  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. For the earth MOMENI you read it with me? One, two, three,

  4. For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of

  5. the glory of the Lord. As the waters cover the sea.

  6. Where does this come from? Haberkerk Chapter two and verse fourteen. Amen,

  7. Haberkerk Chapter two and verse fourteen. Is this Old Testament

  8. or New Testament? Amen? All right? You hope you know

  9. where the book Haberkerk is from. And this is very

  10. much the vision of our church that for the earth

  11. will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of

  12. the Lord. I forgot what the Lord as the waters

  13. cover the sea, haberkerk two, verse fourteen. And this is

  14. the verse that speaks about, you know, the glory, glory

  15. of the Lord that will cover the whole earth. Amen.

  16. God wants? What does God want? And I want to

  17. share that with you today. And we have many thoughts

  18. about missions. Some people have heard the word missions, some

  19. people have never some people have no idea what it is.

  20. The word missions doesn't exist in the Bible. It is

  21. a word coined or over by That means that you

  22. kind of find the word missions. That means, it's a

  23. descriptive word that was coined by the believers to be

  24. able to explain and so missions in one in a

  25. short way, it's just, you know, it just simply means,

  26. you know, moving from one comfort zone, from one of

  27. our own culture to reach someone else of another culture,

  28. to come from our own comfort zone moving to another

  29. culture that is different. And you already see this with Jesus.

  30. Jesus was very comfortable in heaven, you know, see in

  31. the heavenly places already with Father God and the Holy Spirit.

  32. But God said, who will I send? Because the earth

  33. needs a savior. I've been trying to use the different ones,

  34. but they can't seem to catch it. So God said

  35. who will go? And he said, you know, And then

  36. Jesus said, here am I send me? And so Jesus

  37. had to leave heaven and come to earth. Earth is

  38. a beautiful earth. It got made, but it's a messy

  39. earth because sin rain due to Adam and Eve, who

  40. you know, just instead of following following their father God,

  41. they believed the serpent and they fell. So sin entered

  42. the world. When did sin entered the world? It entered

  43. the world when Adam and he believed Satan took the

  44. fruit they should have never taken. And when sin came,

  45. the earth became messy and messy. Until today we are

  46. the we're still experiencing while we find Jesus in our lives.

  47. And we received Jesus. When we have repented from our

  48. sin and returned to the Lord, we have eternal life. Amen,

  49. we have been you know, forgiven. And so the penalty

  50. of sin, we have been freed from the penalty of sin.

  51. And about however, the presence of sin remains. So Jesus

  52. came from a beautiful, beautiful place, but he came to

  53. a very messy earth. He's not afraid of our sin.

  54. He's not afraid of our pain and our shame. He

  55. came to walk this earth to give us that hope

  56. and a future, a future and a hope in him.

  57. So missions means to for us to move from one

  58. of our own comfort zone, moving to another, a culture perhaps,

  59. or to somebody that we may never have met or

  60. do not know them, to share the good news of

  61. Jesus Christ. That's where the word missions In short, are

  62. you again talk so longer? No time today, but every time?

  63. So no time? Hi yah? So hopefully honest because we'll

  64. be able to share. But I just want to say

  65. to us when this word says for the earth will

  66. be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the

  67. Lord as the waters cover the sea. This knowledge of

  68. the Lord, somebody has to bring that knowledge. And first

  69. person that came and gave his life for us is Jesus.

  70. He's our big brother. Amen, Thy God, Thy all right?

  71. And then he say, the big brother, the firstborn before

  72. all of us, and he's our example. This knowledge of

  73. the glory of the Lord. How can we bring it

  74. to the earth as we live on the earth. Okay,

  75. So that's my title. We want to see the whole

  76. earth filled with the knowledge of the glory of the

  77. Lord as the waters cover the sea. Amen. So one

  78. of the things you know the Bible, and if you

  79. didn't already know, maybe maybe we don't realize it, but

  80. the Bible really is a story about God. It's not

  81. about you. And we' so selfish and we've been taught

  82. as if it's all about us. It's not. When you

  83. read the Word of God, you find out more about God.

  84. When people read the Bible, you find out more about God.

  85. It is about what God has for us, what he's

  86. doing and what he's saying to us. He's revealing himself

  87. to us. And you know, sometimes when you want to

  88. know somebody, you've got to spend time get to know

  89. that person. If you have never Okay, let's say if

  90. you you know, people write biographies, So if you want

  91. to know I Linpuncture writes a biography. Then we read

  92. and then that book reveals about who she is you

  93. wried about, you know, anybody that maybe has gone and

  94. we don't know them, but the biography will tell us

  95. about their life, and that it reveals to them who

  96. they are, what they've done, how they feel. Right. So well,

  97. I'm not saying this is a biography. This is the

  98. word of life. But in this word of life, life

  99. giving words. It's not just a print bibe. But you

  100. can throw it around. Maybe you have in the cupboard.

  101. It's collecting us, hey, but it's really the word of life.

  102. And I hope everyone will begin to fly with us,

  103. and you know, fly with us, run with us, and

  104. own your own Bible, because this is God's word to us.

  105. He's revealing himself to you and to me through his word. Amen.

  106. So reading God's word will reveal who God is to us.

  107. Please don't just get hooked up on watching YouTube messages.

  108. That's somebody else's message. It is not God's word. Okay,

  109. I'm so tired of people watching YouTube messages but never

  110. reading the word of God. Come on, you spend so

  111. much time reading other things, watching Netflix, but not enough

  112. time to read the word of God. And I'm not

  113. just speaking at you, I'm speaking to myself as well.

  114. And this is the word that reveals who God is.

  115. The Bible is really the story about our God. He

  116. is a missionary God. He has been coming to man

  117. from day one. He created man that man would worship him,

  118. that will fellowship. Sin robbed us of that, and he

  119. has been trying to redeem us to different ways, trying

  120. to creature us. But we sin is so we allow

  121. sin to just continue work and then it stops, and

  122. Satan is not going to give up. So you don't

  123. read the word of God, you cannot know God when

  124. you don't spend time with somebody. I cannot know you

  125. spending time God cannot. We cannot see God because he's holy.

  126. We will, we will dissolve. But his word is really

  127. really revealed to us. We want to read it. Time

  128. is not on our side, Church, time is not on

  129. our side. You know, the world has got so much

  130. things going on. It's not like you're going to live forever.

  131. But the Word of God will be forever. And if

  132. you have Christ, you will have eternal life, so so important,

  133. and this eternal life. I'm forever grateful that Jesus found me.

  134. I'm forever grateful to someone who worship other gods today

  135. because my friends, she had the good news to me.

  136. What is the good news That Jesus died on the

  137. cross for me and took my sins. And when I

  138. repented of my sin and said, Lord, forgive me, he

  139. came into my life. He turned my life around. And

  140. that's how I came to no Christ. I was a

  141. worship of other gods that were that really did not

  142. give me life or truth. In fact, it suffered through

  143. different no confidence, no identity, didn't know who I was,

  144. going through all kinds of beliefs. But God came to

  145. me a friend, my fourteen year old classmate that shared

  146. with me, and of course I said, no, thank you,

  147. speak to the hand. But one year later I had

  148. that opportunity again and God touched my heart and I

  149. received him as my personal Lord and savior. And then

  150. this book of life became real to me. And this

  151. is many years, forty years over of me following Christ.

  152. I'm ever grateful that God came into my life. I

  153. don't know about you. You have you do you remember

  154. the story of how you came to know Jesus and

  155. how precious Amen. God is just drawing people to him,

  156. not because to drawing people to him, to worship him,

  157. to love him, to love him because we choose to

  158. love him, not because he is. That's the word insecure.

  159. Go like, you have to worship me. You have to

  160. worship you know, because God is so worthy. As we

  161. come to him, as we discover him, he began, you know,

  162. as we recognize his glory and know, wow, this awesome God.

  163. He himself wants to bless us, wants to release to

  164. us the plans, the beauty and the glory. You give

  165. him glory and he will bless back glory to us.

  166. To the glory. What is glory? And you will do

  167. this in homes notes as well, the glory of God.

  168. Just the word glory means weight. It is substantial, it

  169. is substance, It is honest honor. It is just you know,

  170. the It's like a reward, its fullness. The glory of

  171. God is heavy. How would I say? It's a weight.

  172. And until you begin to pursue God, you will not

  173. fully You know grass the glory of God. And God

  174. wants you to know that glory, to experience the blessing,

  175. the weight, the beauty. The English words fail me. Shakhaah

  176. blah blah. I don't have the English words for it.

  177. And when we lack that knowledge of that glory of

  178. the Lord, then we don't know how to serve the Lord.

  179. We don't know how to live that gives God glory.

  180. We live for ourselves. We live thinking it's all about us,

  181. but it's not. It's really about the Lord who comes

  182. into our lives and restores what the devil has robbed

  183. us and lied to us. And we think that God

  184. is keeping something from us, but no, God gives us fullness.

  185. I am really testament of God's restoration and I'm still

  186. following him from my teenage years and into now my fifties.

  187. God is still good and I'm still getting to know him. Amen.

  188. You know, ex church is inundated, whether you like it

  189. or not. We will continue to pursue God's heart. God's

  190. heart is for the loss, and God's heart is to

  191. see people come to know Him. And that's why we

  192. actively plun churches. Why do we have an excher us,

  193. Why do we have an exity life or ex brick

  194. fews that reaches out to the deaf community. It's not easy.

  195. We continue to plant in England and Germany is coming up.

  196. In a month's time. I will be traveling there. We're

  197. going to launch ex Germany. With the little that we have.

  198. We will have the oldest missionaries in their sixties. They're

  199. going to plant the church for the Lord. Why do

  200. we do that? You can think that, oh, but as

  201. first world they might be first world brains, but they

  202. have no spirit. They have lost the knowledge of God

  203. in the West, and we need to bring back that

  204. knowledge of Christ that they will experience the glory of God. Amen, hallelujah.

  205. So I have this next light that says missions exists

  206. because worship doesn't. What do I mean? Why do we

  207. have missions? Why are we doing You know, all these

  208. work that we do globally and locally, missions exist. And

  209. this is written by John Piper who said this missions

  210. exist because worship doesn't. What does that mean? We want

  211. to just I want to. I want to implore your

  212. hot church so that you will continue to grow in

  213. your knowledge of God. And the glory of God is

  214. what you want to encounter every day. You know, every

  215. everything that you do, you want to you just want

  216. to give God the glory. You want to experience his glory.

  217. You know in the Book of Exodus, and I bring

  218. you backwards a little bit to the Book of Exodus,

  219. and Exodus is the book where you read about how

  220. God wanted to take the people of the Jewish nation.

  221. They weren't the nation yet. I mean, they were a group,

  222. a whole nation that was living in Egypt in the

  223. good days under Joseph who was the prime minister and

  224. the Pharaoh who knew them and opened up that land

  225. called Goshen in Egypt, and they lived there for four

  226. hundred and thirty years. And then God said, after four

  227. hundred and thirty years, I'm going to bring them out

  228. and give them and then they will have to take

  229. on the promised land Canaan, which is what you see

  230. today's Israel. And no matter what you read in the

  231. news and say, this is not their land. They fought

  232. for it, They conquered, and they took the land that

  233. God had said to them, you conquer and take it.

  234. So regardless what you read in the newspaper, read your Bible,

  235. then you will know why that land is theirs, because

  236. God wanted them to have it. He didn't just give

  237. it to them. They had to conquer the land. So

  238. he said, I'm going to bring them out and put

  239. them there. So what does he say, was he what

  240. was he saying? They just slaves? Yes, they were slaves.

  241. After a while they became slaves, and four hundred and

  242. thirty years they lived there. And then he called for

  243. that person who will bring them out, all right, the deliverer,

  244. The deliverer Moses. So I won't go to history on Moses.

  245. Read the Bible for yourself that you know. And I

  246. just want to say, God called Moses, and Moses had

  247. every excuse. I know, clair Villa, I cannot speak La,

  248. I know handsome law whatevera okay, I cannot do is la.

  249. And do you know Moses was trained in the Egyptian

  250. traditions and culture. He actually hebrew says, he spoke eloquently.

  251. And yet when God asks you serve me and you,

  252. and I will always say the bully, I ain't good enough. Yeah, anyway,

  253. Moses gave all the reasons. God, God, God really got

  254. upset with him and say, okay, you bring your brother

  255. Aaron and he will be your voice and let him

  256. speak on your behalf. I'm choosing you. You done that.

  257. Sometimes we are like that. Of you all will say

  258. yes anytime. Basically, we are made to serve the Lord.

  259. I will come to that. Missions exist because worship doesn't.

  260. What does that mean? Before I became a Christian, I

  261. worship false gods. They cannot hear me. They are as

  262. they are there. When true gods they couldn't lead me

  263. to eternity. When I came to know Christ, in my experience,

  264. I came to know the true and living God. The

  265. tomb is empty, there is nobody in there in the toomb.

  266. Jesus rose again from the dead, and then I worship him.

  267. I no longer worship the idols. I've lived like that

  268. for many years, and in fact curses were on my life,

  269. but Jesus broke those curses over my life. Really curses

  270. that just it's like that when you don't know God,

  271. the curses are on your life, you never amount to anything.

  272. You're ugly. Forever you think like that, you can never

  273. do well. But the God took away that curse. And

  274. when I was born again in Jesus, I experienced this

  275. new life. And then I worshiped the Living God. And

  276. as I worshiped the Living God, I began to serve him.

  277. There's not one time in my walk with Jesus have

  278. I sat in the seats and done nothing. I served,

  279. whether I was usher or I was doing XTV those days.

  280. XTV is not sou chungala. It's called oh HP overhead

  281. projector whah. If you see it today, you're like ancient

  282. got slight like sly said it okay? Or I was

  283. I organizing the chess, or maybe I have to throw

  284. the trash, maybe we have to drive people to church.

  285. Never once in my forty years in my life have

  286. I not worshiped to serve, or my service was a

  287. worship to the Lord. There was no need to ask

  288. the Lord if I should serve. I serve until God

  289. says no. Today we all say I'll serve. Once I

  290. hear the Lord tell me to serve, I want to

  291. tell you he ain't gonna tell you Linus, please serve.

  292. You should just serve. And then when you do something,

  293. and just like Paul, no, Liners, don't go to Jerus

  294. this week. Stay in so many as, then you don't

  295. go Lah. Now Paul wanted to go away. Paul wanted

  296. to make his way to other parts of Europe, and

  297. the Lord said, no, you go the Macedonian call, you

  298. go to Greece, not to the other side of Europe.

  299. But he never says stop going unless basically, we keep

  300. going until God says no because there's something else to do.

  301. Missions exist because people aren't worshiping him. God wants our

  302. worship because he doesn't want us to worship false gods.

  303. That's what Satan has done again. You either are for

  304. God or you are for yourself or for other gods.

  305. You can be a God yourself. Your child can be

  306. a god. Your money can be your god, your job

  307. can be your god, your girlfriend can be a god.

  308. But is God the God who says to you and

  309. leads you. You worship him, you serve him. I think

  310. I'm old enough and been long enough in church life

  311. to tell you what I've seen. I've seen the failures,

  312. I've seen everything I will have to tell you what

  313. is truth. I cannot not tell you the truth because

  314. whatever you may have gone through in those who have

  315. been Christian for a long time, whatever it is, do

  316. not hang your service because of one man who hurt you.

  317. Wake up church. Just because Senda failed you, you don't

  318. serve God anymore. Who is she? She's just another vessel

  319. who is weak and God transforms her life. But she

  320. makes a mistake, doesn't mean forever she's dadler. She will

  321. rise from her mistakes. If you have to say sorry,

  322. she will apologize. But don't let my mistake stop you

  323. from trusting God and the man of God that got

  324. plays to lead us to do the work of the Lord.

  325. And therefore many believers fail to serve the Lord because

  326. we think it's about us. It's a very urgent message.

  327. I am the missions pastor, but I cannot be the

  328. missions pastor because I don't know nothing. It's because he's

  329. been with me for years. This man is I shared

  330. with you. I just want you to know so many

  331. of us used to not worship God, but today we do.

  332. As you come to church every week, don't say that

  333. boring la because the same lineers is leading with shame.

  334. You know the same Elaine is cooking the food for you.

  335. Are you borrowing? I need some superstars. Get better at

  336. what you want. Wake up a little bit earlier. Try

  337. not to sleep in the service. Try to give God attention.

  338. Come on, try not to yearn so much. What were

  339. you doing last night watching Netflix? Burn it? Burn it

  340. seriously because you're not learning anything that's life giving. It

  341. teaches you rubbish and it breaks down your life. If

  342. you and I follow the world system, you will live

  343. and be like what you worship. God doesn't want us

  344. to worship the things that are not him. What you worship,

  345. you will serf. Ask yourself, who are you really worshiping?

  346. Because what you worship, you will serf seriously. And God

  347. doesn't want us to worship the things that are false,

  348. because we will become like that. We will. You don't

  349. realize it. I worship other gods. I didn't know God.

  350. I seek God. I want to. I believe there was

  351. a God, but I didn't know Jesus was the way,

  352. and I became like that as a young person. My

  353. life just just rob from me because the devil is

  354. a liar and he will make us turn out back

  355. on God because he wants to be God. I want

  356. to say to us, true worship exists when we worship

  357. the Living God and there's only one way to God,

  358. and it's Jesus, and he came for us. Therefore, mission, friends,

  359. missions exist because not everyone on the face of the

  360. earth is worshiping the Lord, true Living God. There are

  361. many more tribes. Tribes means that all kinds of people

  362. that live on the earth that have no chance to

  363. hear the good news. We need to reach them or

  364. we need to do something. An ex church has a

  365. part to play. We really support missionaries evangelists in China,

  366. in East Malaysia to do the work because you and

  367. I cannot go into the jungles. You got no time

  368. to go. How So, missions exist because worship doesn't. So

  369. when Exodus, when God said I'm going to bring the

  370. people out, they thought probably until today. Maybe that's why

  371. at that time the Israelites thought that bpe, this is

  372. God's way to cheat the Pharaoh to how they say,

  373. to get them out as slave so that they're free

  374. from slavery. Okay, just it's a tipu hella helaala, just

  375. a bluff thing. You're not just bluff the pharaoh lada.

  376. You know what God says. This is what God says

  377. in the word. If you read Exodus chapter seven, verse sixteen,

  378. Exodus chapter eight, Exodus chapter nine, Exodus chapter thirty ten,

  379. this is the one word. The word goes like this.

  380. Let my people go, know full stop, continue that they

  381. may serve me. Let my people go, most of us

  382. stop and let my people go. That's why I let

  383. the pharaoh like only reading. Let my people go. What

  384. lazy for us? Don't work? Here? Is it all? My

  385. slave's gone? Ready? No, carry on, Let my people go,

  386. so that they may serve. Exchange the words serve, give

  387. me another word so that they may worship. He wanted

  388. his people to worship, because when we worship the Living God,

  389. we become like our father. We began to receive his glory. Oh,

  390. the weight, the fullness, the substance. I don't even know

  391. how to explain it to you, but I have to

  392. tell you there is a weight, There is such a war,

  393. and that glory can only have experienced as you worship.

  394. How many times every time we come to worship. When

  395. you are deep in worship, you just sense the nearness

  396. of God. Worship brings us near to God. Watching Netflix

  397. brings you far from God. So we worship to God

  398. that we come near to God. That's what let my

  399. people go, that they may so me. Was ship and

  400. then people, and so the ex in Exodus you will

  401. read over Exodus and numbers the children of Israel. They

  402. thought it was just a way to take them out

  403. from slavery. And so they thought it's all about them.

  404. And they kept complaining throughout the time for forty years

  405. about what nothing to eat, nothing to drink, my shoes,

  406. the same shoe. I want to bund new Adida shoe.

  407. Cannot same shoe, same shoe, never tear. You read it,

  408. the shoe never broke their shoe from him. They were

  409. five years old, forty years, forty five years old. For

  410. forty five year wearing the same Adida shoe. I yah

  411. cannot go shopping. I had the same t shirt. I'm

  412. wearying extra still said tish, never tear, never still knew

  413. God a miracle. For forty years they wore the same shoe.

  414. And then they were always talking about nothing to eat,

  415. my diet, this place like sad. But they never never

  416. grasped that God wanted to bring them near to worship.

  417. They missed the point and that's why they complain. But

  418. if they knew, there's more than just slavery. And yes,

  419. I'm under the Punja Jahan of the Egyptians, you know,

  420. the ruling rulership. It's more than that. It's like Call

  421. wanted them to experience him and brought them to the

  422. Red Sea. Whoa, And still they complain and they complain

  423. and they complain, and some of us are like that,

  424. there's nothing else they come off our mouth. But I

  425. don't like that rad bad. I don't like that pow.

  426. I don't like that. Make that one. I don't like

  427. I don't like you know that that one? And this

  428. one girl's face. So I don't like everything we do.

  429. Complain and complaint. He says, thank you Jesus. I don't know,

  430. Mamada buy their house. At least you got a house,

  431. great fool, I must be gratefool. At least Elimbrah went

  432. quay for you. She didn't make meat balls, la but yeah,

  433. she brought a quay for you. Come on, God said,

  434. let my people go. It didn't full stop. It wasn't

  435. just to set them free from slavery. It was so

  436. that they could come new to worship Him. And at

  437. the end of the day, it's really for us and

  438. for all peoples of the earth or whether you speak

  439. Howking malially, the Lago Cantonese. We came to worship the Lord.

  440. It's not about English language only Amen. Next, worship is

  441. the goal of missions. Worship is the goal all of missions.

  442. So therefore missions is not just for the few missionaries.

  443. You go all a pastor, you're the missions fast. Oh yeah,

  444. it's not me. I want you to come along with

  445. me because even though we keep sewing, that's all we do.

  446. We sew, we sw we sow in the heart of

  447. that person. We pray Holy Spirit touch them that their

  448. heart will be open. Crossing culture, getting from the uncomfortable,

  449. from the comfortable to the uncomfortable. Our lives are very busy.

  450. It's become like that work takes over family life, Lord

  451. Church even we are with their things to do. Thank

  452. God for jur You know, I'm very grateful that I

  453. grew up in my late teens in church because it

  454. built me up. All that I can do, learning to

  455. do different things wasn't because of my home, but it's

  456. because of my church. As I grew out. I learned

  457. so many things. So I'm grateful for the church in

  458. the community. But it's also the church that brought me

  459. out to see the needs after loss. My first mission trip.

  460. You will laugh at me, thinking were very far right.

  461. They asked me, Sandra, I think I was eighteen, No,

  462. I was probably twenty already. You want to go for

  463. a mission trip way Melocer William's church. That William was

  464. a small boy, you're William, Okay? I went them like girl.

  465. But well, there's so many things you do in missions.

  466. We went to encourage the existing church, even us here

  467. when someone comes and speak and tell us stories. But

  468. what God is doing encourage just us. So we encourage

  469. the church. Other times I had to. I went aroun

  470. Asli and then we reach out to them. Back in

  471. the day, it is so scared we get caught, you know,

  472. because the police will say, who are you getting in

  473. your vent? Back in the day? Back in the day.

  474. A lot of things back in the day cannot do,

  475. but we win. All I'm saying is the goal of

  476. the word. Worship is the goal of missions. We want

  477. people to worship the Lord, and worship not just about

  478. the singing It's about living your life for the glory

  479. of God. Worship doesn't mean music. Worship doesn't mean the songs.

  480. Worship just means surrender. Yes, Lord, you are my God.

  481. Everything I do is whatever that you told me in

  482. your Bible. I will do it lot and only when

  483. he doesn't want you to do it. That's when you

  484. That's when God will say, stop you laying, don't go,

  485. but everything else go. That's what I learned as we

  486. look at the glory of God, because He's He's everything

  487. that's that's No. You don't have to ask me, like

  488. you know past Or Nick says, can you line the

  489. chess up? Sure? Can you pick up so and so? Sure?

  490. I should be able to say sure, ala okay, not

  491. like I let me pray about it, arrange the chess,

  492. let me pray about it. We need help in me, like, oh,

  493. let me pray about it. I'll do whatever God leads me.

  494. Now that I hear people tell me that I want

  495. to warm meetler because I'm saying I have your church

  496. needs you line us answered the call because we needed help.

  497. He doesn't have to do this. Did he tell me

  498. you'll pray about it? I won't friend him laughter that

  499. your church needs you. My teens. We need help with teens.

  500. Come and help us. I'm asking you, and you tell

  501. me you will pray about it and see where God leeds.

  502. You just say my church needs me. I will come

  503. do whatever until God says no, don't do this now

  504. you wait. That's what he told Paul. And then Paul

  505. had not wait and wait forever and drink peanut, go laden. No.

  506. He was sent to Macedonia and he went to the

  507. to another part. So I want to change out, transform

  508. my own heart as well, to stop saying no, because

  509. I need to pray about it, to see whether it

  510. is God's will for me to feed the poor. Come on, Peo, Paul,

  511. the people, the food, the food, the food needs the people.

  512. People need the food. And it's just gonna take two

  513. hours of your time plus plus there's gonna okill all

  514. in all four hours because you're to travel there. I

  515. don't need to pray about it. It's here, it's here

  516. in care. The refugees need it. Okay, I will go.

  517. I'm just saying what stirs in my heart. How will

  518. I respond? Of course, if I can't do it now,

  519. I'm sorry. Now I got the child to feed it

  520. got the grandmother who's sick. I can't. But I'm not

  521. going to say no, I'm willing. I just can't do it. Now.

  522. Is there another chance? At least you say like that,

  523. It sounds more to do a bit to the years la.

  524. But then you say, let me pray about it, and

  525. if God leads me, I will go. Okay. How long

  526. you need to pray about it? Because they need to eat.

  527. Dora Astley needsitution. They cannot go to school. The government

  528. will not give them school until they convert to become Muslim.

  529. So once set the day a month, they cannot worship

  530. because they don't know worship is the goal of missions.

  531. Jesus said this Matthew for and verse ten, when the

  532. Satan told him, you come up, I'll take you and

  533. I'll give you all this world. You bow down and

  534. worship me. What do Satan want from us? He wants

  535. worship from God's creation. God creates it. Lucifer, when I

  536. don't know, doesn't say, but he created him way, way,

  537. and go wherever. He lifted up his heart and said,

  538. I want to be like God. That's what he told.

  539. If you will be like God, if was all freddy

  540. like God, because he was. She was the child of God.

  541. Let us make men the Us, God, Sun and Holy

  542. Spirit was already in Eve and Adam. And yet Satan

  543. the serpent said, you know, if you eat that fruit,

  544. you will be like God. She was already like God.

  545. So Ahitan said to Jesus forty days hungry, no water,

  546. no doing, no water, no food. You bow down now

  547. and worship me. I'll give you the whole world, because

  548. right now the earth is under his reign. God is

  549. overall overall. Ah. But right now Satan reigns here in

  550. the air that heavens whatever he influences. But this, Jesus answer,

  551. you shall worship the Lord your God, and him only

  552. you shall serve. Coman, Jesus said, you shall worship the

  553. Lord your God, and him only you shall serve. Jesus

  554. was at his weakest when Satan trew dead at him.

  555. He's always at our weakest that we get tempted. Thank you, Jesus,

  556. you didn't give up. You didn't let Okay, Now whatever,

  557. I'm so hungry, you give me nour. Eat the bread

  558. now which your stone, actually that stone into bread, he said,

  559. And this makes so much sense. Worship doesn't even begin

  560. with music. It begins with who you serve, right, guys,

  561. It's not about the music or the sound system. Worship

  562. ministry is about your heart. Your heart, they say, I

  563. love you Lord, I'm getting to love you more and more.

  564. I don't think my love for God is so big liked.

  565. I think I also learning to love God a little

  566. bit more than yesterday. So Jesus said, you worship the Lord,

  567. your God, and him only. You shall serve. What you serve,

  568. you will worship. And that's why people who serve money

  569. will go for golf on Sunday to make the business

  570. deals on the golf course. These are believers, They say,

  571. God can wait. I need the business deal. I need

  572. my promotion. So Sunday is taking up my space. So

  573. maybe if they say they are Christian, they may have

  574. They may need to come back to know why and

  575. what God has done for them. You give your two

  576. hours three hours to the Lord on Sunday, then go

  577. play the golf and make the business deal. I think

  578. you will make a lot of money after that. You

  579. put God first. You what you serve, you will worship.

  580. You serve golf, you will worship golf. You serve your boss.

  581. You will worship your boss. Sure, it's like that. It's

  582. like that. It's like that. If I love baking, if

  583. I keep baking, I will worship my baking. Even my work.

  584. I love my work. But I can't tell you. I

  585. can't I love me what I do wake up in

  586. the morning. I have to discipline myself. No, I need

  587. to worship you first, not do my work. And my

  588. work is a lot. I like doing my work cloud,

  589. which is full time and full time some word people,

  590. to deal with paperwork, to deal with all kinds of things,

  591. to deal schedules, to do organized missionships, all this part.

  592. But I cannot do that because I like doing it.

  593. But if I serve that, I will worship that, thank

  594. God will not be in the picture. That means what

  595. God has blessed me. And I'm not worshiping the creation,

  596. not the creator. Oh so we're important, right, moving on

  597. if I'm gonna be late. So the next verse here

  598. says what so why why missions? Why? Because we say,

  599. because worship doesn't exist? Right, so why May the nations

  600. praise you? Oh God, Yes, may all the nations praise you.

  601. Let the whole world sing for joy, the glory of

  602. God to be revealed to the nations, to the whole world.

  603. You and I want was that lost person didn't know

  604. about that? I should know God and worship him. God

  605. wants the nations to worship him. God wants all peoples

  606. to come near to Him so that when they see

  607. his glory and give him glory. The actual generous, hole generous,

  608. so generous. The generosity of God is what he does.

  609. He says, you worship him, you give him Glory's it

  610. is said that he just out of his generosity of

  611. knowing how you love him and worship him, he pause

  612. his generosity over us. He never holds back. He always

  613. gives more than we need. Amen. And so you know

  614. whatever happened, when do I take you back the nations?

  615. Right when the Exodus happened, and what's his name, mister

  616. Moses let the people out from Egypt and the plagues happened,

  617. they were miracles because I think plague number three onwards,

  618. or plague number four, it only counna the Egyptians, but

  619. the people in Goshian the Jews did not experience the flies,

  620. or the darkness or the frogs. They didn't. But the

  621. land of Egypt, God wanted to tell Pharaoh, let my

  622. people go that they may worship him. Yes, his heart

  623. was hardened because God wanted him to know that there's

  624. only one God at the end of the day. Wasn't

  625. because he wanted to kill the Pharaoh know he wanted

  626. them to know him, because they were already worshiping all

  627. kinds of gods, not the true God. So the Jewish

  628. people were supposed to be the light and salt, but

  629. they were so about themselves. They forgot to shine for

  630. God and keep complaining about I don't have fish to eat,

  631. I don't have garlic to eat. I don't have onions

  632. to eat, I don't have bird to eat, guela meat. Right,

  633. So the whole point is made. The nations praise You.

  634. Where we worship and together? Where do we sing in

  635. hokeen we do? We sing in Swahili, wather we sing

  636. in Tama, weather we singing Malayalam, whether we sing in Mandarin,

  637. whatever language, Bahasa, don't despise you. We always like Malaysia,

  638. but he's still a people group. If we sing in

  639. the club language or the Lambawang language or the milana

  640. whever Malaysia goes. So many tribes yet to be rich.

  641. Sounds different Iban language made the nations worship the Lord. Amen, Amen,

  642. and again the next light, declare his glory among the nations.

  643. He wonders among all the people. The sorry type, Peter,

  644. So he's wonders among all the people like the bully. Okay, sorry,

  645. declare his glory among the nations. It is about the

  646. glory of God. As I share this with you when

  647. you go for homes. This will be easier for you

  648. to discuss, all right, because I wrote the notes. Oh, okay,

  649. declare is glory among the nations, and he's wonders among

  650. the people. So the Jewish people were supposed to declare

  651. God's glory among the nations. Watching and truly, when they

  652. saw what happened to Egypt and Pharaoh, they were like

  653. the fear of the Lord. When say, wow, there is

  654. a God who fights for the Jewish people, and he

  655. still fights for them. He still fights for them until today.

  656. So whatever's going to happen is going to happen. But

  657. God will fight for them because they will have nobody

  658. else to help them, No American nor England, no body

  659. bombs will come. Then they're like okay, oh, baise law,

  660. and they have to turn back to the Lord, and

  661. it is the lot will help them, and then the

  662. nations will go like whoa. Even in that times of Exodus,

  663. the nations had the fear of the Lord jet throw.

  664. His father in law was not a Jew, said whoa.

  665. He said, give glory to God. I can't imagine how

  666. he let two million people out and protected them. Led

  667. by fire, pillar of fire at night and a pillar

  668. of cloud at the daytime. I won law you so

  669. one tell you there that one pillow of fire. That's

  670. the business to you code, heyd. But that's how God led.

  671. It was supernatural. They traveled at night, they travel in

  672. the daytime. They travel anytime that God said, go So

  673. today you and I refused to change. He said, I

  674. don't like change. Oh you always do. These white pass

  675. said allow my company. In that time in the exodus,

  676. there was no such time as my time. No, no, God, no, Now,

  677. let me have my few children first, after I give

  678. birth everything, then then I can serve you. Okay, Now

  679. now you can move me to the nations. No, no,

  680. I can a lot. It's my time. I cannot leave

  681. my job. Now. No, let me make my million first, no,

  682. God's calling you now to go. No. No. Whenever he

  683. said now it's time to move, they had to move.

  684. Whether it was at night, morning, afternoon they moved, or

  685. it was time to stay. They'll stay there for two

  686. five years? Five how many years? Sailor time to go?

  687. Okay go. I don't know how he led two million

  688. people the uncle Moses, no head phonder, Hello, everybody, text

  689. them now it's time to go. The two million people. Yo,

  690. how to tell hello? No? No, no, loud yell. But

  691. that's the amazing thing. I don't know. They had. Their

  692. groupings are like elf, you know, the fifties and hundreds

  693. and the finally just take care one they had. That's

  694. how we do leadership right here. Leader of ten, leader

  695. of fifty, leaders one hundred. It's biblical. And they looked

  696. and they said, wow, there's a god who fights for

  697. the Jewish people. And God wanted them to stand in

  698. that all and to know him. That was his point

  699. that all nations will worship him. Amen. All right, now

  700. I have to close soon, so I'm going to have

  701. closed it with this verse Genesis chapter twelve, verse one

  702. to three, but I only highlighted verse three, and I'm

  703. thinking most of you would have seen this verse before.

  704. Now Genesis chapter twelve, verse one. We're going all the

  705. way back to Genesis chapter one, chapter one, Buler, chapter twelve.

  706. And this is Abraham. It all started with Abraham. Why

  707. we call him father? Abraham has many sons, many sons?

  708. Has Father Abraham? Have you sang that song before? Father

  709. Abraham has many sons, many sons? Has Father Abraham? I

  710. remember singing this song. I'm like a Paula going here,

  711. who's this Abram? Because I was so in New Christian

  712. Non you so already know? I read again and again.

  713. Oh he Father Abraham really is the start, the one

  714. person who believed God to say that. When he had

  715. no baby, no child, no son, no daughter, God said,

  716. you will have descendants like this stars in the sky.

  717. And Abraham looked at outside Genesis fifteen. U see okay?

  718. He said, okay you No, there was no Jewish nation.

  719. It was birth from Abraham that starts with Father Abraham.

  720. Abram was not Jewish or jew He was gentle. But

  721. when he said yes God, God accounted to him as righteousness,

  722. covered him in righteousness. That's why you and I were

  723. not you when we say yes, Lord, we inherit the

  724. promise of Abraham, and that promise is in Genesis, chapter twelve,

  725. verse one to three. Okay, if you have a Bible

  726. turned to Genus is chapter twelve, verse one to three. Now,

  727. this uncle Abraham actually comes from the ur of Chaldeans,

  728. and this is somewhere in the Middle East, Babylona, something

  729. that that part of the world. And then God called

  730. him out from his country. So the Lord said to

  731. Abram that time, his name Abrahm, not Abraham. Yet, the

  732. Abraham is the father of many nations. The Abram is

  733. not father of many nations. Further, okay, so now the

  734. Lord has said to Abram, get out of your country,

  735. from your family, from your father's house, to a land

  736. that I will show you. I will make you a

  737. great nation. I will bless you and make your name great,

  738. and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those

  739. who bless you, and I will curse you who curse

  740. him who curses you, And in you all the families

  741. of the earth shall be blessed. WHOA all right, Now,

  742. when you look at that verse one two says get

  743. out of your country. He was very comfortable in his

  744. own country or of the Chaldeans or Chaldeans mnella. But

  745. you know in the because they all came from the

  746. lineage of Adam. But many is many, many generations already

  747. they may not have known God personally, they know God.

  748. But now God was calling out and say, would you

  749. leave that land? I'm gonna take you to promised land? Okay?

  750. Not now wait, don't know. Oh, time is out, okay.

  751. And so then then he say yes, right, and what

  752. is the promise? He says. God says, I will bless you,

  753. bless you, bless you. You do that in your homes,

  754. not oh, bless you, bless you, bless you. And then

  755. worse tree is my slide. And in you all the

  756. families of the earth shall be bless amen, all the

  757. families of the earth, meaning the you is Earth, and

  758. the families of the earth. The word earth is if

  759. we break it down and you study it, it means

  760. all the ethnicity, all the ethnic groups, fne many people groups,

  761. They're gonna be blessed. It's not just one group. It

  762. was just kept to the Jews. God not only one

  763. of the Jews. He wanted them to be the example,

  764. but they just lost it. They He never saw it.

  765. It's for everyone, So for us today, God has blessed

  766. you so that you can be a blessing. God has

  767. blessed you. Then you think about you go home and think,

  768. or you think now, what did God bless you now

  769. that you can use as a blessing to your friend

  770. who is not yet a believer or even a believer.

  771. What are you blessed with that you can be a

  772. blessing a man, which my next lighte says, you are

  773. blessed to be a blessing. Maybe not keep what we

  774. know to ourselves, but maybe be ready to bring it

  775. to others. You have been blessed with finances, You've been

  776. blessed with the ability to speak. You've been blessed with

  777. skills that others don't have. You have been blessed with

  778. knowledge I don't have. You have been blessed with skill

  779. use to do sound sound bless you. You're so many

  780. things that I'm so limited, but you're blessed. When you

  781. are blessed, you are going to be a blessing. You

  782. can use your skill for the nation. You build this

  783. nation so that the people's here will be blessed. And

  784. God wanted that all the time. God he's not a

  785. selfish God. He doesn't like you, wash Man, I leave

  786. you to die. No, God said I bless you all right.

  787. I will move in your life so that you can

  788. be a blessing. You stop saying that you don't have

  789. you ask the Lord God, you have blessed me with

  790. the one gift that I have. What can I do?

  791. Is it even to smile at somebody? Nobody smiles at right? Yeah?

  792. People who cannot smile right good. But when you smile

  793. at emma, they're like, SMI and I do that every day.

  794. I'm nice. I love oh loudendl sa hello to me. Yeah,

  795. when you smile at them and they're like, what are you smiling?

  796. And sometimes a beautiful smile like yours can make somebody's day.

  797. It cause you, nothing, didn't cause you an I'm in

  798. a leg. Didn't you go to t T at empty

  799. to take out my knee? You just smiled, And a

  800. beautiful smile is yours again. Sorry, it's going to bless somebody.

  801. That's my last light anyway, the most lights. So I

  802. want to encourage us. What where does missions I'm not

  803. even saying, hey, guys, I want you to go here,

  804. go there? I am not saying that you decide what's

  805. before us in Malaysia. The nations are before us. They

  806. are here. What are we doing to reach any refugees?

  807. You know? A long time ago the Somali group in

  808. Nilai sight ex Neeli went out to them. They were Muslims.

  809. But we help them, the Kneeli team and help them.

  810. They are for were grateful. We are no longer doing

  811. the work because they've been moved. But they always say

  812. when nobody helped us, the church helped us? What did

  813. we do? We played with their children, We taught them English.

  814. Did they cost us money? A million dollars? You can

  815. get to buy toys, to buy colored pencils, to buy

  816. English workbooks. The Somali group that were refugees in Malaysia

  817. many years back, ex Neili went out to them, and

  818. you think it's a big deal, Yes, because they don't

  819. know the love of God and I did not preach them. Jesus.

  820. We preach the love of Christ to them without telling them.

  821. They would have to ask. And they know we are

  822. church because nobody helped them until much later. Do you

  823. have some color pencils? Your man's very good, because mine

  824. isn't teach them you are blessed to be a blessing

  825. so that someone gets to receive it. Because the goal

  826. of missions is to bring people to worship. Right, yeah,

  827. I'm so late. The worship is really why we do missions.

  828. These people will come to worship a lot. It's it's

  829. missions is a very expensive outreach that we do. I

  830. don't know how it's expensive something. I don't know what's

  831. the word by etiquette to go, you know, to Russia,

  832. not go and do mission trep by ticket to buy

  833. even go to East Malaysia has gone up. Everything is

  834. gone up. Do I stop doing? I can't. I got

  835. to slowly build it up again, to go go deep

  836. into the going to the interior because the second generations

  837. East Malaysians, our tribes are losing their faith, in fact

  838. being converted. So there's so much to be done, so

  839. much to be done. There are people who've heard the

  840. name Coca Cola, mister bean, but they've never heard the

  841. name of Jesus never. So you and I may have

  842. heard the name and the gospel preached to you probably

  843. ten times over. But there are people who sit in

  844. our big cities in the UK, in Germany, in Australia.

  845. You get angry, why you want a plant church there?

  846. I tell you what. These are the churches. These are

  847. the countries that have lost their faith. That's why we're there.

  848. It's very slow work, but we need to be liked.

  849. And when as long God leads, when God says it's

  850. time up, we will leave. We won't be there anymore

  851. because we are not Australian. So however, what we plan,

  852. we plan to plow as much as we can, and

  853. then it's time to go, we go. But that's when

  854. God says, go go out, but to go in, and

  855. there's no stopping. Go in to do God's work, not

  856. to live the better life, the slumber life in Australia.

  857. Everybody wants to mi great, eat the good of the land.

  858. But are you going to prepare to preach the gospel?

  859. No time my child got football, so I cannot do

  860. preach gospel. We have so much to answer to the Lord. Friends,

  861. we have so much to answer to Jesus. You and

  862. I were give an account what we did with our time,

  863. what we did with our lives, what we did with

  864. our money, what we do with our talents. I don't

  865. know what we did with whatever are we had, what

  866. did I do with ex church? I will have to

  867. give an account if I don't do it right according

  868. to God's word. It's not meant to be solemn or

  869. scolding you. It's meant to say, guys, wake up. It's

  870. time to wake up. Read the Bible, and it's about God.

  871. Find out who he is, what he's saying to us,

  872. and what can to come near to him, to worship him, amen,

  873. to love him, and to serve him at the end

  874. of our days, to serve him, not ourselves.

  875. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
