  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. All right, okay, anyway Isaiah fifty four? All right, I

  4. come on, Isaiah fifty four. I'm going to just share

  5. with your wife. Always speak about missions, is say fifty four?

  6. Is really for me? It's a mission, is said fifty four.

  7. Worst one speaks about singing the time that we don't

  8. have all right, singing single baron? All right, you know

  9. you and I understand her descripture before. So therefore, friends,

  10. worst one is asking us to sing when we don't

  11. have I also want to tipe with missions is go

  12. when we can't see, Go when we don't really believe yet,

  13. Go and do something for God when we don't see

  14. the fullness yet. Worst one speaks about singing where out

  15. from a place of faith, whether from a place of defeat,

  16. singing off a place of desperation for God to move

  17. from a place of like I'm certain, surrendering it to

  18. my environment, seeing from a place of trusting God rather

  19. than the place of defeat. Friends, many times in our

  20. course of life, we normally equate blessing with possession, blessing

  21. with the environment, blessing with everything else that what we

  22. term as blessing. But sometimes God encourages us to sing

  23. when we haven't got it yet, or even though we

  24. will never get it at all, because many times we

  25. sing only when things approve, when things Sorry, I understand, Jason,

  26. I'm just gonna put on the floor here, right, It's okay, okay,

  27. I'll just use this, I think, yeah, cables long enough.

  28. So friends, I do believe, friends, all of us here,

  29. God is asking us to sing when we have not

  30. seen yet. I you know, I had a chance to

  31. meet up with someone who I got to know when

  32. he was a campus student where we're running by big service,

  33. by big service, and you know, we chance upon you know,

  34. after like maybe about twenty years of.

  35. You know, not meeting up and not seeing him. So

  36. we're just talking.

  37. About back then, how when we were younger, Right, we

  38. tend to jump, We tend to believe, we'revocally, you know,

  39. express our faith like there is no tomorrow, if you

  40. understand what I'm trying to say.

  41. Right, We tend to assign for everything.

  42. But as life begins to catch up with us, or

  43. rather the bills begin to catch up with us, and

  44. commitment begin catch up with us right. Everything else regarding

  45. God seems to be not as exciting anymore as gun

  46. junk anymore, as much as making sure that month and

  47. you can set all your bills, if you understand, try

  48. to say so, as you were just catching up and

  49. we're just talking, and we're just thinking about the group

  50. that was with us, and where are they right now?

  51. How many of you know that.

  52. The Christian faith, of the Christian journey is never a sprint.

  53. It is never like you know, like a hunger meter dash,

  54. you know, like the fastest, the most you know, the

  55. one that is the most obvious, will finish the race.

  56. It's really about pacing yourself out and making sure the flame,

  57. the fire, the reviver doesn't stop just because the environment changes.

  58. Some of us that came into church this morning, maybe you.

  59. Couldn't well worship as well, maybe because the worship leader

  60. is not you know, in uh, the right key.

  61. And stuff like that.

  62. You're it's quite obviously you come to church that you're

  63. you're observing the the musician, and whenever something is wrong,

  64. the eyebrow goes up.

  65. The master here teachers stuff like that.

  66. And after a while it draws you away from the

  67. attention of worship to something else, and life as well

  68. draws us away from attention from God to the nature.

  69. And you'll find that in life it's not just about

  70. what you do at twenty five, but what you're gonna

  71. do at twenty five, forty five, forty nine, fifty fifty five.

  72. As we were talking about saying, hey, why.

  73. But do this person say elder, this guy stop going

  74. to church, stop believing, and you know everything else you

  75. get in church, she doesn't want to have anything to

  76. do with it, although he's doing well right So, as

  77. we were just talking about and we were just saying that,

  78. I was just telling him, it's so good to see you.

  79. Assume the word is.

  80. That being on fire, being on fire and you know,

  81. loving Jesus, serving his local church, and just wanting just

  82. to do more at the age of I think he's

  83. thirty eight or something like that.

  84. So I just want to courage you.

  85. The Bible says isaid before I say sing, oh barren, friends,

  86. the focus is not being barren. The focus is what

  87. you sing when even when we don't have would you

  88. right now imagine with me that abrahams that sacrifice Isaac,

  89. what happened if Isaac now will return. Would Abrahams continue

  90. to believe God no what happened? If Isaac was just

  91. consumed by the altar? Would Abraham still worship the lot

  92. or none? I think it's a profound question, only because

  93. many times in our journey, right well, hornet a faith

  94. only because it works in the sense of the way we

  95. want it to work. So God this morning reminds us, friends,

  96. that singing when you don't have is a sacrifice. Serving

  97. when you cannot serve any more as a sacrifice. Worshiping

  98. the Lord where you don't have the strength to lift

  99. up your hands is a sacrifice. God this want reminds

  100. us again that there is a power when we sacrifice

  101. to the Lord, not based on just because you have money,

  102. just because you have everything, but based on the fact

  103. that he's worthy, based on the fact that he is

  104. the King of kings, based on the fact that he

  105. will still come true for us. And many times in

  106. our journey, God is encouraging us, friends, not to focus

  107. on the natural, but to focus on his promises, not

  108. to focus on the temporal, but to focus on eternity.

  109. So Asaiah is reminding.

  110. Us the power is not in the keeping up The

  111. power is in believing we can all the facads really

  112. of you know, if you know what I mean that

  113. in the Christian world right you can you get serve

  114. and everything like that.

  115. But we don't believe.

  116. Friends, even though we have everything going, sometimes there is

  117. no briack true.

  118. So Mission I want to speak to you.

  119. Really, it's a going where we can't afford to go,

  120. but it can't afford to go. I'm not talking in

  121. terms of the money, says, I'm talking about how you

  122. don't understand.

  123. I don't have the time.

  124. That's where we need to Transgod, say, God, help me

  125. to cove out time, Help me to self a missions conference,

  126. help me to.

  127. Believe, to understand what it means to go right.

  128. So Isaiah reminds us again, is that we shouldn't just

  129. sing when we get, but we should sing when we believe.

  130. I don't help me over see it will still believe

  131. and we don't have it yet. For example, some of

  132. you are a power of homes and you find the

  133. homes is the most boring place on a Friday night.

  134. It happens on friends whereby some topics you don't like,

  135. maybe the teacher for the day, just reach to the slides.

  136. I don't know.

  137. Sometimes you just wish you look at some others homes

  138. photograph their food is more exciting. Yesterday I heard the

  139. commands pass the past. It is your homes always like that?

  140. Not the food is abundance like that one right, and

  141. say no, not really all the time now, but the

  142. times whereby then someone asked another question, is that left

  143. almost not? And then person just replied, actually know what

  144. we just bought just enough for me? Then of course yep,

  145. I did take photograph of dessert after that. But sometimes

  146. you wish that, you know, our homes are like something else.

  147. Our focus on what other people are doing drawsers away

  148. from what God wants us to do. Friends, Now, it

  149. look chapter one verse the sevens that for we've got

  150. nothing's impossible. Right, you and I know this scripture for

  151. we've got nothing's impossible. So the question here is is

  152. that if we declare that look, chapter one verse is

  153. study seven save for we've got nothing's impossible. Shouldn't therefore

  154. we sing even though where we don't have shouldn't though

  155. we worship even though that's not the right time to

  156. worship in that sense of like I can't afford.

  157. It many times.

  158. Now journey friends, we equate again and we just want

  159. to encourage us and just tell us that we create

  160. breakthrough as God's being with us, and we don't understand

  161. that life sometimes chose a curveball. So in the midst

  162. of repairing my house in our shack, crabt Chevy, you're

  163. repairing my house and just ran everything.

  164. A bit, just two and two together.

  165. So I have to remove my ceiling, my ceiling, not

  166. just on one room, but the whole first floor ceiling.

  167. Just remove everything. When they remove the ceiling face, you

  168. cannot stay in the house. It is very dusty, and

  169. you find a lot of surprises in the ceiling. I

  170. found out that the previous owner do not know which

  171. point in time there was stuff in my ceiling, which

  172. I got the shock of my life.

  173. They were brooken roof.

  174. Towels deep decided they just put up there in between

  175. that you know ethic, you know the.

  176. Roof house and the ceiling.

  177. The stuff in there excess, see men that dropped down,

  178. just put it there, any rubbitions to put it there,

  179. because once you see it up, you can all see me.

  180. So as he began to dismantle, and I found that

  181. you know that my ceiling support, there's a support. I'm

  182. supposed to be mounted off to the roof. Trust if

  183. you so, I feel like, oh, there was that the

  184. way you come to the point. Okay, what you are prophesized.

  185. One day you're on the place you ran away, you

  186. discover was all this all right? But some of us understaid.

  187. So anyway, the ceiling support is supposed to be mounted

  188. after the roof support.

  189. Just to borrow.

  190. Straight, I've only found out that friends, that my ceiling

  191. there's no support. So in other words, by the grace

  192. of God, I've been saying the house whereby thank God love,

  193. I heard cats running and my ceiling before my friends,

  194. my friendly neighborhood cat that it runs from one neighbor

  195. to another neighbor. So one time I think I was

  196. trying to sleep. It's a very loud noise running about and.

  197. This stuff that I just the cat.

  198. One day, I say, you can run at my place,

  199. but if you ever pull that's it.

  200. You'll cross the line.

  201. Actually, when my neighbor's cat came to my garden and

  202. pee and pull at my ware, I put my shoes

  203. and stuff like that before. So I told the cat

  204. is a cat. I allow you to slip at my

  205. pouch for free, but you ever cross the line. If

  206. I catch you crossing line one more time, peeing and

  207. puping at my place, let it be known that it

  208. could be the last few days of your life. I

  209. made it very after that. Never put anymore. Okay, I

  210. look at the cats. I spulled the cat. I say, please, please, okay,

  211. if you ever cross this line, there's it. No more

  212. friendship anymore, no more Christian, no values and more review Right,

  213. it's kiddy, but that will never happen again. The can

  214. never happened again. Very nicely, come and sleep and go away, okay.

  215. Put me at my other neighbor's house. Yeah, so every

  216. door came down, friends, because I have to remove my ceiling,

  217. our friends, I have to move out from my house.

  218. So right now, me and my wife haven't been staying

  219. the same house for the past two weeks. Well, going

  220. back to our dating days again. She's staying with her parents.

  221. I'm staying with my dad. And friends. Want to let

  222. you know it is a very weird feeling after being

  223. married for close to twenty years, having to do this,

  224. sending her back to a house and driving back. After that,

  225. I felt like, now I understand why dating is. When

  226. you when you're a younger, please date. Okay, when when

  227. you reach about closer to fifty, just get married. It's

  228. tiring off at at closer the tent if you south

  229. you're older, and said driving back to your house, getting

  230. back to the house. After that, like, I got to

  231. do this for another three more weeks. So I was

  232. telling Paster John. John was just out the herd. They're

  233. not saying with your wife? I said, yes, for how long?

  234. For two weeks?

  235. A week there he caught the shock. He went like this, okay,

  236. direction out of what two weeks? I said, yes, three

  237. more weeks ago. How do you know you're not going

  238. to stay with her for one month? I said, I

  239. got no choice. I go nowhere to sleep. My parents

  240. house is not big enough. Come I saying, my parents are?

  241. I say no, no, thank you.

  242. It's very wed.

  243. If you understand what I'm trying to say. All right,

  244. so I will stay with your in laws or something.

  245. You understand, Okay, I can't. I just say I lose

  246. them to spend time my dad. Then I got a

  247. call that you know that local counsel came and dropped

  248. by and asked me whether I got permit or not.

  249. I went like hallelujah, praised the Lord.

  250. Then after that, after that, I said, no, I'm I'm

  251. working on the inside, inside, inside, not not really that

  252. you need the permitt I said that every time I

  253. want to pay and I apply for permitting, right, do

  254. we do my toddler and say no, no, better get

  255. it than stuff like that. So your neighbors, if they

  256. want to raise the point. Then after that, stuff like that, okay,

  257. no problem. We did others. I went to local council

  258. to wh know my submissionary should get my thing by

  259. next trains to pay for some license and stuff like that.

  260. As I was just thinking about the whole process.

  261. Friends, it's so draining.

  262. If you understand, I literally have to pack my house

  263. into a room. It's souf of you whoever a place,

  264. really you understand, imagine your whole house. You have to

  265. squeeze everything, you move off from the house so that

  266. they can work, and you pack inside one room. At

  267. the time, I don't feel like singing. I don't feel

  268. like singing at the time. There was the time that

  269. I find I thought I wish, I wish neighbor complain

  270. that completed the local counsel, and I say, pay me

  271. a visit, because when.

  272. He does, it's your house or renovation. I want to

  273. be there.

  274. If you understand what I'm trying to say, right, there's

  275. so many things that could have done. The road to

  276. my house. A lot of hosts will repair. This is

  277. one phone called, one phone called come in front of ready.

  278. It was very nice our friends, I will say, very cordial.

  279. He wasn't asking for any funny funny just say, hey,

  280. just apply for a permit. Easier I got to hitt

  281. apply maybe someone complete right, be compliant. But at the time,

  282. I want to let you know, I didn't feel like singing.

  283. I didn't feel like, you know, like I just like, Lord,

  284. where is like? Where are you in this whole mist

  285. of this whole journey of house renovation and just and

  286. it's texting, you know, draining, And I'd been reading with

  287. my house already, fixing and rending with my house since February.

  288. Since February February, I've been living with the dust and

  289. everything like that. I got a wife with supercessive stiffed

  290. with dust. Every time we'll come back, she had to

  291. wear a face mask all the way up there to

  292. the room. Whereas the husband is immune to dust and

  293. this stuff like that, so I just go in and

  294. stuff like that.

  295. But I just want to encourage you in the midst

  296. of everything.

  297. I was just telling my wife this that I could

  298. just see the hand of God. I'm gotting to spend

  299. time with my dad, which I never knew what was

  300. happening in the house. Staying can share chat on the

  301. CVO because he will now come to our church, right

  302. he's he's attending another church in Puccho. But stay with

  303. my dad. After so long twenty years, I moved on

  304. moving back in again.

  305. Stay with him.

  306. I discover a few things. He has a pet which

  307. is in the form of a rad that's been the

  308. house for almost a got nos red. Got knows when?

  309. Because I was wondering, what's the noise in the kitchen? Right,

  310. what's the noise in the kitchen? I went in there

  311. discover a tale.

  312. I saw it. I said that, did you know you

  313. got red? Huh? Got red? Man?

  314. I went like that, that's it, Okay, I'm getting it.

  315. Did you have a red Trapnot? No, you cannot fight militia,

  316. will sell. Don't have red trap anymore, seeing old baron,

  317. seeing when you don't have strength go where you cannot afford.

  318. I don't know how many I will ever go through

  319. that journey of the very whereby the midst of adversary

  320. just reminds you.

  321. That God is not there. It's hot.

  322. So my dad is early stages of dementia, at least

  323. they just very earl. So we beeat the same story

  324. every couple of days, the same conversation, the same the

  325. same everything. I went that days whereby I said, if

  326. I very very patient, listen by the days I want

  327. to confess to you as an honest Christian brother. I

  328. just wish I actually asked my dad that you told

  329. me this before five times?

  330. Treally? Oh is it? Yeah?

  331. I forgot loa. I look at that my dad. I

  332. just smiled him. I just say it's okay that it

  333. happens to the best of us. Same with him after

  334. after three weeks, I also discovered that by way this

  335. morning I woke up, we caught the rap because you know,

  336. let's say, I couldn't have had anymore because I cannot stay.

  337. I cannot stay with this card pet. Okay, say that

  338. I'm sorry, I have I have to have to end

  339. your relationship with this pet. All right, I set up,

  340. but he set up a chap cut it this morning. Hallujah,

  341. praise a lot. Now please do ask me. I'm good

  342. to be the red Okay, so of your animal activists,

  343. I'm so sorry, but some things have to be released

  344. in some other form, Okay, anyway, coming back to this, right,

  345. coming back to this.

  346. Okay, we say, for God, nothing's impossible.

  347. Right, So, being two weeks with my parents, just want

  348. to let you know, and now I'm closer to fifty,

  349. it's a big challenge if you will stay with your

  350. parents when closer to fifty.

  351. Right.

  352. I knew my dad as a very strong man, very strong,

  353. very disciplined. Now if this is down with him to

  354. talk about his you know, the remaining years of his life,

  355. or candidly are openly they say that, or once you

  356. know that this house that you have is just too big.

  357. Since month passed away, everything still remains the same.

  358. Finding very high to throw.

  359. Things away, I say that there are shoes that my

  360. mom's shoes are still there after three years. I understand,

  361. but would you allow me to to chow there are

  362. things that you need to give the who's talking about Yeah,

  363. we work so hard to buy this thing, now we

  364. have give it away. I say that that's part part

  365. of life. You work so hard to get the wash

  366. or need to discover that the watch. After all, you

  367. can't take care of you then and you can sell

  368. it off and praise love. But I got more sentimental stuff.

  369. We're saying for we've got nothing, it's impossible. I've been

  370. praying to see that. Will you open your heart right

  371. now and just allow me to just come in and

  372. just help me to.

  373. Clean up stuff.

  374. Because friends, if we's sake forgot, nothing's impossible, Therefore we

  375. should all have strength to go to what we need

  376. to go to. So mission is a sacrifice. Friends, it

  377. is I want, I want you to go quote it.

  378. It is moving out.

  379. I want.

  380. I don't want to use to work comfort because comfort

  381. is different for one person another person. For example, of

  382. you grew up sleeping on the cozy Man floor col

  383. cement floor, you understand nice coacy Man flow. So we're

  384. looking at me like like what on earth is there?

  385. Yeah?

  386. Yeah, okay the days back then at one point time

  387. in Malaysia, we light our coacy Man floor, we lie

  388. down there without air con with a fan, so that's

  389. to me, that's even the coating man fan with a

  390. coasting man flow and a fan is comfort for me?

  391. Really? Right?

  392. You ever do camping? Sleeping on gravel rocks? Hallelujah, praise

  393. a lot. That is a natural massage the whole night.

  394. So I don't used to work comfort because comfort is

  395. different from the summer us here. Having air con is

  396. not enough. Having air con with nice comfortabit is comfort.

  397. Having air co without a comfortable bit is not comfort.

  398. So I won't used to work familiar. We are very

  399. familiar with our surroundings. God has causes out from what's

  400. familiar to what's I'm familiar, so go to worse two

  401. words two says this and large a place of your tent.

  402. Friends.

  403. The moment when God causes to enlarge, he's calling us

  404. from a place of familiar to unfamiliar. Have you been

  405. to a place whereby it's slightly bigger? You're not very

  406. familiar with the space. When I first moved from my

  407. first place of accommodation after I got married, was in

  408. a condo, staying my father low condo, then moved out,

  409. got my own space of house. I got the shock

  410. of my life where but I woke up final I

  411. can hear echo in my house because I really don't

  412. have a lot of things, so many spaces in the

  413. house was unfamiliar because things are enlarged. I got a

  414. piece of garden which I called my reveel project, which

  415. I got pet snail inside there, which I say pet

  416. frog inside there.

  417. That from my neighbor. Again, that's in my garden. My cat.

  418. My neighbors can't like to come into my garden.

  419. Because I got this huge pasture of pandan leaves that

  420. he likes to crawl under and sleep because nice shape.

  421. So everything is unfamiliar when we enlarge.

  422. Everything is unfamiliar when God causes to enlarge, friends out

  423. from a familiar way of serving to an unfamiliar place.

  424. I'm not sure where you are with your journey, but

  425. would you allow God to bring you to a place

  426. or not very familiar serving in a dream team that

  427. you're not really familiar with. I mean, some of us

  428. see a very good with you know, for example hospitality,

  429. so express it will be your thing. But there are

  430. days whereby we need people as visit the guide we

  431. do right, but I'm not good with people. But would

  432. you allow God to enlarge the capacity of your tent.

  433. That's what mission is all about, going to a place

  434. whereby what you're not familiar with becomes familiar. After that,

  435. you never get to choose when you're on the field. Elder,

  436. I'm not going to Cheers ministry, but you're the only

  437. one available which is still serve in the Cheers ministry

  438. because they need you. I remember one time when when

  439. the ex men doing they went to one Chinese New

  440. Relationship Route Duran season. They will offer durants after that

  441. a few times as a love offering. Subsequently that the

  442. place was always filled up by during the Duran season

  443. they say they want to go. I Remembmber speaking one

  444. time to one of them, they say, hey, are you alright?

  445. Eating food that is not familiar to you but familiar

  446. to some of us. For example, some of us here

  447. are not very good with Malie cuisine, the Samma blacha

  448. and the Gulay hungry right, and all these others have

  449. not familiar to to some of us here because it's never.

  450. Never part of your growing up days.

  451. As I was speaking to Elder, if I got the choice,

  452. I rather not. If I got the choice, I rather,

  453. I rather stick to my normal Chinese. You know the

  454. stuff I said. Therefore, I said, would you allow God

  455. to stretch your capacity? Because I truly believe if you

  456. say God forgot, nothing is possible. Therefore cuisine shouldn't be impossible. Right.

  457. I was speaking one time, and we're just saying that

  458. hanging from anybody from Sarawak here, saraw Sarah, all right, fantastic, okay,

  459. sego worms, right, nice? Nice, sego worms. Nice, it's nice

  460. any for you from Sarah? They don't nice Sago worms.

  461. It's okay to be honest here. No, no, no, it's okay,

  462. it's all right, no, no problem. I was talking one time.

  463. We say, and one person, how can you know it

  464. is so nice?

  465. Right?

  466. Then the question comes, what but if they serve you

  467. because you know it's and joy for them, would you

  468. consider it or not?

  469. Again?

  470. And lash the capacity of your tent? I told God,

  471. say God, I really to eat anything except for ballut

  472. that one that one I struggle. Really I can't, And

  473. because of my heart condition, I tell people I cannot.

  474. That's not what I encourage you, because if he's saying,

  475. for God, nothing is impossible. There for preaching in another

  476. language shouldn't be impossible then, right, But friends, we need

  477. to go to a place where by God can move.

  478. I'm trying to say, we need to give him the environment.

  479. That's space.

  480. Abraham offered up Isaac and the altar right and got

  481. provided a ran for himself. But without the environment, friends,

  482. the space, and we expect God to move where we

  483. are at. It's hard. So God causes to enlarge when

  484. we think that we cannot enlarge. And the next part

  485. of worse to say, let them stretch out the curtains

  486. of your dwelling.

  487. Who's supposed to stretch you? Who is supposed to stretch you? Friends?

  488. Others at the field, Friends, you'll be stretch others will

  489. stretch you. But you may say, although you don't understand,

  490. I really really really cannot. I tried, I got burned.

  491. Maybe I got discouraged. Friends, That is part of pastor

  492. even whatever we do in life will be stretched, will

  493. be discourage, will be disappointed. But how can we only

  494. put this on the Christian faith and not of jobs

  495. because our job also sometimes you do everything nice, really,

  496. but then their disappointment. Right, maybe promotion did not come

  497. your way. You thought deliver the best thing, really, but

  498. only to find that the people are not please.

  499. Your work sended.

  500. There are days of the disappointment is you will be

  501. there on friends, But the question would be is this

  502. that even though those days are going to be there,

  503. but would you allow them to stretch to stretch to

  504. stretch you? Because your capacity requires others to develop others

  505. who develop your capacity. Friends, That's why sometimes I'm not

  506. hard selling missions.

  507. Friends.

  508. If you don't go, it's all right, but I truly

  509. believe it is. Why do you think that Jesus said

  510. go therefore in all the world and make disciples? Because

  511. I truly believe as our Christian faith, it's not dependent

  512. on just coming to church. It's in the exercising of

  513. our faith trusting God. Say God, I only got this amount,

  514. but would you multiply it or not? I can just

  515. do all two songs, but if if you give me

  516. opportunity to worship at homes, I will still do it.

  517. Stuff like that, friends, And that's why I one to

  518. encourage everyone here.

  519. It's not about how young or how old we are.

  520. It is not because if it's about the age, friends, God,

  521. with this say, you can go for missions if you're

  522. below sixty and after save sixties or retirement home after that. No,

  523. I pray that all of us, if we go all

  524. the way to Missius until we're closer to eighty O. Friends,

  525. it is a bit more challenging. I got my friends

  526. that when a missions I think it's about eighty something right,

  527. and I think he had a fall right in some

  528. way central Asia, the doctor will try to arrange his

  529. medical event from Central Asia back to Malaysia, big haster there.

  530. So if you want missions, do local easier. We can

  531. fare by easily. But friends, missions not dependent on how

  532. educated how not educator we are, whether we are rich

  533. or poor, So we should we should at least try

  534. to go at least a few times of our life.

  535. So let them stretch out the curtesy there, dwellings. The

  536. power of sacrifice is not in the action. See all

  537. of usly sacrifice on friends, the moment we are born.

  538. We sacrifice, for example, TV time for studies. We understand that,

  539. right saying no to playing games, maybe to read the trouble.

  540. We understand that parents, you sacrifice a lot for your children.

  541. You're giving up eating outside to save money for your

  542. childant and stuff that.

  543. We understand that. But the power.

  544. Sacrifice is not in just an act of sacrifice, but

  545. it's in the obedience of what to sacrifice. For example,

  546. some of you could be serving on the extreme and

  547. you just say I sacrifice you really what? For example,

  548. I come to church early?

  549. What did you come for? Extreme?

  550. Here? Oh?

  551. Good breakfast? Some owner?

  552. Oh you're shut or your seven amc one probably breakfast

  553. shot open the DMA anyway, skin the skinnys are good, good, good, right,

  554. But if you're serving in subang Jay, right, they are

  555. supposed to come by the doors open at six am

  556. in the morning, six am in the morning. And what

  557. time do you need to wake up if your serving

  558. at six am in the morning, five forty five?

  559. The skid is right, you wake up a bit earlier, right.

  560. And I was trying to write someone to chase yesterday

  561. for the eight am service.

  562. Hey, would you want to come for them? And been

  563. ser resort?

  564. Uh uh yeah, we'll pick you up by seven fifteen.

  565. Wow, my wife, she's not gonna let people go.

  566. Okay, tell you what, I'll reach a selling forty five? Lah,

  567. give you extra tendy means of sleep, right right then

  568. just use just use use the other card. Actually, I

  569. want to have break first to my parents. I went,

  570. like you trot your parents cart work. What more can

  571. we say? Because I do have big faces of your parents. Right,

  572. don't go to see don't go early morning? Servisla kidding.

  573. What I'm trying to see here is this sacrifice sacrifice

  574. some of us here coming at seven am in the morning.

  575. It's not a sacrifice, right, because you're just routine. Really,

  576. some of us here seven am is a sacrifice. What

  577. is God trying to tell us?

  578. Friends?

  579. It is not just about the act or sacrifice, but

  580. it's in the spirit of obedience because all of a

  581. sek can take out a trash. Mom, also to take

  582. out trash before halfway? You know you ever go in

  583. front of the TV. You understand this. Mom, always know

  584. what time and when to call you up to take

  585. out treasure and halfway can't jump period?

  586. Right? Have you do the dishes? Really not? He said, Mom,

  587. five more minutes? No, do it now?

  588. And what happens right when you take out the trash,

  589. just because what the fulfill and obligation, our heart and

  590. our spirit is now.

  591. In the right place.

  592. Parents, always have this if you are ever for an

  593. outstation coming to kill the study, right and they always

  594. call you somehow somewhere where you got church related activity

  595. one just the one day on even where are you

  596. right now?

  597. I mean my church freends. Always in church? Are you

  598. want to go full time? Is it.

  599. Like that always happens? I don't know why, but it happens. No, Mom,

  600. it's just on Friday nights homes. Yeah, every other day

  601. I call you. It's always in church, Mom, you only

  602. call me on Sunday and Friday. Yeah, always in church.

  603. It happens. Friends, happens, and they know where to call

  604. you at the certain time and after awhile said, So

  605. we are doing things sacrificing.

  606. But our spirit and our heart.

  607. And that's why the Bible says let them stretch the

  608. curtains you are dwelling, because if we were to stretch

  609. our self, friends, we will know our limit. If you

  610. ever try to do stretching when you're slightly older, stretching exercises,

  611. I'm trying to say, how many of us really push

  612. the limit and really try to stretch self. You can

  613. touch your toes praise to Hallelujah. I can't for the

  614. longest time because I got layers of happiness between that.

  615. My wife my wife is very good. My wife stretches

  616. since she was age fifteen. She still know all these things.

  617. When until now so easy you await I do it,

  618. she demonstrates, See I can touch my toes, if I

  619. can go all the way down.

  620. That looked at her. I said, wow, good for you.

  621. Let me show you you're doing it correctly.

  622. And she really tried to push me, like, go down

  623. a bit more, just a bit more. Need just if

  624. you ever went to a gym, you understand just a

  625. bit more. Friends, help me of us see it without

  626. any personal trainer, We'll do it just a bit more.

  627. One Honestly, you ask yourself, when would you do just

  628. a bit more?

  629. Which part of your journey you just do a bit more?

  630. For church, for your own life, to read extra pages

  631. of the Bible, to pray extra longer for ten minutes,

  632. when reaches a bit more by your own self.

  633. Not many times.

  634. In fact, very few of us will do a bit

  635. more unless you're very driven. Ah yah, good enough, really

  636. got improved from yesterday. I got a friend of mine

  637. who got back ache, and a cairo said you should

  638. do call exercises. So every day I've been asking her, hey,

  639. have you done your core exercises. Though I got out.

  640. I woke up this morning and yeah, wake up, it's

  641. one time going to sleep. It's one time I woke

  642. up already. There's my call for today. Then after that

  643. I forgot to do. It's like I forgot to do

  644. the next day. And you know I mean the next day,

  645. next day. I promise I'll dot more one more. But friends,

  646. if there is no dam we won't stretch out. If

  647. not going to the field, we will know our capacity.

  648. And then that God really truly understands us. He knows

  649. your creatures of familiarity. We're very familiar with what we

  650. can do, what we can do. But also God knows

  651. our capacity. Friends, worst worst tree, I got the answer,

  652. worst tree is this. For you should expand to the

  653. left and to the right. For you shall expand the left.

  654. And to the right.

  655. This is what I'm going to close. We love expansion.

  656. We do, especially our bank account. Expand a bit more

  657. to the left, right, not to the right. We love expansion.

  658. Come on this roundness, we love we love expansion. Car

  659. maybe slightly bigger bit. You can put your IQA stuff right.

  660. We understand that, we know right extra room space, understand

  661. all right, expecially on the blade expansion, the leg space.

  662. Praise a lot highly layah, God knows our capacity. But

  663. how many of you know about without worse two? There

  664. is no worse tree without worse two? There is no

  665. worse tree. We love worse three. Expand to the left

  666. and to the right. Come on, we love to be

  667. the hit and not the tail. True or not right?

  668. Nobody goes and order a curry fishtail? Have you ever

  669. went I want to carry fish steel. It's always carry

  670. fishing something you didn't get it that might and so

  671. expensive the carry fish. It is so expensive. You understand

  672. what to try to say? The hit and not the tail.

  673. We love all those scripture, But what happens, Frans There

  674. has to be a worse to let them stretch out

  675. the curtestery dwelling first before a worst ship could happen.

  676. And this is how I'm going to end with this

  677. one scripture. John Chapter Travels twenty four, Just tell me

  678. just one final scripture, John chap To Travels twenty four Right.

  679. John Chapter Travels trenty four speaks about the potential of

  680. a seat. He says, unless the seat falls to the

  681. ground and dies, it remains.

  682. As a seed. Friends, what should I say to you?

  683. Aless, a grain of really falls to the ground and dies,

  684. it remains alone a seat the form.

  685. How many of you know I within the seat? That's capacity?

  686. And sometimes why we always refers mission as a field

  687. as a ground, because sometimes we need to be buried

  688. in the ground to know our true capacity.

  689. Friends.

  690. Capacity is not for you to be trained in the

  691. gym alone. Friends, That is just training your outer muscle

  692. and stuff like that. Human capacity the inside. How good

  693. shapers and developers you see, we don't plant churches for

  694. every plant disciples. That's our moto for ex church. We

  695. are planning more homes only because we want more people

  696. to understand the capacity that God has given in every individual.

  697. Here we are not just one single facet person alone. Friends,

  698. unless the seed falls to the ground and that it

  699. remains alone, stay the same ship, and first, nobody celebrate

  700. the seed staying the same shape. I've not seen anyone

  701. framing up a grain of seed. Look at this grain

  702. of seed. Fantastic praised a lot, hallelujah. But we always

  703. put a picture of a nice tree which happens to

  704. be buried in the ground. We always put up a

  705. pictures of a nice flower which was buried in the

  706. ground beginning the end product we love, but in between

  707. is what we hate. Unless the seed falls to the

  708. ground and die, friends, it remains a lord, remains in

  709. the same shape. And maybe, and perhaps I truly believe

  710. why some of us are constantly in the same perpetual

  711. cycle only because we'll remaining in the same seat, not

  712. wanting to allow God to stretch.

  713. Us to believe.

  714. And when you may know this lady from eight am

  715. Mandrin who is in a wheel chair one or a walker.

  716. That's why Lydia comes in a walker. She said that

  717. I would like to go for missions to serve, not

  718. go for missions.

  719. She wants to serve as hosts.

  720. If you know these lady friends, even the sour poon

  721. sometimes loses to her. She has this very said no,

  722. sometimes very angry with life, like friends angrier level. I

  723. think they're very angry with life. But through the course

  724. of years of the love that the people shown around

  725. her fetching her, she said this that would you allow

  726. me to serve or not? And my wife just say please,

  727. we welcome you. Okay, but I got this walker here,

  728. It's okay, just come and surf unless the seed falls

  729. to the ground and be buried. Friends, do you know

  730. that being buried at times is not nice? Because being

  731. buried sometimes we all alone, and none of us here

  732. like to be alone, can accept alone. I was telling

  733. my wife, I say, thank god, you're not staying with me,

  734. and that's house.

  735. It looks at me.

  736. I'm running away from the police. Half of my I'm

  737. being the queen's sizes be. Half of it is my

  738. is my clothes, my bags of stuff, which I move

  739. over right. I'm sleeping on the bait whereby I don't

  740. even know when was the last time I cleaned the sheets,

  741. the stuff like that. Because my dad's staying alone. I

  742. just want to let you I look my dad to be.

  743. It's okay, but this part pasself of life just growing

  744. up there hes She said that, Yeah, I understand what

  745. you mean. She sent me a photo of a picture

  746. of a room. I feel so strange. I say, yeah,

  747. unless it buries to the ground. Our friends, we are

  748. celebrating the seat from and too many people, too many believers,

  749. are just celebrating the seat from. Look I got five

  750. bibles right now, praise God. Look I got a church

  751. to attend on Sunday. I got home to tend on Friday,

  752. praise God. But unless the seat goes off from the

  753. familiar to be buried. The real purpose of every seat

  754. is to be buried, not to be celebrated. Yeah, I

  755. got one seat, but the seat true purpose is to

  756. be buried. And the Bible says, and this promises this.

  757. When the seat falls to the ground, friends, it will you,

  758. It will you much grain. This is how I'm going

  759. to close. On the way here, God reminded me of

  760. cripture about Abraham sacrificing Isaac. Actually can come come on

  761. the stage. Reminder of scripture in Abraham and sacrificing Isaac.

  762. You just it's just God just cities to Abraham. Abraham.

  763. This after sacrificing Isaac.

  764. Having the Ramma, Abraham, you did not with help, Abraham,

  765. you did not be help just this strait, you did

  766. not be helped.

  767. It just got me thinking about life, about the grain

  768. of seed.

  769. I'm not sure whether or not in my own journey

  770. of life did ivy whole or not. I tell you

  771. why something you hold because maybe be frustration, tightness. Everything

  772. that's very natural, friends, nothing wrong. And because of that

  773. we hope we remain in our seat, in a seat form.

  774. There'st nothing wrong with the sea. God nursing the seat

  775. was bad. God nursing the ground was dirty. He's just

  776. say the true purpose of every seat is to be

  777. buried so they can produce much grain.

  778. And many times you try to remain the.

  779. Form God to move from the familiar to the unfamiliar.

  780. Do want to sing where we can't see it yet?

  781. Do want to stretch? Don't want to allow others to stretches.

  782. Stretching is never easy, but we always celebrate worse tree.

  783. For you shall expand to the left and to the right.

  784. If this, I'm going to close and just solve challenges.

  785. I'm not sure where you are with your journey, friends

  786. of life, but I do pray you look to the Lord.

  787. I will say to sing or barren, even though you

  788. have without a child, for more the children of the

  789. desert than the married one. That's God's promise for us.

  790. You'll find strength when you sing the first note. You'll

  791. find confidence. The confidence is not in the unser prayer.

  792. The confidence comes from knowing his presence. The confidence come

  793. by knowing his name comes Worse two, whereby almost impossible.

  794. The stretching than large.

  795. It's never easy to unlearn star Friends, if you ever

  796. try to learn anything, never easy. Try to learn swimming.

  797. It is really hard. If you ever try to learn swimming.

  798. It's quite humbling experience bringing a pedal bod next to

  799. a six year old.

  800. That's learning assuming with ther pederbod and you're full going

  801. a doubt.

  802. But it's necessary because you have to relearn some things.

  803. Doesn't mean you accept christ. You know how to pray,

  804. you are to worship, you know to seek the Lord.

  805. You're not to read the Bible doesn't mean you're a

  806. fifteen year old Christian. You still know how to read

  807. the Bible.

  808. Friends, And that's why we need to enlarge and need

  809. other people to stretchers. Calms the promise of being buried

  810. into the ground. Friends, I don't much time. I just

  811. want to live in the couragement. I truly believe. Alviously

  812. you want to be buried and want the worst tree.

  813. But I'm just asking before I go here, friends, would

  814. you allow God to speak to you in a way

  815. whereby only you could understand what the stretching is, what

  816. the enlargement is, what it means to move from the

  817. familiar to the unfamiliar.

  818. What have you been saying no to God for the

  819. past couple of days, maybe years?

  820. All these types say no God, But I say God,

  821. I want to write you in although I'm still in

  822. my mess or I'm still my situation, But God, I

  823. want to learn Isaiah fifty four vers One, to learn

  824. how to sing, because my singing is not dependent on

  825. the environment. My singing is dependent on your faithfulness.

  826. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

  827. information on our church, please visit as church Org. We

  828. are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

  829. this week is going to be a good week. I

  830. hit for you. God bless
