  1. You're listening to a message to go from Acts Church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. This is the first question that I want to

  3. ask you this morning. Who is the richest person that you know? Personally?

  4. The richest Think about the richest person that you know? Okay? Right?

  5. God, everyone got a name in mind? Yes? Yes, okay?

  6. By what measured you think this person is rich? Okay? Tell me

  7. what makes you think that this person is rich morning? Yes, that's right,

  8. okay, good? Anyone else got other answers? No need to work

  9. get or also get money? Ready? All right? Some answers here?

  10. Happiness? Oh so the person that the richest person that you know right now

  11. is measured in terms of happiness. This person's really really happy? Wow?

  12. Who's this person you are? Oh? Okay, okay, So you didn't

  13. think about money, right, okay, okay, So the person that she's

  14. thinking about has money but also now knows how to spend it well, right,

  15. and so this person's happy? Okay, okay cool? Any other answers?

  16. What makes you think this person is really really rich? That free know?

  17. Whodang right? Know? Who doang at all? How nice? How

  18. nice you want to be? This person on it. Why now you want

  19. to be the richest person that you know? Loan free? No, no,

  20. let me let me ask you that question. Do you want to be

  21. the richest person that you know? Hey, you don't want to? Why

  22. not? Hah? Okay, So not everything is as rosy as it seems.

  23. Right. There are rich but there's a butt there, right, but

  24. they're the busiest person. So you don't want to be the richest person that

  25. you know? Okay, but you don't have to be that kind of rich

  26. person. Can I tell you that you are the richest person that you know?

  27. I can't believe that. Riches cannot be what's this? What theology is

  28. not? I cannot believe this. I cannot believe this impossible. Now I

  29. want to bring to you the word of God that tells you you are actually

  30. the richest person on earth. Wow, you're like, uh sure, no,

  31. bo I look at my bank and counter that's some point one thousand ring.

  32. How can you say that I'm the richest person that I know? Okay,

  33. So when you look at yourself by the end of the message. By

  34. the end of the message, I want you to think about this and the

  35. next time you look at yourself in the mirror, like, hey, you're

  36. the richest person. I know. Wow, you want that? Okay,

  37. let's go through the Word of God. And how I came about this title,

  38. or at least this concept of being rich in God is I was reading

  39. the Letter to the Corinthians. Right, y'all know the letter the Corinthians.

  40. How many letters are then the Bible to the church and the corinth How many

  41. letters were written? Two? Which is the one that you know, our

  42. first Corinthian, Second Corinthian. Okay, good, so these are the letters

  43. written. But actually Paul wrote four letters to the church in corinth He wrote

  44. four. The first one was lost, so what you know as the First

  45. Quartians is actually the second letter. The third letter was also lost, and

  46. what you know as the second Corienti is actually the fourth letter written to the

  47. church in corinth All right, so interesting or not interesting? Right? You

  48. can know a lot about the Word of God. But let's go to First

  49. Corinthians chapter three, and I just want to give you a little bit of

  50. this. But this is not the main TEXTILE be preaching from. But I

  51. just want to read to you from First Corinthians chapter three. If you're there,

  52. say amen, Okay, First Quarinenttians, Chapter three. I will be

  53. reading from verses twenty one to twenty three. Wow, XTV, let's give

  54. it a hand for xtivy tyrol. Yes, thank you, thank you,

  55. you're very fast. Okay, I'm gonna read for this is NKJV right,

  56. yes, NKJV version. So it says, therefore, let no one boasts

  57. in men? Wow, straight away, right, just now talk about the

  58. richest men or women that you know. It says straightway, therefore, let

  59. no one boast in men. For all things are yours? So weird,

  60. right, All things are yours, whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the

  61. world or life or death or things present or things to come, or are

  62. yours? And you are Christ and Christ is God. Hmm. I have

  63. seen this before, right, What's the first thing that comes to your mind

  64. when you read this? All things are yours? Rich? Yeah? Rich

  65. rich? Okay? And so I've been meditating on this phrase all things are

  66. yours? How come? Why did Paul say all things are yours? Right?

  67. And as you unpack the little things further and further, there is Paul.

  68. There's actually seven things there, right that is yours. One is Paul.

  69. And then there's Apollos, and then save us and then the world and

  70. life, death, things present or things to come? How many things there

  71. eight? And all these things are yours. It's quite crazy you think about

  72. it right now, many of us you probably don't understand the context. What

  73. what's the meaning of having Paul right? Paul is considered the father of faith,

  74. right, father of faith. So he's saying that the faith that you

  75. now have, or whoever is bringing the faith to you, that is yours,

  76. all right. And then there is Apollos. Apollos was a very intellectual

  77. man of those days. He was very highly educated. And so when you

  78. receive people who are highly educated and you know, come to teach you the

  79. word of God, or in your conversations with others, you go like,

  80. wow, okay, this is a truth of God, and that is yours

  81. as well. And it says Cephas is actually who he is called Peter right,

  82. Cephus is his original name. But Peter founded the Church of God.

  83. Right, So the church is yours, amen. Exchurus belongs to who,

  84. Yes, it belongs to you, not just to Pasta Gloria or the Lsbo.

  85. It belongs to each one of you. It is yours. It is

  86. yours. Think about it. It is yours. It says the world is

  87. also yours. Okay, who ultimately owns the world? Who ultimately owns the

  88. world? It's God? Right, But then it says that you are Christ

  89. and Christ is God. So if you belong to Christ, the world is

  90. yours. Have you ever thought about that before? Wah? I don't know

  91. how to begin to count your inheritance. Right, everything is yours, it

  92. says also life is yours. That when you're breeding right now, it's yours.

  93. It's yours to enjoy, or it's yours to destroy. Right, Even

  94. death is yours. Now some of you think this, I don't want,

  95. right, Chinese people, I don't want death, cry not. It's like

  96. but but Paul is saying, it's also yours. Why is it yours?

  97. Do you want to accept this gift? Because in death you know that.

  98. Firstly, it brings to you the brevity of life. Right. Death reminds

  99. you that you have a short time on earth, and therefore you have a

  100. purpose and a calling. But death also brings to mind victory, amen,

  101. especially when you're in Christ. We who are in Christ are no longer afraid

  102. of death. The world can be afraid of death and say, ah,

  103. you know, don't Saya and all that don't don't talk about death because they

  104. don't know what's after death. But do you know what's after death? For

  105. you believe us, Oh, some of you do. The rest of you,

  106. I'm not sure yet, not sure yet. I want to tell you.

  107. If you're not sure and you're new it's your first time Visicy. I

  108. don't want to scare you, Okay, I don't want to scare you,

  109. but I want to tell you that in Christ we have a second life after

  110. death. There is a first death for all of us. Guarantee, all

  111. of us will die one day, right, But there is a second death,

  112. and the second death comes when Jesus returns to earth to judge all of

  113. us. There will be a day of judgment. And when we are found

  114. in Christ, we are no longer afraid of the second death. And this

  115. is in the word of God, all right. So if you believe in

  116. Christ, and you believe in the hope of Jesus coming back, you're no

  117. longer afraid of death. And that's why even death is yours. You look

  118. at death and go like, okay, you know it's a temporary goodbye with

  119. our loved ones, but we will be reunited again. You may not have

  120. this confidence otherwise, but knowing that Christ alone has given us this confidence.

  121. Even man it says life is yours, death is yours, things, presence

  122. or things to come, whatever it is in the future. You know,

  123. Christians, right, we should be the most hopeful people around Coraina, we

  124. should be ald, but not all of us get it all the time.

  125. It's not easy. It's not easy to be hopeful in this very challenging world.

  126. But that's why we need to have hope. It's because it's challenging.

  127. Can you imagine a life without hope. I think it will be even worse.

  128. It's very bleak right, the way things are going, how the economy

  129. is going, how politics is going, how the weather is going. It's

  130. crazy. Are you enjoying the weather now? No, it's getting crazy.

  131. It's getting more erratic. It's either super hot or it rings like crazy.

  132. It floods and it thunders and there's flesh flights everywhere, and trees are falling

  133. down, poor things. You know, serious, It is really freak accidental.

  134. If you're driving Sally and the tree falls out on you, it's getting

  135. more common these days than we've ever heard before. And the world seems to

  136. be like crumpling up and dying. Right, So we live in the world

  137. that is it's all bad news, bad news. But that's why we have

  138. good news. Amen. The Word of God is good news to a world

  139. that is dying because we know that we do not need to die forever.

  140. In Christ, there is life, and life is life everlasting. Amen.

  141. A man, so he says, all these things are yours? Wow,

  142. are you? Are you feeling a bit like rich already? A little bit

  143. little bit still like I don't understand lie, you know, I really still

  144. cannot bring it. Okay, never mind, let's move on to Ephicions.

  145. Now we're gonna be reading a lot on this book of Ephesion. Now it's

  146. actually a letter, a letter written by Paul to the church, right,

  147. And why Paul wrote this letter was because he wanted to bring encouragement to the

  148. church to say, Hey, Christians, I want to tell you that you

  149. guys are rich, but you live like beggars. You live like you don't

  150. have anything. How Come why do you live in poverty? And you know

  151. that poverty is not in your pockets? Right? Do you know that poverty

  152. is not in how much you have in your bank account. Poverty is a

  153. mindset. If you think you don't have, then you don't have. Right.

  154. If you think that there is much for you to be thankful for,

  155. you actually have much. So it has your bank account change yet? Nothing

  156. yet? Right? But what has changed? Your mindset has changed, your

  157. language has changed, your attitude has changed. And you know the difference between

  158. a poor person, you know the happiness part, right, rich person who's

  159. happy? You can be a rich person and be the most unhappy person also,

  160. right, Yeah? Yeah, I see some not saying yes, I'm

  161. sure you know that the richest person that you know could be very unhappy and

  162. you can know some of the poorest people who are the happiest. Yeah,

  163. I think, so what's the difference? So it sounds to me like being

  164. rich materially doesn't guarantee happiness, right, because some of you say, I

  165. have to be so rich, I have to sacrifice my life work all the

  166. time, you'd be so busy. I'd rather not have that, right,

  167. So you understand that richness it's a mindset, right, It's either it's in

  168. your mind or it's in your heart. Okay, so let's let's go to

  169. chapter one. We're gonna be reading a lot of it, right because it's

  170. a letter, right, So how are you gonna do this is I'm gonna

  171. read one verse and you're gonna read one verse? Is that? Okay?

  172. So that together we declare God's words in our spirit. We will be reading

  173. from chapters one versus one all the way to chapter two and in verse ten.

  174. Okay, so let's just go this one. We probably need xtivit help

  175. for this lack because let's read all together in one version, and so we

  176. have the NKJB version, So let's read it together. If you have it

  177. in your physical Bible, then you follow along, all right, Okay.

  178. So I'm gonna read verse one, verse two a letter okay, Well,

  179. okay, I read verse one verse Paul an apostle of Jesus Christ by the

  180. will of God. So he's the writer of this letter. So Paul is

  181. saying to the saints who are in Ephesus or exchui Us and faithful in Christ.

  182. Just nice, right, nice? Right? I read it again,

  183. okay, to the saints who are in exchiers and faithful in Christ, Jesus

  184. man Verse two blessed be the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

  185. who has blessed us with every every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in

  186. Christ verse four, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to

  187. himself according to the good pleasure of his will Amen verse seven. In him

  188. we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the

  189. riches of his grace, having made known to us the mystery of his will,

  190. according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in himself. In him

  191. also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him

  192. who works all things according to the counsel of his will. Amen. In

  193. him, you also trusted after you heard the Word of Truth, the Gospel

  194. of your salvation, in whom also, having believed, you were silled with

  195. the holy spirit of promise. Therefore I also, after I heard of your

  196. faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, that the

  197. God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, may give to

  198. you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. And what

  199. is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe according to the working

  200. of His mighty power, far above all principality and power, and might and

  201. dominion and every name that is named, not only in this age, but

  202. also in that which is to come, which is His body, the fullness

  203. of Him who feels all in all. Chapter two, Go one, Verse

  204. one, Amen, can we hear an amen? In this a man,

  205. He made you alive? Verse two, in which she wants what according to

  206. the course of this world according to the Prince of the power of the air,

  207. the spirit who now works in the suns of this obedience. But God,

  208. who is rich in mercy, because of his great love with which he

  209. loved us and raised us up together and made us sit together in the heavenly

  210. places, in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved true faith,

  211. and that not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, for

  212. we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared

  213. beforehand, that we should walk in them. Amen. Amen, did you

  214. enjoy reading God's word so rich? Right? I don't appreciate it? Close

  215. And amen, go back and meditate on all this that you've read. Now,

  216. you know, when we read all this at one glance, we're like,

  217. whoa, hang on a moment. There's just a lot to process,

  218. right, There's a lot to process, right. And I want to break

  219. it down in terms of I want to tell you what's in your bank account.

  220. You're like to talk about your bank accounts? No, No, I

  221. want to give you a glimpse of your spiritual bank account. How about that?

  222. You want to see what you have there? Do you know? Many

  223. times right in this world it feels that we are walking and we only have

  224. one type of bank account. Is the world bank World's bank account? Right,

  225. and we look at it and we go like a lam, what kind

  226. of richness is this? All? Right? But I want to tell you

  227. that we are people, We are spiritual people. It says that you have

  228. been made alive, right, And you might be thinking, hey, but

  229. I was not date before? What correct? Why you say I'm alive?

  230. Or but we are all live, aren't we? Do you know that?

  231. At the very beginning, I want to go back to Genesis. Now,

  232. we God made the whole earth right, and he had this great idea to

  233. create Adam. And if have you heard of the story of Adam and Eve.

  234. Right, if you don't know, ask your friend. He tell me

  235. about Dam and Eve. Okay, later after church you have a lot to

  236. talk about. But God created Adam and if and I don't believe in evolution

  237. because I don't want to come from an ape. You you really believe your

  238. great great great grandparent is a baboon? Did you really want that inheritance?

  239. I'm like, no, thank you. Or it's like you just came out

  240. of teen air boom suddenly sadly came out boom, sadly elaine boom by a

  241. stroke of luck. There is no such thing as luck or coincidence. Everything

  242. is designed. Don't you like that? How many of you are? You

  243. want to make something right? To cook for dinner? You just boom,

  244. let it and it happens. And you're like, yeah, I don't know

  245. how this chocolate cake came about, But suddenly I don't see it now I

  246. see it? Is that how you get your food at home? Yes,

  247. sir, whoa Matilda? You can share how that happens or it ah,

  248. But but how did that happen? See? See, someone had to do

  249. the dirty work, right, Someone had to cook, and someone had to

  250. go and buy the ingredients. First, someone had to plan and look up

  251. the recipe, and someone had to really get his hands dirty and bake it

  252. and wait and test and then present and then of course you happen ready.

  253. Many yeah, many of us are like Matilda, are like, hey,

  254. it happened already. But guess what. There is a creator at work behind

  255. the scenes, and we don't see it right. And can I introduce this

  256. person to you? He is God your life. You might think, oh,

  257. yeah, accident happened. You know my parents, you know, one

  258. day they had a good time and the accident happened and I was born.

  259. No such thing. Everything has been ordained by a creator, And I personally

  260. want to tell you that that is a better belief system to have. You

  261. can't believe that everything happens by accidental lives, Okay, then you know,

  262. at the end of the life, what is the meaning of life? If

  263. everything's just by accident? Then my sort just you know, I don't know

  264. what would you make of life if you've got seventy years to live everything's just

  265. an accident. Wow, lot accidents are to happen in seventy years. But

  266. I want to tell you that we came from a creator, and he had

  267. a good plan for all of us. Right, and so God made Adam

  268. and Eve and he created them so intricate and so beautiful. You know that

  269. every single person here is different. You look around, got any same same

  270. people like you are? Wow? You look around the whole world, eight

  271. billion of you. You have eight billion sets of fingerprints unique to you.

  272. Even twins have different sets of fingerprints. They might have very similar DNA.

  273. But even then God says, Okay, I give you a little bit more

  274. difference because I have the capacity to it. God is a very creative person.

  275. You look at surrounding you, right, there's no single grass blade that

  276. is the same. Every snowflake I know you've got no snow la sorry malays

  277. got no snow if you've been overseas, every snowflake, if you put it

  278. through a microscope, the design is different. Wow. What an amazing creation

  279. we have. So don't think that you're an accident. You would designed into

  280. God. God was thinking about each one of you. Can I say that

  281. God had a plan for each one of you? And so he's like saying,

  282. but I want to give you all these things, everything that I have.

  283. I want to give to you my children, because it says also in

  284. Genesis that you are made in the image of ape. No arong with them,

  285. monkey, no primate, you are made in the image of God.

  286. Wow. Hello, If you don't think you you have the best looking further,

  287. then I don't know what else redealer. Oh, some of us don't

  288. write. We look at urselves like I wish I can change my nose bigger,

  289. slimmer, a bit not so button nose like Chinese nose. Right right?

  290. Maybe okay, am I he thinks I'm wrong off you? Maybe I

  291. want to have as fair skin as richer and Evilly knows all the family all

  292. life fairskin one right, but don't have But do you know that everything about

  293. you was designed and beautiful in God's side, and he wanted to give you

  294. a lot. But then, of course, if you're gone. In the

  295. story, there was deception, right, there was an evil plot. If

  296. you're watching a movie right now, there's an evil plot. There is an

  297. evil person, and he came in the form of a serpent. He came

  298. and deceived Eve, and Sin entered into our lives. And therefore, from

  299. the very beginning until now, Sin has been raining in this world. And

  300. that's why whatever that you see right now, you might say, I don't

  301. understand it, But can I tell you that the very simplistic way of looking

  302. at it from a biblical worldview is that everything that is ugly, everything that's

  303. destructive, everything that's evil in this world happened because of sin. And it

  304. says that the penalty of sin is death. And that's why we are facing

  305. that. You're like, what it must be dire? We were not meant

  306. to die. Can I tell you that when God originally designed Adam and Eve,

  307. no one was supposed to die. Death only came after sin, right,

  308. And so now we have the content with sin? So how on God,

  309. what's the plan be? There's no plan be, but there's plenty and

  310. plancy. Is Christ? All right? And he says that I will bring

  311. Christ to redeem the people. And he says, hey, guys, sometimes

  312. out you're lived like you don't know what is your spiritual inheritance. And therefore

  313. I say to you, you have a rich inheritance. Believers of God.

  314. Okay, don't go around thinking I'm like an orphan. Later I come to

  315. church only you know, and I need pray. I'm so needy. I'm

  316. so needy. God, can I tell you today that you have an inheritance

  317. in Christ Jesus Amen? And therefore, when you know, when you know

  318. that you have a God in heaven right, a father who loves you,

  319. would you not tap into the richness of God? Would you? Still?

  320. It's like, you know the protigal son. You're not the story of the

  321. prodigal son. He came from a very rich family, right, and he

  322. went and squandered his living, and then he suddenly remembered it. Actually,

  323. you're back home. Even my father's servant got food to eat. Why am

  324. I like out here eating looking at the pigs food? And I'm hungry?

  325. Many its are like that, right, hungry, like are you? But

  326. we forgot that we are sons, sons and daughters of the most High God.

  327. And so like the prodigal son, what he do was the wisest thing

  328. that the prodigal son did. What what do you do? He went back

  329. exactly? And so today I want to give you an opportunity, if you

  330. have not known this father, to run back to the father that we have,

  331. the real spiritual father. Our earthly fathers will well one day go,

  332. but our spiritual Father is there forever. Because we are spirit people. We

  333. are not just physical people. We are made of our physical our bodies,

  334. and our soul. Right, and so our spirit men was Date when Sin

  335. entered into Adam. Then all the children of Adam were Date. In our

  336. spirit. We are alive in our bodies, yes, right, our bodies

  337. are alive, but our spirit was dead until we came to this man called

  338. Jesus, who gave us a life again. Amen, all right, So

  339. what is our inheritance? Can I give you Katinka kating your spiritual bank account?

  340. Number one? There's nina, There's so many. Okay, let's see

  341. how much I can do. Okay, whah, yeah exactly, wah,

  342. you got so much? Okay. Number one is you have adoption and acceptance.

  343. Amen, you're adopted. Do I want to be adopted? I thought

  344. your original already. No. In the family of God, as you read

  345. in the Bible, the sons of Israel, the Jewish people, Yes,

  346. they were the first inheritance of God. Correct, the people of God.

  347. If you read your Bible, you will know that the Jewish people are the

  348. first sons of God. And we are called the gentiles. Right because anyone

  349. Jewish. Are you a Jew? There is no jow. I want to

  350. beat a Jew. Okay, I want to really make friends with the Jew.

  351. If you know, please let me know. I really want to pick

  352. their minds because they are the chosen ones of God. But then God says,

  353. it's okay, don't worry people, I have chosen the Israel. But

  354. I want to bring the rest of my children back. And so he says,

  355. even the gentles, I will bring you back. I adopt you.

  356. So this is the language as yous, I adopt you. And this is

  357. in verse five, having predestined us to adoptions as son by Christ Jesus to

  358. himself according to the good pleasure. And he says that we have been accepted

  359. in the beloved. Wow, have you been rejected before? Yeah? Not

  360. nice? Right? Can I tell you? The good news is that in

  361. God you are accepted. In God, you are accepted, not because of

  362. how rich you are, not because of all the good works you have done,

  363. not because of your cable you got any cable. But you are accepted

  364. when you believe in Christ Jesus. Amen, that is your inheritance. You

  365. are adopted as sons. And does do you know if I go to Benny's

  366. house now, right, and I'm not his family, la okay, spiritual

  367. family maybe la? Right? Right, Bennie might meet your house on not

  368. can I can? I invite myself to him? And if I go in

  369. there as a visitor, a stranger, I will Benny will say, come

  370. and sit down here, and then I will sit down there. I look

  371. around, they're not move right, not my house, and then hungry,

  372. but they don't say anything, are you okay? Okay, okay, let

  373. me chat? Then after that, oh, where's the toilet? Oh there,

  374. okay, go the toilet, I go use okay, and then I

  375. leave right, And that is a stranger in a home. But if,

  376. for example, Benny adopts me, Bennie adopts me as his daughter, right

  377. right, right, Bennie can write, then I go into his house?

  378. What do children do in your own house? You strive me go, you

  379. kick your shoes. You're going to put yourself out in the sofa, hungry

  380. like, ah, give me some food, right, You're go and help

  381. yourself to the ice cream there and they say don't touch, but you still

  382. touch, right okay. And you have access to every room, access to

  383. everything there because it's your home. It's your inheritance, and so I'm telling

  384. that you now have access to God's kingdom? Do you know that? So

  385. why do we live as though we're like, Oh, God, I don't

  386. know whether I should go in or not? You know I go in,

  387. know, So I don't know when I should think out my sleepers or not.

  388. We're not sure of out inheritance in the Kingdom of God. And what

  389. are the blessings? The spiritual inheritance. It's faith's hope, it's peace,

  390. it's love. All these things are your inheritance. Guys, do you know

  391. that you have access to it? Healing, provision, everything that God has

  392. as a blessing unto you, it's yours adoption and acceptance. You know what's

  393. your address? Right? It's like my address is in Christ. Where do

  394. you live? Not to us? I live in Christ. Therefore I can

  395. go to anywhere in the world and I can access into the Kingdom of God.

  396. Can you see this as your inheritance? Is It's very powerful? Right?

  397. Somebody can wrap your head. Oh, you don't live in a small

  398. room. You live in the Kingdom of God. Amen. That's the first

  399. thing that you have. The second thing is this redemntion and forgiveness. Wow,

  400. how many of you can actually say all my sins are forgiven, all

  401. my sins are forgiven. How many of you there to say that? Okay?

  402. One, how about the rest of you are oh? Yes? Two?

  403. Wow? He hello, the rest of you? Do you know your

  404. inheritance and not? Yes? Christ says that all your sins are forgiven.

  405. And that's why Jesus as a man, he had to go to the cross.

  406. He was the perfect man and the only man that could go to the

  407. cross. He was blameless, he was the only sinless man and in God's

  408. count because God is righteous. He's like, all of you have sinned and

  409. fallen shot of the glory of God. And there's what you all deserve is

  410. death. That's it. If God is truly a just and a righteous God,

  411. and we want that right like God, If you're righteous and holy,

  412. you should punish all the bad people, right. We always say that,

  413. right. If Malaysia is a just country, all the bad people should go

  414. to jail. Correct, and we are the good people. Correct? Actually,

  415. no, any of you broke traffic likes before speed yes, jaywalking,

  416. driving, using the phone, God, God, God, ah or that

  417. one? Oh, so ah hot langlois or that line line yes, and

  418. the many more so are we guilty? We are guilty as charge, you

  419. know. And then God comes and says, poor people putting all of you,

  420. really putting. This is God's grace, his compassion. Right, he

  421. didn't just say poor thing putting you Richard, bye bye, go to jailer

  422. right, I care about you. By go to jail because you did wrong?

  423. What right you did wrong? And so you have to pay for it.

  424. Isn't a just system. We want it, we want a just system.

  425. But God goes beyond justice. God went beyond justice to say you go

  426. to jail. And God says, this is the extension of justice, which

  427. is great. He says, Richard, you don't have to go. I

  428. will go. You don't have to go. I will go. You don't

  429. have to go. I will go. I will take the punishment of sin

  430. for you. And that's what Jesus did at the cross. He went to

  431. the cross and he says, I will take it. I will take it

  432. for you. You don't know me, but I know you why, I

  433. mean you, I created you. And it says, well, well,

  434. we will still get sinners. Christ died for us even when we were not

  435. perfect and we were not coming to church at all. Christ already had done

  436. it for us, because that was a plan of redemption and forgiveness for all

  437. of us. Wow. If that is not something that you want to rejoice

  438. in, I don't know what else is. Who else can forgive you of

  439. your sins? No one, Jesus says I came to save them from their

  440. sins. I did not just come here to save you from hell. I

  441. came here to save you from your sins. That's know what, and the

  442. sins that is past, present and future. You're like, what about tomorrow,

  443. vy sinner? Then you repent tomorrow after you committed your sin and say

  444. God forgive me, and he says, I will forgive you if you repent

  445. before God. You repent before God and God says I will forgive you.

  446. Amen. So that means I'll be can continue to live our life right guilt

  447. free. Wow. How many of you can actually say that? Without God?

  448. I think our lives are filled with shame, right, disappointment maybe,

  449. and we feel like, wow, there's nothing much in my life going for

  450. me. But can I tell you that the good news? I told you

  451. this is the good news? Right. The good news in God is that

  452. we can live a guilt free life, a shameless life, a life that

  453. we can live out proud and with confidence in God alone. You don't have

  454. to be afraid. You know of what your friend says about you. This

  455. is the inheritance that we have. This is the confidence that we have.

  456. What else do we have? We have wisdom? Well, how many of

  457. you want wisdom? Yes? And the Bible says that what is the beginning

  458. of wisdom fear of the Lord. So if you want wisdom, then I'll

  459. ask you, but do you fear the Lord? Ah? What is fear

  460. the Lord? So scared of him? But no, fearing the Lord means

  461. God. I acknowledge you in everything, and I acknowledge that what you think

  462. matters most is what God thinks about this matter. It's not what you think.

  463. It's not what the world thinks. It's not what all your TikTok advisors

  464. is. Okay, it's not what's viraling right now, It's what God says.

  465. And if you want to know what God says, then you have to

  466. read this law. Otherwise, how I cannot read to you everything you know?

  467. Now we all read one chapter, So really, right, like how

  468. the vinishes. It's only one and a half chapter, you know, right,

  469. not even two full chapters. And you're like, wow, so much

  470. already, so much right that we can glean from the word of God.

  471. We have wisdom, We have an inheritance, it says, right, and

  472. you are God's inheritance. God says, so, hey, I chop you

  473. are? I chop you? Okay? Nick? Your mine? No?

  474. Wow, I chop you, Gloria, I chop all of you your mine?

  475. You belong to me. Would you like to belong to God? Yeah,

  476. you want to write. If you don't belong to God, you belong

  477. to the devil. No, thanks, Yes, that's the right answer,

  478. Truman. You either belong to God or you belong to the devil. There's

  479. no such thing as no, I'm my own person. No. If you're

  480. your own person, you are a slave to your flesh. Right. Would

  481. you like to be answerable just to your flesh? Whatever I feel? I

  482. doula right, And that's like the sentiment of the world. But that is

  483. not a life worth living. You've tried it before, right, all of

  484. us before we know God. We've tried living on our own before. And

  485. how did that work? Out for you. Fantastic, not really right.

  486. There's just something that we're all searching for. And can I tell you that

  487. answer is found in Christ. Imen we have the Holy Spirit. It says

  488. that in verse thirteen, it says that in Him you also trusted after you

  489. heard the Word of truth. So you hearing the word of truth. Now

  490. I'm telling you if you've never heard this before, I'm telling this is the

  491. truth that the Gospel of your salvation in whom also having believe. If you

  492. believe whatever that the Word of God is saying, you are sealed with the

  493. Holy Spirit of promise. Wow. It's a guarantee. You know. It's

  494. like God saying, ning your mind right, cho boom, I give you

  495. the Holy Spirit. Wow. The Holy Spirit is a seal. It's a

  496. guarantee that we belong to God. And you know what it says about the

  497. Holy Spirit. What is the role of the Holy Spirit? Can you tell

  498. me a guide? Wonderful? You like a guide with you? Twenty four

  499. to seven? Not just ways, you know, ways also can fail you

  500. on right, I see to bring you to a direction and re reround and

  501. bring you to the most expensive toora you want to waste is your guira.

  502. I think you want the Holy Spirit? Right? What else? What else

  503. is the role of the Holy Spirit help her? Hey, you want to

  504. help her? Not because we all have so much challenges in our life,

  505. right, no one is gonna help you know that though no Tansrie, no

  506. king is able to help you all the way or wants to in fact.

  507. But do you know that the Holy Spirit is always saying, He's like,

  508. I'm here, Hello, Hello, I'm here. You gotta ask me because

  509. Holy Spirit? Can I tell you he's a person, He's not a spirit.

  510. No, he's a real person. And with a real person you treat

  511. with respect, right, and Holy Spirit is a gentleman. Can I say

  512. that he will not like, Hey, Nicholas, I'm telling you listen to

  513. me. He's not like that. In fact, he is a very gentle

  514. spirit. Therefore, if you choose to ignore him, guess what, he

  515. will just remain silent and you go like, God, where are you,

  516. and like, I'm here, but you're not listening to me. You're so

  517. busy, you're not making time for me. Right, and so Holy Spirit

  518. is your other inheritance? What about the next one? He says you he

  519. made a lie in any person alive, you're in this place. Yes,

  520. we are alive. Not only are we physically alive, you are spiritually alive.

  521. And that's why right now, when whatever that I'm speaking to you,

  522. you can receive, because they person don't receive anything. Right, If I'm

  523. talking to people who don't know God spiritually, they are day Okay. Can

  524. I say that when you all of us will date once, all of us

  525. will date ones. And it's only by the grace of God that we believe.

  526. We say, okay, Wow, God put this faith in me,

  527. faith to believe, and therefore I'm awaken. Ah, Suddenly I see things

  528. clear. Now wait, there's a song, right, I can see Okay,

  529. I want to tend to sing. Okay, Yeah, I can clearly

  530. see now the things of God, the spiritual things of God, and I'm

  531. awakened to it. What else do we have? We have grace? This

  532. is in chapter two, verse eight, for by grace you have been saved

  533. through faith. Wow, guys, guys, do you see how rich you

  534. are? You have the grace and the mercies of God. Can I encourage

  535. you every morning when you wake up, can you just say God, thank

  536. you for your mercy this morning, that I can wake up. You know

  537. when I drove here, Say, if you are an Inconjung's cut, the

  538. Lost Cut, I can see it. It's like, is it raining already

  539. going through Reyna? Thank God that I can arrive in church safely. Amen.

  540. It's by God's mercies, you know. Do you know that it is

  541. by God's mercies that you can do your daily things, you can eat,

  542. you can have your whatever enjoyment in life. Right, it is by God's

  543. mercies, and it's grace. The next one is peace. How about that?

  544. Anyone looking for peace? Yeah? Peace? Peace? You think money

  545. can give you? You know the answer to that. But sometimes I'll behavior

  546. still like, hey, I'm still looking for Manila. If I have money,

  547. then all my problem solve. Correct. That is still the mindset that

  548. we're working on. But the gift, when you are spiritually awakened, it

  549. says, even when I don't have money, I will praise God. Even

  550. when I'm going to trials and challenges, I thank you God because you're making

  551. a man out of me. You're making me christ like in my challenges.

  552. That is a piece of God. Even though I don't understand why things happen

  553. again and again and again, I know that God, you are in control.

  554. How about that? And then being able to just sleep soundly at night

  555. every night, even though everything might seem that, oh it's so hard,

  556. right, It's okay, God, I leave everything in your hands. That's

  557. what true surrender. You're saying the song this morning, right, I surrender,

  558. I surrender. But it's not just in your words, you know,

  559. it's in what you actually do. Are you able to sleep well at night?

  560. Friends? Can I ask you that? Oh? Yeah? I like,

  561. yeah, of course, because you know my husband prepares everything for me.

  562. Cut him already, everything, make up, next morning, things there,

  563. poor husband like the whole night, working right, making sure that your

  564. breakfast is there. But how about that? Knowing that we are saving in

  565. God's hands. Amen, That is the inheritance the world that we have.

  566. And last but not least, this is citizenship. And this goes on later

  567. on to chapter two. How would you like to know that you have a

  568. passport, the super passport, you know, Malaysia passport. Quite gang,

  569. right, they say, very good, very valuable. You can go to

  570. a lot of countries without visa. Can I give you another passport? A

  571. passport to Heaven, passport to the Kingdom of God, and you can proudly

  572. say, I am a citizen of the Kingdom of God. I belong here,

  573. and therefore I enjoy all the rights that God has for me a man.

  574. Amen. And so you know, and we can go on right Efficient

  575. chapter three, and I'm gonna read to use some of the other promises that

  576. things that we used to quote, right, And I want to let you

  577. know that a lot things are quoted from Emvisians. If you don't know it,

  578. I want to give you a flavor of the letters so that you yourself

  579. will go back and read it, read it again and again and say,

  580. God, I'm gonna receive and claim all these promises for myself. My spirit

  581. don't need to be downcast for long because as I read your word and I

  582. profess. And that's why I want you to read it out loud right.

  583. When you read it out loud, your spirit receives it and you hear it

  584. right Efficient chapter three, Verse twenty. Now you all know this. It

  585. says, now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that

  586. we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to

  587. him be glory in the Church by Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever.

  588. Amen. You like that? Not? It says that God can do

  589. exceedingly, abundantly more than what you think and ask. It's like we ask

  590. for God for so little, right, like God give me this job,

  591. God give me this. But God says, Hey, hello, lo,

  592. my plan for you is greater, exceedingly abundling more than what you can think

  593. of us. Wow. That is our inheritance in God. Right, And

  594. so what is the application of this? Firstly is to accept this inheritance?

  595. Are you aware of us or not? Now that I told you already?

  596. Are you aware of all the spiritual blessings, every spiritual blessing that you have?

  597. You are so rich, you know, guys, seriously, you are

  598. rich beyond words, so rich, and we just sometimes didn't know or we

  599. are not aware of it. Right, So I want to tell you that

  600. you, guys are rich, right inheritance, This is the inheritance that God

  601. has given us. When you have the awareness already, then you need to

  602. accept it and begin to tap into it. Right, how would you tap

  603. into all this? Spend time with got yeah? What else? How else

  604. will you tap into this inheritance? What do you need to do when you

  605. got money in the bank, acout what you need to go and do if

  606. you want to use it or invest I like that. That's a different teaching

  607. for another day. But what if you need it right now? What do

  608. you do your money in the bank? We draw line loo simple as that.

  609. Use your ATM card right. Okay? Of course some of you young

  610. people are put you to ATM card. Everything digital now we don't even need

  611. ATM card. For those of your older ATM card right, ATM card.

  612. If you still believe in physical cash, grab and QR. But you still

  613. need to grab and QR right and make the transfer right. You still need

  614. to press something more so, you still need to press that spiritual button to

  615. say God, I'm going to withdraw this right now. I need healing God.

  616. I'm gonna press this. God, I need provision. I'm gonna press

  617. this. I need to access into no point knowing it's all in the bank,

  618. you're like very rich. But if you cannot use it for what,

  619. you cannot use it for what? Right? And God is saying I given

  620. you excess. His name is Jesus. That's why we pray in Jesus name.

  621. Did Jesus name. Did Jesus name? Jesus name is powerful? Amen?

  622. Amen? And once you start being able to withdraw, then you gotta

  623. use it wisely, right, use it wisely. And as we were saying

  624. that you then you need to walk worthy of this inheritance that you have.

  625. Do you know that you are blessed to be a blessing? Yes? You

  626. think all Why I enjoy already? No, go BALI and enjoy. I

  627. don't need to work anymore, right right? Ah? And that is our

  628. end goal, like I just want to not work for forever. No,

  629. But can I tell you that theology is not right purpose. We are all

  630. made to work, We are all made to walk right, walk worthy of

  631. this calling. And if you reach chapters three, four, five, six,

  632. it will tell you everything what it means to work worthy of this calling.

  633. You know, rich people, really rich people that I know, they

  634. actually very humble and they're not there like flashing it off right, like,

  635. well look at me, I'm so rich, But they're actually there serving others.

  636. Yeah, they're using their richness for the good of others. To me,

  637. that is real richness. That is real wealth, truly truly real wealth,

  638. not just the man made You know, I want to flesh it out

  639. and everything. It's like, I'm just walking worthy of my calling. Right,

  640. And if it's just for one to three, it says this. I

  641. therefore, the prisoner of the Lord be sees you to walk worthy of the

  642. calling with which you were called. All right, you're called into this inheritance,

  643. Amen, and you need to walk worthy of this with all loneliness and

  644. gentleness, with long suffering, and bearing with one another in love, endeavoring

  645. to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. So three

  646. things, they're right. One is to be lowly and gentle. Now,

  647. spirit, what's the next one? To be long suffering? Oh, we

  648. all don't like this word, right, long suffering, suffer long haha.

  649. I don't want to suffer long. But this is a character of God,

  650. long suffering and bearing one another in love. We need to learn to bear

  651. each other's burden, guys, Okay, we need to learn to bear each

  652. other in love. And lastly, to keep the unity of the spirit in

  653. the bond of peace. Unity is very, very important for God's people.

  654. Imen. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more information on
