something that I received from God a few weeks back,

even for my own life, and I do believe that

God wants to release this to all of you here

in PJ. The title is dream Again, Dream Again, right

and yeah, dream again? Yeah? Oh man? So the phone

is that your yea, okay. I spend a lot of

time choosing the right phone. Yeah, you know, so it's

okay near mine. I think XTV will just do our best.

I guess it's default fund today. Yeah, but let's next time.

Let's try to find a way to keep the same

fun Bully Kenna. Yeah, I worked really hard yesterday. Anyway,

Dream Again X chapter two of verse seventeen to thirty one.

What does it say here? Let me give you a premier.

You know, this is basically Peter's sermon, right, and it

was right after the Pentecost, right after the Holy Spirit came.

And it reads here, you know, and it's actually a

scripture from the prophet Joel. It says here and it

shall come to pass in the last days, says God

that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh.

Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men

shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And

on my men servants and on my maid servants, I

will pour out my spirit in those days, and they

shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above, and

signs in the earth beneath blood and fire and vapor smoke.

The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon

into blood before the coming of the great and awesome

Day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass

that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall

be saved. Okay, And of course, now I mean here

living in the twenty second century, I think twenty second century,

we are experiencing what the prophet Joel you know, said

then and what Peter preached, you know, and he shared

about that about how God has poured out his spirit

on all flesh. Okay, So I'll start with this question. Now,

have you given up on your dreams? Well? How do

you relate now? Are in spirit on all flesh and

given Well? Have you given up on your dreams or

have you lost hope? You know? Some of us here

you know, in life we go through disappointments. In life,

we go through challenges, you know, and you know when

when we all start off, you know, the scripture says

the young men's see visions, the old man dream dreams. Okay,

it's very specific. Why it's like that, you know. You

know the dreaming. Dreaming means you it cannot happen, you know.

But when you see vision, right, it's a little bit different.

Vision is action. Vision is like, there is something I'm

looking towards to. And when you're young, you won't just

dream dreams because there's no dream to dream. Okay, you

just see vision. I foresee myself doing this, I foresee

myself going there. So you pursue that when you're young,

because you don't have much experience or life in the past,

but you have a focus to the future. There's more

time in the future. There are lot of things you

don't know. But when you grow older a little bit

the dynamic change. When you think about vision, you know,

it changes a little bit when you grow older because

you've got a lot of Well, Chinese say I eat

more salt than you eat rice. You know, that's what

the Chinese say. Right through the amount of time I'm around,

I have more experience, I go through more things, you know,

and it's a little bit different. Right. It also means

that you go through more disappointments, right, You go through

more challenges, you know. And we all know that in

life it is a race that we run, you know,

and we hope that we persevere through this race. Right,

And when we go through life and we go through challenges, right,

discouragements will come, la, Okay, disappointments will come. You know.

You have a dream, you have a plan, and then

something doesn't go according to your plan, and it's very frustrating.

It's very difficult to experience. But this morning, friends, I

want to encourage you because I believe that God wants

us to dream again. God wants us to believe again,

you know. And you know, when you start off hopeful

and all, you don't have much disappointments to deal with.

Maybe the disappointment is small. Maybe you know that's not

much at stake. You know. That's why people say, oh,

when you're younger, please take more risks, because you can

afford to take risks. But when you're older, a bit

hard to take risks because if you take any risk,

then you suff for more. Right. So a lot of

perspective is different, right. But sometimes you can also come

to a place where we are to all to believe,

or we've experienced too much heartache to want to dream again,

and then we settle or we tell ourselves that this

is going to be my life forever, where and forever.

It's not long life. It's like maybe I don't know

for me now, I mean, hopefully I live to a

right old age of eighty ninety plus. That gives me

another like forty years fingers crossed that Okay, looking at

my family history is about seventy plus years ola. Okay,

so the time and the clock is sticking. Okay. So

you know, you can come to this place where you

like settle or you're like, Okay, this is gonna be

my life. He's gonna be my family. Okay. You know,

I'm just gonna do because I've tried. But I mean

I've tried, God, I've tried. I've tried so and I've

come to a place where I'm tired and I want

to give up, you know, give up on my dreams.

Maybe you settle out, you give out your dreams, you know,

maybe you used to you know, believe that. I don't

know you can conquer the world. But then now the

older you get, the more tired you are, and then

you know you have family, you have responsibility, you have commitments,

you have you cannot take risks, So then we stop dreaming.

You're quiet, I'm guessing because you are internalizing this, right,

And I can tell you I am also like that.

When you're young, you believe in a lot of things.

But the older you get, the more cynical you become

or you can become. And for humans, our time and

life time is very limited. We've got eighty years, one

hundred years, right, maybe hopefully? I figures crossed? That got God?

People who live until so long on God? God? Okay um?

But God is limitless? Are you catching this perspective? God

is limitless now? Just because you are fifty six years

older and you're counting the days you go to heaven

fingers cross, hopefully go to heaven, doesn't mean God cannot

use the remaining ten years of your life to do

great things. Doesn't mean God won't be able to answer

your dream in the last five years that you have. Right,

how you know sign I used system? How shallow? Are

we to limit our God? Maybe the first sevent years,

hopefully not. The first sevent years of your life is preparation.

I remember when we were going to start fat Fish

as a company. I mean, now we operate as a

department in you know, in the church or in a ya.

But when we started off as a company, you know,

it was quite exciting actually, because I've always been interested

in entrepreneurship kind of stuff, you know. But I don't

know why I got called me full time now, because

I think I've got didn't call me full time, I'd

probably be you know, building, I mean, my someway problem.

But I can ask people who know me closely, I'm

I think entrepreneurially quite easily. Want you know, it's like

like that, like that like that right? And I ask God, God,

what you call me full time? Because full time is different.

You know, you need to have a heart for people,

and all sometime I feel I don't have that. Most

times I fear I don't have that, you know. I

wish that God called me out elsewhere, you know. But

so when the opportunity came to do flat Fish, I

had a lot of dreams, you know, I tell you

one of the dream that I don't know whether it

was happened or not, but one of the dreams was

to do a TV series that will go into Netflix.

That was a dream, right of course we did solve

like a series for suicide Prevention that didn't go to Netflix.

But I know KKM is using it as training for society.

By the way, not famous lab but not not not

trying to brag. And I know Befrienders used that series. Also,

only two episodes that series to do training. Yeah, sure, sure,

so you see I'm not famous, but God is using

the fruit to do other things, maybe things that mean more.

Although I will love that I will become famous, I

can't known about myself and not your Okay, so the

dream died right because things change? Okay, Um, yeah, there

are other dreams. I remember when I was a Campers student,

I wanted to be a rock star. I a lot

of dream star. Okay, a lot of nonsense dream star

now I think about it. I joined a band. You know,

we got uh oh that was crazy man in MM

times we actually got Audience award. Yeah, and I was

the leaguitaries. I don't know why I was legalaries. I

don't know oblige it. Well, one, I shouldn't have been

so a lot of dreams when you're young. Uh. You know,

my wife will tell you that when I was dating her,

I sing her a lot of songs. Now I don't

sing a lot of songs today. I used to write

a lot of songs. Right, and then my heart is

died and everything. When my heart is then I stopped.

I don't know what dreams you have, friends, what dreams

you had in the past. Maybe dreams to start a family,

maybe dreams to be in a relationship, maybe dreams to

I don't know what dreams you had, and how your

dreams died because of a circumstance, because of something that happened,

Because maybe the dream you had wasn't really meant to

be because God had better plans. And we have to

come to that realization that there is also a possibility.

Just because your dreams are not answered doesn't mean that

God's not there. Right. Just because you are not going

to be the top pickupball player the home glacier and

be invited rry doesn't mean that you're not doing God's will.

But as humans, we are very finite in our perspective

or the acaonomyans that's it nothing forever, give up everything, right,

But that's not true. Friends, read the Bible. Look at

the amount of people that had dreams that died and

God brought them to another level. If Joseph gave up

and said, whoe, it's me, I'm not gonna work hard

anymore in the prison, he wouldn't have ended up in

Pharaoh's court, and he wouldn't have been a prime minister.

There was a long short friends, but God was the

one guiding him all the way. God was the one

guiding him all the way. So God wants us to

dream again. This the encouragement I want to encourage all

of you. And at the end of the day, it

is up to you whether or not you want to believe. See,

we have a part to play. And there is actually

a recipe to this. Okay, when I read it, you know,

you know, it's not like really tends that by. It's

a recipe. There's a recipe towards experiencing God and having

abundant life. There is a recipe. There is a way

to live right, and let's study it a little bit.

Let's go back to the Old Testament. Are you guys

or following me, Let's go back to the Old Testament.

Let's read Joelle, right it is. I tell you. The

interesting thing about the Bible is that the Bible is

written in the span of a thousand years or two

thousand years, I don't know how long, Okay, but yet

the consistency of the text is there. So if anybody

comes and tells you that the Bible's not real and

you've got many, many interpretations and no, guys, please go

and do your own study and go and learn up

a little bit about how the Bible came to be

and who are these people? And why is it so consistent?

The Bible is very consistent. It is actually very difficult, right,

to be consistent over a span of I don't know

how many thousand years. It's tough, you know. Why do

I say that? Look at your textbook. Your sbm textbook

hasn't been consistent since the day you'll started, you know,

I think, Vonica, I don't know whether your date your

date like not not, PMLA, SRP or something like that.

I think we read the textbook be like man man,

this alien language, constantly different, is totally not consistent. But

the Bible has been consistent Joel chapter two. Right, it

says here the day of the Lot, the day of

the Lot. Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an

alarm in my holy mountain. Let all the inhabitants of

the land tremble, for the day of the Lot is

coming for eighties at hand. So the day of the

Lot is coming. So when you talk about the day

of the Lot, right, you can talk about redemption or

you can talk about you know, justice that's going to

be served. That means that there is a time of reckoning. Friends,

however you live your life today, there is going to

be a day where we will have to be take

account of everything we've done and said in our life.

That is why we believe as Christians. That means that

everything means something. There is a meaning to things, There

is a meaning when things happen to our lives. There

is a meaning, and we have to take account. No

matter how or where you live, no matter how much

money you have, no matter how intact or functional your

family is, you have to take account of your actions

and your life. You can't point finger and say, oh,

you know, my mother, father doyn't teach me. Well, maybe

they didn't, but God's word is here, and you guys

are here. So we have to take responsibility and take account.

Cannot just point to our background and say it's not

going to happen. Right, So the day of the Lord

is coming, friends, the day of the Lord. And then

what what's the recipe? But saying, well, the next point

is you try the thing. There is a call to repentance.

Now therefore, says the Lord, turn to me with all

your heart, with fasting and weeping and with mourning. So

rent your heart and not your garments. You get that term.

It's very poetic love. Rent your heart and not your garments. Right, hah?

You mean I'm supposed to be naked ran my garments. No,

n your heart means offer your heart and not your belongings.

You let me, Let me try go deeper a little bit.

You know. We talk about offering. We don't talk about money.

Money are sensitive. Okay, let's not talk about a ring.

We talk about treasure. Where your treasure is your heart

is also right. But God is not interested in your treasure.

He's interested in your heart. Think about it. Render your heart.

That's why he didn't ask give me all your belongings,

give me everything you own give me all your infant,

Give me your heart, because when he has your heart,

he has everything. And God wants everything in our lives.

So render your heart, not your garments. Someone's here. We've

rendered our heart to our love one, really, not to God.

That's why when the heart you know painful. I understand heartbreak.

I've been through it. Okay, I've given my heart to

But thank God, my heart was with Jesus. Yes, I

I'm still here. But if I render my heart to

the wrong thing or the wrong person, then I'm going

to be set up for failure. Return to the Lord,

your God. It's very interesting when the word is returned.

Not come for the first time. Return because we are

God's creation. That is the basis of our understanding. So

God is asking his children to return to him. If

you're here and you don't know who Christ is, you

don't know who God is, return to your father, for

he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of

great kindness, and he relents from doing harm. Oh, God

a call to repentance. Friend, firstly you have to understand

there is a reckoning coming right, and then there's a

call to repentance. We have to take stock of our lives. No,

some preachers will say live today as slow as though

tomorrow you're not gonna be around anymore. Then some will

scape you want to say live today as though Jesus

coming back tomorrow, where technically he is lakay even more

so now right, I tell you this whole Jesus coming back, Right,

I've heard since I was young until now, and I

can tell you he is coming back because the signs

are clear. For those who know and read the Word,

you will know that crisis coming back he is. So

we cannot live life nonchalantly anymore. We cannot live life

as though whatever it will be, it will be. It's okay.

God will understand, Yes, he understands. But there is a

day of reckoning that will come. So repent, repent, and

there is a promise that comes after that. Joel To

eighteen twenty seven. It says, let me read it. Maybe

I'll go through that later. God will restore what is lost. Right,

if you read that scripture, God will restore what is lost.

And then it comes to the scripture that we write

just now Joel two, twenty thirty two, that says, let's

see ya, yeah, and it shall come to pass, and

afterward that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh.

Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men

shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. And

also on my men's servants and on my mad servants.

I will pour out my spirit. In those days, I

will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth,

blood and fire and pillows of smoke. The sun shall

be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before

the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.

And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on

the name of the Lord shall be saved. For in

Mount Sion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, as

the Lord has said, among the remnants whom the Lord calls.

So God will pour out his spirit. So, friends, I

ask you another question. Remember, I say it as a

recipe knowing that there's a day reckoning coming back to

repentance and then allowing God to move in our lives.

But do you know that we're not alone because God

said he will pour out his spirit. God will pour

out his spirit upon all flesh, you know. And those

who call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

That's why when we ask people to receive Christ, that's

what's happening. People are calling upon the name of the Lord. Jesus,

come and save me. I need Christ in my life.

It is not an initiation, no, it is. It is

an acceptance of what God has already done into our life,

and then the spirit in us manifests itself so that

we become more like Christ. You'll see. This is how

it's working. Right. But there is a rendering of our

heart snow. That's why there's a lot of scriptures on

like walk by the Spirit and not by flash. People

have the struggle all these things. It's tough experience every day.

I hope I'm giving more clarity to us on how

we should conduct ourselves and what we should do and

why when we have struggled. Peter said, I do the

things I don't want to do, and I don't do

the things I want to do. What's he talking about?

Where I was talking about our daily life? Flower. Actually

I don't want to lie to the person, but then

I did it anyway because I want to save my height.

Actually I don't want to give bride, but I did

it anyway because you know, I cannot pay the bills.

But if we trust in the Lord, and we trust

that he'll provide, then we will do the right thing,

and then we will see God move. That's why it

says here I will show wonders in the heavens and

in the earth. That is where faith comes in France.

That is where faith comes in. And I'm seeing God

move in my life many many times through faith. I

want to encourage all of us. This is the way

to go, Amen, this is the way to go. Let

me introduce this spirit. Who is this spirit? X Chapter two,

verse one to four. Let's read When the day of

Pentacons had fully come, they were all with one accord

in one place, and suddenly there came a sound from

heaven as of a rushing, mighty wind, and it filled

the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared

to them divided tongues as of fire, and one set

upon each of them and they will all filled with

the Holy Spirit and begin to speak with other tongues

as the spirit gave them utterance. The Holy Spirit is

God's Spirit, pour out on all men, and all of

you have it. As long as you call upon the

Lord and say Christ is my Lord, you are safe

and the spirits on you. You catch that. It doesn't matter.

No oh no, only pastors have the Holy Spirit. Only

the oay, I'm not gonna use other clergy after I

just used pastor. Okay, no, no, no, the monk is

you know who prays? No no, no, God said I will

pour out my spirit on all men, or you mean

that I must sayeran yes, yes, that's why you can pray.

You So that's why we pray for people who spread

in tongues. You know, all these other hierarchical issues is

a man made thing in God's hierarchy. It's simple and

I'll go deeper into it. Because men we need, I

don't know, we need to create things like this is

sometimes we create a lot like you look at the

history of church and no, it's all man made. Not know,

Jesus made it very simple for us. We complicated. We

love to complicate it, right, so the Holy Spirit, who

Holy Spirit. That's why we baptize people in the name

of the Father, in the name of the Son, and

in the name of the Holy Spirit. You know, every

time we finish church we have benediction. You know, it's

not just done just because of traditional there is meaning

in it. One friends, may you go and made the

communion of the Father and of the Son and the

Holy Spirit be with you all I don'tbody all see

the meaning of it. There is meaning when we say

these things, you know some of things. We do these things,

and then it's like in here out here, like we

don't realize the significance. He's very significant, and then we

ask ourselves, Oh God, why nothing happening in our life?

You activate readly or not the cut you activate readly

or not. Right, you have to activate it because if

we don't activate, it's not on the world. If if

the spirit is part up but we're still living in

the flesh, how is the spirit gonna move your cash?

Diannerd right? So the spirit okay, let me share if

you are the spirit does right, and this might be

something that you're will will feel it, Okay. The spirit

convicts our hearts of sin. That's why we say, you know,

you can evangelize to people right, but you cannot convince

them one because the spirit will convict. Because when people's

hearts are ready to receive the spirit will. God's Spirit

has porter on all flesh, friends, porter on our flesh

will convict our hearts. John sixteen eight says, Okay, Nevertheless,

I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage

that I go away. This Jesus right. For if I

do not go away, the helper will not come to you.

But if I depart, I will send him to you.

And when he has come, he will convict the world

of sin and of righteousness and of judgment. Of sin

because they do not believe in me. Of righteousness because

I go to my Father and you see me no more.

Of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. Okay,

let me break that down a little bit for your

For I hope you guys are following me where I'm

going on. Have you been in a situation before where

you're doing something and then I mean, it's not so

good whatever That something is feeling the blanks, lying, cheating, whatever,

and then you feel bad, even though you benefit from

the act, you feel bad. Friends, the Holy Spirit is

convicting your heart. Why some people they can be evil

and all, well, they got no God spirit in them.

And can I give you a fair warning. The more

you ignore the Holy Spirit, the more easier is it

to do evil. Is ignoring you know, you know, God's

a gentleman. Someone told me this before. I didn't really

understand that. But it's true. God's not going to force you.

He is not going to force you. Oh God, tie

my hand. No receiving Christ is free will. It is

so inclusive that anybody can accept. There is no requirement,

only acceptance. However, upon acceptance it is conditional. You'll catch that.

That's why it's a free give anybody can take on.

There is no requirement. You cannot prove yourself and open

to anybody no matter how But once you accept the

gift of eternal life on, once you accept Christ, it

is conditional because you have to devote in that life

to Him. Your catch there not. But sometimes we are

in the middle. That's why it gets blurry, you know.

And the Bible says we all work in progress, right

I work in progress, Your way in progress, always away

in progress. But the spirit, the Spirit in you, convict

your hearts. That's why you are feeling what you're feeling.

It's not Jiminy Cricket by your side for those who

understand the reference or the Angel and the devil. No,

it is the Holy Spirit that speaks. Let me tell

you what else the Spirit does. Because once you understand

what the Holy Spirit does, then you know how to

activate and you know how to build relationship with him.

The Spirit transforms us as we are being born again,

the spirit gives us new life. Have you heard of

those testimonies when someone become a Christian one hundred and

eighty degree change. One of the persons that I was

amazed that I thought, in my life, I will never

see safe. In my life, I will never see nobody

will save this person. I accepted, Okay, this again last

time when I was younger, I accepted that highly likely

this person's going to go to hell. I accepted, because

no one is going to be able to convince this person.

Nobody's gonna be able to save this person. And this

person was my grandmother, so cruel, elvin. This how no

hope I had. I thought, maybe I can reach my

granddad first and then but you aren't know the cool

thing that happened. God saved my grandma. She was the

one that used to persecute my family, you know, save

my grandma. And then my granddad got safe. And then

a hundred and eighty degree change. A seventy year old lady.

And we always say that you all are you cannot

change your habits are one hundred and eighty degree change?

Is it just the disciple sheep program in the church.

Is it because she got good friends? Is it because

all it is a transformed life because the spirit of

God is upon her? Is she perfect? No, not perfect,

but one hundred and eighty degree change. I am amazed.

So in our lives, sir, there is a chance that

we can change. Never say you cannot change. As long

as God is there, he can help you, you can change.

The question is are you wheeling or not? Are you

submitted or not? I have changed so much from the

first day people know me until I've changed so much,

hopefully for the better. I think for the better? Lah right,

But it is because from my own effort. No, it

is the spirit. Many times I'll be doing something and

then of course make me stake it is, say wrong thing,

and then the spray will convict me. When what do

you do? And I'm like, okay, sorry God. See I'm

willing to listen to God. No, that's why I say

there's that transformation. Amen. Jesus answered most assuredly. I say

to you, unless one is born of water and the spirit,

he cannot enter the King of God. You know what

just said by water baptism law. Okay, that which is

born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is

born of the spirit Spirit. Do not marvel that I

say to you, you must be born again. The wind blows,

wh it wishes, and you hear the sound of it,

but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes.

So is everyone who is born of the spirit. Basically,

Jesus just trying to say, is a It is a

very say it is a very supernatural thing that happens. Right.

You won't be able to figure it out, but it

is true. So there's transformation. What else happens, Well, the

spirit leads us to live for God. You have a

struggle to live for God. The more you listen to

the Holy Spirit, the more you live for him. The

less you listen to the Holy Spirit, the more you

listen to your friends, the less you live for God.

It's not very complicated, right and Romans eight twelve seventeen. Okay,

let's read it death for brethren, we adaptors not to

the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if

you live according to the flesh, you will die. But

if by the spirit you put to death, the deeds

of the body you will live this time might be

Have you seen Christians who have given up everything in

their lives but are like the most joyful people on

this earth because they are living by the spirit, not

by the flesh. At the same time, have you seen

Christians who have everything, but they're not happy and fulfilled.

we will be fulfilled. But when we live for ourselves, well,

there will be a death, spiritual death right for as

many as are led by the Spirit of God, these

are sons of God. For you did not receive the

spirit of bondage again to fear, but you receive the

spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out Abah. Father,

the Spirit himself best witness without spirit that we are

children of God. And if children, then heirs heirs of God,

and join heirs with Christ. If indeed we suffer with Him,

then we may also be glorified together. So understanding that

the Spirit leads us to live for God, then wouldn't

make sense sposed to listen to Holy Spirit? More? Who

do we trust? Right? This other coop one. The Spirit

sure how many if you have experienced sometimes in your

situation in your life, you get a scripture that speaks

directly to that situation. It is the Holy Spirit. The

amount of times are where and of course you have

to read the Bible are If nothing in, then nothing

can come out loud. So something have to go in first.

You've got to read the Bible first, and then the

spirit can activate all the words, because if there's nothing,

why is it to activate right? Or it might be

red FUZZYLA oh, I think God said this. I heard

the scripture say it's red fuzzy. But when you read

the Bible and it's inside, the Spirit will teach you, hey,

this is this situation where you apply this. This is

this situation you apply that you know, And I tell

you the amount of times where when I'm talking to

someone over that I'm advising someone right where there will

be just an activation of a scripture that is for

the person. I cannot count and if and I'll be

lying to tell you, oh, actually, I really prepare the

scripture beforehand. I really know nothing. Some scriptures are like

just appear like okay, this sounds like it applies to

this person's life right now, and it'll be an encouragement

to the person, and it will give life and peace

to the person. And I released the word. He's not

pass alvina, it's Holy Spirit now, no power. No, But

sometimes we come to a place where we you know,

human's life. We're very simple minded, right, oh, this person

were holy and right, No, it's not a person. It's

the spirit in the person. It is the gifting that

the Lord has given him or her. We've got to

recognize that that's what God gives all the glory, not

a person. Right. So the Holy Spirit teaches you. He does,

he does teach you. You tap into it. The problem

sometimes it's not that there's no teaching. The problems and nights,

it's good teaching. Come we listen or not. Sometimes that's

the problem. This, this, this one more that will encourage you.

The Spirit intercedes for us in our weakness. Romans Etun says, likewise,

the Spirit also helps us in our weaknesses, for we

do not know that we should pray for us we ought,

but the Spirit himself makes intercessions for us with groanings

which cannot be uttered. Friends, I'm the first one that

will tell you here that I am not perfect and

I have so much weaknesses. But every time I hear

someone tell me that, you know, it feels I new performed.

Like even last night, you know, me and my wife

were talking to a young adult and person say, you know,

sometimes I don't feel like doing something. I don't feel

like you know, it feels I have to put on

a face off front and to fake it till I

make it, even in church. Because I'm a leader, and

I say that's so normal. I'll be lying to say

that every time I come to church very happy and

very you know, know, the Lord is with me and

no there are days where we're weak, but the Bible

says when we are weak, we are strong. It's a

promise that God has no is it because of your effort.

No is God. It is God in our lives that

is interested in every area of our lives, in our

work life, in our relationships, in everything in your kids.

God is interested. Can we work with him? He helps

us in our weaknesses. You feel weak today, You're not perfect. Hey,

spirits helping you. You just gotta acknowledge him. The Spirit

gives us gifts for the ministry, wow like bub First

Corinthians twelve seventeen eleven says, but the manifestation of the

Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all.

For to one is given the word of wisdom through

the spirit, to another, the word of knowledge through the

same spirit through another, faith by the same spirit to another,

gifts of healings by the same spirit to another, the

working of miracles to another, prophecy to another, discerning of

spirits to another, different kinds of tongues to another, the

interpretation of tongues but one and the same Spirit works

all these things, distributing to each one individually as he wills.

And the Bible does teach us how the Church would

administrate itself through the five four ministry. Okay, I'm not

going to go deep into that, and that is something

that in ext church we are one thing to operate

more and more in you know, the role and the

title of a pastor. I don't know in no where

I read in the Bible that there's pastor, shepherd la

Maybe that's the term we use, but in today's context

what pastor is like ooh thop man? Then what happened

to the other five four ministry? And then is says

that the five ur ministry is given to equip the Saints? Friends?

Can I ask you a simple question, don't have to answer?

Think about it. Who are the Saints? Are you mean

Saint Peter? They're not around anymore? Who are the Saints?

Are you mean? The most holy person here? Need equipping? Hello?

The Saints are all of you to do what to

go out there and live your life as believer us

and to be used by God in wherever you are.

And the role that we have here for those that

are given these giftings is to equip the Saints. Right,

to encourage the church to get everywhere and move forward. Right,

But it's tough out there, so many disappointments, so many discussions,

somebody uncertainty. Right, Spirit gives us gifts for the ministry

and the spirit. This is also power of transformation. The

spirit produces fruit within the life of a believer Galatians five. Right.

But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace,

long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control. Against such

there's no law. And those who are Christs have crucified

the flesh with his passions and desire to see those

who are christ have crucified the flesh with its passions

and desires. If we live in the spirit, let us

also walk in the spirit. Let us not become conceited,

provoking one another, envying one another. See. The issue with

this right is that some of these things that I

just mentioned is very clear on that if we have

the spirit in us fully activated, the fruit will show.

And of course I say, don' judge people are so yes,

no judge people, But I would say this last it

is not hard to tell whether or not a believer

has the fruit of the spirit or not. So sometimes

God will help us, okay, But we also need to

understand that when we follow Christ, we will be transformed.

And if there is no transformation, then something is stuck,

something needs to be addressed, something needs to be crucified

in our lives. Right, and the Lord will reveal to

you friends, God is in the business of restoration. Let

me go back to Droughout chapter two. God is in

the business of restoration. It's very round about, right, I

talk about restoration. But you see there is a recipe

to it. Repentance have to come because if the house

is messy and has rubbish, how are you going to

put new things inside? If the life is you know,

think about it. I just bought a few new taps

that day, right, there was a sale installing. I bought

new tap of ware, and of course got dirt inside,

you mean, got dead inside the tape. I will straight

away take out and put food inside and put it

in the freezer and then eat it the next day

without washing the Tapewa, You have to wash it first,

Mark Corona, How many of you will do that? By

new tap don't wash, don't lift up your hands either

your your stomach weaving power right, or you have a

lot of bower problems. Yeah, a lot of faith, Yeah,

strong kind of faith isn't No, you gotta wash it first, right,

My people shall never be put to shame. So we

got to determine first we got people or not. And

if we have God's people. Then what do we need

to do? God wants to restore our dreams. And let

me tell you why we go through challenges. Let me

tell you why we go through different things. John says

it very clearly. The thief does not come except to

steal and to kill and to destroy. I have come.

Christ have said that they may have life, and they

may have it more abundantly. So I'll share this personal

story with you a little bit personal, well not personal

that is sensitive, but just personal in terms of dreams.

In the year two thousand and five, very long ago,

when I just joined ex church and the time X

we were five years old, very new, were fresh. I

think about I don't remember how many people at that time,

maybe one hundred plus, I think, you know, and we're

new church, excited, you know, all young people. You know,

we believe that God called us to change Malaysia. Uh.

And one of the things where you know, uh, you know,

the wonderful thing about passes Parsicana. Until today they are

still dreaming, okay, or at least Parsicanias is dreaming and

passes sen Raos. So you know she has annoing thing

with certain things, you know, because she really always encourage

us to not live a mediocre life, but to live

a life full of the spare of excellence. And one

of the things that we wanted, or we we an

idea that came up for us to do. I don't

have a big chure. I was looking for big justice

now that we wanted to again reach out to people,

and we did. When we were planning our first Christmas

production Church Mom Mus do Christmas right, and you know,

there a few of us. I was part of the team.

I remember, uh and uh, we actually had leaders meeting

in Peace Heaven. I don't want to just remember that

the time. We were not together yet. Uh yeah, not

together yet, not interested so uh, you know, but we

all leaders were there young, right, and we were there

and I remember being called for meeting, right me a

good friend, uh, you know, and uh, I think Ellie

was there and then passes Senra and five of us

we sat around at the table at the entrance of

Peace Heaven and we were discussing, Hey, let's do a

Christmas play. Let's start something, you know. Uh, And of

course I was involved. Uh And when I was younger,

of course, when when you talk about production, all you

want to you want to be the director, you want

to do the scriptwrector. But although there's a desire, but

I always, i'm always very comfortable playing a second role

one supporty row. I'm okay one, you know. And because

there was a good friend that was like leading the

charge right then, the personally, the charge, road script and everything,

I'm like, okay, I'll just support you. I'll be a producer.

And that was in two thousand and five. And of

course that started, uh, you know, us dreaming about different things,

you know. It of course started as Christmas play, and

then it grew and then we had this crazy idea

or like the mandate was involved as many people as

you can. So we actually had a Christmas play that

had about one hundred carts and crew. It's madness logistically,

and we had it in a level to summit, you know.

And the title of the show was the guy who

sang the Better song very long, okay, right, the guy

who sang the better song. And we started our foray

into theater and production right. Uh. And I've always liked

the because you know, in film industry and all. And

I took theater elective in college, so I'm familiar with

it now go for a show and stuff like that.

You know. Then we always say like, oh, you know

people who go to the more cultured you know, stuff

like that. Anyway, so we did it. We started and

that was a start, and for the next few years

we did Christmas play after Christmas, and he got better

and better and better, and you know, we were known

for a place, right, we were known for a place.

And of course with the doing of the play, although

are the dramas la okay, because when you work with

creative people, then you have creative drama, right, and then

you have people who are happy not happy people who

and then we learn now we learned, you know, you

have people who you know, we do know that a

place can be as spiritual. So because sometimes we have

the bad guy and then the bad guy really become

bad guy after that, you know, don't know why do

not spirit there? I mean it can be very the

kind of thing, okay and up down, different directors, different things.

And it even came to a point ten years later

that we even thought maybe we could do a player

that will earn money people pay to watch. And that

time I think other Terachus were doing place. And then

we decided to do a play met of the year,

maybe do Christmas because again, but friends, again, I must

tell you we're not just doing play for the sale

or doing play. We want to use it as an

outreach tool. And we also see the benefit of like

a project that all of us can come together and

people are excited. You know, we had non believers joining

us for the play. We had people who experience God

see how we run things. At the same time, we

also got drama people shouting not happy and stuff and

we had to like navigate that and we learn that.

You know, uh, twenty eleven, can we have the photo?

So twenty eleven we did the Tailorman man in I

think PJ Life Arts right here, Yeah, we did the

tailor maman in PJ Live Arts. I cannot remember whether

it was. I think it was this one. It was

this one that we did it and that time. This

is the like I think second or the time we

did the play where we actually sell like yeah, second

time we actually did a play that cel tickets one

we actually come buy and watch, right, and the time

it was Yella right, and I think it was display

I know when they display or the previous one one

of it because we did the Telamentment twice right that

we actually won audience Best Costume Award for both Cameronian.

He I mean they were trying to promote like the

art same Malaysia we actually want to like and think

think about it, it's like who they're right, tailament men.

Next day we did Esther. We also did the play

outside and the year after that we did nothing and

the dream died. I won't go too much into detail

of what happened and what happened, but of course in

normal life things happen. Now, people go away, and every

time we do displays, right, there always seems to be

one or two casualties. One always go on. People not happy.

Uh sorry, I will say this like people get too

full of themselves to the point that this defines them,

and then the moment is gone. Then suddenly they got

issue with things. You know, and I do believe that

sometimes the issues really insitedly one. But it took this

project to let it come out, and unfortunately they didn't

overcome it. I be very honest with you. Okay, So

nothing happened for a while and then a dream died. Right,

It was almost like wow, we reached the top, the

top of the church theater, play seeing con actually paying

good money to watch now, you know, And then it

died and we didn't do one show. We do three shows, right,

And all this time I was involved producer helping. I

also somehow got sucking. The drama got once I was

too busy doing other things, and then I was helping.

I thought I was doing a good job, but apparently

I was not doing a good job. I got complaints, right,

and then of course I have to defend myself. Lot drama,

A lot of nonsense stuff happened at the background, and

for me, the sad thing was, however, wonderful We presented

something and there were fruits that I can tell you

there were fruits. I think we had one or two

people that I don't know that they came to know

the lot after that play. But there were a lot

of fruits in terms of building the team and all.

But at the same time, I also believe that, you

know what the Bible says, the teeth doesn't come but

to still care and destroy. You know, when you go

through success in life, the devil's not happy. And then

start playing with different harts and start, you know, I mean,

unfortunately with people that didn't recover from the challenges which

you had said. But we all could look back at

this and say, well, Lord, that was great. You did something.

You brought the church together. You know we could not

have done this without the church. I can tell you,

despite the challenges, and I also do recognize that when

we face challenges are that it opportunity for us to

grow and mature. But unfortunately we had casualties la. So

then dream died. And then a few years back, because

I was faithfully still here, I guess quite a lot

of people have gone to do other things. I mean,

not happy than golo what to do, and I'll stay

around and I'm like God, I still feel there has

to be something, and I try to do something. Okay,

all the how all not around, orma all there used

to be the hate not around. So okay, let me

as the second try to do something, create something. Then

we did outreach, there was downstairs, and then we tried

to do play and then nothing, and then pandemic happened,

and then it died again. And then last year Victoria

and me want to do a play friends. I will

be honest with you. I wait rare busily, and then

suddenly I had to do these extra thing for this school. Yes,

my kids were in it and all and whatever. I

wasn't very willing. And because you know, when you're in

a team, right and you are the only one with

the skill set, you and another person somehow, whether you

want to or not, people are going to look to

you and say can you and sort of like we're

put the same theme, but then you do most of

the work last year. I last year. So so last

year we did a rehash of the guy who sang

the better song and were scrambling, and we did and

and I think one of the only reasons why I

did it was because I know the school needed it.

I know the school needed something to cause them to

dream again. So I sacrifice and really we did it.

Praise God, everything happy. And then they see it. Can

I be honest and tell you that I didn't want

to do because I already I got other things to

do this The young people think, get a new scriptwriter

to write, get someone else, And I don't write script one.

I'm not the scriptwriter. I read comfortable in my little hole, right.

I don't want I don't want to. It's not in

my dream. Also, I thought, but just last year, I

remember having a sit down Pasta can I say, you know,

maybe you should do something. Expressions are be careful what

you asked for? Right, Remember I said, I'm very big

on entrepreneurship. I think it's something God gave me a

lot that I can see opportunity that other people can

all see a lot of times, and not just in business,

in any area, whether it's we was live, whether it's

projects that will help elevate that. I can see opportunity

when no one sees it. And I'll be the only

joker that says, let's do it, let's go for it.

And then halfway I'll be telling myself why did I

even agree to do this? Because it's so hard? So

came again, va should we do it again? And then

start again again if I have to be involved again,

you know, very very begrudgingly. And I was very close

to telling Pasta Pasta, I don't be involved this year.

I'm very busy, very close, but somehow I didn't have

the chance to meet him and tell him that. So

it was that one we I still remember this one

with very close one week. Right, it was a grudging

I don't want to do and then souddenly have to

write script or sort of like you know, you think

of the idea and you write a script. Now, okay,

can I tell you I reach a breaking point? You know,

to you. I would just wing it. And then I

told Pastor Sandra, Pastor, I write script. I need two days.

I went and bake it. It was that two weeks.

I remember the breaking post that two weeks from the

you know what, I'm gonna have a I don't do

this project anymore. I'm want to give up. I'm not

giving up. I'm not yet sorry. I'm too busy out

the things. So I will pass it to someone else.

There's more better suited, you know, because they are younger,

they're right, better screen and stuff like that. They are problem,

not my problem. Breaking point? Can I go? Whyever? La?

No choice right? No choice? Right? In the no choice,

I just do LA, And I remember we had a

family trip that time. Let me tell you the breaking point.

God changed my heart. Because if it's my own flesh,

it will never happen. But because the spirit is in me,

he changed my heart. Let me tell you how He

changed my heart. After the whatever line or God spoke

to me, Elvin, both your boys are going to the school. Right, Yeah,

he changed my heart, He changed my perspective. I know

you are very busy and all, but where else are Elvin?

Do you, as a father have an opportunity to directly

do something that will impact your kids' experience in school?

Who else have this chance? Where else do you have

the opportunity to embark on the pro Yes, a lot

of work, but embank on the project. They will impact

the lives of one hundred and sixty students in school.

No way, No, people want to do this, have to

a different perspective. God changed my heart to dream again.

doing this for VA right, how about X church? And

then the time I still really like a bit, so

I spoke past Okay, now we're smile. So I said, Pasta,

I think you should do something. But I will come

in two years. Only then I will find someone else

to take all my place so that the person can

lead this and bring it to an our level. But

I will commit. I will, I will our advice or

you know, I will give what I canna. I wear

busy Ma. There was then then the v A play happened.

Let me tell you the cool thing that I saw

in the v aplay. I say, see opportunity, right, beyond

the whole having fun, everybody enjoyed themself. I'll just share

this one conversation I have with one of the students,

which was one of the main casts. So the week

before the student came here because the dad was doing

sound and student was here, and then she was sitting

at the back there and then she was looking at

the stage and I went and talked to her. I said, Hey,

how you feeling the stage? Like yeah, yeah, yah. I

came to Sila and I'm like, why don't you go

on stage because you're backing up? How can I say, yeah,

of course, you know, going stas Philip. Philip know you're actor.

You have to feel the stage show that next week.

Can amy imagine it down stocking a person? And then

and then she said, you know what, you know the

cool thing Baselan. When I was young, young like younger, okay,

it's not very old, young younger, my mom used to

work part time for the data company that ran this place.

It's like ten years ago. I know them because they

they were the conduit that allowed us to use this place.

And she said, you know, they used to get tickets

because the couple was to have kids, and then because

the mom worked here, you know, and then they used

to get tickets to kind of watch because they do

at children place, and I used to come here and

sit down in one of those chests to watch. But

now I'm on stage. Sorry'm getting a bit emotional. Now

I'm on stitch and I'm going to perform for people.

I'll tell you what. I'm emotional because I know this

young person, I know their background, I know that life

has been tough. But with my reluctant obedience. Again, I'm

not saying that I'm very big time. I'm just saying

that with my contribution to the project, a young person

has something to look forward to. It's not about the play.

It's not about how good the play is. It's about

this young person's life. And God give me a perspective.

We do these things thinking that it is just the

big day, big event and the fame. But God uses

us to impact lives. The amount of testimonies that came

out of the play this year, I guess me excited

enough to go. I'm gonna write scrap for next year

because we hear a story. We had a mom who

said my daughter has never opened her mask because she

wears shy even in school, and we know who this

person is. She was on stage dancing with no masks.

The mom was crying the whole time the play is running.

I heard that that same when I'm like, Wow, Lord,

something like a play and six months of our stress

life can change lives. I do wonder what else you

can do. So God wants us to dream again. I

don't know what dream you have friends this morning. For me,

I never the dream was like back of the head,

but I never pursued it. But God, once, do you

people who are willing, people who believe in Him. And again,

we are not doing it alone. It is the Holy

Spirit that leads us. You know, if I guess the

difference is that if we were to do a play

only and there was no spirit of God, we probably

wouldn't have testimonies. You'd probably just be, oh, it's funny. Yeah,

we had a good time, and that's it. But God

showed me how a play project can change lives. It's

so amazing. It was so amazing. So I wonder what

God can do in your life. What God can use

in your life that can impact people and that can

give them hope, that can give them peace. I watched

a TikTok video yesterday. There was this girl that was,

you know, I mean some you know, my finish journey,

so sometimes some of these things. I'm a pretty big girl.

She was sharing a red long sharing about how she

was crying because she said she saw this guy coming

and he was checking her out, and she felt very

inferior because just the other day two guys came and

saw her and under their breath day he just coughed

ougre and she couldn't hear it. But then she made

it out and then she was very hurt. And she

was there almost every day trying to lose weight. And

then when this guy came and she saw she immediately

pull back and go like, oh no, he's gonna he's

gonna say something. He's gonna say something. He's going to

say something. He's gonna and the guy was like ripped.

And the guy looked at her and said, Hey, I

recognize you. You're here every day, and I want to

let you know that I'm proud of you. You never

know what God can use you for. If only you

were more some missive, if only you were more sensitive

to the Holy Spirit, if only we allow God to

move in our lives because it's all him, you know, friends,

it's never us, is never us. Am I the most

talented scriptwriter. I can tell you No, I got all

crazy nonsense ideas. But they're probably other scriptwriters. They're better

than me. Maybe he went here, maybe even in the school.

But let me tell you the difference. I was really

reluctantly at first. Now not so reluctant. God wants us

to dream again, friends, He wants He never wants us

to be in a place where we are down and out.

There's no benefit to him. But when we can believe,

we can trust, when we can be led by the spirit, Wow,

the glory goes back to him. It is beneficial for

God that you live an abundant life, because you will

give him the glory. It is not beneficial for him

for you to live in trouble and sadness and disappointment

and discouragement. No, it's not. He wants us to rise

up and today my encouragement is this, Call upon the

name of the Lord, and you will be safe. Call

upon the name of the Lord, and you will be safe.

And the day of the Lord will arrive. Not that

we are judged, but that his spirit is poured out

on all of us, and that we function in the

will and the leading that God has for our lives.

Who is going to influence your Is it gonna be

adopt your worries or is it going to be gone?
