  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. So this morning, I want to speak about the discipleship,

  4. as you all know that we are on this team,

  5. but really I would speaking about the daily routine, discipleship

  6. and destiny. How our daily routine, right, God uses the

  7. daily routine of our life in your life as well

  8. as part of the discipleship process.

  9. Discipleship is not a class, It's a journey. Amen.

  10. It's a journey whereby you and I would go to

  11. one a daily your daily life and God uses the

  12. daily routine.

  13. Amen.

  14. Someone say daily routine, your daily routines of your life,

  15. and you use that to shape us molders point us

  16. to the destiny that He wants us to embrace. And

  17. God always gives you a choice whether or not you

  18. want to step into it all every man there, I

  19. was talking to a parent and just yes on Friday

  20. night at homes and his parents were just telling us

  21. about the about her son and the son right now,

  22. I think, if I'm not wrong, just graduated from ex

  23. kids in between like like twins like that, And I

  24. told the mommy thisy mom, you always say that I

  25. have a choice.

  26. I want to exercise my choice right now. I don't

  27. to go to church.

  28. That's what the mom was, just like, I want the

  29. exercise my choice right now.

  30. I do not want to go to church.

  31. Right that's your belief was, that is what you want

  32. to do on a Sunday morning. I want to sleep.

  33. I want to stay at home. I got no interest.

  34. And you know, and and this mom, of course, you know,

  35. and any parent hearing that defigures why why where did

  36. he go wrong? What happened to my son that was

  37. so excited at the beginning? I was in between right

  38. and and through the course of you know, of coming

  39. to church, right, U, he sort of like lost interest

  40. and always been found sleeping at the back. And I

  41. think the mom went for a meeting one day, brought

  42. the sun along and I think someone was sharing and

  43. he got revived, He got rewived, And they say, Mom,

  44. I just want to let you know that I caught

  45. the word wow such a young age.

  46. I caught the word that the speaker was sharing.

  47. And I want to let you know I want to

  48. come back to church and the Sunday itself, the Sunday itself, right,

  49. the mom they had to wake him up. He woke

  50. up by himself and told him, up, I'm ready to

  51. go to church. I want to let you know it's

  52. true your daily routine. You go, God does encourage you.

  53. So don't give up yet. All right, So if you

  54. have your Bible with reveal, I presume you have or

  55. your phone, which is turned. The first semiche of the

  56. ninth we got read from worse one to words three,

  57. subsequently from five four to five or something.

  58. All right?

  59. Set first semech ofter nine was one. There was a

  60. man of Benjamin whose name was Tish, the son of

  61. a b l the son of Zero, the son of

  62. Kora Affair, and Benjamin, a mighty man of power. He

  63. had the choice and handsome son whose name was Saw.

  64. There was no more handsome person. Wow, Wow, there was

  65. no more handsome person than he among the Tune of Israel.

  66. What the amazing tight a description of a man that

  67. the Bible say, There's no one. I think if if

  68. you're if there was a people's magazine, he'll be at

  69. the front page of the magazine.

  70. Or right.

  71. If we ever get to heaven, I would like to

  72. see how so looks like in comparison to our modern

  73. man that people will say handsome.

  74. Right, he could maybe look a bit like Krein who

  75. knows right.

  76. From me showed it upwards. He was taller than any

  77. of the people, taller than any of the people. Now

  78. the donkeys of case, the sauce sauce father were lost,

  79. all right, now, this is the assignment. Right now, that

  80. was donkey, and said to his son, saw, please take

  81. one of the servants with you and arise and go

  82. look for the donkey. There was assignment right. Donkey was lost, dead,

  83. sold the sun. Please look for my donkey. Not show

  84. how many I've ever chased your pattern before. Outside your

  85. house you open the door, your pet dog ran out

  86. of the house. No matter what name you call, what

  87. you chose, it doesn't recognize you at all. It just

  88. kept on running and running and towards the road, which

  89. is really busy.

  90. All right.

  91. It's something your heart go like no, and it's hard

  92. to catch.

  93. You understand that right now? Worse fall.

  94. So he passed through the mouths of if Fame and

  95. through the land of Shalissa, and he they did not

  96. find them. Then they passed through the land of Shalim,

  97. and they were not there. That he passed through the

  98. land of the Benjamins, and they could not find them.

  99. Just basically they were imagining right now, going to different

  100. places looking for something that you can't find.

  101. Verse five.

  102. They came to the land of Zup and Saw said

  103. to someone who was with him, come let us return.

  104. I think Saul has reached a point whereby if the

  105. Bible says that they were well to do, it's just

  106. donkeys can be replaced. I'm not sure how many of

  107. earth have a name for our pets. I think I

  108. think we all do, but none of our pets are

  109. in the donkey form right now. I was talking to,

  110. you know, so very mules in Bintulu. I found out

  111. that some of them loved to name their pets. One

  112. of them while their pets are chicken which they raised

  113. up from young with names.

  114. Delate they slaughtered to eat all right.

  115. So we were having, yeah, seriously very lunch and just said, yeah,

  116. I give my my son, you know, like chickens and

  117. chickens to to to take care off. They were. They

  118. had this so that they can relate. Though they took

  119. care of it. One day they came back and they

  120. the sun asked, mom, where is my pet? Then the

  121. mom said, well you ate last night, right, and the sun.

  122. Were like no.

  123. I also ford another story whereby uh, the granddaughter came

  124. out to the house, was eating and she just.

  125. Asked Grandma, Grandma, where's my rabbit? Where is my ra?

  126. Grandma said, well, you just ate it now.

  127. I always I'm not saying this to to to make

  128. you like that, right, but I would just let you know.

  129. Some people just see it can be replaced.

  130. Saw got to this point whereby the donkeys can be replaced,

  131. come or less return back to our father's house. And

  132. you know it's's sometimes you can come to a place

  133. whereby I've been doing this all by myself.

  134. I've been doing this for the longest time.

  135. It's almost like a never ending job, a job that

  136. nobody sees ups and down. Only you and the servant

  137. knows what you went through. Right, and you come to

  138. the place here by come on less return back to

  139. our dad's house because of my father could be worried.

  140. My comes return list my father seas carrying for the

  141. donkeys and become worried about us.

  142. Legitimate is very true. You can come.

  143. You can come to a place whereby we give up,

  144. I'm doing the assignment that our Father in heaven us

  145. us to do because you went to different lance and worse. Six,

  146. then he the service, sayyim, now look now that in

  147. this city a man of God, and he was honorable man.

  148. He is an honorable man. All that he says you

  149. surely come to pass. So let us go there. Perhaps

  150. he can show us the way we should go.

  151. Right.

  152. I won't speak, first of all, the daily routine in discipleship,

  153. the daily routine in discipleship, or the daily routine in

  154. what we do. Right, it's a formal discipleship that God

  155. allows to go to one. First, discipleship is the word disease.

  156. Is that for us.

  157. From one point of our life, God moves us on,

  158. transform us, shape us to be more like Him, to

  159. be more like God, to be more like Christ, to

  160. exhibit really the Christ's love and Christ's nature and his

  161. characteristics here on earth. In heaven, there is no discipleship anymore.

  162. Discipleship can only happened here on earth. See, God doesn't

  163. really doesn't review the full picture emiliated to us when

  164. you caught us friends. God doesn't review the full picture

  165. to us when you call us one. So when the

  166. man sauls that say, I want to send you out

  167. look for a donkey's I'm not sure how many of

  168. us have.

  169. A picture in mind? How far would you.

  170. Go to look for a set of donkeys, Because isn't

  171. it true? Sometimes maybe one day's enough, two days enough,

  172. maximum three days Okay, after the third day you cannot find,

  173. you return back and something. That's what we do with

  174. our life as well. You have an assignment, you felt

  175. God caught you to do something, then you started doing

  176. it with enthusiasm. Nobody gets sent out with like why

  177. me again? Very seldom now right, But we get sent

  178. out with enthusiasm. We get sent up with excitement. But

  179. in the course of the journey, friends, in the course

  180. of the journey that you will find that you're in

  181. three races. Sometimes you go to how far and how long?

  182. Right?

  183. So Saul's father asked us to search for the missing donkeys.

  184. But finding the lost animals in the last stenze is

  185. virtually impossible. It is hard, don't say, donkey fans. Sometime

  186. to find the missing document in our office in the

  187. power of stacks and stacks of a for paper.

  188. Could be hard.

  189. Sometimes if we play misplaced our car keys, my dad

  190. one they called me up, Say, son, could you come

  191. back to the house. I can't find my keys. I

  192. searched everywhere. I cannot enter the house. I cannot find it.

  193. You see, I searched for three hours. Really, my friends,

  194. it's only between the car and the main entrance. Two

  195. three hours you search, I couldn't find it. So I

  196. drove back in about nine pm to my dad's house.

  197. Say that, tell me what you remember. They told me

  198. the story that told my dad Dad the one.

  199. Let you know.

  200. Could you stand up right now, just turn and look

  201. behind you. The keys are at the window.

  202. Huh, that's just a tree I was.

  203. I cannot find it. It wasn't there the first place. Did

  204. you put it there? Don't argue with that. I say, yeah,

  205. that I put it there. Okay, by for all the right,

  206. But it happens, friends, that finding lost and when the

  207. verse is ritually impossible. But it's a task, friends, that

  208. was given by saus that please go and find out

  209. the father lost at the boundary. Okay, after the second

  210. day you cannot find leave it. Then you come back

  211. the father. They say that I want you to go

  212. find a set of donkeys. Now I'm not sure that,

  213. I say again, my wether saw has this feeling towards

  214. the pet donkeys not or something like that. But it

  215. looks like he didn't, but it was. It was tough yet, Friends,

  216. it's not about the type of assignment. God is always

  217. after the attitude, So it's never about the assignment. Friends,

  218. when it times revealed it why you give me this

  219. tosk to do?

  220. God? Why you call me to do this right? Taking

  221. out trash? Right? I wouldn't do it because his hands

  222. are anointed. I don't know.

  223. Why is it that we fail to recognize that God

  224. ask us to do because of the type of assignment

  225. find that he s again, finding donkeys is not the

  226. most exciting things that we can do, right, taking down

  227. God life is more exciting, right all trying a tyrant kingdom,

  228. for example, it's by exciting but Lord donkeys for Lord,

  229. it is not the number one thing that we look for.

  230. But God doesn't. The word is put a box in

  231. the type of assignment.

  232. He's really after our attitudes, our respond He's really after

  233. what gets revealed when we go on this assignment.

  234. He's really after the soil of your heart.

  235. So so I had to pass through the amount of

  236. Ephram the Lend of Sila, the Lene of Shalim, the

  237. Land of Benjamin, and the Lend of Zoo. Five places

  238. you have to go to friends without GPS. There was

  239. no attach on the donkey, right, there was virtually nothing.

  240. So imagine if you go to the first two or

  241. right the amount of Ephraim. You go there, you enjoy

  242. the scenery, but you know scenery, after all, everything looks

  243. the same, like, oh, do you like to go for holiday?

  244. Say yeah, I do. Do you like to go to

  245. the countryside?

  246. I say yeah, okay, I say that, after what, every

  247. country side look the same. I'm not saying that every

  248. afterward in every country, every country looks more or less similar,

  249. so that there's no more excitement there. Really, right now,

  250. I couldn't imagine right now excitement fans or rather than

  251. enthusiasm can come to a place whereby you get disillusion.

  252. Why did that ask me to go out?

  253. If he was a rich man, he sent to other

  254. servants the need the son to be involved. After I

  255. got better things to do in my life, and some

  256. of us we do have more important things to do

  257. in our own personal life as well. Why me, Lord,

  258. can't someone else do the job can't someone else do

  259. the assignment? Again, God is not after the assignment accomplish

  260. of the assignment as much as really after our respond

  261. towards assignment.

  262. Because it's easy.

  263. So that Dad said go ahead and find literally saw

  264. no that he had to go to a vast land

  265. five places just to look. So imagine right now saw

  266. crabs sit now at every point after the mouth reframe,

  267. it looked like Silvi say, let's go back after the

  268. land of Chashidah. Let's go back forget about this. I

  269. don't think the servant would say no. But what you

  270. imagine right now, whereby how many knows we have said

  271. in our lives that actually is a cause why sometimes

  272. we miss out of destiny in God, the destiny that

  273. he wants to go through. And God always uses the

  274. natural really to disciple us. So no matter how tired

  275. it is, or perhaps you're the only one who is

  276. doing the lot's work, don't give up as a divide

  277. and counter is just around the corner, no matter how

  278. tired it is, because like say again, right, you could

  279. have given up at every stage of your ministry life

  280. right of the things you'd be doing. It could be

  281. a small thing, but friends, it's not the assignment. I

  282. say again, it's our attitude.

  283. Right. You could have given up every stage, but.

  284. Don't give up yet because your divine encounter is just

  285. around the corner. So to continue working in discipleship requierest humility.

  286. Come on, really, it requires humility. Turn your neighbor and

  287. say humility right first seven, nine, five to six. So

  288. when they keep the letter zoo right, here's verse five

  289. said that saw city servant come, let's return, Let's go back. Okay,

  290. I'm tired right now. It's not worthy to pursue to

  291. what end. It's not worth it to pursue on suching

  292. for these donkeys. We went to five area already. We

  293. need to go to another five after It could be

  294. like two months away, were away from the house. I'm tired.

  295. This is not my comfort zone. I got a place

  296. I could sleep in right now, to sleep under a tree.

  297. I mean, there's so many reasons why we could abandon

  298. the project, why we could abandon the call of God.

  299. When I was being through that, I met a guy

  300. who was starting churches in the interiors.

  301. He was just telling me.

  302. That there's a place that God called the church to plant,

  303. to get to this place was not easy. And there

  304. was a call there was they went out to the church.

  305. Would there be anyone who wants to join me to

  306. plan the church in this location. No one came, No

  307. one answered the call. And he just looked to his

  308. committee of what member and this is it? And he

  309. just said this, if no one is going, I will

  310. go in myself. To get to the place. Strands to

  311. transport building materials is not that straightforward by speedboat, by

  312. land and back on the speedboard. So three farm or

  313. three stages just to get to this place. And most

  314. time it thinks about a year to do a simple

  315. church structure a building. But for this particular project he

  316. would just share with me it took him three years

  317. to accomplish the structure. Friends, when we say yes to God, friends,

  318. we could just imagine, okay, read a human calculation. I

  319. guess it's one year. I guess it's six months. But

  320. what happened when things get stretched? What happened when things

  321. get delayed or prolonged?

  322. Right? And what how would it look like? In a response?

  323. And this is worse six And the servants say, look,

  324. now there's a there's in this city a man of

  325. God which you can call on which you can ask

  326. for help, which you could turn to. I want you

  327. to imagine right now, if Saul who have said no

  328. to a servant forget it right, It's only donkeys, all right.

  329. After if I finally, if.

  330. I go and buy credit medua, if I go buy

  331. another self of donkeys, my father will know the difference.

  332. If I go by another sell of donkeys, all right,

  333. my dad would not know the difference. After all, they

  334. look quite similar, I think. So it's not like a

  335. special reed or something like that. Too many of miss

  336. our divine moments because you keep saying no to what

  337. God assigned.

  338. Is to do.

  339. Here's a servant saying, saw this. There's a man of God?

  340. There saw this man of God?

  341. Would you go?

  342. And that's what God reminds us as well in our

  343. journey as well. Would you consider this? And maybe and

  344. sometimes we have valid reasons why we say no. I'm

  345. tired and burnout, I'm disillusion but Kwi, you just ask

  346. us to reconsiderself. This response is and we look deeper

  347. because the assignment wasn't set up by men. But God

  348. always uses men assignment for a spiritual divine connection. God

  349. always uses men assignment. You can be sent there by men, right,

  350. but God always uses those assignment for divine connection. And

  351. could you imagine that if Saul said no to the servant,

  352. he wouldn't encounter profit Samuel. And if he didn't counter

  353. profit Samuel, his true destiny to become the first king

  354. of Asia could have been.

  355. Out the window.

  356. All these are connected because I say, yes, maybe it's

  357. just a bit more, maybe it needs to be Okay,

  358. I'll take one more step. And if I really can't

  359. find a return, and some of us here need to

  360. hold on to death, just one more step, one more

  361. step in the Lord, one more push in the Lord.

  362. Point number two.

  363. Discipleship is allowing God to go deeper into our life.

  364. I always say this before discipleships go deeper into God. No,

  365. it's allowing God to go deeper into our life.

  366. Friends.

  367. I think many times you say I want to go

  368. deeper to God, which is true. But how many times

  369. we need to tell God, God, please go deeper into

  370. our life, deeper into the soil of our hearts, to

  371. unread certain things that we need to I think many

  372. times we go to pruning, putting on the exterior.

  373. We treamed certain.

  374. Things but how many know, no matter what how much

  375. you tream, you still grow because their roots are still there.

  376. The roots of different things are still there in our hearts.

  377. Right first, sem then so I say this before, okay,

  378. choice and handsome man, you you know it all right?

  379. I think obviously, as you're fixated with SOB being the

  380. most handsome of the land.

  381. Must very small pool of guys love.

  382. It must be a very small pool of guys to

  383. be the most handsome.

  384. Of all right, I think maybe runing about.

  385. Right, No matter what you read about Saul, however, there

  386. was no mention about his moral, spiritual or mentors nature.

  387. There was no mention about saw future heart for God.

  388. On the outside, it looked really good and all of

  389. a sudden that's could be taken up because the person

  390. speaks really well, perfect and this stuff like that. But

  391. there's no mention about source, spiritual or moral stance. And

  392. sometimes in our life we need to have that. Yes,

  393. no matter what we have on the outside, for example,

  394. polite in everything, which is great. But I pray that

  395. in your life and my life as well, that people

  396. also see Christ in us. Christ in us, the conviction

  397. is also shining as well. Your stance in the lot

  398. can be seen as well. Many times you focus on

  399. the outside. Could you imagine soul in this whole description tallest,

  400. most handsome, tallest, most handsome. Right, and you know if

  401. you're empty inside, If you know that inside, no matter

  402. how you feel on the outside, inside, you don't your

  403. self worth.

  404. It's not there.

  405. If you know that inside that is empty, no matter

  406. what people say on the outside, you felt emptiness on

  407. the inside. That's why sometimes people with this description the

  408. most handsome may not feel that the most handsome, may

  409. not feel that the external has something to offer, may

  410. not feel that they have something of worth. I'm gonna

  411. show you from the Bible afterwards. Right, God didn't focus

  412. on the external friends, by users the circumstances and situation

  413. of the daily routine to begin to reveal the condition

  414. the soil of our hearts. Well, all that God has

  415. blessed you with the external? Right, praise God. Right, if

  416. you're the most handsome one, duel you know, Praise God, hallelujah. Amen, yea,

  417. it is a good time. I'm gonna say amen this.

  418. They don't believe it, Okay, I understand. Yeah, they said

  419. they've got tree. Okay, anyway, sorry side tracks like tracks, trck,

  420. right like trick. But he focused, he uses the circumstances.

  421. Come on, he uses circumstances. He doesn't focus on outside. Right.

  422. He didn't ask you to trim your haird No, No,

  423. He uses the circumstances, situation, your daily routine, daily routine

  424. to begin to reveal the condition of the soil of

  425. your hearts. He does so in everything that you do,

  426. right from your own house, house chaw, he reveals the

  427. condition the soil of your hearts. He does because many

  428. times you fix on the outside of right, but very

  429. little repair atsion to the soil of our own hearts.

  430. Because as long as we as long as we don't

  431. do bad, we think we're all right. Come on, as

  432. long as we not killing people, we think we're okay.

  433. It's not we don't do anything that's bad. That the

  434. world thing is bad. But God has a different standard altogether,

  435. a different way altogether. First see chapter ten, verse seventy

  436. to nineteen. Then Samuel said to the people who gethered,

  437. said sorry, first seventies. Then Samuel called the people together

  438. to the Lord and Missba and say to the children

  439. of Israel, trust, say the Lord God of Israel.

  440. I brought Israel from.

  441. Egypt and delivered you from the hand of Egyptian, and

  442. from the hand of all the kingdoms, and from all

  443. those who oppressed you, Gods reminding the children of Isuel.

  444. That's what he have done. And he he he is

  445. actually the Lord over Israel.

  446. My verse nineteen is very said, but you have today

  447. rejected your God, who himself saved you from all your

  448. adversities and all your tribulations. Here, thank you Lord, by

  449. one physical king, Thank you Lord, by one a human

  450. leading us. I think God was really hurt by that statement.

  451. That and you have said to him, no, said the

  452. King or Earth. And therefore present yourself before the Lord

  453. by your trials and by your clans. Therefore chapter twenty

  454. that Sebuary had caused all the trouble is you to

  455. come near the trial of Benjamin, where I Saw came

  456. from was chosen. And when he had caused the trail

  457. Benjamin to come near to their families, the family of

  458. Metrid was chosen, and Saw, the son of Kish was chosen.

  459. Here is unfailing. Here is here is.

  460. An appointment, whereby Saw was declared to be king right.

  461. But they sought for him, they looked for him. If

  462. they tried to find him, he could not be found.

  463. Could you imagine right now your graduates seremony and the

  464. professor's calling out your name.

  465. So and so, could you come and receive your award?

  466. Cannot be found? The appointment right now? Maybe you've been

  467. pointed to a new position, So and so would you

  468. step up right now and traduce you.

  469. To the whole team? Could not be found and verse

  470. twenty two.

  471. Therefore, the inquire of the Lord, could you imagine, right

  472. not the first King of Isel, the great unreally, the

  473. great appointment cannot find the King cannot find the individual.

  474. The inquiry of the Lord. Has this man come here yet? Wow?

  475. And something instegracious and maybe it is late there maybe

  476. got trefect jam and the Lord say this, there he is.

  477. Heiden among equipment, hidden among equipment, and dicipuship is really

  478. allowing God to go deeper into our life.

  479. Here is so? Right now?

  480. The one of his greatest or chief, one of his

  481. greatest experiences is to be the first king of Israel.

  482. And the opportune was given to him to lead the nation,

  483. the very first man to lead the nation of Israel. Right,

  484. but he was hiding behind the equipment, hiding behind one transition,

  485. put it as hiding behind baggages.

  486. I want you to understand this.

  487. Sometimes God uses the natural appointment to review.

  488. The soil of our hearts.

  489. If Solkware have taken this as as a teaching moment,

  490. if So have paid attention and asked himself, why am

  491. I hiding behind the equipment? After he was the most

  492. handsome one taller than any other thing one transition, you

  493. will put it as god Lee the Kings. Would you

  494. put as Godley on the external Godlee? If so could

  495. pay attention and asked, if so, why am I hiding?

  496. After all?

  497. It's not It's different when you get caught for something

  498. you have done wrong.

  499. Right. If you ever get caught.

  500. In the assembly school assembly because you have done wrong,

  501. pop for and the hit master will have kien you publicly.

  502. You be very slow to respond. The hit master will

  503. call you your name at least a couple of times. Right

  504. then only you come out. I've not seen any of

  505. my classmates them when the hit master called him out right,

  506. they jump up and say, thank you so much it

  507. master for calling my name. I'm ready to be king

  508. by you in public. I don't think anybody will respond

  509. that way. But here saw it's just an appointment. At declaration,

  510. there will be king. But he hid behind the equipment.

  511. When God reveals the condition of the solve of our hearts,

  512. he's not to shame us.

  513. Come on, It's not to put you to shame.

  514. And maybe sometimes that's our that's what we perceive made

  515. to understand when we get corrected, or that we are bad,

  516. not good enough.

  517. But God has never intended that way. Friends, when he

  518. reveals he.

  519. Doesn't, he's not in the he's not on the journey

  520. to put you to shame. See you're lacking, see you're

  521. not good enough, right, or to put us down.

  522. But it's also say God, I need you.

  523. That's why the scriptures say in my weakness, your strength

  524. is make perfect. Come on, in my weakness, your strength

  525. is made perfect. That's why when God revealed the condition

  526. the solve our hearts, really to remind us, Thank God,

  527. I need you for this assignment. I need you for

  528. this assignment. I need you for this calling. But so

  529. do not call upon God. He did not call upon God.

  530. He didn't say, God, why am I hiding her? Sometimes

  531. you don't have a moment whereby we could reflect why

  532. am I like that? Why am I like that? Why

  533. why am I responding in this way? How did I

  534. get here?

  535. Ye?

  536. Have we one of those moment where by you asked

  537. yourself like, how did I get to this place?

  538. It's very good to reflect some of men.

  539. You have those time moments in your life whereby you

  540. can just reflect, like how do I get here?

  541. In the first place?

  542. When I was in Osaka with my wife and you know,

  543. and we had we did about twenty six thousand steps

  544. in the day and by and being fifty DC right,

  545. bodies is a bit different.

  546. Spirit is still strong.

  547. Right after My mind is only walking anyway, right, it's

  548. only going for a walk, right, anybody can walk. But

  549. the clock in that that step calm later I saw

  550. then after that, I was asking you why am I

  551. feeling body aches? I never felt before? My wife look

  552. at me. My wife is two years younger than me,

  553. and she just said, what body aches? Let's go for

  554. another twenty thousand steps right the kind And I was

  555. in this well, this molittle Japanese bathtub that was meant for.

  556. Slightly shotted people. So I squeezed myself in there.

  557. I was asking fast Benji, like, what do I do

  558. with my legs when I go into the bathtub because

  559. I have to literally score it said that I can

  560. only last about twenty seconds before the cramp and stuff

  561. like that. But after I got used to it, I

  562. was just in there, just thinking, friends, thinking, how did

  563. I get to this place whereby twenty four thousand step

  564. has caused my body to experience ache more needing to

  565. Let's take a break, Let's let's sit down with a

  566. part more right, let's time out. What happened to the

  567. time whereby let's go for it. Let's walk until you

  568. know can until two in the morning, not a problem?

  569. How did I get to this place where but I

  570. can't even read more than ten pages without having to

  571. stop and look at my phone? How did I get

  572. to this place whereby I am like that and sometimes

  573. you don't take time to think about it. This is

  574. what's so happened. Why am I hiding behind the baggages?

  575. Why am I hiding where I had the equipment? Why

  576. when God say I want to promote you to let

  577. go to step up, why are we having this first

  578. response that we are very hesitant to step up. We

  579. keep saying oh, nod for me, not for me. This

  580. this kind of thing is for Selena, right, this need

  581. Selena can do it to me.

  582. Right.

  583. It's easy because you know, yes, Selena will take all

  584. the bulletler with every new position, that new bullets for you,

  585. aiming towards you. I'm not ministerry, Okay, it's bullets of love,

  586. right Selena?

  587. Right?

  588. And yeah, And I need to understand when God reviews

  589. the condition of sort of the heart, it's not for

  590. us to say we work out so this is you know,

  591. if I was born a better place and stuff that

  592. It's not for us to complain about the soy because

  593. every sword in God's hand is good. It's for us

  594. to work the soy first and read certain things out.

  595. And many times why we miss out destiny because we

  596. keep saying love, but I've read the height behind the equipment.

  597. I rather just focused on the work. But God is

  598. focusing on our hearts. That's why I say discipleship is

  599. really about allowing God to go deeper in our hearts

  600. so he experience the spirit of God falling upon him.

  601. You can read it from First imagechapter ten, verse ten

  602. and eleven, verse six, saw friends twice came upon so

  603. First of all, he prophesied friends so stronglier that people

  604. thought he was one of the prophets. The spirit of

  605. God came upon him, I think eleven verse six. He led,

  606. He called the people, He led them as a nation.

  607. The spirit of God came upon.

  608. Soul so greatly.

  609. But friends, with all the shaking, with all the experiences,

  610. it did not change sauce heart. And sometimes we are

  611. looking for the external experience so much, falling under the power,

  612. getting goose bumbs, being.

  613. Paid for by a leader.

  614. All good friends, But greater is is that we are

  615. allow God to go deeper. God can deliver you from

  616. an evil spirit, yes he can, but it's still a

  617. choice where they want to follow God and say, God,

  618. I want to walk away from this. God can provide

  619. for you, Yes, he can provide for you. But God's

  620. provision friends will run out in that sense of that

  621. whe day you finish them.

  622. What's additude after that?

  623. And many times in our life, friends, God says it's

  624. not outwork alone. But I want to work at your

  625. heart so that you can remain as king. So don't

  626. chase after the external experience. Friends, don't Next time a profer,

  627. don't come to our church. Don't don't don't, don't, don't

  628. lie up in front of this. I want to work

  629. from the Lord and chase after the external. If it comes,

  630. it comes, it doesn't come, doesn't come. It's okay one,

  631. because God's what is his direction.

  632. Right.

  633. If you someone pray for you, and people around you

  634. are slain by the by the Holy Spirit, and you

  635. happen people before you do experience anything, that's mean that

  636. you didn't experience, right, So don't chase after the external experience.

  637. But he said, focus on what God wants to do

  638. in the hearts. That's equally more important. Focus on what

  639. God wants to do in our hearts, in your hearts.

  640. If you were so hiding my hand the equipment the

  641. first he asked, why am I hiding? Samuel did not

  642. ask and parate me, to shame me, to put me down.

  643. See the tallest man here, the more censive one. He

  644. didn't see that I wanted. In fact, you look at Samuel,

  645. just say that this is the king that you asked for.

  646. That's it. He does say he did not welcome Samuel,

  647. like how we welcome the speaker.

  648. In our church, Selena, right now have been execust for

  649. the longest time, right, amazing lady, multi talented. When she

  650. speaks you're afraid one, well, you don't do what she asked,

  651. I should come after you.

  652. She's not as a gangster. I'm fund we put your

  653. heads together. Welcomes Selena like that.

  654. Sorry, ah, I don't know what the up the right

  655. our kidding?

  656. That's not there. I would say, like why who wrote

  657. all this?

  658. Well things anyway, Samo did not just say this is

  659. the king that you wanted, and.

  660. Therefore let's pray for the king. But so was so afraid.

  661. Finally is this let me see yah the tree.

  662. We we cannot go deeper without sacrifice. We cannot go

  663. deeper without making a sacrifice. We cannot go deeper in

  664. the lot. I think many times in our life we say, yes, God,

  665. I want to go deeper. Let's God go deeper. But

  666. there has there must be an element of sacrifice, a

  667. way for first seven, Chapter thirteen, five to seven. Right now,

  668. the Phyllices gathered together to fight Israel. Thirty thousand chariots

  669. and six thousand horsemen. The people as the sand which

  670. is on the seashore in multitude. Basically, there are a

  671. lot of philises there, and they came and came in

  672. Mishmash at the east of beth Evan.

  673. Verse six.

  674. The men of isel Saw that were in danger for

  675. the people were distressed. Then the people hit in caves,

  676. in tickets, in rocks, holes, and in pits. There's a

  677. situation right now. Your enemy is numbers are more than yours.

  678. And the very people you're leading, the very army you're leading,

  679. the threats is. It's not leading just a bunch of farmers.

  680. This is a very army you're leading. Suppose God for war.

  681. We can get frightened. And the Bible here says they

  682. hit in caves, tickets, in rocks.

  683. In holes, in pits.

  684. And we're seven and some of the Hebras across the Jordan,

  685. and some of the heroes across the Jordan and to

  686. the land of Gad and Guilliad I saw was still

  687. in Gigel Gilgel and all.

  688. The people follow him were trembling.

  689. Imagine right now you're a king leading a bunch of

  690. people who were very afraid because of the number were

  691. gains you. And sometimes that's what happened to us. Is

  692. in it the simon that we asked to do almost

  693. impossible was it that he waited seven days according to

  694. the time set by Samuel friends. Saul knew that when Samuel,

  695. if severne were to arrive within the seven days, meant

  696. afraid to God that he will win the war. Saul

  697. knew that if severe would have come within the seven

  698. days and made the offering right, he'll win the war.

  699. But the proper Samuel did not come to Gilgall, and

  700. the people were scattered from him, which busy after the

  701. seven day the proper Samuel do not come on time.

  702. So he is the only one right now who's holding

  703. this conviction that is seven with the mad the offering,

  704. we will win this war. The people that he's leading

  705. right now, we're not the same conviction. And that's why

  706. they were afraid. The ies were towards the number of

  707. the army of the Phylisines right now they were outnumbering them.

  708. And he's the only one right now saw with the conviction.

  709. And this was nice, sauls it bringing burn offering piece

  710. offering to me and he made the burn off ring.

  711. Now it happened as soon as finished presenting the burn offering,

  712. Samuel came and so went out to meet him that

  713. he might greet him.

  714. And this is what Samuel said, What have you done so?

  715. In Saul spine, I've done nothing wrong.

  716. In Saul spine that all that I'm doing right now

  717. is like you if you meet a piece of afraid.

  718. I was to make a piece of off fring.

  719. Sorry, so many arefering, but no power. You can make

  720. a sacrifice of offering but no power. The sacrifice that

  721. Saul could have done is in the waiting.

  722. Do you know?

  723. Sometimes it is a sacrifice to wait. But many primes

  724. you don't see that as a sacrifice. We think sacrifice

  725. is only about maybe perhaps giving up more of time, money,

  726. of the money.

  727. Possessions, but holding on to a conviction. It is a sacrifice.

  728. You're saying no to others based on your conviction to

  729. the Lord. You're holding onto it, dealing with your own

  730. emotion when everyone have left you, when you're the only one,

  731. would you still stand?

  732. There is a sacrifice here? You're the only one.

  733. The Bible says that people around saw was trembling someone

  734. into hiding. If you're the only one, would you still stand?

  735. You still hold onto his promise to say that God

  736. is so real in my life When we don't deal

  737. with what God has revealed the very same thing. The

  738. issue that's been revealed reflected in the way we handle

  739. our relationship with the Lord when we don't deal So

  740. it was revealed that Saw was hiding behind the equipment, right,

  741. I said a little. That was the thing whereby if

  742. Saul were to dealt with that here, he won't experience

  743. this because the call to be king was not made

  744. by Samuel, was made by God. So you're calling in

  745. your life, your journey friends, this light that you have.

  746. It's not because our parents give us life.

  747. God give us life, and we want to deal with

  748. the issues that God has revealed to us. We wouldn't

  749. be in the position of the place where by doing

  750. something we shu, we are not caught to do doing

  751. something we're not called to do. If we were to

  752. deal with the issue that God has revealed to you,

  753. you will not be in a place of position whereby

  754. like Saw, offering up and offering which we're not supposed

  755. to do in the first place. And because of the

  756. impatient that we have sometimes our own life, we shortcut

  757. the process of discipleship.

  758. Enough, Lord, we gave up the journey.

  759. We give up that that that that that the process

  760. where God wants to develop us moral shapers. And that's

  761. why sometimes why we couldn't see our destinies because of

  762. our own respond to the soil that's been revealed in

  763. our hearts, and finally they threads Mental Chapter sixty, verse

  764. twenty four. Then Jesus said to his disciples, if anyone

  765. decides to come after me, leting first, deny himself. There's

  766. a part of us whereby we want to be in control,

  767. in charge, you want to dictate. There's a part of

  768. us like that. But when you encounter God, when you

  769. encounter God, when you encounter God in your life, in

  770. your heart, in your journey, there's one part of us

  771. we have to say God, I want to come after you.

  772. Then this public scripture, well you say that le him

  773. first in himself, deny yourself.

  774. It is a sacrist unto the Lord.

  775. Say God, not my will, but your will be done.

  776. Not my will, but your will be done.

  777. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

  778. information on our church, please visit Asks Church RG. We

  779. are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

  780. this week is going to be a good week. I

  781. hit for you godless,
