel as defined in the Bible is not the

state of Israel. Then I would like to ask then,

who is? Who is the state of who is the

biblical Israel if it's not the state of Israel?

And if your answer is then the church, then you can refer to

the answer that was just given to you.

But if you think that somehow the people of Israel means a

different thing than the state of Israel, that's really hard to

to make any sense out of that. That's like saying, like I said

last week, I do love the Philippines.

Do you love the Philippines? Who loves the Philippines?

OK, I love the Philippines, but do I love everything my

government in the Philippines does?

No. So is it OK to sometimes look at

the government of Israel and say, wait, is that right?

Is that OK? Is that OK to do as a believer?

Yes. It's OK to look critically.

Come on, people, You can love Israel and the people of Israel

and the Jews enough to look critically at the government and

say, are they doing the right thing?

I will never sit back and say it's OK too kill them all.

Kill all the Palestinians. They're not a real people

anyway. Just destroy them all.

I would never do that. And as a believer, if I ever

hear that out of your mouth, even in a prayer meeting, I'm

going to stop you. Because the Palestinian people,

what they call Palestinians, are people created in the image of

Almighty God, for whom the Messiah, Jesus came to give his

life. He exchanged his own life for

every one of those Arabs, Muslims in that area.

And we should love them just the same.

So the question about the state of Israel, the government versus

the people of Israel, they're very tightly connected.

And yet there is a clear definition that we don't always

have to support everything the government does.

And that is OK to think critically, to ask critical

questions. I saw a message this morning

from our friend Ron Cantor, who lives 10 minutes from the Gaza

order, and he was saying how even though the famine is really

made-up and a lot of things are exaggerated, there is a

humanitarian crisis in that people's homes have been

destroyed and people are are displaced from their home,

moving from one place to another to another to another, and their

children are not stable. There's so much danger.

It's very real. And as believers, if we do not

consider that is a real issue, but we're just like, go Israel,

destroy them all. We are in the wrong camp, OK?

And I don't believe any true godly Israeli would say even the

IDF, we've had conversations with IDF soldiers who struggle

with the fact that they have to, that they have to go into a

place and they have to do a job to get hostages out.

It's not easy. It's not about kill all the the

enemy. Jesus said to treat your

enemies, even your enemies, with respect and love, because God

loves even those horrible, evil, evil people because there's a

chance of repentance as long as he is in the picture.

Maybe we'll add more to substantiate about Israel is

still the same Israel. Yeah.

And about the replacement theology, if you read Romans

Romans 11 · chapter mention

Chapter 11, it's all there now very basic, but I'll just in

verse one it says I asked them verse 1, Chapter 11, verse one

of Romans, it says did God reject his people referring to

Israel by no means. So you see the Lord will never

reject his people. Let me just jump, OK, You read

the whole chapter when at home. So let me just jump directly if

you are there, go with me to this is what Eric mentioned a

while ago. That's Romans 11 the day verse

11. Again I asked did they stumble

so as to fall beyond recovery. Not at all.

OK. Rather it says because of their

transgression, our unbelief, salvation has come to the

Gentiles to make Israel envious. But if their transgression, you

know, means riches for the world and their loss means riches for

the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their fullness

bring? He said, I am talking to you

verse 13. I am talking to you Gentiles.

In as much as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I make much of my

ministry in the hope that I may somehow arose my own people to

envy and save some of them. That's what at the case he said

that there you know people are getting saved.

Listen to this verse 15. It says, for if their rejection

is the reconciliation of the world, what will their

acceptance be but be but life from the dead.

If the part of the door offered as first word is holy, then the

whole batch is holy. If the root is holy, so are the

branches. So now it says, if some of the

branches have been broken off, and you, though you, a wild

olive, should have been grafted in among the others, and now

share the nourishing SAP from the olive root, do not boast

over the branches. If you do consider this, you do

not support the root, but the root supports you.

You will say then branches were broken.

Also that I could be grafted in. Granted it says, but they were

broken off because of unbelief. OK, and you stand by faith.

Do not be arrogant, but be afraid, for if God did not spare

the natural branches, He will not spare you either.

Now here's the thing, that's why I said from the very start,

where should you side? You side with Israel because God

is on that side, because God is faithful, God is holy.

Now look at this. We were grafted in the in the

olive, right? So why the question is this?

Because we don't see Israel as the Israel before.

The Israel before was a spiritual Israel.

They asked from God, they inquire from God.

But the Israel today do not inquire from God because they're

called secular Israel. So that's why I said they are

secular Israel now. But will that return to the

origin original state where this Israel becomes a religious 1A

God loving Israel. Yes.

Remember, did God reject Israel? No.

Why is that? Because Eric was using this as

the, the the natural olive God. Because of their unbelief, God

has to cut, cut it. OK, so that we Gentiles can be

grafted in, Do you understand? So their loss is a blessing to

us. Do you understand?

So you say all they are not the Israel that that they used to

be. It's it's not the Israel that I

read from the Bible. Hey, hey, hey, hey.

Did God allow them to be blinded at the moment?

Yes. Why?

The question is why? So that you and I will get

saved. We have the opportunity to hear

the gospel and be saved. Let me continue.

It says verse 25. Listen, you who are watching

online, listen to this verse 25. It says I do not want you to be

ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be

conceited. Israel has experienced a

hardening in part. Now they are secular Israel.

Why they are experiencing hardening in part until the full

number of Gentiles has come in and then what?

That's what Eric said and then all Israel will be safe.

So look at me, God is waiting for us to finish the job if we

want Israel to be back in its original state where they are,

they love God, they, they acknowledge God, you know,

hello, we have to finish the job, the Bible says until a

number of Gentiles have come in the Kingdom of God.

And then the focus will return back to Israel.

Remember last Sunday I showed you the 70 weeks, the Daniel

prophecy. It's divided into 3 segments.

The first two segments came to pass already.

The last part of the second segment was about Jesus being

crucified. OK, but the last segment is the

last seven years talking about this thing where God will show

mercy to Israel, where God is going to graft Israel.

So the focus now is on the Gentile world.

That's the gap between between the last segment.

So the point is that we should not feel bad about Israel being

secular right now. We should pray for them.

Amen. We should feel bad about

ourselves because we're delaying it.

We're part of the delay. Do you understand?

So. So The thing is, oh, God has

rejected Israel. God replaced Israel with the

church. Wrong again.

Why? Because they have to be in the

state of unbelief so that the Gentiles can come in until the

number of Gentiles have come in and then the focus will return

to Israel. Do you understand?

It's here now. Now listen.

So they said, oh, I don't like Israel because they don't treat

me well when I went to Israel. You know, they look at Gentiles

as, you know, this, this and that.

Yeah. Because they are, they don't

believe are Jesus. Do you understand last part?

Like if you're with me, you jump with me to a verse 28 concerning

the gospel. They are enemies for your sake.

So for now you think they're enemies?

They don't believe are Jesus, which is their Messiah, OK?

They don't treat us well concerning the gospel.

They are enemies for your sake, but OK.

But concerning the election, listen, they are what beloved

for the sake of the fathers, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob next for

the gifts and the calling of God are and I I want to hear you say

that again for the gifts and the calling of God are you see when

God called them, when God chose them as a nation in Messiah

faithful God? So God is not what they call

this bow. What is bow in English?

Take back. He's not going to take back what

yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience.

Yes, that's the point. They are disobedient now so that

we can come in. Do you understand?

Because how I wish you, you, you are all into farming.

So we can understand. You know, I can show you how to

graph and then you put a lot of branches and then later, OK,

anyway, never mind that. So, so that is that is why it

says yet you have now obtained mercy.

So we before God was dealing with Israel and we are pagans in

in the Philippines. Do you understand?

We don't know who God is. We worship the anitos anitas

that was that they call, we worship the the balitic tree, we

worship the rocks, we worship the river.

Do you understand we were pagans before?

The durian tree. The durian tree.

Yeah. OK, So do you understand?

But you see through Israel again, God used Israel.

It's their book. This book is their book.

So how can we not side with them?

Are we? We're so ungrateful if we don't

bless them and hold them in prayers.

Do you understand? Without Israel, we're not saved.

But they have to go through unbelief.

Because the Bible says once they believe, it's the end.

If they believe before, we're not saved.

So there is no point not loving them and praying for them.

God has never replaced Israel as his chosen people.

God did not replace them with the church.

Listen to this. If God replaced them, no Israel,

then God is not faithful. And the Bible says Jesus is

going to come back. Do you believe that?

And he's going to come back as not as a baby, but the King of

kings and Lord of Lords, that's a mighty warrior, and he's going

to establish his millennial Kingdom.

Do you believe that? Where in the Philippines, in

America? Where is going?

Where will Jesus rule from what country?

What specific place in Israel? So is there Israel right now?

Yes, because the same Israel. You see the point is this, God

is not done with Israel until today.

Israel must exist remains until today so that the Lord can

fulfill his promise because he's going to come back and rule from

Jerusalem. So that Jerusalem, where Israel

is situated right now is the same Israel.

Amen. Amen.

Where Jesus is going to rule. And I want to finish this before

I return. I'm, I'm, I feel the fire right

now. OK, Listen to this Jeremiah 31,

Jeremiah 31:35–36

verses 35 to 36, you know. Oh, you have it there.

Yeah, I have it. Yeah.

You see, it's good not to prepare.

So you see, you just flow. All right, So listen, Jeremiah

Jeremiah 31:35–36

31, verses 35 to 36, it says this is what the Lord says.

Who says who said this? It's the Lord He said, He who

appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrease the moon and

stars to shine by night, who steers up the sea so that it's

waves roar. The Lord Almighty is his name in

in verse 36. Only if this decrease vanish

from my sight, declares the Lord, will Israel ever cease

being a nation before me. So never, never.

God will never change his mind. That's right.

He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

When he says you are my chosen nation, you will remain to be a

chosen. But God is not done with them

yet. That's right.

Amen. OK, so we OK, that's it.

I've taken so much time already. That's good.

And if you read on Kuya Armin right after that, it says I will

not cast off Israel for all they have done.

So even if Israel messes completely up, God will not

reject them. There were two questions in the

audience, so go ahead. If you have a question, you can

pop up whoever is the first person to the microphone.

Go fight. Fight, fight, fight.

Don't fight. We're trying to bring peace.

So my question is all about the lost tribe of Israel.

So I've heard that Afghans or even Pakistanis, some of them

are lost tribe. They are, they said they came

from Pashtun tribe. But we know that they are

Muslims now and some of them are Talibans.

So my question. Would be are they still part of

the House of Israel because now they deny their.

Roots and they hate Israel as we know.

So we there's not much about the lost strike.

So that goes my question. Thank you.

Yeah, that's a good question. I think there's a lot of mystery

to it. But I also think that this is

one of the reasons why God gave covenants for Israel to keep,

because what else would separate them?

How else would we know? I mean, even though we know DNA

testing today, it's not going to confirm if somebody's kept the

covenants or not. So I would say that probably

most of that has been lost. Is it possible that God could

bring that out? It is very possible.

You know, I, I had adna test and I was preaching at a church in

Florida. I'm from the state of New York.

And when I was preaching at this church, I ended up being in a

conversation with somebody that apparently also did adna test.

And I was related to that person in that church.

And it was the craziest thing I had ever seen because I'm from a

totally, it's like from Manila to Davao, the distance.

And yet I don't know these people at all.

But you know, I, I'm saying that only because I think that God

could bring about supernatural understanding to help identify

Jewish people. But probably because they've

married into Pagan culture, society, idolatry and all those

things, it's going to be hard to tell who is who.

And yeah, did you have some? So there have been some what

were considered to be lost tribes that have been discovered

and the reason they were discovered is because they were

retaining some of the Jewish traditions within their people.

For instance, a group from Ethiopia and we actually met

Ethiopian Jews in Israel and the way they can prove their

ancestry, they would be the sons and daughters of Solomon and

Queen of Sheba. And the reason they can prove

that is because within their communities they continue to

retain certain festivals, certain traditions.

And that's why the traditions were given is so that the people

would retain communities. So in Jewish culture, it is

fully understood that if you are Jewish but you decide to go out,

go, you're not part of the nation of Israel anymore, you

can do that. But if you're part of the

community and you continue to be a part of the community and you

move your whole community to Ethiopia, we will find you

because you're a community. So everything is relationally

connected in the Jewish traditions.

And This is why Kuya Armin that throughout the nations, people

would say we worship the God of the trees, the God of the sky,

the God of the, but God calls himself not the God of things.

He calls himself the God of Avraham, Yitzhak and Yakov

people, individuals who are faithful to him.

God is very personal. So will there be more lost

tribes that are found? Maybe, maybe not.

That's not something I think we have to do because God has

clearly shown he is perfectly able to bring all of the Jewish

people that he needs back in the land to make a nation.

So if there are individual Jews, I've had discussions with Jews

that say I have no desire to move to Israel.

OK, sure. Then you're not an Israeli.

You will never be an Israeli because you chose not to move to

Israel. And that's fine.

I have no desire to move to Israel.

We have no desire to move to Israel.

We'll go there. We'll come home, you know, so

that's OK. So the Lost Tribes, I don't

think need to be a highlight. That's not the most important

thing. You know, we have a nation.

We have a people. And the fact that Jesus came

already now they need to be found in Christ, even if they

are Jewish, you know, because being Jewish is important and

valuable as it is being Gentile. But without Christ, neither one

of us are important. And in that sense, right?

Because without Jesus, you, you can't go to heaven, you know?

So it's it's there's a mystery side to and I think it's it's

cool to search into, but ultimately, yeah, this one here.

So does that help? Good.

Awesome. OK.

We have another question. If God made a covenant to bless

Abraham's descendant, is Ishmael, his first born son,

included in that covenant? If not, why?

OK, so Genesis 12 through 17 gives a a rundown of the

covenant and why Yitzhak or Isaac is the chosen son.

God did not turn away Ishmael. He actually says to Hagar.

He says I've heard you, I hear your cry, and I will make a

great nation out of you. Now if you look at the Arab

nations, what do they have? That is an actual physical

representation that God kept His promise to Ishmael and to Hagar

under the ground they have. Oil.

And it's made them wealthy. It's made them billionaires.

God kept his promise to Ishmael also, and he continues to have a

heart for the people of the Ishmaelite, so to speak.

Those Muslims are on the heart of God.

He will not forget them. But the covenant is specifically

God says. In fact, Avraham asks God in

Genesis, he says but can't Ishmael just be the one because

Yitzhak was not born yet or Isaac was not born yet.

He said can't Ishmael be the one?

And God says no, your wife Sarah, why?

Because Sarah was the wife. She was not a concubine or

something else. God chose not just Avraham but

Sarah. She was important in the

covenant. And so he says Nope, I know you

did it this way, but this is the way I do it.

She's the wife and I chose her and I have not changed my mind,

even if she changed her mind. So the promise God says to

Avraham, Nope, not going to do that.

The promise will come for through Sarah, just like I said,

what happened, and through her son that she will have.

But then he says you can go to Genesis 12 through 17, He says,

but Ishmael will be blessed before me and I will make a

great nation. So yes, there's another promise

for Ishmael. Yes, there's another promise

that ultimately if you bless those people, you can be blessed

so reach the Muslims. But the covenant goes through.

My question is, I am totally like all in favor of Israel

blessing their enemies. And like you said, like they

shouldn't be killing the people of Gaza.

But like when did that change? Because God told Joshua to go in

and kill everybody and like completely take the land.

And now we're saying like we we shouldn't be killing them, but

like, how does that make sense of like where God was in the Old

Testament versus where we are now?

Everything has to do with Messiah.

So the people of Israel had to retain stability and had to

retain their identity so that Messiah would come every bit of

wiping somebody out. And all of that was not because

God didn't love those people, but those nations were a

hindrance to the people of Israel from remaining in the

covenant. And God had to watch over the

covenant so that you can be saved, because Messiah had to

come to a people who were keeping the 10 commandments.

If they were not, imagine this Jesus.

Messiah would have to be born into a family that's worshipping

idols. And if that's the case, as a

child, how could he honor his father and mother and worship

idols? He would be breaking one

commandment and fulfilling the other.

He would either have to honor his parents and worship the

idols or have to honor God and not honor his parents.

So meaning that there had to be an establishment of a clear

nation of Israel and that's the only reason when Messiah came,

Jesus said do to others as you would have them do to you, even

your enemy. If they smite smite you on one

cheek, turn the other one. Why?

Because Jesus brought to us everything God was wanting to

have in in all of creation from all of time.

Jesus is the ultimate answer to all of that.

Jesus also talks about the hardness of your hearts is why

the law was given. So if you look in the law,

there's a law that says thou shall not commit adultery, but

then Jesus takes it higher. Even if you think of a woman or

a man to lust after them, you commit adultery in your heart.

So the holy standard was much higher and God allowed certain

things to happen, like she said to for Israel to keep that

covenant because through that covenant would become the

redemption for the entire world. But because the world was so

wicked, I mean, remember God destroyed the whole earth in a

flood because of the wickedness of the world.

And he said, I don't want to do that, but I want to show you

that this is what I'm capable of and what I have to do because of

my righteous judgment. God wasn't judging us according

to each other. He was judging us according to

himself. So I think in order to hold that

standard of holiness of righteousness, it was something

that could not be attained by man.

No matter how much sacrifice Israel gave in the temple, no

matter how much requirements of the law they fulfilled, they

would never be able to completely erase sin.

So it was a stain. God allowed even like the

multiple wives that David had. It wasn't God's perfect desire,

but he allowed it. He permitted it for that time

period, you know, but ultimately now.

We we clearly know that the covenant that we have now, the

new covenant, is so much more clear on what is right and what

is wrong than it was before. You mentioned about idolatry,

about God's holiness, and it must be established.

So in the Old Testament survey, it was true that there were

instructions from the Lord to kill them all.

Now, it's not like that, correct?

That's your question. OK.

So if you try to study it, those specific instructions were

connected to witchcraft, idolatry, because they they were

so deeply rooted in that. And then God wanted them wiped

out. Now listen, it's not because

they are not Jewish people that wipe them all out.

Genocide. No, no, no, no.

Remember the, the, the real opposing forces is God versus

Satan. And these people, there are

people who, who they gave themselves under the enemy and,

and so God says remove them. OK, now, now, now here's the

thing. And then God, of course, now

it's, it's changed. Now I want to give you just one

example so we can go on. Remember Moses, when he got the

10 commandments, he returned, what happened to the people down

while they were waiting? They mailed, they made the

golden calf, correct? And then he was so angry and

etcetera. And so they, they were divided,

right? So who's on that side and who is

on our side? So they had those people who

support idolatry stay on one side.

And then what was the instruction?

Do you remember, ma'am, God said wipe them out.

But look at this, these are all Jewish people meaning to say my

point is this, this is my point. God is a holy God and he's

jealous with all of these idols. He hates idols.

But now we don't kill idolaters. Times have changed.

We we have mercy. Jesus died already.

We just lead. We lead them to the cross, tell

them the truth and then they would repent.

But during those times there it's different.

And so the only solution for that.

No, it's like that. And I hope you got the point.

That makes sense. OK.

Thank you. Ezekiel 2311 Say to them, this

is again Old Testament. Say to them, as I live, says the

Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but

that the wicked turn from his way and live turn, turn from

from your evil ways. For why should you die?

Oh, House of Israel? So God, God wants mercy, God

wants grace. God wants, but he also wants

justice. And he cannot be a God of love

unless he's a God of justice. And so God's justice was so

confusing back then, but yet now it's very clear as we're able to

look back and understand how wicked man was.

It wasn't that God was confusing, it was that man was

wicked but good. Question on that is what's in it

for us? I think, you know, God told

Ezekiel, I look for someone to stand in the gap, but I found

nobody. So intercession in the church is

extremely important. I'm very convinced that prayer

that when churches pray, when individuals pray, that it moves

the heart and the hand of God. So when we have a right

perspective of Israel and we pray for them, we're asking God

to come and move. If you look at the multiple wars

that Israel's endured, you will see the hand of God you you will

see God fighting for them when when it looked like they should

have been completely wiped out. But there's so when we pray for

the peace of Jerusalem, we're praying that the Prince of Peace

would establish himself in the Jewish people, that they would

know their Messiah, that they would be restored, they would be

healed, they would be protected, right?

So we pray for Israel because we're all so blessed when we do

so, OK? I want you to think about this.

There's so many answers to your questions.

Why do we side? Why do we support?

Why do we pray for Israel? OK, One is God used them so we

can be safe. Is that true?

Yes. OK, but I want to add something.

I'm going to bring you back to the foundation.

Is that OK? The foundation is this.

Listen, listen to this. Who wants blessings?

All right, God has a plan. The blesser has a plan.

He's not going to bless you unless it goes through somebody.

He's not going to bless the Philippines unless the blessings

will go through course through Israel.

Let me read to you Genesis 12. It says verse 2.

I will make you referring to Israel.

I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you.

I will make your name great. They are known worldwide, right?

And you will be a blessing. Who?

Israel. Almost all the technology today

comes from them. Hello.

They are the what we call the startup nation.

Listen to verse three. I will bless those who bless

you. OK.

Is that enough reason for you to bless Israel?

I will bless those who bless you.

And listen to the next part. And whoever curses you, I will

curse. Yeah.

Now who wants to curse from God? Who wants curse?

No one. So is that enough reason for you

to bless Israel? And it says and all peoples on

earth will be blessed through who?

Through you. If that is not enough, I'm going

to close with this last verse for that question.

Joel chapter 3123. God, OK, look, look at me, look

at me. Make it simple.

God is going to judge the nations, even us, according to

how we treat Israel. How do you look at Israel right

now? Do you, do you have respect?

Do you have you know, do you, do you honor God for choosing them,

for loving them? Listen, in those days and at the

time when I restored the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,

I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of

Jehoshaphat. There I will put them on trial

for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel,

because they scattered my people of among the nations and divided

up my land, etcetera, etcetera. So the point is the same

principle. You know, every time they want

to divide the land of Israel, they want to take part of the

land from Israel, whoever which the countries that support for

dividing the land of Israel, they will have a catastrophic,

you know, tornado, tsunami, whatever, OK?

It's proven in history in just a matter of hours, something will

happen to those countries. So do not join those who are

against Israel, especially those who want to divide the land of

Israel. Amen.

It is God himself who said it's mine.

What, what would you say is the most blessed nation in the world

financially? America, What is the number one

nation that stands with Israel? America, America, look at the

nations that do not support Israel and look at the

communism, the socialism, the overrun of Islam in Europe right

now. Look at the nations surrounding

Israel. They hate Israel.

What's happening to them? I'm just saying it's very clear

and it's very obvious what the Lord says and how we can see it

physically before our eyes. As a Christian, should we

observe or celebrate also the celebration that Israel

observed? OK, so the feast.

All right. Do you want me to answer or you

got that? Yeah, I want you to answer that.

But I wanted to say something because I was thinking of this

at the end of Pastor Armand. What he was sharing is that

blessing Israel doesn't mean you have to wear to lead, doesn't

mean you have to have a yarmulke, doesn't matter mean

when you pray, you know, OK, Doesn't mean you have to get

weird. Now, I'm not saying it's wrong,

OK. I, I mean, if you want to wear

it to leave when you pray, I know people who do that that

aren't Jewish. Eric doesn't do that.

But it's, it's whatever. I, I don't, I don't care.

But what I don't want is for us as gentiles.

And this is what I think Paul teaches, that you don't have to

become Jewish, OK? Your Messiah has done that for

you, OK? So the external things of trying

to look spiritual are less important than what you do in

your heart before God anyhow, practically speaking.

Yeah, I think the hyper romance with the Jewish traditions is

just as unsafe as the hyper hatred towards them.

So there is a balance. I have seen Filipinos that go so

hyper Israel that they memorize things in Hebrew and they chant

and and things like that, that look, we live in the

Philippines. If you want to reach Filipinos,

don't chant in Hebrew. They don't understand it OK.

God speaks Cebuano. Are you kidding?

Yeah, so that's an extreme, but then you've got the other

extreme, because we're Gentiles, we don't do anything related to

Israel. There is a balance and there's

some beauty in understanding that everything of the feast has

a picture of Jesus in it. So if you can find those things

and they're valuable to you, then yes, go for it.

We actually as a family do most of the holidays, most of the the

festivals and traditions, but sometimes we're traveling and

sometimes we don't. And there's times like, you

know, Shabbat, I usually try to say Shabbat Shalom, let's bless

each other in some type of way, whatever, you know, But we're

not so hyper vigilant about hyper vigilant meaning, you

know, sober on on, you know, like too much.

It's what means something to you, what is valuable to your

growth in the Lord. And understanding these things,

they're in the Bible. So understanding them is

important. I think passing them to your

children can bring a beauty and value to like for instance,

there's some people struggle with the idea of Christmas, OK,

because Jesus was not born on December 25th and he never had a

Christmas tree, just so you know.

But on the other hand, any time of the year that brings up Jesus

and they're singing heart, the herald angels sing what glory

Jesus. If you're going to sing about

Jesus in the mall, I'm celebrating that holiday.

I don't care what it is. OK, so I'm not a crazy Christmas

person until I realize if Jesus is in it, let's do it.

So that's to me, it's about meaning.

The most meaningful one to most Christians is Passover around

the time of April, because it's very clearly shows from

beginning to end the story of our Messiah and deliverance.

That's usually the most meaningful.

So the Feast of Tabernacles is the one that's coming up next

week. It will start the 7th.

I don't remember exactly. Anyways, it goes into the 10th,

into Davis''s birthday. So what we do is you just kind

of build like a little structure outside of your house, and for

seven days you live in that structure outside of your house.

You eat in it, you drink in it, you sleep in it.

That's your structure. And Jews will create these

structures, beautiful flowers and fruits and all.

And basically the idea is we were once travellers in the

wilderness going from, you know, the people of Israel, right?

Looking for the promised land, travelling, looking for the

promised land. And we did not have a home.

And so God became our open sky. He became our home, so to speak.

OK, it starts October 6th, she's saying.

So during those seven days, you're celebrating the fact that

no matter where you are, your wilderness and your struggle,

you can look up and say God is my shelter and my shield and my

protection. Every Suka they called Suka,

suka. Every suka, it's called asuka in

Hebrew. It's that those buildings, every

building should have openings to the sky.

That is because it's not your ultimate shelter.

Your ultimate shelter is Psalm 91, verse 1.

Psalms 91:1

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will

abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

He is our ultimate shelter. And that's what the Feast of

Tabernacles is about. Amen.

We have one question here. Does God love Adolf Hitler and

every other person who wanted Israel eradicated or destroyed?

Well, I would say simply, of course God love Adolf Hitler and

every person who even persecuted Israel.

Why? Because He created them in His

image. They were not an accident.

God did not create people to destroy His people.

People are programmed by hatred. They are influenced by other

people to believe what they want to believe.

Hitler and other people who hate Israel like we have alive today,

right? Those people were trained that

way. So if you that's why the Bible

says train up a child and the way they should go.

So if you don't train them properly, not just to know

Jesus, but to love Israel, then I think they're going to have a

bad perspective of Israel. And so ultimately he was so

confused Hitler that he did horrible things to Jewish

people, but he was created in the image of God, as was Judas,

as was anybody who turned away from God in history.

OK, do you have to. I think it's important to

understand that because we got to understand that God loves

everybody, but God's justice is also going to be a reality.

And so just because God loves you doesn't mean that he's going

to allow you and I to do things that would be detrimental to our

lives and to the lives of other people.

So He will bring justice. He's full of love and he's full

of justice. And he he acts in both

situations the way he knows is best for you and I.

But he's given us commandments to help us to understand that by

loving God first, we're going to be able to love our neighbor as

we love ourself. If we hate God, we're going to

hate our neighbor. If we make up a false God, we're

going to put that into this. If we love ourself more than we

love other people, it's going to affect others.

So. You know, all these things we're

talking about are extremely important, but if you're going

through a difficulty or struggle, how does this relate

to me? And I want you to understand

that the same God who fights for Israel to keep his promises no

matter what, that he's faithful even when Israel is not

faithful. He's your God.

He'll answer your prayers. He'll follow through for your

needs. And when you watch God behave

for Israel, you just go. That's my God.

That's the one I trust. Go ahead, David.

So this is not actually my question.

The question was in Romans 11, verse 25 to 27.

Romans 11:25–27

It says I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery,

brothers and sisters, so that you may not be consided.

Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full

number of the Gentiles has come in.

And in this way all Israel will be saved.

As it is written. The Deliverer will come from

Zion. He will turn godlessness away

from Jacob, and this is my covenant with them when I take

away their sins. So what he was asking is, is

this verse saying that Israel will literally just their sins

be taken away from them and they will just be saved?

Do they need to repent or what is this saying?

What does it mean? Yeah, there's only one way to be

saved and it's to put in your faith in the finished work of

Jesus. Many times when we're reading

Scripture, we don't want to read it as like close up like this.

We want to read it out like this, meaning looking at the

whole big picture. OK, so the big picture is no one

Jew or Gentile can be saved without the finished work of

Jesus on the cross. But the Bible gives us clear

promise that the Jewish people will recognize the Messiah.

Read Zechariah. There's a prophecy specifically

about the Jewish people saying Oh no, we were wrong.

This Messiah that we thought was not ours is the one.

And it says in Zechariah they will look on the 1:00 they have

pierced, meaning Jesus, and they will repent and they will mourn

for him like 1 mourns for an only son.

So Israel will repent in the same way every other person

repents and they will be saved in the same way every other

person is saved. But we are not told that about

any other nation, only about Israel.

We know for sure that Israel will be saved.

I'm going to give the I'll give the scriptures what Atticus is

shared. It's in Zechariah chapter 12,

Zechariah 12:10–14

verses 10 to 14. OK, so they will realize that

the Jesus that the Gentiles knew is their Messiah.

So they will cry on him. I mean clan after clan, OK, They

will mourn. OK, meaning to say they will

repent and receive Jesus. Amen.

foundation, the purpose of the law, the purpose of the

prophets, what they were saying, then understanding who Jesus is

took on a whole greater revelation.

And I want to encourage you that the better you understand the

totality of the word of God. I brought this.

This is my biggest Bible I have. It's a new King James Version

right here, OK. It is a big Bible.

It's thick study Bible. That's a lot of information

right there. Can I encourage you start from

the foundation read through. I've been reading the Bible

through for over 25 years and I'm still trying to understand a

lot of it. OK, I'm I'm listening to them

today and the question and I love it because it's giving us

insight. The better you understand

Israel, I'm telling you, the better you're going to

understand the Scriptures Israel is, if you, if you count how

many times God uses the name Israel.

I don't know how many it is, but I'm sure it's hundreds and

hundreds of times to where it's important to understand and be

able to dissect what Israel is, why God says they're important,

and who they are for us today. So read the scripture, go

deeper, ask, listen, you have the Holy Spirit, who's your

teacher. He will teach you all things.

I don't get this guy. There are times I read the Bible

and I go, God, this frustrates me.

I don't understand what this means.

Why? What do you mean by that?

It doesn't make any sense to me. I will talk like that, not

because I'm I'm being rude, but because I really want to

understand the truth. And I promise you, discerning

Israel properly will help you understand who Jesus is, the

Scriptures, so much
