  1. You're listening to a message to go from at church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. I did this before. I was doing a

  3. part one of this the Way of Heaven on Earth, all right, focusing

  4. on John chapter twelve, towards the finishing line. So now we are continuing

  5. chapter twelve, right, and adults, you guys are doing okay, right,

  6. There's a bit of a background sound here and there, but we can

  7. tune in, right, tune in, We tune in. And parents,

  8. you want to assure you. I know sometimes when we hear the children and

  9. then we get the look, right like, it's just a natural start first

  10. reaction. But we are all very gracious and merciful and we actually we love

  11. all our children. So it's okay a little bit of sound sometimes, but

  12. then we will say, hey, a right, tone down, calm down,

  13. let's listen. Okay, it's all part of our or learning together.

  14. Thank your parents for your help. Now were we now? Okay, we're

  15. gonna start with background so that I sorry when I jumped straight into it.

  16. So you know the first part of chapter twelve already, all right, Jesus

  17. Before that, Jesus raised who from the dead, Lazarus. You know,

  18. that's an amazing thing. If you heard someone raise someone from the dead,

  19. you want to find out. You want to google this, like what happened

  20. there? You know what an amazing I just I'm hearing. I need to

  21. see it for myself. I need to go meet this person if I can.

  22. So you know, everyone is trying to meet Lazarus and also of course

  23. Jesus because this is an amazing thing that just happened. It's kind of unbelievable,

  24. all right, So they had to just check it for themselves. So

  25. so chapter twelve is Jesus was with Lazarus. They were having a party,

  26. sort of party because you know, if you saw someone resurrect or you know,

  27. if someone in your in your life died and God resurrected, you would

  28. throw a party, right, So they were throwing a party in chapter twelve,

  29. and then there's a few other things, but basically it was six days

  30. before pass over. Everyone says, pass Over, pass over, what's that?

  31. It's a big celebration. It's a big celebration. If you remember Moses,

  32. the story of Moses. Right, God passed over the Israelites right and

  33. didn't kill them, but he attacked the Egyptians instead, right, So passed

  34. over is what that means. That so there's a big celebration. They want

  35. to commemorate and remember what God has done. And so this was passed over.

  36. And what happened was Jesus was heading towards there and because you were so

  37. actually so famous already because of what he has done, you know, especially

  38. the resurrection miracle, so everyone's ready to welcome and said this, this guy

  39. is our savior, he's the king. But you know, they had an

  40. idea of who the king and Messiah should be. You know, they're thinking

  41. of this guy is gonna liberate them right now from the Romans and things like

  42. that. But Jesus purposely found a donkey and rode on a donkey instead,

  43. and because the wonderful military warrior should be on a white horse right to fight

  44. the Romans. But then he comes in a donkey and they're like, yeh,

  45. you know, they're welcoming. I think they always like shocked, like

  46. what's this guy on a donkey? Right, But it's also prophetic because it

  47. was found. It's found in the scriptures right in the Old Testament. But

  48. Jesus wanted to show this is how you be a king. This is how

  49. you be a king with humility, with humility. Of course, this morning

  50. we prayed, you know, for Malaysia. Our our Agum is going to

  51. pass on the power, you know, to the next agon. And I

  52. heard that when he gave his speech he was in tears. I think I

  53. think he did well. Right. If I am able to ever see him,

  54. will thank him and say well done, thank you for doing such a

  55. good job. You know, with all the turmoil that happened in the nation,

  56. he uh actually brought some you know, some peace. But you know,

  57. we'll all say, I believe God put him there in power. And

  58. the next argum, I believe and we prayer so that you know God is

  59. in control. Amen. So anyway, how you be a king? And

  60. I would say this Agum kind of also gave that example humility. He was

  61. always down in the ground meeting with the people. He bought McDonald's for the

  62. journalists and things like that. So I was I quite respect this this guy,

  63. this Argum. So anyway, Jesus is the ultimate, you know,

  64. he showed how to be a king with humility. Now our jump now to

  65. the part where we can look at our screen and we're going to take notes

  66. right now. Okay, so pass over, going to Jerusalem. Right,

  67. So let's read this, okay, uh thinking, should we get our children

  68. to read? Should we get our children to read? Children, anybody wants

  69. to read? You like to read? Okay, let me get jud Havel

  70. come okay, all right, come read for us. Okay. Now,

  71. among those who went up to worship at the feast were some Greeks. So

  72. these came to Philip, who was from Birside at BIRTHSAIDA and Galilee and ask

  73. them, sir, we wish to see Jesus. Philip told I. Philip

  74. went and told Andrew Andrew Andrew Andrew, and Philip went and told Jesus,

  75. thank you, Judah. Right, So we just read that. And as

  76. I said, there's some words in bold, so children, you can write

  77. the words in bold instead of the whole thing. Right. So what we

  78. see here there were some Greeks. Greeks were not Jews Greeks, right,

  79. So many of the Greeks they believed in many their own gods. And so

  80. this is a very good sign to Jesus, because he's not the savior or

  81. only of the Jews. His savior of the world and so when the Greeks

  82. came to him, that was a sign that this is now time, because

  83. the world is coming to me. So anyway, the Greeks came, and

  84. what did they say? The words in bold, sir, we wish to

  85. see Jesus. Hey, the Greeks whether to see Jesus. Right, and

  86. then what happened? This guy called Philip, and there was Andrew. Andrew.

  87. Andrew's name is here again, right, Andrew's this guy. I think

  88. he was the one who was related to the Five Loaves and two fish,

  89. right he you know, yeah, he found a guy. So it's very

  90. resourceful. He's always connecting someone. He's always connecting someone to Jesus. So

  91. he's connecting someone to Jesus. Andrew's name is there again, connecting the Greeks

  92. to Jesus. Right, and then, very interesting if I just found out

  93. the meaning of the word of the name Philip. I didn't find out the

  94. name of Andrew yet, but Philip very interesting. Philip is a Greek name,

  95. right, the follow up, Jesus has a Greek name. So you

  96. know, many of us we are in a market place, we are in

  97. school, we're doing stuff that our friends are doing. Right, you're in

  98. the generation that your generation is in, and there's a reason for that.

  99. Just like Philip has a Greek name, right, and people related to that,

  100. and that's why the Greeks came to him, because they say, you

  101. must be Greek, right right, got a Greek name, all right,

  102. and so I don't know, maybe he spoke Greek as well and he was

  103. able to connect you see this who you are, all right? God has

  104. placed you there. You might have a very Chinese name, and you may

  105. not like it, but the Chinese people will love you, right, okay,

  106. or whatever it is that you go some you know, you look like

  107. someone from Maanma. You know, people say that of me sometimes when to

  108. Maandma. They love me right, so different things. Don't look down all

  109. right on how you look, what you're doing, your name, your background,

  110. because God has placed you there so that the people who can relate to

  111. that want to connect and then you can connect them to Jesus. But of

  112. course I found out the name of Philip. You know what it means A

  113. lover of horses? Does that mean again? Love of horses? Not so

  114. godly? But yeah, maybe maybe he has some godly meaning, but yeah,

  115. so anyway, it's a Greek name. Now let's move on. Okay,

  116. So here's the point. The Greeks were curious about Jesus. The Greeks

  117. wanted to see Jesus. I want to encourage us and challenge us. Are

  118. we always and continually curious about Jesus? Do we want to find out about

  119. Jesus? You know, when you like someone, you're curious. Right nowadays,

  120. I don't know, use Facebook or Instagram. You want to go and

  121. find out what they're doing on that social media. You want to find out

  122. what they like, what they're interested in. Right. When you are interested

  123. in someone, you go and dig for information. You kind of almost stalk

  124. them. Right. So are you curious about Jesus that you want to find

  125. out more what he likes, what pleases him? Amen? Right, So

  126. stay curious, stay curious about Jesus especially. You know, we all can

  127. be curious about many things. Are but you know, sometimes you're curious about

  128. things that lead us to danger. Right. I wonder if I stand in

  129. the middle of the road, what will happen? You're curious about things that

  130. don't give you benefit, that don't add value to your life. But please,

  131. if you want to be curious about anything. Be curious about Jesus,

  132. right, because he's going to give you life. He will not lead you

  133. to death. Amen. So let's tweak our curiosity to be curious about Jesus

  134. more than anything. If you're curious about Jesus, you will read the Bible.

  135. If you're curious about God, you will pray. Right, Maybe some

  136. of us are not reading the Bible and not praying, not interested about church

  137. so much because we're not curious about Jesus. We're curious about so many other

  138. things in our life. How do I make my first million? Right?

  139. How do I score all the a's only? Right? So, no,

  140. nothing wrong with that. Make your millions right? Make sure you tithe?

  141. Yeah, if you're a millionaire, tithe? Amen, it's good right,

  142. you know, give the missions okay, all right? If you if you

  143. score a's, use your brains for the Lord. Amen. Hey, nothing

  144. wrong with scoring age. Please do all right? Hallelujah. Didn't give glory

  145. to God, So be curious about what matters Jesus. Next one, So

  146. just now, what happened Andrew and Philip? Right, they were the connection

  147. to Jesus. Be let's be the connection to Jesus for our friends. They

  148. need someone to connect them to Jesus. All right, we're all thinking,

  149. hey, you know, Jesus is gonna come directly to this guy. Lie.

  150. You know, But that's that's why you're around. That's why you're still

  151. around, because Jesus wants to use you. God wants to use you.

  152. Continue to be the connection, always being ready to say, you know,

  153. when someone is curious, they want to know God, let's be ready to

  154. connect them. Say come, let me tell you more, Let me tell

  155. you about my story, let me tell you you know where to go on

  156. Sunday. Come to church. I want to. I want you to meet

  157. some of my friends. Let's get our friends connected to Jesus. Be the

  158. connection. Amen, Amen, hallelujah. All right. Next one, all

  159. right, we go back to the Bible. All right, let's get someone

  160. to read this again. This one. This one has two slides. Next

  161. young person. Next young person can be teens as a teenager, maybe teenager,

  162. teenager or matthis, matthis? You don't try, come Matthias A right,

  163. I know you can read. Come. Okay, you read one slight

  164. first? That then the next one who should read? Next? Okay?

  165. Eesra ah, his friend come come with Matthias. It churn and I don't

  166. want you to say no, no, no to me. Okay ah,

  167. okay, so matthis no okay, matthiss first light as your next light,

  168. and Jesus answer them. The hour has come for the son of men to

  169. be glorified. Truly, truly, I say to you. Unless a grain

  170. of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone. But if

  171. he dies, it bears my truit. Whoever loves his life loses it,

  172. and whoever hates his life in this world world, keep it for eternal life.

  173. If anyone serves me, he must follow me. And where I am

  174. there will be my servant, my servant be Also, if anyone serves me,

  175. the Father will honor me. I'm him. Thank you, Thank you,

  176. Mattheas and Ezra very good reading. Okay, sorry, just go back

  177. to the slight before so that they can write the words. Yeah, thank

  178. you, Frederick. Right, so we're talking about Jesus here all right,

  179. saying now it's time for me to be glorified. Listen, before this,

  180. he was going through, you know, going on the donkey and people are

  181. bowing down to him, and he doesn't count that as glory. You know,

  182. right, he said, now we need glorified just now. Wasn't glorified

  183. right, So to Jesus, that's not glory. He has another way,

  184. another version of glory. So he says, now it's the time to be

  185. glorified, right, And then he talks about a grain that needs to fall

  186. and die, right, because when something dies it bears much fruit. Talking

  187. about he's giving the idea of you know, seeds that when he's dead.

  188. Then you know, we're trying to plant the strawberry in our weather here?

  189. Haven't planted it? Are still there? All right? We just dried the

  190. seeds on it, right, the sort of strawberry much die, right,

  191. and it's dry. Then I was just left there for now. We haven't

  192. started planting it. But I'm not sure about the weather, are right.

  193. I just I googled it and strawberry needs to be below twenty four degrees of

  194. the weather, so we see how okay? Anyway, but you know Jesus

  195. thought about that and then the next light right, okay, so he says,

  196. here, whoever hates his life in this world, let's be careful this,

  197. all right. I don't think Jesus tell you to hate your life but

  198. to hate this life, the life in this world. Everyone say this world.

  199. I need to explain a bit more, but and then say, anyone

  200. who serves me must follow me. So first I wanted to talk about the

  201. glory fi the glory that Jesus talks about. Okay, he's talking about his

  202. death on the cross that to him is glory. You know, every time

  203. we sing a song, there's always this part glory, right, And uh,

  204. it's kind of a vague word. Sometimes say what does that mean?

  205. And what you know, what what do you picture in your mind? Actually

  206. you can picture this the death and the resurrection of Jesus. That's the that's

  207. glory, that's Jesus' version of glory because, uh, you know, when

  208. he came on to earth, you know, as a man, that was

  209. his mission to die for the sins of the world, to die for us

  210. so that we can be forgiven and we can come back to the Father.

  211. Right. And not only that, he didn't stay dead, he was resurrected.

  212. And so that's why there's so much glory in that. First, there's

  213. glory in him dying for us because no one else has done that for us,

  214. no one else will do that or even able is able to do that

  215. for us. No one can die for our sins except Jesus, and so

  216. that's why it's such a glorifying thing. You know, a god who is

  217. almighty comes down to earth to make the difference in our lives. Right,

  218. No one else can do that, all right, So that is powerful and

  219. it's all glory to him. And then the resurrection is the next glorifying event

  220. that Jesus did. No one is able to die and come back to life

  221. again resurrected like Jesus. So it's all powerful. And you know, you

  222. ever feel down, if you ever feel like I can't do this hopelessness,

  223. think about Jesus and the glory that he gives. You know, he forgives

  224. you, right, he heals you, and then he's resurrected. He's able

  225. to do all things. He is able to do all things, so you

  226. can you should never stay down because if you can call out to Jesus and

  227. cry out to him, he will save you. Amen. He is the

  228. one who saves hallelujah. And then he says here you know, uh,

  229. you know, whoever loves his life will lose it, and whoever hates his

  230. life in this world will keep it for eternal life. What does this mean?

  231. All? Right? This world? There's many cultures in this world.

  232. Cultures right, uh. And there are many things in this world, many

  233. practices in this world that actually does not go with what Heaven does, what

  234. Heaven is. It doesn't agree with Heaven. It doesn't agree with the Word

  235. of God. And we are living in this world and we see many of

  236. it, and many of the times we are influenced by it. Right.

  237. The way people talk, the stuff people watch, the way people handle relationships.

  238. They are doing all kinds of things, and you watch to think like,

  239. oh, yeah, that's how they get into relationship or that's how they

  240. get married or don't get married, and they still you know, carry on

  241. as if they are married, you know, so and you know nowadays,

  242. I mean I see that sometimes, you know, like I mean, something

  243. wrong with that, but you know, I do see like sometimes younger you

  244. know, preachers they say they try to go talk about kpe pop, they

  245. try to relate with the gen z a little bit more, and they have

  246. their lingo and things that I just I just don't get it now, Okay,

  247. I can't. I can't do the K pop stuff. I can't do

  248. the gen Z stuff, And I'm okay, I don't need to gen Z

  249. go ahead and do that. Okay, gen Z, go ahead, do

  250. that. Nothing wrong with the culture, nothing wrong with cape pop culture,

  251. nothing. But I don't have to get into it to try and relate to

  252. any of you, Okay, because why don't I do a bit more African

  253. stuff? Then? You know, like there's just too many cultures to try

  254. and get into. All right, I try it, I mean I but

  255. but you know this kingdom culture, amen. So kingdom culture you can never

  256. go wrong, Amen, because when you do kingdom culture, everyone relates to

  257. it. Everyone relates to it. Hallelujah. Amen. So not knocking down

  258. any culture, I just yeah, yeah, I don't need to get into

  259. too much of that, right hallelujah because you know who knows the next one?

  260. Then? K pop not famous anymore than what right a pop? A

  261. pop? African pop and pop Malaysian pop? Okay? Anyway, So,

  262. so I think I had a point before that, a point before that,

  263. keep carrying your cross, meaning Jesus said his version of glory is his death.

  264. Amen. So, and then he says, you know, if those

  265. who follow me, those who serve me, they follow me. So we

  266. do the same thing. We glory in our death on the cross. We

  267. glory in our death in Jesus. You know, you know, when when

  268. Jesus was nailed to the cross, we die together with him. Our old

  269. self has died and we are new. We are made new through Jesus.

  270. So we we do the same thing our Lord does. You know. Our

  271. glory is not in our positions. Our glory is not in just the way

  272. we you know, our credit, our work. You know, our glory

  273. is not in our in the results that we have. But our glory is

  274. in our death through Jesus. The old self has died, and we read

  275. a boast about those things. We boast about how our past was. You

  276. know, uh, you know how horrible our past was. But we thank

  277. God it is now past and we are new. We are made new.

  278. So we were we we we glory in our resurrection through Jesus. Hallelujah.

  279. That's a big change, right, It's a big change because many of us

  280. we have a past, and I think I understand that, like it's it's

  281. it's very nice to go back to the past. It's very nice to go

  282. back to our Our exis exes like, well, I remember, you know

  283. how we used to spend time like this. It is all right, but

  284. actually that's not not going to give you any life all right. In fact,

  285. it's gonna bring you down your past life, the way you were before.

  286. You know, I reminisced and the Sometimes you know, people say,

  287. you know, passa jack. He was a rocker. He used to have

  288. a band and stuff like that. Sometimes it feels good, like, yeah,

  289. I'm so cool. I'm so cool. You know, I was cooler

  290. than the cool people because I listened to obscure stuff and people don't listen.

  291. I've just always like you know, underground d D. You know, I

  292. want I can glory in those things, but something you know tells me stop

  293. it stop it. Don't glory in those things anymore. That's the past.

  294. More and more I read a glory uh in Jesus. You know, I'm

  295. okay. You know I'll speak in tongues. I will talk about Jesus even

  296. when people think it's not cool. I will continue to speak about Jesus.

  297. Amen. I rather. You know, last summer when I was, when

  298. I first became a pastor, I still don't know how to be a pastor.

  299. How should I be a pastor? You know? And because I had

  300. a way of dressing, you know, I want to look my my myself

  301. like you or my pastor. Look, how was a pastor's look nowadays?

  302. I'm okay, I'll look like a pastor. It's okay. I'm okay looking

  303. like a pastor, all right. And I don't have to look like a

  304. youth pastor. It's okay. I'm not knocking youth pasters. Youth pastors have

  305. a youth pastor look, okay, but I think they sort o care like

  306. more and more like how much can I keep up with the trend? Right?

  307. Take so much money, you know, to spend my fashion and things

  308. like that. All right, I'll just look like a Christian. I would

  309. just look like a pastor whatever pastor should look like, all right, And

  310. I'm just gonna pray for people. I'm just gonna, yeah, be how

  311. God wants me to be. Amen our glory and that our glory in Jesus

  312. more than anything, Hallelujah, every wondering. Okay, yeah, all right,

  313. So keep carrying across and then the next one will be foresake culture that

  314. leads us away from following Jesus. All right, don't hold on to those

  315. cultures too much. Yeah, all right, because that's gonna lead you away

  316. from Jesus, that's gonna lead you away from God. Right, be careful

  317. with the cultures that you practice, the way you work, the way you

  318. sometimes you know, it can be also very dangerous, right, like at

  319. the workplace, maybe even with family, especially with family sometimes you know,

  320. Chinese need is coming, you know, and and sometimes you feel like because

  321. you've been growing up and then these are let's say these are your parents,

  322. these are your grandparents, and they have a certain way they want you to

  323. do stuff. And if you know it goes against God, you got to

  324. learn to make a stand. You got to make a stand, all right,

  325. especially when you're becoming an a doubt. Okay, I know it's not

  326. easy. I know it's challenging, but I believe that the Holy Spirit will

  327. lead you and he will tell you how to behave how to speak. You

  328. know that it's still honoring. Please don't disrespect right, your parents, don't

  329. disrespect your grandparents. But and you can still honor them by still making a

  330. stand. You can still make a stand where you need to make a stand,

  331. and you can and still honor them all right, hallelujah. Let's move

  332. on, okay, fell more scripture to read? Who should read? Who

  333. should read? How about? Do we ever ask students to do this?

  334. Calla campus students? Come, campus students, caps students, volunteer, volunteer,

  335. volunteer? Which college is? Which is campus? Is the best?

  336. Again? You say the best? You need? You know? In Cybergaya,

  337. Limp going whoa welcome? Welcome to ex Cyber Limb Wing. We haven't

  338. had limb going for a long time. What's your namesh welcome? Let's see

  339. you like you're like the precious long gone Limb Go Wing student. And now

  340. Limp Go Wing is back. Many more to come, amen, please read

  341. for us. Now is my soul trouble? And what shall what shall I

  342. say? Father? Save me from from this hour? But for this purpose

  343. I have come to this one. Father, glorify my name. Then voice

  344. came from heaven. I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again,

  345. aymen? Anymore from lim going? Oh oh here you p right and

  346. liking not a student? Keith Keith, Keith, Keith, m m you

  347. Keith. Come all right, there's two more slight so this and then the

  348. next one. Then you choose the next one. You choose the next person.

  349. The crowd that stood there and heard it said that it had thundered.

  350. Others said, an angel has spoken to him. Jesus answered, this voice

  351. has come for your sake, not mine. Oh who is that, Chuck?

  352. You were chosen? You want right now is the judgment of this war.

  353. Now we'll be Now we will the ruler of this will be cast out,

  354. and I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw

  355. all people to myself. Ooh, nice voice, Thank you, Chuck.

  356. Okay, all right, So what did we read here? We rewind a

  357. little bit to the first part of the of this verse twenty seven. Thank

  358. you, Frederick. Okay, So for this purpose I have come, all

  359. right, these are the words you can write as well. Children. And

  360. then a voice came from heaven. Now, so Jesus says, here,

  361. this is the purpose I have come. This is the time now, and

  362. this is the reason I have come. I'm to die on the cross.

  363. And he says, Father, glorify your name. And then what happens next.

  364. We saw this one time right during the baptism of Jesus. Right,

  365. the voice from heaven the voice from heaven. How many of us you wish

  366. we could hear the voice from heaven? Right? Yeah, I wonder how

  367. that sounds like. But the voice from heaven came and confirms it and says,

  368. you know, I have glorified it and I will glorify it again.

  369. You know, many times we say, hey, why don't why don't God

  370. speak straight from heaven? And a day he does that. He's done it

  371. a few times straight from heaven speaking to people. But you know what's the

  372. response for people next night? Oh I think he's thunder. You know,

  373. they can't believe it. So that's why God doesn't always speak straight from heaven

  374. now, because what's you know, He's done it, but still people can't

  375. really take it. People can't take it all right, And that's why there's

  376. Andrew Philip, you know, can bring them to Jesus and like that.

  377. Okay, it's quite effective, so God knows better. So anyway, but

  378. then you know God has done it. God has spoken from heaven and he

  379. confirms it. You know, God wants to make it very clear to us

  380. about Jesus. He wants to make it so clear to us there is no

  381. confusion. It's not It's not difficult to understand Jesus coming to save you and

  382. me from our sin. It's not a difficult thing. And he makes it

  383. very clear with explanation after explanation, parables, the whole book printed out here

  384. like that, black and white. It's also clear. Yet so many people

  385. still are not believing, just like these guys, is ton is this book

  386. real? You know what testimony is that I don't know whtter? All right,

  387. thanks for sharing, but not sure it's still happening. Right, But

  388. God makes it very clear to us. I wan'll tell us that he doesn't

  389. leave us to you know, to be lost. He doesn't leave us in

  390. darkness. That is not our God. Our God is light, and he

  391. brings you know, clarity to our lives. He brings clarity to the way

  392. we are living as well. He brings clarity to our siner as well.

  393. It's whether we see it or not, amen, And he wants us to

  394. see it, and he wants to also help us to see. And so

  395. that's why there's people around you that He's sent to us. You know,

  396. He has provided so many things. You know nowadays, if you go on

  397. podcasts, you will see so many content on God. God is also encouraging

  398. his people to use technology. Right. Many times people say to me,

  399. well some sometimes they say, by pastor, you have no time for me,

  400. you have no time for me, You're leaving, you're not living in

  401. Cyberjaya, right, I say, what's that? Right? Well, what's

  402. that? Right? And then whether I'm busy or not, that's not for

  403. you to say, right. You always say too busy. How you know

  404. I'm busy? You don't live with me. You don't know my schedule.

  405. And even if I'm busy, I'll tell you whether I'm busy, it's not

  406. for you to say, right. So I'm just I'm speeling on behalf of

  407. all leaders as well. Don't say they are busy with all right, you're

  408. judging them. Give them a chance. Then then they say, actually I'm

  409. busy, I don't talk to me. Then okay, okay, that's clear,

  410. all right said. But I'm sure none of our leaders will say don't

  411. ever talk to me? Right? They say, can I talk to you

  412. tomorrow? Right? Yeah? Give them a chance to answer. So uh,

  413. technology. So I'm just saying God wants it to be so clear to

  414. us that he loves you, he loves me he loves us, and he

  415. wants us saved, and he wants us to live the life that he wants

  416. us to live. Amen, that he has set for us. Hallelujah.

  417. So that's one very clear. I think that's one of the points. Yeah,

  418. Christ has come and God makes it clear to us. And the next

  419. one, oh, sorry, kids, you need some time to write.

  420. A. Christ has come and God makes it clear to us through your parents,

  421. through your teachers. Right. Thank go for our executes teachers they teach

  422. you know, the children version of the good news to our children. Thank

  423. God for our teens reps who try and you know, make it relevant for

  424. our teenagers, right, and our campus team as well. Right, hallelujah.

  425. Now move on a. The glorified Christ calls us to himself. This

  426. is the part where we see the part you know of the scripture. I

  427. think the last verse. Can we get back to the last verse as well,

  428. Frederick, Right, And when I am lifted up from the earth,

  429. will draw all people to myself. All right, So we're talking about glory

  430. just now. The glorified Christ. When Jesus dies on the cross, he's

  431. lifted up on the cross. That's one he will draw people to himself.

  432. Why this story of Jesus dying on the cross is such an attractive story.

  433. You know, if you have not watched the movie The Passion of the Christ,

  434. I think it's one of the best things to watch in your lifetime.

  435. Rights, it's all there, right, it's all the emotions, all the

  436. feelings, and all the drama is there. The story is such a strong,

  437. story, powerful story of you know, a hero that comes to save

  438. us, who is in the form of Jesus. Right, and well,

  439. okay, sorry, So the cross lifted up is one thing, and of

  440. course then he's raised up right, he ascended from earth to heaven, and

  441. that's him being exalted, and it's another exaltation, another lifting up, lifting

  442. up glorifying and he says, here, when I am lifted up from the

  443. earth, will draw all people to myself. Do you know that this story

  444. is so attractive that but sometimes many of us don't even We doubt it,

  445. We doubt how interesting and how attractive this story is. That we sometimes hide

  446. it. But we need to stop hiding it. We need to bring it

  447. out and we need to share it because it's such an interesting story. You

  448. know, a lot of people actually want to know a lot of people need

  449. to know, they actually want to know. And I've heard also before.

  450. You know, some people tell the Christians, hey, why didn't you tell

  451. me before? There's such a what took you so long to tell me about

  452. Jesus. So let's not look down on the story that we have that's so

  453. powerful. Let's tell the story. You know, and many people they actually

  454. want to hear your testimony. We all got so many testimonies, and maybe

  455. we need to learn to share it. We need to write it down,

  456. share it, you know, because even preaching here, I need to practice

  457. it, how to say it out, how to speak it out. So

  458. the same thing you know testimony is, you know, share it and as

  459. you keep sharing, you're practicing, and you know, by the time when

  460. you know there's someone who needs to hear it, you are able to share

  461. it clearly to them of God's goodness in your life. Amen. So I

  462. wanted to say, I want to emphasize that. I think that's the last

  463. point. There no before that. Yeah, the glorified Christ calls us to

  464. himself. He it is a very attractive story that we can tell. Many

  465. people are longing to hear, you know, this powerful story God's goodness.

  466. Uh. And but but who's gonna tell Who's going to be the andrew in

  467. the Philip to lead them to Jesus, connect them to Jesus. Amen,

  468. it's us, right, point your neighbor, it's you, and say it's

  469. me, it's me. We are the ones who will tell about the powerful,

  470. attractive story of Jesus Christ. And finally, this children doing okay,

  471. a bit fast, okay, okay, okay, no worries. You just

  472. write what you can. I'm sure you are doing really well. I see

  473. a lot of words in your paper. Very good, okay, very very

  474. good. Did well. Now finally we've gotta close. I know today we

  475. will be a time for announcements and now we're here. So everyone doing okay,

  476. right, okay, let's finish this. Okay, one more one more

  477. person to read, one more person to read? Uh, praise can can

  478. you? Yeah? Praise can yay? Just two versons saying praise? Okay.

  479. So nevertheless, many, even of the authorities, believed in him,

  480. but for the fear of the Pharisees, they did not confess it so that

  481. they would not be put out of the Synago synagogue. Sorry, okay,

  482. So for they love the glory that comes from men more than the glory that

  483. comes from God. Amen, thank you, praise right? All right,

  484. okay, okay, yeah, So what is is talking about? Actually,

  485. many people believe, right, many people believe, even authorities believe. But

  486. they feared the Pharisees. They feared man, and they did not confess it,

  487. meaning they did not want to talk about it. They did not want

  488. to live it out. They didn't want to show their belief. Right.

  489. So because they had some you know, their life, and they had a

  490. life to live that Oh I got this life to live. I can't confess

  491. it. I can't show it otherwise my life will be damaged. All right.

  492. And it says here, well, there's a scary word here, they

  493. love the glory that comes from man more than the glory that comes from God.

  494. I want to encourage us here, friends, right, if you believe,

  495. we've got to live it out, you believe, you've got to confess

  496. it. If we believe, we've got to talk about it, we've got

  497. to share with others about Jesus that I believe in Jesus. I've got to

  498. live it out loud, right, I've got to tell someone I've gotta show

  499. it. I've gotta I don't know what it is, you know, my

  500. life has to show it. I've got to be praying, and people got

  501. to know I've been praying. I've got to be We're in my Bible and

  502. people know I read the Bible. I've gotta, you know, have testimonies

  503. and people know that I hear the Holy Spirit and he leads me. Otherwise,

  504. it's equivalent to they're afraid that they're going to be put out the synagogue,

  505. they're gonna put out their jobs, they're gonna be put out of their

  506. school, they're going to be put out, you know, by their family

  507. because they feared man. So it's actually one or the other. It's actually

  508. one or the other. If you say you believe, but you don't confess

  509. it and you don't live it out, it's as good as that we're fearing

  510. man because we're afraid. Oh, well, they be offended, you know,

  511. will they you know, be uncomfortable. And so I don't say,

  512. I don't speak it. I don't share because I don't offend someone. But

  513. no, nobody's asking to offend anyone. Share it. Yeah, they want

  514. to get offended. I can't help it. I can't help it, all

  515. right. I'm not offending you. I'm not doing it on purpose to offend

  516. you. I'm not trying to attack you. But it is offensive. It's

  517. not easy, you know, you know, like like when you have to

  518. I don't know how many of your bosses here and you have to and you

  519. have to. You know, someone is not doing well at the workplace and

  520. maybe they're stealing money or whatever it is, and you have to, you

  521. know, given warning and things like that, and you have to tell them

  522. to leave. It's never nice, but you got to do it right.

  523. So some things are not nice. But I need to tell you because it's

  524. the truth. I need to reveal it to you. Otherwise I'm hiding from

  525. you. I'm lying to you, and you will never know the truth and

  526. you will never be set free. So we need to tell the truth.

  527. We need to speak the truth to people. They need to know it.

  528. And you know, actually, many people will love it. Many people will

  529. love Jesus because there's no one so amazing like him. Amen, He's so

  530. amazing. His parables itself is so amazing. Just shares with someone the parables

  531. of Jesus, they will be so amazed. It's such a beautiful I mean

  532. his words are so beautiful. Hallelujah. All right. And then so that's

  533. the point there. The point is hide it and give glory to man like,

  534. confess it and give glory to God. So what are we going to

  535. do. We're going to hide it or we're going to confess it not I

  536. mean yes, with our mouths, but also with our lives, with our

  537. examples. Amen. We hope you've been blessed by this. For more information
