  1. Good evening. Welcome to a voice in the wilderness. I'm Don Noble of

  2. Pure Heart Ministries, and I welcome you today with exceedingly abundantly and overflowing joy.

  3. Well, before I begin again, I want to remind you of a

  4. Bible study I teach every Wednesday night, six pm, Top Hat Pools and

  5. Stoves, twenty two fifty eight Main Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, and

  6. I'll be announcing at some point, probably toward the end of summer, and

  7. God willing, it could even be sooner than that. But I'm going to

  8. start teaching a healing school, and I'm not sure what night that'll be.

  9. It may be a Monday night, it may be a Friday night. But

  10. anyway, if you live in the local area, I continue to encourage you,

  11. please come sit under solid biblical teaching. Wednesday's six pm. So we'd

  12. love to have you tonight. I want to talk to you about His Blood

  13. speaks. Now, we are all familiar with the Genesis account of Adam and

  14. Eve's sons, Cain and Abel. Cain murdered his brother Abel in the midst

  15. of his jealous rage over his offering being rejected by God. Cain became exceedingly

  16. angry and indignant and looked sad and depressed. Scripture says the Lord gave Cain

  17. a warning that Sin was crouching at his door and that Sin's desire was working

  18. on Cain, and the Lord even said to him, you must master it.

  19. But Cain did not heed the word of the Lord and took his life

  20. out in the field. When the Lord asked Cain where his brother was,

  21. Cain gave a smart alec answer, am I my brother's keeper. Then the

  22. Lord said, what have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries

  23. out to me from the ground. That's Genesis chapter four, verse ten.

  24. God said he could hear Abel's blood crying. The Hebrew word cry means to

  25. shriek, to proclaim, to call together. Abel's blood was shrieking and calling

  26. out for vengeance, proclaiming before God and man that his life was poured out

  27. into the ground by anger, wrath, and jealousy of his brother. It

  28. was a loud voice seeking justice. Hebrews chapter eleven, verse four in the

  29. Amplified Classic says this prompted actuated by faith able brought God a better and more

  30. acceptable sacrifice than Cain, because of which it was testified of him that he

  31. was righteous, that he was upright and in right standing with God, and

  32. God bore witness by accepting and acknowledging his gifts. And though he died yet

  33. through the incident, he is still speaking. Hebrews Chapter twelve, verse twenty

  34. four says this, and to Jesus, the mediator of the new Covenant,

  35. and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks of mercy, a better and nobler

  36. and more gracious message than the blood of Abel, which cried out for vengeance.

  37. Let me make it clear. Abel's blood cries out for vengeance. Jesus'

  38. blood, which he presented as an atoning sacrifice for all mankind for all time,

  39. cries out for mercy, for forgiveness, and for justice. Listen to

  40. what Hebrews chapter nine, verses twenty three through twenty six say. By such

  41. means, therefore, it was necessary for the earthly copies of the heavenly things

  42. to be purified, But the actual heavenly things themselves required far better and nobler

  43. sacrifices than these. For Christ, the Messiah, has not entered into a

  44. sanctuary made with human hands, only a copy and pattern and type of the

  45. true one. But he has entered into Heaven itself now to appear in the

  46. very presence of God on our behalf. Nor did he enter into the heavenly

  47. sanctuary to offer himself regularly again and again, as the High priest entered the

  48. Holy of Holies every year with blood not of his own. For then would

  49. he often have had to suffer meaning Christ over and over again since the foundation

  50. of the world. But as it is now, he has once for all,

  51. at the consummation and clothes of the ages, appeared to put away and

  52. abolish sin by his sacrifice of himself. Now this is the cross and a

  53. nutshell right here he has once for all, In other words, one time.

  54. This is it for all, at the consummation and clothes of the ages,

  55. appeared to put away and abolish sin by his sacrifice of him self.

  56. So in the Old Testament it was the blood of bulls and goats that was

  57. used in the Holy of Holies to make atonement. But it was just a

  58. covering. That blood of bulls and goats had no power whatsoever to abolish sin.

  59. Uh uh. The only one with the power to abolish sin was Jesus

  60. and his blood. That blood abolished sin. So this set of scriptures that

  61. I just read to you from Hebrews are very profound, and I would highly,

  62. highly encourage you in this week before Resurrection Sunday to read those scriptures again

  63. so that you have a very good, strong understanding of what they are saying

  64. and what it means. Then you'll have a deeper appreciation for the Cross.

  65. You see. Now, I know people avoid the Book of Hebrews for whatever

  66. reason, But in the Book of Hebrews, I mean, you're talking the

  67. meat of scripture. This is not the milk, This is not elementary things.

  68. This is meat. This is stuff to chew on. This is stuff

  69. to think about. And of course Holy Week is a wonderful time to be

  70. thinking about the Cross. What Jesus did for you and I He abolished sin

  71. with his blood, hallelujah. So it took the blood of bulls and goats

  72. to purify the earthly vessels for the sanctuary. There were many vessels. There

  73. were chalices, and there was the table of showbread, and there were the

  74. lamp stands. Those had to be purified with blood. Well, the only

  75. blood that could be used to purify it was the blood of bulls and goats.

  76. But there was a far better and nobler sacrifice than bulls and goats,

  77. and that was the blood of Jesus. And the sanctuary that Jesus entered,

  78. that heavenly sanctuary. It was not made with human hands like the sanctuary that

  79. was made during Moses' time. No, no, no, Jesus entered into

  80. the very presence of God. He became the mercy seat. And that mercy

  81. continues to cry out two thousand years later. Yes, that blood of Jesus,

  82. scripture says, speaks better things. Oh you bet, it speaks better

  83. things. It speaks excellent and superior things about you and to you. That

  84. voice of Jesus blood is proclaiming mercy, mercy, more mercy, above and

  85. beyond what you could think or ask. As Jesus hung on the cross,

  86. massive visualize this in your mind. Visualize him hanging on the cross. Massive

  87. amounts of blood had dripped from his head, his face, his back,

  88. his wrists, his feet, and when the Roman soldier pierced the side of

  89. Jesus with his sword, more blood and water fell onto the ground. The

  90. earth was saturated with the blood of Jesus. And let me tell you,

  91. just one drop, one drop, one tiny drop of jesus blood would have

  92. been enough to abolish all the sins of the world, let alone the massive

  93. amounts of blood that Jesus lost that day, And the voice of his blood

  94. was resounding throughout heaven, throughout earth and hell. Make no mistake, the

  95. veil in the temple tore into and his blood cried with justice. Now,

  96. now we had been given access to the throne, Imagine, imagine coming to

  97. the throne of grace. It reminds me of the parable of the persistent widow

  98. and the unjust judge. She kept hounding him until he finally gave in to

  99. her request. This judge was refusing to provide justice because he was an uncaring,

  100. unfit, and ungodly judge. Now, aren't you thankful that because of

  101. Jesus' blood that cries out for mercy, forgiveness and justice, we receive the

  102. whole package, not because we deserve it, not because we've earned it,

  103. just because God loves us. So, jesus blood is crying out for those

  104. who are far away, hidden in the darkness of addiction, those who are

  105. ravaged by sexual assault, those who have lost their way into New age satanic

  106. or witchcraft, lifestyles, those who have no belief that God exists, and

  107. those who have given themselves over to the LGBTQ movement. Mercy awaits them,

  108. forgiveness awaits them. Justice is waiting this holy season. I'm sure you know

  109. of folks, family and friends who need the loving arms of the Savior.

  110. Would you pray and invite them to church for Easter. It's they say that

  111. people if they were just invited to eat church on Easter, they would come.

  112. So I encourage you to do that. Jesus uttered these powerful words as

  113. he was about to take his last breath. He said, Father, forgive

  114. them, for they know not what they're doing. See, they just didn't

  115. know. But boy, oh boy, his whole visage on that cross cried

  116. out mercy, mercy, mercy instead of vengeance. Jesus Blood speaks of life

  117. and freedom. So many people are tied up in so much bondage. Even

  118. many Christians are tied up in a lot of bondage. But Jesus Blood gave

  119. us life, not death. There's such a strong spirit of death that has

  120. overwhelmed the people of our nation and of course the whole world. So many

  121. young people contemplating suicide look at what Hebrews chapter nine, verse twelve says.

  122. It says he Jesus went once for all into the Holy of holies of Heaven,

  123. not by virtue of the blood of goats and calves, by which to

  124. make reconciliation between man and God, but by his own blood, having found

  125. and secured a complete redemption, an everlasting release for us. Verse fourteen,

  126. same chapter Hebrews nine says this, how much more surely shall the blood of

  127. Christ, who, by virtue of his eternal spirit, his own pre existent

  128. divine personality, has offered himself as an unblemished sacrifice to God, purify our

  129. consciences from dead works and lifeless observance observances to serve the ever living God.

  130. Well, you see that blood of Jesus made reconciliation between man and God,

  131. and those who receive Christ receive that peace, and they are no longer enemies

  132. of the Cross, enemies of Jesus. And not only that his blood purifies

  133. our conscience from dead works and lifeless observances to serve the living God. So

  134. the whole point is to give us eternal life with Him. I want to

  135. conclude sharing scriptures from Romans, the book of Romans, Chapter five, verses

  136. eight through twenty one, and this is from the amplified Classic. But God

  137. shows clearly. But God shows and clearly proves his own love for us by

  138. the fact that we were still sinners, Christ the Messiah, while we were

  139. still sinners, that anointed one died for us. Therefore, since we are

  140. now justified, which means acquitted, made righteous, and brought into right relationship

  141. with God by Christ's blood, how much more certain is it that we shall

  142. be saved by Him from the indignation and wrath of God. For if while

  143. we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of his son,

  144. it is much more certain now that we are reconciled that we shall be saved

  145. daily delivered from Sin's dominion through His resurrection life. Not only so, but

  146. we all also rejoice and exultingly glory in God, in his love and his

  147. perfection, through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received and

  148. enjoy our reconciliation. Therefore, as sin came into the world through one man,

  149. Adam, and death as the result of sin, so death spread to

  150. all men, no one being able to stop it or escape its power because

  151. all men sinned. To be sure, sin was in the world before ever

  152. the law was given. But sin is not charged to men's account where there

  153. is no law to transgress. Yet death held sway from Adam to Moses,

  154. the lawgiver, even over those who did not themselves transgress a positive command as

  155. Adam did. Adam was a type, a prefigure of the one who was

  156. to come in reverse, the former destructive, the latter saving. But God's

  157. free gift is not at all to be compared to the trespass. His grace

  158. is out of all proportion to the fallen man. For if many died through

  159. one man's falling away, his lapse, his offense, much more profusely did

  160. God's grace and the free gift that comes through the the undeserved favor of the

  161. one man Jesus Christ, abound and overflow two and for the benefit of many.

  162. Nor is the free gift at all to be compared to the effect of

  163. that one man's sin. For the sentence following the trespass of one man brought

  164. condemnation, whereas the free gift following many transgressions brings justification, an act of

  165. righteousness. For if because of one man's trespass, lapse, and offense,

  166. death reigned through that one. Much more surely will those who receive God's overflowing

  167. grace, unmerited favor, and the free gift of righteousness, putting them into

  168. right standing with Christ, reign as kings in life through the one Man,

  169. Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the Mashiak, the anointed One. Well,

  170. then, as one man's trespass, one man's false step and falling away led

  171. to condemnation for all men, so one man's active righteousness leads to acquittal and

  172. right standing with God and life for all men. For just as by one

  173. man's disobedience, failing to hear heedlessness carelessness, the many were constitututed sinners,

  174. so by one man's obedience, the many will be constituted righteous, made acceptable

  175. to God, and brought into right standing with him. But then law came

  176. in, only to expand and increase the trespass, making it more apparent and

  177. exciting opposition. But where sin increased and abounded, grace, God's unmerited favor

  178. has surpassed it and increased the more and super abounded, so that just as

  179. sin has reigned in death, so grace his unearned and undeserved favor might reign

  180. also through righteousness right standing with God, which issues in eternal life through Jesus

  181. Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed wan our Lord, who I'm telling you

  182. those scriptures Romans eight, excuse me, Romans five, eight through twenty one.

  183. That's enough to just give a shout of hallelujah. Two. And you

  184. see what Paul did. Because Paul was like a lawyer, he made the

  185. comparison. He was always comparing in these scriptures Adam sin, Christ's redemption,

  186. Adam's falling, Jesus giving us undeserved favor. I love this. I'm gonna

  187. read this again. I love this verse fifteen. But God's free gifts.

  188. See, salvation is a free gift. You can't earn it, you can't

  189. deserve it, there's nothing, there's nothing you can do. It's a free

  190. gift. And the scripture says it is not at all to be compared to

  191. the trespass or sin, because his grace is completely out of proportion to the

  192. fall of man. See, the sin of Adam was great, absolutely great,

  193. changed everything. But God's grace is so much more greater than that that

  194. Paul saying here that you can't even compare the two, because grace is way,

  195. way, way, way way out of proportion to the fall of man.

  196. In other words, it's just greater. So the free gift of salvation,

  197. that grace is so profound. It goes on to say, it says,

  198. for if many died through one man's falling away, referring to Adam,

  199. Adam had a lapse, he had an offense, he sinned. And it

  200. says, for if many died through one man's falling away, much more profusely

  201. did God's grace and the free gift that comes through the undeserved favor of the

  202. one man Jesus Christ abound and overflow to for the benefit of many. And

  203. so when I'm talking about all of these unsaved people, and you you know

  204. many of them, and many of them fall under the categories that I share

  205. tonight, look at look at this God's grace and free gift it comes.

  206. You can't deserve it. It's undeserved favor that Jesus gives. And I love

  207. this. It says, it's abounding, it's overflowing to that individual, and

  208. it's for the benefit of the many. And nor is the free gift at

  209. all to be compared to the effect of that one man's sins. See,

  210. there's no comparison. Paul's telling you you can't compare them. It's it's so

  211. beyond actually, so beyond our comprehension. Amen for the sentence following the trespass,

  212. the sin of one man Adam brought condemnation, whereas the free gift that

  213. followed from Christ many transgressions or sins brought justification, an active righteousness. That's

  214. what Jesus Blood did for us. It made us righteous. It gave us

  215. an opportunity to do something we could never have dreamed of. We could never

  216. have figured it out in a million gazillion years. That's why I say,

  217. if you take the time to meditate on these scriptures, boy oh boy,

  218. you're gonna get excited about being a Christian. Hallelujah. So Jesus Blood is

  219. speaking to you today. It surely is speaking to you today. And if

  220. you don't know Jesus, he wants to give you the gift of eternal life.

  221. Just believe in him. Just believe in him. If you confess with

  222. your mouth that Jesus is Lord and Savior, and you believe in your heart,

  223. God raised him from the dead. You shall be saved. Wow.

  224. Wow, isn't that exciting. I'll close with this, I am wishing each

  225. and every one of you listening the most joyous and blessed resurrection Sunday ever,

  226. ever, ever, And just enjoy the mere fact of what his blood is

  227. speaking to you, your loved ones, your unsafe family, your unsafe neighbors,

  228. coworkers, friends. Wow. That's power. Blessings to you, to

  229. all of you in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. Well, you
