  1. You're listening to a message to go from at church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. This message actually came in one of our meetings,

  3. in our prayer meetings in the morning. We actually, I and my

  4. friend we pray every week in our in our housing estate, and this this

  5. scripture came Proverbs three five to eight. I think trust in the Lord.

  6. Yeah, there's a whole passage, but I think it's just put the first

  7. one there because I told him to do that. So anyway, okay,

  8. let me and and and after God gave me this whole worse, he didn't,

  9. He didn't talk to me. I said, God, I have prepare

  10. a message and I need you, I need you to tell me what to

  11. write. And there was silence, there was no you know, nothing from

  12. the Lord. And then something happened to my husband and me. You know,

  13. we hit a place where, oh it was tough, really tough,

  14. and that's when the message started to flow. I think, God, what

  15. waited? You know, God waited to see to give us truth and it

  16. could only come after a valley experience. So it may be that this message

  17. is ministering to somebody, touching somebody, or encouraging somebody. So I would

  18. like to just jump in because I did this and be you and I didn't

  19. have enough time, and so I'm just going to go into it and share

  20. it. Okay, Okay, trust in the Lord with all your heart and

  21. lean not on your own understanding. I want to just give you a very

  22. simple understand about trust. Okay. What is trust? Okay? Trust and

  23. faith? Okay, sometimes we sort of like come, we sort of like

  24. confuse and okay, what is faith? What is trust? So I want

  25. to give you a very simple understanding. Faith is saying there is a chair,

  26. I can go and sit on it. It's going to be all right,

  27. And that's faith. The chair will hold my way. But trust is

  28. actually walking up to the chair and sitting on it and knowing that it's not

  29. going to break under me. It's not going to break you know. That

  30. is trust. Trust is action. There's always an action on our part.

  31. So trust requires an action on your part and on my part. Trust is

  32. built on a relationship. If you don't have a relationship with the Lord,

  33. it's difficult, it's difficult to move, it's difficult to act. Okay,

  34. So remember that without a relation reationship, it will be difficult to do an

  35. action on your part. Okay, there must be a track record. We

  36. have testimonies. God has always given us testimoniy no matter at what stage you

  37. are, God gives us testimonies. But every time we cross a different huddle

  38. when God wants to raise us and God wants to, you know, increase

  39. our faith, we find it hard to jump over that huddle. We find

  40. it hard because it's new and you think, oh, this one is it's

  41. different, you know, and all your trust in the Lord just goes out

  42. the window. You find that, oh, I don't think I can do

  43. this, and all will the Lord come through, easy hearing, easy near

  44. me. So all that comes. So never forget your testimony is never forget

  45. what God has done for you. So the other thing that I want to

  46. tell you is build a relationship with the Lord. Relationship will care carry you

  47. through. Relationship will allow you to actually do that action on your part,

  48. which is faith, believe in the Lord. Okay, uh okay. I

  49. want to go on to the next part. Trust God with everything and not

  50. just with some things. And I want to go to a part that says,

  51. oh, go back to number one, Go back to number one,

  52. trust in the Lord with all your heart all this morning. You know,

  53. we've been having so many functions going on, so many events going on,

  54. that after I shared this in banda Utama, I didn't have time to really

  55. pray about it. And I was like, so that was so undrest in

  56. me. So in the middle of the night I woke up and I and

  57. I prayed and I said, Holy Spirit, I'm always someone who prepares,

  58. and today like I have, even though I shared the message, I'm not

  59. really prepared, you know. I I do and pass. Sandra just told

  60. me you have to we don't have enough speakers. You have to go to

  61. Bandawatama, and I mean go to Umpang and do it again. I'm like,

  62. okay. And God told me, and when when I ask you for

  63. something, never say no. Never be so fast to say no. I'm

  64. not going to do it because I'm always very good at excuses. I always

  65. if someone tells me to do I say no. I don't think I can

  66. do it. No, No, I find someone else, you know.

  67. But God has been teaching me to not to say no so quickly. See,

  68. even me as a leader, I can still go to God and say

  69. no. But God said no more excuses you say yes. So I'm so

  70. scared. Sometimes people are going to tell me, ask me to do something,

  71. and I'm going to be so uncomfortable and i have to say yes.

  72. So that's where action comes in. That's where trust comes in. It's not

  73. by your own strength, it's not by your own will. It's the Lord.

  74. You know, it's the Holy Spirit. You know. It's not by

  75. my not by power, not by your ideas, but by the Holy Spirit.

  76. With the Holy Spirit, you are able to do anything that God calls

  77. you to do. Okay, So remember that it's never by your own mind.

  78. So I must tell myself never buy more. When I'm preaching this message.

  79. Don't think I'm scolding you are I'm actually talking to myself and scolding myself.

  80. Come on, Mabel, you can do this, okay, Okay.

  81. I want to go to the Word all with all your heart. And this

  82. morning, while I was sleeping, God gave me another scripture that said,

  83. you know, the best time that God talks to you is at four or

  84. five o'clock in the morning. And I have pens and pencils all over,

  85. you know, paper all over my bedside table because that's the time he talked

  86. that's the time the best press happened. I'm thinking, like, who's praying

  87. this? I'm so sleepy. I can't be praying such excellent press. And

  88. that's the Holy Spirit praying. I can hear him praying, and it's so

  89. beautiful. And I always become say, how can it be me? It's

  90. no way, I'm sleeping. It cannot be me. And when he gives

  91. you a scripture or when it gives you a message, it's four or five

  92. o'clock in the morning, and that time to switch on the right, to

  93. switch on the light, and to write. It's also very difficult. A

  94. rueterans is sleeping, My little puppy is sleeping. If I were to move

  95. around, everyone will wake up. What's happening? So I always try to

  96. remember what God tells me, and then when I wake up first thing in

  97. the morning, I write it down. So always have pants and papers around

  98. you, because God is constantly talking. So this morning you are telling me

  99. seek it first the Kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added

  100. on to you. If you look at the word all, it's like butter

  101. on bread. You know, it's all over the world of God. All

  102. is in so many scriptures, all is present. We need to know a

  103. little bit about the Lord. When he said, love me with all your

  104. heart, with all your strength, your your might, love me with all

  105. everything, Give me everything. Do you think that it is difficult to do?

  106. Is it difficult to love the Lord with all our heart? Jolie is

  107. saying, yes, sometimes it is difficult. Is it you did? You

  108. did not write Joel? But yet God tells us all give me everything.

  109. The alabastera jar when lazarus sister broke it. Uh. It is said that

  110. the jar of perfume costs one year's one year wage. You know, it's

  111. very expensive. You know, just calculate your salary and say one year.

  112. Maybe she kept it for a special time, you know, maybe she wanted

  113. to get married. She saved that jar to to sell and then she had

  114. the money. But when she loved the Lord, she didn't care what anything.

  115. She just broke the whole jar, you know, for the Lord.

  116. She just loved him. She just loved the Lord, and she just started

  117. to pour it on the Lord, and she anointed the Lord with that oil.

  118. You know, these kind of things actually attract the Lord Jesus Christ.

  119. It stops God wherever he is. You know, when you do these kind

  120. of things are whatever God is doing. Suddenly he stops and he's looking at

  121. you. Wow, that's my son, that's my daughter. She's doing something.

  122. And remember Jesus at the temple when he saw the widow with the two

  123. copper coins, and that caught him. And others were just throwing in money.

  124. They were flounding with money and all kinds of things, and all that

  125. didn't catch his attention. But when the lady gave everything, all the two

  126. copper coins, it caught his eyes and he said something. And until today

  127. we are studying about it. Until today we are reading about the alabasa Ja.

  128. And he said it will be written there and we will read about it.

  129. And until today we are reading about the two copper coins, which is

  130. so small, insignificant. It's so small, but yet it teaches us so

  131. much. I have another scripture here Two Corinthians nine six to eight auh.

  132. Two Corinthians nine sixty eight. Each of you should give what you have decided

  133. in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves

  134. a cheerful giver, and God is able to bless you abundantly. So that

  135. in all things, at all times, having all that you need, you

  136. will abound in every good work. See what God says when you give and

  137. when you don't give, you know with you know, yeah, sometimes it's

  138. difficult when you give. God asked me to actually give my car away,

  139. my beautiful car. Actually I wasn't supposed to give my car when God told

  140. me, bless this person with a car. I I heard God so clearly

  141. because I know this family was suffering no car to move around, and I

  142. know they were really dire state. And Terence had a car. My husband

  143. had a car. I had a car, a beautiful car. You know.

  144. He just gave me that car. I loved it. I always drove

  145. a small Mivy. And then he gave me this nice, a high car.

  146. You know, people don't bully me on the road. You know,

  147. people don't haunt me. A little bit of respect, you know. And

  148. then God says, give the car. I said, okay, Lord,

  149. I will go and talk to Terror. So I thought, Talent's going to

  150. tell me, no, this is a big thing. You know, you

  151. want to give a car. But you know, my husband every time I

  152. said, I've heard from the Lord, and the Lord has asked me to

  153. do that, and he never fights with me no matter what. Sometimes I

  154. feel he should at least say no, wait, let me pray. He

  155. does not. Every time I said the Lord has spoken and he has said

  156. this, he said, let's do it. I have married. I've been

  157. married for thirty four years. Not once when I said the Lord has spoken

  158. and told us to do this, and sometimes God has told us crazy things

  159. to do, he has never fought me. He's always said, yes,

  160. let's do it. And that's the kind of husband I have, So praise

  161. the Lord for that. So when he told me to give the car,

  162. I thought, my husband will say, let's buy him a small, my

  163. week car so I can still keep my car. But then he said,

  164. no, we won't buy a car and give because then it will be our

  165. name. You give me so much of paperwork and difficulty. Let's just give

  166. this car because it's all paid for. It's easy. We can just give

  167. it to him and he can change the name. And it was very,

  168. very difficult. So when God says give your best, you know, don't

  169. give it reluctantly under compulsion. This was really painful because I loved this car.

  170. I really loved this car. It was very, very painful, but

  171. I obeyed and I gave the car away. The family was overjoyed, so

  172. happy, so blessed. You know, I just said, not the key,

  173. take it away. What is he just take it away? You know

  174. I love the car. So God knows, and God will give back.

  175. And when God gives back, he gives it all. He doesn't give ten

  176. percent, twenty percent. When God comes into your situation, he comes hundred

  177. times. He comes with his power, he comes with everything. So when

  178. God comes to meet your need, he doesn't come with ten percent or five

  179. percent. It's not stingy with what he gives. So remember when you give,

  180. God said, and it is in the word that he comes to give,

  181. press down, press down, shaken together, running over, And that's

  182. how God will give. And God will give me a car. Already you

  183. know what I want. I told him the color. I told him the

  184. car. I already speaking about it. I know how it's gonna come.

  185. Usually when when I tell when I have a situation, I always try to

  186. help God. I always try to say, Okay, God, maybe through

  187. like this, maybe like that, it's going to happen like that, It's

  188. going to happen like this through this person, maybe through that person. God

  189. doesn't need all my help. God knows how to do what he needs to

  190. do. If I have, say ten ideas, God has endless ideas how

  191. he can bless me, How can how he can give it back to me?

  192. So remember that when you give, God give you all, give your

  193. best. Serve God. God loves that kind of a heart when you're serving

  194. him and you're giving him everything. Okay, So remember all even it says

  195. when you seek the kingdom, you know all these things, all these things

  196. will be given to you. What is all these things that will be given

  197. to you? Your dreams? How do you think your dreams came? Sometimes

  198. you think, oh, I have a dream to go and study in this

  199. country, work here, work, They get a lot of money. You

  200. know, our ringage is so small. If I go go and work here

  201. so many times more. Who gives you ideas? Who gives you dreams?

  202. God gives you those dream Ever think those dreams come from you. God puts

  203. the dream in there because He wants to fulfill that dream in your life.

  204. So never think it's your own. God put a check first, always check

  205. with the lot, even if he puts crazy dreams always say God, is

  206. this from you? Is this from you? So you know, always check

  207. with a lot. Okay, lean, not twelve o'clock. Already lean,

  208. Okay. God is able to bring all grace abound to it, and you

  209. always have all sufficiency in all things. Okay, we already passed this,

  210. this, this, this, this scripture. Lean on on your own understanding,

  211. Lean on on your own understanding. Yes, how many of you know

  212. that leaning leaning on your own understanding? It's not very steady. Leaning is

  213. actually leaning. Imagine this is very famili at least banda this one. If

  214. I lean on this, I'll go flying. Man. This doesn't even stand

  215. probably, So don't don't lean on your own understanding. Oh my goodness,

  216. if you lean on your own Yeah, some of us are very clever,

  217. very talented, very intelligent. You know, we are people in a marketplace,

  218. ceo clever. We have all kinds of ideas, we can do all

  219. kinds of things, and we think in our life we can also lean on

  220. our own understanding. But there's a danger here because the word says lean not

  221. on your own understanding, Never lean on your own understanding. I have many

  222. ideas, so I always tell myself it's never a steady position. Leaning is

  223. always aping positions, So never your own understanding. Relying lean is also relying

  224. on your own strength and your own knowledge of what you know. How many

  225. of you know that we can make decisions or what we can see. You

  226. know, when we when we look around, we can only make decisions or

  227. what we can see, and we take strength in what we can see,

  228. what we can understand, what we can touch, how we feel about it.

  229. But you know the Lord, when he does things, it's supernatural.

  230. It is out of this world. It is not something that, like I

  231. said, I am helping God how to get my next car? How will

  232. it come? Then? I tell myself stop stop right there and don't give

  233. God a hand, because he knows how to give you what you need.

  234. You know, because we're always thinking, we are people, we are always

  235. thinking, you know, how when is it going to be like this?

  236. So remember never lean on your own understanding. I've known of a person CEO

  237. of our own company, a lot of people working under her, you know,

  238. very successful, very rich. You're not doing very well, but she

  239. did it out of her own understanding. Many things that she does, she

  240. does it on her own understanding, and she thinks this is the way to

  241. do it. Church is like this, God is like these people are like

  242. this, my goodness, and she's making a lot of mistakes. So let's

  243. remember this. Let's go to Philippians four seven and it says the peace of

  244. God which surpasses all understanding Philippians for seven, the Peace of God which surpasses

  245. all understanding. Today we prayed at XPJ of a dear friend who came to

  246. me and she said, you know, when I went to XPJ, the

  247. first thing I said is where is this person? Where is this sister?

  248. And she wasn't because she's the first one you see when you go to XPG,

  249. she's there early serving the Lord. And she wasn't there. And I

  250. kept asking everyone where is she? Where she Finally, when we were outside

  251. here praying and ministering, she came and she told me, Sister Mabel,

  252. can you please, Elder Mabel, can you please pray for my husband.

  253. We had to rush to the hospital this morning. He had chest pain.

  254. Last night he had chest pain and we had to go to the hospital.

  255. And I know that in her mind there was so many things that were running.

  256. They had many children, they have many children, and the doctor actually

  257. said he's okay, but he still had pain. So elder Talants actually gave

  258. more. You know what he should do and not just take those small tests.

  259. You should actually go for a proper test. So you know, our

  260. minds run when we run into a difficulty, we run into so many things.

  261. You know, our understanding takes us crazy places. So I had to

  262. pray that the peace of God that surpassed us all understanding. Our understanding says,

  263. oh he's going to die, or the heart you know, it's going

  264. to stop all kinds of things. You know, when your loved one is

  265. in pain, you sort of like you go crazy, you know. And

  266. being a wife and a mother, of course she's going to go crazy.

  267. When a husband is saying that you know he's having difficulty breathing. So remember

  268. that. You know, when things start to go crazy in your life,

  269. that is your understanding. Put it, let it go quiet, and then

  270. bring God's word in Today. Elder Twans shared an amazing word in XPJ,

  271. so amazing and our and I wanted to I shared this and be you.

  272. I said, when we buy appliances, he always buys me all my phones

  273. and my kitchen appliances. I just have to say, love, I need

  274. this, or I need this pressure cooker, or I need this appliance.

  275. He will go and search for it and he will buy it for me.

  276. But the one thing he always tells me to do is read the manual.

  277. I hate reading manuals because it's so fat, every language, and I don't

  278. know. I'm to search for the English, and then the words are so

  279. tiny, smaller than and I've got to put on my glasses and read it,

  280. and so much to read. Then you say, it's very important that

  281. you know how it works, so it doesn't blow up in your face.

  282. You know, pressure cookersa If you don't read it, it's very dangerous.

  283. So he makes me read. If I get a phone, another thing he

  284. said, read it so you know how to use the phone exactly how it's

  285. supposed to be used today. A phone. I was just thinking when I

  286. was sitting, when I was listening to you, Oh my goodness, I

  287. also have that. You know, God also has given us a manual,

  288. and this is it. If you don't read this, the devil, the

  289. enemy will lie to you and you will believe it. The enemy will push

  290. you around and you'll be okay with it. You know. You don't know

  291. the word. You're lost. You need to know. And this is God's

  292. word to us. This is the manual that we need to read. You

  293. know, appliances all you don't read, you make mistake. Never min This

  294. is life, this is eternal life. You miss it. That's it.

  295. You're not going to get a second chance. God has come to you.

  296. You are here in church because she said, Lord, I believe in you.

  297. I presume that most of you are Christians. You know the Lord.

  298. You know, so read your word. Without the word, you are lost,

  299. you are in darkness. I actually title my message your word is a

  300. lamb onto my feet and a light onto my path. The word brings light

  301. onto your path. When you get stuck, go to the word. Not

  302. just when you get stuck. Every day go to the word. And as

  303. you read the word, you find it. You know, the word says

  304. it's sweeter than honey. I actually started to love the word and started to

  305. read it every day, and I actually told the Lord, Lord, your

  306. word is sweeter than honey. I can taste it. It's so sweet,

  307. it's so good. So don't forget. If you are a child of God,

  308. you need to know who you are, where you came from, where

  309. you're going. Don't let the Lord tell you I don't know you. You

  310. know, I always have that thing, you know, I always tell God

  311. this is maybel checking in. You know, Miah, one day when I

  312. meet you, don't say I don't know you are so I always I always

  313. talk to the Lord. I have a very simple relationship with the Lord.

  314. It's not complicated, it's easy. God comes down to your understanding. Whoever

  315. you are. However you speak, God comes down. If you're very intelligent

  316. and you speak very eloquent, like my husband, you will talk to you

  317. like that. But if you're like hin Chai. You know, chin Chai

  318. is simple, you know, like me, he will come and talk to

  319. you like that. He will let you. He will give you that understanding

  320. where you are. He will bring that understanding. So don't think, you

  321. know everybody have to be a certain way. God tells me that all the

  322. time. You don't have to be like someone else. Just be you.

  323. I made you you, I only want you God. You are precious in

  324. God's lives, each one of you. You are made specially you know,

  325. in his image, perfect in his image. You're correct, how you think,

  326. what you do you are special. There is no one like you.

  327. So don't be like someone else. Don't desire to be like someone else.

  328. Desire to be like Jesus. And another thing I want to share with you

  329. is you know we always sing the song more we want more of you?

  330. Is that we always sing the song I want more of you, more of

  331. you, more of you. I am not your eye have a problem with

  332. that. Let me tell you why every time we sing Lord, I want

  333. more of you, more of you. Yes, I can understand more of

  334. you, we want more of you. But in my own understanding, I'm

  335. thinking the Bible says, you draw near to me, and I will draw

  336. near to you. Doesn't want the Bible say that, right, Selena?

  337. Huh, So you don't have to like like when you say I want more

  338. of you, more of you, and God is saying no. The ball

  339. and he's caught, and he's saying no weight. I don't want weight.

  340. I would think about it whether I want to give you more myself. You

  341. know, we're begging God and there's a tug of war. It's not like

  342. that. God says, you know, you're drawn near to me. Draw

  343. And when God comes near to you, he's not coming in his five percent.

  344. Again, I'm telling you he's coming in his all, in his whole

  345. glory, his power. He's coming to you with his help, with his

  346. angel, He's coming to you with everything. So remember when you're singing the

  347. song, you just have to say, God, I'm drawing near to you,

  348. and I know when I'm drawing near to you, you are drawing near

  349. to me. And I have everything of you, and I don't have to

  350. worry. So remember that. Okay, okay, let's go. The time

  351. now is twelve five. The last time I was in Beu there they already

  352. told me what No, five minutes they showed me and my favorite picture here.

  353. I haven't finished. They told me five minutes, said sorry, I'm

  354. going to finish it. And that's it. Okay, summit. Next thing

  355. is summit, and in all your ways acknowledge and he will direct your part.

  356. And in another in another version, he said submit, submit to him.

  357. You know, guys, submitter is a very very powerful word. You

  358. know. It's not a form of weakness to submit. It's not a form

  359. of weakness. When Jesus came down, his whole life was an example.

  360. Jesus lived a life of submission. You know, he didn't say, hey,

  361. I'm here for a holiday, I will do whatever I want to do.

  362. No, he didn't. He was submitted to the Father every moment of

  363. every day. He submitted until the point of death. You know, he

  364. had to say, God, you know, I want to do this so

  365. much. But you know, if it's possible, if there was another way,

  366. let this cup pass. But no, God still went through everything for

  367. you and I, so we can have salvation today. So remember, submission

  368. is not a form of weakness. God resist the proud, but gives grace

  369. to the humble. Therefore, and for that reason. Therefore, for that

  370. reason, submit to God. Resist the devil. When you submit to God,

  371. you're able to resist the devil. Remember, the devil had a he

  372. did whatever he wanted to do, and he got kicked out of heaven.

  373. So let's not follow his example. Let's submit. Why are we afraid to

  374. submit to God first and then to the people who He has appointed and called.

  375. You know, we have leaders. Sometimes our leaders are young. When

  376. my husband and I first came to at church, we were already in our

  377. almost late fifties, maybe already fifty. You know, when we came and

  378. we were already leaders for many years in our church. But when we came,

  379. we served God wherever God called us to serve. He was a host

  380. in Basement three, I was in the rebel store. I was selling books,

  381. helping people with you know, all the merchandise there. And it wasn't

  382. I wasn't shy to submit to young leaders. And our leaders were all why

  383. wis campus students, So God right, there were a lot of why was

  384. young people, you know, and they were very afraid of when they saw

  385. us. They were like, oh, we went to our young homes and

  386. they were not very comfortable, but we made them comfortable. We say,

  387. no, we're learning from you. We encourage them, so don't be afraid

  388. to submit. And then what does God do when you submit to the Lord.

  389. It attracts And God suddenly promoted us. We didn't ask for it,

  390. you know, we still tell told God. I mean, we told Pastor

  391. we can do whatever, Pastor. We don't need a title. We don't

  392. need a name. We don't to serve God, you don't need a special

  393. title given to you. You can serve God wherever you are. What you

  394. know, you can come to the Lord, you can come to church and

  395. you can do anything. You see somebody. You're serving God. You're encouraging

  396. a brother, You're encouraging us. Sister, what are you doing? You're

  397. serving God. So don't be afraid to submit, just not to God,

  398. but to the people. The young people here, the many young people being

  399. raised here. You know, don't say that they are too young. I

  400. only will listen to the fallor if it's a big age. You know,

  401. got gray hair a bit older, he knows more. No, the Lord

  402. ministers to the young and to the old. He doesn't just minister to one

  403. age group. So don't be afraid to submit to your leaders. You know,

  404. Selena may be very young to say, are you I want the old

  405. lady down here? Older maybe like me gray hair? Really no, don't.

  406. God speaks to our young people, so submit to them. It's good.

  407. It attracts God. God watches these things are. Why is in your

  408. own eyes? I want to quickly go because I want to get to a

  409. part that I really love? Why is in your own eyes? Which is

  410. therefore summit to go? O? Resist there the next one, lise the

  411. next verse? What is the next verse? Eight? Or you don't have

  412. eight? Eight is my favorite? Eight? Nine? I think it's all

  413. there right, No, be you did it excellently. Come on, guys,

  414. we can do that. Come on. This is the same thing I

  415. gave you. Okay, wise in your own eyes, self reliant? What

  416. is wise? Now? I don't be wise in your own eyes. The

  417. Bible says wise. Being wise in our own eyes is self reliant. It's

  418. self okay, self sufficient a sign of pride. Again, and what does

  419. the Bible say about pride goes before destruction? Wow? So never never be

  420. wise in your own eyes. Okay, Okay. I want to go to

  421. the last part of the worst, which is fear the Lord. Fear the

  422. Lord. Fear the Lord. Yeah. Can you read it for me?

  423. Yeah, fear the Lord. Okay, I read the complete seventh verse from

  424. Proverbs Free. You just mentioned it. Do not be wise in your own

  425. eyes, Fear the Lord and depart from evil man. Amen, Fear the

  426. Lord. I accepted the Lord when I was about maybe twenty. I remember

  427. celebrating my twenty first birthday as a child of God, and I had on

  428. my twenty first birthday, thank you Jesus for my twenty first birthday. I

  429. put that on the cake. And I've been a Christian for a long time.

  430. But I've always lived on grace and God's love and God's mercy. Don't

  431. we like that? We like to live in God's love and mercy. We

  432. don't like all this fear fear, this tough part, or we don't want

  433. to read. But yet the Lord says, fear the Lord, Fear the

  434. Lord. What does it mean? In the last five years. I think

  435. it was on our thirtieth anniversary, we were away and God came to me.

  436. He put the fear of God in me. I used to live,

  437. okayla, I I can you know there's always grace. I can always say

  438. sorry God, he will forgive me. It won't be so bad. But

  439. in the on my thirtieth anniversary, our wedding anniversity, God actually put the

  440. fear of God in me, and from then on my life has been totally

  441. changed. Living in the fear of God is beautiful, guys. Living in

  442. the fear of God is having Jesus by your side. Twenty four to seven.

  443. There is no break. There is no break. Even when I let

  444. go guests, I say, I'm excuse me, Lord, because I know

  445. He's beside me. Yes, to that extent, I changed to that extent

  446. where I am aware of him twenty four to seven. My actions, my

  447. thoughts, what I'm thinking of somebody, what I'm doing, how I carry

  448. myself, everything that I do, I know Jesus standing beside me. God

  449. is saying, I'm not so interested with a cloud of witnesses shearing me.

  450. All that I the one secondary, but the Lord watching me. Twenty four

  451. seven. When I'm sleeping, how I dress, how I carry myself,

  452. when I'm cleaning or in my house, I'm clean. Heaven is not thirty.

  453. You know where you throw your clothes here, you throw your clothes there.

  454. No, it's God actually tells me be clean. When I do my

  455. cakes, there's integrity. How you're washing your hands, when you're doing something.

  456. All that God is watching you. So don't ever think God takes his

  457. eyes off you. When you have the fear of God in you, it's

  458. when you take note of these things you are more careful. You're careful in

  459. how you think, how quickly you forgive, how you don't take offense,

  460. you quickly want to when God says something, you do it. I am

  461. a person very hard to forgive, very hard, because when I trust in

  462. you, I love you, I know I really love you, and if

  463. you let me down, it takes me a long time to forgive you,

  464. you know, And God just tells me, maybe forgive. And I learned

  465. that. I learned that in a hard ways to go to God and cry

  466. before the Lord Lord, I want to forgive. I'm finding it so hard

  467. to forgive. I want, I want, but I can't. And I

  468. used to go to the Lord and cry before the Lord Lord. I want

  469. to do. I want to obey, but I can't. And that's when

  470. God does something you know today that is something not a part of me anymore.

  471. I can forgive so quickly. You know, we went through something really

  472. painful, and I'm thinking to myself, maybe get angry, maybe get angry.

  473. I'm like, no, I'm not. I mean, they don't know

  474. they did it. It's okay. Let's just move on. Forgive and let

  475. them live and let God take care of them. So when the fear of

  476. God comes into your life, something happens. You all have to live in

  477. the fear of God. Don't live just on grace and mercy. God will

  478. forgive me that I can do this, do whatever God will forgive me.

  479. God is watching you, guys, twenty four seven is not taking his eyes

  480. off you. So live in the reverence of God. Fear is reverence of

  481. God. No fear is respect for God. You know when we walk into

  482. church, yeah this is a hotel. Yeah we have cleanness, but this

  483. is where the Holy Spirit, the presence of God is so our eyes.

  484. You know, we come here, we always see pictures. Is everything in

  485. order? Even though this is not my church plan. Mine is ten thirty.

  486. But when I walk into the church plan, I'm looking. Is there

  487. rubbish on the floor? Is the chair's need? I'm not why? This

  488. is all respect for God. This is God's house. This is not just

  489. what is this place called Gee Tower? This is not Gee Tower. This

  490. is the present. This is the house of God. Yes, we are

  491. all temples, we are the temple of God. Yes, but this is

  492. where we worship God. So make sure when you walk in you're always putting

  493. the chairs straight. This all this are God is watching you. You know

  494. you don't have to be an asher to make the chest straight. You don't

  495. have to be a host to pick up a rubbish from the floor and say

  496. this is church. I must, you know, give my best. The

  497. church must be clean. But actually I must say that the couppet is very

  498. clean. Today I cannot find anything on the carpet, so it's very very

  499. clean. So praise the Lord for that. Fear is being okay. I'm

  500. accountable for my motives, my thoughts, my words, my actions. Fearing

  501. the Lord will keep me from sin, very very important. It will keep

  502. you from sin. And we what do we do? We always sort of

  503. like put. We look at sin and say, okay, this is you

  504. know, it says shun evil. He says shun evil. Everything that is

  505. opposed to God is evil. You know. We can say, oh,

  506. this is a small lie, so God is okay with it. It's just

  507. a small lie. I have to tell this because I have to save something.

  508. It's a small lie. But to God's eyes, it's evil. So

  509. don't don't let this this this sin. Don't put don't put? Uh?

  510. How you how you what you say? How do you make small? You

  511. you make something small something big? You put a sin into a place that

  512. the sun can the sun cannot know. In God's eyes, sin is sin.

  513. Sin is evil, So don't sin. So fearing the Lord keeps you

  514. from sin. I think I've lived. I I won't say my My work

  515. is filthy rags. But still I I try myself not to sin before the

  516. Lord. Small sin, big sin. I try. And sometimes you know,

  517. cassis give you money. You know, sometimes the restaurants are so expensive,

  518. right when they give you extra and say I should take this money because

  519. that food is not worth it. It wasn't nice, so I should keep

  520. the money. But really, the Lord is watching you. So when something

  521. like this happens, it's the honorable thing because it brings honor to the Lord.

  522. You go and return the money and say, hey, you gave me

  523. more. You know, in these things, these are the small things.

  524. They go watches you. I am telling you about the small things. You

  525. know. We have elder Terans and all these Bible scholars that will really give

  526. you the word of God and teach you the teaching. But I will give

  527. you the simple things. Do not sin, Do not put the word is

  528. not coming, but it's just don't put something where sin is sin. Treat

  529. it as sin, treat it as evil. But when you start to compromise,

  530. when you start to say this is small, this is big, DECI

  531. I can do this. No, in God's eyes, sin sin, and

  532. it is evil in his God's eyes, So don't sin. Okay, okay,

  533. let me see where am I today? Where my God? Okay?

  534. Do we just I and measure evil? Okay, I've covered that health.

  535. You know, we all are we we want to take care of our health,

  536. especially when we're getting older. You know, we want to make sure

  537. that we're doing right. What does the Bible say about health? What brings

  538. health to our bodies and nourishment to our our bones? The Bible says,

  539. fear the Lord and depart from evil. This will bring your health. This

  540. will what will bring your health. Not your vitamins, not your supplements.

  541. But fear the Lord and depart from evil, every evil, every sin.

  542. This will bring you health. Take note of what the Bible says and listen

  543. to it and obeyed with all your heart, your soul, your mind.

  544. Listen to it and obeyed, And when you obey it, it will bring

  545. you health. James four eight says, draw near to me, and I

  546. will draw near to you. When God draws near to you, he comes

  547. in all his glory. We war leave the same way we came into his

  548. presence. We pray and be seeing more of you Lord. Do we understand

  549. what we are saying, is God keeping himself away from us? God watches

  550. over his word to perform it. We hope you've been blessed by this message.
