We hope this message will light up your tea.

So I want to speak about discipleship this morning. Okay,

what is God really after? What God is really after

in our lives? Because we talk about discipleship, we talk

about different things in different aspects and different focus. But

I want to encourage you that you know God's really

after our hearts. He is And because why is He

after us? Because He doesn't want us to know about

the promise lab but not enter, know about his promises

but not experiencing it, know about his direction but not

following it. You know how frustrating that that could be,

that you know about something you want, that you want

to enjoy it, but you couldn't. It's not that you

couldn't because of this qualification, because your education status or

something like. But hearts, the tune of Isuel came off

of Egypt with that direction and knowing that they're supposed

to hit to a place called the Promised Land. But

the tune of Visual couldn't enter because your hearts weren't

together with low. Their hearts was in a place whereby

not right. And God doesn't want you to enter a

place right and not enjoy it. It's even heart. So

the lords our hearts. And many times God will give

us opportunities or use situations in our lives to review

the condition of our hearts. He does. He will use situation,

come on challenges. He will use circumstances the daily decision

that we make to reveal. For example, we say that

put your trust in God right, don't be anxious, don't

really our hearts. It could be a medical report. I

met a guy in Karachi about two months ago. He said,

you know, he went for a medical checkup. He didn't

feel well. With his body. Indonesia, he went for medical checkup.

The doctor just say, you got only a bone issue.

You have bones issue. It that's it he did. He

didn't fully agree with the report, and just the wife said,

why don't you fly back to me married someone from

is Malaysia, fly back to me to Kuching, and now

let me arrange all the doctors for you bring a

medical report over there and get a second opinion. When

there got a second opinion and doctor said, you don't

have a bone issue, but you'll have fourth stage cancer.

I want you to imagine right now, the moment you

get the count of report right your heart, you just

your heart just dropped, thinking that what on earth just happened?

Twenty four hours ago? I was all right. Twenty four

hours ago, I could operate. Twenty four hours ago, I

could enjoy life. But the moment then when the report

comes man, you begin to search a foundation. You begin

to like God, where are you? So? God does allow

situation to review the condition of our hearts. Where our

hearts are at? Is at right? Why is this important?

But without the challenges that our life, we won't know

the real condition. You will not Without the challenges you

and I will not know the real condition. Say you know,

because many times we're all right, we're okay until God

bring us through the fire to know. Really, your hearts

need to be revealed so you can work on it. See,

God revealed things in our life for us who look

on We we think that we are obedient or folding

the Lord, but sometimes you are not. Come on, I'm

not here to put anyone down or discourage anyone. But

sometimes in our journey as a believer f ens, we

think we are fooling the Lord. Right, I'm going to

do the scripture. Afterwards, we think that we are obedient.

We think that God, this is what you want, but

actually we could be so far away from the truth.

We can ban things already use scripture. One line of scripture,

go to the natural service, right, So I could imagine

if you're not here, you're there all right, But you're

not there, so so where are you at home? So

we could actually come on, use the Lord's name. Use

scripture to justify our choices. Now you know why I

only speaking of once in five months, right, to justify

our choices in life. Let me tell you the scripture

all right, first seven of the fifteen verst one. You

know this story right about Samuel and Saw. All right,

Samuel said the sor the Lord has sent me to

his instruction was very clear, destroy everything that they have,

to interpret things based on our own understanding without seeking

the Lord. Many times in the church life or church

history right that we cannot just apply this human wisdom

you and I need to obey God's word. God say forgive,

even though that you just do not understand. But if

the Lord says to forgive, we need to forgive. But

I say it, saw, our friends spare again the best

of the ship, our certain feelings and the lamb. Everything

they don't like, they think is worthless, they destroy, and

sometimes with us as well. We do what we like.

What we don't like, we don't do. Come on, we

do only do what we one, and what we don't

like we don't do and worse. Fifty six, So say

where your heart is, your destiny will follow as well.

So therefore phrase it's not about the king. It's not

What's valuable to us, friends, may not be as valuable

scripture last night. Those who sow to the Lord, you

definitely will read. You will definitely read. I've not seen

anyone that's surrendered the Lord that gets the short end

of the stick. I have not. I have seen how

people give their life for the Lord and God reward.

uses the natural circumstances. He uses the situation in your life.

He uses the choices that you make, the outcome of

your life to reveal where your heart is at, so

that his work could speak to Minister. Friends, we love

the scripture. God is our shepherd. We shall not be

in one. This is a great pasture. Still waters we

love that. The next one of the scripture says, the

shadow of death when you walk through it. The image

God understand there will be days whereby it's like a valley.

He knows, but he also wants the encourage us. Do

want to honor God in your relationship? You're making tough choices.

sure where you are with your journey, but I just

want to close to remind us God reminds us again,

you shall love the Lord, your God with all your heart,

soul and strength. We're our heart. Where our hearts are,

that's where you will go. As well. As I close,

your friends, I got to go to a close. As

I close, I don't want anyone to end the year

or miss out. I need. The more we say yes

to the Lord, friends, God will go deeper. I truly

believe that. But yeah, the same time, as you grow

Christian faith. I mean, there has to be more. Now.

I begin to understand why people reach us to Asia

because it's no longer friends. It's no longer about them

saying say that the buildings or what we have, but

the purpose that my life must be counted. I must

be able to make a difference. I must leave something

behind that there's something within us that you and I

know that must go deeper. Like you know, there's always

a barrier that you'll be hitting. You couldn't go forward.

And maybe this is it because I follow you Lord,
