  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. I'm going to talk about taking ownership, taking ownership of revival,

  4. taking ownership of revival. So you know, revival. We've been

  5. talking about revival. But of course the last two weeks

  6. we've been talking about fasting, right, prayer and fasting. And

  7. I really loved what both the speakers who spoke on

  8. fasting and prayer, they did really well, Doctor Jill and

  9. also Profbology. All right, so they spoke about fasting and

  10. we are still fasting and still praying because fasting, we're

  11. not prayer is just a diet, right, it's just a strike.

  12. But we're not doing a strike, all right. We are

  13. fasting and we are we're seeking God. And I yeah,

  14. I really this time around, for me at least, I

  15. feel really such a connection, you know, with the Holy Spirit.

  16. Even the fasting is going really well. I want to

  17. be honest with you. Even past fasting, you know, uh,

  18. is I struggle a little bit meaning and the temptation

  19. to eat and to cheat, you know, is there. And uh,

  20. the prayer part also, you know, it's on and off.

  21. But this time around, I wanna. I just want to

  22. I just want to praise God. It's a testimony. You

  23. know that the fasting has been supernatural. Uh, you know,

  24. the seeking the Lord and reading the Bible. Uh and uh,

  25. thank I'm thankful for the messages that came from our

  26. speakers that really encourage us. And uh it really also

  27. just motivated us to keep going and to do it

  28. for the Lord and do it supernaturally. So the fast

  29. thing a prayer has been going well. I hope it's

  30. also going well for all of you. Otherwise, there's a

  31. few more days. Just keep going, do it supernaturally. Don't

  32. fast out of your own strength, all right, Fast in

  33. the Lord, fast depending on him. Otherwise, like Balaji said,

  34. it's just a strike. You're like as if you're saying God,

  35. do this or else, that's not going to happen. All right.

  36. God is God. We are never God, and we cannot

  37. strike against God and he will never we will never

  38. twist his arm. Amen. All right, So let's let's please

  39. let's look for let's seek Him in our fast thing.

  40. But today right now I want to talk about we

  41. were going back to revival, all right. So the title

  42. taking ownership of revival. When we think about revival, if

  43. you look into the history of revivals that happened around

  44. the world. Uh uh, there's some similarity similarities, all right, People,

  45. you know, all of a sudden go together. They want

  46. to go to church, they want to worship the Lord,

  47. they want to hear the word of God. And sometimes

  48. it gets a little bit messy, all right, because first

  49. of all, I think stuff like the church will have

  50. no space. Everybody suddenly wants to come to church. There's

  51. not enough chairs, no people maybe sitting on the floors.

  52. So it gets a little bit disorganized, you know, but

  53. it's a good problem. Just that. Uh, there's there's this

  54. now like a kind of like an update, an update

  55. about how we should handle revival. You know, Revival is great,

  56. and God wants to bring revival because he wants all

  57. to be saved. He wants all to know, all right.

  58. That's why we one or two years back we had

  59. this theme right that all may know, and that's because

  60. that's God's heart. He wants all to know. He wants

  61. all and the Bible also says that every knee will bow,

  62. every tongue confess, So he wants all. He wants to

  63. save all, He wants all to be in his house.

  64. So but we need to get ready. So that the

  65. key is we need to get ready. We need to

  66. take ownership of revival. Maybe all this time, the concept

  67. and the idea of revival is that you know, God,

  68. you do it, and let's see what happens. It's almost

  69. like that. But really God wants to partner with us

  70. when he brings revival. He wants us to be able

  71. to hold it. He wants us to be able to

  72. own it, all right. So today's word I want to

  73. bring to you is on that taking ownership, all right.

  74. When more people come, we should be able to handle

  75. that because maybe in the past there's always been one

  76. person who's the leader, one person who's the pastor one

  77. person who's the shepherd. But today, even in ext church,

  78. we have homes leaders. In ex church, we have shepherds.

  79. We have more pastors, all right, and every one of

  80. us we are partners. Everyone say partners. Partners meaning you

  81. are not just a you know, you are not just

  82. a spectator. When you're a partner, you take part. You

  83. are active. You're not just here and watching. You're not

  84. an audience only. Right. So for example, if let's say

  85. one hundred more people suddenly wants to come to church.

  86. Each and every one of us need to take one

  87. of them and make disciples of them. So therefore we

  88. need to get ready and we need to start doing

  89. discipleship with our own lives, because if God wants to

  90. bring revival, he's kind of like sometimes waiting. Go like,

  91. are you guys ready if I bring one hundred more,

  92. are you able to at least manage that one right

  93. and disciple them and teach them and speak to them

  94. and pray with them? All right? So discipleship is one

  95. of those things that are a key to revival. Amen, Okay,

  96. let's move on. So what does ownership look like? Oh?

  97. I have to put food for you on a fasting time? Okay,

  98. but what does ownership look like? So? I put a

  99. dish here because I want to share with you a

  100. little bit of an experience that I had just a

  101. few days ago. Okay, I had, you know, me and

  102. Jill we decided to go for a date. All right, yeah, hallelujah.

  103. All right, it's been a while. And actually she was

  104. the one, she's who said, hey, can we go somewhere

  105. this Friday? For you know, for a date. I'm like,

  106. should have been me, I should have been one asking.

  107. But then she said, let the kids stay home. They're

  108. gonna you know, we order some food for them and

  109. let's go. Okay. So I said immediately, yeah, sure, you know,

  110. because yeah, I thought I should have been one asking.

  111. But don't worry, okay. She she she's such a kind lady,

  112. all right, and she understands. I've been very busy with

  113. this whole master's thing. Uh and work, right, and we

  114. had open day for Victory Academy uh and yeah, just

  115. a lot of things. So anyway, we went to this

  116. place because I thought, and so I almost left it

  117. to her to even plan the whole thing. So but

  118. I I stopped there and I said, no, let me

  119. plan it, all right, let me plan it. At least

  120. I found a place. I found a place where we

  121. could go. I said, okay, don't worrybory it there. Let

  122. me settle that, all right. So, man, we gotta take leadership, right,

  123. We gotta lead the way, although sometimes you don't feel

  124. like it, but just do it, all right, Guys, Okay, married,

  125. not married? You when you're going to get married, okay,

  126. when you want to, when you want to go for

  127. a day, you want to you want to meet a lady?

  128. Lead the way, right, Okay, don't let the ladies take charge,

  129. all right, because they can. They are very good at that.

  130. So you must really step front first, okay, all right,

  131. So I at least took that. I planned it, and

  132. I said, Then she asked where are we going? I said,

  133. you want it to be a surprise, all right. Then

  134. she's like, okay, sure, all right, so we go to

  135. race place. So we finally arrived to this place. All right.

  136. So this place is for the longest time I've seen it. Okay,

  137. I've seen it around for the longest time, and when

  138. I look at it, I don't feel like stepping into

  139. it because it's called Chameleon. Who goes to a restaurant

  140. called Chameleon? All right? Like what your lizards there or something?

  141. All right? So so as I googled it, I saw

  142. a picture. He standard good, all right, So that's why

  143. I decided to go. So we went there, and uh,

  144. there's the reason why it's called Kamelion because they say

  145. their food is colorful and they changed them men you

  146. like two months once, so you can check out Chameleon.

  147. It's not too expensive. Also, it's okay, okay, all right.

  148. So anyway, this dish all right that Jill ordered. Jill ordered,

  149. this dish is a fish, all right, it's a fish.

  150. I think it's barra mundy b how you call it

  151. bara mundy fish? Okay, and look at it. Look at it.

  152. It's so colorful. It really is so colorful. And so

  153. the owner was so passionate. And uh, this is what

  154. I mean by ownership, like she really took ownership. There's

  155. two of them, the husband and wife. With the wife

  156. was the one taking orders. And as she come to

  157. she came to take orders, she was really explaining everything,

  158. uh you know, not everything like it's too long, but

  159. she explained the recommended stuff. And she she's saying, all

  160. our ingredients, you know, is uh natural, Uh, we make

  161. it all ourselves from scratch, even the sauces, you know.

  162. And she will explain the sauce in the middle, you know,

  163. in that bowl, that white sauce for the fish. They

  164. take the fish bone and they boil and they take

  165. that liquid and then make a sauce out of it,

  166. and those colorful things that it's all different, different puries

  167. and stuff to compliment with the dish and whole We

  168. were so amazed just listening to all that story. Okay,

  169. hey guys, all right, we'll see you there and can

  170. all right anyway, so uh and so she explained, and

  171. then she said, you know, but really all our dish

  172. we have a story. We have a story. And then

  173. she didn't talk too much, right, but she let us

  174. enjoy and even the drinks. All right, the teach they

  175. concocted it themselves, how they you know, they arranged how

  176. they want it to be, the ingredients. It's amazing. It's amazing.

  177. And the word you know then Jill was I want

  178. to say, oh, they really have ownership of this whole thing,

  179. and so you know, and all the dishes different, so

  180. different things we tried there. It was amazing and they

  181. really take ownership and them by the time we met

  182. the husband who is the main chef, all right, he

  183. he came and explained and he talked a lot more.

  184. He explained about his pass and the branches they start

  185. that before and how they've failed and everything. Testimonies. Okay,

  186. but we found it. They're not Christiana. But anyway, but

  187. the hell of stories. But but what I wanted to

  188. point out here is I saw ownership, passion curating things

  189. themselves that you know, I don't want to copy anyone here.

  190. The husband even said, you know, I had to fire

  191. one chef once because he bought cream from the shop.

  192. So we don't buy cream. We make it like real ownership,

  193. like they really want original, right. So anyway, that's what

  194. I wanted to say. You know, I hope you catch

  195. something here. Can you imagine? Can you imagine if we

  196. took ownership. I'm sure we all do, and I see it.

  197. I see it in many of us here, all right.

  198. If we took a little bit more ownership of our

  199. relationship with God, all right? That this is mine. This

  200. is my relationship with my Lord, all right, it's not

  201. anyone else's. It's not I can't depend on someone else

  202. to have a relationship with Jesus, all right. If I

  203. took ownership of my own reading of the Bible, if

  204. I took ownership of prayer, if I took ownership of

  205. the church. This is my church, all right. This is

  206. not just their church. It's my church. We are here,

  207. we own this together, we take ownership of it, all right.

  208. Can you imagine how about let's say, not just the church.

  209. But you know, when you are at your work place,

  210. you take ownership of your job. This is my job.

  211. I've been given this job by God. All right. Yeah,

  212. things of course not perfect, and I don't like some

  213. things about it. But if you take ownership and you

  214. do things like that, rights, simply do ask your boss.

  215. Was all right? And you know, I think your boss

  216. can sense it that this person is like a son

  217. and a daughter of this company. Right, if you took

  218. ownership at school, in college of your course. I I

  219. was sharing this also in school, all right, and I

  220. said about subjects, about studies, if students took ownership of

  221. their math, mathematics, because you know, if you don't like it,

  222. you know you won't take ownership. It's like this, this

  223. is an alien this is uh, you know, uh illegal child.

  224. You know, I don't. I don't like this, all right.

  225. Mathematics is not part of me. That's that's that means

  226. you this is the opposite of ownership. You rejected. But

  227. if you took ownership, even though you don't like mathematics,

  228. you took ownership of you. Okay, it's already part of me.

  229. I accept it, I receive it, and I'm gonna own it.

  230. I'm going to own this math, and I'm gonna be

  231. an expert in an out of it, you will experience success.

  232. One of the Okay, ownership is a value. In the church,

  233. we have twelve plus one, twelve values plus one thirteen values.

  234. They call it twelve plus one one day we'll explain

  235. to you. But I think in a partnership class it's explained.

  236. I believe, all right. So if you join a partnership class,

  237. I think they will explain to you the values of

  238. the church. So one of the values is called ownership promoting.

  239. Ownership promoting. There's the word promoting there because when you

  240. take ownership, you will be promoted. There's promotion in ownership.

  241. You know, when you take ownership in your workplace, promotion

  242. will come. Promotion comes from the Lord. Right, amen. But

  243. if you don't take ownership, people who know this guy

  244. come to work, don't come to work, you know, do

  245. half way to work and stuff like that, and you go,

  246. how can I promote someone like that? Right? So ownership promoting,

  247. don't promote yourself, all right, don't wait for man to promote.

  248. You take ownership and promotion will come from the Lord. Amen. Okay,

  249. let's go on. I wanted to read to you from

  250. Jeremiah twenty nine one to fourteen. All right, So even

  251. as the Bible versus there, I suddenly remembered a few

  252. more things here about taking ownership. So like, can you imagine,

  253. you know, just a simple thing. Let's say like XTV,

  254. say the XTV. All right, what's an example of taking

  255. ownership of something like XTV? Right? Yeah, I'm not chill.

  256. I'm not saying anything about you guys, but I'm just saying,

  257. just imagine you know x TV. Right, if I take

  258. ownership of serving an XTV, I will make sure the

  259. spelling is correct because once it goes up there, it's

  260. on me, all right, because if I don't take ownership

  261. of it is it will be like yalla, who going

  262. to create the slide? All wrong? One? Not my problem,

  263. all right, But if i'm x TV, I'll be like

  264. checking and go like, hey, there's something wrong with this slide.

  265. Then I would tell the guy, of course, a your

  266. slide has mistakes, or if I can edit it, I'll edit.

  267. So that's that's an idea of ownership, all right. Uh?

  268. And uh, you know I saw today they were like, well,

  269. really pressing quite fast, you know, because they know if

  270. the slide doesn't come up, and if it's a newer song,

  271. people will be delayed in their singing and that's why

  272. they're Sometimes they're quiet because I don't know what to sing, right.

  273. So that's one idea of ownership. Let's take let's take

  274. musicians and Extreme for example ownership. All right, if you

  275. take ownership of extreme and worship and the song and

  276. the music, you will do your homework and check the

  277. song before Sunday, all right, what we normally do, what

  278. we have done before in Extreme will say, hey, guys,

  279. you can at least listen to the song, because if

  280. you don't listen to the recording of the song, you

  281. won't know what the lines are and how the song

  282. goes and so on Sunday. You're winging it. I know

  283. you're a pro musician, but even pro musicians can't wing

  284. it like that, all right, Okay, A pro musician that

  285. has done a lot of work life. That's why they're prob. Okay,

  286. But talk about musicians, talk about singers. If you own it,

  287. you will practice, you will train yourself, all right to

  288. improve on your skill. So that's ownership. Right, Okay, that's

  289. just just wanted to give a few examples. I'm sure

  290. there's so many other examples. You know. As a host,

  291. I will practice my smiles, I will practice my handshakes,

  292. I will dress up. You know, I'll make sure I'll

  293. invest in the clothing that's taking ownership. All right, So anyway,

  294. let's go to this verse right now. These are the

  295. words of the letter that Jeremiah the Prophets sent from

  296. Jerusalem to the surviving elders of the exiles, and to

  297. the priests the prophets and all the people whom Nabu

  298. Kanza had taken into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon. Next,

  299. i'll read verse three onwards. Yeah, the letter was sent

  300. by the hand of Ilasa, the son of Chaffan, and

  301. Gamma Raya, the son of Hilkia, whom Zada Kaya, king

  302. of Judah, sent to Babylon, to Nabuka, king of Babylon.

  303. It's said, thus says the Lord of Hosts, the God

  304. of Israel, to all the exiles whom I have sent

  305. into exile from Jerusalem to babyl This is the letter,

  306. all right, Okay, so positive for a while. It's there's

  307. they're being exiled, all right, that's been prophesied by Jeremiah,

  308. and they've been in denial, but finally this is happening.

  309. All right, they're being exiled and they and they get

  310. a letter from from Jeremiah. Okay, so send by Ilasa. Okay,

  311. Next slight, So what is this letter saying. This is

  312. a letter from the Lord. In fact, it's from the Lord.

  313. It says, build houses and live in them, plant gardens

  314. and eat their produce. Take wives and have sons and daughters.

  315. Take wives for your sons, and give your daughters in

  316. marriage that they may bear sons and daughters. Multiply there

  317. and do not decrease, Do not decrease. Hold on, okay,

  318. don't move on. First, the letter is given to these

  319. people being exiled to Babylon. They were in their home,

  320. you know, either Israel or yeah, I think you should

  321. be Israel, right, So they were moved out to Babylon,

  322. which is quite far away. And so this is instruction

  323. from the Lord on how to handle your situation. Because

  324. when you are exiled in Babelon, you're in an alien land.

  325. You are a land that you are not familiar with,

  326. and the food you're not used to the Maybe the

  327. climate and everything also has changed, all right, and the

  328. people definitely in the language. You feel really out of place.

  329. And sometimes many of us feel that way too. Where

  330. we are all right? So, but God is giving some clarity,

  331. some instruction of how you should live your lives from here,

  332. even though you're far away, even though you're not at home.

  333. You're at this place called baby long. I give you

  334. some steps, some instructions what you should do. And this

  335. is when I read it, I feel quite comforted. If

  336. I was one of them, you know, I'll be like, oh, okay,

  337. this is what I should do. All right, Eat plant eat.

  338. Get married. I can still get married, thank god, I

  339. can still have children because right, and you get married

  340. and you have children, there's joy, it's happiness, all right,

  341. and you can see your next generation still multiplying. Right.

  342. And this is to not decrease, because sometimes people get depressed,

  343. right when they get kicked out of their place and

  344. go like, oh why am I here as this place?

  345. I want to go home? I will I want I

  346. won't do anything now because I'm not at home. I'm

  347. not comfortable, all right. I will wait for the day

  348. I come home. By by the time. You're already older, right,

  349. maybe not able and stuff like that, But this is

  350. wisdom from the Lord. Don't decrease their keep multiplying. Okay,

  351. next light, but seek the welfare of the city where

  352. I have sent you into exile, and pray to the

  353. Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will

  354. find your welfare. So this is the next step. After

  355. you take care of your family. You make sure you

  356. are healthy, you eat well, You plant gardens because maybe

  357. you're not used to the food from those people there.

  358. Right that at least you plant your own gardens and

  359. you eat your and you can trust your food. Right.

  360. Then you take care of you, you raise your family

  361. and with that, now take care of the city. Take

  362. care of your surroundings. Make sure it's clean. How many

  363. of you here. You look at trash around in the

  364. street of Malaysia and you go like, it's okay, that's

  365. not my country. Let those Malaysians take care of it.

  366. Even the Malaysians are like, let whoever, let the foreigners

  367. take care Everyone is passing it to someone else to do. Right,

  368. But the word of the Lord tells us we take

  369. care of the city. It's not our city, it's not

  370. your city, but take care of it. Seek the welfare

  371. of the city where I have sent you, and pray

  372. to the Lord on his behalf. Don't curse it, bless it.

  373. Pray to the Lord on his behalf. You see a

  374. problem in the city, in the land, in the country,

  375. your community, at your workplace, you see a problem there,

  376. don't just complain about it. Don't just blame the people,

  377. all right, but pray for them. Pray. Pray for the situation,

  378. all right, because when you pray for a situation, we

  379. also change our view also changes, right, the negativity will

  380. change to hope. There's hope because we are looking to

  381. God for a change, right, And it says on his

  382. behalf and for it's for in its welfare you will

  383. find your welfare. So you want to be blessed. You

  384. bless the others. We be a blessing because when we

  385. are a blessing, the blessing comes back to us. That's

  386. what this word is saying. Amen. And so even here

  387. as I was reading this, I was reminded, and I

  388. believe you know, the Lord gave me the word on ownership.

  389. Taking ownership of where you are at. Okay, whatever you're doing,

  390. take ownership of it, take care of it, all right. Now,

  391. let's go on. So all right, we read on a

  392. for I know the plans I have for you, Declass

  393. the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to

  394. give you a hope, a future, and a hope. Then

  395. you will call upon me and come and pray to me,

  396. and I will hear you. All right anymore, you will

  397. seek me and find me. When you seek me with

  398. all your heart, I will be found by you, the

  399. Class the Lord, and I will restore your fortunes and

  400. gather you from all the nations and all the places

  401. where I have driven you, the Class the Lord, and

  402. I will bring you back to the place from which

  403. I sent you into exile. So yeah, initially, when we

  404. hear Jeremiah warn the people, it sounded really strong, right,

  405. and it says, you know, this is like punishment, punishment

  406. from the Lord. You guys have done it. You know

  407. you have you come to the end of it. You're

  408. gonna get a punishment. You're gonna get exile. But in

  409. this exile we see God's grace. It's God's grace that

  410. he put us into exile. It's God's grace that he

  411. puts us into punishment. It's actually training. It's training as

  412. they and you know he gave instructions as they do that.

  413. He says, Now when I you know what's the worse

  414. before I know the plans I have for you. It

  415. is for welfare, even through the punishment, even through the difficulty,

  416. it is for your welfare. It is for your good.

  417. So we thank God the suffering that we go through,

  418. the challenges and the difficulty that we go through, it

  419. is for our good. Amen. Tell your neighbor, it's for

  420. your good. It's for your good. The difficulty you go

  421. through is for your good that the Lord allows us

  422. to go through. Amen. Okay, let's go on. Let's go on. Okay.

  423. So how do you take ownership? How do you take ownership?

  424. All right of revival? How do you take ownership of

  425. your life? How do you take ownership of your relationship

  426. with the Lord? How do you take ownership of the church?

  427. Now I've got three letters for you. I've shed this

  428. in a VA chapel. Okay, but so see what do

  429. you remember? Okay? How do you take ownership? Number one

  430. starts we owe oh no one anything, oh no want

  431. anything except to right. I put money there, right, because

  432. we normally you know, it feels good, right, it feels

  433. good that people owe you stuff. He's got all me money,

  434. so the bank owes me money or you know, I

  435. love that. Sometimes you don't have your I don't know

  436. whether the non Malaysians here it applies. I don't think

  437. it applies to you. The Malaysians are we Sometimes I look,

  438. I just go to this website and checking out the

  439. unclaimed money. Have you heard on that they're suching you.

  440. I don't know. Maybe your country heavy as well, but Malaysia.

  441. Once in a while, after a few years, I just

  442. go to this website is a government website, and it's

  443. call is unclaimed money. Your own unclaim money. It's not

  444. other people's, okay. And when when I first discovered that thing,

  445. when I will a bit younger, I saw what I

  446. have so much unclaim money, and I tried to I

  447. tried to claim it. Wow, it wasn't easy. You need documentation,

  448. you need to fill in the form correctly, okay. And

  449. so I managed to claim back some money that I

  450. didn't know was left somewhere in some organizations and stuff

  451. like that. It's unclaim money. And so recently I just

  452. checked the gain. You got some unclaim money. Again, it's

  453. so interesting. So anyway, Malaysians, you can check out it's

  454. ego miss ego miss unclaim money. You might have some

  455. unclaim money from here and there. So anyway, it feels

  456. good that people owe you stuff, right owe you money,

  457. So you want to claim and you want to you

  458. want a lot over them, like, hey, you owe me,

  459. you know that they are. You owe me this favor.

  460. I did this for you, now you need to do

  461. this for me, right owing. But the Bible tells us

  462. all no one anything except what is it? That's a verse?

  463. All right? Romans thirteen eight, Oh, no one anything except

  464. to love each other. For the one who loves another

  465. has fulfilled the law. So you know what of God

  466. gives us the opposite? Don't make people owe you stuff,

  467. but you owe them nothing except to love them. Do

  468. you know how powerful? This is? All right? If we

  469. go by the you owe me mentality? For example, you're

  470. at at your workplace, Let's say this company owes me stuff.

  471. I've done so much work for them. They owe me

  472. more money. They owe me, you know, to treat me

  473. very nice. They owe me a snack back corner Why

  474. has they Why have they not set up a snack

  475. bark corner? I heard about companies like Isaiah's company. They

  476. have a room of food. How come my company doesn't

  477. have even one snack bar. They owe me, they owe

  478. us our, They owe their workers this favor. If you

  479. work that way, you'll be like, oh, haven't set up bar.

  480. I won't do anything, Okay, I just do a bit.

  481. After that, I'll be relaxing. I'll be surfing because I

  482. am only doing what you pay me for. You pay

  483. me so little. I do this much. That's the you

  484. owe me mentality. But if I owe you, I owe

  485. you nothing but to love one another. If you applied

  486. to even your company, this company, I thank god they

  487. hired me. Yeah, they don't have a snack by yet

  488. and they may not even ever have it, But thank

  489. you for hiring me. I owe it to you to

  490. do my best. I owe it to you to this boss,

  491. I owe it to this company. They hired me, they're

  492. willing to hire me. I owe it to them to

  493. keep my very best. Can you imagine how wonderful that's

  494. gonna be? Your your bosses will notice that. And this

  495. guy you know doesn't demand stuff from from us and

  496. I just want to promote this guy man because this

  497. is this is manager boss material man. They will work

  498. with whatever they have. This is this is the I

  499. owe you nothing except to love, amen, And we do

  500. that to the church in this church. While no, don't

  501. even use the led screen word. What projection? Can at

  502. least go too? Just go on? Only all right? What

  503. sound system is this? There's no what do you call artist?

  504. Olivia was a sound uh guy guy sound sound woman.

  505. Last time she was in the sound team, so she knows. No, no,

  506. some I can't feel the base man feel that this

  507. church they owe me something, they owe me something. How

  508. come the message like that? Only can it be deeper?

  509. Not right? So they owe me something? That that you

  510. owe me something, that's that's the But if if it's

  511. not that, if it's I owe you nothing except to

  512. love you, I owe you nothing except to love you

  513. in the church. I want to play my part. I

  514. want to play my part. I've got something I need

  515. to give, I need to do something. Amen. Country nation

  516. can apply to so many things, this country. What you know?

  517. Why is this always it like that? Why is so

  518. little holidays? Already? So many holidays? Okay, why's too many holidays?

  519. All right? So we can go on and on right

  520. in the complaign, what you owe me something? But I

  521. thank God for this powerful word from the Bible says, oh,

  522. no one anything except to love one another. So how

  523. to take ownership? Firstus that oh oh no want anything

  524. except to love? Number two w work? Ownership is work,

  525. all right? If you want to take ownership of revival,

  526. there's work. There's data basis to set up, all right,

  527. There's documents to prepare, there's practice to be done. There's

  528. dressing up. You know, Liza is one of our newer chairpersons,

  529. all right, and she's right, she's stepping up to be

  530. a chatperson. There's work involved, there's children to be raised.

  531. It's work. And you can't just do any work, right,

  532. It has to be hard work. It's hard work. Marriage

  533. is hard work. You want to take ownership of your marriage?

  534. Works involved, like what I tried to do. At least,

  535. I say, I say, never mind, you already did your partner,

  536. You're already at least initiated to have a date. I

  537. will now take ownership and organize it and drive us

  538. there and pay for it. It's work, all right, And

  539. it's hard work. And not just hard work, but hard

  540. work as a son or a daughter of the house.

  541. Imagine if you acted a little bit more like a

  542. son or a daughter in your school, in your company,

  543. right in your family. Some of you are sons and noted,

  544. but don't act like Sun and not right meaning where

  545. he says sun and daughter, it's not just as a child,

  546. but as an heir, an heir to the throne, and

  547. heir to the business, and heir to the family you represent.

  548. So work, Okay, next night there, right, Let's look at

  549. the Bible verse John chapter ten ten to fifteen. Okay,

  550. let's get okay we well, yeah, we won't read together

  551. this one. Don't worry, this one very long. Okay. The

  552. thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I

  553. came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.

  554. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down

  555. his life for the sheep. Next he who is hired

  556. Who is a hired hand and not a shepherd who

  557. does not own the sheep? Oh, you see that there

  558. does not own The sheep sees the wolf coming and

  559. leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them

  560. and scatters them. He flees because he's a hired hand

  561. and cares nothing for the sheep. I am the good shepherd.

  562. I know my own and my own know me, just

  563. as the Father knows me, and I know the Father,

  564. and I lay down my life for the sheep. So work,

  565. there's work, all right. We are not a highed hand.

  566. We're an heir. So this shepherd knows what he's doing.

  567. He will take care of the sheep. But the higher

  568. hand will be like again, no, you know, they owe

  569. me something, so he paid me only this much, So

  570. I'll only take care of this few sheep. The rest

  571. of them all the best, right, and I might not

  572. be there, so I'll go and have my tata hopefully

  573. when I come back. It's okay. This is right, half

  574. hearted work, right by a high hand. I don't care.

  575. And if the wolf come, sorry, all right, I've done

  576. my best. I've done my best. So can we work

  577. as a son and daughter like an heir to the kingdom.

  578. So we want to take ownership of revival. Let's own it.

  579. Let's be a son and daughter of the house of

  580. God firstly, all right, not a highed hand, not just

  581. a visitor. You can be visited on a few days.

  582. You can be a visitor for ten days, for ten sundays,

  583. visitor one, two three. Because you travel, you go. You

  584. know it's fine, welcome visitors, all right, But those of

  585. you you've been here many many sundays, you're no longer

  586. a visitor. You should no longer be a visitor. Right,

  587. so you need to make a decision. You make a

  588. choice to be a son or a daughter. Amen, Okay,

  589. moving on, they we're gonna end soon. Number the turn

  590. one and be near, not far. Just like the shepherd.

  591. He's near the sheep, all right. If he runs away,

  592. then he's father. Don't be far away, be near, don't

  593. be far away in your heart, don't be far away.

  594. Don't be distracted in your mind. All right. In church,

  595. you're in church. Be in church. Be present, a right,

  596. be present with what's going on. Okay. So when you

  597. when you respond, you know that's why our leaders here

  598. respond by the rest of you can respond. So it's

  599. not just for leaders. Huh. You can say yes, nobody's

  600. gonna say, why wait talking, I'm talking about you're talking.

  601. We won't do that. You can respond because it shows

  602. that you are here. You're here. Even if you just look,

  603. you're your eye contact, you're you're looking at the speaker,

  604. You're you're listening, all right, and you're trying to stay awake.

  605. That's good. Try to stay awake. Move, stand up because

  606. I'm here, I'm here. I'm a bit tired, I just

  607. came back from Philippines three am. But I'm here, I'm here,

  608. I'm near. That's how you take ownership. Amen, Slight. Deuteronomy

  609. thirty one US six. Be strong and courageous. Do not

  610. fear or be in trade of them, for it is

  611. the law. Your God, who goes with you, he will

  612. not leave you or forsake you. God is such a god,

  613. He's a god who is near. He will never leave

  614. us nor forsake us. Amen. So we can take that

  615. example and follow that all right, and be near, be

  616. near to your disciple, be near meaning can you can't

  617. be physically near all the time, but get in touch

  618. with them, all right? And and and the other way

  619. is so. It can't be just waiting for the leader

  620. to call you. You also can text back if you

  621. already have the number, then all right. Leaders won't simply

  622. give you number. Leaders won't simply give you number because

  623. they don't maybe they don't know who you are yet,

  624. and then you might, you know, pass the number to

  625. marketing or whatever. But all right, but if they know

  626. you already and they're willing to give you the number

  627. means they're also ready for you to text them call them.

  628. If they're really busy, they'll tell you, yeah, I'm busy

  629. for now, but can I meet you another time? All right?

  630. So it's not one way. My leader never called me,

  631. My leader never texts me. But you can take ownership

  632. and you can text your leader. You can call them

  633. and say can I can I talk to you? All right?

  634. And your leader trusts me will make time to meet

  635. with you, all right, because they want to be near you,

  636. so you also need to be near all right. The

  637. leader wants to be near you, but then you want

  638. to be far. Then it can't work. Yeah, so both

  639. both need to be near. Well, I'm not saying that

  640. sometimes leaders are we Yeah, okay, we can be near.

  641. I'm talking to myself, so all right, okay, don't be distant,

  642. don't be you know, your focus is here. Don't don't

  643. be distracted by other things outside there. I was telling

  644. the school, you know, the classes. Well, you know, if

  645. it's in math class, you want to own it. But

  646. your mind is on the game, you know, on the

  647. teachers teaching math. Of course you're far away, you're not

  648. near be in the class. Yeah. So anyway, I think

  649. we're almost done here. Let's all stand, let's all stand.

  650. I think we yeah, yeah, we'll wrap up right now.

  651. Harley Lujah. So we're here on our eighteenth birthday, and

  652. we want to take ownership. And we have been taking ownership.

  653. I see that in so many of us here, from

  654. from the ogs to the young ones and to the

  655. even to the children. We take ownership. And we can

  656. continue to do that. Take ownership of the House of

  657. God that he has given to us and the revival

  658. that he's sending to us. We are going to We're

  659. not going to just let it be and see how

  660. it goes and watch like an audience. But we're going

  661. to take part. We're going to be disciples. We're going

  662. to be partners of the Lord's revival in Cyberjaya, in

  663. Malaysia and in the in the world, in the world.

  664. This is our God. He is our God. Amen, this

  665. is our Church. These are my brothers and my sisters.

  666. I love this. I love it that we call God

  667. our father, our father. We don't call him some God

  668. somewhere somewhere, far out there. We don't call our people

  669. just fellow believers, but we call brothers and sisters. Amen.

  670. How good it is for brothers, for brethren to dwell

  671. together in unity. Amen. The whole Bible talks about taking ownership.

  672. Thank you Jesus.

  673. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
