  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. We just had youth camp, right right,

  3. those who were youth camp make some noise, Yeah, are right, still

  4. excited? All right, that's good. I was there as well. I

  5. didn't stay, but I was there, you know, a few days to

  6. join the messages play. Actually we were there while they were playing games as

  7. well. I didn't really play the games. But it was fun, funny

  8. and fun. Okay uh, and thank you young people for being part of

  9. that. It's history making because we've never really done a youth camp like that

  10. before. It's always been separate, a teen's camp and then a campus students

  11. camp. But this campus student and teens joining together. We call it the

  12. youth all right, and so much power in there. Thank you for making

  13. history by doing that, young people. Yeah. I was there and I

  14. observed, and it was and I hear feedback, you know, and I

  15. know that some of them said it was different. It's a different kind of

  16. youth camp. Why because there was It was not focused on hype, right,

  17. it was not focused on hype, you know, because typically stereo,

  18. the stereotype is that young people are looking for like lights and sound and cool

  19. stuff and music. But I think it wasn't. I think they really tried

  20. that, but it didn't really, it didn't go that way. Uh.

  21. And but the Holy Spirit led and it was like calls, you know,

  22. calls to make decisions. And so there was I think the salvation call to

  23. follow Jesus, and many responded, Praise God, hallelujah. Yeah, because

  24. young people, you know, you know, giving their lives to Jesus is

  25. a good first step. And then there was also the call for the baptism

  26. of the Holy Spirit. Amen, all right and uh and I believe there

  27. were many who responded as well. And then there was a final day.

  28. I wasn't there at the time, by soft photos. It was a call

  29. to serve God full time, and people also responded. So there's amazing Amen,

  30. really good and it's it's a good start. Everyone say, good start,

  31. good start. Why because there's a lot of work to do after that.

  32. You know. The good start is you know, I said, I

  33. want to buy a car. Good start, good start, and then you

  34. put down the dumb payment. What that's a good good start? After that?

  35. After that, what comes after that? You're like learning to drive the

  36. car, you're driving, you're doing, you're using the car. Maintainance comes

  37. in, right, there's money, there's pump patrol, there's all kinds of

  38. things that comes after you bought the car. So first step follow Jesus,

  39. yay. Second step Baptist, Holy Spirit, hallelujah. Then some say I

  40. want to full time serve Jesus. Amazing. Then after that, after that

  41. what comes? Okay, So we've got to be ready for that. And

  42. I want to tell you, you know, everyone here, this is not

  43. just for the young people, right, I'm just using the youth came as

  44. a example. We we I'm not here to say, you know, it's

  45. now a lot of work and you're on your own. You know, you're

  46. on your own and you got to work. And it's not that we're here

  47. together. We're doing this together. We're not maintaining the cow on on our

  48. own. Everyone is doing it together. So we have people. Thank God

  49. for the church, right, for the Body of Christ. We can come

  50. together to do this and serve one another, you know, as we serve

  51. God. So that is the amazing part about being part of the church,

  52. the community, the family. Amen. Many people out there, they are

  53. on their own they're on their own. They're doing on their own. They're

  54. they're going through life and their own, their surviving on their own, and

  55. it's it's lonely sometimes, you know, it's lonely, and there's no brothers

  56. and sisters to come and uh support and help and pray together. So in

  57. the church, we thank God for that Jesus has established that that we are

  58. one body. Everyone say, one body, one body. So praise God

  59. for this amazing thing that the Lord has done for us. And we want

  60. to invite more to join and to be part of this, all right,

  61. because they need they need uh that help, they need to support, all

  62. right, uh, and and they need Jesus. So let's continue to focus

  63. and remember this a man. So I was talking about the youth camp.

  64. I want to tell you a little bit more about what I've been hearing,

  65. right Why why I say there's work to do. It's work to do,

  66. and we do it together. So give you example. I have the privilege

  67. of, you know, I'm in Victory Academy right having opened there, right,

  68. So I'm in Victory Academy. I teach there, and I have the

  69. privilege of speaking with some of the students who actually went for the camp because

  70. we invited some of the students from there, so they don't go to church.

  71. Many of them don't go to church. Then some of them actually not

  72. believer us, not Christians, but we invited them anyway because this school is

  73. part of the church, right, is started by the church. So we

  74. have the opportunity to do that. We invited them. Many of them joined

  75. the teens, you know, and I think they had a great time.

  76. They you know, they responded and things like that. So we see Jesus

  77. baptism and the Holy Spirit, non believers getting baptized, deciding to be baptized

  78. by the Holy Spirit. And so I asked some of these people there,

  79. you know, I say like, hey, how was the camp? Right,

  80. these are our secondary students, Okay, how's the camp? And uh

  81. one of them said, Uh, it was great. I got baptized by

  82. the Holy Spirit. Wow. Yeah. In my mind's like, okay,

  83. before this, you were not believer. Suddenly you're baptized. Okay, Okay.

  84. Interesting. So I just like, yeah, tell me more. And

  85. then it says, but you know, I'm still off the other faith.

  86. Okay. So it doesn't consider himself a Christian yet a believer yet, but

  87. he said it was amazing to be baptized by the Holy Spirit. Well done,

  88. Okay, I didn't go on too much, but I knew there's work

  89. to be done. There's work to be done. How many of you here?

  90. You know you consider yourself a Christian? Right, but you were saved?

  91. Like ten times, ten times, twenty times you got saved? You

  92. like, yes, I want Jesus, Yes, I want Jesus. How

  93. many of you serious? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,

  94. same me too. I raised my hands on Sunday School how many one hundred

  95. times? I can't remember, because yeah, I just wasn't sure I was

  96. saved. Right? Why because because we come from the old and there is

  97. work to be done, and there's discipleship that's needed. Right. Why why

  98. you know some of us had to raise a hands so many times because actually

  99. maybe actually there was no discipleship really going on. No one really followed up

  100. with you, No one really explained to you that, yes you are.

  101. You can be confident that Jesus is in your life. Now, this is

  102. what you need to do next, This is what you need to do next.

  103. Because many of us stop at the after I received Jesus. That's it.

  104. I stopped there, and I'm going to Heaven soon. And so I

  105. go to church sometimes anytime, right, And that's just like I follow my

  106. family stuff like that. But you know, following Jesus is a process of

  107. disciple ship. Everyone saying discipleship, Okay, So I just wanted to share

  108. with you that I want to also encourage you church. All right. We

  109. do have what we call the teens Ministry. We have the campus ministry.

  110. We have them all right, and is led by a few people, right,

  111. Uh, Teen's ministry. We have very precious moms in there. Okay,

  112. Kathy's there, Maria is there who is ality right? Uh? And

  113. so they all and also doctor Jill you know it's part of that. Anyone

  114. else did I miss? Yeah? They are the reps they call we call

  115. them the teen reps who will connect with Pastor Daniel, who is our teen

  116. pastor. Uh. And they they run that ministry okay, to do small

  117. groups with the teens and and do some maybe some fun things, you know,

  118. and different things like that. And then we have the campus ministry,

  119. right, the campus ministry college students all right, but those who are part

  120. of that okay, and the more women, uh, Priscilla teacher. Priscilla

  121. she she's a teacher, you know. Uh, it's hitting that up.

  122. I am there as well, all right. Uh. And we do have

  123. some raps, you know, different different raps. There's a lot of names.

  124. Okay, don't fully remember all but we have students as well. Who

  125. are raps? I think Sarah is one of them? What else? Who

  126. are he's student raps? Who are students campus ministry? Maybe you stand stand

  127. say, I want to see who you are? Yeah you remember you remember

  128. who you are? Not you yourself? Okay, Darren, Sarah live here

  129. all right? You know? And Timu all right? Yeah, yeah,

  130. okay, okay, there are some yeah, these are student raps. Praise

  131. God for them. Okay. Uh, we we do have adult raps,

  132. so okay, adult raps. You know who you are? Adult raps of

  133. Campus Ministree stand just the I know okay, right? Heych and I think

  134. Stephanie Stephanie right, okay, yeah, yeah, okay, all right,

  135. please your seat, pa, say your seats right, thank you for doing

  136. that? All right? Yeah. What I'm saying is we do need listen.

  137. These are the reps appointed okay, and uh they in a way there's

  138. a commitment right for them to be part of like a meeting if we call

  139. for it, and then we run activities and we need the support you know.

  140. So, But then church, I want to encourage you. I want

  141. to challenge you as well that it's not only their job. It's not only

  142. their job. We need everyone's support. Right, we'll want church, all

  143. right, and we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna call on you.

  144. We're gonna call on you. And the word is mobilize you, all right,

  145. as long as you're part of our homes. Right, you're part of

  146. our homes, you're part of you are a regular here. We want to

  147. mobilize you right to join in and to help out with some of these things.

  148. Because like I said, our young people especially are young people. They

  149. need discipleship, they need there's work to be done, right, and we

  150. want to lead them. We want to grow the church, not just for

  151. the numbers. Right, I was praying just now and I say, God

  152. Lord, bringing them multitudes. We want to see growth in ex cyber Jaya,

  153. because this is what this is what your command is, all right,

  154. go into all the nations and preach and make disciples of all nations, baptizing

  155. them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy So that is God's

  156. command to us, and we want to obey. Amen. Can I get

  157. an amen? Amen? Right? We're here together, all right, We're

  158. here to get it to serve Jesus. So and then the other thing I

  159. wanted to say here is you know what there is. I'm sure you've heard

  160. from your homes as well. You know we do this community outreach thing,

  161. right, so you've seen it on the screen just now, your youth community,

  162. right, So I think we need to do that as well. We

  163. need to mobilize our youth, right. But on top of that, I

  164. think homes go into the community. So you see that it says there's Cyberjaya

  165. c CEC refugee. Looks really good on the screen, looks really good on

  166. the screen, But in reality, how does it look? How does it

  167. what is going on on the ground? Is the truth? The real deal?

  168. Right? Because our names on the screen there, but are we are

  169. we there? Do we actually go and do anything there? Right? So

  170. that's the real challenge. So I know, and we don't want to see

  171. the same people again and again, same faces every time you know you see

  172. the photos the person there and the community outreach is the same person. No,

  173. all right, No, I'm exaggerating a little bit, right. Of

  174. course, it's not always the same person, but we do see the same

  175. faces a few times, right, So I want to encourage us on a

  176. challenge as church. We're here together. We're here to sell Jesus together,

  177. right, And if everyone takes part together, then the same person doesn't have

  178. to keep doing it, all right? And you think the same person really

  179. has so much time to keep going again and again. I think, bless

  180. them, Bless them they are you know they're able to to do that and

  181. make that sacrifice and go you know the Lord, bless them. But I

  182. think we can come around, right, Tell your neighbor that we can come

  183. around. We can come around. Don't worry. I know some of you

  184. are afraid, like what am I going to do there? What's it going

  185. to be like? There? Is it dirty? Am I going to fall

  186. sick? Right? I mean, honestly speaking, there are risks there there

  187. all right, But you can also make sure you don't what's the word meaning?

  188. You know the risks? You know the risks, then you know you'll

  189. be careful. I'm not telling you to go jump in the thing and swim.

  190. You know, I don't know whatever it is, all right, the

  191. pool there or whatever. You know, you don't have to be foolish.

  192. All right. We can go. We can talk to each other, we

  193. can be accountable to one another and help each keep each other safe, all

  194. right. And there are people who are experienced who have gone a hit,

  195. and so they will tell you this is what you shouldn't do, this is

  196. how you should do it, all right? Can we do that? Church?

  197. All right? Teens, teens, any teens in the house, okay,

  198. okay, yeah, camera, students, yeah, all right, this

  199. is your chance, all right. This is the opportunity that you have.

  200. You only have this time, you know here forever, isn't it, right?

  201. Especially campus students. We're not sure whether you know, some of you

  202. graduate, you go somewhere else, like more more, Where's more? So

  203. here? He's done. Yeah, but he's you know, he's mixed out,

  204. he's maxed out his time here. You know, he's gone to everything

  205. possible he can go. All right, he's followed me to X three commandment.

  206. You know, when when we first started X ray commandment and when there

  207. for the first time to preach let's it first time I think he wearing me

  208. right, and he didn't just go and sit there. I said, more

  209. when you go, I want you do something. Then I said, I

  210. want you share testimony. And I told you this before. He said,

  211. yeah, I always have a testimony. He say, okay, okay,

  212. let me do it. I don't ready. It was saying just say saying

  213. it first, then only think, all right, which is what I do

  214. now, say first, then only do think by faith? Amen? All

  215. right? Anyway, okay, So I want to share this with you first

  216. church before I go into the message, because it's connected today. All right.

  217. So John chapter nine, Everyone doing, okay, children doing? Okay,

  218. okay, all right. So my message is this work while it is

  219. day, work while it's day. Towards the finishing line from John chapter nine,

  220. Okay, work while it is day. Now, let's go into the

  221. scripture. Then we can talk someone. All right. First verse here,

  222. Okay, I care because today I know children around So kaa, you can

  223. write the highlighted words, the words in red you can draw, okay,

  224. and hope that helps us us. Okay, I'm going to read this.

  225. As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth. Okay,

  226. pass it first passed by Okay, what was the previous chapter? Okay,

  227. if you have your Bibles, you flip to the one before you can kind

  228. of see a bit of the story there. I think there was a story

  229. about the woman caught in a doubtery, right, which was kind of a

  230. bit strange because there's no man caught together with the woman. So it was

  231. a setup. It was a setup by the people who wanted to trap Jesus.

  232. And Jesus was calm. He was calm, all right, and he

  233. was able to handle that situation. And then later on, I think there

  234. was some other argument. They were like saying, Jesus, who you think

  235. you are and why you're talking about yourself like you are God, all right?

  236. And Jesus is standing his ground and say I can't lie. I am

  237. God, you know, And that make them made them even more angry,

  238. and they I think he really wanted to destroy him and stone him. But

  239. you know, Jesus in the next chapter, you know what his word is,

  240. and as he passed by, it's like no problem for him. He

  241. can handle rowdy crowds and crowds who wanted to stone him and destroy him.

  242. He does not retaliate in violence. Do you see this is our Lord Jesus.

  243. Okay, so I'm learning from there as well. I'm learning to be

  244. less and less violent in my life, right, you know why, because

  245. I can be quite aggressive, all right, and so I don't know,

  246. maybe my wife can can share a little bit more so about how I am

  247. less aggressive, right right? I mean I noticed that, but myself that

  248. I'm less aggressive because you know, I decided I cannot raise my voice so

  249. much, all right anymore, and and it's just not right. It's just

  250. not right. Right. So I'm learning from my Jesus how he just passed

  251. by violent situations aggression. Okay, I see some wife's touching their husband,

  252. like, calm down on something, okay, okay, good good, good

  253. encouragement. Heay, so all do so okay, what does he do?

  254. He passes the rowdy crowd, the violent crowd, the scary crowd. Sometimes

  255. it's scary, right, and then you you're shaking and you don't know what

  256. to do. You panic. Jesus don't need to panic. Calm down,

  257. because he's the son of God. And he passes, and he goes onto

  258. his next work, his next job because he's focused. Everyone say focused,

  259. because Jesus is focused, he's not distracted by the rowdiness, the scariness of

  260. things he passed by. And then he goes to, I gotta do something

  261. else. This still don't waste my time. Okay. So it goes and

  262. he goes to this blind man blind from birth. Okay. Now second verse

  263. and his disciples ask him, Rabbi, who's sin this man or his parents

  264. that he was born blind? So yeah, this is a very typical response

  265. of people. Okay, when they see a problem, they see the guy

  266. walking like this, like like I happened to this guy accident born like this?

  267. Whathever right? Okay, got beaten up? So you're always try to

  268. find out what is the problem, right, Blame someone who's sin, who

  269. caused this? The parents or he himself was the problem. Trying to blame

  270. someone trying to this is adamant even over again, isn't it right? He

  271. was He's the one who made me eat it, you know kind of thing.

  272. So uh so this this is the typical response, and uh you know,

  273. I think we kind of can check that of ourselves. When we see

  274. a problem. What's the first thing on our mind is it to figure out

  275. what's going on? You know? And you know, I read a little

  276. bit of like commentaries. They say, like, these people are trying to

  277. be theologians. At a moment where you see a problem, they're like,

  278. hmm, you know something about like sin, you know, did God cause

  279. this? What's this say that? You know what? You know? Trying

  280. to get into theology knowledge? Okay, so this is this shows what they

  281. value. Now let's move on. Wow, yeah, okay, right now.

  282. Verse three, Jesus answered, it was not that this sin or his

  283. parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. Amen.

  284. So you see Jesus' response again, right, He does not play blame

  285. game with people. It is not this man's problem. It is not the

  286. parents, all right, although although the truth is maybe there was an involvement

  287. somewhere. Maybe the parents, you know, they were not so healthy.

  288. Whatever. There's got so many, so many reasons, right, possible excuses

  289. and reasons for why a child can be born a certain way, can right,

  290. so many things right, special need or whatever, right, so many

  291. things that could cause it, and we can study and that's you know why

  292. we have psychologists, We have all kinds of people right coming to study what

  293. causes this and try to say maybe we can you know, what we should

  294. do to a prevent and all these kind of things. It's valid, right,

  295. Uh, and uh maybe you know we can actually go into like yeah,

  296. I had too much screen time, so yeah, then we can use

  297. that to teach our children. You see, you know, if you have

  298. too much stream time, this will happen. But anyway, okay, so

  299. it's not it's not right. It's all those things and it's value and we

  300. can actually find out reasons. But then Jesus doesn't go into that. He

  301. says, no, it's not about the problem of this man. It's not

  302. his parents. But every problem that we see is an opportunity two for the

  303. works of God to be displayed. Every every problem that you see, all

  304. right, whatever it is, okay, Uh. For example, this person

  305. very disobedient, not listening. It's a problem. But now you want to

  306. get into like why my father didn't teach you want to you want to say,

  307. all right, you want to talk about all the things, or you

  308. want to see it as so that God's work can be displayed. Here there's

  309. something we can do. This is opportunity. This is opportunity to do something

  310. so that God's glory can be displayed. Amen, halleuluah. This I mean,

  311. there's so much more hope in that, Isn't it so much more hope

  312. in that? Look at your neighbors, See what problem they have? See?

  313. Right? Some of you already immediately look at their face. You know,

  314. got problem? Why you want to look for? You want to blame

  315. the person. You want to blame the parents, You wanna blame the uncle

  316. auntie? What? Right? Why you want to blame the way they eat

  317. the food? They didn't eat the food? What? There's so many things

  318. to look for and to blame. But why don't we look at this person

  319. again and say, this opportunity for God's work to be displayed in you.

  320. Come on, tell that to your neighbor. This is opportunity for God's work

  321. to be displayed. Hey, maen, halle lujah. Wow, there's so

  322. much hope in that. You know, yeah, I got a problems,

  323. all right, I got a problem my wife. But if my wife sees

  324. it as opportunity for God to work to be displayed, yeah yeah, yeah,

  325. yeah, then yeah, just not someone who's gonna do to your husband

  326. and this opportunity, opportunity for God to work. Okay, Okay, we

  327. move on, we move on now, Uh, this one here, so

  328. he said, Jesus carries on to say, we must work the works of

  329. him who sent me while it is day. Night is coming when no one

  330. can work. Right, As long as I am in the world, I

  331. am the light of the world. Praise the Lord. All right. So

  332. just now I was praying with Justin and then I prayed for I say,

  333. hey, we want to pray for And one of the things he said is

  334. I hope that I can be the light in my workplace. Wow. Wow,

  335. what a you know, not a coincidence? Okay, so good,

  336. good request of a prayer and we prayed. But now let me focus on

  337. this one. Work the works of him who sent me while it is day.

  338. Now, let me let me tell you maybe a quick quick story here.

  339. You know, you know that we had we have now if you've seen,

  340. you know, on our prayer time and the early one we call it

  341. the pre worship prayer. We pray for this church called ex Harboroni Harborony.

  342. And then there's Pretoria. So there's Whatswana, right what Tswana? And then

  343. in Africa? How did that come about that? How do we have a

  344. church in Botswana? I don't think it's easy to just go and do that.

  345. You know, let me tell you the quick story. Yeah yeah,

  346. thanks for doing that on the ball man you okay, So yeah, you

  347. see that Africa. Now, how did that start? When there were students

  348. who came to ex cyber Jaya. It was students they went to limb Wing.

  349. Any LIMP students here now oh okay, okay, okay, this is

  350. an opportunity for God's work to be displayed, right because limb gock Wing used

  351. to be the most students in exhiber Jaya. Now no, none for now,

  352. none for now, Okay, more was the last guy? Yeah,

  353. Kevin, Kevin is coming coming back. Okka still a chance? Okay,

  354. right? Hey? So uh at that time LIMP got wing, you know,

  355. they came and so there were some people from students from Botswana. Uh

  356. and you know how they came here. You know, it's not simply they

  357. chose to come to Malaysia, but it was their government who sent them.

  358. The government of Botswana sent them and sponsored them, I believe, and you

  359. know, many of them came. There were many horror stories of students from

  360. Wotsuana. Why because they were very young and the government sponsored and the government

  361. gave them allowance. And they had so much money at at a young age.

  362. And you know what happens when you when a young person has too much

  363. money and lots of freedom. We all know that now what happens. And

  364. so truly what happened was many of them, because they had so much,

  365. they don't know what to do with it, so they bought casts. They

  366. can buy casts, all right, and the Malaysian students like looking okay anyway,

  367. so wow, these guys got casts. Not only had they had cast,

  368. they they they partied, you know what it means, right, partied

  369. and there was alcohol involved and many of them even took their own lives because

  370. of drunkenness and maybe too much freedom, no guidance and things like that.

  371. So that these are the horror stories. But thank God for the bunch we

  372. had from ex Botswana. They got saved here, they got you know,

  373. revived here, they followed Jesus here, and you know, thank God for

  374. the work that we did with them. All right, a lot of it.

  375. You know, we'll point out Olivia because homes leader, homes leader,

  376. and she know, she was kind to them, and you know it wasn't

  377. just Olivia it was the church, the church coming together and building them h

  378. and then they were so inspired they said, we got to have this in

  379. Botswana. We got to have this in Botswana, you know, because they

  380. know the situation Botswana, you know, you know, churches and things like

  381. that, or maybe they couldn't find the church there, so I don't know

  382. where to go if I go back to Botswana, so can we And so

  383. I believe, you know, God already spoke to pass Kenneth about this,

  384. and so when it all came together, it wasn't difficult. And so we

  385. discussed and we prepared and finally as they went, then some of our team

  386. as who went with them and we started Exportswana. All right, praise God.

  387. Yeah, but I want to tell you something. You see, anyone

  388. is anyone from Botswana here? None? Right? Why because of the issues

  389. that was happening around here. I think the government stopped it. They stopped

  390. sending. And I want to tell you that was the opportunity and it has

  391. gone. It has gone. So that's why he says, yeah, while

  392. it is day, because the time will come, it will stop. And

  393. did we take the opportunity? Well, I thank God, I think we

  394. did. I think we did. We reached out to them, we fly

  395. it and they came and we managed to speak with them and disciple them and

  396. let them and inspire them. And they were so on fire they just had

  397. to go start the church in in Botswana. Not only that, there was

  398. also ex Neli. They had this guy called Lazarus. You know, Lazarus

  399. is alive. So Lazarus has been you know with us, this tall guy

  400. you know from Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe, anyone way, anyone else from Zimbabwe,

  401. right, you know, Tim, Yeah, this is the opportunity right now,

  402. this is opportunity right now. Zimbabwe brothers and sisters more right, so

  403. many there's so many ones from Zimbabwe now. So anyway they there was I

  404. so Lazarus, Lazarus, Lazarus from from x Neli. He went to London.

  405. He helped to plant he helped with the church in London. We planted

  406. X London. You know it wasn't him, right, see, I think

  407. he started one of it. Yeah, that's a responded that X London.

  408. Right. And then now he's gone back to Africa as well, and he's

  409. mainly based in South Africa. But he also supported Exportswana for a long time

  410. and then now he is also leading expretoria experatoria, all right. So from

  411. there they had Cavaroni and then they branched out to do mochudi, right,

  412. and then there's pretoria. So with that, with that opportunity that we had

  413. at that time here we maxed it enough, right to be able to do

  414. the work and give glory to God. And then now they're able to bring

  415. it back there. Imagine we didn't do anything. We didn't disciple them,

  416. we didn't lead them, We just left them. You know, they come

  417. to come anytime like whatever, just you know, and and we didn't we

  418. didn't minister to them because at one point I think they were down. They

  419. were I think just practically financially not able, and then the church came around

  420. to support them and they were able to be back on their feet again,

  421. and so that also inspired them. You know, if we didn't do anything,

  422. we didn't love the way that Jesus wanted us to love, that opportunity

  423. is gone, all right, but thank God for that. I'm just giving

  424. you an example. I am the light of the world, and that's what

  425. we need to do, all right. So just in good prayer, request

  426. the light of the world to your workplace, and not just that, you

  427. know, to the cyberjaya. I think it's not just justin right, it's

  428. all of us here. You know. Jesus didn't say I am, it's

  429. just him being the light of the world. He says, you are the

  430. light of the world. Tell your neighbor that, then you are the light

  431. of the world. Amen. So we all need to do the work of

  432. God while it is day, all right, while there's still opportunity. Let's

  433. do it. Amen. Hey, we move on right. Having said these

  434. things, he's spit on the ground, anybody want to do a spit sound

  435. effect? Don't spit for real? Okay, all right? Anyway, uh

  436. and made mud with sliva. Oh that sounds gross, right, But apparently

  437. it wasn't that grows at that timeline. Okay, at the time, I

  438. think they didn't understand covid and sliver is all is not that disgusting at that

  439. time, Okay, so don't worry. In fact, at that time it

  440. is perceived more as like medicine, because Jesus is a rabbi. He's you

  441. know, it's not just anyone. So the gurus a rabbi. If they

  442. give you sliver that's precious okay, anyway, not not today la so but

  443. sometimes you know there pitching here when the sliver, the sliver showers blessing.

  444. Anyway, Now, then he anointed the man's eyes with the mud and said

  445. to him, go wash in the pool of siloam, which means sense.

  446. So he went and washed and came back seeing, Hey, I put the

  447. picture there like a pretty swimming pool. But obviously it wasn't that loud.

  448. Okay, I think according to the scholars it was murky water. Yeah,

  449. it wasn't clean, so but yeah, it was. It's also interesting that

  450. Jesus sent him to a place like that. Why because he cannot see what

  451. cannot see? Just go in? And then literally realized, so anyway,

  452. go wash in the pool. And you know how difficult was was it for

  453. the blind man to find the pool of siloan. He's like, I'm going

  454. to this pool, you know, the pool of siloam. And then everyone's

  455. like, what do you want to do there? I want to go inside?

  456. Are you sure that pool? So anyway, it was already a distance.

  457. It was a challenge, it was an effort. It was work for

  458. this blind man. It's extra effort because you can't see right, and his

  459. extra effort to work his way to get into the pool. Now I want

  460. to pause here. I want to talk about this. For a while.

  461. I mentioned discipleship just now right and now young people were saying, you know,

  462. when the camp now we need to do work. This is what it

  463. means here. You know, Jesus he could have put the mud on his

  464. eyes and like walla, done right, super fast. But why he has

  465. to do this now you go to the pool of Siluan, do your work,

  466. you know, work on this. Go and then first the guy has

  467. to obey, right, obey, and then he has to go and do

  468. his part. And then what what does that mean? It's faith's faith a

  469. man. So same thing here I want to say, you know, I

  470. mean you know we can uh say all right, as in the leaders,

  471. all right, your home leaders, the people who lead you will do their

  472. part, but you will have your part to play. And not only that,

  473. you know, leaders, I want to encourage you, uh do discipleship

  474. right, lead, give instructions. You know. For example, we were

  475. saying about the drums okay or the music all right, Uh, it's easy

  476. to just go like okay, play everyone, just play. But when we

  477. when we see when we let's say, there's mistakes being done, the nice

  478. thing is to leave it. It's okay, let it be all right,

  479. but actually we should talk about it. Leaders will say, hey, just

  480. now you play too fast. Maybe we need to keep the beat because saying

  481. that it's discipleship. All right, this morning O will x TV. Guys.

  482. They were very nice. They don't want it to be too silent.

  483. They played music okay. But then I went to them and said, hey,

  484. what do we play the mission song that we heard the admissions conference?

  485. And then they're like, okay, okay, they search for it. They

  486. played it all right. There's a lot of things that I would like to

  487. say, all right, but uh, maybe not all I want to go.

  488. But you know, uh, disciples ship is very important. You know.

  489. For example, the young people that I spoke to, he said,

  490. I'm baptized by the Holy Spirit, but I'm still following the other faith.

  491. Eventually, I need to sit down this guy and say, guys, you

  492. can't you can't be doing that all right, because yeah, let's let's let

  493. let's look to the Bible, all right. So we need to speak,

  494. we need to lead, and we need to share with them, you know,

  495. and disciple do discipleship, amen, because if there is no discipleship,

  496. then what are we doing? What are we doing? I was just sharing

  497. with our leaders yesterday. You know, I'm part of this group in church.

  498. We call it new song, new song, and and that's why I'm

  499. passionate. Hey put up our own song. I you know, I know

  500. it's not doesn't sound as great likes sometimes you know, as you know,

  501. stuff that you listen to, but it's our own song. We're trying to

  502. push that. We're trying to promote that. So anyway, when we are

  503. part of new Song, you know, if you sat down for an interview

  504. and go like, hey, what is new song, new song? What

  505. we do is we write new songs, all right, We write new songs,

  506. okay, and then we'll go with like the next question probably is what

  507. are these songs for? Right? There are many ways you can answer that.

  508. Maybe a possible answer is I want to sound as good as all these

  509. other churches and nothing wrong with that. We should like we should sound at

  510. least the quality should be there. Right. So, but is that my

  511. aim is that our aim for new song? Definitely not? Right? We

  512. I sat now with past Acada before and he spoke to us and because we

  513. were just doing this right thing. So and we love it because it's so

  514. cool, right, writing songs, so creative and you get to like play

  515. your own stuff. And we did the recording when the studio and things that

  516. were like living the like rock star life, you know, like it felt

  517. like that, okay, And then Pass kind of sat down with us and

  518. said the time Pasta Joel was around as well as say Pasta Joel wasn't Pasta

  519. Joel then, so, Joel Jack, the reason why we're doing this for

  520. uh, you know, recording the album, the only reason is for discipleship.

  521. That I didn't think about that at all in my mind because I thought

  522. that music, play music, record, fame, glamour, right, isn't

  523. at all that part of music. But I've never heard write songs record because

  524. it's discipleship. And so that that opened my mind a little bit. I

  525. started think about that a bit more. I am only doing this because of

  526. discipleship. What does that mean? When I write my song and I submitted

  527. and the team is there and even our past us there, we look at

  528. it and go like, Jack, what are you writing about? I know

  529. this words sound cool to sing, but it's not according to what the Bible

  530. says. And we go like okay, okay, okay, And maybe you're

  531. trying twik it, try and twicky it, trying twike it. In the

  532. end, the whole thing just doesn't work anymore. And uh uh, Joe

  533. will always like to say this, just chuck it now, just put it

  534. aside. And it's you know how painful that is anyone here? You You

  535. write stuff, you draw stuff, your artists, and people say it's not

  536. good enough, put it away. Yeah, you know how painful it is.

  537. Right you see your creation? You love it so beautiful in your mind.

  538. To you, it's so nice. But there's the truth. And people

  539. say it's not gonna work. Because it's not gonna work for worship. People

  540. are not going to sing it because they don't understand what you're writing about.

  541. And maybe sometimes it's even the tune is too difficult to catch. People will

  542. be staring at you, like, try to sing that song. So we

  543. talk like that, and we've come to this place even like yeah, we're

  544. ready, really does a work, we'll put it aside. Okay, doesn't

  545. mean we try everything. We'll always try to make it work, but then

  546. after that we'll put it aside. So that's what it means. Discip push

  547. it. Okay. So I want to say, you know, in our

  548. church here as well, Cyberjaya, everything we do homes a espresso x TV

  549. sound worship. It's all for discip push it because we're gonna talk about it,

  550. all right, And of course let's let's learn to speak nicely to one

  551. another. It doesn't mean you have to be rude, right, doesn't mean

  552. you have to insult anyone. But we tell the truth. Amen, okay,

  553. So go wash in the pool of siloa, Jesus said, and what

  554. did he do? This blind man obeyed and he went hallelujah. And that's

  555. where he got his miracle. Next slide. So the neighbors and those who

  556. had seen him before as a beggar was saying, is this not the man

  557. who used to sit and beg Some said it is he. Others said no,

  558. but he is like him. He kept saying, I am the man.

  559. So you know, when your life has been transformed, it's it's unrecognizable,

  560. right because you were an old, old person. But you are a

  561. person. You know what I'm talking about. The old you were living in

  562. the old and so now you are new. You were blind. Now you

  563. see and people go like, is this the right person? Okay, And

  564. they will see the testimony the glory and this is what exactly is Jesus Jesus

  565. talking about. They will see God's glory displayed in him, right, and

  566. they will find it hard to believe, but the story will will come out

  567. by their testimony, by the example of their lives. Amen. Oh,

  568. I want to I want to tell you something before and I think I missed

  569. out. You know, Jesus, when he was presented with this problem,

  570. what could he do? He say, Okay, there's a blind guy,

  571. and because he is the son of God, the best thing he could do,

  572. everyone say best. The best thing he could do was to heal the

  573. guy. He can't do any less than that, right, Because in my

  574. mind sometimes I go like, yell, of course, that you're Jesus,

  575. that you can heal that. Right? Then I can't, right, I

  576. mean I can't yet. I'm not confident to touch anyone put the mud on

  577. the guy his eye and make sure he's healed. I can't. But Jesus

  578. was very sure about that, and that was his best Everyone say best.

  579. So on the courageous here, what is your best? What is your best?

  580. Yeah, you can spit and put mud and heal someone's eye yet,

  581. but there's the best. You have a best, he son of God,

  582. and he can't give any less. Then heal the guy because if he did

  583. anything less, he's not giving his best. Amen. Amen, So he

  584. gave his best, his son of God. He does a healing. But

  585. we we see a problem, right, remember again, right, you see

  586. a problems your neighbor. Look at a neighbor again, see a problem?

  587. Right? You see the opportunity, see the opportunity to for God's work to

  588. be displayed. Now, what's your best? What's your best that you can

  589. give? Okay, you're not son of God like Jesus right in a sense,

  590. right, you are child God. Right, you're not confident to take

  591. mud and spin and heal someone's eye yet, but you have a best.

  592. So what is your best? Let's give the best? Right? When we

  593. come up here and we're playing and we're doing that, what is the best?

  594. Right we go to homes? Right? Can can be? Can can

  595. it be? Going early? Is the best? Early to homes? Appearing

  596. early being and saying can I support you? Christine. All right, see

  597. why nine? Right? Can I support you? Elaine? Right? Can

  598. I support you Olivia? Andrew? Can that be the best? Just being

  599. early, to be there to be a support and not only that, maybe

  600. night before so Texan. Anything I can do? Yeah? Can I bring

  601. something I love? See why three? See why four? See why three?

  602. So I'm sure it does the same thing. Everyone brings something, right,

  603. they try, they try, they try. Even if you don't bring

  604. it's okay, I'm not I'm not hinting here to say you're police brings something,

  605. but I'm just telling about what I've seen. Right, everyone brings something,

  606. even if a small thing, even a small thing, they try,

  607. they try to bring something. It's amazing. And the food that a big

  608. parties like, you know, it's like the five lows and two fish become

  609. fift five thousand, you know, they're kind of feeling. And after that

  610. people will bring back food, you know, to the house some more.

  611. It's too much praise God. Yeah, So that's what I mean. What's

  612. your best? Right? You can't do mud magic yet, but you have

  613. a best. So don't give any less than that. Because you give any

  614. lesson that, you're not being yourself you're not being who God wants you to

  615. be a man. Hallelujah. All right. So so I think we're we're

  616. kind of done here. The next one, so they said to him,

  617. then how your eyes opened? He answered, the man called Jesus made mud

  618. and anointed my eyes. Said to me go to Siluan and wash. Well.

  619. This guy tells the full story, say, I went to Siloam as

  620. well. Okay, so I went and washed and received my side. Hallelujah,

  621. Praise God. All right, so he recognized less recognize the Jesus,

  622. the man called Jesus, who will bring about transformation in all our lives.

  623. Amen. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more information on
