For those who the followers, for those who truly follow

Jesus and the Lord and hear from him. God speaks

in one voice. And when I see when I hear

from what pastor shares, I also know that this is

also a very similar message there is also shared across

many places and a lot of other churches as well.

Sometimes we can look at the micro Hey, just a

message in our church or sometimes in just in Malaysia.

But if you look start to look across the world

and what is happening in the world, I can see

why there's a theme that is going around. There is

a movement that is going around. God is moving individually

but also corporately as well in this world. You know.

So I think it's our but it's our also our

part to be both very discerning to discern and to

perceive what God is speaking to the individual, but also

to the corporate as well. It's very very, very very

important to do that. Okay, all right, before I begin,

let me start with the word prayer. Okay, come, thank

you Father for this morning that we have. We pray

and ask that you will continue to fill us with

your holy spirit. That today, even as we open up

your word, the Lord, that you will begin by opening

our hearts and our ears, that understanding humidity, will be

ready fallow God to receive your word. Father. We pray

that our hearts, Father God, will just be so soft, fertile,

fallog God, that every word that you speak, Father God,

the Lord, that we will be willing and humble fallow

God to receive it and to allow it to bear

much fruit in our heart as well. So we commit

this time onto your hands be with us in Jesus

my name, We pray, Amen, Man. Today I'm gonna share

might be a bit, I don't know, maybe a bit

of a sore thumb to some people. Ah. I must

understand that I never intend to offend people, but it might,

it might, it might, And I'm gonna share a bit

by what recently happened. Of course, most of you will

know and probably are still reading about the Charlie Cut

assassination thing. How many of you are familiar with it?

I hope that you're not believing under uh you know,

you know, been unaware in a bunker, unaware of what's happening.

I don't want to talk too much in terms of

like speaking what has happened, but I want to put

some context more about like what we can apply. I

know they're different ones. There are different people who share

different views. I have personal friends who share very different views.

Some are very happy that he actually passed away. But

if you ask me whether I'm upset with him, I'm not.

I'm not, but it must be because you must remember

that Charliecott never hated his enemy. He disagreed with them,

but he never hated them, and that was what many

of his contemporaries find it very hard to agree with him,

because many of his friends, who are political leaders, hated

their enemy, really really hated their enemy. And it's not

easy to love your enemies, you know. Sometimes you look

at them like what they do, You think of the

words of them, and you want them to be defeated,

to be crushed, to feel the pain, and to pay.

And when you see an enemy, what you really want

them is you want them to pay for what they

did or what they do. Want them to pay. And

a lot of times forgiveness means you don't have to pay.

That's the hard part. Isn't it When you're angry with someone,

what you spoke to me, you did to me when

now I was young, and do you know what you said?

What you cause me? I want you to pay. And

when you forgive someone the first immediate thing that you

are saying and you're releasing to them, they say, you

don't have to pay. And that's the hard part, isn't

it to say I don't. I don't seek you. I

don't seek your, your, your your your your ruin, your

your demise. You know, I don't need you to pay anymore.

I don't chase after you anymore. It's not easy, you know.

Sometimes a lot of sea of lot people on their deathbed,

you know, there still want people. They're still holding on

to un forgiveness. They keep saying that I wish this

guy would pay for what he did, you know, cost

me thirty forty fifty years, you know. And sometimes people

pass away, the people are standing over their great saying, oh,

I wish this guy paid for everything that he did

to my life as well. People are still wet chasing

for payments, isn't it. It's so sad to live in

the world that it's endless of payment. Whiching you you

will pay and pay and pay and pay. But when

Jesus said that, you know, there's we are to love

on neighbors and you ought to love on the enemies.

It's not easy, isn't it. But the first easiest thing

to think about to understand what it means is to

stop asking for payment, you know what I'm saying, you know,

to stop asking for payment. Also, I've heard us asking

for payment those people who might disagree with us, those

people who might have a different opinion. You know, he

never views you know, when when I look at it,

I realized that he never he really never saw them

as he disagreed with their view, but he never wished

what they could ruin on them. There was the difference.

There was a real, real big difference when I saw

out of him as well, And I realized that on

the online there are many different views about him, what

he did, what he said, because he covered a lot

of different things. He supported many different people as well.

Some people you feel you might disagree with that he

is support with because of their political stands, their values,

or their backgrounds and everything else as well. But he

made it. But you got to give him one credit.

He decided to pick a side when most church people

wouldn't pick a side, or they're rather be neutral. They're

rather be neutral. Don't get into politics because when the politics,

there are so many things that are so great. People

will level you. People will you will lose a certain voice,

you will lose a certain ground. But he picked a side,

and then you get and you must understand. He never

graduated from college. You know, you realized that he never

graduated from college, and he dropped out of college. He

wanted to get entered into military school. He didn't get in.

He dropped out, and then he said he wanted to

get here because he feels like the young people deserves

a voice, deserves to be heard, understood, and to reimagine

what truth is about truth. It's about truth, you know.

Don't just take what the world tells you think reason

pursue more than anything else. Truth. Don't just say everything

is love, everything is by feeling. Love without truth is perversion?

Do you do you know that love without truth is

perversion but love. But but if you just have love

and nothing else, it also becomes and you just enforce

love before he becomes legalism as well. But God is

what God is all about for us. It's not just love,

but true love. He cannot, out of his goodness to

give us love and goodness without truth. You know what

I'm saying. You know, if my daughter finds drugs, and

however it makes her feel happy, I cannot, out my

goodness allow her to continue in that drug, no matter

how good it feels. I cannot. You get me. It's

not just about her me being as a father. It

defits everything. I cannot insist on her. It's like the

same thing as well. I cannot wish for my daughter

if she has my son and thought if they have

a cancer, I cannot say that as long as you

feel good about it, it is wrong. You get what

I'm saying. God God will oppose the cancer, but he

does not oppose the person. You get what I'm saying.

It's completely different, you know, So you have we confuse that.

But what Charlie wanted was to get the people to think.

And some people might disagree. That's fine, but at least

they start to think. But when you speak, you also

realize that people not only disagree, but also their action

starts to speak on what they really believe in. It's

what you do it's what you do. And if you

look at X chapter six, right, this is not my plan.

But I'm just gonna share just I just read this

very quickly X chapter six, okay, verse eight. It says

here let me see, yeah, X chapter six, verse eight,

and Stephen full of faith and power, the great wonders

and signs among the people. Then there arose some what

is called the synagogue of the freedmen, Sirenian Alexandrians and

those Sicilian, Cilicia and Asia, disputing with Stephen. And they

were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit

by which he spoke. Then their secretly induced men to say,

we have heard him speak blasphemous words sounds for millionaire. Okay.

They incited against Moses and God. So they're saying him

doing evil, okay. And they stirred up the people, the

elders and the scribes okay, young or knowledgeable. And they

came out upon him, seized him and brought him to

the council first, and then they want they want to

judge him and trial him. They also set up fose

witnesses who said, these men does not cease to speak

blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law. They

want to make who they want to turn child Stephen

as public enemy number one. He just spoke the truth.

But now what they do is try to pervert what

he says and make him the enemy for the public

and for the temple as well. They want to make

him everybody's by his' your enemy. I'm telling you he's

your enemy. Here's your enemy, here's your enemy. You never

have a problem with him, but he's not your enemy.

He's your enemy, and you have to get involved. You

have to get him canceled. Okay, this man does not

cease to speak blasphemous words again this holy place and

the law. For we have heard him say that this

Jesus or Nazareth will destroy this place and change the

customs which Moses delivered to us. And all who said

in the council, looking stepfastly at him, saw his face

as the face the Angel. If I ask you right

now today that am I a racist? You say I'm

a racist? If you saw a TikTok on the Instagram

video of a compilation of all the simple sum maybe

one word, two wards, one sentence, and you did am

on touch and you stitch it up. Okay, and you

saw on TikTok there and there is like ten million

views past the man is a racist? Will you? Will

you agree that I'm a racist? You probably wouldn't, isn't it.

I hope? So? I hope. So you call me whatever

you want to label me? Would you call me that?

Would you really believe that I'm a road rager? I

just wanted to chase people down and then make them

pay for what they did to me. Do I do that?

You probably wouldn't? You know why? Because you know me.

You don't know me as personal as part, but you

know me, you work with me, you know my children,

you know my family, you know I've been the extra

ch How long lady, twenty five years? Twenty five years?

I tell you my stories. I'm sure many of you

don't disagree, don't disagree with many things I say as well.

But would you call me based on what you saw?

But you see, we make this type of labels with

people nowadays. It because we don't really hear what they

say and we are so loud. So boys stress and

we label people. And that's what the world will get

you to do. They don't know Stephen, but they will

get him to label people. Gu gau. Isn't it label

labor labor? Labor labor? You know why they label because

it's hard to fight for something that you don't feel

righteous for. When you label enough and you fight against it,

what they make you feel is that you are a warrior.

You are fighting against racism, you are fighting against this,

but you have no idea what you fight for, because

you don't know the man. The same thing they did

to Jesus, they did to Stephen. Then they did with

all the apostles, and before Jesus they did to all

the prophets. That's why when Jesus said that you kill

all the prophets before this, and you're going to kill

me as well. I'm paraphrasing Helen. And what did they do.

They get even more angry. You can't see that they

are so good. And after they kill Ready, then after

they eventually they said, oh, these are the prophets we follow,

but their forefathers kill them. The same thing is repeated

in every generation. Now, before I got too much into

ranting about these things, you know, when I posted on Facebook,

chapter twelve, verse twenty four. Unless the seed dies and

face to the ground, it remains a seed. But if

he does, he beats much fruit. Do you know that

Charlie died at twelve o'clock twenty four seconds? That's an

autopsy twelve o'clock and twenty four kind of funny there

is we're gonna we're gonna examine for that. Let's turn

to John chapter twelve. Let's read from there. And I'm

not gonna talk too much about Charlie, but I'm talking

to talk about about us. Of course, I don't want

to turn this into anything political that people are gonna

video me and take me out of context as well.

But I think, like I said, there is a movement

that is happening in this world. You realize that in

many places, not just in America, but in many, many places,

that there is a huge shift. There's a spiritual story

and a hunger what have we become? What have we become?

There's a spiritual hunger and the potential of a revival

that is happening. And next year the theme of Vectorgi

happens to be revival revival. John chapter twelve. Let's read

from verse twenty the title says the fruitful grain of wit.

Now in verse twenty, it says, now, there were certain

Greek Greeks, okay, my apologies, among those who came up

to worship at the feast. Then they came to Philip,

who was from the Sada of Galilee, and asked him, saying, Sir,

we wish to see Jesus. It is very important, okay.

Then Philip came and told Andrew, and in turn Andrew

and Philip told Jesus, Now you must understand that this

is in the final happening, in the final week before

Jesus died. That final week that Jesus entered into Jerusalem

is a very important way. Is that week they prepare

for the passover. Everybody, every household is getting ready. But

Jesus didn't go to his household. He went to his

father's house, which was in Jerusalem. And every father in

every household, their job was to make sure their house

is clean, clean from dust, clean from what they call

it yeast, so that there is no yease in the house.

So the bread, everything prepared, everybody's cleaning, you know. So

Jesus didn't go to his own house to clean. Where

did he went to clean. He went to the temple

to clean every household was preparing a lamb to be sacrificed,

lamb that was without blemish. Where was the lamb? For Jesus?

He is the lamb? There is why when he went

in he was questioned, examined in it? You know what

I'm saying. No, So he was doing what the passover was.

He was doing the preparation the past word. But he

was the passover. Interesting, isn't it? If you read it

in that context, right that one week when he went

through sequence by sequence, you understand the significant. Why was

he at the temple? Why was he being questioned? You know,

all these type of things. She's like, oh, it's actually

related to the passover. You But now we're coming back there, okay,

Verse twenty three. But Jesus, when he hears the Greeks

want to talk to him, what did he say? Jesus

answered them saying, the hour has come that the son

of men should be glorified. Most assuredly, I say to you,

unless a grain of wheed falls into the ground and dies,

it remains alone. But if it dies it produces much grain.

He who loves his life will lose it. And he

who hates his life in this world will keep it

for it know life. And if anyone serves me, let

him follow me and where I am, then my servant

will be also. And if anyone serves me him, my

father will honor. It's a lot of things here that's unpacked.

This a bit okay, Now what is a seed? Actually prepared?

Something like? Yeah, okay, what is a seed? Okay? How

many of you do planting plant things at home? Your

plantings from seeds? What's the biggest seed you've ever seen before?

Name one, seat mango. There's the biggest sea you ever seen? Durian, Durian. See,

that's the biggest. Anybody can go bigger mango. See, we'll

go Durian seed. What's the biggerte you've ever seen before? Anyone? Coconut?

As far as I know, I know, okay, I've seen

maybe the bigger ones. Coconut is one of the largest

seeds you can ever see. Do you know that? Do

you know that coconut is a seed? Oh? Oh, I

didn't know that. Oh you learn something. Coconut is a seed.

You don't realize it. You see it. There's the thing,

isn't it? Most of the time we treat a coconut

as something we consume. It's a water, it's the flesh.

But even as a seed, it's very useful, isn't it.

You know, there's the husk, you know, there are two husks,

and the outer the outer house, and the heart has

the heart has when you when you're burning, you can

turn it into very good chuck where they call it

chucoal and it's people use it actually for Chaco in

a lot of countries, so it's very good. There's a

word for it, camember something charcoal, okay. So there are

many uses for coconut. But it is just a single coconut, okay.

And a seed is basically a life in a container,

isn't it. If you look at the sea, what does

they have? It's the embryo or the DNA, But it

is not in its own it's surrounded with what a food?

That all it needs to get out of this initial

stage and then it has a protection out of it,

isn't it. But then when the seed grows, is that

it takes whatever there is inside and it sprouts out,

isn't it. It sprouts out and into the sun and

deeper into the soil as well, okay, so we know

it has the DNA, the nutrients, and most importantly, it

has in it the potential of life. Life isn't there,

But it must first of all be used or be

or at least when Jesus says that it must fall

to the ground and needs to be planted into the soil,

isn't it It needs to fall to the ground, It

needs to be d it needs to die in a way,

and it's surrounded by all the conditions it has to germinate.

Now what did Jesus mean? Now we understand what a

seed is. No, I don't go too long, too much,

too much. But Jesus says that unless it falls the

ground and dies. What does that mean? Unless it falls

the ground and dies, a seed can continue remaining on

the tree. A seed can remain continue on the start

of the weed. A seed can be harvested and brought

back to the factory or the storage areas. But if

it does, it just remains as it is. But Jesus

says that it has to fall on the ground and die.

But what does dying mean? And when you're understand it

a bit more, how does dying actually means? For us?

You must understand, death in Bible always means one. Death

in the Bible always means separation. We always think of

death as sickness, but death always means separation, spiritual death

and physical death. Why is spiritual death spiritual death? That

means your soul is separated from God. Physical death means

your soul is separate from your body. Makes sense or not.

That's why you look at the body. It's just a body.

There is no soul. It's separated. Simple. We always we

always think about death as separation. When you re a

relationship as well, there is a death. What's a spiritual

What is a relationship death? It's a separation. There is

why when we talk about marriage, divorce is a death.

In a way, it's a death as well because it

is a separation. That marriage is the first carbonant relationship

that God says in this world. What are the terms

of it? Till death do us part? You can't say no.

It is the bond that ties. There is separation. There

is why we never believe in you a divorce. We

don't really don't really believe in because this is what

God has said to be sacred. You may think it,

you may think a certain way you feel a certain way,

But the fact is it is a separation. It is

a cut. When I think about death is always about separation.

I hope you guys understand what I'm saying. You know,

death always means separation. Okay. Now, when we think about separation,

it's like, you know, when the seed falls to the

ground and it dies, what does it separate? Separated from

the source. But I like to think of it that

when a seed dies, what it means is that it

gives up its original form. It gives up what it

is presently is. Hey, let me explain it a bit further.

When you look at the seed, right, you have the

next life, the next line. Okay, the seed remains at that.

But when the seed dies, it germinates and some seeds

are big. How many of you planted mango trees before?

I used to have tree trees in my backyard and

my sara one rambutan two mangoes. Actually we have a

lime tree as well. My dad loves to plant. Okay,

it's huge. And sometimes you know people you know not

back in the days we used to have we stay

in lend the properties, right, people strong some parts outside

the house and it's still like is. But a lot

of times are people when they eat they don't cover

it properly. Right, Papia seats can come out, and you

see papia trees are growing up in the in the

rubbish being. You notice or not? You notice or not,

You're all like, yeah, you think people plant this so well,

it's because the seeds fall off the thing, and then

you started growing up a pie tree, you know. And

now it still happens, true or not. Some of you

your love you is and it's fertile ground and on.

But that's how it grew. The seed is completely different

from the tree. It takes a completely different form. And

so you think about when when you remember what Jesus

is saying, there were certain people from Greek looking for Jesus.

True not many people were looking for Jesus in the

final way, by Jesus turned them away. Why did Jesus

turn them away? He is in jesus Ministry about spreading

the gospel even more international true not by Jesus says

the hour has come. The hour has come. So Jesus

is perceptive of there is a time for everything. He's

saying that the harvest is plentiful, great, many people are hearing,

but the means to reach them is not through this form,

through this scene. The means of touching them many more

people is through a tree, not a sea. That is

why Jesus says the hour has come for the son

of men to be glorified. You see what I'm saying.

Not most surely says. Unless you see what was to

the ground, it remains only. But if it does, it

produces much great. The means to reach them is not

through Jesus Althon, but through Jesus through the disciples. I'm

saying no. And actually, many of them who came to

this way from from Greece, from Rome, right, a lot

of them, when Jesus died, witnessed Jesus. And when they

went back to their places, to Tartars, to Ephesus, you

realize when Paul went there there was already a community

of believers. Did you realize that God was already preparing

the ground, amazing the means by which that's that's why

I'm saying. A seed remains a seed. But unless Jesus

dies comes out from his shell. You see Jesus in

the one form. You see Jesus as the teacher. You

see Jesus as a healer. But when Jesus dies and

it's on the cross, a different room comes out. You

know what I'm saying. No, everything he has taught, every

miracle he has performed now hangs on the cross. Do

you believe? And the greatest miracles the resurrection he come saying?

You know, that is why Jesus says that at least

a seed for all that it remains a single thing

that Jesus say, Yes, they are coming, but what God

has prepared for them is not just a seed, it's

a tree. Now this has to apply to us as well.

How does it mean for us? Are we called to

be a seed? Or are we meant to be a tree?

Let's go to an I want to ask a question,

what really makes you happy? What really, really really makes

you happy? I know it sounds like this jointed, but

it's a very important question. But it's a very important question.

What really makes you happy? Some of us say, yeah,

finally get married, or when I finally have kids, or

when I finally when my kids finally listen to me,

or when my finally kids do do something, well, they

get a house or they get a job. When my

final kids finally get their life in order. You see,

every stage of your life, there will always be something

that you're not happy with. There'll be something that in

your life that you are troubled with. There will always

be something in your life that you're always fully distracted

and you're never ready for. Then we can go into

life shopping for a list of things or a list

of goals that we want to do for lives. You know,

I am a victim of the as well. Some days

I feel like I told my wife, I feel like

starting a business. I don't know, I just feel like

starting a business. Some days I look at her, I

feel like I want to run the marathon. Some days, Tiff,

I feel like I want to buy a better car.

I feel like I need to start something different. You know,

we're always shopping for a list of new goals in

our lives, and you know you can't say you know.

You look at the people to the left, to the right,

you search online, you watch another videos. Every day, we're

just shopping for another list of worthy goals to add

to our collection. Every day and every season will be

filled with something. I can tell you because I've seen

my own life and I've seen lives people around me

that are all we are so busy, we're doing something,

and you got to sit down and ask what really

makes you happy? What really makes you happy? Not recently

you know, I asked that question as well, and I

started to realize that you know, remember my story when

I you know how many of you know my story?

Some of you probably if you went to Young working Adults.

My story is that I became a Christian when I

was a year two thousand so nicer, I forget one year,

two thousand hours, became a real Christian. Okay. So there

are people who tried to eventulate on me in my

life before twice okay, but not successful. Okay, I thought

I was a Christian, but I wasn't. Okay, my teacher,

my brother, they tried to scare me to become a Christian,

but not successful. Well, in two thousands, I became a

Christian in Taylor's I went to ex church, passed Ken

pass and there's thought I was a Christian, but I

was there for a girl. Okay, I don't honest truth, Joel,

now you know the truth. I think you're probably like

this mads, like jokers, like why is this guy? I

think you don't know him. Sometimes you can spot a

guya why they come to church for you can spoil

it from how you know it can from mom. You

know why this guy is here is Oh, I'm here

because I'm not. Okay, Brothers and sisters, brothers, you're here,

you know how I feel. Okay, I'm not judging you. Okay,

I've been there before. I've been there before. I know

what I'm talking about. Okay, I've been there before. I

was there because I was young, I was immature. Whatever

it is. Okay, it's no time to self deprecate. But

I was there. I thought I was a Christian. They

thought I was a Christian. I can wear a perfect

skin camouflage. You can go in say the same thing

whatever you want. But the truth is, I was empty

in my own room. You know. I net on the

floor and I cried out, whichever God there is, it Islam,

is it Buddhism, it's not if it's real. And God

showed me himself and showed me the cross. He showed

me the Father's lave. I mean, that's the cuttage short.

In my own room, I gave my life to Jesus,

and I was confused. For a while. Did I believe

in the Gospel that is true? I was scared? Did

I believe in Did I self manifest something? You know

in my mind? And I checked the Bible and I

realized everything that I read what's true. I was like, wow,

I know, I'm sorry, Thank you Lord for guiding me

to the truth. What's supernatural. And then went overseas for

five years to study in Melbourne. I study five years

because I don't know what I want in my life,

and I wasted my parents' money. I know, but it's true,

I really don't know what I want to do in

my life. How many of you knew what you want

when you were eighteen year old? Tell me, I'm envious

of you. Okay. I was supposed to be a doctor. Actually,

everyone in my CAUs became a doctor. I was the

only one not a doctor. I actually got the gretes

my parents. My mom actually put a deposit for opposite.

I am you to become a doctor. I was meant

to be. I was called to be a doctor. I

was taught. My mom called me to be a doctor,

not God. Okay, so she was a disappointed that I

was not doctor. My eldest brother is a doctor, very

successful doctor right now. Okay, So I didn't want to

be a doctor and went overseas. Okay, only half a

year of you know, care by ex church. Now in Melbourne,

living my own life, you know, doing whatever I want.

You know, you must understand that I always wanted to

be in Melbourne. I've always imagined I always looked down

in Malaysia. I think life in Malaysia it is nah

And it's because of that, because of the picture I

got from a combination of people's feedback, family, friends and

outside influence that tells you overseas it is always much better.

And it's true when I was young when I went.

There was one time when I was younger, when I

went to Melbourne, I was like, whoa college life is

so awesome, man, so awesome. More and I saw the

Melbourne coffee is so good. You know, every day I

want the brunch, I have lattes only you know, everything

I wanted. I'm going to find my girlfriend, and I

started everything to settled down here, find a six figure job,

you know, Malaysia exchange trait. Yeah, you know everything. I'm

not say everything about it, you know, I got so

I was Melbourne I still went into church and I

got attached. I had a girlfriend and she's a mad student. Uh,

and we have plans to stay in Melbourne. The plan

was to stay for two more years after my graduation

and then we will just settle down there. Get a

pr called my dad and I was having my application

as well. My dad gave approval. Everything was set, everything

all I wanted. But then one day, these young man

just to have to have a bit of self reflection,

you know, do you get me sometimes self reflection that

one moment can change your life. Really, it really takes

that split second just to change your life, no longer

than one minute. One day, I was just walking, I

felt like something that's in emptiness. I was not in

a sermon or not nothing. I was just like and

I started asking that, Matt, do you really know where

you want to go? I think so I'm here near

what I want where I am. But then I all

got an honest conversation and I said, God, fine, just

for formality's sake, do you want me to stay in Australia?

You get me right, just for formality's sake. You know,

my heart was said ready, just for formality's sake. You

maybe I will talk to the pastor to pray about it,

just for formality's sake, you know. But my heart was

set ready you get me just for formality sake. And

I was like, you know what? You know you want

me to say in Australia. Then after that, you know

what God spoke to me? Is is that mad? No? And

I know and and you must understand, I don't take

God's voice. What do you call it lightly? I will

not say God said unless it is very very true.

And I know God said this. You understand why I

said that, You know what? What? What? What? What? A

play in my heart? He said that you really want

if you really want to hear what I have to say,
