  1. You're listening to a message to go from at church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. I just wanted to bring a really source of

  3. a reminder, just a simple message for all of us here this morning.

  4. You know, we know this word God is faithful. Right, we know

  5. this word, this statement, God is faithful. And really sometimes we forget

  6. that how fitful our God has been in our lives, in our journey.

  7. Our life is not not just a sprint. Really, it's not just you

  8. know, like you know, rushing a couple of minds. But no,

  9. it's it's it's it's it's a distance, right. I pray to overuse here

  10. lived to seventy or to eighty, or if if Jesus came back earlier,

  11. praise the Lord, hallelujah. But you know, because we have to live

  12. life that long, there will be a lot of challenges in front of us,

  13. It's true, and every challenge would sort of test this believe that we

  14. have that God's faithful. You know. Uh, if you have your Bible,

  15. which you turn to second Tessalonians, chapter three, from worst one to

  16. words three. If you do not have the scripture of the Bible, review,

  17. can there's one on the screen. Do forgive me? I have to

  18. say in the once that you know, if you see anything that's mistyped or

  19. grammar, please forgive me. All right, Uh, except for the scripture,

  20. I just copy and past on it, all right. Worse one.

  21. Finally, brothers, pray for us that the word of the Lord may speed

  22. ahead and be honored as happened among you. Paul was writing to the church

  23. encouraging prayer. Paul was on a mission, on assignment to preach the gospel,

  24. and maybe some of us when we read this partial of scripture verse one,

  25. the question is that how do we identify really, because you know,

  26. not many of us are missionaries or full time. I believe that all of

  27. us here are caught by God to carry He's work in our hearts, in

  28. the way we live, and every opportunity to spread the Gospel, to share

  29. with people about love and forgiveness of Jesus. So Paul was writing to the

  30. church in Tessalonians that for prayers, as you all know that you know the

  31. gospel, the word of the Lord still has to be preached. The gospel.

  32. The work of Lord Sill has to be done. Mission cannot stop because

  33. of exchange rate, the church cannot stop growing. We will continue to plant

  34. as long as the Lord wants us to plan. We will continue to go

  35. as long as the Lord wants us to go. The Bible says, work

  36. while still there, we have amazing opportunity right now in Malaysia to still be

  37. able to plant churches around the day will come where by planting of churches will

  38. be banned, not just in Malaysia but everywhere else. And the day when

  39. we wonder what we can so, the Bible says, when his day work.

  40. So I pray all verse here, no matter where you are with your

  41. faith journey, that you take this up and just say, I want to

  42. advance God's kingdom here on earth. I have a responsibility because of faith that's

  43. given to me, the relations be given to me, the word that's deposited

  44. in my heart. I cannot just keep it to myself. I have to

  45. be able to put it to practice. Words two and they and that we

  46. may be delivered from the wicked and evil men, for not all have faith.

  47. As you follow the Lord, as you do things for the Lord,

  48. as you begin to the word is put God's word into practice. Be rest

  49. assured there will be challenges. Be rest assured, there will be opposition.

  50. The ways of the world and the ways of God are totally opposite. The

  51. Bible says even that our thoughts are not He thought that his thoughts are not

  52. ours. So God's way is higher. Our ways is just different. Right

  53. now, God is asking us when we want to follow him where we want

  54. to pursue him. There will be challenges in front of us. You will

  55. be faced with evil and wicked people. The Bible didn't ask us to kill

  56. them. The Bible that asks us to pray for them, pray for the

  57. obstacles. Sometimes in our life when we face the challenge we're always the word

  58. is that we think it is a person, We think, you know,

  59. it's a particular race or anything. But no, here God is asking us

  60. to pray for them because they also need to experience the love of God,

  61. the forgiveness of God, right and the And He also says it words too

  62. that not all have faith. Because not all have faith, they see things

  63. a bit more differently. We who have faith, we will have faith in

  64. our hearts, can truly believe that with God all things are possible. You

  65. can remove our bank account. God well still provide. If God can provide

  66. for the chuldren of Israel in the desert, God will provide for us.

  67. We have to believe it. The day is a coming whereby there will be

  68. challenges in front of the verse, where but we cannot understand or even comprehend.

  69. No matter how much we have with our bank account, we won't come

  70. to the place where but it is not enough that when the day comes,

  71. Friends, I pray to our faith, will be ready to trust God and

  72. believe God for his word, he is still faithful no matter what we face.

  73. It goes on friends, but word tree, but the Lord is faithful.

  74. Come on church exa found. The Lord is faithful no matter what you

  75. face right now in the environment, no matter how much you face with the

  76. challenges, he is still faithful. So, in other words, his faithfulness

  77. is not dependent on the currency. His faithfulness is not dependent on who sits

  78. at the head of the parliament or in the nation. His faithfulness is over

  79. and a birth death. God is faithful no matter what happens here on earth.

  80. He is faithful, and therefore he will establish. Because of his faith

  81. we can have a good foundation. Because of his faithfulness, we can have

  82. security He's not only he will establish us, but the Bible says that he

  83. will also guard you. How many of you know, once God established something,

  84. no one can rock the foundation. There is something about a foundation that's

  85. built by the Lord. If we allow ourselves to go through what the Lord

  86. wants us to go to, we will understand. We will come to a

  87. place whereby we truly know that no matter what happens around us, we'll not

  88. be shaken. Many times in our lives we want to exit meanings that we

  89. don't like to go to the fire. We don't like to go to the

  90. testing. The faster we go out from the fire, the better it is.

  91. But sometimes it's not just about exiting. But sometimes I truly believe it's

  92. about being in the oven for the right amount of time. The case needs

  93. thirty minutes. Anything earlier you get a lumpy center. Anything too long burned

  94. on the outside. But the right timing gets a perfect cake that comes out.

  95. So sometimes our journey we like to exit. I don't like it.

  96. I don't like the feeling. I don't like the testing. I don't like

  97. the I don't like being squeezed on all side. I felt like being taken

  98. advantage, and you try everything on your own. But I truly believe it

  99. is not just about the exit moment. It's about Lord. If you want

  100. me to be here, therefore you need to give me the grace. That's

  101. what the Bible says. By grace is sufficient for you and my weakness.

  102. He's perfect. But first, if there's no vacuum of exhibiting or weakness,

  103. there is no need for the lot to show up. Then right, it

  104. says here it was for we have confidence in the law. Therefore about you,

  105. that you do the will and do the things that we have commanded.

  106. All right, So therefore, friends, we do not respond really to the

  107. circumstances by just by own human emotion. The Bible says, the Romans,

  108. the travels trainy one, do not let evil conquer you. Come on,

  109. do not let evil concur do not let evil take over you. Do not

  110. let the temptation the way human response, control you. But conquer evil by

  111. doing good. You and I this morning experience God, God is good.

  112. Therefore we conquer evil by being more like Christ, not by our own self.

  113. And sometimes it's true that you know it's it's can I just say that

  114. sometimes we delight in taking matters in our own hands. We delight in seeing

  115. people suffer because they harm us. We delight in inflicting pain because it brings

  116. us. You know, like you know, like sort of like justice.

  117. You know, things are done. But God said, do not let evil

  118. conquer you, because in due time you see his faithfulness with such clarity.

  119. Because the moment we go down the path we just thought the way we see

  120. the Lord, he say, do not let evil conque you. By conquer

  121. evil by doing good. It goes on to say that the word of Lord

  122. is settered. In other words, if God say that he's going to be

  123. faithful, it is really set that he will be faithful. Luke Chapter one,

  124. words of this hell and the word of God will never fail. Come

  125. on, the word of God will never fail. Some of us hear really

  126. that in our spirit this morning, because it's true that I'm going to show

  127. you from scripture afterwards. Although sometimes we don't this God's word. But because

  128. of the length of time without because of the length of time we worry,

  129. and because of the length of time, we have to find our own salvation,

  130. our own deliverance. But we have to come to a place whereby we

  131. can say is the word of the Lord. The word of God will never

  132. fail us never. Friends have seen it in the past twenty three years of

  133. church. The church is an entity that God has given to earth, not

  134. run by like a corporation. We don't sell. You know, it's not

  135. selling, it's not profit making. The church has to depend on God on

  136. the monthly basis for provision. I heard of churches had whereby they say they

  137. told me before if nobody gave for two years because use a wife. My

  138. question therefore to him was, then where's a fifth element? Because with every

  139. provision must have a purpose. With every provision you must have a purpose.

  140. If you are given good jobs, there has to be a reason and have

  141. must be a purpose. If the purpose, if it's a purpose it's just

  142. to get a big house, there's really small because the big house you can

  143. do homes. If the purpose is just to get a sports card, then

  144. how many people can you fetch your chich on Sunday. I'm just sharing this

  145. with your because we need to have an eternal, eternity perspective of the way

  146. we see this. The world of God is a really centered We can't just

  147. like the good part of the Lord we should say he's faithful, he provide,

  148. he's our shield. You can't just os adore the cook part, don't

  149. like the one that the Bible says that if you are his child, he

  150. will discipline you. We can't. We can't just accept the good part,

  151. the nicest part of a cake, which is the sight, the crispy part,

  152. right, and don't like the center because sometimes center is dry. We

  153. can't do that. Friends, if we want, we need to have the

  154. whole cake. And other words, if you will declare that God is faithful

  155. in your life, we also must accept that God is going to bring us

  156. to to understand this revelation even more so? Therefore, how can Paul overcome

  157. this? How can Paul draw strength to the Word is on this mission of

  158. spreading the gospel? Friends, It is not just one city there has He

  159. has challenges every city he goes to have every challenge. How does an individual

  160. the Word is overcome consistently? How can this individual like Paul go through the

  161. challenge? Not just friends, it's it's one thing that you know that these

  162. days you know you you you do you do something. People leave a command

  163. on what your social media and this stuff like that. This is back in

  164. those days where if people don't like you, they might stone you. Right,

  165. these days they don't like you, they send your email, they live

  166. a text, and leave a message on your on your social media side.

  167. Right. The worst time is that you read into you try into it,

  168. and you discourage you. That's better now, but back in those days,

  169. literally you have to run for your life if you do something wrong. Now,

  170. how on earth Paul can continue on this mission spreading the Gospel with every

  171. city he goes to, challenges, fearing for his life, not no purpose

  172. sleep sometimes you know, has spreading the Gospel and also time making. How

  173. can Paul leave out this mission on earth contribute until the day he was executed,

  174. he never thoughted. He now complained. He just held on to God.

  175. I realized that Paul. You notice from his writings that Paul used the

  176. word the Lord is faithful, and it's true God is fitful. Friends,

  177. let me just turn review this this statement. Faithfulness is essential attribute of God.

  178. Really his essential attribute of God without his faithfulness and the foundation of faith

  179. in him because he's faithful. If God is not faithful for it, it's

  180. very hard for us to put our faith in him. Think about it a

  181. woman. If God is not faithful, it's very hard for us to put

  182. our faith in this God because sometimes you never know. Or maybe today God

  183. is faithful because the sun is so nice that tomorrow maybe I don't know,

  184. maybe it's so globy, because maybe because God could be angry. But if

  185. you know that God is faithful, isn't easier sometimes for us to trust him

  186. in the midst of our lowest point of our life because we need to hold

  187. something that's constant, never changed. The Bible says Jesus is the same yesterday,

  188. today, and tomorrow. So therefore, if God is constant, it

  189. brings us a lot of hope and assurance that we can trust in him.

  190. Many times you want to trust in new things that comes along our way,

  191. but only to let up in disappointment, promises not kept right. We're hoping

  192. for a change and know if change doesn't come and we were disappointed. But

  193. God is not like that, friends, So faithfulness is the essential drement of

  194. God, the foundation of our faith. You cannot have faith it's someone who

  195. is sometimes unfitful. You cannot have faith in someone who sometimes is unfaithful.

  196. So if the Bible asks us to have faith in him, then he himself

  197. is faithful. So therefore, friends, you can go out from this no

  198. matter what challenges come your way, He's still faithful. God doesn't see a

  199. challenge and shrink back, or does just look at the individual. It's you

  200. again. You never learn. God would never say that. God said,

  201. I'm here. Even though we be are faithless, he still remains faithful.

  202. It says the numbers twenty three was nineteen. I said, share the scripture.

  203. God is not a man that he should lie first. Whatever this means

  204. that when God says it, he will bring it to pass. So God

  205. doesn't lie, not a sudden man that he should repent. God doesn't make

  206. mistakes. Has he said, will we not do? Good? Will we

  207. not do? In other words, friends, when God declares something, he

  208. will bring it to pass. When God causes to start the church twenty three

  209. years ago, our vision was just very simple Revivor in Malaysia, and our

  210. prayer was just this that God which is used whatever we have, not the

  211. instruments. Nothing we did really we did anything back the vidus of simple hand

  212. me down equipments and stuff like that. It was good. It was good

  213. for the time, but I'm with just that with a big vision. I'm

  214. with a big vision. The next question is the provision, because you can

  215. have a big vision, but without provision, the vision will not come to

  216. pass. You get a big vision, without the provision, it's very hard

  217. to come to pass. And we all we did was we just label in

  218. prayers to God, if you want us to do this, If you want

  219. us to do this, you have to provide. And many times in our

  220. journey of faith with our church, God has provided for us. God has

  221. provided for our church even though we don't like the feeling, and none of

  222. us say, if you're Asian, if you are a broader anywhere about savings,

  223. you don't like the feeling of scripting the bottom of the barrel, leaving

  224. your bank account sometimes to be that you're doing it and twenty cents and something.

  225. Because we don't like the feeling that we we put that to the Lord,

  226. say Lord, we don't like this feeling. You see you're faithful,

  227. so therefore, could you deliver us from this feeling? Could you even from

  228. this you doing it twenty cents feeling? Because it's not nice at the end

  229. month end when you tell you up your income and your expenses. You only

  230. left with You're doing it not nice, the feeling you You understand what I

  231. mean, that you could a next one go depend on you again next month,

  232. had to pray againer, next one, the crowd to you again?

  233. Lord, where how long do I have to go to this month after month?

  234. But God will whispered to your into your years. But I'm still fitful.

  235. I am still fitful. You still can pay your bills. I am

  236. still fitful. You still. So that was a change of perspective that we

  237. have actually when we started change because again because we did have any backing at

  238. all, we were an international brand. We just said this desire really to

  239. see we know we we sing songs before God. If you can use anything,

  240. can you use us? No, we are not we are not train.

  241. We just had this desire just to see revival come to Malaysia. We

  242. have many friends that once were youth leaders, prominently youth leaders back then in

  243. a big church, great great men and servant of Lord. Or one by

  244. one when they entered the working world, they give out on faith, they

  245. give up on things of God. They just didn't want to be as active

  246. as before. They just wanted to have a believed system, and one of

  247. them recently came back to know the Lord hit a war in his life and

  248. nowhere to turn to anymore. He calls up and just say, hey,

  249. could I come back to Could I come to your church or not? I

  250. just need to reconnect back to God. It's not just to the church.

  251. I just need to reconnect back to God because right now I just felt that

  252. went so far away. Really, he went so far away. He really

  253. did really well until certain things happened. And now God has just asked him,

  254. if you turn to me, I would just lead you and get you.

  255. Almost every week now he is found in church, not because of anything,

  256. because he knew that this has to be correct first before he could proceed

  257. on. Let me just share a few more scripture. If you're met Tew

  258. Chapter twenty four wards thirty five. Heaven and earth will pass away by my

  259. words, you know mean pass away. Heaven and earth will pass away by

  260. my words we know mean pass away. Frands. In our journey, in

  261. our life, we need to hold onto the word of the Lord. We

  262. need to haunt to God's word. No matter what challenges you face, you

  263. need to haunt to God's word. When we had an incident where by one

  264. of our the missionaries in our church or whether we supported an American, it

  265. was in our church. His son was put into jail. We pray as

  266. a church father was serving faithfully, faithfully for a Bible translation organization, and

  267. as a church our heart goes off with it because mom dad serving the lot

  268. so faithfully. The sun got into the wrong crowd and stuff like that.

  269. Because he's American, our authorities the main him an example and stuff like that.

  270. But we prayed, really, we just prayed. We were a miss

  271. about forty days prayer and fast. I remember one of the keydi is that

  272. kid I didn't remember the dead will come up to us, or rather come

  273. up during our prayer service, and he opened God's way bringing to declare and

  274. proclaim. And I think after one or two weeks in the prison he was

  275. released based on a technicality. Immediately the parents were the attic. They off

  276. flew off. Then two days later the police was reopened the case again.

  277. The window God gave and spent his life see you and I need to haunt

  278. the discribut heaven and earth will pass away, but by the word we don't

  279. mean pass away. Have you in your life declared scriptures. O all your

  280. life, have you in your life hell on the God's words? Say no

  281. matter what, Lord, I know, if you, if you, if

  282. you have opened this door for me, allow me to go through this door.

  283. That's why behind every door there's challenges in front of you. You and

  284. I need to handle the word of the Lord, because only God's word were

  285. able to sustain you. No matter who stands in front of you. It

  286. could be the king of a nation, but if he doesn't do the Lord,

  287. he is not richer than God. And sometimes in our lives you fear

  288. because oh this is a great man, but no one is greater than God.

  289. We need to have such boness because they'll I really believe some of you

  290. will stand in front of different people that's of higher stature and because of the

  291. wealth and the tighter that's sometimes sold, that brings fear into your heart.

  292. Kind just declared this to you right now. You do need to fear.

  293. But boness who come to your heart, you know how to speak and you

  294. know what to say. There is no need to fear. Friends, we

  295. need to understand God's faithfulness because it was sustaineds so many times in our life.

  296. We know the term God is faithful, but without understanding already, without

  297. knowing fully, it will not sustain us. We will just the word is

  298. that maybe sustain you for a while, but not for long. Lamentations Chapter

  299. three, Worse traenty two Lemon sheper lamentations and when was the last time the

  300. picture lamentations? I know the only thing that you'll remember is Lemington cakes.

  301. I understand ah lamentations. Chapter tree Sorry Worse traenty too true the Lot's mercive,

  302. We're not consumed because of his compassion fail. Not true? The Lot's

  303. mercive. You're not consumed because the compassion fails. Not God's faithful. Could

  304. you imagine if God's not faithful? Friends, you do not know whether it's

  305. compassion or his mercy is they're not? You know? How how how much

  306. is the stability it will cause us to wake up one day you're thinking whether

  307. God's faith fool not you? His mercy I used yesterday today. So God's

  308. word to us this morning is that God's mercy. Because of God's mercy,

  309. You're not consumed. You are not consumed. No matter where you are with

  310. the journey of life, you will never be consumed. You may get wet

  311. because of the storms around your life. First, you can't say that God's

  312. saving from drowning if you're not even in the water. You can't say that

  313. God's saving from the johnning if you're not in the water. So you have

  314. to get wet. Maybe it's solo one of two gobs of seawater. But

  315. you're not consumed. You're still alive. And many times we want things to

  316. be perfect. God, if you say that to your mercies, you're not

  317. consumed. I expect myself to be dressed in fine robes, not touch at

  318. all, look good all the time. Friends, your hack, if you

  319. have hair, could be out of place. My heck can now be?

  320. How please? Never right? You could be out of place. You know,

  321. things may not go according to plan, but it's still okay because you're

  322. not consumed. Come on, Church, you're not consumed, and you and

  323. I this one you need to rest that his compassion feels out worse ready to

  324. treat. They are new every morning. Come on, they are new every

  325. morning. Why is it so important for us to understand this? Because,

  326. friends, the Bible says, sufficient is the worry for today. The Bible

  327. says, don't worry about tomorrow. You gott to be present for today to

  328. experience His mercy and his compassion. Many times we plan for the future,

  329. which is good, but we fail to experience his mercy and his compassion on

  330. a daily basis. We want the future deliverance, but we forget to experiences

  331. his faithfulness today. Yeah, I knew every morning. Great is your faithfulness?

  332. How many of you know that this morning when you wake up, He's

  333. still faithful when you woke up this morning, friends, His mercies are neil,

  334. his compassion is new. This is God that we serve and we love,

  335. who love us so much. The Bible says straightforward, The Lord is

  336. my portion, says my soul. Therefore I have hope in him. The

  337. Lord is my portion. I was looking at this particular scripture and I just

  338. I was just thinking about that. This statement is God your sufficiency. It's

  339. God enough for you or not? Or do you covered something else that doesn't

  340. belong to you? Or tighter that you always wanted or position that we always

  341. wanted. I'm not just thinking materiality or live style. We always wanted,

  342. nothing wrong with nothing wrong with that. But if it's not what the Lord

  343. wants, it's not what the Lot wants. I have to tell people this,

  344. and I've been telling even the leadership some of the people this is that

  345. we will stay wherever, we will stay until the Lot causes out, no

  346. matter how tempting already, no matter how good a future place could be.

  347. If this is not the place the Lot wants us to go, we will

  348. not go because how many of you know that the place to be is with

  349. the Lord, no matter how good the place may be. And sometimes we

  350. are The word is that we are led tempted by good proposers. But good

  351. proposers are not God proposes. I remember a person's telling someone take up the

  352. job because they provide free accommodation for you. But the other us say,

  353. no, I don't not want because you know I'm not do feel it eas

  354. the God that will ask me to take it, I don't take so granted,

  355. I just read it. We ran outside and sure enough he didn't take

  356. it up. We say, I'm so glad to not take it up,

  357. because the free accommodation comes a big either inside the house. I'm the only

  358. one staying there accommodation by the by the company. He was a peer.

  359. I say, good, you have to listen to the Lord. The Lord

  360. is my portion. How many we can say that where the Lord is your

  361. passion, the Lord is your portion. Because we are living in the days

  362. whereby we powerful things we never had, all things that we don't have in

  363. our means look at other people like if only I can, if only,

  364. if only And because of the drive, right, friends, we go at

  365. length. We will go and pursue things you are not meant to pursue.

  366. No rest, no peace, no sleep, and we take things for granted.

  367. Therefore, friends, because he's our partial, therefore we have hope in

  368. him. Because if he's your all sufficiency, then that's that's why we can

  369. have hope. How many will know this morning, I hope is very important,

  370. very important. Church. We need to have hope. Our job can

  371. never give us this hope, and how can never give us this hope.

  372. To have hope in the Lord is so key, friends, because the day

  373. will come whereby let's say, for example, if you're good in one arall

  374. praise God. But God will always bring us to another area whereby our skill

  375. set or expertise will causes depend on him. You may be good in the

  376. area, but other areas it maybe not be good, and God will always

  377. bring us to another place where. But we need to depend on him.

  378. Because we all depend on him, friends, we don't have opportuny of exercise

  379. faith. Worse twenty five, The Lord is good to those who wait for

  380. him. Come on, the Lord is good to those who wait for him.

  381. We don't like to wait. We don't like that. We want things

  382. now. We want things immediate. We want things like order today, delivered

  383. within the next half an hour. We want we want definitely with everything we

  384. want, we want answers. One we call people were explaining to pick up

  385. the food immediately. Right, But here's the Lord has in his way.

  386. You understand this, right, The Lord is good to those who wait on

  387. him. In other words, friends, if we are patient enough, we

  388. are going to experience his goodness like we never experienced before. God has never

  389. been about the destination. Just get to heaven. But here on earth,

  390. that's where the transformation happened. Here on earth, that's where the transformation happened.

  391. So the Bible is encouraging us, friends, to wait upon the Lord,

  392. to the soul who seeks him. I'm not sure how many of us

  393. here this morning get encouraged more by this scripture to seek the Lord, to

  394. seek the Lord, that I don't need to I'm okay, I'm all right.

  395. You know I'm about to care of you know, everything's provided those true

  396. praise God for there all that you have. But if that's only the thirty

  397. percent of what God is intended for us to have, that we're missing out

  398. on the bigger picture. We could be missing out. Yes, you know,

  399. fantastic all that you have, all that you're experiencing, but we could

  400. be missing out on a bigger picture because God has a greater purpose. Because

  401. if you seek the Lord, he will lead and guide you. If you

  402. seek the Lord, he will lead and guide you, not by your own

  403. strength, not by your own strength. Friends, you know I can't.

  404. I can't share it. That's the money right now. Let me just bring

  405. the compass. I'm just in the midst of working at the testimony out.

  406. Let's see how the lot leads. But you know, I really wanted to

  407. share something with you all, but I don't think it's time yet, So

  408. sorry by Todds. Just got distracted. But but you know it's it's very

  409. impornderful us to seek the love because you don't again, like I was the

  410. day I was just just me and passable, just looking at how God's be

  411. leading us. And you know when we first moved into summit, Uh,

  412. it was a miraculous or rather be could I just say this that it was

  413. it was import impossible to go in the natural way. Yes, if you

  414. have provisions, Yes you have means. You just pay the natural natural whatever

  415. rate they're asking for. Right, let's see if I ask the asking for

  416. the bad triting it proscriptive, you just paid forever because you have the means

  417. to pay for it. Not not wrong, but good for you to able

  418. to pay whyever they asked. But our journey was this is that you know,

  419. we saw the space and so coming on this scripture, do a wait

  420. upon the lot. Right, that's sick, that's sick, King. Our

  421. journey was that, you know, we like the space, but we've got

  422. no money, like most creature organizations like the space got no money. Right

  423. back then, Congress was very very young, some of you were readers,

  424. were very yeah, and I mean our journey was this that when Passer was

  425. at the dinner in one one particular dinner and it was close friend, close

  426. friend they grew up and him grew up together at you fellowship said, oh,

  427. you're interested in spacer my mom my mom knows the owner's son or our

  428. owner's mom who has big influence on the sun. And whenever the mom says

  429. the sun low. And because the mom paid big price raising on the kids,

  430. let me just put this together and lo and behold. When we went

  431. into it, they asked us how much could you afford? I mean,

  432. of course love we we you asked the Quati organization, the lord the better

  433. right, it's a kid. But why I'm sharing this to you because to

  434. to to be asked how much could we be before? And we give us

  435. some We give a sum that's really really, really really below the market rate

  436. was something which we never expect a yes from from them. But later only

  437. we found out that the young mom haslually took us or whatever he asked for,

  438. would just give to him. The campain goddess, you know how many

  439. we understand when you seek the lawyer God on our he'll do things at the

  440. back, behalf so that you get the glory. It's not human connection gets

  441. the glory. It's not because of this connection we get the glory. But

  442. the connection is it's not a connection. Where about you try You were at

  443. the door there. You know how people behind for autograph for footballers. You

  444. were at the door there at the stadium there just a hand for the footballer

  445. come out to get signature it. It's one of those acquaintance of acquaintance that

  446. established long time ago. And we're just our conversation. We do not knock

  447. on doorsport or flyer. Hey do you know the owner? Or not?

  448. Nothing at all. We have to come to this place with you've you seek

  449. God, and God whispered to you the rest in him because he is faithful.

  450. Friends, many times we seek God. Let's say, for example,

  451. we see God. We understand that his faithfulness, we understan we understand that

  452. though he is, he is uh his compassion, his mercy on you every

  453. morning. But we do not want exercise patience to wait because somebody you know,

  454. see King does involve time, not just in ave time. Also it

  455. does involve but God. This way. When God introduced a way, it

  456. could be a way whereby we don't like it, not comfortable with it.

  457. But you and I need to put our trust in him. Let me show

  458. you. Exodus chapter three, verse seven, The churn of Visuel right,

  459. the churn of visual three, verse seven says that, and the Lord says,

  460. surely, I've seen the oppression of my people who are in Egypt and

  461. heard their crime because of their task masters, for I know their sorrows.

  462. At Chapter three of the Book of Exodus talks about the of Israel being delivered

  463. from Egypt. But in worse three, you get to hear the heart of

  464. God for his people. In chapter three, you get to hear God's heart

  465. for his people that I've heard that cry, I've heard their prayers. Now

  466. you must be wondering, you know, why can't this be Exodus chapter one?

  467. Of course, if it's Extus chapter one, that's almost quite immediate.

  468. But this is the third chapter. How many you can guess when the actual

  469. delivers happened? Which chapter was that? Next light Exodus chapter twelve, nine

  470. chapters later comes the deliverance. Actually chapter three, I've heard that cry,

  471. I've seen the evil task master. Right. You imagine if a sea immediate

  472. action, because people are hurting, people are crying out, people are giving

  473. up hope, you expect delivers happened on the Exodus chapter four, five,

  474. maybe six Casie Chan six, But Twuel friends, the delivery wasn't just like

  475. you know, open the flogge and just walk out with no friends. Templicks

  476. have to happen first, And I thought to myself, like, why can

  477. why not just one to cook really like the then the people can be spared

  478. from so much harm or maybe infliction of pain on the body. But God

  479. has a plan, friends, So exodensip the trouble Study one. Then Pharaoh

  480. cut Moses eron by night, rise and go out form my people, both

  481. you and the children of Israel, hallelujah. Verse Study two. Go and

  482. serve the Lord as you have asked, and also your flocks and your words.

  483. Friends, it is not yea if it's just about the deliverance. I

  484. really believe that Exodus chapter fo what happened. But Exodus chapter twelve, the

  485. difference came with provision. Think about it. If it's just God's delivering them

  486. out, now go to the desert. But it says it worse you do

  487. this, take also your flock, your hurts be gone, and bless me.

  488. Also the point where whereby is this? I'm going to share this with

  489. you. When you understand God's faithfulness and how he sustains you are. It's

  490. not never about this earth because God was interested in also Pharaoh's life, hoping

  491. that he would turn, hoping that he'll come to know him, acknowledge as

  492. a king of kings and the Lord of lords. But the treat urge the

  493. people and then send them without the land out of the lead in hay or

  494. else will be date. So the people took everything. Friends, could you

  495. imagine if it's just one time cause, assuming natural thing happened, yes,

  496. they could be delivered, but not in the fullness God wants them to experience.

  497. Exers up the tree. The children cry out, exerscept the twelve.

  498. The great delivers happened. When you understand God is fitful, you will understand

  499. it will take time. But time is not denying, friends, Time is

  500. not denial. Sometimes we are in this place forever, the friends, forever,

  501. not just minds about years years, and it's crying out the same prayer

  502. and same cry something. You've got no more strength to cry anymore. But

  503. we can. We can take the word? Is this that take courage from

  504. this portion of scripture? If God can hear this a simple cry from the

  505. children of Israel, one not us? Why not use I know a friend

  506. of mine who prayed for his families of parents' salvation for almost twenty years.

  507. Twenty years, same prayer for his parents' salvation and the parents came to know

  508. the Lord twenty years, same prayer, Friends, God, my parents need

  509. to know Jesus twenty years. And sometimes our journey of life is like,

  510. oh, I can't wait after that one week, we really want to give

  511. up. Maybe we're not getting it right. I truly believe that, friends,

  512. if we do not shortcut the processor, it will do us good.

  513. Because sometimes in our journey we want things now. We want things immediate,

  514. or maybe I say immediate, I'm talking about just months, but something it

  515. could take years, years, years. You know that some of the things

  516. that I was, I was just I was just looking to my old journey.

  517. I used to I reused, I used to write a lot old journey.

  518. So back then, just flipping it through and know we have a lot

  519. of dreams, you know, back then you know you're going to Monday,

  520. but dreaming is freeler. So you just right, like just right, while

  521. we God puts on your heart just right, just right, just right.

  522. Well of the things that me and passed back then, we just talked about

  523. this back in the before you started during ay time was nineteen ninety seven,

  524. ninety eight. We always dream about, you know, having own radio station,

  525. TV station, and you know we did inquire like this, how much

  526. equipment is going to cost and stuff like that. You know, God gives

  527. you a dream, you just have to fire how much the priceleer and just

  528. surrendered that the lot. But as we reflected upon these friends, and we

  529. came back to this place being twenty three years later, how God is so

  530. fitful remembering the dreams have given us twenty two years later, friends, twenty

  531. three years later, not twenty three months later, but twenty three years later.

  532. The majority of us are much older, fatter, right back then,

  533. could you imagine back then we're also skinny, all looking very good go on

  534. TV. Definitely look very good on friends, But twenty three years later almost

  535. outsize our shape. Everything right, no more, no nothing, just need

  536. to bigger side to contain God's glory, that's all. But God is still

  537. fitful. Friends. Finally, the final point is this that God loves for

  538. us to demonstrate faith. God loves for us to demonstrate faith. We say,

  539. God is faithful. Friends, We need a space and an environment to

  540. demonstrate our faith that He is faithful. It's easy to be in the church

  541. and sing songs and declare it with you know, different things in our in

  542. our room or in this whole faith like that, But in our personal life,

  543. God will always give us an environment to exercise faith without exercising that faith

  544. friends our faith, the Bible says, is dead. Faith can be seen

  545. because faith in action. Your faith can be seen on Your faith cannot be

  546. silent. You know, I have faith in God, but it cannot be

  547. just kept inside right to the layers of our shirt and our flesh. No,

  548. our faith can be seen to our action, the way we say,

  549. the way how we live our life, the way we do things. My

  550. final portion of Scripture is actually chapter fourteen. Was the thing this after Pharaoh.

  551. Pharaoh realized that, you know, the the visual took everything. He

  552. went after them and they started the mosesty to the people, do not be

  553. afraid. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord which you accomplished for

  554. you today. For the imbition whom you see today you shall see again no

  555. more. You'll think that the great deliverance is the end of a chapter,

  556. and they can just continue walking without any obstacle. But God has brought them

  557. to a place whereby in front of them, the back of them his pheroh

  558. army. Go in front is death, go behind his so death. And

  559. I truly believe friends, most Christians will experienced the pharaoh army and see you

  560. one you will experience it because God wants us to mature in Him, to

  561. demonstrate our faith in God. We could be like Turin of visual look at

  562. the Moses and just say that why do you bring me here? Or you

  563. could have come up to me in two weeks say oh that what you peach

  564. God is faithful. I trust God. I didn't come to pass. But

  565. whatever your journey. A response is that it's not the preacher's the way of

  566. education, but it's allowing God to just to help your heart to understand that

  567. I'm still faithful. Look up to me, I'm still faithful. This is

  568. what Moses said, and we need to take heart. Do not be afraid

  569. to declare that God is faithful. For me to not be afraid, come

  570. on to declare that God is faithful is to say that we to ourselves,

  571. we shouldn't be afraid. Stand still and see God's a way should. Many

  572. times in our lives, we don't understand still because come on, it's true

  573. rare the stand to you. But you know, life is jail if you

  574. know that. If you're having dinner with friends and someone spilled water and the

  575. water is is you know, pouring already flowing towards you, or you will

  576. stand up and walk away right already, just so you won't get wet.

  577. I have a friend I know that when when someone spilled that McDonald's coca cola

  578. right almost like water is coming towards you. Stand up, but the water

  579. is flow, spill over the table, hit her tie. Then she's like,

  580. oh oh, I got wet now from the coca cola. We're like,

  581. the Lord bless your boyfriend in the future. But here the why was

  582. he stand still and see the salvation of the Lord? Because no, it's

  583. it's rare. Had to stand see when even you're in the midst of a

  584. problem, it's very hard to stand it because we want action. We want

  585. to want our life is a state. Our life is a stake. Everyone

  586. action because we got to save our life. But here's the word of the

  587. Lord. Stands to you and see God's salvation. First I truly believe standing

  588. steal is not doing nothing. You know, stending steal is looking towards the

  589. Lord and just asking God, what what should I do next? Because if

  590. you're standing still, do nothing, Friends, then always used to be standing

  591. still but sending to look towards the Lord. Lord, what is it that

  592. you want me to do? If it's not the Lord, if it's not

  593. the Lord asking you to my grit, then don't. Because migration without the

  594. Lord, friend, it is very tough. Yes, the rather the education,

  595. everything could be better there, but it's the plan. God's plan for

  596. your life is very key and very important. Because we are understanding their friends,

  597. we kept best of everything, but not the best of everything. It

  598. says also friends, it was for the Lord will fight for you, and

  599. you shall hold your peace. The Lord will fight for you, shall hold

  600. your peace. God will always give us an environment for us to exercise faith.

  601. God, we never leaders the place whereby we don't need him. God,

  602. we never leaders the place where by we don't have the exercise faith about.

  603. You need to exercise faith in the days to come because your children needs

  604. role models of faith. I was looking to recently those generals of faith.

  605. That's been caught home to be with the Lord. If you grew up in

  606. the eighties and nineties, you know love God's genual like Lauren Cunningham, the

  607. Great Mission Mobilizer went home to be with the Lord. George now George Wilver,

  608. another great mission organization, great man of God from us mightily for missions

  609. get caught home to be with the Lord. As I was talking about Andra,

  610. because we used to read their books while they are still alive. Listen

  611. to the cassette right, and we are counting the remaining generous or great men

  612. of God back in the eighties. How many of them still remaining? And

  613. we came to this conclusion. Those who are forty and above says, is

  614. our turn right now to hold on to this fire and to pass on to

  615. the next generation. If this generation do not the word is exhibit faith,

  616. exhibit the fire, then the next generation got nothing. The horn too.

  617. So the example, I pray that you allow God to give it an environment

  618. whereby your faith can be exercised. So I started with God is faithful,

  619. friends, he is true, He's faithful. The understanding iss faithful faithfulness with

  620. sustain it. No matter what you go through in life, he will sustain

  621. you because His mercy is compassion are new every morning only because He is faithful.

  622. If God is not faithful, his compassion is mercy. Sometimes you are

  623. you're adopting or your whether it's new or not. Maybe you're using yesterday's mercy.

  624. Yes, it is compassional. The Bible says that His mercy and his

  625. compassions are new every morning because great is your faitfulness. And God will always

  626. give us an environment whereby with exercise faith, so that to prove that He's

  627. faithful. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more information on
