what are you saying? You know, if you call extras

your home, what do you want to do? And again

we're not expecting everybody to like, oh, everybody starting or

become this, become that. No, no, no, guys, we need clarity

of where we are hitting. And there's SCRIPTURALA shares some

scriptures on that clarity and the unity path. But we

also understand that everybody is on their own journey and

everybody is on their own pacing. But you see, you

need to also understand that there is a plan forward land.

It is not no planner God plan.

No is this maybe prior to this we don't really

understand a plan or we're from different backgrounds and you know,

but you need to understand that there is a plan,

you know, uh, and we are heading towards something that

God has well least is leading the leadership to do.

And whoever that we are I would say taking care

of in the context of a church. The sheep we

also go together, la, you know, because if not imagine

that the shepherd want to bring the sheep somewhere and say,

hey there the grass greener, come, come, come.

attentively because we know that the word of God is

sovereign and the word of God will speak to you.

That's my generation. The new generation be different.

I know sometimes there's an expectation that you need to

be more entertaining, so I'm trying my best credit jokes.

But the reality is, as we're going through this, what

is God saying to you? Have you even considered that

God is speaking and it's not just a man's voice.

That is my encouragement. Consider it this way. You know,

not easy to do what we're doing today, But what

is God saying to you?

The last week we talked about the tree, els, the loss,

the leaders, and the leaven.

Right. God's heart is for people who are not here yet.

It's God's hard for you, yes, but you have been found,

you are safe, You're in the flock. Praise the Lord.

Can your neighbor and say I'm glad you're here. If

look at your other neighbor and say, thank God you're here.

There's many more people who are not here. There's many

more people who don't know Jesus yet. Guys, come on,

I would say, I would change it and say the

don't touch that tree. You can touch any tree. You

can eat from the tree of life. No friends, how

many of you want to live forever? So you say,

I would love that you can eat from this tree.

Do not touch the tree of good and evil. If

that we cannot touch. Or I would say there's something

that we shouldn't touch. Right, there's things that you shouldn't touch. Okay,

If someone is married, don't touch law.

you hear and obey God, then he is your God

No, it's God.

No, you treat him as God. It is a choice,

will set aside money, time and everything else for him.

It's not just a money issue, right, It's up to

us to decide.

There is one. There's one scripture and the Bible to

say your first fruits. You're not first ruth is first

truths or anything you give it until the Lord totally

you know. So for them, of course, in those days,

first in our life. That's the question we have to answer.

the Bible, it's totally different.

No, it's God is God. No, you are not God.

No means whatever God says, not whatever man say. But

whatever God say, I'm gonna follow.

Yes, God does speak to men sometimes, right, But it's

not just listening to the man, because sometimes we also

take as though man is God. No, man is not God.

Man is follible, men make mistakes, but God is God.

We may say we don't have enough time. I don't

have time in to serve and do all these things. Well,

this is something that we have encouraged people, and again

we've seen the fruit.

If we were to give.

God that time to tie to him or to show time,

the Bible says we shall reap time.

That's what the Bible says.

What you saw is what you reap, right, Because and

I love this perspective. I remember Pastor kind of teaching

about tiding, and I love this perspective, you know. And

I've used this phrasing also to people when they ask me, Alvin,

why should I type?

Why should I give type? Well, it's very simple.

If God is my God and I want him to

bless something, I want him to be a partner in something. Partnership,

he's asking for ten percent on you know, isn't that

a very small partnership?

I give him the ten percent. Don't you care what

So if I want him to partner with me with

my uh, with the increase of all I do, then

shouldn't I give him ten percent? So then we should

do first. And then God impressed upon his heart. I

how you'll do it. And he said, no, God gave

him the revelation tipe my time. So he decided to

type his time, He did his devotion, he did different things,

you know, he got other things to do. But the

moment he started tiding his timer, God gave him more time.

How does that happened Elvin, there's only twenty four hours

a day. Well, let me give you a very interesting

experience that I had about tiding time. And because for me,

tiding time is just you know, giving it to the

law lad serving, doing my quiet time, doing everything.

This is all tiding for me, right, That's what I do.

And I've come to realize that when you do that,

you are a bit more sensitive to things.

Walking by the spirit. There are certain things.

That you will choose not to do that if you

did it, you will waste a lot of time. But

if you don't do it, you will find a lot

of time. And who leads you your time management skills? Friends,

there is a thing no, the Holy Spirit. I keep

you not now. There were some men things and I

test this theory. I test this theory. It's a theory, man,

I test it now. I'm like, Okay, God, I trust you.

It's walking in the spirit right, listening to him right,

tiding your time, right, being close to Him right.

You do all these things right. You know what happened?

There are some things right with people. I just thought

about me things I don't talkout anything outside some meetings

with people.

That I clearly hear God say don't I still know, Ma,

we are this my dead?

And then I meet and then I'm like, oh Lord,

why the heck did I do it? Because I feel

more depressed now after speaking to this person, or I

feel like, after three hours trying to convince this person

still deciding the same way, three hours of my life wasted. Right,

And then I've experienced this where I mean, I just

take my word for you.

Sorry, guys, Okay, but I don't know something. You might

be like, yeah, yeah, I experience it you before, where

I am rushing for a dadline and I tell you

it is definitely got the Lord somehow either prolong the

dadline not live to us, or change the thing, or

suddenly I got revelation. And can I do the thing

that I need to do for four hours? I can

finish it half an hour. I think that is getting

my time because I'm precious, Ma, right, just showing you

some personal experience.

You might be thinking it sounds very up there, right,

supernatural thing. Do you know that SuperNature is not just

life the way you live your life. Are you living

in the supernatural or in the natural? If you work,

my sister, and I make my decision. Nature is I

look at the news and the market and see how

Where should I go? What should I do? What?

How should I How should I dictate my life? What

from the Lord for the meetings that we meet and

the people that we talk to. Because I tell you

many times, really right, I just meet a person, say

Say, oh, I needed this word from the Lord.

I'm like, well, I really are, And I can't even

remember half the things I say. No, And I'm like, wow,

I got this very interesting. You know, it's not my wisdom,

it's the Holy Spirit. It is the walking in the spirit.

Does that sound familiar? Walking in the spirit. Let me

read something I say. Then walk in the spirit, and

you shall not fulfill the last of the flesh, For

the flesh last against the spirit, and the spirit against

the flesh. And these are contrary to one another. See

it talks about decision making. Is it a fresh decision

or spirit decision? So that you do not do the

things that you wish.

if you are led by the spirit, you are not

that you do not do the things that you wish.

But if you are led by the spirit, you are

not under the law. Let me give you another scripture.

As I was preparing this, something so simple like tiding

can come out so powerful. You know why, Because have

you read in the Word of God that God wants

to you to experience abundant life. Do you know that

He's really given you the keys and the ways to

experience abundant life.

Work in the spirit, not do what you want your

But but I wonder whether we fully understand the will

of God in our lives because we look at the

blessings in our life and the good things that happen

in our life as God's will. Very dangerous perspective. Not

every good thing in your good thing in your life

is a good thing. Just because you feel good about

it doesn't necessarily mean it's from God. You've got to

be very careful because I've seen people start off good

but suf horribly later because it was never a God thing.

The one thing that I'm learning personally learning right now

is to be contented in my life is to not

be itchy hands, you know. And the beginning of the

year I think shed I was frustrated, right, But I

thank God for God's word. I thank God for leaders

that can speak truth. Because as you're doing devotion, I

want Pascanna say this. He said, we gotta you know you,

God will not lead you to a place where you

do not need him anymore.

He won't.

He won't because if we don't need God means you

are God Redila. We will always need to position ourselves

in a place that we still need God. Not to

say you put yourself in this advantage, but your heart?

but it's also tithing. You're tiding your time to the Lord.

That's why you're doing. Don't take it likely, don't take

coming here shaking your hands and wearing the suit. Likely

you are serving God, not men. Well, you are serving men.

Law and God say serve men as though you're serving

unto mina. Okay, so somehow connected. What else can you type? Well,

with those who don't have generosity, right, I tell you

Why because they are our future generation. There are future

You are generous with the increase that God has for

out of a need. I pray that a lot will

else can we tie well? Making disciples? We can turn

Do you know that making disciples is very time consuming?

It is so time consuming friends, making disciples, meeting people

you know and not just then. It can also be

very anxiety inducing because sometimes people say, Adeline, I need

to meet you you're like, oh no, what Bob, You're

gonna try me right now? How Lord, I need wisdom

from the Lord to share if this person disagree with

what she's doing right now, give me wisdom so that

I can convince.

This You know you already you know, as a leader,

do you not know where human beings? So so we're

not right? It exciting.

We need more people to invest, to coach, to mentor

younger believers to challenge one another to grow in our mindset.

there sometimes and I'm always like, Lord, I'm faithful to

you know, guide them with them, you know, and of

course we're like, you know, one day and I see

a lot of potentially I'm like, these are good people.

I think they can you know, they just need to

you know, ABCD you.

All and for a long time. And after ten years

than years stress, ten years, I wait.

So longer tan years they're away. I teen ready for leadership.

me praying right, and then they take a leadership and

then now they're home leaders and then now they're doing

so and then now I tell you what, people love them, right,

I miss them, you know because I'm not saying homes anymore,

reflection for you? How can you redeem your time for

the Lord?

can but if one hundred percent family time, then God

has nothing. Really, So what are we tithing to the

The significance of the twenty years?

Okay, so when we approach twenty twenty and I mentioned

just now right, God has really downloaded a lot of

significant things for our church. So in my saying all

this is extra thme. Well, yes, and Nola, it is

an extra thing. But this is our expression of our

understanding of the Bible. So everything we do, although we

have different buzzwords or words, it is the expression from

the Word of know right, five ws.

Isn't that a wad of God? It is word of God.

Right, different things we do, it's all word of God.

Where does homes come from? Well, they went from house

to house breaking bread. That's where we get the expression

of homes.

Right.

Why is the house important because some Christians say, oh non,

I go home? Say now, no, the hou is important

because they still met on a regular basis to glean

from the doctrine of the apostles. Right, and do you

know that the apostles in acts they have discourse over

what to do and what not to do. Oh, everybody

here as a circumciser. If you know what I means, Nola,

the end of the day, the guiding light is always Jesus.

So yes, different churchs might do a different things, but

you're here, this is what we practice. Do I hope

are now in the Daniel season of X, the Daniel

season where we believe that God will use us to

be Daniel's influencers.

Why because our the vision of our church, or the

mission of our church is that you know that all

may know of the glory of the knowledgetory, or the

knowledge of the glory of the Lord. As the word

is covered the sea, what is that that's influenced? We

use the word dominion, influence, be fruitful and multiply Okay,

So even Malaysia and we believe that Daniels serve four kings, well,

twenty forty election cycle, five years, five years, four cycles,

twenty years. Who knows what's going to happen. Who knows

who's going to be up? I don't know, but whoever's

going to be up as the king, we still need

to do our job as Daniel.

That does not change.

Whatever happens to our country. We still need to be faithful.

That does not change. I believe in Malaysia. I don't

know what you believe in. That's why we're still so

in this land because this land is so precious. We

don't show in this land just because things are better. No,

even when things are not better, we're still sewing. You know, right,

there's something we have to understand. So friends, let's get

excited because we're not just doing this for fun.

There is a purpose and a reason and sometimes we're

not fully understanding yet. My encouragement is just try fust

and later you will see the fruit of it. You know,

you will see the fruit. Okay, So we talk about

to win souls and from people who do not know

Christ yet they need to learn NA. Then we disciple them,

not decide. You shouldn't shun other relationships because the encouragement

is to follow Jesus and later on you need to

disciple other people because that's what the Bible says.

Don't you think we're following what the Bible says? No?

No, this is just an extra sting. Friends, don't do that, law,

don't do that the moment you do that, now you

I'm not saying you do it on purpose.

You know. What's a nice way we come to this place,

all right?

We disassociate what we need to do with things so

that we don't have to do it, so that we

don't have to take responsibility. No, friends, we're going deeper

so that we have to take responsibility of our own faith.

That's the reality of where we're at.

Because friends, can I tell you this, I wish one

day okay, and maybe this is my own ROI as

the past of the church, is that when any of

you here meets Christ in the judgment seat. One day

you will confidently look at him and say, Jesus, I

did my part, even if it's just taking care of

If you don't have touch point right, you can't be

everybody's friend.

We don't.

We don't, but we say encourage, we see help people.

We still say, hey, you can't do the life alone.

You need someone else. So friends, how can you break

it down and make it personal? Yeah, it's personal? How

destiny in God. Don't care how good I know you,

how that you experience your destiny and your purpose in God.

Because true experiencing your destiny and your purpose, you will

experience abundant life. You will experience His blessing that even

when storms come, you will know your God.

You don't have to wait for the pastor. You will

know your God.

But there's a lot of foundation, there's a lot of encouragement.

There's a lot of you know, Hey, what do you

think of a hey? Can you you know tie through

your hey? All these things right, Okay, I think there's

a graph here, and I know I don't have much time,

so I know, rush this a little bit. So just

something for us to chew on it a little bit lower. Okay,

we got levels? Okay, what is or happening? Okay, just

and have dominion over things of the earth. What is

the daily break? Make disciples?

That's how we do it. We make disciples and that's

how we feel the earth? And what is our tithe? Right?

You've got to break it down, man, So we're breaking

Can we start with who we have? First?

Let's not think about people outside. I'm sure there are

people here not decide but yet not fully speaking the

same lingo. Yet, let's talk about let's talk right, Let's

we need to sing another song when we already have

in house songs that speaks about the spirit and the

season that the church is in at this small time?

Do you know that songs that are sung by other

church just is good, not to say better, but it

is talking about their journey and their chapter.

You may not be a talented you may not have awesome,

we may not have something lives at all. But don't

you think that your song were minister to the people

here because you are here?

Or we always look after another ministry from somewhere else. No,

I say it's wronger, but I'm just challenging the top process. Okay,

so there is our type. What is the level We've

gotta sign out? Law, disciplineaw daily, do law right, keep

doing it until it becomes your lifestyle. I have personally

made discipleship a lifestyle. That's why I mean people. That's

I'm okay me people, that's I'm okay to share people right?

Does it take time? Of course?

My wife also complained, that's not next week. I have

to take it out five days. Hopefully can last for

a while. Now we do it together. It's a joy, right,

But it is discipleship.

It is a lifestyle.

You got to start somewhere. You can talk to any

of our leaders here that meet people want. We have

forced ourselves to make it a lifestyle, and some of

us we don't like meeting people on. I'm talking about myself.

But anyway, so level two, God started a thousand times thousand. Okay,

take stock of the people here, one thousand. Well, that's

less our tithe two hundred and fifty leaders making sure

the rest of seen on hunred fvityea disciple.

So what do we do? What's the eleven? Well, we've

got to make a list, la, how many have the

guys I have? Have I met all of them? Readia

or not?

Come out with a you know system? I know some

leaders here. What are happening with excel? They make it

a game that they meet everybody that's them?

Okay, what is God's diet? Ten by twenty thirty? Well,

let me tell you our vision. We hope that ninety

percent by the time we reach twenty thirty. We have

ninety percent new believers in our church, not church transfers. Again,

if you are a church transfer, we say welcome you are.

But our focus is people who don't know Jesus yet?

Right?

So friends, can we look out for people who don't

know Jesus yet? I remember one of our leaders, I

think it was Littin I said when we were talking

about this place, right, I think she said she believes

that God is not done with us being in Jai

one yet. Think about Isuhea. We have about maybe a

one hundred people here after this, when you're go to

have lunch and can you say hi to the waiters

or why are you here?

Oh? We have a church here? When you're freaka and

join us?

Are can we at least extend that olive franchi to

people and don't be afraid you know and know some

of you here? You have the evangelistic hard run need

to activate it a go and pray for people? Are,

go and talk to people. Isn't that what we're called

to do as a church? So what's the leven? Look

and pray for an opportunity to show God's love, display

Of course, we try, but we don't know your personal life.

We don't know what you can do. So maybe you

need to ask God, God, what can I do? And

of course there's an investment of time and we've got

One way clear distraction is your phone reels.

We can sit down there and say in the toilet

If we do not spend time, it's not going to happen. Actually,

sometimes the question we got to ask this, what are

we actually spending time online? That's the more important question.

Right. We gotta make it count. Well.

Even those who have not been fruitful, if they are

still attending our church, let's give them another chance. But unfortunately,

the reality is if it at the end of the day, right,

if the lives don't bear fruit and people want to

move on, we just gotta let.

Them go on. See, it's still a choice that we

have to make. That's the reality. And let me tell you,

let me tell you.

This truth that I've learned personally. When your life does

not bad fruit, you will feel frustrated. When you're alive,

not not not be happier. When your life don't bear fruit,

you will feel frustrated. But instead of changing your environment,

I think the question you need to ask yourself is

there anything you are not doing that will cause you

to bear food because the owner waited three years and

all these things are done and still not bearing fruit. Right,

was amazing because it was a wedding of second chances.

Pastors share a message about second chance. And it's so

true that all of us here I can tell you

this might not be our first chance. This might be

our second chance, or third chance or fourth chance. You know,

God say how many times try forgive my brother? Not

seven times, by certainly seven times. We got to keep

trying on. We gotta keep trying. We've got to keep building,

we've got to keep growing, we've got to keep moving on.

And God is a wonderful god. He loves us son,

he has patience for us one. But the danger is,

don't come to a place where your heart is cold

and you really don't beat food, and no matter what happens,

no matter what God is in your life, nothing happens.

Then what to do?

Cut off law, move on law, can't do anything? Arima right,

don't get there, La, don't get there. That's my encouragement.

So there's a call to action. I think it's something

you fill up yourself if you've got the the perspective.

I think maybe not to make it too complicated, think

about what is God's died for you in this coming year?

What's God died for you? Which area you want to

focus in? Is it filling the earth?

Is it whatever?

And what would his daily bread be? The daily bread

is more like the expression in our church. We talk

about small groups, we talk about serving, we talk about

all these things. So why is the delibread? And then

the decision is what are you going to type? So

let's say if you are thinking about like, okay, I

want to tie. I feel like the daily bread is missions.

My church believes in missions. I've not gone for any

for one mission trip this year and don't need to

go crazy. Just lor color when we can. We don't

make it hard for people and know right. And the

one other thing which I find very interesting is that

we really don't make it hard for people. And a

lot of our conferences that we organize are all free

one but people don't come, but they rather go and

When people are like that, Sometimes the best things we

have in front of us, but we don't grab it.

We always want something else that we think will for

fear our lives. God's dive for you. I mean it

could even be like, okay, Lord, if I want to

influence my friends, then I need to know your word

more so, I need to learn the word means.

My type is I'm going to read more of the Bible.

What is it? Maybe you've got all that down.

an excuse that i'd want to serve.

Then maybe this year I'm going to type this. Will

you have challenges? You will?

But let me tell you the cool thing. When you

type onto the Lord, he will enable you and then

you will have testimony. And then you've got testimony. Or

because you type and then you are barefood and then

you'll be encouraged and then you want to do more.

Some familiar for some of us. So what is your

To the Lord? And of course I'm talking about church.

Because the expression you're here where else but go to

another ministry for what you're here. There is a reason

why you're here. These are the people that you call. Well,

I hope you call people that you are with. I

pray to everyone here that listens to this word, well,

so due to discouragements, due to different things. Well, but

I tell you, the one thing that I'm so thankful

for me.

No matter how tired, how sad, how discouraged I am.

God will always speak his truth in my life. And

I'm so thankful for that. Not because I'm a pastor,

not because I'm a leader, not because I know more

than everyone else knows. I can tell you so simple,

it's just because God is there. He's there for me,

he's there for you, He's there for the people out there.

We just need to trust in Him.
