  1. You're listening to a message to go from axt church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. This morning. I have a word that I believe God

  4. wants to encourage us with. I was, uh, I got

  5. to tell you this. Uh. Several weeks ago, I'd gone

  6. for dinner with Elder Mabel and uh, we were, you know,

  7. coming out of this uh Indian restaurant. Okay, we had

  8. really nice rabase, you know, really good and up for dinner, right,

  9. And as we were getting to the car, Elder Mabel

  10. looked a head and saw this young puppy, this young

  11. dog foraging for food in a rubbish dump up ahead,

  12. and she felt really very sad. She says, oh, dear,

  13. you know, you got to understand we are not really

  14. animal people. Okay, we're not really known for loving animals.

  15. Having said that, we now have two rescue dogs in

  16. the house that even sleep in her bedroom. Okay. So anyway,

  17. she saw this dog and then I said, well, you know,

  18. if you feel that way, just go and buy some food.

  19. Just go and get it some food. Say, yeah, good idea.

  20. So I waited in the car. She went back into

  21. the restaurant and she got some food. And then she

  22. came out, and I thought she will ask me to

  23. go and give the dog, because you know it is

  24. a strae after all, you don't know what the tree

  25. is going to do. No, she walked directly to the dog,

  26. opened the food. The dog was afraid, sort of ran away.

  27. Then she opened, She put the food down, and she

  28. stepped back, and the dog came and started to eat.

  29. Then she came back to the car and she says,

  30. the dog is eating. I say, yeah, you did a

  31. good thing. You gave food to the dog. She says, yes,

  32. I'm so glad. It like the fried chicken. I said,

  33. you didn't even buy me fried chicken when I was

  34. eating the restaurant. You bought for the dog. So anyway,

  35. what has this got to do with anything. None of

  36. the Lord spoke to me mercy. She was just being

  37. merciful to this animal. And that's the topic of my

  38. message today. Mercy. Mercy. Hey, we are all recipients of mercy,

  39. and some of us may not realize it, but I

  40. hope that this morning you will recognize that as we

  41. have received mercy, we will appropriate that mercy because it

  42. is a divine mercy. So what is mercy? What is mercy? Well,

  43. I looked in Webster's Miriam Dictionary. If we want to

  44. know what something means, you have to look it up.

  45. So I looked it up the dictionary, and I'm going

  46. to give you some of its definitions, and some of

  47. it will make sense. It is a number one a

  48. compassion or four barons or big words compassion or four barons?

  49. What exactly is four barons? It means that it's much

  50. more than tolerate. It is you know, I understand you're

  51. not capable of doing it, so I'll do it. Or

  52. a lot of us we forbear our children. When our

  53. children drivers crazy, we don't kill them. We give them

  54. four barons. We allow it because we understand what they

  55. are kids. So it is shown especially to on offender

  56. or to one's subject, to one's power. How many of

  57. us have had a boss and we go up to

  58. the boss and we say, bossa, syah, I didn't do

  59. the report. I didn't do it. Now, if your boss

  60. shows mercy and is forbearing towards you, he will say, okay,

  61. I tell you what I understand. Some things may have

  62. been not right, but I'm going to give you another opportunity.

  63. Give it to me tomorrow. Can you do that? Sure

  64. you can. That is mercy and forbearans. Some of us, though,

  65. are bosses, Say what's the matter with you? Who is

  66. paying your salary? You do want to do the job.

  67. There's the door. Don't let it knock you on the

  68. way out. That's a boss who does not show mercy.

  69. And it's not forbearing towards you. Isn't that like us?

  70. Who's our boss? God? How many times we've gone to

  71. God and says, sorry, Lord, I missed it? Does he

  72. show us the door? What does he do for barons?

  73. He shows us? Especially to offender it is lenient or

  74. compassionate treatment. Wow, how many of us love lenient and

  75. compassionate treatment? I mean I love lenient and compassionate treatment.

  76. One of the wonders of working for the ministry is

  77. not that you take advantage of the ministry. But you

  78. don't hear them scream to you in vulgar language. You

  79. don't hear them belittle you. Very often you will hear

  80. what's the problem is it? You need help? Do you

  81. not understand something? In some way? I can help you.

  82. That's what happens, and that's lovely. So that's why I

  83. enjoy working for the ministry because it is about getting

  84. things done together. It's about succeeding together. It's not about

  85. pointing fingers at you and bringing you down. It's about

  86. lifting you. Ah. So another definition of mercy begged for mercy,

  87. begging for mercy. It's an imprisonment rather than a death

  88. imposed as penalty for first degree murder. So give you

  89. another eggs. So a person does wrong and instead of

  90. getting the death penalty, the person is forgiven. That is

  91. mercy at authority level. Okay, you beg for mercy. This

  92. is another kind of mercy. Okay. It is also a

  93. blessing that is an act of divine favor or compassion.

  94. Have you heard this statement, May God have mercy on us?

  95. What did that blind man do? Master, Master, have mercy

  96. on us, have mercy on us. It's strange, isn't it.

  97. He's asking for mercy and the Lord asks, what you want,

  98. Lord that I may receive my side, and God gave

  99. it to them. That's mercy begging for mercy, Divine God's

  100. being involved. That's another definition of mercy. Let's see where

  101. we go. Uh, compassionate treatment to those who are in distress?

  102. Are we compassionate towards the poor people. You see a

  103. beggar walking on the street, you just let them go.

  104. Did I tell you this story about my father and

  105. how we were young. I was young. I was fifteen

  106. years old, and this beggar, this old beggar, was walking

  107. on the road. No, my dad did. He went out.

  108. He held a guy by his put his arm around him,

  109. and led him into the house and seated him at

  110. our dining table. And he told my mom go and

  111. prepare him food. My mom gave food to this old

  112. bigger on the plates that we ate from, with the

  113. spoon and the fog that we ate with, drinking from

  114. the same glasses that we used to drink, sat him

  115. down at the head of the table, fed him, put

  116. money in his hand, held him and walked him out.

  117. You know what, that was mercy, mercy, not because you

  118. need to, but that's just your heart. You know. Sometimes,

  119. elder able myself, we'll be eating in a restaurant and

  120. we'll see an old couple and then, you know what,

  121. love for them just comes into our heart. You know

  122. what we do. We'll just go quietly and we will

  123. pay for their food. And then after that the shopkeeper

  124. will go and say, these people pay for your food.

  125. So they look at us and they say, why would

  126. you do that? Why would you do that for us?

  127. We say, well, you look like people who just need

  128. someone to know we're for you. You look like people

  129. that we can love. You look like our parents, You

  130. look like an older uncle or an aunt, and we

  131. just wanted to bless you no other reason. Compassion. You know,

  132. if we can have compassion like that for people, imagine

  133. what happens where we are concerned. There's another meaning of

  134. compassion in this mercy. Sorry, and this is my definition.

  135. This is not Webster's dictionary. This is my definition. Pity

  136. or empathy in action. You know, if you have pity

  137. and you have empathy but you don't act on it,

  138. it is of absolutely no use. In fact, it's like

  139. saying you're a person with no heart because you can

  140. feel something about a situation and not do anything. Oh,

  141. that's terrible, that's really really terrible. God puts in you

  142. a desire to do something, not because you're supposed to

  143. continue sitting in your seat. You're supposed to do something

  144. about it, you know why, because he uses you to

  145. help somebody else. Do you know that mercy is God's

  146. speedy and compassion and kindness towards us. Praise the Lord

  147. that he is merciful towards us. I mean, we all

  148. deserve a slap, don't you think so? How many of

  149. us think we deserve mercy from the Lord the Lord?

  150. There are a few of you that do. But actually

  151. none of us can stand before God and say we

  152. deserve anything from him, because when you measure the kind

  153. of life that we live versus what God wants for us,

  154. we are deficient in so many ways. Look, this message

  155. is not meant to put you down, trust me, it

  156. will encourage you in the end, all right. But in

  157. order to understand it, we have to discover what mercy

  158. is all about. You know, in Limitations three twenty two

  159. to twenty three, it says, through the Lord's mercies we

  160. are not consumed because his compassion fails. Not how many

  161. us feel that somewhere along the life we should have failed,

  162. We should have not made it, we should have just died.

  163. Even but you know what, where still standing? Were still stand?

  164. We're still standing. Bye by the grace, Bye, by the

  165. grace of God. Yeah, why is that? Because God his

  166. mercies are not consumed means it never fails, as He

  167. never fails. God's mercies never fail. You know they are

  168. new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. When we praise

  169. the Lord, we say, great is your faithfulness. You know

  170. what we are saying. Lord, Thank God, You are merciful

  171. to me. Every morning. I go to this all the time.

  172. Do you know that we are living in some fantastic times?

  173. Let me share with you a little bit. This is

  174. not my notes, but I share with you just to

  175. let you know God's mercy is on us. Scripture says

  176. in Revelations that Gog and Magog will come against his

  177. people in the Middle East. You know who is Gog

  178. and Magog? Do any of you know who Gog and

  179. Magog is? Can I see your ends? Nobody? Okay? Gog

  180. is Russia and Magog is Persia. You know what is

  181. the modern name for Persia? Iraq? And do you know

  182. who the best of friends? Now Russia and Iran. Guess

  183. who gave a threat to God's people? Do not go

  184. after Iran? Who gave the threat? Russia? When did they

  185. give the threat? Two or three days ago? And Scripture

  186. talks about Gog and Magog coming after God's people. Are

  187. you aware? You know how close we are to Jesus return.

  188. Scripture says that the kings of the East will march

  189. to face his people in mid least, and then in

  190. revelations it says, and I heard the number, what was

  191. the number? Two hundred million? You know who's the red dragon?

  192. Also the kings of the East? Who China? You know

  193. what President Jipeng said a few months ago, at a

  194. moment's notice, we can send an army off two hundred million. Wow.

  195. Do you think this is coincidence? Then you say, ah,

  196. much from there all the way to the Middle East?

  197. Not possible. Really, have you heard of the Carricorium Highway.

  198. It stretches from China all the way to the Middle East.

  199. But guess what it was stopped by the Euphrates River

  200. or cannot be I cannot match right? You know what

  201. scripture prophesy thousands of years ago that the Euphrates River

  202. will dry up. Let me tell you a couple of

  203. years ago, because of a damn that was built further up,

  204. the Euphrates River is now ry. Where is a road

  205. from China all the way to the Middle East? Does

  206. this sound like things are coming together? You and I

  207. had better believe it. You know, what is God's mercy?

  208. Why do we pray that prayer for the peace of Jerusalem.

  209. I've said it before, I'll say it again, because when

  210. Jerusalem is at peace, so will we. We will also

  211. be at peace, because for Jerusalem not to be at

  212. peace is to signal the end of times God's mercy.

  213. You pray and you believe, say, God, be merciful to

  214. these people, because there are so many more who don't

  215. know you, and God will come true. I want to

  216. read this version this scripture again in the English Standard version,

  217. and I like this one because this is the one

  218. that the songs are always from the state first Love

  219. of the Lord never se says, His mercy is never

  220. will come to it, and they are new every morning

  221. new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. So God, great

  222. is your faithfulness? Have you heard that song before? Sing it?

  223. Every day? Man, praise the Lord for you and for me.

  224. The stead first Love of the Lord is new every morning.

  225. God's mercy to us is reflecting in the works of

  226. the crust of Christ? Are you aware of that? Are

  227. there any here who do not know the Lord as

  228. personal Lord and Savior? Don't put up your hands yet,

  229. because scripture says in John three sixteen, for God so

  230. loved the world. Who is the world? Is it the

  231. ground that we are standing on? No, because if you

  232. think this earth is anything, God has got billions and

  233. billions of planets all over the universe. Do you realize

  234. that some planets in the universe are made entirely of diamond?

  235. The whole planet is diamond? Are you aware? Do you

  236. know that there are even planets that the composition the

  237. whole planet, the composition is as soft as candy floss. Oh,

  238. you gotta know. God's not interested in this earth. What

  239. is His interest? Is interested in the world, meaning you

  240. and I. For God so love you and I that

  241. he gave his only begotten son, that whoever who's whoever

  242. believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

  243. Why would a God who hates so sin so much

  244. die for you and me? Because we are sinners through

  245. and through. You know, the olden days they always used

  246. to say we are rotten sinners. But you know that's

  247. the truth, because none of us can stand before God

  248. with our good deeds, because scripture says that our good

  249. deats before God are like what filthy rags. You and

  250. I think we are doing something good. Hey, compared to God,

  251. it doesn't stand up. God's interested to save us by

  252. his good grace, by his love. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

  253. See why do you think that God takes his time

  254. about coming back. It's to give everybody an opportunity to

  255. know him, because the longer he takes to come back,

  256. there is a higher possibility of more people coming to

  257. know Him as Lord and savior. In James two thirteen,

  258. it says, for judgment is without mercy to the one

  259. who has shown no mercy. But mercy triumphs over judgment.

  260. You know we are to be merciful because God is

  261. merciful to us. I mean, how terrible it is. Hey. Look,

  262. as a boss, you're meant to be merciful to your staff.

  263. But merciful to your stuff doesn't mean being blind. It

  264. means you be kind. It means you try to understand,

  265. it means not being taken advantage of or that's also mercy.

  266. I want you to know I respect you enough to

  267. tell you what you're telling me is complete nonsense. You see,

  268. I didn't go shout it. No, I didn't do that.

  269. I said, I respect you enough to tell you the truth.

  270. What you're telling me is nonsense. You didn't do your

  271. work because instead of standing and sitting down to do

  272. your work, what you did you went to watch the

  273. movie Lord of the Rings. How do I know? I

  274. was there, I saw you, But boss, what were you

  275. doing in a lot of the Rings? I own the company.

  276. I can afford to go true not hey, guys, but

  277. you can say never mind. I understand because I wanted

  278. to see it so badly too. But I don't want

  279. you to make this mistake again. Your deadline is your deadline.

  280. Make sure it's done. I want to see it on

  281. my table tomorrow morning. If it's not on my table

  282. by tomorrow morning, then I'm going to have to take

  283. this matter up further. You see what was that? That

  284. is still compassion, That is still mercy. But you know what,

  285. it's not blind mercy, it's kind mercy. I respect you

  286. enough to tell you the truth. I respect each and

  287. every one of you enough to tell you that without

  288. Jesus Man, your life is not the way it should be.

  289. I respect you enough to tell you that you need

  290. Jesus in your life in order to be saved. I

  291. respect you enough to tell you the truth. Some of

  292. you may say, yeah, it's okay. Some of you may

  293. say no, I don't believe. It doesn't matter whether you

  294. believe it or not. I respect you enough to tell

  295. you the truth. How many of us don't believe a

  296. lot of things, but just live the way it is?

  297. It's true. How many of us believe that perhaps crossing

  298. the road there's an oput there's a chance that we

  299. may get hit with a car crossing. I mean, we

  300. believe that, But does that stop us? No? We still

  301. do what we want. Praise the Lord. I'm here today.

  302. When that motorbike kid me, I should have died, but

  303. I didn't. Hey, the guy didn't hit me at five

  304. miles per hour. Okay, he hit me at full speed.

  305. I went back to school the very next day. If

  306. that is not God's mercy, I don't know what is. Hey,

  307. God's for us. Scripture says God is for us. Who

  308. can be against us? You know? Matthew nine thirteen says,

  309. but go and learn what this means. I desire mercy

  310. and not sacrifice, for I did not come to call

  311. the righteous, but sinners to repentance. You know, we are

  312. meant to be people who think of others. We are

  313. meant to be people who go out there and shed

  314. You have to share Jesus man. Hey, how many of

  315. you go to homes and you're quite happy with the

  316. homes you go to. Can you see show hands, praise

  317. the Lord? Love it. That's almost all of you. How

  318. many of you run homes in your houses? Okay, that's good.

  319. I'm not gonna ask this next question. Do not put

  320. up your hands. How many of you go around calling

  321. all your neighbors who are not your church members or

  322. church partners to your homes. You know, when elder neighbor

  323. myself got tired of calling our church partners to homes,

  324. you know what we started doing, calling our neighbors to homes,

  325. neighbors who do not know who Jesus is. And as

  326. a result of that, one man accepted the Lord before

  327. he died. So, you know what, God wants us to

  328. share that mercy that he's given us with somebody else.

  329. You keep sharing it with each other. Okay, that's good.

  330. I'm not saying that's bad. But share it with the

  331. ones who don't know. I did not come to call

  332. the righteous. You know, that's what It means I didn't

  333. come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. You know,

  334. we are so interested to keep calling to our homes

  335. those who are already saved. Is that what God wants?

  336. You want to see breakthrough happen? You want to see

  337. can homes start in the same neighborhood, can start calling

  338. the ones who are not saved our homes. Is meant

  339. to look after each and every one of us. I

  340. understand that is true, because there is a place for

  341. that in scripture as well. But it is also meant

  342. to be a beacon to those around who do not

  343. know Jesus mercy. We are encouraged to be merciful as

  344. God is merciful. You know. In Collogons three twelve it says, therefore,

  345. as the elect of God, Holy and Beloved, I love

  346. this one. Listen to this therefore, as the elect of God. Therefore,

  347. as the believer, therefore is the one who knows Jesus Ah,

  348. Holy and beloved. Put on What does it say? What's

  349. the first thing? It says, put on tender mercies Before

  350. it tells us to do anything else. It tells us

  351. to put on tender mercies, Kindness, humility, meekness and long suffering,

  352. the first thing that's on God's heart. It's talking to

  353. us right therefore, as the elect of God. Therefore, those

  354. people who know Jesus, what's the first thing, put on

  355. tender mercies. We're encouraged to be merciful, as God is merciful.

  356. You know. In Collosians three twelve it says this, put

  357. on therefore, as the elect of God, Holy and beloved.

  358. This is from the King James version. And I want

  359. to give you an understanding. Put on tender mercies. You

  360. know what it actually means. What the word actually means,

  361. powels of mercy, bowels of mercy, kindness, humbleness of mind,

  362. meekness and long suffering. God wants us to put on

  363. bowels of mercy. What is that? Okay, I'm gonna explain

  364. this word to you. It comes from the word splucon.

  365. Sounds like clingon. Okay. For those of you are start

  366. Trek fans, it's very close to the Klingon language, but

  367. it's not. This is Greek blacklon. The inward parts, the heart,

  368. the liver, the lungs, the emotion.

  369. You know.

  370. Its definition is the inward parts, the heart, the seed

  371. of your feelings. It is telling us to put on

  372. mercies as part of the deepest areas of our being.

  373. That's what God is telling each and every one of us. Mercy.

  374. So if we are hot people, people who only want

  375. things done our way, people who can only see things

  376. down away, what's the first thing that God wants us

  377. to put on tender mercies? Her? You know what it

  378. also means, uh, interestines or intestines. You know the thing

  379. that carries all your food around you know, inside of you.

  380. That's where God is telling us. Let that be a

  381. part and parcel of your life, from the very inside

  382. of you. Put on tender mercies. Do you know? You

  383. and I we get what we gave. We get what

  384. we gave. Look at Matthew five seven. Blessed are the merciful,

  385. for they shall obtain mercy. Hey, guys, you are any

  386. of us brave enough to say we do not need

  387. the mercy of God. We need the mercy of God

  388. for every that we take, the moment we get out

  389. of bed, we do. We need it in our jobs,

  390. we need it in our businesses. We need in the

  391. very air that we breathe, so that we don't fall sick.

  392. So that we don't have ailments so that our children

  393. will be safe. Oh, you need the mercy of God

  394. so your children will be safe. Hey, you and I

  395. can never look after our children better than God can

  396. unless you're gonna have eyes on them twenty four hours

  397. a day. I can imagine you are the CEO of

  398. some big company billions of dollars, and everywhere you go

  399. you carry your child around like that. Okay, now it's

  400. the board meeting. You cannot see any of your board

  401. members because you're looking at your child's face because only

  402. I can look after my child. It's ridiculous, isn't it?

  403. What am I saying? You cannot be looking at your

  404. child twenty four hours a day, every minute of every day.

  405. But guess who can? God can. God can look after

  406. your child every minute of every hour of every day.

  407. And that's the basis that Elder Memble and myself brought

  408. up our kids. We never felt that we could be

  409. the best parents without God's involvement. We never felt that

  410. we could look after our kids better than God could,

  411. which is why we put God into them. And we

  412. never allowed them to take our service away. If we

  413. were in church until two am, so was our kids.

  414. I'm not telling you to do what we did. You

  415. do what God tells you to do. More is given,

  416. most require. This is what God has told us to do.

  417. Elder Mabel was back in church one week after delivery,

  418. delivered on a Sunday. Next Sunday, she was back in church.

  419. You know why, we, Elder Maghbor myself don't believe in

  420. all the pantang pantang, all that I don't know. You know,

  421. confinement this, I mean, you believe that that's up to you.

  422. We don't believe because we believe our God is greater

  423. than that. You know why, from the very beginning, we

  424. wanted God to know we cannot look after our children

  425. better than you can, so that those moments when we

  426. are distracted, God is not and God is looking after them.

  427. I told you when Ashley had dislocated the arm and

  428. we walked into the doctor doctor checkter out, yes, let

  429. me do an X ray to confirm she was one

  430. year old. Crying and screaming. I said, I told all love,

  431. we're not going to let this happen because I do

  432. not want my one year old baby going for X ray.

  433. We laid hands and we prayed in Jesus Name, and the

  434. moment we finished that prayer, we said in Jesus Name, Ashley,

  435. with that damaged arm, reached out and took a toy

  436. from my hand and she started laughing and giggling and

  437. she was so happy and tested a hand. She was

  438. just laughing and giggling, holding the toy and playing, which

  439. she had not done for six hours. She was screaming

  440. for six hours. You know why don't do what we do?

  441. This is where we put God's first because the worship

  442. was important. We needed to worship God. We spent six

  443. hours worshiping the Lord on a Sunday before we took

  444. her for the check up. We're terrible parents, aren't we.

  445. But I'll tell you this, long before that was ready,

  446. she just reached out hand took that toy. I walked

  447. right up to the count and said, there's no need

  448. for any X ray. Thank you very much. She is fine,

  449. and we walked out of the hospital. See exactly what

  450. I'm telling you. The way I said it is exactly

  451. the way I did it. God can look after the children,

  452. and you know what this Ashley and Alana again, Ashley

  453. Ashley playing she's two years old. She falls and she

  454. hits her mouth on the table to the top lip

  455. goes into a teeth, and it's bleeding and bleeding and bleeding,

  456. and she's crying and screaming in pain. And I look

  457. and there's two holes in her in her upper lip.

  458. And she's crying and crying, and you know, cloth is

  459. now full of blood. And Alana got so fed up

  460. of her crying, just walks up to her, lays her

  461. hand and says, in Jesus name be healed. Ashley immediately

  462. stops crying. I seuch a mouth, the holes are gone.

  463. Is it because Ashley prayed Alana prayed? Or is it

  464. because we trust God? Ashley was always Ashley. Ashley was

  465. coughing and wheezing and coughing and weezing. She did that

  466. until she was three years old, really ill with asthma.

  467. Every two three weeks, she's down. You're sick. She's this,

  468. she's always bad fever. That's how she used to breathe.

  469. And my folks were now retired looking after her, coming

  470. her with anybody. One day I said, Lord, this cannot

  471. be elder mable And myself spend the whole night up

  472. just praying, laying hands with her. We stop the medication.

  473. We sponged her down. We did not give her any medication.

  474. You do not do this unless the Lord tells you.

  475. We did this the whole night we prayed. In the

  476. morning she was fine. Guess what, It has now been

  477. thirty years. She has been well for thirty years. That

  478. was the last time. Better than merciful, they shall obtain

  479. mercy because this is a godly principle and good to

  480. live by. In Luke six, that's having said judge none,

  481. you should not be judge, condemned not, and you shall

  482. not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven. Hey,

  483. this is what God wants. So in Matthew eight nineteen

  484. twenty says, go therefore, make disciples of all the nations,

  485. baptizing them in the name of the Father and of

  486. the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to

  487. observe all things that I have commanded you in law.

  488. I am with you even to the end of the age. Amen.

  489. When you shared Jesus with somebody else, what are you doing?

  490. You are showing them mercy. That's what God wants us

  491. to do. Don't you see why He's been asking us

  492. to share Jesus with somebody else because He wants mercy

  493. to come from the inside of us and reach somebody else.

  494. Have you ever seen the Great Commission as an act

  495. of mercy? It is. It's an opportunity to do for

  496. others as God has done for us. It's an act

  497. of mercy, you know. It's an opportunity for God to

  498. do for us as we have done for others. So

  499. now we show mercy to somebody else, God will show

  500. us mercy scripture. Do you know? It is an exhibition

  501. of a changed in a man that God is searching for.

  502. How will you know whether you and I have changed?

  503. Have we been? I'm merciful. I know one person ten words,

  504. nine words out of ten, four letter words, seven letter words,

  505. all the kind of words. All right, terrible, terrible, foul

  506. mouthed person screaming at his stuff. Michael League. Okay, here's

  507. my Michael League screaming at the stuff, screaming and screaming

  508. and screaming. But I prayed and say, God, you could

  509. see him many years past, and I found out about

  510. this man. Yess what he had found. The Lord became very,

  511. very successful and gave it all up to become a missionary.

  512. He goes around Southeast Asia with his wife, and they've

  513. got a ministry for children. If you had seen that man,

  514. you never would believe this was possible. But that's how

  515. God can change, an exhibition of a change in a

  516. man that God is searching for. And you know, it

  517. is a way for us to be like our father.

  518. How many of us want to be like a chip

  519. of the old block. We want to be like our father,

  520. our heavenly father. For us to be like our father,

  521. Luke six thirty six says, therefore, be merciful, just as

  522. your father also is merciful. This morning, I got up

  523. to do my morning walks to pray for this service,

  524. and it was raining, so I could not go, but

  525. I prayed anyway. And while I was praying, God said,

  526. there is this song that I want you to do.

  527. I say, Lord, Radio, so yeah, you know, so it

  528. is a It is a song that you know he

  529. asked me to do for you, And it was about

  530. today's message. By the way, but the Lord gave Elder

  531. Mable a dream. And in the dream which he shared

  532. with me, as I was driving her to I was

  533. actually driving her to service, right, And as I was

  534. driving her to service, she told me that she had

  535. this dream and in this dream, there are a lot

  536. of people around, and basically she had died and she

  537. was going through a tunnel. And even as she was

  538. going through this tunnel, she said, she could see the

  539. white light coming and she only had one thought, Lord,

  540. I pray that you accept me. I pray that you

  541. accept ex me. So she asked me, what do you

  542. think this dream meant? I say, well, the Lord probably

  543. wants to encourage you. At least you're going towards wildlight.

  544. You're not going towards You're not going down towards a

  545. red flame. Then she said, but it's quite scary because

  546. the worst thing that can happen is I go before

  547. the Lord and he says, I never knew you. Then

  548. I told her about this song, and I played this

  549. song for her, And this song is about God's mercy

  550. and I want to share this song with you. Now.

  551. This music may not be quite what y are used to, okay,

  552. because many of you may not appreciate country and Western music,

  553. but it's what the Lord asked me to do for you.

  554. And even as I practiced this song, and even as

  555. I went over the song, I was tearing up like

  556. nobody's business because it's it's so mess I'm a singer,

  557. all right. I don't know whether I'll do it right,

  558. but I don't want you to to get so caught

  559. up with the song that I'm doing that you miss

  560. out on the lyrics of what it is saying. And

  561. I hope this song blesses you as much it is

  562. blessed me. And I'll be closing the word with this song.

  563. You can start. I stood in the courtroom. The judge

  564. turned my way. It looks like you're guilty. Now, what

  565. do you say? I spoke up, You're now I have

  566. no defens But that's when Mercy walk in. Mercy walked

  567. in and pleaded my case, call to the stand God

  568. saving grace. The blood was presented and covered massin forgiven.

  569. When Mercy walked in, I stood there and wondering, how

  570. could this be? Someone so guilty has just been set free.

  571. My chains they were broken. I felt born again the

  572. moment that Mercy walked in. Mercy walking and plead my

  573. case and called to a stand of God saving grace.

  574. The blood was presented and.

  575. Covered mass sin.

  576. Forgiven. When Mercy walked the blood was presented.

  577. And covered masin forgiven when Mercy Jesus walked in.

  578. Hellia. Praise you God.

  579. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
