  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. Good Friday. So what is Good Friday all about.

  4. I'm going to go into it straight away so that

  5. we won't spend too long here. And I thought it'd

  6. be good to read scripture, you know, so if you

  7. can take out your Bibles, can turn to match you

  8. twenty six and we're gonna do something a little bit different.

  9. Normally we read like one tool scripture, but this time

  10. we're going to try and see we can cover two

  11. chapters right together. So for those that you know, maybe

  12. you don't have a Bible, you can. I think XTV

  13. will help us put the scriptures on the screen. But

  14. I thought it'd be good to read scripture and to

  15. read the account of what happened to Christ, you know,

  16. to really think about that today and we'll see where

  17. the Holy Spirit leads.

  18. And how God leads us in the world today.

  19. But I thought it'd be good for us to go

  20. through it, you know, because today is Good Friday. We

  21. call it good Friday, although it's a huh, well, good Friday.

  22. Jesus was crucified across Why do you say it's good Friday. Well,

  23. for those of us what believe us, we understand the

  24. significance of it. But if you're here and you don't

  25. know the story about Jesus, I hope you will give

  26. you a little bit of an insight on what we

  27. believe in. Who is this guy called Christ and why

  28. is he so significant to us? But to start off,

  29. I thought it'd be quite cool also because I'm gonna

  30. do narration and I do want you guys to fall asleep,

  31. So I'm gonna ask a friend to help me play

  32. some background music, you know, and he's read the Little Guy.

  33. You know, his work is recognized by Malaysian phil Harmony Orchestra.

  34. You probably know who this is. Only invite Eugene to

  35. come up. I actually asked him during worship just now, like, hey,

  36. can you help me or not, you know, because I

  37. know he can one, and he willingly said yes. And

  38. then we'll see where this goes. And we didn't rehearse

  39. of practice this. I know we're on a theater stage,

  40. but we'll see where this goes, Okay, So I let

  41. him take his place. And another thing is we'll we

  42. will be taking communion mid scripture, so please get your communion.

  43. Ready, you know we're going through.

  44. We're going to go through the whole thing of what

  45. happened that night, that faithful night two thousand years ago. Okay,

  46. so you got your communion READI. If you don't have,

  47. you can just raise your hands and I hold the

  48. pass you want. You need a communion?

  49. Ready?

  50. Oh?

  51. He readily. Okay, are you guys ready, ready? Ready, let's

  52. see where it goes. Are I'm gonna read Matthew twenty six.

  53. Now it came to pass when Jesus had finished all

  54. these sayings that he said to his disciples, you know

  55. that after two days it's a passover, and the son

  56. of Ben will be delivered up to be crucified. Then

  57. the chief priests describes and the elders of the people

  58. assembled at the palace of the high priest, who was

  59. called Chaophus, and plotted to take Jesus by trickery and

  60. kill him. But they said not during the feast, lest

  61. there be an uproar among the people, because Jesus was.

  62. Still quite well respected.

  63. So they actually came at nine and when Jesus was

  64. in Betany at the house of Simon the Leper. I

  65. guess Simon's not the leper anymore, because Christ is there right.

  66. A woman came to him having an alabaster flask of

  67. very costly fragrant oil, and she poured it on his

  68. head as he sat at the table. But when his

  69. disciples saw it, they were indignant, saying, why this waste?

  70. For this fragrant oil might have been sold for much

  71. and given to the poor. Not Sometimes we can think

  72. that way, Oh, why waste money? Why I spend so

  73. much time in church? Why do you guys keep so

  74. much offering. Jesus was aware of it. He said to them,

  75. why do you.

  76. Trouble the woman? For she has done a good work

  77. for me.

  78. Some of us here we want to give God our best,

  79. but yet we get judged by other people.

  80. Know but God sees your heart. So you should still

  81. give God your best, for.

  82. You have the poor. If you always but me, you

  83. do not have always. For impouring this fragrant oil on

  84. my body, she did it for my burial. Assuredly, I

  85. say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the

  86. whole world, what this woman has done will also be

  87. taught as a memorial to her. And we are still

  88. talking about her story so many years later then, one

  89. of the twelve, called Judas is Scarier, went to the

  90. chief priest and said, what are you willing to give

  91. me if I deliver him to you? And they counted

  92. out to him thirty pieces of silver. So from that

  93. time he sought opportunity.

  94. To betray him.

  95. Now, on the first day of the Feast of the

  96. Eleven Bread, the disciples came to Jesus saying to him,

  97. where do you want us to prepare for you to

  98. eat the passover? And he said, go into the city

  99. to a certain man and say to him. The teacher says,

  100. my time is at hand. I will keep the passover

  101. at your house with my disciples. So the disciples did

  102. as Jesus had directed them, and they prepared for the passover.

  103. Some of us here, we've received something from the Lord

  104. that doesn't make sense. Ask us to do something that

  105. we don't really understand. But you know when you obey,

  106. and when you just say yes, third, I will do it.

  107. Things happened no explanation. Who is this guy that opened

  108. up the house?

  109. There was no explanation. It just happened on God's work.

  110. When evening had come, he sat down with the twelve.

  111. Now as they were eating, he said, surely, I said

  112. to you, one of.

  113. You will betray me.

  114. And they were exceedingly sorrowful, and each of them began

  115. to say.

  116. To him, Lord, is it is I? Is it I?

  117. He answered, and said, he who dipped his hand with

  118. me and the dish will betray me.

  119. The son of Man indeed.

  120. Goes just as it is written of him. But all

  121. to that man by whom the son of Man is betrayed.

  122. It would have been good for that man if he

  123. had not been born. Then Jesus, who was betraying him,

  124. answered and said, Rabbi, is it I? He said to him,

  125. you have said it. And as they were eating, Jesus

  126. took the bread, blessed it, and broke it and gave

  127. it to the disciples and said, take it.

  128. This is my body. That's what take off the bread together. Friends.

  129. Then he took a cup and gave thanks and gave

  130. it to them, saying, drink from it, all of you,

  131. for this is my blood of the New Covenant, which

  132. is shed for many for the remission of sins. That's

  133. what take of the drink together. But I say to you,

  134. I will not drink of this fruit of the vine.

  135. From now on until that day when I drink it

  136. new with you in my father's kingdom.

  137. Your Lord.

  138. Even right now, we just want to remember what you

  139. did on the crossbours. You want to thank you. Because

  140. of you. We are gathered here.

  141. Today because of you. We have freedom.

  142. Because of you. We have healing because of you. Most importantly,

  143. we are peace in our lives and the Lord. Because

  144. of you, we can commune with our father in heaven,

  145. Our our Father. We can experience his love, his presence

  146. in our lives. And Lord, we can experience his purpose

  147. and destiny that we have for us. We thank you,

  148. Lord Jesus, all that you've done.

  149. Jesus, let me pray. Amen.

  150. And when they had sung a him, they went out

  151. to the Mount of Olives. Then Jesus said to them,

  152. all of you will be made to stumble because of

  153. me this night, for it is written, I will strike

  154. the shepherd, and the sheep of the floor will be scattered.

  155. But after I have been raised, I will go before

  156. you to Galilee.

  157. Peter answered and said to.

  158. Him, even if all are made to stumble because of you,

  159. I will be made to stumble.

  160. How many of us have been there before? God? You

  161. know what. I will never give up this, I will

  162. never say no.

  163. I will always sell you. I will always do this.

  164. I will give you my best God, I will be perfect.

  165. And then Jesus said to him assuredly, I say to

  166. you that this night, before the rooster crowd crows, you

  167. will deny me three times. Peter said to him, even

  168. if I have to die with you, I will not

  169. deny you. And so said all the disciples. Then Jesus

  170. came with them to a place called get Semne and

  171. said to the disciples, sit here while I go and

  172. pray over there. And he took with him Peter and

  173. the two sons of seventy, and he began to be

  174. sorrowful and deeply distressed. Then he said to them, my soul,

  175. it is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and

  176. watch with me. He went a little father and fell

  177. on his face and prayed, saying, oh, my father, if

  178. it's possible that this cup passed from me, nevertheless, not

  179. as I will, but.

  180. As you will.

  181. Then he came to the disciples and found them sleeping,

  182. and said to them, what could you not have watched

  183. with me one hour? Watch and pray unless you enter

  184. into the temptation. The spirit, indeed is willing, but the

  185. flesh is weet.

  186. We've been there before.

  187. Sorry, want to pray, but got too tired. Want to

  188. a quiet time, but something more important came up on

  189. the tricks.

  190. We're not perfect again.

  191. A second time he went away and prayed, saying, Oh,

  192. my father, if this cup cannot pass away from me

  193. unless I drink it, your will be done. And he

  194. came and found him asleep again, for their eyes were heavy,

  195. So he left them, went away again and prayed the

  196. third time, saying the same words. Then he came to

  197. the disciples and said to them, are you still sleeping

  198. and resting?

  199. Behold? The hour is at hand.

  200. The son of men is being betrayed into the hand

  201. of sinners. Rise letters, be going see my betrayers at hand.

  202. While he was still speaking, behold Judas one of the twelve,

  203. with great multitude, with saults and clubs.

  204. Came from the chief priests and elders of the people.

  205. Now his betrayed had given them a sign saying, whoever

  206. I kiss, he's the one sees him. How many of

  207. you have been betrayed by a close friend before? Maybe

  208. he'd been disappointed by a leader in church. Maybe he'd

  209. been disappointed by a Christian or someone you thought would

  210. never hurt you, when they hurt you. Immediately he went

  211. up to Jesus and said, greetings, Rabbi, and kissed him.

  212. But Jesus said to him, friend, why have you come.

  213. Then they came and laid hands.

  214. On Jesus and took him.

  215. And suddenly one of those who were with Jesus stretched

  216. out his hand and threw his sword, struck the servant

  217. of the priest and cut off his ear. But Jesus

  218. said to him, put your sword in his place, for

  219. all who take the sword will perish by the sword.

  220. Or do you think that I cannot now pray to

  221. my father and he will provide me with much more than.

  222. Twelve legions of angels? How then could the scriptures be fulfilled?

  223. That I must happen, that it must happen us.

  224. And that how Jesus said to the multitudes, have you

  225. come out against a robber with swords and clubs?

  226. That take me? I said daily with you teaching in

  227. the temple, and did not seize me. But all this

  228. was done that the.

  229. Scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the

  230. disciples for sook him and fled.

  231. They all ran, and they left him.

  232. And those who at late hold of Jesus let him

  233. away to Kafaius the high priests, where the scribes and

  234. the elders were assembled. But Peter followed him at a distance.

  235. So the High Priest caught yard, and he went in

  236. and said with the servants, to see the end.

  237. Now the chief priests, the elders.

  238. And all the counsels sought false testimony against Jesus to

  239. be put to death, but found none. Even though many

  240. false witnesses came forward, they found none. But at last

  241. two false witnesses came forward and say, this fellow said,

  242. I'm able to destroy the Temple of God into building

  243. three days. And the High Priest arose and said to him,

  244. do you answer nothing, what is this man testify against you?

  245. But Jesus kept silent, and the High Priest unswered, and

  246. said to him, I put you under oath by the

  247. Living God. Tell us if you are the Christ, the

  248. Son of God. And Jesus said to him, it is

  249. as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you hereafter you

  250. will see the Son of Men sitting at the right

  251. hand of the power and coming on the clouds of heaven.

  252. Then the priest tore his clothes, saying, he has spoken blasphemy.

  253. What further need do we have for witnesses? Look now

  254. you have heard his blessed for me. What do you think?

  255. They answered, and said he's deserving death.

  256. Then they spat on his face and bid him, and

  257. others struck him with the palm of their hands, saying,

  258. prophesy towards Christ, who is the one who strung you.

  259. There are many people, friends, that will look down on

  260. your faith and say true or not real or not.

  261. Now Peter sat outside in the courtyard, and a sevant

  262. girl came to him, saying, you also will reduce Jesus

  263. of Galilee. But he united before them all saying, I

  264. do not know what you are saying. And when he

  265. had gone out to the gateway, another girl saw him

  266. and said to those who were there, this fellow who

  267. was also with Jesus of Nazare.

  268. But again he denied with an oath, I do not

  269. know the man.

  270. And a little later those who stood by kim up

  271. and said the Peter, surely you al saw one.

  272. Of them, for your speech betrays you.

  273. Then he began to curse and swear, wow, actually curse

  274. and swear, saying I do.

  275. Not know the man. Immediately a rooster crow, and Peter

  276. remembered the word.

  277. Of Jesus, who had said to him before. The rooster

  278. crows will niemi three times. So he went out and

  279. wept bitterly. How many times we've promised got something, but

  280. we've failed, and we regretted personally, I have many times.

  281. When morning came, all the chief priests and the elders

  282. or the people plotted against Jesus to put him to death.

  283. When they had bound him, they led him away and

  284. delivered him to Pontius Pilot, the governor. Then Judas his betrayers,

  285. seeing that he had been condemned, was remorseful and brought

  286. back to the thirty pieces of silver to the chief

  287. priests and elders, saying, I've seen by betraying in innocent blood.

  288. And he said, what is that to us?

  289. You see to it?

  290. Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the

  291. temple and departed and went and hanged himself. But the

  292. chief priest took the silver pieces and said it is

  293. not lawful to put them into the treasury, because they

  294. are the price of blood, And they consulted together and

  295. bought with them the potter's field to bury strangers in.

  296. Therefore that phil has been called the feel of blood

  297. to this day, then was fulfilled which was spoken by

  298. Jeremiah the prophet, saying, and they took the thirty pieces

  299. of silver the value of him who was Christ, whom

  300. they of the children of Israel, price, and gave them

  301. for the potter's feel. As the Lord directed me, how

  302. many of us here have been betrayed cheated because of money.

  303. Jesus was brought with thirty pieces of silver.

  304. Now Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, saying,

  305. are you the king of the Jews. Jesus said to him,

  306. it is as you say. And while he was being

  307. accused by the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.

  308. Then Pilots said to him, do you not hear how

  309. many things they testify against you? But it answered him

  310. not one word, so that the governor marveled greatly. Now

  311. at the feast of the governor was accustomed to releasing

  312. to the multitude one prisoner whom they wish, And at

  313. the time they're a notorious prisoner called Barabas, which also

  314. means son of the Father.

  315. The name is such a powerful thing, you know.

  316. He was called son of the father, son of our

  317. father in heaven.

  318. But he was a notorious criminal.

  319. Therefore, when they had gathered to another, Pilot said to them,

  320. whom do you want me to release to you? Barab

  321. Bas or Jesus, who is called Christ. For he knew

  322. that they had handed him.

  323. Over because of envy.

  324. While he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife

  325. said to him, saying, have nothing to do with that,

  326. just men, for I have suffered many things today in

  327. a dream because of him. But the chief of priests

  328. and elders persuaded the multitudes that they should ask for

  329. Barabas and destroy Jesus. The governor answered and said to him,

  330. which of the two do you want me to release

  331. to you?

  332. They said bara Bas.

  333. Pilots said to them, what then shall I do with Jesus,

  334. who is called Christ. They all said to him, let

  335. him be crucify, the worst of all punishments. Then the

  336. governor said, why, what evil has he done? But they

  337. cried out all the mores, saying let him be crucified.

  338. When Pilots saw that he could not prevail at all.

  339. But rather than a tumult was rising, he took water

  340. and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am

  341. innocent for the blood of this just person.

  342. You see to it. And all the people answered and said,

  343. his blood be on us and on our children.

  344. Then he released barbers to them, and when he had

  345. scored Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified. Then the

  346. soldiers and the governor took Jesus into the praetorium and

  347. gathered the whole garrison around him, and they stripped.

  348. Him and put a scarlet.

  349. Robe on him.

  350. When they had twisted a crown of ponds, they put

  351. it on his head, and a reed in his right hand.

  352. They bowed the knee of him and mocked him, saying,

  353. heil the King of Jews. I wonder how many of

  354. us he had been mocked because of our faith. Then

  355. they spent on him and took the reed and struck

  356. him on the head. When they had mocked him, they

  357. took off the rope, put his own clothes on him,

  358. and led him away to be gracified. Now, as they

  359. came out, they found a man of siren, Simon by

  360. by named him.

  361. They compelled to bear his cross.

  362. When he had gone to a place called god Gotta,

  363. this to say, place of a skull. They gave him

  364. sour wine mingled with girl to drink, but when he

  365. had tasted it he would not drink. Then they crucified him,

  366. divided his garments, casting lots, that it might be fulfilled,

  367. which was spoken by the prophet. They divided my garments

  368. among them, and for my clothing the cast lots.

  369. Sitting down.

  370. They kept watch over him there, and they put up

  371. over his head the accusation written against him.

  372. This is Jesus, the king of the Jews.

  373. Then two robbers were crucified with him, one on the

  374. right and another one on the left. And those who

  375. passed by and blessphemed him, wagging their heads and saying,

  376. you who destroyed the temple and building three days, save yourself,

  377. if you are the son of God, come down from

  378. the cross. Likely, the chief of priests, also mocking with

  379. the scribes and elders, said he saved others himself, he

  380. cannot say.

  381. If he's the king of Israel. Let him now come down.

  382. From the cross, and we will leave him. He trusted

  383. in God. Let him deliver him now if he would

  384. have him, For he said, I am the son of God.

  385. Even the robberts who were crucified with.

  386. Him revolved him with the same thing.

  387. Now, from the sixth hour until the ninth hour, there

  388. were darkness over all the land, And about the ninth hour,

  389. Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, Eli Eli

  390. Lama sabahtani. That is my God, My God, Why have

  391. you forsaken me. Some of those who stood there, when

  392. they heard that, said, this man is calling for Elijah.

  393. Immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled

  394. it with saw wine, and put it on a read

  395. and offered it to him to drink. The rest said,

  396. let him alone, let us see if Elijah will come

  397. down to save him. And Jesus cried out again with

  398. a loud voice, and yielded up his spirit. Then behold,

  399. the veil of the temple was twenty two from top

  400. to bottom, and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split,

  401. and the graves opened, and many bodies of the saints

  402. we had fallen asleep worries, and coming out from the graves.

  403. After his resurrection, they went into the Holy City and

  404. appeared to many. So when the centurion and those who

  405. came who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and the

  406. things that had happened, they feared greatly, saying truly this

  407. was a sum of God. And many women who followed

  408. Jesus from Galilee ministering to him, were there looking on

  409. from a farm, among who were marry Magdalene married, the

  410. mother of James and.

  411. Josephs and the mother of Devide sons.

  412. Now, when evening had come, there came a rich man

  413. from Armataea named Joseph, who he himself had also become

  414. a disciple of Jesus. This man went to Pilot and

  415. asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilot commanded the

  416. body to be given to him. When Joseus had taken

  417. the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth

  418. and laid it in his new tomb, which he had

  419. hewn out of the wrong And he rolled a large

  420. stone against the door.

  421. Of the tomb.

  422. Nepathed and Mary Magdalene was there, and the other Mary

  423. sitting opposite the two.

  424. This is why we celebrate Good Friday. M hm.

  425. H m hmmm.

  426. He went through so much, so that we can be saved.

  427. He went through so much so that we can experience redemption.

  428. Listen to Isaiah chapter fifty two, verse seven to ten.

  429. We read a few more, a few more scriptures. Okay, guys,

  430. Isaiah was a prophet that prophesied the coming of Christ.

  431. Sit here, how beautiful upon the mountains and the feet

  432. of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who

  433. brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says,

  434. the Sire, your God reigns. Your watchmen shall lift up

  435. their voices. With their voices, they shall sing together, for

  436. they shall see eye to eye when the Lord brings

  437. back sion. Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste

  438. places of Jerusalem. For the Lord has comforted his people,

  439. He has redeemed Jerusalem. The Lord made bare his holy

  440. arm in the eyes of all the names, and all

  441. the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of

  442. our God. I'm going to read Isaiah chapter fifty nine.

  443. It says, he behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened

  444. that it cannot save, nor his ear heavy that it

  445. cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from our

  446. God and your sins have hidden his face from you,

  447. so that he will not hear. For your hands are

  448. default with blood, and your fingers with iniquity. Your lips

  449. have spoken lines, your tongue has muttered perversity, and.

  450. All of us fall into that trap.

  451. I'm not sure whether anyone here can say that they've

  452. never liked before. No one calls for justice, nor does

  453. any plead for truth. They trust in empty words and

  454. speak lines. They conceive evil and bring forth iniquity. They

  455. hatch vipers eggs and wave the spiders bare. He who

  456. eats of their eggs dies, and from that which is

  457. crushed a viper breaks out. This is why we need

  458. the good news.

  459. Friends, What is the good news?

  460. Well, Isaiah fifty three was three in the nine Saysties.

  461. He is despised and rejected by men, a man of

  462. sorrow and acquainted with grief, and we heat, as it were,

  463. our faces from him. He was despised, and we did

  464. not esteem him. Surely he has borne our griefs and

  465. carried our sorrows. Yet we esteem him stricken, smitten by God,

  466. and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions. He

  467. was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace

  468. was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed.

  469. Let me stop here a little bit. This scripture is

  470. very important for us as believers, because from this scripture

  471. we claim healing. Just go deeper a little bit in it,

  472. it says here, but he was wounded for our transgressions,

  473. and when in research a little bit is trans quessions,

  474. because the word is very you know, big, and I

  475. hope I pronounced it correct. Transgressions is pressure. He means rebellion, sin, transgression, trespass.

  476. He was bruised for iniquities. Iniquities means ayvon perversity, depravity, iniquity, guilt,

  477. or the punishment of iniquity. The chastisements for our peace.

  478. Was upon him.

  479. Chastisement again is a very big word, but it just

  480. means mussa discipline, chastening, correction, and by his stripes we

  481. are healed.

  482. This one is a little bit more straightforward.

  483. Strikes his hapurah, bruise, stripe, wound, blow, and we all

  484. know heal Rafa Jehovah rafa, our healer.

  485. The one that heals us, the one that makes us healthy.

  486. He bought so much for us friends, and as you

  487. come to Good Friday, it's good to remember what Christ is.

  488. In the significance of our favor men. It is now.

  489. Sometimes we get so busy with life. I saw a

  490. Christian brother post.

  491. Up on Facebook yesterday like, oh, you know they started

  492. with they I don't know.

  493. I think yesterday they put up Passion of Christ on Netflix.

  494. So when I watch it a little bit, just now,

  495. remembering again what Christ did for us so long ago.

  496. Gives us perspective. It does. It really gives us perspective

  497. of the world we live today, things we do. It's

  498. not just for us, friends, we carry the good news.

  499. We do carry the good news because of Jesus.

  500. We have hope. Because he suffered, we can experience so much.

  501. Imagine he says, here the chastisement.

  502. For our peace.

  503. You know, we pray for God's peace. Right, Lord, give

  504. me peace, Give me peace. And a lot of us

  505. here have experienced peace before. Those of us who know Christ.

  506. We experienced peace in the storm, in the most difficult

  507. situations in our life, when everything goes wrong, there's peace,

  508. but the peace cap it the price Christ had to

  509. suffer on the cross for that peace. In church, we

  510. talk about praying for healing. We asked for healing, We

  511. pray for healing, and some of us have receaved healing.

  512. He came with a price. He was You're whipped for

  513. our healing. He was wounded for our sin. Can we

  514. put up the thing I I said?

  515. Just now, just when everything seems hopeless, God un selfishly

  516. sacrificed his son, Just when everything seems hopeless in our lives,

  517. we can call on to Christ.

  518. Amen.

  519. Isaiah fifty five US eighty nine says, for my thoughts

  520. are not your thoughts. No are my ways your ways,

  521. says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than

  522. the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways,

  523. and my thoughts and your thoughts.

  524. We as Christians, we believe in a God that is

  525. all power. That's who we believe in.

  526. We also believe in Christ, the son of Man, the

  527. one that died on the cross and has given us

  528. so much truth.

  529. For those who have experienced him, you understand what I'm

  530. trying to say.

  531. If you're here and you don't really know who Christ is,

  532. can I ask you to give him a try, because

  533. you will never regret it, and you will never be

  534. the same again. And if you want to prove or

  535. evidence that Christ is real, it's actually very easy.

  536. Ask your friend about it, ask the people here.

  537. That believe in him, and you decide whether or not

  538. we are crazy, we had this, we had you know, illusion,

  539. or He's really real.

  540. I'm want to end with this, and I know I

  541. don't have a lot of time, but I want to

  542. end with Isaiah chapter fifty four because I believe as

  543. I was preparing for this message, no point just talking right.

  544. I want to believe that God will touch people today.

  545. That's why I asked them.

  546. I say, hey, maybe we leave the prayers to the

  547. end so.

  548. That it has to be ready to receive. So I'm

  549. going to read scripture because as I read this.

  550. Scripture, I'm like, wow, Lord, Being the shepherd of this church,

  551. I kind of know what people are going through in

  552. a way.

  553. Some people here you're hoping to have a child.

  554. Some people here you're hoping to get attached, you know,

  555. being a romantic relationship, for feeling the right guy or girl.

  556. Because for those of us who are married, you know

  557. how important it is you get that's your wrong person, Desilla.

  558. Some of us here we are believing for I don't

  559. know providence in the career right. Some of us here,

  560. maybe we are having a health issue that the doctors

  561. the wrong to do.

  562. Maybe they try their best way. Hey, Johua Rafa a healer.

  563. Some of us here, maybe you got some challenges for

  564. your family. I don't know.

  565. Some of us here, maybe you're feeling very stuck. You know, like,

  566. oh man, I mean trying my best. I mean trying

  567. to do this, try and do that. I'm mean trying

  568. to pursue after this career. Or I been trying to

  569. build this and somehow it's not working out.

  570. Well.

  571. I've got a scripture that can encourage you.

  572. You guys want to hear it Isaiah at the fifty four.
