ARE YOU READY TO MEET THE LORD?

Good evening. Welcome to voice in the Wilderness. I'm Don Noble of Pure

Heart Ministries, and I welcome you today with exceedingly abundantly and overflowing joy.

I am glad you're with me this evening. I will not be speaking about

the Seven Cities of Revelation tonight in light of what is occurring in the nation

of Israel. I felt extremely compelled to bring you a very sobering message today,

and that message is titled are you ready to Meet the Lord? There

is a scripture out of the Book of Joel, chapter three, verse sixteen

that I think is extremely appropriate for where we are today in the world,

and I want to read that to you. It says, the Lord also

shall roar out of Zion and utter his voice from Jerusalem, and the heavens

and the earth shall shake. But the Lord will be the hope of his

people and the strength of the children of Israel. So there is no doubt

that in the spirit realm Our Lord Jesus is uttering his voice from Jerusalem,

he is roaring out of Zion. And we know that right now the earth

is shaking when we watch the events unfold over in the Middle East. But

we have a sure word from the Lord that he will be the hope of

his people, that's you and I and the Jewish people, and he will

be strength to the children of Israel, and that's hope for them. Last

Saturday, most of you know, October seventh, at six thirty a m.

Jerusalem time, Israel was attacked by the terrorist organization Hamas during Shabbat,

when many Israelis stay home to observe the Sabbath. It was also the end

of the feast of Tabernacle, a particular day called Simkatora, and that is

a very joyous holiday in Israel. Unfortunately, it was a very horrendous day,

certainly not joyous. This attack came fifty years and one day ago after

the Yom Kippur War of nineteen seventy three, when Israel was attacked by Egypt

from the south and Syrian troops on the eastern border of Israel coming over the

Goland Heights. This attack was also a surprise because it occurred on Yam Kipur,

the holiest day of the year for Jews, when businesses are closed so

that the people can go to the synagogue. I have been in Israel on

Yamkipor, and I can tell you being in the Jewish section of that city,

it was erie. It is it was so quiet because they don't drive

their cars, the businesses are closed. It is just weird to be in

such a quiet place and nothing's moving. You don't see people walking around.

But on that day this was a massive Arab invasion. But within twenty four

hours Israeli troops had stemmed the Arab thrust and delivered a brutal counterattack. With

the help of US weapons and military aid, Israel was able to win the

roughly three week war. But Saturday, last Saturday, October seventh, Hamas

was able to breach the twenty foot high barbed wire galvanized steel fence with sensors

that completely surrounds the Gauza Strip in twenty different places. Let me just tell

you that there are actually two fences. The old fence that was built to

keep the people in that strip is still there. The old fence they never

tore down, so about twenty feet farther out, I believe it is.

I might not be that correct about that space, but they built a new

fence twenty feet high. So twenty different places that fence was breached and they

entered into the Nation of Israel Gaza. The Gaza strip is only twenty five

miles long and seven miles wide, and so that those twenty places were roughly

twelve to fifteen miles of that twenty five mile length. But this breach by

Hamas was a very huge embarrassment for Israel as well as the most vicious and

brutal attack against innocent civilians. So you might ask, what does this have

to do with being ready to meet the Lord. Well, I'm glad you

asked, and I want to make a very important point before I go any

further. If there's anything you remember about this message, Remember this, all

biblical prophecy revolves around Israel, and Israel revolves around Jerusalem. Now, after

the rapture, which starts the time clock for the seven years of tribulation,

then God will so exalt Jerusalem, which is the capital of the Nation of

Israel now, but after the seven years of tribulation it will become the capital

of the entire world. Now, there are modern teachers today on social media.

They talk about America and Washington, d c. With regard to the

Book of Revelation and Bible prophecy, and they will tell you that even though

they don't see the name United States of America in the Book of Revelation,

that I mean, they do mental gymnastics to try to prove to you that

America is in the Book of General in the Book of Revelation, but it's

not. So I know you're wondering about America. What will happen to the

United States. In just a few minutes you will found find out. So

just remember all biblical prophecy revolves around Israel, and Israel revolves around Jerusalem,

and that will help you with understanding the end times. Now, the next

biblical prophecy to be fulfilled will be the rapture of the Church, and that

is close approaching. As I have said men many times in the last six

months at least, that the Lord's return for his Church is imminent. It's

that close. We read in first Thessalonians four, sixteen and seventeen. If

you have your Bible, you can open there. I'm reading out of the

New King James version. So first Thessalonians, chapter four, verses sixteen and

seventeen. It says for the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout

with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and

the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain

shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in

the air. First Corinthians five fifteen. Excuse me, first Corinthians fifteen fifty

two, who says we shall all be changed in a twinkling of an eye

at the last trumpet, For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will

be raised, incorruptible, and we shall be changed. The rapture, if

that's what these scriptures are referencing, the rapture. The rapture will trigger the

beginning of the tribulation. The spirit filled Church will disappear in the twinkling of

an eye, and this nation, the United States of America, will go

into utter chaos in minutes, not days. Now, there are roughly sixty

to ninety million born again Christians in the United States, and Brother Tiff Shuttlesworth,

who has taught Bible prophecy for over forty years, said this, when

the Christians disappear, it will cut the heart out of the nation. The

US will take two steps and drop. Now, let's just think about what's

going to happen when somewhere between sixty and ninety million people suddenly disappear in the

United States. Well, this is kind of what it's going to look like.

The workforce will be gone, CEOs, railroad engineers, pilots, air

traffic controllers, people working in factories, underground coal miners operating the excavators,

people driving their teslas. Imagine the chaos. Now. Think about the chaos

that's suddenly going to occur on our US highways when truck drivers carrying big payloads

disappear, People on their way to work disappear, FedEx truck drivers disappear,

ups truck drivers disappear, and there will be sudden crashes everywhere because the driver

is gone. So you're going to have airplanes in the air that are going

to crash into other airplanes because you're going to have air traffic controllers that have

disappeared, and when the pilots disappear, the track of the plane is probably

going to go down. It will be it will be a disaster. Think

about all the lack of income from people who have disappeared. How are companies

going to function when they're not receiving the monthly payments for bills that we all

have water, electric, house payment, car payment, et cetera, et

cetera. It will cause an economic disaster as well. So we cannot even

begin to imagine the horror that will come upon America with the instantaneous removal of

all these people. And as Brother Shuttlesworth said, the nation of Turkey will

it'll it probably won't even phase them. Why because they have forty million people

that are Muslims and probably less than one percent that are Christian. So a

tiny, tiny little portion of people disappear from Turkey, it's not going to

really impact Turkey that much, but in America it's going to impact a lot.

Now, do you realize that the Church of Jesus Christ is restraining all

the evil in the world right now? So all over the planet, we

believers are restraining. We're the restraining force because we have the Holy Ghost in

us. We are restraining the evil from overwhelming society. So when we are

gone, that's when all hell is going to break loose. And the evil

that you see today, and I know that it's profound. I know that

you and I have experienced and seen things that we never believed we'd see in

our day it will triple, quadruple. Who knows, maybe ten times worse.

Now I want you to look at Second Thessalonians. We're gonna look at

Chapter two, verses one through twelve, Paul writes to this church. He

says, now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus and our

gathering together to him, we ask you not to be soon shaken in mind

or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if

from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one

deceive you by any means, for that day will not come. Okay,

that day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man

of sin is revealed, the son of Perdition, and he is speaking of

the anti Christ. Let me go on verse four, the son of Perdition,

who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is

worshiped, so that he sits as God in the Temple of God, showing

himself that he is God. I want to stop there right now, because

right now there's no temple in Jerusalem. But there will be. And let

me tell you they have everything ready to start building that temple. In fact,

they've got four red heifers from the state of Texas over there right now,

and they're in The rabbis have been inspecting these red heifers. They need

a perfect, perfect red heifer. And so things are falling right into place.

That's why I keep saying to you, his return is imminent Verse five.

Do you not remember that when I was still with you, I told

you these things? And now you know what is restraining that he may be

revealed in his own time, meaning that we are restraining him. We're restraining

the Antichrist. He cannot come on the scene until we're gone, but we're

restrain, reigning him, that he may be revealed in his own time.

For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. We know that, for

he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way,

and then the lawless one, the Antichrist, will be revealed, whom

the Lord will consume with the breath of his mouth and destroy with the brightness

of his coming. I'm telling you God came, Jesus came as a as

a baby in a manger, as the lamb of God. But woe when

he comes back. He's going to be a fierce warrior. Verse nine,

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with

all power, signs and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception mong among

those who perish because they did not receive the love of the truth, that

they might be saved. And let me just say, right there, I'm

hoping that if you are listening and you do not know Jesus Christ, you

will receive the love of the truth to day that you might be saved.

And it says and for this reason, because they did not receive the love

of the truth, that they might be saved. For this reason, God

will send them strong delusion that they should believe the lie, that they may

all be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

While that is awfully scary. Now, Jesus said, we the Church,

we the restraining ones. We are the salt of the earth. And this

is how we are restraining. He talks about it in Matthew chapter five.

He says, we are the salt of the earth. Now, what does

salt do well? In ancient times they used salt to preserve their meat,

and fish, so salt preserves and that's what we are doing. We are

this like preserving force, keeping the evil at bay because we're salt, and

as the salt of the earth, we're protected against the wrath of God.

The Church of Jesus Christ, the true Church, is not going to We're

not going to. The wrath of God will not be poured out on us.

We will not experience the wrath of God. Now. Once we are

gone, once we are raptured, taken up in a twinkling of an eye

to meet the Lord in the air, there will be no restraint against evil

and wicked ism, wickedness. And that's why I said that when we leave

the United States, all hell will break loose. Now, prior to the

rapture, there could be the Ezekiel thirty eight thirty nine war, the Gog

and Maygog war. But don't confuse this with the battle, the very last

battle in Bible prophecy called the Battle of Armageddon. When Jesus will come back

and he's bringing his army with him, that's us clothed in white. We're

going to be. I said to someone recently, I'm not good. I'm

not good with horses, but I'm going to be riding a white horse,

and so are the rest of us. We're coming back with Jesus on our

white horses, and that war at that time, Jesus will bring to an

end to that war, that battle of Armageddon. Let me just read Revelation

nineteen if you want to turn in your Bibles again. I'm in the New

King James version. This is Revelation nineteen eleven through sixteen. This is John

says. Now, I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse.

And he who sat on him was called faithful and true, and in righteousness

he judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire,

and on his head were many crowns. He had a name written that no

one knew except himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in bl and

his name is called the Word of God. And the armies in heaven,

clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed him on white horses.

That's you and I. Now out of his mouth goes a sharp sword,

that with it he should strike the nations, and he himself will rule them

with the rot of iron. He himself treads the wine press of the fierceness

and wrath of Allmighty God. And he has on his robe and on his

thigh a name written King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Now, the

reason I bring up the Gog Maygog war spoken of in Ezekiel thirty eight and

thirty nine is that what is currently going on in Israel right now could possibly,

I'm not saying for sure, could possibly lead up to that war.

We know from the Bible that that will be the next war, and Russia

will be the instigator of that war. And the Bible says that Roche,

which is Russia, will lead a great army of nations against Israel. That

war could potentially occur before the rapture or just after the rapture. That part

we don't know. The Bible does not make that clear. But we are

living in biblical prophecy. If you haven't figured that out yet, the Bible

is so accurate the Bible's twenty seven percent prophecy, and greater than eighty percent

of those prophecies have already been fulfilled. Now, remember that Bible prophecy isn't

to scare us. Bible prophecy is to prepare us. And that's the reason

for tonight's message to prepare you, Paul said in Romans thirteen eleven through thirteen.

And do this knowing the time that now it is high time to awake

out of sleep. For now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.

The night is far spent, and the day is at hand. The

day is at hand. Therefore, let us cast off the works of darkness,

and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly

as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and

lust, not in strife and envy, but put on the Lord Jesus Christ,

and make no provision for the flesh to fulfill its luss. Folks,

it is high time to awake, and we must cast off the works of

darkness. Let me tell you right now, straight out, if you are

arguing with your spouse, your children, your neighbor, stop it. You

cannot afford to walk in darkness and the works of the flesh, lying,

gossip, anger, unforgiveness, sexual sin of any kind, drinking drugs,

it's called sin. Stop it. Hell is a real place, Jesus said,

don't fear those who can kill the body fear him who has the power

to cast your soul and body into hell. Jesus also said that the sons

of this kingdom, referring to this worldly kingdom, those sons, those folks,

will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing

of teeth. And we all know if you read your Bible, that hell

is also a place of torment from the story of Lazarus and the rich Man.

Are you ready to meet the Lord? If there was ever a time

to look in the mirror and see who you are and who you are in

Christ, I would strongly advise you to get serious about making sure your life

is on the right track. Make peace with God with faith in Jesus Christ.

So how does one make peace with God? Well, there's three things

you have to do. The first is recognize your sin. And there has

to be a time when, in humility, you humble yourself, you go

to God and you tell him that you recognize your sin. You tell him,

hey, I've made some mistakes. Here've I really messed up? Or

you tell him I've violated your commandments. Secondly, you have to be willing

to repent of your sin. Repentance means a willingness to turn your back on

sin and turn your heart to Jesus. And literally, repentance really means that

you're walking. You're walking a certain lifestyle and suddenly you have the RECOGNI this

is wrong. You do a one eighty and you start walking the other way.

Number Three, you have to receive Jesus Christ as your savior. There's

no way to have a right relationship with God except through faith in Jesus Christ.

Faith in Christ is the only way to obtain forgiveness of your sins.

So I know that sin is an unpopular subject, just as hell is an

unpopular subject. But I'm going to keep preaching repentance until Jesus comes back because

I don't want to see people spend eternal separation from God and spend it in

an eternity of hell. So if you are listening to this message and you

do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, I'm simply asking you to

receive the love of Jesus today. I guarantee you it will be the best

decision you've ever made. You see, you are not guarantee tea tomorrow.

You're just not think about the people that have already lost their lives in Gaza

and in Israel. You know they didn't know that they were going to wake

up on Saturday morning and their loved ones would be dead. We are living

at a time when the rapture could literally be any day now. And this

sweet gentle Jesus is wooing you and calling you to himself. Will you receive

his special gift to you? Some of you who know the Lord, you've

been out of sorts with God. You've lost your fire. You're not faithful

to pray, you're not faithful to read your Bible. And I'm not condemning

you. I'm just asking you to do a self examination. You know,

if you've got bitterness in your heart, you lost a loved one, there's

been a misstep you haven't repented of. You've judged someone wrongly and gossiped about

it. Take a good look at your heart. Is your heart clean and

pure? What's inside your heart that doesn't belong there? Is there something rotten,

something unclean. It's time to get a new heart. So pray this

with me. If you mean business with God, Lord, I confess with

my mouth the Lord Jesus, and I believe in my heart God raised him

from the dead to day. I dedicate my life to you. I acknowledge

my sins to you. Thank you for washing me clean with your blood.

I choose this day to surrender my life to you and give you my heart

to make me a new creation. Thank you for being my savior. If

you know Jesus and you need to repent, just take a moment right now

and repent for whatever sinds the Holy Spirit is bringing to your remembrance. And

if you have accepted the Lord, this is the first time you've ever received
