  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. Revival first slide. Of course, it's part of Dream Malaysia

  4. DR EA M if you've never heard of it before.

  5. D stands for discipleship, R for revival, E for evangelism,

  6. A for action, M for missions. Okay, let's speak about revival. Okay.

  7. The way I want to speak about revival this morning

  8. is I want to speak from First Kings, chapter eighteen,

  9. verse twenty thirty nine. We'll read the scripture in a while,

  10. but revival to me means fire fire, So I want

  11. to speak about fire and how to keep being on

  12. fire for God. All right, are you excited? Okay? Now,

  13. let me just tell you something. Some years ago, maybe

  14. now twenty years ago, maybe I was in Indonesia, Jakata,

  15. and I joined together with a prem movement that was happening.

  16. This meeting, global meeting was held in Jakarta and the final,

  17. the finale was in a stadium. The stadium could contain

  18. one hundred thousand people. And guess what, one hundred thousand

  19. people or more came. It was just amazing. I've never

  20. seen a stadium so full one hundred thousand people. Okay.

  21. I think Malaysia doesn't even have one hundred thousand seat

  22. stadium yet, I don't think so, I'm not even sure.

  23. Maybe Bokijali has maybe I don't know, well, not one hundred,

  24. no one hundred, yet one hundred thousand stadium is very

  25. very big, many levels. Anyway, So I was there with

  26. all the other believers praying, you know, as a Yongi cho.

  27. Remember there was a pastor called Pasta Choyongi. I think

  28. he changed his name from Paul Choyongi to David Choyongi. Anyway,

  29. he was then the pastor of the largest church in

  30. the world. I think at that time maybe eight hundred

  31. thousand people in his church. Okay. And you know that

  32. South Korea is known for their prayer movement right where,

  33. you know the sort Sometimes they say, let's pray like

  34. Korean's What it means is either the whole chest praise

  35. or not. Have you have you been there before? Have

  36. you have you seen it happened? Have you heard it?

  37. So they go like, let's pray like South Korea, and

  38. then everybody goes, oh Lord, that the whole place. Nobody

  39. is quiet, right now, so everybody is praying together at

  40. one go for about one two minutes, and so the

  41. whole church sounds like sounds like some thunderstorm all right.

  42. In fact, they're so loud that they had to ring

  43. a bell in Toyongi's church. Everyone stops so that the

  44. pastor now can continue leading in prayer. So the Korean prayer.

  45. So it's taken the world by storm. So Toyongi stepped

  46. up to the stage in front of one hundred thousand people.

  47. I think I brought about seven of our eldest or

  48. leaders with me to Jakata. And so he said that

  49. the prayer movement came from Korea, so we all agreed.

  50. He said the praise movement will come from Indonesia. So

  51. I didn't. I wasn't quite certain then because I thought

  52. a lot of praise was coming up from Australia. But

  53. he says, praise will come up from Indonesia. And then,

  54. of course, you know, I realized years later that many

  55. many songs are being written, of course in the Indonesia

  56. like language. But you know, okay, so prayer movement Korea,

  57. praise movement Indonesia. Now, I don't know why I felt

  58. so passionate. I just closed my eyes and I prayed,

  59. Oh God, prayer was from Korea, praise from Indonesia. What

  60. will Malaysia contribute? Just this very passionate about my own country.

  61. I know what will Malaysia contribute? Right? And I'm praying. No, no,

  62. there was no answer. I was praying and I was praying,

  63. and then the Lord put it on my heart. After

  64. about maybe three minutes five minutes, he says, Kenneth, Malaysia

  65. will contribute passion. You will show the world how a

  66. passionate Christian looks like. Okay, I thought that was big,

  67. right big, because like, huh, are usual it from Malaysia?

  68. You know? I couldn't even believe it myself. But my

  69. eyes were still closed and I was seeing prayer. I said, Lord,

  70. prayer from Korea, praise from Indonesia, and passion or pro

  71. giving me message or in p passion from Malaysia. I said, wow.

  72. And then the picture of fire came into my mind.

  73. I was set the Malaysian Christians on fire, and you

  74. will show the world what a Christian on fire looks

  75. like revival. And then I opened my eyes and when

  76. I opened my eyes, a man came running into the

  77. stadium with a torch like the Olympics, and they had

  78. already planned for this. I didn't even know that this

  79. was part of the plan of the finale. So he's

  80. running in like the Olympics to light up the big cauldron.

  81. And he went, of course, exploded and just big fire

  82. right in the stadium. And it load says, that's your confirmation.

  83. You will carry fire wherever you go, and you will

  84. see that Malaysia, the church in Malaysia will be on fire.

  85. Can I here, good? Amen, Praise Lord. Now this is

  86. the work of the Holy Spirit. We can't try to

  87. generate ourselves. You can't try to go all fire account fire.

  88. The fire is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is fire.

  89. He will baptize us with fire. So let's read the

  90. Word of God as we get ready to do some

  91. teaching today about how this fire comes about. Okay, so

  92. verse twenty or first King's eighteen. Can you turn with me.

  93. We're going to read a couple of verses, very very

  94. important to read the Word of God, and so verse

  95. twenty and we're going to read all the way to

  96. verse thirty eight, maybe thirty nine. So let's read. I'm

  97. going to read with a little bit of speed, so

  98. that we can make time. Ah So, Ahab said verse

  99. twenty of first Kings eighteen. Ahab sent for all the

  100. children of Israel, gathered the prophets together on Mount Carmel,

  101. and Elijah came to all the people and said, how

  102. long this is? This is the first question. How long

  103. will you falter between two opinions? If the Lord is God,

  104. follow him? But if follow him? But the people answered

  105. him not a word. Then Elijah said to the people

  106. I alone and left the prophet of the Lord. But

  107. Bao's prophets are four one hundred and fifty men a lot. Therefore,

  108. let them give us two bulls, and let them choose

  109. one bull for themselves, cut it in pieces, and laid

  110. on the wood. But put no fire under it. Wow,

  111. put no fire under the sacrifice. And I will prepare

  112. the other bull and laid on the wood. I also

  113. will put no fire under this sacrifice. Then you call

  114. on the name of your gods, and I will call

  115. on the name of the Lord. And the God who

  116. answers by fire, he is God. I love this, And

  117. the God who answers by fire, he is God. So

  118. all the people answered and said, it is well spoken.

  119. Now Elijah said to the prophets of Baal, choose one

  120. bull for yourselves, and prepare it first, for you have many,

  121. and call on the name of the of your God,

  122. but put no fire under it. So they took the

  123. bull which was given them, and they prepared it and

  124. called on the name of Baal from morning even til noon, saying, oh, Baal,

  125. hear us, But there was no voice. No one answered.

  126. Then they leaped about the altar which they had made.

  127. So it was at noon. Wow, there's a long time.

  128. That Elijah mocked them and said, cry aloud, for he

  129. is a god. Either he's meditating, or he's busy, or baby,

  130. he's on one of those Malaysian holidays long weekends. It

  131. isn't right that way. Or he's on a journey, you know,

  132. or perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened. So

  133. they cried aloud and cut themselves out as was their custom,

  134. with knives and lances, until the blood gushed out on

  135. their adui. And when midday was passed, will midday made

  136. From morning to midday they prophesied until the time of

  137. the offering of the evening sacrifice. That's a long time. People.

  138. Sometimes Christians are what hours do we get? Why so long?

  139. Wonder service? Right? These people who are serving another God

  140. who's not God can do it all the way to

  141. the evening. Okay. So I pray that all of us

  142. get revived in our heart, okay, and give God our best.

  143. But there was no voice, no one answered, no one

  144. paid attention. Verse thirty. Then Elijah said to other people,

  145. come near to me. So all the people came near

  146. to him, and he repaired. Wow, he repaired the altar

  147. of the Lord that was broken down. And Elijah took

  148. twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of

  149. the sons of Jacob, to whom the word of the

  150. Lord had come, saying, Israel shall be your name. Then

  151. with the stones he built an altar in the name

  152. of the Lord. And he made a trench, a trench

  153. like a drain around the altar, large enough to hold

  154. two SI's of seed. And he put the wood in order,

  155. cut the bull in pieces, and laid it on the wood,

  156. and said, feel four water pots. Fill four water pots

  157. with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice and

  158. on the wood that he said, do it a second time,

  159. And they did it. A second time, and he said,

  160. do it a third time, and they did it a

  161. third time. So the water ran all around the altar,

  162. and he also filled the trench with water. And it

  163. came to pass at the time of the offering of

  164. the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the Prophet came near and said, Lord,

  165. God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let him known this

  166. day that you are God in Israel, and I am

  167. your servant, and that I have done all these things

  168. at your word. Oh I got to read that again.

  169. I have done all these things at your word. Hear me,

  170. Oh Lord, hear me, that these people may know that

  171. you are the Lord God, and that you have turned

  172. their hearts back to you again.

  173. Then the fire of the Lord whoa fell and consume

  174. the burns scrifice, and the word, and the stones and

  175. the dust, and it licked up the water that was

  176. in the trench.

  177. Now, when all the people saw it, they fell on

  178. their faces, and they said, the Lord he is God,

  179. The Lord he is God. God bless the reading of

  180. his precious, precious word. Let's look at the next slide.

  181. Let the God who answers by fire be God. We

  182. read this earlier. Let the God who answers by fire

  183. be God. I want to say to all of you

  184. this morning that our God, the God that we serve,

  185. is the God who answers by fire. Think about it

  186. for a moment. That means when you prayer, if he's

  187. a God that answers by fire, means whatever that you

  188. are praying for and whatever that you will receive will

  189. not only come as it is, it will come with fire.

  190. Because God God, when he answers, he's the God that

  191. answers by fire. So when he answers, for example, you're saying, God,

  192. please give me a promotion. He gives the promotion, but

  193. with fire, because what's good? What's good with the promotion?

  194. If he doesn't come with passion, You say, God, give

  195. me one million, maybe ten million, And God is about

  196. to answer that, But because he's a God that answers

  197. by fire, he will answer that with fire, because what's

  198. the use of being rich without being on fire? You say, God,

  199. please open the door for me to my grade to Australia.

  200. He might answer that, and if he does, he will

  201. answer it by fire. Because I've seen many Christians migrate

  202. not just to Australia, but anywhere else in the world,

  203. and when they lose their fire, they're as good as nothing,

  204. except that they're having a comfortable life. But what's the

  205. use of a comfortable life without God? They might be

  206. elders here, pastors, heren't even know. But where they go

  207. there Australia just sucks out the fire from them. So

  208. God doesn't just give you the migration, He says, if

  209. you go to migrate my grade, for me and for

  210. my glory otherwids, why, my great, you're probably doing better here.

  211. A lot of our friends who have migrated are no

  212. longer serving the Lord, no longer in church. Even why

  213. because when they got the answer, they've got the migration

  214. papers and the approval, But no fire? Are you? Also?

  215. You mean, God, give me a spouse? Right? First of all,

  216. you want a spouse who's on fire for God? Yes,

  217. come on, hallelujah. You want a spouse who's on fire

  218. for God? Yeah, good day, you say amen. But you

  219. don't just ask for a spouse do's on fire? Be

  220. on fire, because if you marry a spouse to do

  221. on fire and you are not on fire, that spouse

  222. will burn you up. You know, it's not going to

  223. be a good life. It's called unequally yoked in the

  224. Bible with me, my wife and I. You know, when

  225. I was praying for wife, when I was praying for Bassandra, uh,

  226. you know, I wanted to make sure that she's not

  227. only beautiful because she is. Yeah, my wife is still

  228. beautiful in the today. You know, in fact, she's more.

  229. She's getting more and more beautiful by the day. Please

  230. let her know that I see it. But I tell

  231. you what, her fire has never stopped. In fact, when

  232. you're around her, you feel like you know you're you're

  233. catching her fire. You know, fire is very contagious. And

  234. I pray that I'm the right man for her because

  235. my fire is also you know, hopefully on par with hers,

  236. if not more. It's very important otherwise you cannot last

  237. thirty one years serving the lot together very hard. Amen,

  238. So you wouln't got to answer your prayer, but you

  239. want to him to answer with come on fire, because

  240. he's the god who answers by Jesus said, I came

  241. to send fire on the earth, And how I wish

  242. it were already killed kindle, How Jesus is how I wish?

  243. It means that Jesus also God wish or no, And

  244. I say it's jesus birthday. Jesus was your wish on

  245. your birthday? And Jesus says, I wish you were all

  246. on fire. I came to send fire on the earth,

  247. and how I wish he were already kindled. Come on,

  248. X share us. Let's answer God's wish. Let's answer his wish. Yes, Lord,

  249. your wish will come true through X share us. You

  250. know why fire is so amazing. You know why God

  251. wants us to be on fire. You know why fire

  252. is so precious and powerful because fire changes everything it touches.

  253. I've not seen anything like fire. Fire, if it comes

  254. into this roomor nothing will remain the same. Water can

  255. still like you just wipe it away. Huh what they

  256. hit your clothes? You take your clothes and put it

  257. in the dryer, right, put it out in the sun.

  258. It drives, then it looks back to normal. But you

  259. know that fire will come into this room and nothing

  260. will remain the same. Even metal will become hot. Nothing,

  261. there's nothing on your body when fire touches that it

  262. will remain the same. Your hair will burn, your glasses

  263. will go, You'll watch nothing. Your money in your pocket

  264. your your your wallet, everything, your handful gone, your car gone,

  265. just your house gone. You mean, fire is crazy, but

  266. it's what God wants us to be because when we

  267. are on fire, whatever we touch changes. That's how you

  268. change your school, That's how you change your office, that's

  269. how you change your family. But the truth is, there

  270. can be Christians who are not on fire. And that's

  271. that's why nothing changes you with me, your colleagues, the

  272. students that you teach in school. You can either have

  273. a teacher or a teacher on fire. You know why

  274. Malaysia will change because there are people in Malaysia who

  275. are on fire for God. Maybe. Okay, wait, it's not

  276. how much you can talk now, that's how on fire

  277. you we are. I pray in the name of Jesus

  278. a share us. You will be on fire today and

  279. the fire of God will just come upon you and

  280. you will never be the same. And only will you

  281. never be the same, the people around you will never

  282. be the same. In Jesus name, I feel God presence

  283. already here. Who will give us this fire? Jesus said,

  284. the Holy Spirit. He will baptize you with the Holy

  285. Spirit and and fire. Another thing about fire is and

  286. I want to encourage all of you. It doesn't need

  287. to change with the stages or status of life. It

  288. doesn't need to change. You can be young and on fire,

  289. old and on fire. We are people who are very

  290. young in his room, and we are people who are matured. Okay,

  291. hair white already. Okay, many years you have lived on

  292. this earth. But you know what, our fire doesn't have

  293. to change. Some people will say, oh, Pasa, you don't understand.

  294. When I was a young person, I really did this.

  295. I did that. I served, I went to cams, I jumped,

  296. when I was singing, I dance. I did it all

  297. when I was young. Now you see, I'm old, right.

  298. I don't clap my hands like that anymore. I don't

  299. dance anymore. I don't go to missions anymore. I've done

  300. it all in my young You mean, only when you

  301. are young, you're on fire? Where's your fire? That's why

  302. I really like to you know. So you call it

  303. anti Taihanga, I call her sister, But you know, I

  304. really you know this, this Tihong lady, she's on fire.

  305. And I'm telling you really, really, really really and anyone

  306. who just talked to her five minutes so you know,

  307. she's on fire, you know, and and I appreciate you know, fire,

  308. you keep burning. He's not He's not the energy you

  309. need outside it's not oh you know, yeah, for sure

  310. a young person and an older person the energy level

  311. will be different for sure. Okay, yeah, maybe they can't

  312. jump as high, but fire. You know. I was in Singapore.

  313. I was invited to this dinner and I didn't know

  314. how special it was. I die arrived. You see a pole.

  315. It was organized by this Christian millionaire who was hosting

  316. a man who is with the lot. Now he's no

  317. longer here, but this man's name is Ryan hut Bonke.

  318. And right now, Bonk was like Billy Graham. Right now,

  319. Bonk was one of the biggest evangelists in the world.

  320. He led seventy million people to christ okay uh and

  321. Billy Graham, I'm sorry. Right Bonke was there at that

  322. dinner and he was trying to share to the businessman

  323. in Sapore, you know, about his work, and he was

  324. about to pass on his mantle to the second man.

  325. His name is Daniel Colenda. And at the time when

  326. I was sitting for Daniel Colenda, he was only about

  327. thirty years old and Daniel will take over my place.

  328. And I think at that time, right Bonk was seventy two.

  329. So the dinner table was very private. One dinner table,

  330. ten seats, and I was there so privileged. No, I

  331. praise God for that because Ryan Bok is one of

  332. my heroes. And right up, remember he said this, Yes,

  333. I am seventy two. He speak said, I know I

  334. am said no, with some German excent, I am seventy two.

  335. But I tell you what I remember, like it was yesterday.

  336. There may be snow on the roof, you know what

  337. he means, white, Hey, there may be snow on the roof,

  338. but in the fireplace there is fire. Any just talking

  339. like that in seventy two, snow on the roof. Mine

  340. is snow on the jung gout. There might be snow

  341. on the junkgut. But I pray the name of Jesus

  342. until however, all until I see Jesus, there will be

  343. fire in the fireplace. That's where people keep warm. That's

  344. where people come around that fire. You know, you want

  345. to draw people to Christ. Let them come to the

  346. fire a man you wanna draw, you see side to Christ.

  347. Let them come around the fire. That's called ex chaerus

  348. the fireplace. Amen. Fire doesn't need to change. So now

  349. that you bought the question, we want this fire right,

  350. we want this fire right? Actually ask how to attract

  351. God's fire? Okay, now question A lot of people say, wow, God,

  352. you did it before in First King's eighteen. Do it again, please? Right?

  353. So the question is where's the God of You're like, yeah,

  354. where are you God? God? Why don't you do the

  355. same thing you did before? Do it now? Hey? Imagine

  356. you know God's fire coming to parliament? Why I tell

  357. you all the laws will be different now the fire

  358. of God come upon the Iran war, you know, But

  359. tell you where are you God? Where? Hello? Where are you?

  360. That's not the question because God has never gone anywhere.

  361. He Brews the teen verse eight says, what he is

  362. the same Jesus Christ, the same yes day today, and

  363. he never changes. He's never left. You know who left?

  364. You know who changed? You know who forgot? Yeah, So

  365. the question should be where's Elijah? Because if you can

  366. find Elijah, the God of Elijah will shure, are there

  367. elijahs in this room? Are there elijahs in this room?

  368. I pray that I can be like Elijah. I pray

  369. the name of Jesus again, Lord, that you will make

  370. everyone here and Elijah in this modern day, modern day

  371. elijahs arise, arise in this room, a rise exterer us

  372. be the modern day Elijah, because God will answer Elijah. Okay,

  373. five characteristics, Elijah, i' mean x rs S right, I

  374. call you Elijah. I want to this confess your destiny. Hall.

  375. Only are five characteristics. Are you ready? Number one? If

  376. you want the fire every day to be strong and

  377. fresh in you, choose choose you this day, Josh or

  378. twenty four Verse fifteen. Choose you this day, whom you

  379. will serve this day? Every day, Give us this day

  380. our daily break. He's going to be daily folks. Every day,

  381. choose God. Can I just give you a simple instruction,

  382. simple encouragement. Every day choose God will come in the morning.

  383. Please choose Him first. Choose Him first, don't choose your

  384. handphone first. Now I know their days where they are

  385. very very important messages, very very very urgent messages. You

  386. know someone's in the hospital, someone is dying, or whatever

  387. it is, someone met with accident. Okay, yeah, fine, go

  388. to your headphone. But many other days there's not such urgencies,

  389. not such emergencies, so you don't have to look into

  390. your handphone first. But it's a habit, you see, in fact,

  391. more than a habit. That he's become addiction. Addiction, addiction. Okay,

  392. I pray that Jesus will become your addiction, the man

  393. that you be addicted as a song before many years ago.

  394. I'm addicted to Jesus, you know, you know, I'm just addicted. Means.

  395. I mean, some people might not like addicted now, but

  396. you know what I mean. It's just you're just so

  397. drawn to him. You can't live without him, you know. Good.

  398. I want you to choose. Now, let me tell you

  399. a quick story. There is a lady in ex Is Kanda.

  400. Her name is Cheryl. Cheryl is the wife of Pastor

  401. Paul all Right, who is the church plant coordinator for

  402. x Is Kanda. When their firstborn girl came into their lives.

  403. Of course, as new parents, you know, we have got

  404. dreams of how we want our children to grow, desires

  405. of how we want to raise our children. So this

  406. lady called Cheryl true sorry, she told me this story herself.

  407. She said, Pastor, when my baby was in my arms,

  408. I chose to give her the best. So she looked

  409. at her daughter. She said, I'm going to give you

  410. milk on demand. You know what I means, milk on demand?

  411. Just crime is get, crime is get, crime is get,

  412. crime is on demand on demand, and it's got to

  413. be mother's breast milk on demand okay, because of closeness

  414. and uh you know, bonding or okay, mother, Okay, some

  415. older mothers are probably that you ache be realistic, okay,

  416. but every new mother will have their own choice. Okay.

  417. It's very hard to break their choice out. It goes, no,

  418. this is my child, Why you want to tell me

  419. what to do? Okay? So they got their own choice

  420. on until later on they find out the reality. Then

  421. they go like asking other mothers, how do you do that? Okay?

  422. But before that is all very high and lofty dreams

  423. and desires okay. So anyway, she says, on demand mother's

  424. breast milk is the best. Okay, this is the only

  425. thing I had to happen. She went to church, okay,

  426. and whenever the preacher this is har story and not mine.

  427. Whenever the preacher will come up about the kamama, the

  428. daughter will cry so on the mama she made a choice,

  429. so she would take the baby out and feed as

  430. you either come back halfway through the message or don't

  431. come back at all. Because outside there, as she's feeding,

  432. she's meeting other mothers, and then suddenly a nice fellowship

  433. was everything outside there. Okay, do you know why some

  434. people go out there and never come back because things

  435. are happening out there. Okay, so don't be so easily distracted.

  436. Come on all right, focus in. This is the word

  437. of God. It will feed you, okay, Jesus is feed

  438. my sheep. So every Sunday she says, past I kid you,

  439. not I kid you. Not only when the preacher comes out,

  440. she cries, and it can be any preacher, not like

  441. she's she had a you know, yeah preference. You know,

  442. of course you're too young, so anyway, so any preacher,

  443. every preacher. Okay. This went on for ten weeks something

  444. like that. Okay, it's a long time, and then she

  445. felt so dry. After about three months, a mother Cheryl

  446. felt dry in her spirit. She said, I know, you know,

  447. why are young mothers write Monday to Friday? They are

  448. still learning to your mothers, they're quiet time or so

  449. they don't do you know, they're not really really reading

  450. their Bible. I mean, you give them, cut down them

  451. some slack because it's not easy being a new mom. Okay,

  452. so she's she's like trying to organize her life, you know,

  453. no time to read Bible or that. So the only

  454. time she can receive anything is come on church on Sunday.

  455. But she's not receiving it, so therefore she is spiritually

  456. try So then she said, God, I'm so dry. My

  457. baby keeps crying at every message. However, you started the message,

  458. he's crying. God help me. And God said to her,

  459. if you are dry, mummy, mummy, if you are dry,

  460. what are you feeding your child? That milk goes out,

  461. but it's not mixed with a spiritual blessing. And that's

  462. why when children just only take physical milk, not the

  463. spiritual milk, what happens is that they grow up in

  464. a way that parents go. I thought I was a Christian,

  465. but he's because you don't understand that your whole being

  466. is body, soul, and spirit. And when she releases milk

  467. to her baby, yes it might just look physical, but

  468. there is spiritual mixture to it. And God challenged her

  469. and said, what are you feeding your baby? Really? And

  470. there on that day she made a child my choice choose.

  471. She already made a choice. I will feed her on

  472. demand breast milk. She already made her a thought of

  473. you in this room, you already made your choice. Say,

  474. don't tell me what to do. I'm not telling you

  475. what to do. I'm saying, open your heart to hear

  476. what God is telling you do. And God said to her, Cheryl,

  477. if you would choose me first, I will show you.

  478. Because we either just live by faith, not by sight.

  479. Too many Christians are living by sight their own calculations.

  480. God is saying, live by faith means live according to

  481. my word. A man faith comes by hearing and hearing

  482. by the word of God. Okay, so Cheryl decided, I

  483. will pump my milk into a bottle, and if she

  484. cries again, I am going to feed her. Right, but

  485. this mummy ain't going to remain dry anymore. I'm gonna

  486. sit and receive the word of God, because the more

  487. I receive, the more I am on fire, the more

  488. I am nourished by God, the more I am full

  489. in Christ, the more I can give my baby. I'm

  490. not gonna shot change my baby just with milk. You

  491. don't have to be a Christian mother to just give milk.

  492. Every mother gives milk, right, what's the difference between a

  493. Christian mother? Then? Must be more. I got good news

  494. after just a few weeks. The baby stopped crying, got

  495. showed up because the mother made a stand. She chose God.

  496. And not only that. Now the eldest daughter is fourteen

  497. going on fifteen, and the youngest one is They got

  498. two daughters. The youngest one is about twelve going on

  499. to teen, okay, and both of them are serving the

  500. Lord in church. Cheryl is taking care of ex kids

  501. and both her daughters are serving with her. They love kids.

  502. I've met them and I thought to myself, they have

  503. grown up so well. My word, I won't be surpriser

  504. if they go and serve God full time because they

  505. just love Jesus so much. The two daughters, they never

  506. cause any problems with their parents and every Sunday, do

  507. you know why the church is so so small? And

  508. when we were smaller, they were the only two young

  509. people never complain. Just love God. You know why? Because

  510. their mother chose God. So the fire now not only

  511. feels the mom's heart it feels the children's heart as well.

  512. Do you understand this? Choose God the fire will continue

  513. to burn. Number two challenge, Take the bull, cut them

  514. in pieces, but put no fire under it. If you

  515. and I want to remain on fire, or at least

  516. if you don't have the fire today, then you will

  517. attract the fire by taking up the challenges that God

  518. has brought to your life. Don't be a Christian and

  519. who want to live just a comfortable life. God will

  520. not want us just to live comfortable lives. You know,

  521. you know I tell you all of us go to Heaven, right,

  522. all of us believers in this room are go to Heaven.

  523. You know how comfortable Heaven will be, even be for

  524. the rest of your life. So don't look for comfort

  525. here on earth. Look for challenges. They will keep your

  526. fire burning, not challenges in the world, challenges from God.

  527. You know that God challenged Cheryl and she took it up.

  528. What is God challenging you to do? What is he

  529. challenging me to do? And if you forsake the challenges

  530. of God, after a while your fire will start dying.

  531. Are you all stay with me? Give you a quick

  532. story so you know that I graduated as a lawyer.

  533. God called me to serve him and so I started

  534. serving him, but without any money. Okay, the law says

  535. to me, don't worry, Kenneth, I will supply your needs. Okay.

  536. So now for thirty five years I've not received a salary.

  537. So people go to I wonder, how does a man

  538. live without a salary? Well, God provides, and then of

  539. course when you see my size, you know he provides

  540. very well. God is good. Okay, thirty five years of

  541. living by faith, so many stories to tell you. You know

  542. how the Lord provides, patrol provides, this provides, that is

  543. that's amazing. That's why I even with the war in Iran,

  544. I'm not really afraid because He's provided for me thirty

  545. five years without a salary. So even when the patrol

  546. prices go up, I'm God at God, you provided for

  547. me at two fifty, you provided for me at three seventy,

  548. you provide for me at five fifty. Is your eyes

  549. on the number going up? Or is your eyes on

  550. the Lord? Come on better? Getting back on the Lord.

  551. Don't worry? What to do? You got any power to

  552. go and change the warway? Goda? No, you don't have

  553. power to change the war. But you have you are

  554. a child of God. Amen, So there's nothing to fear. Seriously,

  555. I'm telling you right now, okay, now of course, how

  556. are you going like? Oh, I'm thank good that I

  557. have ev evy car, right Eve car, So I have

  558. nothing to fear, you know. Then you realize that you

  559. also have to you know, charge your ev anyway, don't

  560. worry about things you have no control of. Don't worry

  561. about things you have no control of. What are you

  562. in control of? Your own faith, the fire in your heart. Amen,

  563. all of you made a decision to come here this morning.

  564. That was you in control of that. So continue to

  565. live your life by the control that you have. That's

  566. your part to play. Leave the rest to God. Come on, challenge.

  567. So this is the thing. I live without a salary

  568. for so many years. But God has been so good

  569. to me. Have a house, two cars, you know, and

  570. God is good. My wife is well, my family is blessed.

  571. We travel the world. We have started churches now in

  572. ten nations. God God, God to God be the glory.

  573. So there was one time when and how I inherited

  574. a car from my dad. My dad gave me a car.

  575. I think I told you about this car before, okay,

  576. Toyota Corolla. Okay, when I was twenty one, it was

  577. given to me and the cow was already twenty one.

  578. So I felt like the cow was my twin brother.

  579. When I grew it, it grew okay. The cow was

  580. alreaally not perfect. It left oil wherever it went, Okay.

  581. That's why we call it the most annointed car in

  582. the in the country. This oil oil oil oil oil oil,

  583. or like a pasta putting oil and people say, no, hey,

  584. oil oil. So and then the other thing about it

  585. is that it can't go beyond ninety kilometers an hour

  586. without shaking, okay. So that's where also I call it, Oh,

  587. you know, really holyah this car oh blah blah blah,

  588. it shakes o holy spirit power. No, just joking. But

  589. the thing is, you know, if at one time I

  590. scoreded the police, I tell you why I don't do that,

  591. and I tell you not to do it. So okay,

  592. But I was so frustrated because he told me he

  593. tolt me, he stopped me here and said that you speeding.

  594. I thought to myself, if only my car and speed, ye,

  595. I thought, well, this police pace, insulting me. You know

  596. that's oky, you guys are But I look at him

  597. and I said no. I said to you go one

  598. police spend told me many years ago to you know

  599. the the internal words of police is you know you

  600. call him good and knows that you probably have a

  601. police friend. So anyway, I said to got here, bully LEMI, lad,

  602. you can't go faster than ninety if you don't believe

  603. Marcella create side that. But do I don't know what

  604. got over me though, Seriously, I don't know what got

  605. over He's like righteous anger now and you took me like, okay,

  606. I'm not saying I'm not saying that you should use

  607. that stategy. It wasn't a strategy. It was just something

  608. came upon me. Are like what he told me, I

  609. got above one hundred and ten, Please feel free to

  610. drive my card ninety ninety five one hundred of My uncle,

  611. who was in his fifties at the time, wanted needed

  612. desperately a job, went for the interview. I don't know Maday,

  613. who was his hundredth interview desperate and they gave him

  614. a job on the condition that he has to have

  615. a car. I heard about it. Your uncle needs a

  616. car to get this job. For two years, it hasn't

  617. been working. Something like that. This car, although it has

  618. oil and shaking, Stevens, it's still my car. Still got

  619. me to A from A to B. But then the

  620. Lord challenged my heart. Ken, your uncle needs a car.

  621. I'm almost like so all right, I knew what was

  622. what was God getting it? So the challenge was by

  623. faith give him the car. How would I get to church?

  624. How would I get to work? Don't know? God knows,

  625. but he puts a challenge on your heart. And for

  626. some of you, he might be challenging you to go

  627. for missions this year. Maybe challenge you do sir, Maybe

  628. challenge you to give more, Maybe challenge you, challenging you

  629. to be a leader. I don't know. So I caught

  630. my uncle. He came and got the car, very happy,

  631. got the job. That was her Saturday morning. So I said, okay,

  632. I don't use a car today Saturday. I just stay

  633. at home. He may give me. I don't know what

  634. I did, it's too long ago. And then day came,

  635. someone came picked me up to go to church. I

  636. think it was l y. And then Monday came. It

  637. was my day off? Right, Monday passed the day off.

  638. Don't need to go anyway. But the phone call came

  639. on Monday. A secretary of a multi millionaire Christian called

  640. me Monday past again. Yes, how are you good? Hey?

  641. My boss asked me to call you a. Oh how's

  642. your boss? Good? Good? My boys asked me to call

  643. you a. This is this how you talk? My boy?

  644. My boys asked me to call you a. I want

  645. to ask you. I said, yes, but as you you

  646. need a car on? You need a car on? I said, uh, yeah,

  647. I tell you I don't know I could. I couldn't

  648. hel at least one tear rolling out my face? You know,

  649. because God is so good you cannot. Yes, my boss

  650. has a lot of company guys. He wanted to do

  651. away with you. He thought about you before he thought

  652. about me. God thought about me first. Do you understand

  653. that's why people call you God thought about me first?

  654. I said, sure, but pass my boss tell me to

  655. inform you for that. Why is it? It's an old color? Oh?

  656. How old? Three years? Already? That play a long? You're

  657. so old? Ah? So? Uh? You want me to send

  658. one of our drivers to send it to you to

  659. your house. So no, no, the boss he gives the

  660. cast about us. He's driving the car, he said, to

  661. my house. So no, I think I'll get somebody to

  662. pick me up and send me there. Uh. And also

  663. boss asks me tell you are He also will pay

  664. for the road text for two years he said. Okay,

  665. he said, okay, let me pray about it. If you

  666. said that, let me pray about it. Say oh wow,

  667. so so generous your boss. Sometimes he can give you

  668. a car, but you can't afford the road. Text right,

  669. I want to pay for the road text? Would you

  670. today hear God's voice? Just take up whatever challenge he

  671. tells you to. You might not have enough for yourself.

  672. You might not Yeah, you might not have what's left,

  673. but you know we have a in extras. Don't worry

  674. about what is left. See my left hand. Don't worry

  675. about what's left. Do what's right. Don't worry about what's left.

  676. Because a lot of Christians are worry about what's left,

  677. and then we forsake forget to do what is Just

  678. do what's right. Come on today, just do what's right.

  679. Take up the challenge. Sometimes some of you are to

  680. do what's right. Right'sy just to say sorry to your wife,

  681. Say sorry to your mother because you say something very

  682. rough to her yesday. Then you say, mom, I just

  683. want to say sorry. The right thing to do. Take

  684. up the challenge, do the right thing and leave the

  685. rest to God. Yeah, you know, married thirty one years now,

  686. many times I really believe I'm right. Now my wife

  687. is wrong? Right? You know I believe lah, But God

  688. always speaks to me. Kenneth. You are the man. What

  689. does a man do? Lead? Lead? Mess? What means I'm wrong? ASO?

  690. I have to say sorry? What to do? Women have

  691. to give birth? My men do have to give by

  692. the men also have caught. But then to carry the

  693. woman is carrying a baby. You have to carry the

  694. leadership role. The leadership role is don't back out of leadership.

  695. So many times, even though I really know I'm right,

  696. I God say, Kenneth, whether you're right or wrong, go

  697. in reconcile. I me in my prayer room. No my

  698. quiet of what, no mayor of God praying big prayers.

  699. There's more one cannot pray. We pray all God, change

  700. Iran or somebody that change the war. Whatever it is

  701. that you know, change Trum's heart maybe that's all your

  702. brains pray. You pray big prayers for a small one,

  703. goes for it to your wife can do so. One day,

  704. I remember, though, I was so right now, I was

  705. telling you because lawyer training, a lawyer training, I'm right,

  706. stand for your right right, so the Holy Spirit, you know,

  707. do it, can do it. Do it's right. Go and lead,

  708. be a leader, call yourself a man, be a leader.

  709. So I finally and I knew, God, do you want

  710. to ask any other preyer? You didn't want to listen

  711. to any other thing until I got it right. You

  712. know there's a scripture in Matthew eighteen. I think that says,

  713. if you bring a gift before the Lord and you

  714. know there's something else to set her, lay the gift

  715. and the author, go set the way first. Yes, Bible, Bible, Bible.

  716. So you know what happened. I opened my door very

  717. hard to get up for my KNEESO I go to

  718. my door. You have to say sorry, even though I'm right,

  719. you know that, open my door, open my door. My

  720. wife opened the other door, she doing her quiet time.

  721. Dare I like she was so whoa We meet each

  722. other face to face like the Korean movie, you know, honey,

  723. And I say, oh no, my wife, look at me.

  724. I'm getting some Korean music playing behind now. And I said,

  725. uh no, h say, I just want to say I'm

  726. sorry that She says no, I'm sorry, but you did

  727. she sure sit first, wasted opportunity. No, no, no, if

  728. you do first, I'm telling you right now, if you

  729. do first, watch what God would do. So I said no, no, no,

  730. say I'm sorry, I'm sorry, went on for a few

  731. more times. Don't know, I'm sorry. I'm the keys Ah,

  732. God take up the challenge. Number three. Consecrats, consecret. You

  733. know what Elijah did? Elijah said to the people, come

  734. to me, come to me, come to me. And you

  735. know what he did first? You know, I'm so glad

  736. Elijah knew what to do. You know what he did?

  737. He repaired the altar. Didn't we read that he repaired

  738. the altar? You can find that in verse thirty. Elijah

  739. said to all the people, come near to me. So

  740. the people came near, and he repaired the altar. We

  741. are the author, we do. You know, ladies, gentlemen, brothers

  742. and sisters in this room actually has listened to my heart.

  743. Listen to my heart. There are many Christians who are

  744. ready to sacrifice, but they are not enough alters for

  745. the sacrifice to be on I want to say it again.

  746. There are many of us who are even thinking about

  747. or maybe I should give God more sacrifice. No, he

  748. wants altars, but many altars are broken down. So Elijah

  749. knew before the fire comes down, I've got to repair

  750. the altar, and he repaired it according to the word

  751. of God. Charles stones. He brought televe stones means he

  752. was repairing according to the word of God. There are

  753. some people in this room who needs to consider repairing

  754. the altar of your lives. Can I talk about one

  755. althar that many Christians are struggling with. It's called the

  756. altar of quiet time. Many of us are struggling. If

  757. I ask how many of you please put up your

  758. hands this morning, right now, if you have done your

  759. quiet time this morning, I don't know how many hands

  760. will go up. That's why I'm not going to ask.

  761. I tell you I was like many of you. I

  762. as a pastor, Pastor Gloria, I was struggling to do

  763. my quieter. Let me be very honest. Okay, I'm leading

  764. a church that is considered you know, one of the

  765. mega churches in Malaysia actually is considered what the thousand,

  766. five hundred people are here in care and then, by

  767. the grace of God, we are also leading fifty five

  768. churches around the world. This man doesn't do his quiet time. Gloria,

  769. if you were one of my pastors in Africa and

  770. you knew that your pastor here in Malaysia that gives

  771. direction doesn't even spend time with God, I don't know

  772. what you think. That's why it supprimes. We're quiet about

  773. it because we don't there. We don't dare tell people

  774. what direction, what download from the Lord? Right? How does

  775. this guy download? He doesn't even spend time with God.

  776. So I can I confess to you I was struggling.

  777. I confessed to you I was struggling for years. Sometimes

  778. I do once a week, once a week or so,

  779. twenty minutes, maybe one chapter of the Bible I read.

  780. Sometimes you are day that week is a good WEEKA

  781. three times Okay, haven't done one hour in God's presence

  782. for a long time. And yet I know the scripture

  783. says when Jesus brought three of his disciples to go

  784. and pray with him at the garden. They fell asleep, right,

  785. and when he got up, he said, can you wait

  786. with me one hour? So the Lord's plan for all

  787. of us is at least one hour. Can you wait

  788. with me one hour? They were so sleepy, right, three

  789. times you came. All three was okay, like many of

  790. us are. I understand. I totally understand. I'm not even

  791. speaking out with judgment. I'm speaking with understanding. I understand

  792. how you say, oh yeah, I do't want to do

  793. it in the morning, I want to do it, and

  794. then not even words because you come back so th idea,

  795. I shure, forget you remembers you have no power to

  796. do it. Okay, So can I can I just tell

  797. you this. I pray for a revival of quiet times

  798. in this room. I pray for revival of quiet times

  799. in this room. I asked for God's help. So this

  800. is why I did. I was so convinced and so

  801. convicted by the Holy Spirit. I said, God, please, number one,

  802. You've got to be honest with the lolla. Lord. I

  803. am struggling. I am No one knows that I'm struggling.

  804. Only you and me, of course, and maybe my wife,

  805. my wife was, okay, see that I don't spend time

  806. right in the mornings. I said, Holy Spirit, I was

  807. so convicted. I said, please help me to do my

  808. quiet time. Please help me Lord wake up in the morning.

  809. I find it so hard to wake up in the morning,

  810. especially those of us who slip late. Run. And I

  811. know that many of you who sleep late, uh these

  812. days with a handful and augasava okay, Internet blah blah blah, okay,

  813. social media, we sleep late. It's like become part of

  814. our lives. My wife washes clothes at two o'clock in

  815. the morning because that's the only time she can wash

  816. because she's so busy during the day. She comes where

  817. she washed close at two o clod the morney and yeah,

  818. three o'clos that she goes back down to go and

  819. hang the closes out and she wears all white handlong.

  820. My neighbors have all moved out. Now I'm kidding, No,

  821. but I'm not. I'm not. I'm not kidding about she

  822. washing closes the two clad money. I'm not kidding. Last

  823. time she did it again last night, it was more

  824. like twelve midnight. I think she slept earlier. Plus she

  825. slept earlier. My wife. My wife's earliest that she sleeps

  826. about thirty one o'clock in the morning, and then sometimes

  827. she goes up up to about three o'clock. So I've

  828. won her lovingly. A few times, I said, we are

  829. very close to sixteen now, so please please, let's take

  830. care of our health. As she's listening slowly but surely.

  831. But yeah, so we sleeplate how to wake up early?

  832. Holy Spirit, please help us help me, God help me.

  833. I tell you what. The Holy Spirit came and helped me.

  834. The fire of God came and changed my life. When

  835. did he change? Year two thy twenty? Okay, twenty twenty,

  836. the year of the pandemic. The Holy speak came visited

  837. me and five six years later, I have not missed

  838. a single day. When the Holy Spirit wants to help

  839. you out, he helps you. I know, even on holiday,

  840. my friends, I get woken up if I didn't. But

  841. I don't want to argue with the Holy Spirit, like

  842. Holy spee please, I'm on holiday, right, I don't argue

  843. with the Holy speacause are you just have to miss one, two, three,

  844. four and you miss the recid You know, you just

  845. have to miss one week? And then the momentum can already. Yeah,

  846. it's like exercise. Exercise you missed one week, two weeks.

  847. How to get back to walking right, how to go

  848. back to go back to the gym? Concert crate means

  849. set your life apart. Can I just prayer quickly, God,

  850. in the name of Jesus, help us Holy Spirit, help

  851. us all in this room, revive our quiet time. Help

  852. us get up in the morning, even though it can

  853. be raining. It is raining, the bed feels more comfortable,

  854. the pillow feels like heaven. Even then, Lord, help us

  855. get up, so that we can set time aside and

  856. set our lives aside for you, and that we can

  857. hear you in Jesus name. You know why. Shepherd's good

  858. cheps bring their sheep out to graze the grass in

  859. the early morning because early morning in Jerusalem, in Israel,

  860. early morning they have dew dew on the grass. So

  861. when the sheep goes out to m m yam dam

  862. yum yum yum, they don't just eat dry grass. They

  863. eat grass with dew, so they for the rest of

  864. the day they are nourished. Shepherds that don't really know

  865. understand what to do. They take their sheep anytime, and

  866. now the grass is dry by the afternoon, and so

  867. they need more water throughout the day. I pray that

  868. all of you, in the name of Jesus, will learn

  869. how to take not only the grass, but the dew.

  870. The dew from heaven a man haunts secret. Now, let

  871. me talk very quickly about the preparation of life. Preparation

  872. is as, if not more important than the presentation. Do

  873. you agree? So I want to just say this to

  874. you before I draw to a close. The life of

  875. a Christian is the life of preparation. I give you

  876. just a few analogies or a few examples. If you

  877. woke up this morning and you prepare your heart already

  878. by singing straight out of your bed into your bathroom

  879. when you're dressing up, you were already preparing your heart.

  880. Can I tell you this that when you started the

  881. worship right only how many how long? Here thirty minutes

  882. right there singing thirty minutes, But a lot of you

  883. because you don't start early, you don't prepare your heart.

  884. You have to prepare now, and so you find it

  885. hard to start your engine, and so people are not

  886. clapping until the last song. People are not singing, listening

  887. up their hands until the last song, because they took

  888. the first tree to walk up. So Christians, if you

  889. want to get the best of church, best of worship,

  890. best of anything in life, please prepare, because preparation is

  891. even more important than presentation. I give you another example.

  892. Your exam is only for three hours, but you studied

  893. for three years. Your marathon is only for three hours,

  894. but you prepared for the marathon for one year. At least.

  895. Your wedding is only forty five minutes, but you know

  896. how long? Especially the girl prepared. I say especially the girl.

  897. Most brides who lose weight right because they want to

  898. get into address that they will never get into ten

  899. years from now. The guy, you know is simple, it's

  900. all black, right. But the guy also has to prepare.

  901. Do you know how long you have to take to

  902. book the venue? People are booking it one year or

  903. more in advance. But how long is the wedding on

  904. our accout team. Presentation is not the most important thing.

  905. Now you want to present your offering. The presentation of

  906. the offering is very quick those days they present why

  907. they present dove present lamb, unblemish, lamb and bull. Okay,

  908. for example, how many of you think that God wants

  909. the bull because he really loves a good steak. No,

  910. he doesn't want the bull because God doesn't eat like

  911. we eat. He doesn't need the dove. He doesn't need

  912. the lamb. He wants our hearts. Now, now that's why

  913. I'm saying to you. The preparation is more important because

  914. when you present finally the dove, you realize that God

  915. doesn't need it. When you present finally the lamb, you

  916. realize that God doesn't eat it. He doesn't eat lambsteak.

  917. So the presentation is secondary. The preparation. Why because the

  918. night before, the week before, how to catch doves? Some

  919. of you older ones here, you know how to catch birds.

  920. When I was young, I put a basket outside my house.

  921. I put a string, I put a stick. I wait

  922. for the bird. I put some seats. You think the

  923. bird just come very easily. No, some of you are

  924. on your knees behind the window for hours, and sometimes

  925. you wrongly pull a string. The bird, Tao the bird,

  926. say bye bye, and then you come out and then

  927. you have to put the stick again. Listen, you know

  928. who's watching from above? God, who's looking down and saying,

  929. look at that guy for four hours. He's been trying

  930. to catch one bird for me four hours. See see

  931. that he's on his knees for four hours. You know,

  932. you know, he's already on his knees for four hours

  933. for me. I see his hard So by the time

  934. you present the bird or the dove, it's only one minute.

  935. But he doesn't want the dove. He wants your alright.

  936. Do you know pulling a bull to the temple is

  937. a bull is very cooperative, easy. Some bulls don't want

  938. to go because they know what's happening. So you know what,

  939. the one that pulls the bull to the temple, he

  940. is sweating by the time he arrived, so he's got

  941. look at the bull, or look at your sweat. Of course,

  942. he said, look at this, Look at this guy sweating

  943. for me walked for five kilometers. It is the preparation,

  944. not just the presentation. That's why Jesus took the whip

  945. and drove out everybody from the temple who bought and sold,

  946. and said, you have made it into a den of thieves.

  947. You know what they were thieves? Off, They were thieves, stealing,

  948. robbing people's true worship. Because when you start selling dove,

  949. the guy just walks to church. How much to death?

  950. How much the death? He didn't get it? No that

  951. God doesn't want the deaf. No, so he comes nice clothes,

  952. no sweat, nothing, kurer, give me the dough. This guy

  953. is the one that got down his knees. Find a dove,

  954. Now make a sales. Jesus is then of thieves because

  955. you have just toldn what God really wants. How much

  956. how much dove or fifty? Okay, yeah, thank you? In fact,

  957. are you to carry? Were carry for you? So what

  958. do you offer? Oh? I gave God two doves. Hello.

  959. God wants the doves it he likes to play the flying.

  960. And you know what, God, God has all the dorves

  961. in the world. He needs the step one finger that

  962. all the doves come. He needs your doves, He needs

  963. your bull, he needs your cows, He needs your lamp.

  964. Doesn't we forgot? We didn't get it. So Jesus is

  965. with a whip. Get out. Stop making my father's house

  966. into a den of thieves because we keep robbing God

  967. of what he really wants. Come on, everybody, are you

  968. okay with me? Preparation is as is very very important.

  969. Give to God, not just what you want, but what

  970. he wants. Okay, as I close the third point, I

  971. want to just very quickly say to you, the fire

  972. came down finally, yes or no? Yes? No? What did

  973. he say in the Bible The fire came down and

  974. consumed her sacrifice. Yes, it also burned up the wood. Hey, hello,

  975. do you know it's not easy to burn up wet wood.

  976. He just poured water three times, you know. You know

  977. the wood is very wet. But when God's fire come

  978. even wet wood or so will get consumed. Anyone here

  979. in this room feel like wet wood because you're like,

  980. I'm a wet wood Christian line, I can never be

  981. on fire. God's fire come down, even wet wood or so.

  982. He sapoo. Sapoo is a Malay language. I hope you understand.

  983. He's just consumed. Then he consumed her stones, and then

  984. he consumed her does But I want to illustrate something

  985. to you. When he came down, it came down I

  986. think like a tongue of fire, because it says in

  987. my Bible that he licked up the water that was

  988. in the trench. You want to hear illustration. Here we

  989. go ready, the fire comes down and like a tongue

  990. it licks. One more illustration the case ready, that's the case.

  991. You didn't catch the first word. The fire comes down, burns,

  992. the sacrifice burns, the wood burns, the stone burs, it

  993. takes up the dust and then here you go and

  994. it licks up the water from the trush. Wait. Wait, wait,

  995. wait for it, Wait for it, wait for it. How

  996. many of you would like to hear God say over

  997. your life because it just means I'm satisfied. Paulo Paulo Kenyang.

  998. Can I tell you why? Because in those days, in

  999. one Kings eighteen it was called times of drought, meaning

1000. to say that what the ladies and gentlemen was even

1001. more precious than the bull in fact that pour it

1002. out one time. You know, I think I can hear

1003. people screaming. Can you imagine that? Kr right now? No

1004. water for the last three months. And then your neighbor

1005. washing car, ah you were from the windows said allow

1006. you made or what right? That's why in Australia drought

1007. for six months, Remember the Australian drought for six months.

1008. They said they made it a by law. No body

1009. is allowed to wash his car. You can get in

1010. trouble a big fine because how can you wash your

1011. car like this breaker where its abundance? Never mind? Now

1012. no water in Melbourne, no water in one King's eighteen

1013. And this is Elijah pour it one time? Por is

1014. second time? Why can you imagine the four hundred and

1015. fifteen profess about why bottle order? Then he's probably listening

1016. to all these people shouting at him. Are you crazy?

1017. Call yourself a man of God? You waste? You waste her?

1018. You know? And he's listening to all these complaints it

1019. a third time because he's not pouring it for you.

1020. He's pouring it for God. He's not giving second best

1021. to God. That day water was the best, not the bull.

1022. Are you going to live your life to continually give

1023. God your best? What is your best? If you will

1024. live your life even though people call you wasted? Do

1025. you know who else they call waster? The woman who

1026. came with the alabasta jar broke it. It's one year's

1027. worth wages. You know that was how precious the perfumers

1028. one year wages? She broke it. You know what? Even

1029. the disciples said, waste? Can I say this to you

1030. before I move on you will never waste you give

1031. to God. Fourth fourth thing that helps bring the fire

1032. down is call. I won't spend too much time on this,

1033. maybe two minutes. Call means pray in U turn right now.

1034. We are calling on the name of the Lord. Elijah call,

1035. oh Lord, Oh Lord. Hear me, hear me. Lord. He

1036. called on the name of the Lord. But you know

1037. what happened. He says that he called and he said, God,

1038. all this I have done according to your word. It

1039. is at your word. Very important, pass Gloria. When we

1040. are going to ucs I, we are going to be

1041. calling on the name of the Lord. And you know what.

1042. We are going to specifically call on the name of

1043. a lot for students. Maybe yeah, we go call for

1044. families as well. We call for young adults as well,

1045. but majorly listen to me. Ex ceris, we're going to

1046. be calling for students. You CSI, open your doors in

1047. Jesus' name. You see us I release the students. Re

1048. release the students, and too Jesus you know you see

1049. us I. We receive students into xts. Share us. You know,

1050. we call upon the name of the Lord. But we

1051. must always remember when you call according to the word.

1052. It works. That's why it's Another scriptor says, if you

1053. pray according to his will, we know that he will

1054. answer us. This is very important because sometimes Christians may

1055. not be praying in accordance with God's word. I give

1056. you just one example. Okay, before we end, just one example.

1057. Does the Bible tell us to pray for the horvest?

1058. If you read your Bible carefully, he doesn't say that.

1059. So a lot of Christians are praying for the harvest.

1060. Jesus says, reap the hovest. So I when the Lord

1061. reveal this to me, He revealed to me a Christians

1062. standing from the hovest. The hoves is being ripe and ready.

1063. And it is, in fact, the Bible says, are white

1064. at the horse. You know, white means what not. It

1065. is really too maturity is going to die if you

1066. don't save it now. But I see a lot of

1067. Christians standing here. Oh Lord, give us the hours, Oh Lord,

1068. give us the hours. No, the Lord never say give

1069. us the hoves. The Lord said, go in and read.

1070. The only time Jesus say is pray. He said, pray

1071. to the Lord of the harvest to send laborers. Now

1072. you understand why even as Christians, we can pray very passionately,

1073. but we may not pray according to his word. I

1074. got others to share with you, but I wouldn't because

1075. there's no more time. Recently, the Lord told me, Kenneth,

1076. I never asked you to go and pray for the sick.

1077. That this one is a bit controversial. I never asked

1078. you to pray for the sick. I asked you to

1079. heal the sick. Feel you see phally give ten Matthew

1080. ten verse eight before he said freel you if really give,

1081. he said, heal the sick, raise the dad, cleanse the leperds,

1082. cast out demons. There say, pray for demons. So sometimes

1083. we we Christians don't really live according to the Word.

1084. We think we live according to the Word. So we

1085. we pray the demons will be cast out. Actually no,

1086. he said cast out. We pray for the sake. Actually

1087. he said, heal the sick. M hm. So I've changed

1088. my life and my ministry to be more aligned with

1089. God's word. So when I go for people, I pray

1090. for people. Now let's say they're not well, I just say,

1091. oh God, I pray, oh God, please, oh God. No,

1092. I just go Lord you send me to heal her.

1093. So I now bring your healing to her. I bring

1094. your healing to her. I release your healing to her.

1095. You be healed. Now, be healed now in Jesus, you

1096. know you just go in heal pray at home, but

1097. when you are standing before a sick person, don't keep praying.

1098. He did say, pray for his sake. He said, heal

1099. the sick. So your word. So Elijah is crying out.

1100. And he was confident because he did everything, repairing the

1101. altar and all that, and putting water on the sacrifice.

1102. He did all according to God's word. And now he's confident.

1103. Past the gloria and the leadership team here, you be

1104. confident that college students will come because we're doing it

1105. according to his. Last one last one is cause. Cause

1106. you can find in verse thirty seven. Turn their hearts

1107. back to you verse thirty nine. So when the people

1108. saw it, they fell on their faces and said, the

1109. Lord he is God. The Lord he is God. Cause

1110. means what means, everything that we do we must do

1111. with purpose, do with a cause. The reason why sometimes

1112. God doesn't answer our prayer and fire doesn't come is

1113. because we don't really know why we're praying. We don't

1114. really know why we want this that we're praying for.

1115. We don't really know why we need a miracle. We

1116. don't really know why we need healing. We don't really

1117. know why we need a breakthrough. Actually, at the end

1118. of the day, is so that others may come to

1119. know Him. Can you hear good? Amen? Christian, Stop being selfish.

1120. I just pray for yourself me. When you want God

1121. to bless you, say God, bless me so that my

1122. neighbors can see you. Please, it shouldn't be such a

1123. selfish prayer. Only you, only you only know. Lord. Give

1124. me good grades so that my friends can know that

1125. you are with me. God, give me a peaceful house,

1126. no argument, so that my neighbors. God, promote me in

1127. the company, not just for me. Promote me the company

1128. so that my colleagues can see that you are God.

1129. There is a cause and this is what you like.

1130. Just said, Lord, do this so that the people's hearts

1131. can be turned back to you.

1132. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
