  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day today.

  3. I want to share with your word that's titled Setbacks

  4. not failures. Setbacks not failures. So very often we may

  5. face setbacks, but we have to be clear that just

  6. because we experience a setback doesn't mean that we are failing.

  7. And this is a very important distinction between a failure

  8. and a setback, because a setback can spur us on

  9. to do more. A failure can stop us in our tracks. Anyway,

  10. let's see what the Word of God has to say

  11. and will glean some truths from it. With your bibles,

  12. turn with me to Second Samuel, Versus six, Sorry not

  13. Versus six, Chapter six, Versus three two five, Okay there, yeah, okay,

  14. reading from Versus three, and here we go. So they

  15. set the ark of God on a new car and

  16. brought it out of the house of Amita Dab. Now

  17. after four this is the fourth time, after three times

  18. of sharing this word, I finally got his name right. Okay,

  19. So where were we? Yes, out of the house of

  20. Amedda Dab which was on the hill. Pay attention to

  21. that the Bible never says anything without a specific meaning.

  22. The house was on a hill, and uzza ohio, the

  23. sons of Amida Dab, I'm getting better. This drove the

  24. new cart and they brought it out of the house

  25. of Amida Dab, which was on the hill accompanying the

  26. Ark of God. And our hero went before the Our

  27. hero went before the ark sounds like ohio, but actually

  28. sounds a very Japanese name, a heel a hell. Okay.

  29. The house was on a hill, The Ark of the

  30. Covenant was on a hill. And twice it was said

  31. that the house was on a hill. Do you know

  32. that when we are experiencing great things from God, sometimes

  33. our spirits, our lives be on a hill. It feels

  34. pretty good to be up there. Great things are happening. Wow,

  35. it's so wonderful. It's so lovely to have good things happening. Right,

  36. But how many of us know that in order to

  37. move from one glory to the next, sometimes we have

  38. to come down from that hill. The thing is Scripture

  39. says we move from glory to glory. So I asked

  40. the Lord Lord, it doesn't seem right. How come things

  41. don't go as plan? How come you know, things start

  42. to take a southern turn. They turn south when we

  43. should be going north. Well, it's like this. You can

  44. never reach a higher plane if you're satisfied on the

  45. hell you're at. If we were so happy climbing hills,

  46. when anybody climbed mountain, a balloona no one will I'm

  47. so happy with the hill. You've climbed hills before. Were

  48. you happy with the hill? You wanted to climb a mountain,

  49. isn't it there? You go ask him. Once you have

  50. conquered the hill, you don't want the hill anymore. You

  51. want to conquer a mountain. So I gotta tell you

  52. that when you come down from the hill, and I'll

  53. explain it in a little while, when you come down

  54. from that hill, it doesn't mean you're leaving that blessing behind.

  55. It doesn't mean you're leaving that great things that are

  56. happening behind. It simply means that on this journey to

  57. your next victory, you will face challenges. Hey, guys, you

  58. shared with your uncle, you shared with your aunt, you

  59. shared with your mother, you shared with your father, and

  60. nothing seems to happen. Oh, the Bible says, go ye

  61. into the world and preach the gospel does the Bible

  62. say go into the world and save it. No, because

  63. who has saved us, Jesus already has unt it. He

  64. died for our saints, so that we that believe in him,

  65. we are already saved. But what is the subscription? Say

  66. preach the gospel. But it does tell us one thing.

  67. You know, make disciples. So you can't do anything about

  68. whether someone receives the Lord or not. But you can

  69. do something about it once they have given their life

  70. to Jesus. Because whether a person believes or not is

  71. something between God and that person. The Bible says, it's

  72. the Holy Spirit that convicts. Your job is to tell.

  73. But can you convict? You're not the Holy Spirit. I'm

  74. not the Holy Spirit. Hey, somebody told me about Jesus

  75. had to me four years. You know, you think I

  76. accepted straight away? I fought the guy affort my sister,

  77. No way, you're wrong because I believed in a nominal

  78. Christian faith that does not believe that you need to

  79. accept Jesus Christ as Lord. And say so, I thought

  80. I was a Christian. What baptized when I was born?

  81. And we all know that what is baptism. Baptism is

  82. a declaration between all of mankind that you have chosen

  83. to follow Jesus. Well, I can make that decision. When

  84. I'm a baby, I cannot make any decision except I

  85. want my mama. I want my daddy, that's all. Or

  86. I want food. I cannot even clean myself. Somebody else

  87. gotta clean me. So they set the ark of the

  88. con on a new cart, brought it out of the

  89. house of amid Dad which was on a hill, and

  90. Houseiah and Ahio, the sons of amid Dab, drove the

  91. new car. So they brought it out of the house

  92. of Amida Amiadab which was on a hill, accompanying the

  93. Ark of God, and Ahil went before the ark. So

  94. always remember, hey, it's okay. If you are really flying

  95. high and then suddenly you're not flying high anymore, Praise

  96. the Lord. You're in for a new challenge that's going

  97. to take you to a higher place. That's what scripture

  98. says when it means it takes you from glory to glory.

  99. But in between the two glories, there is challenge. There

  100. is challenge. Before Jesus started his ministry, is already the

  101. son of God. He was already the son of God

  102. before he started his music. But what was the first

  103. thing he had to do before he could get to

  104. that hill. He had to go into the wilderness. He

  105. had to be tempted. He had to fast for the

  106. days and nights. There was a challenge before the acclamation.

  107. So in verse five, it says, then David, verse five,

  108. reading without my glasses. Then David and all the house

  109. of Israel played music before the Lord, on all kinds

  110. of instruments, of firwood, of harps, on string instruments and tambourines,

  111. on systems, non symbols. Hey, how many of you when

  112. you have read how many of us have read this

  113. verse before and issue heads? I read this potion of scripture. Okay, good,

  114. it's good to read the Old Testament. Okay, you read

  115. the Old Testament, you'll understand a lot about what's happening

  116. in New Testament right now. The issue is this, how

  117. many of us Spain we have ready thought that they

  118. were worshiping. I thought that they were worshiping. I thought, wow,

  119. so nice they worship with string instruments, and they were celebrating.

  120. I want us to know that celebration doesn't mean that

  121. we are worshiping. You know that there are so many

  122. people who listen to gospel music in this world today

  123. but are not worshiping the Lord. They just like the music,

  124. they just like the feeling. Hey, you know, America's got talent.

  125. One or two people from Africa, young guys came up

  126. and they sang gospel songs. And when they sang gospel songs,

  127. the whole crowd went wild, really went wild. Most of

  128. the crowd were not worshiping the Lord. They just enjoyed

  129. the music. They just enjoyed the singing, They just enjoyed

  130. the instrumentation, they enjoyed the energy, but they were not worshiping.

  131. And this is very important to understand because disaster was

  132. about to take place. You see, when we are making

  133. any kind of movement before the Lord, if worship is

  134. not in us hearts, we're in dangerous territory. We are

  135. in dangerous territory because you see, it is the worship

  136. of God that takes us forward. It's the worship of

  137. God that protects us. It's the worship of God that

  138. covers us. And when we don't have that covering, what

  139. protection do we have a good feeling? A good feeling

  140. will not last. And you're about to see the inscripture.

  141. Feelings are not enough. They are nothing more than Chicha

  142. on the ceiling. Oh you got that joke, Praise the

  143. Lord feeling, Yeah, that's the one all all of us

  144. in some of us remember that. How many of you

  145. even know that song? Feelings? You don't know that song?

  146. That song? That song was so famous, man, feeling nothing.

  147. I couldn't stand it. I couldn't stand it. So anyway,

  148. so you know, worship is not necessarily celebration is not

  149. necessarily worship. I'm getting somewhere now. When they came to

  150. Nachon's threshing floor, these names. Every time I read this name,

  151. it reminds me of Nacho's at least something I like.

  152. So I won't forget Nachon's name because it's close to

  153. something I like. And when they came to Nachon's threshing floor,

  154. Uza put out his hand on the ark of God

  155. and took all of it for The Oxen stumbled, Hey,

  156. in your journey down the hill, it's not going to

  157. be smooth. Remember I said, there'll be challenges. How do

  158. I know there'll be challenges because the Oxen stumble they're

  159. coming down the hill there's gonna be rocky ground. It's

  160. gonna cause you to stumble. How many of you know

  161. that stumble doesn't necessarily mean fall, It can mean fall.

  162. How many of us? How many of us fall every

  163. time we stumble when we walk? And you know, the

  164. one thing you notice when people stumble is they will

  165. always look back at the thing that stumble them. Right

  166. not you go, then you continue walking. Sometimes your own

  167. shoes stumble you because the grip is so good, you know,

  168. and you look back. Why you look back? So your

  169. own shoe there? Because I did this so many times

  170. last week. My own shoes stumbled me because the rubber

  171. is pretty good. And then I was walking on that

  172. kind of floor, so it was grabbing and stumble and

  173. I'm looking back at the floor.

  174. Will be times you stumble. Worship keeps you steady.

  175. And now Usa put his hand out on the ark

  176. of God and took hold of it for the oxen stumble.

  177. Then the angle of the Love was of the loud.

  178. The anger of the Lord was aroused against Uza, and

  179. God struck him for his error, and he died there

  180. before the Ark of God. To understand the ark of

  181. the Covenant, you have to read Exodus. I think it's

  182. thirteen onwards where God instructed them to build the Aye.

  183. What was the ark? The ark was a representation of

  184. that glory of God here on earth, and it was

  185. placed in the tent of the meeting. Now, for those

  186. of you know or don't know, there was a cloud,

  187. And this is what the Lord spoke to me this

  188. morning and gave me a little bit more understanding. There

  189. was a pillar of cloud by day and fire by

  190. night that led the children of Israel as they moved

  191. away from Egypt. But when the Ark of the Covenant

  192. was built and put into the tent of the meeting,

  193. that pillar would rest on the tent. Why a representation

  194. of that awesome power of God, wonderful, holy, so pure?

  195. Do you know that we were not meant to hold

  196. that awesome power of God without a glorified body. How

  197. do we know this? Moses said, God, may I see you.

  198. God said, you can't take it. Man, I'm paraphrasing, there's

  199. no way you can handle the sight of my glory.

  200. But never mind, this is what I'll do. Go and

  201. hide in that rock in between the two rocks, and

  202. as I passed by, I'll let you see me, what

  203. is it? He closed Moses' eyes so Moses couldn't see him,

  204. and he passed by. Then he let Moses see the

  205. back of his glory, and then Moses started to glow.

  206. You gotta understand there is one time that we will

  207. be able to behold the glory of God, and that

  208. is only when we expire from this earth and our

  209. body is a glorified meaning that now we are able

  210. to take the sight of God because he allows it.

  211. In this particular case, Uzza has the oxen stumbled, put

  212. out his hand and touched the ark and he died.

  213. If you read Exode, If you read Exodus, if you

  214. read and God said, nobody shall touch the ark, because

  215. if they touch the ark, they will die. So how

  216. many of you thought this was pretty harsh? I mean,

  217. when you're ready, come on, be honest. I don't want

  218. to see the hand like this, clearly, all right, because

  219. God is going to give us an answer, all right.

  220. How many of us, and I'm included, thought this was

  221. very harsh because the guy was preventing the arc from falling.

  222. Can I see a show of hands? As in all

  223. the places that I have shared, this is the same.

  224. Because I'm the same I thought, Hey, God, what's the

  225. matter with you? Sorry? The guy was trying to prevent

  226. the ark from falling, and you killed him. And the

  227. Lord gave me this answer on my morning walks. This

  228. is the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings,

  229. who set every star in its place, who put the

  230. Sun ninety three million miles away from Earth. Who causes

  231. this Earth to spin on its axis at a degree

  232. of twenty three point five degrees for a minute degree

  233. of all of us would die, so perfect for the

  234. growth of life twenty three point five degrees. Who causes

  235. that molten iron in the center of the Earth to

  236. spin in order to create a magnetic field that prevents

  237. cosmic rays coming from the Sun to bounce off these

  238. electromagnetic rays so we don't get fried to a crisp.

  239. This great God who created the heavens and the Earth.

  240. If you read and which I do, if you read signs,

  241. you will know that do you know in the universe

  242. some planets are made entirely out of diamond? One planet diamond?

  243. Do you know that there are planets made of gold?

  244. Do you know that there's their planets bigger than the

  245. Sun whose composure or made up of a material lighter

  246. than what's that that that sugar thing that spins and

  247. you eat in carnivals cotton candy bigger than the sun,

  248. with material less than the density of cotton candy. Did

  249. you know this great God who set everything in its

  250. place so that you and I can live? Twelve hours

  251. of sun, twelve hours of darkness? Tides coming in, tides

  252. going up, tides coming in tides going. Uh, this great

  253. God is not able to prevent the ark from falling.

  254. How many of us are so bold to think we

  255. can lend God a hand? Oh? I lend God a hand?

  256. Will God? Who made your hand? Does he need you

  257. to lend him a hand? He's given us tasks to do.

  258. That's different. But if we put out a hand on

  259. the art, what are we telling God you are not

  260. able to do it? Let me do it for you. Oh,

  261. God takes offense. If ever you and I need to

  262. touch God. Let us touch God in faith. But let

  263. not the hand that touches God touch him in doubt. Oh,

  264. because when you touch him in doubt, you know what

  265. you do. You kindle his anger. That's inscription. Don't get

  266. angry with me. And as I'm walking in. When the

  267. Lord told me that, I got excited and afraid all

  268. at the same time. And then I understood, Lord, it's true.

  269. It's true. You've set everything in its place. You caused

  270. the donkey to speak, You made the sun stand in

  271. its place for twenty four hours so that Joshua could

  272. defeat the enemy. You're not able to keep that arc

  273. from falling. God knows what he's saying. Okay, if the

  274. ark fell supernaturally, angels would have come and lifted it on.

  275. I mean, did they so soon? Forget this God that

  276. parted the Red Sea. Guys, in our journey to see success,

  277. let not our failures define us define us. All right,

  278. it's a setback. This was a setback, and David became angry.

  279. Oh my, David became angry at the Lord's outbreak. I mean,

  280. David didn't get it, you know, just like you and me. God,

  281. you're being a bit harsh. When we were being or

  282. thinking like that. God, you're a bit harsh, We were

  283. exactly like David. So don't get upset if we didn't

  284. see it the first time. Because David, whom the Bible says,

  285. Bible says was a man after God's own heart didn't

  286. get it, and David was the anger of the Lord. Okay,

  287. the next one, the next slight. And David became angry

  288. because of the Lord's outbreak against Uzza, and he called

  289. the name of that place peers Usa. To this day,

  290. peers Usa probably means the anger of the Lord visited

  291. against Uza, something to that. In fact, I didn't research

  292. it because not important. What's important is Usar died and

  293. David was angry, and David gave this place a name

  294. out of that anger. He could have said, Huzza, who

  295. forgot who this great god was? He could have named

  296. it that, but no, so David became angry. How many

  297. of us become angry at God? Things don't go away? Right?

  298. I know of people who are so angry with God

  299. till this day and who are on strike. Do you

  300. want to come to church? Do you want to pray?

  301. Still believe in God, but angry with him? So they're

  302. trying to show him face. That's like the end trying

  303. to show face to the elephant. I said this the elephants,

  304. the tale on the elephants have fall on the end.

  305. The end is crushed you and I want to be

  306. angry with God? Can we even stand up to him,

  307. the God who created us? And some people think, oh,

  308. they are wrestling with God until God touches their tie,

  309. and and after that they will get their answer. Scripture

  310. talks about Jacob wrestling with the Lord. I don't see

  311. anybody else in Sae to pure wrestling with a lot,

  312. because after people learn how foolish Jacob was, nobody else

  313. wanted to wrestle with God. Come on, guys, this is it.

  314. We can't afford to be angry with God when things

  315. don't go away. Have you ever felt that we were

  316. doing the right thing and that there was no progress?

  317. So you're sharing and there's no progress. You're witnessing there's

  318. no progress. You're working hard and there's no progress. You've

  319. you know, so then there's no progress. Have you ever

  320. felt that others were to blame? Ah, this fellow is

  321. speaking against me, that fella speaking against me. You know,

  322. you know I should have got but I didn't get this.

  323. This fell as at four? And then have you felt

  324. that we have failed? It's a sad thing to feel

  325. that we fail. And when we do fail, or when

  326. we think we fail, and when we consider all these

  327. things what happens? Do we get angry? How many of

  328. us get angry at someone? Truthfully, we do? Isn't it

  329. when things don't go so well? Maybe in an office

  330. place we get angry at someone. It's quite natural to

  331. get angry. It's quite natural to get afraid. Oh, I

  332. better not touch whoa like this? Are? I better not

  333. touch the arc? Like this? I better not touch the arc? Hey,

  334. did you know that there were two poles in the ark?

  335. If we had touched the polar, he'd be okay. But

  336. he didn't touch the pole. You know, he touched the arc.

  337. So does it make us afraid? The seeming failure? I

  338. say seeming because we're getting somewhere? Does it make us afraid? Hey, guys,

  339. don't stop just because you fail. Don't stop because something

  340. doesn't go your way. Don't stop do without the plan,

  341. do without ourselves. How many of us have you heard

  342. this statement? Paralysis of analysis? You analyze and analyze, and

  343. you analyze so much you paralyze yourself. You know I

  344. said this, Praise God for someone like Peter. Peter very

  345. often did not analyze anything, so he went hid in.

  346. But YOUNA know something? That guy experienced some things that

  347. all the other careful ones never experience. I mean, did

  348. Peter stop to analyze nobody walks on water? I know

  349. he's Jesus. Lord, Jesus can do it. I'm not Jesus,

  350. but just Jesus, you let me walk? Jesus, Come, did

  351. you say, are you sure? If it's Usa? Are you sure? Lord?

  352. No one can walk on water? You sure? Peter didn't

  353. say that. The moment Jesus said come, he got on

  354. the boat and he walked. He at least walked. I

  355. don't know how much he walked. He walked a few

  356. steps lard and after that his sight got the better

  357. of him and he sank after that. But you know what,

  358. Jesus came in saved him. Hey, praise the Lord. Like

  359. he experienced Jesus saving him. Did the rest experience Jesus

  360. saving him saving them? No, because they didn't walk on water,

  361. so they couldn't experience how the Lord can save them.

  362. But Peter did. Oh who am I? You are the

  363. son of the living God? Wow, Simon, But flesh and

  364. blood is not revealed to you, but my father in

  365. heaven wonderful, you see. Not really analyzing just comes straight

  366. out on the tip of your tongue. Then the very

  367. next instance, get deep behind me, Satan. In almost the

  368. same paragraph, he denied Jesus three times. But you wanna

  369. know something, when they saw Jesus. When he saw Jesus

  370. on the beach, did he wait? He jumped into the

  371. water and swam towards Jesus. You think he was paralyzed. No, Jesus,

  372. I'm dead. Then he sat down with Jesus. How many

  373. of the disciples were restored by Jesus as far as

  374. I know, Peter personally personal touch. Hey, it's okay if

  375. you make mistakes. You make personal mistakes with God, you

  376. know what he can restore you personally, one on one.

  377. Don't get paralyzed by fear. Don't allow anything to stop you,

  378. because always remember you're on a journey. I want you

  379. to know that whatever is right will always be right,

  380. whether you're experiencing it at the time or not. The

  381. Ark of the Lord remained at the house of orbit

  382. Edom the guitar three months, and the Lord blessed olbert

  383. Edom and all his household. You know what tells me.

  384. It tells me that it was God's purpose to get

  385. the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem. So now David

  386. is afraid, right, I don't want to touch it. I'm

  387. angry with the Lord. I'm not going to touch it.

  388. Do you think God is pushed? Because the Bible tells

  389. me ober Idom enjoyed blessings from the Lord. You see,

  390. God's not pushed. His purpose will never be thwarted, meaning

  391. that his purpose was to bless and be a blessing

  392. to Jerusalem wherever his presence was manifested. Okay, so now

  393. David's anger and fear caused him not to move. Does

  394. that stop God? It did not, and ober Adam continued

  395. to be blessed of the Lord. Now I was told

  396. to King David. It was left at three months. He

  397. was told to King David, saying, the Lord has blessed

  398. the house of Overdidam and all that belongs to him

  399. because of the ark of God. You know, I took

  400. three months no internet. The first time I preached his

  401. messenger was forty eight minutes after trumpet shot. Within forty

  402. eight minutes. I know he is thousands of miles in

  403. a different place, but that time, really there was no internet.

  404. I do not know how long it took for messages

  405. to travel, but Eventually the message got to David's say, hey,

  406. the guy is being blessed. You know, guy is being blessed.

  407. Then David comes to his senses and he says, no, no,

  408. that's my blessing. There's supposed to be the blessing for Jerusalem.

  409. So now David got over his anger pretty quickly. Common sense,

  410. not common sense, but real godly sense came into his heart,

  411. and he went and brought up the Ark of Covenant

  412. from the House of Oberdiden to the city of David

  413. with gladness. There was a difference between the second time

  414. and the first time. Remember I said, in the first

  415. time there was a lot of celebration, not necessarily worship.

  416. Look and see the difference between then and now. And

  417. so it was when those bearing the Ark of the

  418. Lord had gone six paces that he sacrificed oxen and

  419. fettered sheep. You see, now there was a conscious decision

  420. to remain in worship throughout the journey. There was sacrifice

  421. throughout the journey. Here I have no I didn't research this,

  422. so I don't know. Okay, I do not know what

  423. was the distance between the House of orbit Dam and Jerusalem.

  424. But I'll tell you this a kilometer is about a

  425. kilometer has about seven thousand, five hundred steps. Akay, seven thousand,

  426. five hundred steps one kilometer. How do I know when

  427. I walk every day? I got the watch and it

  428. tells me. So how a monitor? Okay? So now seven

  429. thousand and five hundred divided by six paces, all right,

  430. is roughly uh seven seven six roughly about one thousand,

  431. one two hundred something like that. One thousand, two hundred

  432. times in one kilometer they stop and they sacrifice times

  433. by the number of kilometers. Man, there was a lot

  434. of sheep. There was a lot of sacrifice, But that

  435. was a lot of worship. You see, you want to

  436. go from one hill to the next. You want to move,

  437. You want to see God bless you. You want your

  438. failure not to remain a failure. There has to be

  439. a conscious decision to keep in worship. Why every six

  440. steps he was so careful. He did not want to

  441. make a mistake. That probably this time when he took

  442. six steps while they were worshiping, somebody's in front of

  443. the road, cleaning it, flattening it, straightening it, make sure

  444. nobody stumbles. It's true. Think about it. The first time,

  445. no care no effort, no planning, but now very carefully. Hey, guys,

  446. we want to see God bless us. Let us steps

  447. be careful. Let us steps be fraught with worship, drowning

  448. in praise, glorifying God. So what was different? This time?

  449. There was careful sacrifice every six paces sheep, an auction, oxen, action, oxen,

  450. There was worship offering. You want to know that this

  451. time David set aside his kingly garments. You read David

  452. set aside his kingly garments, and he put on a

  453. linen effort, just girded with a with You know why

  454. this time David was personally involved in the move, very

  455. very personally involved. When you are setting aside your kingly

  456. garments and you're putting on a linen effort, you are

  457. setting aside yourself. You're putting away your pride. You're putting

  458. away your accolades. You're putting away why you think you're

  459. so great. You're putting away all those things that maybe

  460. the world defines you by, but have no meaning before

  461. the sight of God. You come to God just ready

  462. to be between you, me, you God and me worship.

  463. I don't care what people think. I don't care what people. See,

  464. it's just between you and me. God, I'm going to

  465. worship you. And lastly there was generosity. You know, God's

  466. blessings are never meant for us to enjoy on our own.

  467. God's blessings are always meant to be shared. You read

  468. the scripture, Okay, I think it is towards the end.

  469. So David in the household brought the ark of the

  470. Lord with shouting and with the sound of trumpet, and

  471. David offered burn offerings and peace offerings before the Lord.

  472. That's verse seventeen. And then David had finished offering burn

  473. offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the

  474. name of the Lord in verse nineteen. Then he distributed

  475. among all people, among the whole multitude of miserable men

  476. and women, so everyone a loaf of bread, a piece

  477. of meat, and a cake or reisin. So all the

  478. people departed, everyone to his house. David got it right

  479. this time. So we want to see God turn our

  480. seeming failures into success. Number one. Realize that that no

  481. failure is a failure complete. It is just a setback.

  482. A reset is needed. We need to understand what God

  483. wants us to do and to do it rightly. So

  484. setbacks are not a failure, but the opportunities to get

  485. things done right, whether it be sharing with your neighbor,

  486. whether it be sharing with a family member, whether it

  487. be discussing how to get somebody is saved. The fear

  488. of failure is the main reason we do not tell

  489. people about Christ. Do you know that? The fear of

  490. somebody saying no, I don't want to hear you know

  491. how I get over that fear now, especially if somebody

  492. is not well or somebody is all I tell people

  493. if you need help, call me, I will come. Do

  494. I have the answers? No, I don't, but I do

  495. have a desire that they will see Jesus. They will

  496. meet him as a Lord and savior. And I do

  497. have this. They must know, so if they tell me no,

  498. it's okay. My skin is thick. I live. I live.

  499. You know. I told you that the one friend you

  500. know a good friend, and I told the friend. The

  501. reason I'm telling you this to you now, I should

  502. have done it a long time ago. But I'm telling

  503. you too now because one day, when you do meet Jesus,

  504. I don't want you to say Terrence never told me so,

  505. Now that I've told you, it's your business. I met

  506. another man recently. You know what I told the man.

  507. I said, you are a person who is very high

  508. up in business. So when you meet people, you don't

  509. want people to tell you stories. You want people to

  510. be straight with you. So I'm going to be straight

  511. with you. I've prayed and I'm having in my heart

  512. that you should have forgiveness in your first time I'm

  513. meeting the person. So what's the worst he can do?

  514. Get angry, chase me out of thouse. Okay, I live,

  515. I live. It's okay. But if it changes him, he lived,

  516. and I walk out with a smile on my face.

  517. So don't allow any setback to become a failure for you.

  518. Just know this, it's an opportunity to get things right.

  519. So with that, I hope that you've been blessed by

  520. today's word, simple word. You know a little bit of

  521. understanding where God is concerned. Let God be God. We

  522. don't be God. If you have to touch the Lord,

  523. touch him in faith and nod in doubt. If we

  524. have failed, Let's not get paralyzed by fear or by anger.

  525. Let's try to find out what was missing the first time.

  526. Around and then we said it right and see God work.

  527. Then we will go from glory to glory, from hill

  528. to hell, and hill to mountain.

  529. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
