I'm getting ready at this time. I'm going to what
-
I'm going to do now if I call your name
-
that y'all need to pray them they used to tell
-
me as.
-
A young child.
-
Biggie. Also already you know I have a word, So
-
I want you to get get, get, get, get. Kind
-
of it's Pastor gonna say anything that night is Pastor
-
gonna prophesy. I'm subject to prophesy any time. I'm subject
-
to grab a mic and go to preaching. But if
-
I put the mic in your hands, we're gonna see
-
whether or not you got the Holy Ghost tonight, because
-
you got Jesus just like I have Jesus. I tell
-
for you can smack me across the head at three
-
thirty in the morning, and I'll preach because when it's
-
in you, God will use you to the glory out
-
of God. Same thing with singing. If I throw the
-
mic in your hands, just be ready to sing, just
-
sing with the Holy Ghost. If you don't have the
-
Holy Ghost, I'm gonna lay hands on you. We're gonna
-
lay you out on the floor. We're gonna call on
-
somebody else and then come back to you. In Jesus name,
-
let's reach see if our first preacher for tonight. Each
-
preacher has been there's a couple of preachers who are
-
designated tonight. Because I don't want anybody to think it's
-
all about chaos. I told the church this early in
-
the year. I come to the place of recognizing if
-
it's not about God, it doesn't mean anything else. And
-
more than chaos is annoying it. And I thank God
-
because I realize that. But let's receive Bishop McNeil. He's
-
coming with ten minutes to bless us on tonight in
-
Jesus' name.
-
After him, the choir will come.
-
I want to live, so God, can you use me.
-
Any time?
-
Any I won't, so God can youse.
-
Time anywhere. I want to brave you, so God can
-
use me time wonder So God, can you use me
-
any time? Lord? Anyway? First giving honor to God, to our.
-
Pastor, to the First Lady, and to all of the
-
saints of God.
-
We thank God for what the Lord is doing over
-
here at the Covenant Church. I don't want to waste
-
your time nor my minutes, but I want to move.
-
On swiftly because I feel the Holy goes up in
-
this place tonight. I thank God for what God has
-
given me on assignment tonight. And I don't want to
-
wear your patience as I'm sitting down. I'm going swiftly,
-
but I want to share this word with you tonight.
-
To Lottie Doty and everybody, pay attention. God is saying
-
something to the well tonight. You will find me in
-
the Book of Daniel about the fifth chapter, and it
-
reads like this, beginning at the first verse Belshaza the
-
king made a great feast to a thousand of his lords,
-
and they drank wine.
-
Before the thousand they was partying.
-
Belshallsa while tasting the wine, he got drunk. He got
-
a little high, and he started to fill himself, basically,
-
and he commanded that they bring the gold old and
-
the silver vessels which his father Nevakannezar had taken out
-
of the temple of Jerusalem, that the king and his princess,
-
his wives, and his concubines might drink therein. Then they
-
brought the golden vessels, and they were taken out of
-
the temple of the House of God, which was at Jerusalem,
-
and the king and his princess, and his wives and
-
his concubines drank in them.
-
They drank wine and praised the.
-
Gods of gold and of silver, and of breasts, of iron,
-
of wood, and of stone. In that same hour there
-
appeared the hand of a man on the wall over.
-
By the candlestick, and it began to write. And as
-
it began to write on the plaster.
-
The king saw the part which was wrote, I want.
-
You to know, ma'am, and to you, sir, I'm not
-
gonna wear your patience.
-
But God is trying to get our attention.
-
In the midst of us having this celebration to close out.
-
This two thousand and twenty.
-
Fourth year, it is time for us to wake up
-
and smell the coffee. If I would share a few
-
things with you, it would be this, Lady Shalls, stop,
-
look and listen. God is trying to tell you something.
-
A lot of us have gotten carried away with ourselves.
-
We used to we used to pray, We used to
-
do a whole lot of things. When we first.
-
Got saved, sanctified, that's almost a ghost word.
-
Now we don't hear that word anymore.
-
When we were sanctified, we set aside everything, everything that
-
didn't look like God, everything.
-
That didn't smell like God.
-
We got rid of it, including our records, our tapes
-
in them, our pants.
-
And everything else.
-
We got rid of it. But I don't know what's
-
happening to us.
-
I know what's happening to us.
-
We're not stopping, we're not looking, and we're not listening
-
to the voice of God. I believe that this is
-
the hour that God is calling us back to ourselves.
-
I want you, my brothers, and my sisters to pay
-
close attention that we don't have long before the Lord
-
will return and get us up out of here. He
-
has yet demanded that we still have a standard, and
-
the standard is car holiness.
-
I don't care what house you in. I don't care
-
where you live. I don't care.
-
Who your mama is, don't care who your grandma and
-
your grandpapa is. Holiness, it's still right. He is yet
-
looking for a man. He's looking for a woman. He's
-
looking for a boy, and he's looking for.
-
A girl that all stand up, square their.
-
Shoulders and crawl holy up to the Lord. You shall
-
be holy, for I am holy.
-
You must be holy.
-
Because the Bible says without holiness, no man shall see
-
the Lord.
-
You gotta be holy. In your talk. You've gotta be
-
holy in your walk. You gotta be what has called
-
you to be.
-
You can't sway to the right, and you can't sway
-
to the left. You've got to and firm in the liberty.
-
Where christis made you free. Holiness it still right.
-
Stop trying to fix others until you get yourself fixed.
-
You can't tune up my car until you fix your silliness.
-
You can't see like I see until you get you
-
some glasses.
-
It's time for us to get it right.
-
But before you get it right with others, you gotta
-
get it right with yourself. I'm telling you, before we
-
start coming to the House of God, you better go
-
home and get your.
-
House in order. God has found.
-
Us lucky and warning, not looking, not sounding like God.
-
Lap those hands. I don't care if they like me
-
or not.
-
God don't bless no mess.
-
You a reckon. You know your wck. Get yourself together.
-
You can't hang around here when you've been with lotty
-
Dot and everybody all we long.
-
Don't put your hands on me, don't touch nobody.
-
Come on to this hall, to her and get yourself together.
-
God has annoytag.
-
And appointed us for such a time as this to
-
help others get free, but you can't help nobody else
-
get free till you get free.
-
Look at what the king did. He called for the
-
anointed vessels.
-
You can't be in the club and try to sing
-
us up in and you jamming, don't.
-
I still got it.
-
Don't play with me.
-
But I remember where I come from, Come from that
-
little town up yonder two seven three two old reads.
-
Well we got a peach.
-
We used to have a Kmar. Now they got a Walmart.
-
But one thing I started looking around. We still have
-
people that cried Holy. We got slain in Walmart on
-
our six. We had prayer in the in the family dollar,
-
in the General dollar, wherever the saints went.
-
We had some judge. But now the people don't know
-
if we churched or not. We looked like we sound
-
like we act like it's time. That's come on back. Stop,
-
look and listen. God is trying to tell you something.
-
I believe God wants us to be a glorious church.
-
It's not just about us, but it's about us.
-
Get yourself together. Let's don't talk. We talk too much.
-
Let's pray.
-
Ooh you gossip, you gossip too. I saw this and
-
I saw it too, Hello, some stuff. We've got to
-
get ourselves together so that no matter what comes, no
-
matter what goes.
-
We please God.
-
In my final closing, I want to say this as
-
I go to my seat.
-
What are you gonna do when the party's over.
