may you know that really starts our beginning of our

life to experience the mouth of God. How many you

understand and know that though when God say it is finished,

it's the start of verse living our life experiencing Him.

Sunday is like the grand opening of a new life,

like grand opening of a new shopping mall right, okay,

not the right good illustration, but you understand, okay, the

very first day of a grand opening, with the grand opening,

you had your balloons, you have you know, canivor and.

Stuff like that.

But the very next day is really the real opening

where people will come to your place or not, without

the promotion, without the fan fare, without the sound and

the lights. How do you know and understand been there before?

Whereby it is nice to fall to experience the great

opening of anything?

But the real as it tests even in business, is

the next day, and this is the next week after

resurrection Sunday. This is really what it means that it

The challenge for modern day Christianity is that we are

so dependent and so comfortable.

must be a physical change in our life. The way

we speak, the way we treat other people. There has

to be the change. Now, let me try to go

to point one. Point one. This is that don't go

to the temple alone. Yes, do not go to the

temple alone. Don't come to church alone. Don't exist in

the church alone. You need someone else. You need another

brother or sister in your life. Because many times now

journey our life, friends, we think that we can be

alone ranger, which means to say that I just come,

So the Christian faith is not the invert looking faith.

Many times in our life, when one is down, when

one is discouraged, when one is felt so alert, so abandoned,

you have another one to encourage you.

But the modern day.

to a place where by we allow people to isolate

by themselves, which is not healthy. All all of us

been through isolation during COVID. We know what it meanstake

all by yourself in our own room. The only thing

we have was zoom. We were made for human connection

and human touch point. We weren't wired to be alone friends.

No matter how challenging you think making friends. You and

I need to learn how to make friends in our life.

For us to have a job or peter in our lives.

We need to unpack. Everyone say unpacked. You need to

unpack your life in the church. Many times I've found

that people who say I don't have a community in church,

if you do, ask themselves honestly, have you unpacked? Have

you decided to make this place your home? Have you

decided to accept no matter the good and the bad

of a place, every family got good one and also

got some rusty baits. Every family got some perfect thing,

and every family has the imperfection. So it's not rather

or not it is the perfect place, but it's the

place where God wants you to be for this season

of your life. And we have to unpack say that

this is my church, this is my place, this is

my hopes, and these are my leaders.

If you don't unpack, you're just living in a hotel.

And the one thing the most challengeable living in a

hotel is living out from a suitcase. Some rooms are

very small and all you have is this tiny way

sufficient for your suitcase to be at. We need to

unpact because to have similar values and goals and desire

to serve and to grow our faith, you need each

other to have similar values, goals and desire to serve

and to grow in God. We need each other. Bitter

to church and on the Saturday to you fellowship, and

so I follow him. On a Sunday morning, he goes

to church about he lived his house about six fifteen

in the morning, six fifteen in the morning to get

at six forty five, the services at seven thirty. And

I got no choice to follow him. There are days

whereby his house is about two kilometers away, so I live.

I have to wake up and fall something in the

morning to walk to his house for almost about half.

So I walk this house.

How do you get the place whereby you have people

of the same values and goals. I want to let

you know a key word. The word is discipleship. The

word is disciple ship, friends and afterward for me, going

to church early in the morning is not a stretch

concept anymore. I know people are some of you are

challenging the morning.

Friends.

But for me, going to church and serving for two

services is not not a problem. We use in our

early days of our church, we used to run full

service on a Sunday, four on a Sunday, as early

as eight am in the morning, all the way until

the last service we finished about six thirty in the

evening or seven in the evening. Been there, done that before?

Don't they visit them anytime soon? But friends the key word.

How do you get people come to the same place

as discipleship When you allow God to disciple you, when

you allow your friends to disciple your leader disciple your friends.

It pushed you to another level of understanding that I

need to get out from my comfort zone. That's why

I started off with the first point. Don't go to

the temper alone, don't go to the temple alone, don't

go to work alone, don't go do life alone. Friends,

because we weren't made for that. Even the richest person

on earth requires someone and encourage you. I was texting

someone I know that you know who's not well. Quite

So don't do life alone. The second point, it says

that the temper is not just a place for all

needs to be met. Come on, the temper is not

just a place for all needs to be met. Many

people and many communities like to go to church so

that my needs could be met, and we after a while,

we begin to choose of the place of worship as

a place whereby my needs to be met. And if

the place of worship don't meet my needs, don't meet

my physical needs, don't meet my needs, I will gravitate

to somewhere else where my needs can be met. So

the temple is not just a place where it needs

to be met, but it's also how come on, how

we can meet the needs of the temper. The creeper

After this, he couldn't do anything, so it's understandable for

people to carry him. So it's understandable for him to

ask for money, to be even compassionate, to be served

not just a place of worship, but it's just a

place of faith. Come on, and many times, if you're

going to continue allow the conditions of our life. The

more we allow the conditions of our life to condition us,

to condition our mind, the more we move from faith

to facts to knowledge. What do I mean by that?

I have to remind the leaders recently, in the recent

leaders retreat that we just had last a week that

as a church, don't ever forget we are also a

place or whether in the business of the supernatural. We

are in the business of supernatural. What do I mean

by the business in the business of supernatural? There are

takes in your life which are supernatural friends, which you

and I need to be aware of. When Jesus said

it is finished, friends, is not the end of a

particular project, but it's a start of the resurrection power

that's living in us. We don't see a lot in

this modern day church. But you know, if you were

to move out from the Earth's city and move out

into different uh community, friends, you begin to realize how

real God is. I share this you before I go

and share with you again. We know of people in

our church where by family members was tormented by evil spirit.

Evil spirit.

So such that the person say, my son has six

spirit within him. If you are the pastor, if you're

the leader, of what you do, if someone comes to

you say that my relative here is possessed by evil spirit.

I think that evil. I think the Bible?

What would you do? Friends?

Never forget that we are in the spiritual business. Never forget, friends,

this how God moves. Then, in the name of Jesus,

begin to exercise by faith. Friends, Faith is not just

about giving money. Friends, there's one level of faith. Faith

is also about when people are not well, and we

just pray for people, you know, and then we need

to come to this place whereere we believe God can

move powerful mightily to our prayers as well. Amen, don't

forget that we are in a spiritual business. Second Corinthians

though we walk in the flesh, we do not walk

according to the flesh. The Bible says Second Corinthians ten

in other words, friends, the better is not in the

not physical, but mighty in God. In pulling down strongholds,

many times in our lives, friends, we have weapons, but

take up the whole armor of God if you realize

was there any any time when you're questioned about your stands?

Anytime where you're question about your stands? Anytime you're questioned

about your stands, the question either brings you deeper into

your conviction. Come on, you're fully convinced no matter what

question come your way, you will not shake you, or

the question.

Will come your way.

Will shake your foundation, and your stands becomes looser and

looser and looser, and after that one day you don't

have a stand anymore. Many times in our journey, we

don't like people questioning us because you know your conviction.

You know your conviction, but when people do question you,

why do you do this way? People did ask us before?

You know, God has given us colors. But why must

you get all your hosts we wear black and orange?

Why black and orange? We say it's recognizable.

Anywhere.

Yeah, pink colors are recognizable. But God has never given

us pin, never told us to wear pink our stands?

And why why am I sharing this my heart with you?

Because many times in our life, friends, you look at

God's word. All right, the Bible says, stick up the

whole armor of God to make a stand. We are

not in the process of fighting with other people. God

has allowed other people to question our convictions to make

sure that our commissions go deeper in Christ than anything else.

So we know that every church, every church, every church

has a plan on friends, No one church is the same.

We're not going to say the other church is wrong.

We say God has given that the pattern to their church.

But we need to follow the pattern that God has

given us. Be faithful to the pattern that God has

given us. God has given you pattern for your family.

is not in a very good place because majority of

the senior passes in Malaysia are in the retirement age.

In the retirement age, majority of other churches around outside

of playing value, outside of the big church, are in

the sixties and seventies. And they got no one else

to pass the church too, not because they got no money,

they got no successor. And then this was total. This

right now, ex church, we must play our part, must

play our part to encourage to raise up, to see

the rest of the churches in Malaysia are not doing well.

evil day, the evil difference. Here's the thing about being

about the evil day. If you know it's either you
