You're listening to a message to go from as church.
-
We hope this message will light up your tea.
-
Session six, we are going to dive into it just
-
to recap. You know, what's God's diet? What is God's diet?
-
We talked about that previously. That is the word of
-
the Lord telling us what to do. God's purpose, his desired,
-
He's planned for us, and he shares it with us.
-
And what is his daily bread? His daily bread is
-
who of us are there ready to be used of
-
the Lord, ready to take his word and run with it.
-
And then our time is actually the time. We always
-
talk about money. Yeah, money great, praise the Lord, but
-
it's also about our time and effort. What do we
-
do with that which he has planned for us? It's
-
our effort. And then we talk about the eleven. The
-
eleven is the thing that grows and grows and go
-
what's the eleven? The eleven is the plan, the exact purpose.
-
We put it in a way that it works the
-
thoughts that we have. It's not hidden. Miss. You don't
-
throw a stone, hope it hits somebody on the head
-
and that person comes to the Lord. No, what do
-
you have to do? You have to go share with them.
-
I praise the Lord. I reached the age of sixty
-
five this year. Okay, you know I praise the Lord
-
because now I don't care what people think of me.
-
I don't care. I can go up to someone and say,
-
do you know Jesus he loves you very much? No,
-
I don't want to know him. That's your problem. I
-
go to the neck. Gone are the days where I
-
come on my face? So tell you I'm scared to
-
be rejected. So I don't want to talk about Jesus.
-
When we are telling someone about the Lord, are we
-
not giving them something good and they don't want to
-
receive it? Do we fall to pieces?
-
No?
-
So you know what age has taught me. Don't care
-
about your face lack. Just see it like it is.
-
And so I have been saying it like it is. La.
-
You know, I try and be tactful. I try sometimes,
-
not all the time. You know how many have you
-
read this story in Facebook? But this teacher that spent
-
one year in jail because he called a guy a guy.
-
He didn't call them they or them or some pronoun fantasy.
-
So I wrote in the Facebook I say I respect
-
this teacher because he refuses to get caught up in
-
the insanity of the world. So I had someone write
-
to me, so you don't understand there's a difference between
-
gender and sexy. I said, really, that is your fantasy.
-
If you want to believe you're a chair or a
-
cow or a cat, by all means, but do not
-
impose it upon me. He says, but you don't understand.
-
That's not that you should come. You know, you're in
-
a Western We're in a western country. That's the way
-
we live. You are in Asia, so you don't don't
-
get involved. So my response was, I guess you're right.
-
I am sixty five and like to think, and you
-
may think I'm a dinosaur. Then I said, but I'm
-
a sane one at that. So a sane dinosaur. Guys,
-
when you come to this age, why you want to
-
wait till you're sixty five before you lose that fear
-
of keeping your face while you're young. Do it? Go
-
up to that friend and say, you know, what can
-
I share with you? Jesus loves you. So they say
-
I'm not ready to hear it. Okay, I'm here whenever
-
you're ready to. I've told you testimonies of how I
-
shared with my friends when they were seventeen years old,
-
when I was you know, in Singapore, I shared with them.
-
Do you know forty years later I find out that
-
they're born again serving the Lord, going out there building churches,
-
being saved because of a word I wrote in an
-
autograph book. We are not supposed to worry about whether
-
they get saved or not. You know what we're supposed
-
to worry about. Are we putting ourselves in a place
-
to hear and share the word. That's what's important. So
-
now it should be the same for everybody, right, the
-
same across the board. Pastor was sharing. If I believe
-
that we should share, and and and and target at
-
least one person a year to be saved, it should
-
be the same for everybody. Guys, if you don't target,
-
if you will, you will get your bullseye. You know
-
what kind of bulls eye? You get nothing? If you target,
-
you will get someone. You know. When I lost my
-
fear of sharing the Lord, that was the time I
-
started to see people come to the Lord. Just before
-
they passed away. I saw people come to the Lord. Wow,
-
because I no longer fear, So you don't like me
-
so what I live. That's a very a good way
-
to live, all right. So it's the same for everybody. God. Uh,
-
you know, we gotta download God's dailberate what does God
-
want us to do? All right? And we have to
-
keep doing it faithfully in church. No matter what plan
-
we are, we have to think the same, We have
-
to speak the same thing. What is X the purpose
-
of ex church to get out there, to preach the
-
gospel and to make disciples? Is this our vision? Whose
-
vision is it? It's God's vision? What do we do?
-
It's our diet? Okay, So now what do we do?
-
We support each other to get the job done. None
-
of us can do it alone. None of us can
-
do it alone. Guys. I know someone in church whose
-
family member is sick, not doing so well because of cancer.
-
I told the person please tell them I want to
-
come and see them. So at this point of time,
-
a person saying no, I don't want to see so
-
I just said, I said, tell them I don't care,
-
let me come and see them. So that's still a
-
work in progress, you know why, because I really have
-
it in my mind that if I can get one
-
time with that person, that person will come to the Lord.
-
Is it because I'm great? No, I've seen it happen,
-
so there's confidence it will happen again. It's not my power.
-
Whose power is it? It is the Holy Spirit? All right?
-
The Bible said, well, you know, we gotta store new
-
wine into new wineskins, meaning that okay, all plans have worked,
-
But now do we stick with the old plans? Well,
-
stick with what works, but there's also new plans, new ideas.
-
We are supposed to be the Daniels that go into
-
the marketplace. We're not marketplace Christians, but we are Christians
-
in the marketplace. We are to go into the world
-
and what influence them to do? What we don't know,
-
influence them to know Jesus Christ. Let Jesus Christ show
-
them what to do. Put new wine into new wine skins.
-
There's going to be a lot of new ideas. And
-
you guys are great when it comes to new ideas.
-
My word, look at them. Look at the ideas you
-
come up with and you put them on what Instagram
-
and Facebook, and it's quite captivating. Some of those ideas,
-
some of those ideas that other ideas should not be
-
printed or shown anywhere. Okay, So let's never say it's
-
never been done before. Only the Westerners do it. Guys,
-
do you think that the word of the Lord came
-
from the West. No where did they come, came from
-
the Middle East. You can do great things. The Bible
-
did not say I can do all things. The Bible
-
said I can do all things to crisis strengthens me.
-
The Bible did not say, if you're a Westerner, you
-
can do all things. To chrisis strengthens you. I think
-
I broke this. Okay, let's be radical and believe. Wow,
-
believing is radical. Yes, if you believe, you can do
-
great things, great things. I believe that I can get
-
one time with this person who needs to know the Lord.
-
They'll get They'll get to know the Lord, just one time.
-
I need to see them. You need to see who
-
is God put on your heart. Go and see them.
-
You know, when God puts somebody in your heart, you
-
have to go and see them because you may be
-
the last hope. I remember one of the people I
-
shared a christ with. They became a Christian right and
-
today that person's a pastor. But he had a brother
-
who worked on the ship. He had a brother who
-
worked on a ship. The ship docked in the port,
-
he met with his brother. He shared Jesus Christ with
-
the brother. The brother accepted the Lord. Praise the Lord.
-
One week later, he had an accident on the ship
-
and he died. Timing, don't wait, share the Lord. Don't
-
plan forward looking backwards. Don't plan forward looking backwards. What's
-
done is done. You've seen great success in the past.
-
Doesn't mean your success in the future will be any
-
less great. It can be even greater if you will believe.
-
You think you believe in a small God whose mind
-
is small. Our minds are small, but the Holy Spirit
-
is limitless. Who is the one who is helping us?
-
The Holy Spirit? He will give you new ideas to
-
reach out and save the lost. What are the Philippian
-
Street twelve sixty in says not that I have already attained,
-
not that I have already arrived. You know, you hear
-
some people say I have arrived. Hey, you have never arrived.
-
The only time you can say you've arrived there when
-
you meet the Lord. Then you say I have arrived,
-
not that, or I am already perfected. I'm not. But
-
I press on that I may lay hold of that
-
which Jesus Christ has laid hold of me. Behold rether
-
than I do not coun myself to have apprehended, But
-
one thing I do forgetting those things which are behind,
-
reaching forward to those things which I press towards the
-
goal for the price of the upward call of God
-
in Christ Jesus. Therefore, let us, as many as mature,
-
have this mind. And if in anything you think otherwise,
-
God will reveal even this to you. Nevertheless, to the
-
degree that we have already attained, let us walk by
-
the same rule. Let us not be let us, but
-
let us be of the same mind. You to know this.
-
Paul was already having successes, and then he says, forgetting
-
what lies in the past. It also means whatever failures
-
you've had in the past, And most of us would
-
have taken it that way right when we read the scripture.
-
Most of us will naturally gravitate to forgetting all the
-
failures of the past. But you know what Paul is
-
also saying, don't be so concerned about your successes of
-
the past, because it's forward you're pressing, You're moving forward.
-
Don't let all those things that happen in the past
-
pull you down, because God has better things ahead. For you.
-
When you go and meet the Lord, He's not going
-
to ask you how many cars you own? What's your
-
business value? At? He will ask you, did you do
-
what I tell you to do? Did you make disciples?
-
Did you preach the gospel? Guys, let's be connected. What's right? Okay?
-
So church is not telling you, Puss is not telling
-
you how to run your business, but how to run
-
God's business. You see, the church administers only the ten
-
percent which you and I give, but the ninety percent
-
is yours, yours to do with what the Lord tells you.
-
So you and I we've got work to do. We've
-
got the ninety percent also to live. Oh God's direction,
-
so hints for success. We can be successful fulfilling the
-
vision if what we make the disciples follow me as
-
I follow Christ. That's what Paul said. Why are you
-
and I so concerned that we don't make disciples? Oh
-
we cannot disciple people? How many of you hear parents?
-
Can I see your show hands? Let's put it straight up,
-
you're either parent or not. All of you are disciples
-
because whether you and I agree with it or not,
-
your kids walk like you, they talk like you, they
-
look like you. They have your characteristics true or not,
-
You by your action are discipling your kids. When you
-
get down on your knees and pray, and your children
-
see you praying, guess what, it will be natural for
-
them to get the on their knees and pray. But
-
if they see you missing church to go and play pickleball, okay?
-
The ones who say, oh, well, I hope you're not
-
one of them, okay, But if your children see you
-
do that, guess what. When their time comes, they will
-
be pickleball champions because all the championships will be held
-
on Sunday. Do you know when my kids were concerned?
-
My kids were learning taekwondo. You know, for all the
-
time they learned tekwondo, they were still white belt. Do
-
you know why because grading was always on a Sunday
-
And we used to tell my kids it's more important
-
for you to be graded by Jesus Christ than the
-
taekwondo people. Do you know that they never attended school sports?
-
Do you know why because it was on Sunday? And
-
I used to tell my kids, if you need to
-
run for the prize, run for God's price, not for
-
the price that you'll win on Sunday. But did we
-
just do that? No, we actually told the school why
-
didn't you hold the school sports on a Friday? No,
-
we cannot because why afternoon? You know what happens on
-
Friday afternoon, So why do you think it's okay to
-
hold it on Sunday? And guess what? They changed it
-
to Saturday? And then my children could take part in
-
the school sports. If you stand your ground to do
-
what's right, God will back you up. Okay, do it
-
in smaller, smaller groups, think about one too. Plant churches
-
on every street, in every school, being a church near
-
you are a church man. If you have one person
-
agreeing with you where you are, you are at church.
-
So you go to office, you get one person to
-
agree with you. Let's have this person healed. Can we
-
pray for him? That's church. This is church, but it's
-
not necessarily the only church there is. You carry church
-
wherever you go. If you're willing to be two or
-
three gathered in the name of the Lord. Guys, that's
-
the way you know you carry a power that the
-
Lord has given you, the power the Holy Spirit to
-
see miracles happen. I'll share some in you later. No, No, okay,
-
so Matthew nineteen twenty six said, but Jesus looked at
-
them and said to them, with men, this is impossible.
-
What God all things are I don't know. With men
-
all things are impossible. With God, all things are possible.
-
You say I can run a church. Really, what church
-
means you worship with the guitar. Then after that you
-
got announcements and then messager. You know what is church?
-
Church is doing what the Lord tells you. There is church.
-
You and I we carry church everywhere we go. Get
-
somebody to agree with you in prayer. That's church. So
-
that's why it's not impossible to have a church on
-
every street, in every school, in every business. In Matthew
-
four nineteen it says, follow me, and I will make
-
you fishers of men. I think you prayed that pray
-
just now for a little girl, that she be a
-
fisher of men. You think it's important impossible to be
-
fishers of men? I mean, who did Jesus pick? Yeah,
-
he picked fishermen. But you know fishermen they kind of
-
sat in their ways, you know that, right? You know
-
how you know they are set in their waist because
-
they kept throwing their net in the same part of
-
the water, and they caught no fish. Jesus had to say,
-
just try the other sidler. The moment they threw the net,
-
they caught the fish. So when we find that we
-
are slow in people coming to the Lord through our ministry,
-
ask the Lord Lord, where do I cast my net?
-
Who am I looking for? Do you know the greatest
-
joy you will always or you will ever have is
-
seeing your friends come to the Lord. Guys, you're from
-
a CF right, okay, praise the Lord. Do you know
-
that the greatest joy you'll ever have is when you
-
meet your college friends twenty years thirty years down the
-
road and they say, because of you, I came to
-
the Lord. Do they need to know Jesus Christ? While
-
your dad no, you just need to sow the seeds.
-
Our Let's go fishing with the power of God to fish.
-
We need effective bait, right we do. Isn't it You
-
think the fish will just come to you unless the
-
Lord commanded commands the fish into the net. But the
-
Lord has given you a kind of a bait, right,
-
God did not leave us alone. The bait is the
-
power of the Lord, the supernatural, the anointing, the signs,
-
and wonders, the miracles, healings and deliverance. For yours is
-
the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever, and the
-
ever Kingdom comes first. Then God gives us power, and
-
all it goes back to God for his glory. My
-
friends came to the Lord because they remembered the stories
-
that I was telling them. Because when I was in Singapore,
-
I used to stay in this church hostel and every
-
day after school, I'll take my bus back from school.
-
I'll reach back at seven o'clock in the night, I'll
-
go and have my dinner, wash my clothes. And then
-
the church was next door. Because I was staying in
-
a church hostel, I'll go over to the church on
-
eight thirty pm and pray together with the pasta for
-
deliverance cases until three am four am in the morning.
-
I did this every day. I don't know how my
-
body managed to take it, but I just kept doing
-
it and doing it and every time and I get
-
to the get in the morning. In the morning, I'll
-
go to my friends and say, you know, this morning,
-
I was praying for this person together the Pasta, this
-
person delivering needing deliverance, needing heally, and I will be
-
sharing with. I did not know at the time that
-
it was making an impact. I only found out years
-
later when they tell me, Hey, those things you used
-
to tell me Da da da da da, So wow,
-
I did not realize. So, guys, everything you do has
-
an impact. Okay. Um the issue of lack of confidence.
-
How do you feel when you hear the partners were
-
heal of cancer? Do you know that? In ex church
-
pastor was saying this when he was preaching. These two
-
people were hell of cancer. And really the feeling brings confidence.
-
That's why I'm very confident. I'm very confident to go
-
and share Jesus with those who do not know him.
-
You know why because when one person was sick and
-
I was going to see that person in hospital, the
-
Lord told me. So, I asked, Lord, Lord, what do
-
I say? He said Toalp Badminton, I said, Lord, he's
-
dying of cancer. No, no, no talk Badminton. Okay, Lord.
-
So I met this guy and I said, I that
-
I'm sixty four, right, don't care anymorement So I said,
-
do you know you're dying or not? How many of
-
you would tell that to a person who is here
-
in sick in hospital I said, do you know you're dying?
-
So because I was honest with my question, he was
-
honest with his answer. Yes. My next question to him
-
was do you want to know Jesus? No, that was
-
not my next question. My next question was do you
-
like Badminton? I like Bedmington? Well, life came back into him.
-
Oh you like Bemington? Yes, I said, Well, Jesus has
-
served the shuttle to you when he gave his life
-
for you. You want to play the game with him.
-
You got to hit the shuttle back in faith and
-
receive him and then the game can continue. Then I
-
asked him, you want to receive Jesus Christ. He said yes,
-
that was the day. From now on, when it comes
-
to people who are I just go ahead and see them.
-
Got confidence because the confidence is not mine. If I
-
can listen to what the Holy Spirit tells me, they
-
will come to the Lord. And the main reason this
-
person didn't want to accept the Lord was because he said,
-
I will only receive Jesus if I see him. So
-
when I spoke to him, I said, you know you're
-
asking to see the Lord, but the Lord actually done
-
it for you. First. You know he's made the first
-
move you got to respond. Do you know after he
-
received the Lord, his niece came back and said, one
-
day Jesus appeared to him in the room. This is
-
his words. He was all in white, his face was growing.
-
I could not see the face. He came. He stood
-
by me for a while, and then he left. A
-
couple of days later, he said, two men in white,
-
shining bright came stood. He had a discussion in the room,
-
and then they disappeared. I told his niece he's going
-
to pass away very soon. A couple of days later,
-
herd left the world. He got what he wanted to
-
see the Lord, but you know it came only after
-
he received Jesus. Confidence when you were serving the Lord,
-
the Lord is looking after your business. When you are
-
doing what God tells you to do, He's taking care
-
of your issues. Can I share a testimony with use?
-
Some of you we already have heard it, but never mind,
-
I would share it. A couple of months ago, in November,
-
my daughter calls him up and said, I have a
-
growth in my neck. It was a goiter. So her
-
neck was quite swollen, quite big. So she had a goiter.
-
And those of you that no goiter is usually as
-
a result of white me, sorry, the result of iodine
-
or are you dying deficiency? So anyway, it was a
-
little bit big. So she says, I'm going to have
-
it checked out. Pray with me. So he said, yeah, yeah,
-
we'll pray with you. Don't worry about it. It'll be okay,
-
it'll be okay. So she went for the test. Then
-
later in November, two weeks later, she called me up.
-
When she called me up, it was in the office. Now,
-
in my office, my door was open. I never see
-
Pastor Kenneth, you know, in the office because he's got
-
a lot of things to do. But that day he
-
passed by the office and he stood in front of
-
the door and he was talking with someone. So I
-
thought it was pretty stranger. Anyway, the call came through
-
and my daughter said, they found a growth in my
-
tyroid and the doctor has advised me to remove it
-
straight away. So that's a tyroid deck to me. Okay,
-
So I told my daughter get a second opinion, and
-
then she put down the phone call and I had
-
a word with Pastor pasta, I need to tell you this.
-
Then we chatted for a while about this, and he said,
-
don't worry. I will pray with you for next morning.
-
Five A M passed the rights to me. He says,
-
I've prayed for Ashley. Hey, praise the Lord. Pray the
-
moment Ashley told me because she called me in the
-
office and she called my wife. The first thing when
-
she called me, I heard the Lord say cancer. Now
-
for many of you, they say, oh, so negative are
-
the thought you think negative things? Guys, the Lord is
-
speaking to me to do something about it. Okay. Until
-
that point of time, I did not know other Maybe
-
was always waking up at two or three am in
-
the morning and the Lord would tell her pray. So
-
she sit up in the bed and she'd pray. She says,
-
without fearing the Lord was waking her up to pray.
-
So she prayed. So that day when my daughter, the
-
Lord told her operation. So now God told me cancer.
-
God told her operation. It was on the same day.
-
The tests went to the United States for a second opinion,
-
and it was the opinion of a professor of a
-
leading university hospital in the States, one of the top
-
This is one of the top top people. Endocrinologists send
-
back a twenty page report which says, do not wait,
-
get it out straight away. So my daughter come and said,
-
can you find a surgeon. I got to find a surgeon.
-
I prayed, say, Lord, lead me to a good surgeon.
-
I asked my doctor friends. They all came back with
-
people who are just generalists. Surgeon, if you need to
-
cut off your hand, you know how to cut off
-
your head, you know if you need to do but
-
not an endochronologist specialist. Which the Lord led me to someone.
-
And I found a guy. So I met him, nice,
-
nice person. He says, yes, I will do the operation,
-
so even without the doctor seeing. But based on the report,
-
he set the operation for December third. My daughter came back.
-
She had bronchitis. The operation was postponed another week. On
-
the day of the operation, we're waiting. We're waiting. We're waiting,
-
We're waiting. The operation did not take place because that
-
day he had another case and when he operated, he
-
found that that there was a cancer that spread from
-
his from the throat all the way to the back
-
of the year. So he was too tired. He went
-
to sleep. At three am. He tells the nurse, Ky,
-
get my daughter ready. My daughter went in for surgery
-
three am the next day, so she had a complete
-
tyroid actomy, complete removal of the tyrol glenn and the
-
limit not in that area. And so the operation was
-
four hours. So the next day when we went to
-
the hospital in the evening, we met the doctor says,
-
Doctor said, okay, the results have come back. So I said,
-
so it's benign. He says, no malignant cancer. We got
-
it all, every test, every blood that shows she is
-
one hundred percent. Okay, you know you can tell me.
-
Why couldn't you pray for her healing. Yes, we could
-
pray for her healing, which we did. But what was
-
more important for us was the Lord spoke to us.
-
We were calm and we were just sharing you with
-
my daughter, It's going to be okay. Our confession was
-
what we were prophesying. We were prophesying what faith to her.
-
We were prophesying she was going to be okay. We
-
were prophesying, don't worry about it. It's going to be
-
all right. Don't worry about the operation, don't worry about anything.
-
It's going to be okay because the Lord had put
-
in our heart already what was going to happen, and
-
she is totally fine. So when she came out of
-
the operation, she had one bead here and one bead here.
-
It looked like she had a tattoo over actually the stitches.
-
So she asked, I don't know why I got two beads.
-
I said, when you remove the stitch, they will cut
-
one side and pull. I said, that is a joke. Right.
-
Then one week later she went to remove the stitches.
-
They cut one side and pulled, and in one pool
-
all this teachers came out. That was how it was done.
-
So you said there was terrible. I said, by you live,
-
isn't it? They? Yeah, today she's back, she's working, She's fine.
-
What I want to tell you is when you are
-
doing what the Lord has told you to do, which
-
is go out and preach the gospel, go out and
-
make disciples. Hey, you got a friend, make a disciple
-
of that friend. Yeah, it occupies your time. Right. Let
-
me tell you how much more time would have been
-
of My time would have been occupied My daughter was sick.
-
Do you know that the God, the Lord saved me
-
tons of time by taking care of the issue. You
-
and I we gotta get our head in the game.
-
We gotta understand what's right. This is what it is. Okay,
-
Confidence conviction comes with revival. If you're convicted about the Lord,
-
guess what revival comes your heart. You're praying for revival.
-
Are you convicted that Jesus Christ is the way, the
-
truth in the life. Do you have that conviction that
-
He will save those call upon him? Conviction? Conviction, well,
-
comes with revival. Your spirit has got the revival. Clarity
-
comes with revelation. What do you think we're doing now
-
unpacking the vision? We're giving you an idea why it
-
is important to get on board with God's plan for
-
the world, which is what preaching the gospel making disciples.
-
Confidence comes with results. You see salvations. Man, I am
-
so confident that if I share Jesus with someone, they
-
will receive the Lord. Is it because my speech, your
-
speech and my speech is nothing. The Holy Spirit is
-
not involved in our speech. We will not save anybody.
-
But if you have no good words to say, Jesus,
-
you say, but the Holy Spirit is there, the whole
-
congregation will be will accept the lot. It's not about
-
how the quality of our words. It's about the quality
-
of a heart. It's about the quality of a relationship
-
with the Holy Spirit. So you cannot do it. I
-
cannot do it. I agree with you. We cannot do it,
-
but who can do it? The Holy Spirit can do it.
-
So why don't we get involved in the program. We
-
are being helped anyway. Courage comes with resolve. You've decided
-
that you will not be moved in this area, you
-
will have the courage to do it. I don't care
-
if I get rejected. I live, go out, and I
-
still share. Conquer comes with reliance. You will achieve because
-
we're relying on who the Holy Spirit. And celebration comes
-
with reward. I celebrate my wife and me celebrate. We
-
don't only celebrate my daughter. I celebrate my friends who
-
know now go out and build churches. I celebrate one
-
friend who was healed of cancer, gave his business a side,
-
and now what is He's a missionary in Southeast Asia.
-
I celebrate that. I celebrate the one who was dying
-
on the water and the Lord came and healed him,
-
saved him, and he gave all his riches away, and
-
today he serves the Lord as a pastor. Why I
-
celebrate that? Confident leaders? You know what is a confident leader?
-
Confident leaders a confident servant. Hey, when we are called leaders,
-
you know what we're actually leading. We're leading in the
-
show of how to be a servant. We are a
-
servant of the Lord. Leaders of the Lord are actually
-
leaders of the Lord, are actually servants of the Lord.
-
What did what did? I think it's David who said,
-
better to be a servant at the gate, be at
-
the gate rather than be in a house and a king.
-
I think it was David who said that if I'm
-
not mistake, I could be mistaken. Guys, you could. There
-
was I think it was Steve Jobs who said, you know,
-
what's the use of having billions of dollars and you
-
know something to do with billions of dollars and be
-
in a grave something like that, And it happened for him.
-
Didn't know, Jesus, with all these billions of dollars, what
-
good did he do? Confident leaders. Conviction leads to clarity.
-
If we are convicted about God's plan, we will get
-
involved in it. Clarity leads to confidence when we are
-
clear about something we are willing to do true not true.
-
Not.
-
If we did not know how to use a car,
-
would we be confident enough to drive it. We would
-
be absolutely crazy to drive it. Right. But when we
-
learn how to drive. As time goes on, we become
-
more confident, and confident leads to courage. Those days we
-
hold a steering wheel like this, Now we hold a
-
steering wheel like this. True. Not how many when you
-
first started to drive you drive like this? Is that
-
you drive now? Or you now like this? Okay? Don't
-
do that? Okay. Confidence leads to courage. Courage leads to conquering. Hey,
-
you want to see things happen. Be courageous. No one
-
will get saved if you don't open your mouth. No
-
family member of yours will get saved if you don't
-
open your month. Granted. A prophet is not welcome in
-
his own town, in his own village, in his own household, granted.
-
So you know what you do, get somebody else that
-
is still sharing. Ma, you think you only have to
-
do it? No, sharing sometimes means get somebody else. Lah,
-
who can talk? You think my brother came to the
-
Lord because I shared with him. No, you know why
-
he came to the law because I shared with his friend.
-
The friend accepted the Lord, and then the friend got
-
him safe. Why is it not then my friend gets
-
another one of my friends safe. Guess what he says
-
in my younger brother, and my younger brother gets it.
-
You see, that's the way it works. Sometimes you don't
-
have to do it, but courage and believing that it
-
can happen. You can, God will give you ideas and
-
conquering leads to celebration. We celebrate the victories we sell.
-
Why do you think the whole heaven rejoices when one
-
person comes to the Lord. Why do you think that
-
is because one person has come home? They've come home?
-
Okay one John five fourteen. How are we doing for time? Okay?
-
I go to Russia. Now we have this confidence that
-
we have in him. If we ask him for anything
-
according to his will, he hears us. If we ask,
-
what is the key word? Any thing according to his
-
word that means a Lord, I need my friends saved.
-
Is that according to his word? Yes, for God's love
-
all the world, for God to love the world. So
-
does that qualify yes? Yes? If you ask for yourself,
-
it's hit and miss. You know, because if you ask, Lord,
-
I want a new car, it's hit and miss. You know,
-
I hit and miss. If it's in the Lord's will,
-
you'll get it. If it's not in his will, you won't.
-
That's what scripture says, if we ask anything according to
-
his will, he hears us, we don't have the confidence.
-
We don't have confidence because of lack of results. But
-
let's pray that the results will begin to flow. Verse
-
Joshua one nine says, be strong and of good courage.
-
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and a good courage.
-
For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
-
We are not alone. It's a bad version of that song.
-
Thank God, we are not alone. He has given us
-
the Holy spirit. In Zacharia for six, he says, so
-
he answered and said to me, this is the word
-
of the Lord to Zerobebell. Not by my nor by power,
-
but by my spirit, says the Lord. Everything can be
-
achieved because God is on your side. So you're going
-
through a difficult time. God is on your side. Hey, guys,
-
you're students, right. Do you ever lay hands on your
-
books and pray that the law will help you understand
-
what's inside? Do you know I did? Because who is
-
the one who invented every subject you're learning? Is it
-
not God? So what can't God teach you? He can
-
teach you everything. In Luke eleven eleven thirteen, he says,
-
if a son asks for bread from his father among you,
-
will you not give him a store? Will he give
-
him a stone? Sorry? Or we ask for a fish,
-
will he give him a servant? And say? Hey, when
-
you ask God for good things, that God is going
-
to give you something bad? Is God wicked? He's God Teasingessir,
-
you ask me for bread, here I give you poison. No,
-
your God, my God, not like that. You ask your
-
your children ask you for ice cream? You give them chillier.
-
I know that was not my question. Will you give
-
them chillier puddy? No, your father is not like that.
-
You ask him, he will give you all right? Uh,
-
will give him a serpent instead? Or if he ask
-
for an egg, will he offer him a Scopyo? Like that? Okay?
-
If you then being evil, we are known as evil. Okay.
-
This is what the scripture saying, know how to give
-
good gifts to his children? How much more you have
-
any father? Give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.
-
Your God is in the business or doing good for you.
-
Your God is in a business or doing good for
-
somebody else using you. Hmm? Could it be that our
-
daily bread is the Holy spirit? Look for eighteen ninety says,
-
the spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he
-
has anointed me to what preach the Gospel to the poor.
-
The first thing that Jesus said about what his purposes
-
is what to help the poor? You know why, because
-
if you don't have money, or money in your pocket
-
or food in your mouth, you will never pay attention
-
to whether Jesus Christ means to save your soul, because
-
your basic need has not been met. Hamny, if you remember,
-
I preach this a long time ago Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
-
Even the Lord says Gospel to the poor, heal the
-
broken hearted, proclaimed liberty, the captain, receive recovery, the recovery
-
of the side to the blind, to set it liberty
-
those who are pressed to proclaim the acceptability of the Lord.
-
And this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel,
-
and it came to pass it in the last says
-
the Lord, I would pour out my spirit. All flesh.
-
Are we all flesh? If we are metal, no lie
-
doesn't qualify. We are flesh. We qualify on all flesh.
-
Your sons and your daughters shall what profit side. That's
-
why I do not speak negative things to people. You're
-
such a fool. Don't ever say that you know why
-
you're prophesying. If you got children, please don't do that.
-
And one of the worst things you can say is
-
you are so clever. Why is that bad? That is
-
a false sense of security you will give them because
-
they will do well in school, and one day when
-
they don't do well, they will say, it's because I'm
-
not clever. Wrong validation. What's the right validation for your child?
-
Well done? You have done so well because you worked hard.
-
You know why that it's a good validation. One day
-
if they failed their subject, they will realize, oh, it's
-
because I didn't work hard enough. I will put in
-
the effort. I will get the results. Oh flesh, Your
-
sons and your daughters shall prophesy. Your young man shall
-
what see visions. Your old man shall dream dreams. And
-
on my men servant, my maidservant, are pour my spirit
-
in those days? And they shall what prophesy? You know
-
what is prophesy? Speaking in faith, that's prophecy. That's prophesying.
-
So you want to know very loose definition. When you
-
speak the word of the Lord, when you speak the
-
word and it's covered with faith, that's prophesying, you shall
-
be well. Don't worry, It's going to be okay. God
-
is on your side. That's prophesying, huh. I will show
-
wonders in Heaven's above and signs on the earth beneath
-
blood and fire and weapon and smoke. The sun should
-
be turned to darkness, the moon to blood, before the
-
coming the great and as day of the Lord. And
-
it shall come to pass it whose ever calls on
-
the name of the Lord shall be what save. But
-
if all prophesy and an unbelievable and uninformed person comes in,
-
he is convinced by all, he is convinced by He's
-
convinced by all. He's convicted by all, And thus the
-
secrets of his heart shall be revealed. So falling down
-
on his face, he will worship God and report that
-
God is truly among you. God will anoint us afresh
-
with the Holy Spirit to prophesy, to preach, to give
-
solutions and answers. Guys, what is prophesying. Prophesying, like I said,
-
is when you do something in faith like that man,
-
do you like badminton? Because that was what the Holy
-
Spirit told me to do. I was prophesying into his life.
-
God has made the first move. Now you need to respond.
-
It clicked, It clicked. Oh, another man who was also
-
sick with cancer, right, and I met him, and you
-
know he had had so many people come and talk
-
to him and share with him. He would not receive
-
the Lord. When I went to see him, had to
-
ask him this. He said, do you know that your
-
children love you? He said yes. Do you know that
-
your children want to see you again? He said yes.
-
Said do you know your children only see you if
-
they meet you in the Kingdom of God with Jesus.
-
Do you want to receive the Lord? He said yes.
-
So did I immediately pray for him? No, he wanted
-
to receive the Lord. Right, I said, let me call
-
your children together. So I call his children together, and
-
then only we prayed for him. You see, that's what
-
it is. God will anoint us a fresh with the
-
Holy Spirit, to prophesy, to preach, to give solutions and answers,
-
to speak into situations. It must eight eleven. Behold it
-
is that coming, says the Lord. And I will send
-
a feminine land, not a famine of bread, not a
-
thirst for water, but of hearing the word of the law. Hey,
-
you know that this is coming to pass already in
-
the world today. Do you know in England if you
-
keep quiet and bow your head, you'll be put in
-
jail breaking the law because it is offensive for Christians
-
to be able to pray in public. Even if you
-
don't say a word, but you bow your head, you're
-
offending people. You get put in jail if you don't
-
believe me. There's a man who is actually now waiting
-
for his case. It's in appeal. He was actually convicted.
-
That's how crazy the world famine is. It's becoming a
-
norm when there will be a famine for the world.
-
Word be ready, be ready, be ready. There will be
-
a feminine the word. Let us pray that it will
-
always be found in through x church we are, we
-
are already living in it now. Or say now we
-
can see, let's speak seeing is what the vision? The vision?
-
The vision? The vision? Then I said, remember, proper cy,
-
let's not stop talking. Let's just stop talking. You know
-
what is talking? Talking is talking without reference to God,
-
or not in accordance with God's work, or not having
-
the Holy Spirit backing you up. Silly talk. So if
-
we are talkative, my parents always say I came out
-
from the womb talking. So I was very talkative. Now
-
I try and talk Jesus because every word becomes a prophesying.
-
Let's stop talking, start prophesying. Ready to prophesy, wat you
-
we begin with? Well, what do we begin with? Purpose? Prophesih? Purpose? Lord,
-
we are to reach and save the loss. We are
-
to disciple. That's prophesying purpose pray the Lord's prayer daily.
-
I'm giving you some passes, actually giving you some really
-
great ideas. Our Father. What in heaven, Hello, be a
-
name your kingdom. Come, You will be done on earth
-
as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily brain,
-
and forgive us us since even as we forgive those
-
who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation,
-
but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the King,
-
the power, and the glory forever and ever. Do you
-
know that that prayer, that simple prayer that Jesus taught us,
-
puts everything in perspective and in order or what to expect,
-
what to do, what to live? How to live? Ah?
-
This is one of its power. Speak that God is
-
with me, all things are possible. I've seen great things
-
happen because I believe this rotten, all me can do
-
things because it's not about me. Who is it about?
-
It's about him? So rotten all me can do things.
-
And now some of you rotten, you're are pretty nice people.
-
You know how much more you can do? Paul says,
-
I'm the worst sinner, which is true because Paul used
-
to kill the Christians right when he was Saul. But
-
then the Lord spoke to him. He received the Lord,
-
and he completely did some really amazing things. Plan God's died,
-
the daily bread, the tide, the leven, We've gone over that.
-
It's about planning. Everything is a conscious effort. It doesn't
-
happen just out of the blue. You've got to be
-
decisive about it, all right, you got You've got to
-
be intentional about it. Prosper You know, when we prophesy
-
God's blessing and praise him, we see God prospering us.
-
We keep seeing it, we keep saying, we keep doing it.
-
That's to pass it on. Oh, I guess I'm done.
-
That's the last light. Where there's some questions, right, okay,
-
these questions, So how can I go and speak about
-
my lack of confidence? How can I tap into the
-
power of all the spirit each and every day. What
-
do I want to focus on speaking more about in
-
the coming days. These are questions you can look at
-
to answer for yourself, because God loves you. Remember I
-
started off by saying, is it an amazing that this
-
vision that God has given us is not about ex judge?
-
You know you know what it is about. It's about
-
seeking and saving the loss. It's about reaching out to
-
the people who do not know Jesus. Will your life's
-
blessing come? They will as you're doing the Lord's work.
-
Trust me, you can ask the older ones here today.
-
We will tell you. We do not know how we are,
-
where we are and why there has been this way,
-
But we do know one thing, because we love them,
-
we serve the Lord. God has brought us very fun.
-
If we look at our lives, we say, how did
-
we reach here? I don't even know how we got here.
-
The only thing we can tell you is it's God.
-
The only we can tell you is He helped us,
-
He led us. Even when we we did wrong, he
-
changed it around. And when we were doing things for him,
-
the blessings were just flowing and they are and they will.
-
You are most of you, if not all of you,
-
except for a couple of you are younger, so you've
-
got a whole long life to live where you just
-
see one blessing, one glory, from glory to glory. He
-
will change you and he'll help you understand yours is
-
going to be a great life if you will believe it,
-
if you will believe that God wants to do it
-
for you, and he will. What do we do? We
-
have to be intentional about it.
-
We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
-
