We hope this message will light up your day today.

You know, i'd been sharing in line with our whole

missions man regarding missions and you know, Aquarian, can I

see a show of hands? How many of you have

been from mission any mission trips before? Oh? Wow, there's

quite a lot of you. Amazing. Yeah, And and I thought,

you know, of just showing us some statistics, okay, on

on what's going on worldwide all right, regarding you know

people itself, all right, but before that, you know the

title my message today, you know, from missions Feel to

missions force and and a lot of of us may

know or are aware there are needs around us, right

The missions field is huge, the harvest is plentiful. Right

so right now you know today you know, God has

been staring my heart and I hey, you know, we

we are aware, we are aware, but how can we

shift our focused from just knowing? Okay, this is the

missions feel to becoming the missions force? And I believe

you know, Extract will be a missions force as well.

And for us ex Church, you know, and and missions

is always really big uh in our heart of ex Church. Yeah,

it is us so has sory. You know, this year

we're dedicating the whole month of August just a missions itself,

and we have a Missions conference also coming up. How

many of you sign up for it already? Yeah, going, yeah,

so you know I believe you know, you'll be blessed

as well during the Missions conference. So we have been

doing that since Extra Born. You know, it started last time.

They quite first Priority conference a long long time ago,

because God's last command is our first priority. Right, but

now it's just call it missions is the same. Okay,

So some statistics are going to just show us on

world religion and their people group. So basically it will

show us the statistics of how many people are part

of this religion and how many people group has this

religion reached. Okay, so the statistics is as of twenty

twenty four, all right, and apparently the study is done

by Joshua Project. Okay, it's an American organization. So you

look look at this, you know, Islam, that's one point

ninet eight billion believers now worldwide they have reached a

total of at least four thousand people group and you

know unreached people group is three thousand, and that contributes

to twenty four point eight percent of world population. That is,

you know, Islam and Buddhist as well. Yeah, why I

didn't put million. Okay, about five hundred five hundred million people.

Uh.

Wow, sixty sixty six people group. Uh are Buddhists and

they contribute to six point three percent of the population

of the world. Next, like those who are animistic. Basically

they worship objects or it can be trees or anything

that is an object. Like, all right, so those are enemies.

It's seven hundred and thirty eight million. There's a lot

of people. Nine. It contributes to nine point two percent

of the population of world. Okay, Oh no, sorry, ignore

the Buddhist one. Let's move to the next one. Sorry,

that's a repeat. Hinduism one point two billion. Uh, that's

equivalent to fifteen point one percent of the world population. China.

Why there is a China because technically they don't have

a religion there. Uh. And that's another Oh myice, that's

there is wrong. I'm so sorry. China. Uh. It's four

hundred and forty five people group and it contributes to

seventeen point seven percent of world population. Wow, that's that's

that's a lot of charity. People and the last one

will be Christian Christians. Okay, we are at two point

five billion believers worldwide. Wow, and it consists of both

Catholic and Protestants as well. Okay, and there are other

studies that says, you know, this two point five billion.

It can be just people who kind of put their

status on favor I'm a Christian, but they are not

really actually practicing. But it still contributes because statistics is

taken from your kind of official document, right, and we

contribute to thirty one point two percent of the world population. Okay,

largest really religion in the world will be Christianity. Second

next up will be actually Islam as well. So as

you can see here actually the dots sorry, the blue dots. Okay,

let me run so basically around here, sorry, there are

actually believers and Christians although you can't really see the

land area, but that they are believers there. So God

has been using you know, believers since the beginning of

time to reach and the Gospel is still spreading, which

is really really amazing. So you can see here which

are the nations as well. It's largely populated by believers

and actually Catholic contribute to the largest population so you

break it down Protestants and Catholic. Catholic contributes to the

largest okay, to the Christian faith. All right, next slide,

I just want to bring us to this slide. You

might be wondering what this is, Okay, So there are

a total Uh so this is called the ten forty window.

By so tien forty is basically the latitude and longit tilt,

all right, and basically it focuses the middle part of

the world. All right. Why that you know, Why is

there a focus in the middle part of the world, because, uh,

it actually covers all the way from West Africa across Asia,

all right. Uh. And the latitude so those of you

who know geography are a bit like okay, So it's ten

degrees latitude from the north of the equator and forty

degrees to the south. Yes, okay. So basically in this

window itself, that stands the largest population in the world.

So now total population or what is about eight eight

point three around eight po three billion, So that's fine

point three three billion people in this group, okay. And

in this ten forty we know itself, there are eighty

seven hundred and thirty one people group. Okay, and to us,

there are six thousand unriched people group. Uh, that totals

up to about three point two eight billion. So what

is unriched people group? So you may not like what's that?

Some wo may not have heard of this term before.

So we use it in a Christian context to refer

to the group of people that has doesn't have Christianity

in their own language set. For example, they don't have

Christian jugons in their language sheet, they don't have the

Word of God written in their own language sheet. So

there's a lot of people six thousand and three point

two eight billion people, six thousand people grow and three

point two eight billion, So there's a lot, all right.

And if you ask me, okay that how many are

there that is not part of this ten forty window,

there are at least one thousand unriched people group. And

that's a lot as well, because it's equivalent to about

eighty two million individuals. Okay, okay, I'm going to show

you for the stands. Okay, So worldwide population just now,

I said, you know eight point one two billion, median

age is actually thirty years old. What does how many

of you understand what median age is? Yeah? So the

population that is the largest are actually thirty years and

below that's the huge, the hugest group mine my English

that's the largest group of people. And life expectancy average,

So average life expectancy of everyone in the world is

sixty seven. Yeah. So top ten most populous countries basically

countries with the most human beings. India it's on the top,

and then's the China and the US, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Brazil, Bangladesh, Russia,

and Mexico. Okay, I will explain to you more why

I am going through these statistics. Okay, with you guys later,

but if you can, you know, have in mind take

note of it, because you know, I when I was

asking God, God, what what can I share? And God

says you go read out and research on what's going

on in the world regarding missions the people that is rich,

and I was I was like this, Okay, next, like,

as you can see here right this one, it actually

shows missionaries that has been sent out across the world. Okay,

so the numbers there is for example, Russia is actually

about twenty thousand missionaries. So missionaries in the rich ward.

So okay, I'll give you the total. First missionaries in

all across the world. It's four hundred and forty five thousand, okay,

in total of missionaries and missionaries in the rich wall

reached as in r eachd Okay, you know, like Malaysia

is already reached and there are four three hundred and

forty three thousand, that's seventy seven percent of the total. Okay, missionaries.

Missionaries in the unevangelized is eighty six thousand, missionaries in

the unreached is fifteen thousand. So the percentage is actually

nineteen cent or you know, nineteen have gone out. Nineteen

percent have gone out to the unevangelized and three point

fourth to the unreached. So are evangelized basically they have

the Word in their language, but no one has preached

a gospel yet. They have not at least heard of

the gospel ones, So that's only nineteen percent, okay, So

what are the missionaries then? Do we reaching those who

are already reached? If I'm going to bring home to

a closer home context, why are we still Okay, it's

it's I'm just you know, expressing my thoughts and I'm

not shooting anyone, But why are we still planting just

to reach the Christians where there are so many other

people outside that really needs to hear the gospel. Why

are we then, you know, going to to or I'm

not referring to us, we EXCT church. But you know,

God has been said ending us the nations. And you

know people think like why do you have a church

in London? And and you know a lot of people

think that, Okay, people in the UK are all Christians?

That are not? Uh, you know, the demographics are changing

and they are really religious rejecting the word of God.

And God has been sending us back into first world

countries and countries that is like six times seven times

interst of the currency. But God is leading us there

because this people need really really need to be rich

and need the world of God. Uh. Even though right

if you see Africa just now the purple color one

uh sorry not blue color and blue dots. Right, Africa

actually has a lot of Christians as well, but the

Northern Africa Islam is also taking over. And but with

that also why do we you know, Botswana for example,

it's a Christian nation, but why are we Why did

we send Conchine? You know, he our first missionary out

of Malaysia. And guess what I said. Chinese went to

Africa to plant the church there that reached the Africans.

But when we went there, we realized that although you know,

it's eighty percent of them I think around there at

that point in time Christians, but a lot of them

have been like probably fifth sixth generation of Christian that

to a point that they actually don't really have a

personal relationship God ready, and a lot of that can

be considered as believer us. They don't even know why

Jesus starting across for them. So that's why you know,

we sent counting out to plant there as well. Okay,

so I'm going to end with the statistics really really soon,

but I found it interesting the ratio of thirty to one. Okay,

so according to our w lewis roughly there are thirty

times as many missionaries going to the rich people group

to work with Christians as to the unreached people group.

Uh you know, even in my own words, studos who

are not have those who are not evangelized, that yeah,

far less go even to the frontier people groups where

there are as yet no believers, even lesser and rarer. Okay,

think about that, ratio of thirty to one uh Christian workers.

How many are there full time? Okay? Nation globally there

are thirteen point five million. A little bit more observations

of that. So only one of every one hundred and

seventy four thousand Christians go as a missionary to the unreached.

Only one of every forty one thousand Protestants Christians, which

is us, Okay, we're Protestants Christians goes as missionary to

the unreached. There are fifty seven Evangelical Christians for every

one unriched people group. And traditionally okay, this is a

study that was done in twenty fourteen, ten years ago.

Young people which I see majority of you here are young,

have been traditionally leading the way going even to the

missions field. And oh that roughly twenty one million university

students have been mobilized and sent out. And I see

that happening lesser these days because I serve among the

university students. But right, do know that as Malaysians, right,

we have the advantage we are very adaptable. As Malaysians,

we pick up languages very easily. We are not so

picky before. We can just adapt easily anything and because

at our doors that we have like variety of cuisines,

and you know, we have been trained since young to

adapt to different cultures. So I believe, you know, Malaysians

should contribute to one of the largest missions force.

Uh.

I think as of now it is still Korea. South

Korea is still the largest missions force. But the believe

Malaysians we can get there as well. All right. So

some people are like, Okay, why are there still a

lot of people that's not rich? Uh? Is it God

to blame? Is it because you know, God, you're not

sending enough people uh to the missions feel? Or are

you not calling people to the missions? Feel? Something for

us to reflect? Okay? Today we are called me by

me sharing. You know, I hope that we are able

to deeply reflect even as a church of this really

really pressing issue. Okay. Ah, And there is a really

huge contrast and difference now between the missions feel the

reality of it. We know there are a lot of

needs out there, but you know, there's a huge contrast

between knowing to the efforts of the church, which is us, okay,

to fulfill the great commission? All right? I do know

although I mean I have not gone out enough to

reach even the loss. And as we explore right today,

you know, I want us to just keep in mind

of this angle, you know, even as I share, like, okay, God,

I hope that we start asking God, God, why is

my responsibility and commitment?

Ah?

And if it's not that you, okay, I also ask God, actually,

what is your heartbeat? You know? I want to understand

your heart bit more? And how can I commit to

that hatbit of yours? For the loss? All right? So

for all of us, Okay, the great commission is really

really clear? And what is the great commission? Let's turn

to Matthil chapter twenty eight, verse nineteen to twenty. And

you don't have to flash the verse on screen? Can

I get a volunteer to read it? Probably? I think

the mic can reach the first row. Oh there's a

mic there. Oh nice, Okay, that's Mike. Okay, past the Gloria,

I can read versus she she's holding the mic already. Matthil,

Chapter twenty eight, verse nineteen to twenty. What is the

great Commission? Therefore, disciples? Hey man, thank your broster Gloria

for reading so you can see here right? Oh there,

it's a commission. But Jesus commanded his followers to go

into all al l in capitals all the world and

make disciples of all nations. So what does this mean?

You know, a command then is not a suggestion, right,

It's like maybe if you one do you can consider. No,

it is not a suggestion, but it is a mandate

to all of us, believe us urging okay us to

participate in global missions and the world here right, some

of you who are part you know, were in homes

as well. We talked about the root word of world.

It actually means people group ethnic right, ethnic, and to

go into all ethnic groups to reach them. And if

you remember the statistics just now, Uh it is although

Christian is one of the largest religion in the world.

But how how do we know if many are actually

true followers of Christ or are they just Christians on paper? Uh?

If if it's true followers of Christ, I believe it

could be slightly lesser and and and the second largest

religion in the world. You can look at it. They

are still very fervent in the ourages and and they

are very focused and very targeted in their missions. So

are we are we are you know like that as well?

Or are we still you know, just enjoying our god, Wow,

your God of love. You're a God of mercy, you know,

actually just enjoying that. Rich is good, Rich is good.

And but you know, my encouragement is, how are we

you know, bringing that and to the loss as well

to the others, because you know, people and the world

will need to know that, Hey, I cannot live without

the lot, right, I am a sinful man and the

only thing that my sin can be forgiven if I

accept Jesus. So and and so this is what we

need to bring out even to the world, Okay, so

that the glory of the Lord may cover the earth

right as the water covers the sea. Okay, moving on,

I will keep this light. Okay, moving on. So what

are the perspective, bigger perspective on resources that we have

and the sacrifices that people are making. We've heard, you know,

olier days, a lot of missionaries. I think some of

you can at least name one name of missionaries that

you know, famous missionaries that have gone out and sacrificed

on themselves. But these days we don't hear much of it. Okay,

So let's see what the Bible says from Proverbs chapter three,

verse twenty seven. I can help pass the mic over.

You can read next. Okay, Proverbs chapter chie verse twenty seven. Amen,

thank you. If a reading do not with whole good

from those that needs it. Yeah. We are called to

continue to be radical in our generosity and the word

on God already says all right, and to prioritize the

needs of those around us, especially those who are yet reached, uh,

and those who have yet been evangelized, to those who

have not hurt the gospel yet and missions itself. You know,

it's basically you reaching to a different people group from

yours and and someone who can't really speak your language

as well, so being able to reach them of a

different culture. Okay, So can you think of a name

already in mind now, like okay, this person God. You

know it starts you know this expression of uh. It

starts at home, you know, missions in a way, it

starts at home first, before we can actually go to

the ends of the earth. I believe very much, God

starts training us at where we are at, and and

He always uses us to reach the people that that's

around us in our Judea. That's where the closest and

ours Maria, which is you know, the whole of Churists.

That's why you know pasta Gloria, you know, has taken

even the step of faith and obedient like I'm gonna

plan and anger this church with the team. Uh, so

that Churists can be rich. So you're Judia is a

Maria uh. And then you know, to the ends of

the world as well. So how generous are we or

how radically generous are we? Uh to reach the unrich?

But a lot of times I you know, going up,

as you know, as I reflect, right, we may find ourselves. Okay,

this is going to be sound, but we may some

of ourselves holding nineteen of our resource to every resources

are our time, our treasure, our talent, Our treasure, our finances,

our talent are the gifting that God has given to us.

We hold it. It's all for me, you know, it's

all for my family. But a lot of times we

do that and we forget that. Hey, we actually need

to channel of ourselves and channel of our resources towards

the missions feel towards reaching those have been neglected, all right.

The apostle Paul in Romans, chapter ten, verse fourteen to

fifteen Okay, Mike can continue on Romans, Chapter ten, verse

fourteen to fifteen. Next person can read it. So these

two verses are you know, focuses on the urgency since

then till now it is still a and why do

we need to reach the unriched? Okay, let's see what

it says Romans can.

How then shall they who have not believe?

How shall they be heard?

And how shall they here? And how shall they preach?

As it is written of those who preach the gospel

who bring things?

Ay man, thank you Nicholas, as you can see here,

how can they hear? How how they can they call

the one? How they can they declare that Jesus is

my Lord if they have not believed?

Right?

And how can they believe if no one told them

about who Jesus is? And how can they hear if

no one preaches? And how can we preach? And if

you're not sent? So that's why even as a church,

you know, we encourage hey go out for missions. Uh.

We encourage That means you know, we are saying that

we want to send you out to reach. It can

be a short term mission trip, you know, like this money.

We pray for the different ones who are going out

and we have missions team coming over here as well,

right once a month as well. So we are ascending church.

We have always been ascending church. But would we answer

that call and say, like, you know, church, send me

short term? It can be and I know and as

well we could actually arrange even a longer term. We

sent one month to Indonesia, two months to Australia. Uh,

naturally definitely can go Australian not just kidding, uh, you know,

three months to Africa. However long the visa can actually

last to really reach the to our local church there,

to reach the people group that is there. So so

if there is a desire, you know, speak to your leadership,

speak to Pasta Gloria. And if the for the shortter

mission trip as well, they're actually sign ups for it,

so you can actually sign up. But for the longer mission,

I believe, you know, we can actually work it out

with the mission spot and having in mind that okay,

we're not going there for a holiday. I can go

to London for a holiday, possible, but you know the

main call is to go there to reach the loss.

All right, So action time, all right, we know, and

I've been talking about it, that it is not enough.

The mission's effort globally is not enough. And I really hope,

you know, extra we can set a different standard that

we won't be part of the statistics of contributing to

you know, not sending a missionary out. Okay, and look

chapter fourteen, verse study Tree. It takes sacrifice, right action time,

but you know to fulfill the action that has to

be a sacrifice, yes or PC like okay, who wants

to read? Okay, guys, please volunteer yourself and she has

to walk around them mic look Chapter fourteen, verse study

Ti Okay, so amen, thank you for reading. So we

may say, okay, I want to go. So your action

would lead you to sacrifice because you know, worry for

the weekend, you need to leave your family behind, or

you may take leave and or you know, it really

causes you to really solve your finances in faith to

the missions. Feel and a lot of times, you know,

when God challenges us, it takes us coming up from

comfort zone. That itself is a sacrifice. Like ah, I

have to meet for those you know who are a

bit more introvert, I'm like, I have to meet so

many people I need to connect with them share that

word God, I need to stand in front and preach.

How you know that itself is a sacrifice for the introverts,

for us the actroverts like, yeah, you're giving all the

people in the world. I'll be very happy. You'll talk

to them. But they themselves, you know, will have a

certain amount of sacrificed they have to make also. So

it's time for us, you know, church, us believers that

we need to challenge ourselves to reallocate to readjust our resources,

our treasure, our time, our talent, and redirect it and

directing it to the missions. Feel how can we know

a question for us here? You know, how can we

be more effective enriching those who have not heard of

the gospel? Sometimes doing it alone is difficult, but what

we could do it can actually do it as a group, right,

we can do it together as a homes or you

know someone else in church that has a safe same mine,

the same wavelang as well, just not you know, for example,

India is the largest population in the world. You know

China and you know Indonesia as well, Brazil. But a

lot of times, right if you just look around us,

God has brought these nationalities to our doorstep. So it's

actually not too far, I'm sure. I mean, you turn

any corner you will meet someone of a nationality from India,

from Indonesia, from Pakistan, from Bangladesh, from China, from Russia.

So God has brought us them to a door steps.

So you can start with that, you know, and and

and perhaps one day that would develop you being sent

at the India as well to reach the India Indian

people for the Lord. All right, so tag with each other,

account back to your leaders. Because missionaries are not alone

as all. They are sent. That will mean that they

go under the covering of the church so that the

church can be the besides, you know, supporting them in

prayer and finances. But there is a spiritual covering. Yeah,

so action time prayer. The first one is prayer. How

can you do because not for reason of thinking, okay,

I can't go, but at least we can actually start

with prayer, right and James chapter five, verse sixteen, or Itsaysia.

The effect the prayer of a righteous person is powerful

and effective. Okay, our prayers can be crucial in two things,

you know, asking God God send laborers. We can continue pray,

you know, not we can can't probably go for missions

every day, but we can pray every day, right to say, God,

we need more laborers to be raised to reach the world,

to send to be sent to the harvest field, because

the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Prayer

and pray for the missions team, you all that goes out,

the missionaries that goes out. Third one or praying like God,

I want to be that person to send me. Yeah,

we can ask God for that as well, all right.

The second one is to give, so we can pray.

We can give financial support, all right. Second Corinthians, chapter nine,

verse seven. It says that each of you should give

what you have decided in your heart to give, not

reluctantly or compoulsion or some other version says not grudgingly

or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver, So

don't consider you can actually redirect your financial resources as

well to support missions work. Uh and and you know

next week it's actually miss our Saturday is our missions conference.

Sunday is where we get to give our patches, our

first five priority pledge, our missions pledge to the Lord.

You don't get ready your finances to give even next

Sunday redirecting you know, you can go back, you have

a week like, okay, God, how can I redirect my

resource towards the missions? Feel and I think some of

you have taken the cart already right to give and

you can see, Uh, there's actually a lot of finances

evolved to do. You know, let me so you can

see here right to support missionaries and intilates itself. Our

budget is actually eighty five thousand ringed and you know,

the support the work in do Naesia, for example, it's

thirty thousand. Ex Miyama to support the work in Mahamma

is sixty five thousand. And for now you know, our

latest church no, our second latest church plan after Machudi

and Paka Lani is actually Osaka, you know, one hundred

and thirty one thousand ringed.

Uh.

And you may think like okay, you know, God, it's

you know, they should be self sustaining. But there's a

lot work to be done. You know, swing into people

who have not heard of the gospel. And I've met

a lot of Japanese as well, just understanding the concept

of faith or the concept of religion or the concept

of God. Uh. It's already very very hard for them,

so it takes a lot of time to sew and

to be faithful in that. And both Pasta Benji and

Basta Misha has been doing an amazing job just resettling

themselves to learn the legs which to come up from

the comfort of family to start their own family there

and and you know they sacrificed in that way. So

what is our sacrifice to support them? And all the

other missions work also? Okay, the last one would be

we can go, okay, personal involvement and start exploring ways

that we can actually personally get involved in missions like

what I've said just now, short term or long term.

You can also start with your backyard, start in your school,

start in your universities, start in your workplace as well.

That's our back year ends at the doors that were already.

So this out, I want to just share this code

by Claude Hitman. Uh He says, you know, reaching the

world with the Gospel is not a resource problem. It's

not about resources, but it's about mobilization. It's about not

having people enough, people who want to take up the call,

who want to fulfill the great commission to go out

and reach. Okay, So I hope, I hope, I hope

to see even more people and anxious even just rising

up to say God use me. Okay, And I'm going

close right now with my own story of you know,

you know, I spoke about our backyard and not every time,

you know, we just get to go out to other countries,

but at our back yard. So I mentioned just now.

You know, we started x nee lie for since twenty ten,

but we started with homes two years before that. So

and now where actually light is. You know, we are

bilingual and maybe are still growing. And the people that

God brings along our ways way usually majority campus students.

So that's the demographics on your life. So in a

way we always see like, hey, how come every year

we don't see our numbers going up although we have

done so much work that realize because students to come

and they graduate and go. But God, despite that, you know,

God is still working and He's still amazing things like

so my my my own personal story. So when twenty

twenty seventeen, twenty sixteen, so how many years ago is that? Seven?

Eight years? Okay? So when I, oh, my numbers are

all all make start already Okay, probably about nine years ago,

the knee Light team we found out, Hey, you know,

there's this land that the government is gonna allow a

university to be built around us. And it's actually saman University.

So that's the first university that is, you know, blunted

out of their own country. So we're all really excited.

As a team, we drove to Agada, the place like

Kim maybe is around here. So we drove there and

it was still an Oi Pam plantation, but we can

see something what happening or some earth the palm trees

that have been cut down and stuff like that. So

we went there as a team and I was trying

to look for the photo but I can't find it.

Last time, I'm like, okay, God, where's the photo? But

every one day I can show you. Also, we actually

drove there so far away and we pray over the land,

claiming the land for the Lord and God. This land

is going to be for you. And once this campus

is done, uh, you know, we want to take over

and see the whole campus one for you. So and

the owner of Salmon University has about I think about

fifty no actually the fifty thousand if I'm not wrong

in this. In his mind, the capacity your campus is

fifty thousand students. Okay, so you built, like God, even

you give us ten percent of that on one percent

of that, there's already a lot of students. So we

pray and pay and paid, and then we've forgotten and

the campus was built already. After that, they're like, okay, God, uh,

where are the students? And we had one student coming,

but then she's sometimes she comes, she doesn't come, then disappear.

Then you know, ghosts, no reply to the messages. I'm

sure different ones of you experienced it as well. Like God,

we prayed so hard already, we did pray your walk,

you know, we claim the land, we buy every stronghold,

but God, why no people? So after that, because I

looked into the campus, minisy for eli as well and

until now, so then I'm like God, I feel very responsing.

Like God, we pray, God, this campus is not rich,

but I packed it aside because no one was responding.

And then and I one day, you know, I heard

very clearly from God. God said I want you to

go up and plant a church planet church, plan planet homes,

not plant get planet homes at West Salmon university is

my God. But we have only that one girl who

is off on off on, how how the style of homes? Uh?

But God said, and I'll share with her anyway. So

I share with her. And I just left it at that.

And then suddenly suddenly God started bringing people not to

this goal, but different ones who came to study started inquiring.

And I'm like, okay, God, now is the time. And

and one waiting right, I did pray, like, okay, still

commit the new plant of the homes in prayer. I prayed,

and then these people came. All right, So let me

show you a photo of Salmon University. So the badland

that we prayed for, uh, now it looks like this.

So you can see the road right ahead, right, The

tallest point there so left and right is accommodation. The

tallest building that is their library. There's one whole building library. Okay,

really you have time, it can just drop by, really

really impressive. And so talking about homes, we so I

prayed and God brought this group of people we can

go to the next light. And I started the first

homes with them. And the prior time we didn't have

a venue. So you know, the homespots say, okay, and

now I you can call it homes to point zero.

You can make it outside without any wordship and stuff

like that. It's just prayer. And so we did it

at McDonald's, the nearest thing or the most happening thing

next to the campus because the campus is really very

ulu that time, okay, in the middle of nowhere. And

I remember at night there's an access road by it

closest like six pm. So if I fash them for

homes or any church events at night right to drive

through or pump plantations and uh to pick them out.

And sometimes I'm too lazy, I'll just park and walk

to their campus half an hour on the proper road

because it's actually quite scary the drive role or pramp plantation.

So started with this group of people next slide. Then

you know, God provided a venue to meet uh. And

it's like in the office of one of the stuff okay,

so like, okay, we got to know our stuff. She's

from China, uh, and she said you can use my

office and the meeting room. So we started homes there

the next slide, and then this home was my turning

point because seemed like okay, past when are you going

with this?

Uh?

Remember we're still talking about missions. And it was my

turning point because after the homes one of my homies

came out to me and and she was crying and all,

and I was like, okay, you all as a hostly

the time to pray for her. Then she and she

started sharing and and I do know most most of

them here now this group Mandrine speaking okay uh, and

she started sharing and pulling how everything in Mandrine, and

as a home leader, I just stand there. I'm like, God,

what is she saying? I can't understand a single thing? Uh.

Similar position in pastor Gloria for her listening to Mandrine

as well. Although I'm Malaysian Chinese, but I didn't grow

out in Mandrin in my family because my dad is

a banahan, is a baba and I go and been

so Hokien is still okay hocken and we speak hockey

and English at home and Bahasa branaghan or so. So

they were like, God, how how to how to pray

for her? I don't even know what she's going through.

So I have to pull another girl who is builing

go and like can you translate? So this poor girl

she like cry, sharing one sentence s up, then it

gets translated English that I reply in English, then translated

and Mandarine. Then she continued crying again and showing again

imagine the picture and all how weird and funny it is.

And well then I'm like, God, this can't go on.

And and I need to be able to breach that

with my homies. And if you're going to bring more

Chinese speaking people along my way, God, you just got

to help me. And and and I realized and after

doing homes with them, it wasn't just a language barrier,

but in a way for me, it was cultural mindset

thinking as well is different. Okay, growing up in a

Mandarin school, uh. And I was you know, I was

brother in a kabangsa and school uh and hocken English

home to a full Mandrine or Cantonese home is very

very different. Uh. And immediately, you know, I saw that

as my missions feel. I'm like, God, you're bringing me

to another ethnic group, uh and another tribe and the

tongue that I don't comprehend and I don't mindset culture

that I don't fully understand and get that uh And

and and then you know, I guess I remember growing up. No,

when I was a kid, my dad tried to send

me to kindergarten. Uh Manry speaking kindergarten, and I remember

every day for one month, I'll go home crying after school.

And it's still a very vivid memoryized imprinted. I think

you'll be there forever. Three years old, trauma. I don't

go to school. Everyone speak Manry and I don't understand.

Then tell my parents I don't go to school. There's

so many aliens there. They speak alien language. I don't understand.

So for me growing up, those who speak Manory are

aliens and and and and now God, you're sending me

to these people again. Now you know in say, all right,

got you what you're up to? You know God? And

God is a got of human as well. All right,

So God is like, I'm like, okay, I'm gonna go

for mandorining class or I started learning mandriine. I signed

myself up for mandring class at a point in time,

but then I realized that it took a lot to learn.

All right. Now, I'm like, God, this cannot very very slow.

I need I need a speed track, fast track to

learn mandarine. And later there I know after you can

go to the next picture. After that, you know, God,

let it's like, why not Neil I start a bilingual

worship service Mandarin English because God started bringing the people.

Later I'll show you the picture of that. But this

is our first, uh sort the kickstart of our bilingual

worship service and why we had needed to have that.

started bringing these laborers in and they were really so

in the ground, reaching both English and also the Mandarin

speaking and the bilingual watch your service started after this.

can see here right, this is the invitation that went

out to invite them for the Mooncake Festival, the Lantern

Festival and the Chinese celebrate. I think next month, right,

it's always in September. So when now God brought a

bus lot of Mandrin speaking students, uh and then you know,

all lot then got safe and I'm like, okay, I

need to do something as a homes leader, I cannot

contain these to homes anymore. But what's next? God and

God led us to plan the bilingual service brought back

to Barstar ronson. It wasn't easy because there's a lot

of adjustments, you know, the dynamics to change and stuff

like that. A lot of struggles that have to go through.

And well we got some different ones in the team

also couldn't understand, like ne Ma lad, we just English

a need because it's the international language people understand. But

if you want to reach the loss, you have to

speak the hard language their mother tongue, and got communicates

to us personally in our mother tongue as well, right,

and God would speak to them that. And if you

just keep you know, just preaching to them in English,

it's going to be very hard for them to understand.

So uh, and I had a lot of barriers that

I have to go through to for this non mandary

speaking student to fight No, I would say fight lustand

on behalf of them and say we want and mandry

worship service. And because we need all the leaders to

agree with us before we started. So we did that

and the biding A Warshi service started in twenty seventeen.

So now it's twenty and four. It has been seven

years of us running. And you know, the testimony is

COVID happened, right, It feels like it was just yesterday

and then some time now and actually I restarteds of

today is about we restarted after COVID about two and

a half years. It's been doing a half years now.

We restarted with about twelve to fifteen people because all

this bus lots of students graduated and like, okay, God,

where are the people going to come from? Who are

we going to fish for? And and and we still

had the bilingual worship service and got started during the

pandemic time. He led us to do online alpha and

we didn't understand why. And the online alpha was for

TARGETA and Mandary speaking students and we didn't know why

or how. We're gonna course, it's online, right, what we're

gonna do like online advertisement Facebook, Facebook aver this one

we did that, you know. Uh. And then we went

to a different university their confession page. We got a

post and it's like, hey, we're got to start alpha.

Can we join us? And we try all means, but

zero people then. So we did tour rounds of Alpha

just among the new Light leaders.

Uh.

And alpha is a faith discovery program, right. But when

we did a third round of Alpha, got started bringing

the people and it was Mandarin again. Uh and and

and and and like it does, it does not match,

it does not drive. But why I'm sharing is as

long as we obey, God brings the people. Uh, as

long as we obey, God equips us uh and and

and now I understand way more Manjine than before, a

little bit more than beast the glory right now, and

and I can't understand and just conversing. I'm still learning,

but I can't understand now. And where we are at

two and a half years later post the restarting of COVID, right,

we have seen fifty over decisions in the life itself,

decisions of either salvation or rededication. Uh and majority of them,

seventy percent are salvations. And there is fifty over people, right, Okay,

easily just come one hand. It's very tree non Mandorine

speaking Africans. The rest are all Manorin speaking so and

and and because of that, you know, different small groups

started manored speaking small good starters, and most of them

are all actually all the decisions are campus students, uh

and and and I don't know. There's so many many

stories and testimony out of it.

Uh.

The small good started and and because majority of our

students are from IBG, small goods started there first and

they started going across the different campuses in nearline now.

But because of what God did in IPG, all the

miracles and the stories came from there. Right now where

we are at, you know, we other ipgs are actually

coming to us as a church and like what you

guys have, we want you know, coming to our NELI

IPG students. And you know we've seen a revival happening

in your campus. I mean they have not really seen

church shedla but it started from church UH and revival happening.

Can we have that for our campus? So you know

at a moment, so we may not know, but we

are sewing into for our other ipgs now. So in total,

on paper, we have five ipgs now that we are

sowing into UH. And that for majority. And there's three

campuses are Mandarin speaking UH. And what IPG is right,

it's actually Instituteican Guru. They're all going to be futures

just in Malaysia UH. And on paper now, on paper

now plus the Neeli IPG, we have reached about seventy students. Okay,

and if I'm going to help you see clear area

which seventy future teachers and I do know an average

government school teacher, I probably they have another thirty after

their graduation, probably thirty five years or thirty years to teach.

And every year they tell me and they will at

least come across two hundred students. Do the mathematics one

teacher two hundred students time is thirty years. That's like

what six thousand or this sixty thousand students And now

we are at least impacting five and we have three

more coming up. And the nearest to you guys, it's

actually k Ik the Churist on IBG Churras. That's the

latest to the list. Uh, that's the fourth campus and

it's a Catholic student. You know. It's like, we see

what God is doing in Newli and we want that

for Cheras. So I believe in your time, I'm going

to connect this campus. So you guys get ready for it.

But why are you sharing? Because it comes from a

place and saying God, although they are alien to me, culture, alien, language, alien,

I don't understand. But I'm just going to take that

first step of faith. You may struggle and wrestled with God,

why God? And uh she sacrifice needed? But God turns

it around. For good and and you know later on.

So I mean, I I've had in mind fast the

Gloria uh To ambassad has been talking about it, so

to start a support group for educators and these future educators,

the seventy of them and still counting to see them

being mobilized for their missions. Feel seventy it goes to

seventy schools. You no and IPG, there are only twenty

seven the whole militia, which is really good because it's

totally reachable and and and now that's already seventy. So

if it's twenty seven, imagine how many future teachers we

are able to touch and reach and and and for

now the easiest and lowest hanging food will be the

Mandarin speaking teachers, but we have the DIACs as well,

the Bahasa speaking ones or so that we're reaching. So

I believe, you know, God is changing. It's one thing

to do something. I'm not to sure what, but I

can envision even the pill of education and changing as well.

But it starts somewhere and you know why. And show

you you with this, it's not overwhelmed you, but allow

God to work in and through your life, no matter

where you're even if you have that half half a penny,

half a cent or half a ring, it that you

can offer the God.

God.

This is just an hour that I have available, offer

it to God and see how you can actually multiply

it the one that you know. I kind of knew mandrina.

I know to introduce myself like Ivonna. That's all I

can count. But that's all. But God has multipliged that.

And I think now the mandora I know is more

of church jargons as well, which is okay? Which is okay?
