  1. Good evening. Welcome to Voice in the Wilderness. I'm Don Noble of Pure

  2. Heart Ministries, and I welcome you today with exceedingly abundantly and overflowing joy.

  3. I just want to remind again those of you who live in the local area.

  4. I teach a Bible study every Wednesday night, six pm, located at

  5. Top Hat Pools and Stoves, twenty two fifty eight Main Street, Wheeling,

  6. West Virginia. I would love for you to come and join us, and

  7. I'd really like for you to consider sitting under teaching very good biblical teaching.

  8. So I look forward to seeing you. Tonight's message is sinless Blood, and

  9. this is part two of my series talking about the blood of Jesus. Now.

  10. I approach this topic with much reverence and respect for God's word and jesus

  11. death on the Cross. Now, jesus death on the Cross and subsequent resurrection

  12. was the most abstruse mystery of the Ages to most of the world, certainly

  13. not to us as believers. Those who follow Buddhism have no comparison. Buddha

  14. died and that was it. No more story. Those who follow Hinduism,

  15. a major world religion and possibly the oldest religion on Earth has hundreds of thousands

  16. of gods plural. Most Hindus believe in brahmin An uncreated, eternal, infinite,

  17. transcendent and all embracing principle. It's not even a human being. Interestingly,

  18. belief in the importance of the search for a one in other words,

  19. a person that is the all has been a characteristic feature of India's spiritual life

  20. for more than three thousand years. I find that extremely interesting. For three

  21. thousand years they've been searching for the person. Wow, it's crazy. In

  22. comparison to Christianity, there are no similarities to Hinduism. Hinduism has many different

  23. sects and beliefs, and as an honest observer, it's quite complicated to me.

  24. I couldn't even I mean, it was kind of boggling my brain to

  25. read about it. So, of course we know that they believe in reincarnation,

  26. and that's very strong component of Hinduism, which completely contradicts Christianity. Islam,

  27. another major world religion, focuses on the writings of Mohammed, who was

  28. a very conflicted individual. His own mother said he was full of demons and

  29. he married an eight year old girl, which by American standards would be called

  30. pedophilia. Purported to be a religion of peace, it is far from that

  31. Christians and Jews are considered infidels and should be removed permanently from society. It

  32. is also a very convoluted set of beliefs with lots of contradictions. If you

  33. ever take the time to try to read the Qur'an and the Hadith, it

  34. just make your head spin. They do believe in Jesus, but only as

  35. a prophet. Lying is an accepted practice in Islam. And the worship of

  36. Allah is not the same God that we as Christians worship, although I have

  37. argued with Christians who tell me Allah and Jehovah God are the same. Go

  38. figure. So what makes Christianity unique? Well, there is no other historical

  39. record of a person dying and being raised from the dead that walk the earth

  40. after that resurrection, eating and drinking with other individuals. Before Jesus ascended to

  41. his father, he was talking with his disciples in Luke chapter twenty four,

  42. verses thirty six to forty three, And this is what the scripture reads.

  43. Now. As they said these things, Jesus himself stood in the midst of

  44. them and said to them, peace to you. But they were terrified and

  45. frightened, and supposed they had seen a spirit. And he said to them,

  46. why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts?

  47. Behold my hands and my feet. That it is I myself. Handle me

  48. and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see

  49. I have. When he had said this, he showed them his hands and

  50. his feet. But while they still did not believe, for joy and marveled,

  51. he said to them, have you any food here? So they gave

  52. him a piece of broiled fish and some honeycomb, and he took it and

  53. ate it in their presence. No, you know those set of scriptures alone

  54. right there, that is so supernatural. How is it that a person is

  55. raised from the dead, is resurrected, then comes back in still a physical

  56. body, and is able to eat food. It's a mystery. A few

  57. scriptures later it says that Jesus led them out as far as Bethany, and

  58. while he blessed them, he parted from them and was carried up to heaven.

  59. Now this was not a fairy tale. This was a real person who

  60. laid down his divinity to walk this earth to model how you and I should

  61. conduct our lives on this earth. But it was the shedding of this matchless

  62. blood that changed everything. And that's really what you have to get in your

  63. head. The shedding of Jesus' blood is what changed everything. No other religious

  64. figure, first of all, was without sin. Right, So in the

  65. religion of Buddhism there isn't even a concept of sin. There is sin in

  66. Hinduism, but there's no sense of inherit sin or eternal sin, original sin.

  67. They just look at actions one should not do or do the same in

  68. Buddhism. But what are the consequences if you have evil actions? What are

  69. the consequences to sin? How is sin removed? We know in Christianity we

  70. can confess our sin first John one night, if we're if we confess our

  71. sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins. Who

  72. is forgiving any kind of wrongdoing? In Buddhism, I mean, there's there's

  73. nothing. There's nothing, so you're going to die in your sin. There's

  74. no forgiveness of sin, there's no there's there's nothing. So a Buddhist dies

  75. and goes to hell. There's just no other way out for them. In

  76. Hinduism, they you know, it's the same kind of thing. There's no

  77. recourse if they if they do something evil that's considered what they might consider sin,

  78. Well, what do you do about that? I guess you just die

  79. in your sin? Now. In Islam, sin is anything that goes against

  80. the commands of Allah. So repentance. They have repentance in Islam, believe

  81. it or not. The repentance is a direct matter between a person and God.

  82. But we still don't have anyone who has paid a price to remove the

  83. sin. So there's no remission of sin, there's no shedding of blood.

  84. These people, these gods, I mean, they're gods. There's not a

  85. person in Hinduism. So there's no absolution, there's no way out. There's

  86. So you do evil things, and how does that get taken care of?

  87. How does that get addressed? So Hebrews chapter four, verse fifteen says,

  88. for we do have a high priest who can sympathize, who cannot, who

  89. can sympathize with our weaknesses, But was in all points tempted as we are,

  90. yet without sin. In other words, we don't have a high priest

  91. who can't sympathize with our weaknesses. We have a high priest who can sympathize

  92. with our weaknesses because Jesus was tempted in all points, yet without sin.

  93. So these other religions, there is no other individual. I mean, Mohammad

  94. did not become Allah. So who is this invisible Allah? Who is he?

  95. Who? I mean, he's just a made up individual. Tewod Corinthians

  96. five point twenty one says, for he the Father made him Jesus, who

  97. knew no sin, to be sin for us, that we might become the

  98. righteousness of God in him. So there was no sin in Jesus, but

  99. he took on all the sin of the world. All the sin was upon

  100. him, past, present, future, all sin. He became sin,

  101. and that was a great weight. That's when he was in the garden of

  102. Gethsemine and he was praying and he was sweating drops of blood. He knew

  103. what he was facing. He knew that he would be taking on every sin.

  104. So we become the righteousness of God in him because he became sin for

  105. us. That's an incredible exchange. I mean, start shouting right now,

  106. because that's good news. Fir Peter two twenty one through twenty two says this.

  107. It says for to this you were called because Christ also suffered for us,

  108. leaving us an example that you should follow his steps. Who committed no

  109. sin, nor was deceit found in his mouth. So scripture after scripture tells

  110. us that there was no sin found in Jesus, no deceit in his mouth.

  111. And because Christ suffered for us, and that would that, you know,

  112. you need to think about you need to meditate about that, because that

  113. was a great suffering that he suffered for us, a great suffering. If

  114. you have not seen Mel Gibson's movie that was made quite a long time ago,

  115. the Passion of the Christ, I would encourage you to watch that movie

  116. because I really feel like it depicts as close as possible the suffering that Jesus

  117. endured for us. So he left us an example that we should follow in

  118. his steps. And what does that mean? Following the steps so that we

  119. don't commit sin, that there's no deceit found in our mouth as well?

  120. First John three, verse five says this, and you know that he was

  121. manifested to take away our sins, and in him there is no sin.

  122. So you might ask the question why was Jesus born. I think John makes

  123. it clear here. You know, he says that he was manifested to take

  124. away our sins. In other words, Jesus came into this world to take

  125. away, to remove permanently our sins. And in him there is no sins.

  126. Jesus a sinless man who shed his sinless blood one Peter one, Verses

  127. seventeen through twenty one. Say this, and if you call on the Father,

  128. who without partiality, judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout

  129. the time of your stay here in fear, knowing that you were not redeemed

  130. with corruptible things like silver or gold from your aimless cosse received by tradition from

  131. your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb,

  132. without blemish and without spot He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the

  133. world, but was manifest in these last times for you who through him believe

  134. in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so

  135. that your faith and hope are in God. I mean, I've always liked

  136. those set of scriptures because I just like hearing that you know nothing corruptible redeemed

  137. me. Nothing corruptible, redeemed you, No silver, gold, copper,

  138. whatever, None of that redeemed us. But the precious blood of Jesus,

  139. that precious blood of Jesus, that as of a lamb without blemish and without

  140. spot. That's what redeemed you and I from eternal death. Amen. And

  141. the fact that he was foreordained before the foundation of the world, that's when

  142. you know. When John saw him, he said, behold the lamb of

  143. God that takes away the sins of the world. Oh, he had a

  144. revelation. He called him the Lamb of God. And this says here that

  145. he was foreordained before the foundation of the world. And John said, behold

  146. the lamb of God who takes away the end of the world. So hallelujah.

  147. God raised him from the dead and gave him glory. Why why so

  148. that our faith and hope are in God. My faith and my hope are

  149. not in Buddha. My faith and my hope are not in thousands of gods

  150. in Hinduism. My faith in hope is not in Allah, who is made

  151. up being. My faith and hope are in the sinless person of Jesus Christ,

  152. who came on this earth and walked as the son of man, setting

  153. aside his divinity, died on the cross for every sin you and I and

  154. the world the mankind would commit, was laid in a tomb, was resurrected

  155. out of that tomb, came and walked the earth, and then was ascended

  156. back to the Father, seated at the right hand of the Father. Because

  157. the blood of Jesus was sinless and pure, it carried the power of God.

  158. See, it carried that supernatural, dunamous power of God because he was

  159. sinless and pure. And that power, that power is what redeemed you and

  160. I. Ephesians chapter one, verse seven says in Him, in Christ,

  161. we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches

  162. of his grace. So without the shedding of blood, without Jesus shedding blood,

  163. there would be no forgiveness of sins. We would not have been redeemed

  164. from death graved. Collostions chapter one, nineteen through twenty two says this.

  165. It says, for it pleased the Father that in Christ all the fullness should

  166. dwell and by Christ to reconcile all and by and by the Father to reconcile

  167. all things to himself by him, whether things on earth or things in heaven,

  168. having made peace through the blood of his cross. So there was a

  169. great reconciliation. The shedding of Jesus' blood reconciled God, the Father, and

  170. mankind reconciled us. We're no longer enemies of the Cross. We now have

  171. peace with God. And it goes on to say, and you who once

  172. were alien, alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works. Yet now

  173. He has reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you

  174. and I holy and blameless and above reproach in his sight. So you and

  175. I could never have been made holy, blameless and above reproach, could never

  176. until there was that reconciliation in the body of Jesus flesh shedding his blood,

  177. and mankind was suddenly reconciled to the Father. Hebrews nine eleven thro fifteen says

  178. this says, but Christ came as high priest of the good things to come,

  179. with the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that

  180. is not of this creation, not with the blood of goats and calves,

  181. but with his own blood. He entered the most Holy place once for all,

  182. having obtained eternal redemption. For if the blood of bulls and goats and

  183. the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh,

  184. how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit,

  185. offered himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to

  186. serve the living God. See that's the power of the blood. The fact

  187. that our conscience becomes cleansed from dead works to serve the living God. That's

  188. a supernatural thing that takes place because of the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

  189. The but of blood of bulls and goats, I mean that couldn't that had

  190. no power. And for this reason Verse fifteen says, and for this reason

  191. he is he is. Christ is the mediator of the New Covenant by means

  192. of his death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the First Covenant,

  193. that those who are called may receive the promise of eternal inheritance. Remember that

  194. Joseph had no part in Mary's conception. If he had, Jesus blood would

  195. have been carried, would have carried sin. But Mary was impregnated by the

  196. Holy Spirit. There was no egg of hers that got impregnated. She was

  197. merely the vehicle, the vessel to carry the baby to term. It was

  198. totally a supernatural conception. And the power of that pure and sinless blood defeated

  199. death, Hell and the grave. That's where the power comes from. One

  200. Corinthians fifteen fifty five and fifty six says, Oh Death, where is your

  201. sting? Oh Hades, where is your victory? The sting of death is

  202. sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to

  203. God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. The resurrection of

  204. Jesus is the cornerstone of our Christian faith. It is not a truth of

  205. Christianity. It is the truth of Christianity. And no other religion, not

  206. one, not one that I mentioned, or not one that I didn't mention.

  207. No other religion challenged death, Hell and the grave and wan The grave

  208. always wins with other religions. Ooh, isn't that sad? The grave always

  209. wins with other religions. Jesus sacrifice on the cross and his shed blood alone

  210. paid our price for eternal life and redemption of sin. A great preacher once

  211. said Christianity is the only religion in the world with a virgin womb on one

  212. end and an empty tomb on the other end. Because of His blood,

  213. Because of Jesus blood, we have the victory. Now, if you don't

  214. know Jesus and you would like to receive Jesus as your Lord and savior,

  215. would you pray this prayer with me and mean it from your heart. Just

  216. say, Jesus, I come to you today asking forgiveness of my sins,

  217. cleanse me and wash me with your blood. I confess with my mouth that

  218. you are Lord and Savior, and I believe in my heart God raised you

  219. from the dead. Thank you for forgiving my sins. Thank you for giving

  220. me eternal life. I will serve you all the days of my life.

  221. I am saved. Amen. If you prayed that prayer, would you email
