  1. You're listening to a message to go from X Church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. If you've got your Bibles with you, either

  3. electronic or physical, please learn to except the three okay, X chapter three.

  4. This is a partial scripture that is not alien to us. And recently

  5. I have been I don't know what you call it, a nudging, I've

  6. been nudged. I've been It keeps coming back to me, this line,

  7. you know, And and this story in the Bible and X chapter three X.

  8. Chapter three is a time where it was after the church has been established,

  9. right, Jesus went up to heaven ready, and then he gave the

  10. disciples the last commandment commission. And then after that Peter preach, and three

  11. thousand was safe. And then after that they formed the church. Okay,

  12. that's what happened. And let me read. Let me read the scripture,

  13. you guys, Okay, can I okay? Acts Chapter three, verse one

  14. to ten. Okay, that's what we're gonna read, he says. He.

  15. Now, Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour

  16. of prayer, the ninth hour. Okay, this is about three o'clock in

  17. the afternoon. Let me share some other notes data. I learned a few

  18. interesting things from this scripture. And a certain man lame from his mother's womb,

  19. was carried whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple, which

  20. is called beautiful, to ask for arms from those who entered the temple,

  21. who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, ask for arms,

  22. and fixing his eyes on him and joined, Peter said, look at

  23. us, right, so he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something

  24. from them. Then Peter said, silver and gold I do not have.

  25. But what I do have, I give you in the name of Jesus Christ

  26. of Nazareth. Rise up and walk. Wow, it's powerful. And he

  27. took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet

  28. and ankle bones received strength. A miracle just happened. So he leaping up,

  29. stood and walked and entered into the temple with them, walking, leaping

  30. and praising God. And if you've been in children's ministry, there is a

  31. song walking and lipping and praising God some familiar rights you don't familiar. It's

  32. okay, right that what happened, And all the people saw him walking and

  33. praising God. Then they know knew that it was he who sat begging arms

  34. at the beautiful gate of the temple, and they were filled with wonder and

  35. amazement at what had happened to him. Okay, so if you are the

  36. type that writes notes, I hope that you all will start writing notes.

  37. It's quite good, actually to write notes and remember, because sometimes it's very

  38. hard to remember what was pretty last week. Right, So I said,

  39. personal responsibility of your own faith. Right, silver and gold I do not

  40. have, But what I have I give to you. That's the title.

  41. Right, I'm gonna go back to extrapt the tree. Peter said, silver

  42. and gold I do not have, but what I do, what I do

  43. have, I give to you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

  44. Rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand and lift

  45. the name up. And immediately his feet and ankle bows received strike. Okay,

  46. let's learn some things from this scripture. Okay, let's do a little

  47. bit about a Bible study and learn some things. How many of you have

  48. heard this before? Can you live with your hand? I mean, you've

  49. heard this story before? Hey, don't we Shina, Come on, guys.

  50. You know, yeah, yeah, you've heard it before. Okay,

  51. the rest about half fifty percent? Sorry what last week? Oh? Really?

  52. Yeah? The same message? Wow, praise God. Hey, it's

  53. a glenna. You know. They say if you have to listen to a

  54. message twice means that you haven't done it yet. That's why I heard.

  55. I remember a story about a pastor in America and it's so interesting, you

  56. know, and he's this about, you know, he preached the message and

  57. he kept preaching the message for the for one week, the same message,

  58. and then one of the church members got really upset came up to him and

  59. say, Passa, can you please stop preaching the same message? You know?

  60. Why do you pray the same message? He said, Well, because

  61. I share you the first time, but you didn't do it, so I

  62. have to share you again and again and again. You know. It's very

  63. interesting how you know we receive God's word because God's word is something that needs

  64. to be practiced. Amen. It needs to be something that we have to

  65. apply, not just listen to our years feel good about it and let's say

  66. no, it's something that we got to experience, right, I just pray.

  67. I don't know what you will received from this. I didn't talk to

  68. bassa man, but let's see if he's similar or I hope you guys catch

  69. something. Maybe it's a hoop. I don't know. So Peter and John

  70. went to pray the ninth hour. It's about three pm. It's the third

  71. prayer of the day. Okay. Also the time it was also the time

  72. where Jesus died on the cross. Jesus died at about three pm. Right,

  73. it was a normal practice for the Jews to be praying three times a

  74. day. That's a normal practice. And they derived that before Jesus time.

  75. They derived that from learning from uh, you know, David and Daniel.

  76. Okay, so there is a normal practice. They will do three times a

  77. day prayer. One one at about nine am, the third hour six hour,

  78. twelf pm, and the ninth hour three pm. That's where they will

  79. go and they will prayer. Okay. And what happened a lay man?

  80. Since birth? Okay? The medical term, I think it's congen Why sorry,

  81. yeah, let me try and say this properly. Congenital birth defect.

  82. Okay, Congenital birth defect, okay, physical birth defect. Right. Other

  83. examples of conginental birth effect are like down syndrome. So when someone's born like

  84. that, right, you know, I thought it's a very interesting point because

  85. when someone's born like that, and especially in those days, right, the

  86. perception is like, oh, maybe your parent's seen maybe all these something wrong.

  87. You know, there's this perception hovering over the person. And when someone

  88. is born like that, right and not created not not like accident or anything,

  89. sometimes we feel like the healing is harder because you know, you were

  90. born like that, you know, God mean you like thatm right. Sometimes

  91. that can be the perception that we have when we talk about conginental birth defect,

  92. right, because you were not whole and then something happened to you.

  93. You have been like at all this while right, So probably harder to imagine

  94. that the person can get healed. Okay, And he was sitting at the

  95. beautiful gate. Okay, and the beautiful gate. You know, I was

  96. thinking myself, why beautiful get why Actually it's very practical beautiful gay because it

  97. was at the main gate. Is there a photo that I asked for the

  98. okay? Okay, wow, okay, great, So this is the temple,

  99. right, and the beautiful gate is here here, it's the main gate.

  100. You know before they you know, they haven't even get actually they can

  101. go into the devile with different even get one right. Like it's like it's

  102. like, yes, you know, that's the main entrance and then the side

  103. entrance, so they can go to all the entrances. But this guy decided

  104. to sit at the main gate, the beautiful gate, they call you beautiful

  105. gate. Don't ask me why. I didn't do any like, didn study

  106. on it, but basically I thought, well, very practical. You see

  107. in the main gate law you want to see people and bag for arms.

  108. Right, it's the most strategic place, right to be at the main gate

  109. asking for money, right, And this guy has been doing it every day.

  110. That's his job, you realize is his job? Why is this so

  111. significant? But ever, it's significant. It was not some random guy by

  112. the street. This guy was there. Everybody knew him. Everybody that come

  113. to the temple to pray saw this guy at the gate. Okay, and

  114. then this thing happened. He asked for arms, and Peter even said look

  115. at us, indicating that they are not really or I am nothing earthly.

  116. I'm just thinking myself. Right, So interesting, this guy is begging,

  117. asking for money, and they will normally. I mean, I don't know

  118. why that. You've experienced people who ask for cash or want to buy you

  119. know, they don't really they don't really look at what you wear. One.

  120. They just want something out of you. At the end of the day,

  121. they will ask you for anything, right. They're not there to scam

  122. you. They're just begging for arms, you know. And that was his

  123. job because if he doesn't get it and people don't give it to him,

  124. then he, I don't know, know fool to it. Nowadays, of

  125. course we've got like syndicate and all this kind of funny stuff. Okay,

  126. and imagine going to the beck and saying, look at me, what do

  127. I know? I have anything to give to you? Right? But the

  128. wonderful thing about this encounter was Peter's response. And I want to pause here

  129. for a moment to ask you, what will you do in such a situation?

  130. Will you like Hella takes some money, laugh, you know, take

  131. some money and that's it, bye bye. You know, personally, when

  132. I encounter people like that, most of them don't give one And let's got

  133. really covered with my heart, right, But that's about it. But it's

  134. interesting how Peter responded he said, silver and go he said. He first

  135. said, look at me, and then the guy like look at him,

  136. thinking right, yes, still expecting something right, still expecting themthing. And

  137. Peter immediately and I tell you it's so interesting this line. Silver and gold

  138. I do not have. I'm so sorry. I got the money, but

  139. I have something that I can give to you. He didn't even say I

  140. got something greater, I got something more powerful. It wasn't a setup,

  141. no, guys, it was just you asked me for money. I don't

  142. have money, but let me give you what I have. Don't you think

  143. that Peter was confident and what he had that he could give? How many

  144. of us here are confident at what we have as our faith that we can

  145. pray for someone else? That's my question for us. Some of us,

  146. Yeah, we have been believers for very long. Ready, can I encourage

  147. us today? Can I encourage us? Right? Peter was very confident.

  148. And later I explained to you why he was very confident. There was a

  149. reason why he was confident. Peter was very confident, and he didn't just

  150. say he said, and it was very clear. He said, silver and

  151. I don't have, but what have you give to you? He said,

  152. let's go back to that. Immediately he said, in the name of Jesus

  153. Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk, and he took him by the

  154. hand and he lifted him out. No, guys, I don't wonder you

  155. guys are feeling me or not. Okay, he takes a lot of faivor

  156. to hold a hand of a lame person. I don't know how lame he

  157. was. He got no fee. I don't know. I don't know.

  158. I don't want the situation. Maybe we got feed Maybe it looked like you

  159. know, continental birth defect. Don't look pretty or no, I don't think

  160. he had all his limbs. Maybe his leger was so skinnier that it doesn't

  161. look like he can walk. So imagine this guy, come, okay,

  162. I'm going to someone one who cannot walk right, and maybe the lakes looks

  163. like like, you know, there's no muscle. And I literally say,

  164. rise up and wall and pull him up now, and he immediately got up.

  165. Now. Well, the amount of faith, man, the amount of

  166. faith that Peter had that this guy can be here, the mount of faith

  167. that Peter had right using in USU's name, that's very powerful. So what

  168. did bitter have. What did Peter have? That was the question I was

  169. thinking about. The first thing I can derive that was that Peter had the

  170. Holy Spirit X one. It says, but you shall receive power when the

  171. Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witness first to me

  172. in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the

  173. earth. Friends, I asked you a question today, do you have the

  174. Holy Spirit? I believe you do. I believe you do. Peter had

  175. the Holy Spirit. Second thing that maybe helped Peter have a bit more faith

  176. was that he walked with Jesus. Lave so be unfair, okay, but

  177. Peter walked with Jesus. He that was not the first time Peter hit someone.

  178. Now do you know that. Let me bring you to the first time

  179. where they had internship. Meant you chapter ten, verse five to ten,

  180. right, And I was I was searching, and this is the part where

  181. Jesus sent out his chielth disciples. And I know there's a scripture in Luke

  182. chapter ten that says he sent out the seventy disciples. But then if you

  183. go to Luke nine, he sent out the child first. So in a

  184. way. I'm looking at it, and I'm like, that's probably the first

  185. time they went out, and he gave them very specific instructions. XI.

  186. Do you have it, Matthew, Chapter ten, verse five to ten.

  187. He said, okay, this child Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying,

  188. do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter

  189. the city of Samaritans, but go right to the last cheer of the house

  190. Israel. So so it's rest specific. He said, don't go out anywhere,

  191. go to the Jews first. But there was very specific. We all

  192. know why. Later later on they were opening the door to the Gentiles.

  193. Okay, but as and as you go preach saying the Kingdom of God is

  194. at hand, because that's what Jesus came to do. He came to tell

  195. us that God's kingdom is at hand. Right, heal the sick POWERFULA imagine

  196. I go to doctor Jason, I said, Jason, go out right,

  197. two by two, preach heal the cigar. How would Jason react? He'll

  198. be like, but you have been doing healing all this world. You're asking

  199. me to do it now? Sure? No, I cannot be La,

  200. No, I know as holy as you La but you go holy spread right

  201. Lison, heal the singer, cleanse the lepers? Are you know what leap

  202. is? Okay? I won't go into detail. Raise the data. It's

  203. getting harder and harder. Castile demons are so you see a casting out divers

  204. is harder than raising the day and that line that is so powerful. Freely

  205. you have received, freely give? Friends, this freely you have received,

  206. freely give? Is this a practice in your life? A lot of us

  207. we have received many things from Christ. A lot of us, as we

  208. pray and receive many things from from God, have we been giving? I'm

  209. not talking about the churcha I'm talking about around you. Today's generation is a

  210. generation that once one one's skates, but sometimes we forget to freely give.

  211. So my encouragement is freely as you are received, freely gave. Saw You

  212. might think, oh, by God, nothing to give passa don't worry.

  213. Peter Johno said nothing to give, But they gave the guy something that changed

  214. his life. Friends, they didn't give him gold, on they gave him

  215. silver. They gave him something that changed his life. Carry on, provide

  216. neither gold nor silver nor a copper in your money belts so go out do

  217. all these crazy things, and I give you the hardest thing to do.

  218. Don't bring money with you. Actually, that might be the hardest thing for

  219. some of us. Ha here no problem has out, demons can no problem.

  220. But don't bring money with me here they cannot. I need at least

  221. my debit cut. You know how to provide. And then he said in

  222. mantuage six stey three sicky first to kid of God and all she be aned

  223. to you. Look your father in heaven. He clothed the ladies in the

  224. field, and he feeds the birds in the air. What more you who

  225. are more important? Not back for your journey, Not too tunics, nor

  226. sentdals, nor stuffs for a worker. It's worthy of his food. So

  227. Peter already had internship. I don't know why he did. They didn't specify,

  228. But based on what I see Jesus and do, He's done crazier things

  229. and help a layman. That's why he was confident. So I know I

  230. challenge your just now, guys, do you have holy spirit? Friends?

  231. Can I give you a secret? The only way for you to grow in

  232. your faith is to experience God. The only way for you to grow in

  233. your faith, and to believe in healing is to be able to experience it.

  234. So start believing, start practicing. Start praying for your headache, start

  235. praying for your flu, start praying for your friend. Start practicing, and

  236. when the healing happens, you will be encouraged. But you've got to start

  237. somewhere. We've got to start somewhere. After the hour of prayer, Pastor

  238. had this crazy thing, and in acts, we still believe that people be

  239. healed during our worship worship, Ma, during our worship worship team, hear

  240. me out. That's what we believe because we believe, not believe we very

  241. power. We believe that God's presence is power enough that when His presence come

  242. down, everyone herell be healed. That's what we believe. That's the conviction

  243. we have. It's not us, it's God. Right. But we gotta

  244. practice, Ma, we gotta practice. You gotta practice your faith. So

  245. Peter had practice, right, probably did it twice, one the twelfth and

  246. another one the seventy. He really had practice. And do you know that

  247. Peter was a man that God developed or Peter was a man that grew in

  248. his character and faith? Who was he? He was a fisherman. He

  249. was uneducated, he didn't have anything to his name. He had nothing.

  250. So, friends, if you're here and you feel like you have nothing,

  251. look at Peter. I think some of you are better than him. He

  252. was brash, even to the day where Jesus already ready won them, told

  253. them I need to go to the cross. I'm gonna die anyway. You

  254. know I'm gonna get He already won them, and Peter had to be the

  255. one they're going to cut that year, you know, and you you know,

  256. you don't know. The interesting thing? You read all the gospels,

  257. right, I think I saw this somewhere. Every gospel from Matthew, Mark

  258. Luke right didn't specify wish disciple, but John specified. So I think maybe

  259. they got something against each other. John was Peter the one that didn't you

  260. know. He was such a messed up guy, don't you think? But

  261. God said on this rock, I will build my church. What proof more

  262. is that that God uses the foolish to make the wise look foolish. God

  263. uses the weak God usus, the one that has nothing, because God wants

  264. to be glorified. Friends, can I encourage you today their their moment of

  265. internship and Peter used the right method. What was the method in Jesus' name?

  266. These hows significance. I know a lot of us we just pray in

  267. Jesus name after saying grace. But let me share you. I hope I

  268. can give you a little bit of weight in this name called Jesus. But

  269. we hear it being used right now by Hollywood as a cussword. Do you

  270. know that there should be more reverence in Jesus name? John fourteen, Child

  271. fourteen says, most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in

  272. me, the works that I do, he will do also, and greater

  273. works than this he will do. Because I go to my Father, And

  274. whatever you ask in my name that I will do that the Father may be

  275. glorified in the sun. If you ask anything in my name, I will

  276. do it. Let me ask you a question. Does everyone here believe in

  277. Christ? This group? Does everyone here believe in Christ? Do you believe

  278. in Christ? Do you believe in Christ? It said here in his word,

  279. he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will

  280. also do, and greater works than this he will do. Because Jesus is

  281. not here. Really, he went to the Father. It is a promised.

  282. Friends, I hope after this this week, when you're praying for someone,

  283. you have a little bit more faith and belief that your prayer is powerful,

  284. not because of you, but because your praying in Jesus name. Whether

  285. you're praying for yourself, whether you're praying for someone. It is not us

  286. that qualifies It's God that qualifies us. But we are using the name of

  287. Jesus Amen. John fifteen sixteen says, you do not choose me, but

  288. I chose you and appointed you. Some of you probably didn't choose him.

  289. By he's telling you he chose you, that you should go and bad fruit,

  290. that your fruit should remain. That whatever you ask the Father in my

  291. name, he will give to you. John sixteen twenty street ten and four

  292. says, and in that day you will ask me nothing. Most assuredly,

  293. I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name, we're

  294. asking who, asking God, asking God in Jesus name, he will give

  295. you. He will know. There's no other qualification that I can read here

  296. besides a spray in Jesus name, and he will give Until now you have

  297. asked nothing in my name. Oh, how true is that statement? For

  298. some of us here. Ask and you will receive that your joy may be

  299. bountiful. Are you in a place where it's a dark, dark place?

  300. Are you feeling stressed out? Can I encourage you today? Ask in Jesus

  301. name. Don't have to wait for a pastor pray for your can we can

  302. help people, We can pray for people, We can ask on your behalf.

  303. But I'm trying to encourage you. Ask yourself. Also, we're powerful

  304. one, We're powerful one. Amen. So Peter acted in faith and he

  305. took the lame man by his right hand and lifted him up. The man

  306. was seeking for arms, but he received something greater than that. People who

  307. knew the man, he probably said that every day they were amazed. Yeah,

  308. they knew. Imagine I don't know. Okay, we don't see each

  309. other every day, but imagine one of our brother's scissors here. We are

  310. so used to seeing them and they have a challenge, and then one day

  311. this miracle happened. Don't you think we will all be a maceed, We

  312. will all be a maze, we will all be amazed. We were like

  313. what happened? Right? And the people ran to Peter and John. No,

  314. but you want to know the beautiful thing. Peter directed them to God

  315. because God is glorified, not us. Not mean, if anything happens here,

  316. it is not Elvin King that's glorified. It is God that's glorified,

  317. because he deserves all the glory. Eteen sixteen says the God of Abraham,

  318. Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his serving Jesus,

  319. whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilot when he was determined

  320. to let him go. But you denied the Holy One and the Just and

  321. asked for a murderer to be granted to You know the story, right,

  322. Okay, this just happened recently. What I mean in that Timela just recently

  323. only and killed the Prince of Life, who of God raised from the death

  324. of which we are witnesses, and his name, through faith in his name

  325. has made this man strong whom you see. And now, yes, the

  326. faith which comes through him has given him this perfect soundness. In the presence

  327. of you all, Peter was doing what he was witnessing. He was witnessing.

  328. He was bearing witness of Jesus Christ to the people that rejected him.

  329. They were searching for the miracle. They were looking for the healing. Oh

  330. you heal this guy? Can you pleasee me also? And Peter directed them,

  331. Look, it is not me, you know, it is this guy.

  332. Jesus rejected. You want a healing, you receive him. You can

  333. receive your healing. It is true Christ only, it is not true the

  334. works of men. Peter was brave to share what was current and what happened

  335. recently. Do you know it was rare current? They probably got They could

  336. have been there. I don't know a lie they were. It was probably

  337. so crazier that that thing happened now that whatever Peter said, they'll probably receive

  338. it if you think about it. Right, It was such a crazy thing

  339. that happened that whatever Peter said, they'll be like, okay, that makes

  340. sense, right. But he was brave. He didn't hide it. He

  341. shared what happened. Guys, you rejected Jesus. He actually came to save

  342. us. Rejected him. How the people rejected Jesus, but they were ignorant.

  343. But they now have a second chance. Friends, all of us here

  344. have a second chance. Can I tell you a secret. I had more

  345. than one second chance. I have many second chances. There are many times

  346. I could have rejected God. There are many times I could have given up.

  347. There many times that iquy have just said no. But God comes through

  348. time and time again. He comes through time and time again because He loves

  349. us, and yes, some of us here. We might be in this

  350. season where it's challenging. We might be in this season that we have not

  351. seen the way out. Can I let you know that Christ is there because

  352. he is a hoping glory. The tunnel may be dark, but there's always

  353. a light at the end of the tunnel. We just got to keep going

  354. through that light. Amen. Peter preached and witness. After this miracle,

  355. he went to seal the deal. He knew he got their attention. Very

  356. very strategic, very strategic. Do you know that God is very strategic in

  357. your life? Nothing happens by chances to one friends, we think it happens

  358. by chance, But if you look back in your life, and recently I

  359. was reflecting back in my own life, and I'm like, wow, Lord,

  360. nothing happens by chance. Let me show you something interesting. So I'm

  361. married Kuta, right, I'm a Chinese guy, but I'm very comfortable with

  362. my Indian friends. Because I grew up with Indian friends. Right. I

  363. like Bollywood so much, right that my mom was worried I get married to

  364. Indian girl. I can you not Okay, to be really honest, that

  365. almost happened in college but didn't happen. Okay, almost, but didn't happen.

  366. Right, I'm very comfortable and I always joke with you because I'm from

  367. playing. I say, I'm half Indian, right, and I'm very thankful

  368. for you know, people like Joel and all that. I can you know,

  369. hang out and be Indian, Okay, because my wife is super Chinese.

  370. I just had to educate my wife because we were day think I took

  371. out to eat Indian food at brick Fields because she's staying nearby, thinking that

  372. she goes there often, not realizing that actually a lot of Chinese famies do

  373. this, right, they just ate a homeman. They don't go at you.

  374. So she So I taught my wife what is to rabah for the first

  375. time in her life, and so far that's the favorite thing that she liked

  376. every time she goes to You know, well, mama might not have flats

  377. certain Indian shops and you have. Why am I showing you this. We

  378. are exploring the possibility of planting ex Temel fellowship, and I have the privilege

  379. to be a little bit involved in it. Let's just say that I had

  380. the privilege to help make things happen. I'm probably not going to join it

  381. because I don't know that mail, right, I watched, I watched the

  382. subtitles. Uh, different ones might be involved in it. But I have

  383. a chance to be involved. And I'm super comfortable, right, and I'm

  384. learning Indian words like so, actually, we're gonna call it x temelkutem okay

  385. Kuta means gathering right, readia. You see, I'm learning things. I

  386. still learned a new word yesterday. I learned jawan. We should be Jawan's

  387. for Christ? Right, So just so, just am I using it correctly?

  388. A lot? No, I'm so sorry. Okay's still learning. I

  389. think I learned time better than Chinese. Anyway. Did I know that this

  390. will happen now? No? I don't know. You know, I never

  391. really thought about it. Hey, why why are so comfortable in you know,

  392. with these girl people. You know, I'm very comfortable, seriously,

  393. right, but there's no but then now if I'm like, wow, if

  394. if for the sake of this thing happening. You you give me this affinity.

  395. I'm like, great, we never know the experiences in the past.

  396. How you're barefoot in the future. If I look at my life, you

  397. know, doing what I'm doing right now, I can equate a lot of

  398. things with what has happened in the past that God has prepared me for today.

  399. Some of you here you will understand what I mean. Right. There

  400. are certain things in your life that you don't understand why this this thing happened

  401. until now you're like, oh, no, wonder, no, wonder,

  402. I experienced this because it is bearing fruit now. It is happening now.

  403. So if you're believing for something, friends, can I encourage you as long

  404. as you work with God, as long as you keep straight with Christ.

  405. Again, now you have to work with Hima. Right. I was faithful

  406. working with Christ, so I didn't go and do my own thing. But

  407. when you faithfully work with Christ and He reveals and opens things for you,

  408. a lot of things make sense in the future. Amen, talk to any

  409. talk to any mature creation here. They will tell you. You know,

  410. and then the way they tell you the story, it sounds like impossible.

  411. And if this thing didn't happen. If that thing happened, I still remember.

  412. Okay, I know I don't have a lot of time. I still

  413. remember. So one of my homie maybe can go talk to them all later.

  414. Okay, you know a lot of stuff she's doing right now. It

  415. is very amazing. Okay, she's involved in Lynettes and they are going to

  416. school doing training and in October they're actually going to organize something. They're going

  417. to organize the first ever mental health fair in Taylor's College, right, and

  418. my homie is self like helping it. And I remember one time in I

  419. think in homes we were talking about this topic. I think I was talking

  420. about topic about I can't remember exactly. I think it was how do you

  421. know God's way in your life? Or something to the effect. And she

  422. credited me for encouraging her to journey next And I have no idea, and

  423. I totally don't remember what I say it, but she said it's something you

  424. say it now. I'm like, I don't even remember I say it,

  425. right, And I'm like, wow, that's so cool. You know,

  426. there's many many more stories like this of how when you talk to believers who

  427. work with christis their story sound like a movie on like if something didn't happen,

  428. this won't happen. Do you know that that xberja could not have happened?

  429. Well, I believe X to you would have happened. But maybe I

  430. was not unique. Right, if I tell you the story about experience,

  431. it's also like that because when we okay, let me try and backtrack a

  432. lit bit. I know I dream a lot of time, so I can

  433. equate marrying my wife as a fruit of plunding. To be really honest,

  434. because when because I stay in Klang, there's no reason why I knew you

  435. COMEPJ. Guys. I stay in Klang, And I used to go to

  436. homes in shah Alam, right because near where I stayed, and then when

  437. I got married, I shifted to go to Kamuni. And then now in

  438. homes. Now in church we're like, oh, you know, go to

  439. homes where you stay, right, that's why we're encouraging now. But those

  440. days is a bit different, right, And because that time I was not

  441. leading at homes and I was a leader, but my wife was faithfully leading

  442. a PJ. Holmes, I went to BJL follow wife law husbands is okay

  443. to follow sometimes you know, okay, and then we just eat homes are

  444. lo and behold a few years later a plant XPG. I'm like, uh

  445. no, it wasn't even asked that way. Do you want to be involved

  446. in the planting of the church. I'm not. Let me pray about it.

  447. Then later on I found out that I was the one leading the planting

  448. of the church. Okay, I found out when we had our first meeting.

  449. Oh really, Mia, Oh wow, okay, thanks, thanks for

  450. the thanks for the hates up right, and here is where we are.

  451. I can only equate it to obedience and to God's leading no other reason.

  452. I used to call myself the accidental church planter because I didn't grow up one

  453. thing to blanches. I didn't grow up one thing to be pastor. Really

  454. it was not an intention, But I learned that there's nothing accidental in God's

  455. kingdom. Everything is for reason. So what are you going through right now?

  456. God is leading you? Follow his leading. Yes, it might be

  457. a period of waiting. It might be a period where you know different things

  458. are happening. But know this, when you are walking closely with God,

  459. he is forming you, He is guiding you. But you got to work

  460. close with him. That is how it works, guys. X three nineteen

  461. says, repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out,

  462. so that the times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.

  463. It is a promiseer, guys, that when the times that God can

  464. bring a time of refreshing in your life. I pray that today, after

  465. this, we're gonna worship a little bit. I might have to leave.

  466. I'm gonna pass it to Daniel, but I think we're gonna allow God's refreshing

  467. to come on your life as you receive him wholeheartedly. Friends, you know,

  468. and I know you're like, oh bye, crecire all this one.

  469. No, no, no, no, guys, today is the day you

  470. can make the decision. Lord. I want to follow you. I want

  471. you to refresh my life. I don't want to deal with all these things.

  472. Ready, Can you please come and cleanse me. It's your choice.

  473. It's your choice. It's your choice, and that he may send Jesus Christ,

  474. who has preached to you before. X three twenty six says to you,

  475. first, God, having raised up his servant, Jesus sent him to

  476. bless you. In turning away every one of you from your iniquities. You

  477. know why did Peter do that? Because he remembered the commission that Christ gave

  478. to the disciples. Matth eight, nineteen twenty says, they're go there forming

  479. disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the

  480. Son, the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things I've commanded you

  481. and low I'm with you always, even to the end of the age.

  482. So friends, just going maybe as a recap some key learning points the island

  483. from this encounter. I don't know whether you will catch this by I hope

  484. you will do. First point, God can do miracles at the most mundane

  485. of situations. Do you believe that he can? But we've got to be

  486. sensitive to him. We got to not miss it. Everything happens for a

  487. reason, especially if you are walking with the Holy Spirit. We think it's

  488. not, but it does. People who might not believe or expect it can

  489. be blessed and have their lives change because of our obedience to God. Bitter

  490. and Johanna, life still normala. You know a lot of times we believe

  491. in God that God will change our life. How many of us are praying

  492. that God will use us to change someone else's life. Do you know that

  493. when God uses you to change our eltherst life, you won't feel much.

  494. You won't feel the excitement. You won't or you get this super excited person

  495. coming and thanking you all the time and you're like, Okay, I didn't

  496. do anything, or so I just pray for you. Friends, God wants

  497. to use you. It is not about the glory, it's not about the

  498. price, it's not about how big you are. God gets the glory,

  499. but He can use you. He can use you to be a blessing to

  500. people. Amen. We might we think we might not have anything to give

  501. those in need, but actually you do have something. Everyone of you here,

  502. you do have something. We need to know who our God is.

  503. We need to work with Christ and experience his reality in our lives so that

  504. we can have the confidence to be witnessed for him. Peter knew how to

  505. keep the main thing, the main thing, which was not the healing,

  506. but the discipling and witnessing to spur people to accept Christ as their saver savior.

  507. He was focused and clear on the mission. We need to be clear

  508. on our mission. Are we clear on what we have in our hands today.

  509. Friends, your life is precious, Your life is unique. Have you

  510. invited Jesus to your life already? If the answer is yes, allow him

  511. to mow you many times. It is not just the acceptance, but it's

  512. allowing God to work in your life that will cause him to urge. Yes.

  513. That's why the Bible says in Romans it is a fight between flesh and

  514. blood, flesh and spirit. Sorry, no flesh and blood. It's a

  515. fight against fresh and spirit. Because you know, every time we worship and

  516. every time we have God's presence, is very easy to say, yes,

  517. Lord, I will go. But when we're at home and when there are

  518. many distractions and many things happen, sometimes the flesh is louder. You've got

  519. to recognize that there's that battle. The flesh will always want you to take

  520. things easy. The flesh will always want you to like that's the flesh.

  521. But are we being led by the flesh or be being led by the spirit.

  522. That's a question that I have. Friends, Can I encourage you to

  523. be led by the spirit today? Allow God to move because he can.

  524. He can cause your life to be supernatural and it can become normal, the

  525. new normal for you. And do you know me, let me give you

  526. something that I caught. Medturned to metthew chapter. Can we turn to Matthew

  527. chapter twenty eight, verse I think sixteen seventeen, Yeah, okay, seventeen.

  528. This is a very interesting line. Right before God gave them the commission,

  529. this verse came up, you know, after this it was go there

  530. for make disciples. It's such a big call, right, But there's his

  531. line that says, when they saw him, they worship him, but some

  532. doubted. You know what that tells me. God knows that some of you

  533. are doubting. But like Gyrus, who told Jesus, you know, you

  534. know, you know the story, right, Gyros caught Jesus and then Jesus

  535. got you know, interrupted halfway by the woman who has issue of blood.

  536. And after I said to that, by the time I went back a bit

  537. too late, ready thought the diet ready, and everybody was telling everybody around,

  538. everybody around that saying, ah yah, you know, don't waste it,

  539. just time, lah, don't do this lie, you know done ready?

  540. Lah. The circumstances are telling you that, people are telling you that

  541. why you believe, you know, you've been trying so hard. Why you

  542. want to believe in prayer? Why you want to believe in this? Jesus?

  543. Just come to church enough ready, all everyone is telling you that,

  544. you know what Christ said to him? Christ said, do you believe?

  545. And Gyrous actually said, Lord, help my unbelief. Jesus was still there,

  546. you know, Jesus was still holding his hand. You know, Thomas

  547. doubted, cannot be Lae, show me the money, show me first,

  548. Jesus. Jesus appearing from here and say look at my hands. He doesn't

  549. tell me that if someone will here, a doubting God will remember you.

  550. He just tells me that if you're a doubting oh, God's going to appear

  551. in front of you. He's going to stop your doubt by pray that you

  552. receive the word today, Amen, receive the word. We serve a God

  553. that is all powerful, all knowing. We serve a God they can do

  554. wonders. That is what we preach. We serve this person called Jesus who

  555. can show us a father and in his name all authority has been given to

  556. him. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more information on

  557. our church, please visit as Church org. We are also active on Facebook

  558. and Instagram. We're believing that this week is going to be a good week

  559. ahead for you. God bless
