  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. Kingdom minded, all right, that's what we're gonna touch on

  4. this Sunday, twelve plus one call Values. So just just

  5. a quick recap, all right, everyone, okay, everyone doing all right?

  6. So just a quick recap.

  7. We're going through these at our services and also at

  8. our homes and uh I think when pasta met first

  9. started kick started the twelve plus one call Values series,

  10. he mentioned that vision and mission tell us where we

  11. are going and why, but values are the fuel in

  12. the vehicle. There are what gets us there, especially in

  13. the face of opposition, testing and trials.

  14. You'll remember that.

  15. Yeah, So the first Sunday we touched on the topic

  16. of spirit. Second Christ Centered, our CPC shared on Christ

  17. Centered last Sunday, and then this morning we're gonna touch

  18. on Kingdom minded.

  19. Kingdom minded.

  20. Now, Jesus started his ministry by saying, repent for the

  21. Kingdom of God is at hand Matthew Chapter four, verse seventeen.

  22. He constantly preached about the Kingdom of God throughout his ministry,

  23. constantly at the start and all the way to the

  24. end of his ministry. Kingdom of God, Kingdom of God,

  25. Kingdom of God, Kingdom of God. And someone has calculated

  26. that Jesus has preached or talked about the Kingdom of

  27. God roughly about eighty two hundred times in his three

  28. years of ministry. Now, when I have something important to

  29. tell my children, Noah, ailah and maya. When I have

  30. something important to tell them, okay, and like what Selena say,

  31. you hear them before you see them, all right, that's

  32. my children. When I have something important to them, I

  33. repeat it a few times. Yes, yeah, I repeat it

  34. a few times. And even no matter how important it is,

  35. when I repeat it to them, it is not eighty

  36. to one hundred times. Okay, it's probably like brush your teeth,

  37. rush your teeth, brush your teeth, maybe three four times? Lack,

  38. all right, don't forget the flash. Don't forget the flash.

  39. Have you flashed?

  40. All right? Three four times?

  41. But if someone talks about something for eighty two hundred times,

  42. I think we need to pay a bit more attention.

  43. I think maybe there's something that we need to look into.

  44. I think that's something that we need to maybe try

  45. and see what Jesus is trying to tell us. Someone

  46. say kingdom minded. Okay, let's try that again. Someone say

  47. kingdom minded? So what does kingdom minded mean to you?

  48. Let's say some answers. What does kN the mind I

  49. mean to you? No one says, I don't know anyone

  50. else kingdom minded. I don't know that you. Well, that's

  51. what we're think for you to tell us that, huh.

  52. Anyone want to try what does kingdom minded me to?

  53. What this feels like?

  54. Homes? No? No, no, not my home's not my homes uh.

  55. U no no, no, no kidding, I'm kidding. Okay, okay, anyone,

  56. what does kingdom minded mean to you? Okay, I will

  57. look the other way, so y'all don't feel so judge anyone?

  58. What love, God, love neighbor? Okay, okay, okay, all right,

  59. all right.

  60. So to help us understand, right, this core value of

  61. kingdom minded, that's a good answer, by the way. To

  62. help us understand, we can see the core values as

  63. like a yard state, you know, something to help measure

  64. how we're doing. If there's a kingdom, there's a king.

  65. If there's a king, there are rules, and there are rules.

  66. Rules are like a ruler to gauge it's from our

  67. home rulers. Ruler helps us gauge and see how we're doing.

  68. I mean, it's this kind of ruler, right, I mean

  69. it is like a measuring tapler. But it's these kind

  70. of rulers, right that help us make sure, like, hey,

  71. did we miss any measurement? Are we on the right track?

  72. Did we miss out any detail? When you're assembling something

  73. or when you're building something, if it's one centimeter.

  74. It's off. You know, you know what I mean.

  75. Yeah, So if it's a call values, let's look at

  76. the core value as like a ruler, something to gauge,

  77. something to.

  78. Measure how we're doing.

  79. All right, So three thoughts, three thoughts, someone say, three

  80. three thoughts to help us understand a bit more about

  81. kingdom minded?

  82. Okay?

  83. I put it as mmcm and km in of course

  84. we're using ruler, right, help us understand a bit that mm,

  85. cm and km mm stands for millimeter, your fast your past?

  86. How about cm and km ki law meter? Okay, But

  87. we're gonna tweak it a bit, all right, because we're

  88. gonna learn about twelve plus one called valuma. Yeah, we

  89. want to see how we can apply this in our

  90. daily living. So MM stands for myopic minded, myopic minded? Wow,

  91. someone say myopic minded? This is like those tongue twisters,

  92. right that? Okay, the meaning the meaning of myopic minded.

  93. I mean maybe some of you already know. Oh I

  94. know what mariopic means. All right, so clever, yeah, But

  95. for the benefit all of us, myopic means near sighted,

  96. short sighted, unable to see distant objects clearly in a

  97. medical condition is an eye condition where light focuses slightly

  98. in the front of the retina rather than directly on it,

  99. so it's just at the front but not directly on

  100. the retina. Causes close objects to appear perfectly, but distant

  101. objects to appear blurry. All right, So figuratively, you know,

  102. when we say someone is myopig minded, no one here.

  103. I'm not talking about anyone here.

  104. Myopig minded person is a person that lacks foresight. Lacks foresight,

  105. can't see a hit, can't plan at unable to see

  106. the bigger picture, only thinking of immediate gains. Now, the

  107. question for all of us this morning is a we

  108. myopic minded? M m are we myopic minded? Many of

  109. us live lives that sometimes it's based on immediate satisfaction

  110. or immediate gratification.

  111. We've heard of the term, you know, like you know,

  112. like when you make decisions.

  113. Guys, yolo la you know you only live once.

  114. But I did research, but people don't use yolo these days.

  115. All right.

  116. I found out I'm old people Now people now say

  117. T I S T P. Right, no either, young people,

  118. so shit here that okay? They say do it for

  119. the plot, all right. They don't say haha, now she's

  120. not pay don't judge me. So people don't say yolo. No,

  121. we will say, hey, do it for the plot. Do

  122. it for the plot, all right, So you don't don't

  123. think so hot, just do it. You want to buy

  124. that thousand dollars T shirt, twenty thousand dollars handbageriler.

  125. Life is short, life is short. Do it for the plot.

  126. My opig minded people prioritize immediate comfort over future outcomes.

  127. They don't care about future tomorrow, next month, next year.

  128. They're thinking about now now.

  129. Okay, So there are three things that we need to

  130. look at, you know, for my opig minded. If any

  131. of this resonate with us them, we probably have to

  132. just do a hat check, do a heart check. Spending

  133. versus saving, Okay, MYOPI minded people they prioritize three things,

  134. spending versus saving because they're thinking about spending.

  135. Do you know how the trend of hey later? Whoa?

  136. How many here don't use pay later? Wow? Wow? Pray

  137. for different ones?

  138. Yeah, like you know the rise of pay later. A

  139. lot more people using pay later and tole mea, what

  140. else are all those kind of stuff like huh as

  141. what what as?

  142. Pay later? Who is that shoppy? Then you've got the

  143. grand pay later? So many? You know?

  144. Do you know that even I've heard these years ago,

  145. but I know that it's a very common trend now

  146. that people even go on holidays on installments.

  147. Yeah.

  148. People go, yeah, like oh I want to go holiday

  149. in Melbourne. Oh but so expensively? You know the flight ticket,

  150. I pretty installment law the flight ticket. I'm like flight

  151. ticket installment.

  152. Mm hmm.

  153. Now I want to enjoy now. I'm not thinking about saving.

  154. I'm thinking about spending. I'm not thinking about later. I'm

  155. thinking about now. I want to enjoy now, my opig minded.

  156. You know, now now everything else is blurrima. But here

  157. you know here they're looking here now sealed is nour huh?

  158. Holidays now yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yes, doper mean versus discipline?

  159. Feel good better than it's good. Feel good, it's better

  160. than it's good. Hey, the handbag is very expensive, you know, yeah,

  161. but it feels good. You know, feels good that people

  162. look at me. It feels good that we know when

  163. I holdly everyone knows what handbag amusing. Hey that holiday

  164. sounds very expensive, you know, hey, yeah, but it feels good,

  165. you know, to put on Instagram and let everyone say, hey,

  166. Australia shrimp on the barbee.

  167. Yeah, no one says that.

  168. Okay, okay, doper mean versus discipline, Convenience versus obedience, Sunday war,

  169. it's my only free day. Let's go to churchyard. Come on,

  170. let me chew lie. Convenience sleep li I saver. So

  171. many people serve radio anyway, Thank you shooter stepping up espresso,

  172. Praise the Lord, More people step up. Convenience versus obedience?

  173. Oh what does obedience say? Obedience say I need to sacrifice.

  174. It's a bit more troublesome. It demands more energy, more effort.

  175. Yeah, but.

  176. Convenience or who thinks about my convenience? Who thinks about

  177. my convenience? My opig minded me me who thinks about me?

  178. Me thinks about me? My opig minded everyone, Okay, Romans,

  179. Chapter eight, verse five. Those who live according to the flesh.

  180. This is a preview to the next point as well.

  181. Those who live according to the flesh have their mindset

  182. on what the flesh desires. They're not thinking myney other thing.

  183. They're thinking about what the flesh desires on me, what

  184. can fix my gratification now. They're not thinking about consequences.

  185. They're not thinking about what's going to happen to me later.

  186. They're not gonna thinking about all the bad things later on.

  187. They thinking about now now. And that's why myopic minded

  188. people need accountability. They need discipleship because my opig minded

  189. people can't see the issues and problems, you know, They're like, hey,

  190. everything looks okay with why ah, nothing wrong with me.

  191. That's why myopic minded people they need accountability. They need

  192. someone to speak into their lives and into their situation.

  193. That's why, if you think about it right, corporations don't

  194. audit their own accounts because they can be myopic minded,

  195. you know what I mean. If a corporation all this

  196. is his its own account, they'll be like, hey, how

  197. are we doing this here. Actually okay, hey, but we're

  198. not making as much as ayah, I'm more company not

  199. doing well.

  200. So it's okay, we're doing all right. We're doing all right.

  201. But if you get an auditor to come in to

  202. be like, hey, guys, you are bleeding funds everywhere, you

  203. need to do something about it. That's why corporations cannot

  204. audit their own accounts. It's even illegal.

  205. You know.

  206. You know why, because you can be myo minded. You

  207. can bluff or so, you can bluff your way so

  208. when you look at your own life and there's no accountability,

  209. no one disciple, shit, I'm okay, I'm okay, I'm okay.

  210. We can bluff ourselves to think we're okay. That's why

  211. doctors so you're not supposed to diagnose yourself, you know,

  212. you know what I mean, just a coffer, It's okayla,

  213. just a cough. I'm a doctor, but no, why you

  214. need another doctor to be like, hey, bro, your cough

  215. is a symptom of something that's going on. Your cough

  216. is not what we should tackle. What's causing the cough

  217. is what we should tackle. My your pick minded? Anyone

  218. doing okay? Mm myopic minded. Myopic minded magnifies problems. Kingdom

  219. minded magnifies God's purpose. My Opic minded magnifies problems. That's

  220. why they want it now. They magnify the problem. I

  221. may not be able to afford it next time I

  222. might as enjoy it now why I want to wait?

  223. They magnify the problem so much I enjoy it now,

  224. open mean, open mean versus discipline anyone doing?

  225. Okay?

  226. So from mm right mm, we moved to CM. CM

  227. stands for carnally minded, carnally minded. Someone say, currently minded,

  228. my opic minded, carnally minded, Joel, what are you talking about.

  229. We're gonna talk about kingdom minded soon. Okay, we're gonna

  230. talk about kingdom minded Luke, Chapter twelve, verse fifteen. And

  231. he said to them, take heat, and beware of convaciousness,

  232. for one's life does not consist in the abundance.

  233. Of the things, of the things, of the things.

  234. Your life does not consist in the abundance of the

  235. things you possess.

  236. Hmmm.

  237. Some of us need to hear this this morning. I

  238. probably need to hear this morning as well. It's all

  239. about the flesh. M m me, me, me, me, me,

  240. my my, my mind CM oh, flash, flash, flash, the

  241. things of the world. Okay, let's look at Matthew chapter thirteen,

  242. verse eighteen to twenty two. We'll have activ flesh that up.

  243. Matthew Chapter thirteen, verse eighteen to two twenty two. It's okay

  244. if we look into some scripture. Yeah, come to church.

  245. Let's read some scripture. Everyone doing, okay, Matthew Chapter thirteen,

  246. verse eighteen, two twenty two. This is the terrible of

  247. the sower. Okay, So in verse eighteen, it starts, therefore,

  248. are you guys there all right? Therefore here the parable

  249. of the sower. When anyone hears the word of the

  250. kingdom and does not understand it, then the wicked one

  251. comes snatches away what was sown in his heart.

  252. This is he who receives seed by the wayside.

  253. But he who received the seed on stony places, this

  254. is he who hears the word and immediately receives it

  255. with joy. Yet he has no root in himself. But

  256. and the also only for a while, For when tribulation

  257. or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles

  258. verse twenty two. Now he who receives seat among the thorns.

  259. Among the thorns is he who hears the word, and

  260. and what.

  261. Cares of this world?

  262. And the seedfulness off de seedfulness off riches. Wow, what

  263. of God? It's written many many, many many years ago.

  264. You know, the same thing that deceives people still deceives

  265. people back then, still deceives people today. Riches, riches chalk

  266. the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

  267. Mm hmm.

  268. The problem with the kind of mind is not that

  269. it doesn't hear the word. Let's look at this parable again.

  270. He hears the word. You know, the seat was received.

  271. The seed is the word. The problem with the kind

  272. of mind is not that the person doesn't he the word.

  273. We're all hearing the word.

  274. Yes.

  275. The problem with the kind of mind is not that

  276. the person doesn't come to church. We're all like church. Ah,

  277. people go to church. Everyone goes to church. Now, the

  278. person with the counter mind that's may not even have

  279. problems reading the word. It doesn't say here that this

  280. person have a problem serving God coming to church.

  281. Here's the word, reads the word.

  282. But the problem with the calenter mind is that this

  283. person cares about the world too much, too much. The

  284. deceit of the riches overwhelms this person too much. You

  285. hear the word you come to church, but something else

  286. is more too much. Having riches is not a senior

  287. I mean, first of all, let me qua qualify that

  288. having reaches not seener.

  289. I like riches.

  290. Who don't like reaches, raise out your hand, give me

  291. yours reach is nice, you know, huh. You get to

  292. enjoy some of the comforts in life, you know, don't

  293. need to worry about paying bills, you know, and stuff like that. Yeah,

  294. riches is nice. The problem is when riches have you.

  295. The problem is not us having reaches. The problem is

  296. riches having us. That's when the priority gets wrong. That's

  297. when the flesh takes over. Everyone's still doing okay. When

  298. the things of the flesh become the sole measure of

  299. our worth haha. Identity, then we're in trouble because our

  300. identity and worth and value comes from.

  301. God and God alone.

  302. Because some of us, right, we feel that our work,

  303. our identity is in the car we drive, in the

  304. house we live in, in the address that we're in.

  305. How much you earn.

  306. Some some of us have our identities, and that not

  307. all of y'all are you guys are respiritual, very good people, huh,

  308. But some of us do. And that's the danger, because

  309. what if one day touch would you lose it all?

  310. Then how your identity gonner, You're not. Our identity must

  311. be in the Lord, in the Lord. The kurrnel of

  312. the flesh is obsessed with all these kinds of questions,

  313. you know. Now, let me tell you a story. There

  314. was this American, any American nowmths my apologists, There was

  315. once this American, this long time ago. At one point

  316. in time, this one American he owned and control ninety

  317. percent of US oil refining.

  318. He is so loaded.

  319. He's so loaded, right that his money created things like

  320. JP Morgan Chase Bank. That's how much money he has.

  321. And at the peak of this americans career, his personal

  322. fortune was two percent of the entire US GDP. One person,

  323. his wealth is two percent of the entire US GDP.

  324. Loaded or not? Reachi or not? Reach on comfortable, not,

  325. I think comfortable. I think comfortable. When he was interviewed

  326. by reporters, how much more money is enough? You know what,

  327. his answer was, just a little bit more the flesh

  328. the carnal mind, just a little bit more. I wish

  329. that can be switched around, right for a kingdom minded

  330. person right. And if someone to ask, like, hey, when

  331. will you stop serving just a little bit more? When

  332. will you stop preaching about God? Just a little bit more?

  333. Just one more so, just one more so, just one

  334. more so, if we ain't gonna stop in writing people

  335. to church, that just one more chair, one more chair

  336. needs to be filled, just one more, just one more.

  337. This man, this one person, owns so much, yet he's

  338. still empty to answer like that, that's the kernel mind,

  339. that's the flesh. Because the flesh keeps thinking about the

  340. next deal, promotion, climbing the corporate letter because I want

  341. you at the top, right, The flesh will just say more,

  342. no more. The flesh will never say I think you're done, la,

  343. I think you reached the peak already. No, no, no, no.

  344. The flesh always and small. That's the lie of the enemy. Yeah,

  345. and I pray that this morning, that all of us,

  346. when we have kingdom mindedness, that when God asks, hey, when, when,

  347. when where's the limit?

  348. Got one more?

  349. One more, one more, one more day, got one more day,

  350. one more soul, God, one more invitation. God, I'm not done,

  351. Please don't be done with me. The carnel mind, all right,

  352. watch out for the carnel mind.

  353. Okay, are you won doing all right? Yeah?

  354. Eternity gets replaced by prosperity. Eternity gets replaced by prosperity.

  355. The myopic mind can see far. Okay. The myopic mind

  356. can't see far. Me me, me, me, me.

  357. Everything else is a blur. No, myopic ma. Everything else

  358. is a blur. I can only see me. Then the

  359. kernel mind, which is a bit further. The kind of

  360. mind can see far to a certain distance, but it's

  361. focused on the wrong things. So you can see, but

  362. you're seeing the wrong things. You can see, but we're

  363. seeing the wrong things. Anyone doing okay? So when we

  364. look back at Matthew Chapter thirteen, verse twenty two, we

  365. will remember that the kind of mind is the type

  366. of person that is so full of the world that

  367. there's little room left for the kingdom because of the thongs.

  368. You know, Chuck, we're halfway marked. We're in a halfway

  369. mark of twenty twenty six. Maybe it's time to do

  370. some reflection. Are we fruitful? Are we doing okay? Because

  371. when we look back at verse twenty two, maybe actually

  372. we can. When we look back at verse twenty two,

  373. you see it up there now?

  374. He who receives seat among the thorns.

  375. Is he who hears the word, and the cares of

  376. this world and the deceitfulness of riches the word choke

  377. the word, and he becomes So maybe the next time, right,

  378. we're not feeling fruitful in our lives. We're not saying

  379. fruits with our labor, we're not seeing fruits on our

  380. mini street. Maybe it's time to read back in verse

  381. twenty two again. Are we allowing the cast of the

  382. world to choke us? Then we become unfruitful because there's

  383. a direct connection here. You want to be fruitful. Stop

  384. caring about the world. You want to be fruitful. Don't

  385. let the deceit of the enemy choke you and stop

  386. you everyone, Okay, amen, But that's good news. Someone say

  387. good news. So we have MM, we have CM, and

  388. then we have now guess what KM is. Oh, you

  389. guys are one hundred marks for your one hundred marks.

  390. KM stands au kingdom minded, kingdom minder. And for this

  391. we look at this man called Joseph. Wow, how many

  392. of you know Joseph from the Bible? Yeah, Joseph. We

  393. look at this man called Joseph kingdom minded. Wow, what

  394. was Joseph a man that has kingdom mindedness. Let's find out.

  395. Let's find out. We want to know his story. His

  396. story goes from Genesis chapter thirty seven to Genesis chapter fifty.

  397. But because I.

  398. Want all of us to have a good lunch, we

  399. want to go from Genesis thirty seven to fifty.

  400. I can say on you're but please read it.

  401. Please read. It's very important. Okay, all right, now, Kingdom

  402. minded Joseph. Let's let's let's see how well we know Joseph.

  403. Well do we know Joseph? Tell me some things about

  404. Joseph got thrown into the pit?

  405. What else beautiful? Did someone Tuni? Yeah yeah, Tunia? No,

  406. Court of Many Colors? Yeah? So thank you? Noah, okay,

  407. anyone else? Thank you?

  408. Ex teachers? Yeah? Anyone else? What else about Joseph? Huh dreamer?

  409. What else? Wow? All this Sunday school ALM nights? All right?

  410. Any anyone else Joseph Prime Minister of Egypt? Yeah? What else?

  411. One more?

  412. Ran away from temptations? Okay, all right. Joseph also is

  413. a man that had many brothers, many brothers. He's also

  414. his father's favorite child. Yeah, how many of you? No,

  415. I'm not gonna ask someone, Uh so, how do we

  416. identify someone that's kingdom mindedness? How do we identify I'm

  417. glad you asked, Thank you. A kingdom minded person is

  418. a person that's faithful. It's a person that's faithful, not

  419. just in church, not just among Christians, not when my

  420. schedule opens up, Oh when when i'm when it's convenient

  421. for me. Oh, convenience versus obedience. Kingdom minded person is

  422. faithful everywhere. We don't represent God only certain hours of

  423. the day.

  424. You know. We don't clock in when God tells us

  425. to do something. No, No, what I mean.

  426. We don't have a tucked up like, Hey, I need

  427. you to speak to the friend right now. Give her

  428. a call God, I'm off duty God.

  429. Hello.

  430. No, kingdom minded person is faithful all the time, all

  431. the time. Let's see how Joseph was in Genesis chapter

  432. thirty nine, verse two to three. I probably need XTV

  433. help as well. Genesis chapter thirty nine, verse two to three.

  434. If XTIV is not there, we can flip it ourselves.

  435. Genesis chapter thirty nine, verse two to three. This is

  436. about Joseph. Yeah, okay, the Lord was with Joseph, and

  437. he was a successful man.

  438. He was a successful man.

  439. Okay, Now at this point, right when the verse says

  440. that Joseph is a successful man, where was he?

  441. Do you all know? Huh?

  442. He was a slave. He was a slave. Have you

  443. ever heard a slave being described as successful? Huh? Please,

  444. these are my slaves, you can see.

  445. These are very successful slaves. Hello. Never you know?

  446. But right when you read scripture, the Lord was with Joseph, well,

  447. praise the Lord.

  448. And Joseph was a successful man.

  449. He was in the house of his master, the Egyptian,

  450. and his master saw that the Lord was with him,

  451. or a second timer, the Lord was with him, and

  452. the Lord made all he did prosper in his hand.

  453. So what does that show us? Number one, even as

  454. a slave, he is successful. But ah, when you think

  455. about it, right, let's apply some logic here. When you're

  456. a slave and you're successful, what does that mean? What

  457. does that mean? You are a hard working slave. You

  458. probably obey everything your master tells you to do. You

  459. probably go beyond what is required of you. Then only

  460. you cause success. Uma, if you're a slave and you

  461. don't do anything, would you cause successful?

  462. No?

  463. Oh no, you won't. But we called the fuller successful

  464. fuller sorry, Arnold. When you call Joseph's successful slave, it

  465. means that, hey, the guy showed up. The guy is

  466. probably so slaved that more all the other slaves successful slave.

  467. And if you read on, the master saw that the

  468. law was him, and the Lord made.

  469. All he did to prosper.

  470. All he did to prosper means Joseph did a lot

  471. enough to show that everything he did prosper. If he's

  472. a slave that don't do anything, how can we see

  473. that the thing prosper? Hey, you're red prosperous in doing nothing.

  474. No impossible. So it means what we can see here

  475. is that even while Joseph was a slave, he was successful.

  476. The Lord prospered the works of his hands.

  477. Joseph was faithful where he is now we bring it

  478. to home. How about us, when we are in situations

  479. that is not so pleasant? Are we still faithful? Are

  480. we like a Joseph like, oh, I'm my father's favorite son,

  481. or look at my you know, coat of many colors.

  482. I got dreams, you know, one day all of you

  483. will bow down to me, all this kind of stuff,

  484. you know, and then suddenly he got thrown to the pit.

  485. Any normal person will be like Oh yeah, Lord forgot me.

  486. I reala give up in life. Let me post this

  487. on threats.

  488. What a miserable day? Huh, correct on.

  489. That's what normal people will do. But what about a

  490. kingdom minded person. How does a kingdom minded person respond?

  491. Even when he's a slave, he's still successful, he's still

  492. prospered in the work of his hands.

  493. We only see these kind of things right when you're

  494. not a slave, you know.

  495. But he's a slave and he's still Like from here,

  496. we can see Joseph was myopic minded because if he

  497. was only thinking about me, me, how I'm feeling right now? Wow,

  498. I'm in the pit man. I mean, I'm slave, you know,

  499. I'm bound. I have a master. I have to listen

  500. to everything he says. I don't have my own rights.

  501. If he's myopic minded, he'll be miserable because he can't

  502. see beyond. You can only see me, me, me, my

  503. my mind. Oh woe is me? My life is horrible?

  504. No more, hopeler. I'm not saying that as believers right,

  505. as kingdom minded people, we sadly got no emotions, you know,

  506. I'm not saying that. At the end of this service, right, Lord,

  507. please give us all kingdom mindedness, and sadly we've got

  508. no emotions even when we're true tough times, tough times

  509. no effect on me. Like, no, I'm not saying that

  510. we got no emotions. I'm just saying that we can

  511. break through those emotions because kingdom minded people respond different lay.

  512. Kingdom minded people see things differently. You know how I

  513. can see this because when people see Joseph in a pit,

  514. God can switch it around from pit to tip.

  515. Because that's where Joseph.

  516. Ended up, at the tip of Egypt, at the tip

  517. of government. We're so obsessed with the pit and we're

  518. being miserable, so my opic, so carnal. If we put

  519. on the kingdom mindedness, God will switch the tip to

  520. a pit. He can do it for Joseph. He can

  521. do it for you. He can do it for me. Amen,

  522. are you guys listening?

  523. He can.

  524. God can carry us to a thought. And that's where

  525. Joseph ultimately ends up. Someone here said prime Minister. Joseph

  526. was the prime minister from the pit all the way

  527. to the tape. Kingdom minded people don't give up just

  528. because they're in the pit. King the minded people also

  529. put their trust in God. That's how they remain faithful.

  530. How we know Joseph put his trust in the Lord?

  531. When did Joseph received his dream when he was a

  532. teenager young man? Do you know when he ultimately saw

  533. his dreams being fulfilled? You know how many years? You

  534. know how many years? Twenty two years, twenty two years

  535. God gave the dream, twenty two years saw the dream

  536. come to pass. How many of us are patient like that?

  537. How many of us put our trust in the Lord

  538. like that? That's why you can't be myopic if you're

  539. kingdom minded. That's what you can be kind of minded

  540. when you're kingdom minded, that's what When you're kingdom minded,

  541. you see far, you see eternity. That's why time doesn't matter,

  542. because you put your trust in God. When God say

  543. he's gonna answer your prayer, he's gonna fulfill your dream,

  544. He's gonna answer all the goal that he plays in

  545. your life.

  546. Should time matter? No? Why?

  547. Because your eyes is fixed on him? Five years, ten years,

  548. twenty years, it will be fulfilled. How does Joseph keep going?

  549. How does Joseph keep patient with twenty two years? Because

  550. he doesn't just sit down waiting for his dreams to

  551. be fulfilled her faithful. He was faithful. He didn't just

  552. think about me. He didn't just think about Caronel, the

  553. things of the flesh. He's focused on the King them everyone. Okay, now, guys,

  554. if anyone's sitting here, you have dreams that God has

  555. placed in your heart. Maybe when you were young, someone

  556. prayed over you and say that, Hey, one day you're

  557. gonna be a preacher. Hey, one day you're gonna lead

  558. your own cell group. Hey, one day you're going to

  559. make such an impact in the nation. Don't look down

  560. at those things, you know, don't look down at those things.

  561. Those things can come to pass. Keep holding on to it.

  562. If he can take twenty two years for Joseph, I

  563. don't know how many years's gonna take for you. But

  564. he will come to pass. He will come to pass

  565. for myself. When I was a kid, I was a

  566. young man, probably around Noah's age. I was playing in

  567. my father's office. You know, Sally, I remember this story.

  568. I was playing my father's office, Okay, and then Sally,

  569. one of my father's friend, came to the office to

  570. say a hi, lie. I guess you know, but he

  571. was also a postman. I don't think he was a postman.

  572. He works in post Malaysia. So then so then after that,

  573. that was my first time meeting him. Okay, I still remember.

  574. It was my first time meeting him. And then he goes, hey, Lloyd,

  575. your sona They're like yeah, my dad like yeah, my son,

  576. say hi uncle, Hi uncle. And then he's like you

  577. look at me, huge guy, look at me. What's your name?

  578. Say?

  579. My name is Joel, Joel. It's a very nice name.

  580. One day, you're gonna do amazing things for God. I

  581. was sitting there, I'm like, whatever, don't I did not register,

  582. you know. But funnily right, every every other year that passed, right,

  583. I suddenly will remember this uncle telling me that. But

  584. I just put the dreamler I didn't like. Okay, God,

  585. you send a man to declare.

  586. To my life.

  587. I will do amazing things for you. I will wait

  588. for the day to come. No, keep serving la, keep

  589. showing up, keep being faithful, Stop being my OPI or colonel.

  590. Start having kingdom minded us? What dream has got placed

  591. in your heart? Friends this morning? What goals have got

  592. placed in you? Don't let it die? Believe in it,

  593. claim it all right? Everyone doing?

  594. Okay? Amen?

  595. So Kingdom minded people don't respawn like the rest of

  596. the world. How do we know that? Because when Joseph

  597. was from the pit to the prison to the palace,

  598. his focus was on the Lord, His focus was on

  599. the lot. He never stopped serving. He never allowed his

  600. situation or the people around him to affect him. He

  601. kept going, that's why, right, and that's why right. You know,

  602. while preparing this message, right, I realized our kingdom minded

  603. people are different. You know how you're different. Think about

  604. the Royal family. Think about the royal family. They're like us.

  605. You know, they're humans, you know, like you put them,

  606. they bleed. I'm not asking you to do that, all right,

  607. they have bleed those the same color and not like

  608. they'll tell you, no, what's a rat?

  609. Don't try.

  610. But our royal family and us are saying, humans like us.

  611. But ah, you see the way they carry themselves, right,

  612. it's different.

  613. One.

  614. They got vibes on you know, they aura aurah. You

  615. know you see that head Hello, Hello, hello autumn automatic

  616. you bow? You know, yeah, suddenly rare in your family.

  617. Right? They are different. You know why?

  618. They're raised differently. They're brought up differently. They are taught

  619. to think differently. They are taught to present themselves differently.

  620. They are taught to see things differently, and I registering

  621. something in you. And I'm not saying that they are

  622. taught to see things differently that they go around like,

  623. oh you hasn't I'm out the Royal family. No, it's no, no, no, no,

  624. no no. They're taught to behave differently. That's why they

  625. are not like, they're not like me. You know, they

  626. are you know, even when they eat also all hour,

  627. you know when they eat also like, oh, let me

  628. use the third fot from the right, you know, the

  629. kind of thing. Yeah, I don't know. I like, what's

  630. the difference? Spoon spoon high? But you get what I mean.

  631. Royal family is different. They're humans like you and I,

  632. but they're different because they are raised differently, see things differently,

  633. taught to think differently, taught to present themselves differently. Now

  634. we are also royal family, we are part of the

  635. Kingdom of God, we are under a king. We are

  636. also taught to think differently, see things differently, present ourselves differently.

  637. So when the Royal family people, right, you know, do

  638. you think they go through stress and pressure? I'm sure

  639. they do they're humans, man, do you think they go

  640. through peer pressure and stuff like, sure, go on, but

  641. they don't allow that to affect them different.

  642. One, no know? Hm hmm. We're also kingdom people, ma,

  643. we're also royal people.

  644. Ma. Yeah, we're also raised to see things differently. So

  645. for us, when the world goes to stress and problems

  646. and situations and.

  647. Like, oh die, I don't know how to solve this, we.

  648. Are taught to respond differently, think differently. Hey, one, die on,

  649. It's okay, Everything'll be all right. Hey, why why you

  650. talk like that? One anything?

  651. Just pray? What would Jesus do? Royal family? You and

  652. I friends? Hm? Hm? Oh you got bills to pay?

  653. You got your in debt? Oh?

  654. I also actually I also got bills. How many of

  655. you here don't bills?

  656. Pray for me? Really?

  657. I also got bills. But we're taught to respond differently.

  658. Everyone also got bills, but we're taught to respond differently.

  659. We're talked to like, bill shouldn't stop me from serving,

  660. Bills shouldn't taught me stop me from living, Bills shouldn't

  661. stop me from trusting God. Bills shouldn't stop me full stop.

  662. But some of us sometimes bills that stop freezes. As

  663. you know, Hm, we are taught to think differently.

  664. I know.

  665. I'm of the Kingdom of God, so I know my

  666. bills can be sorted because I have a king. My

  667. king can pay and my king can settle the bill. Yeah,

  668. got problems, got situations? Yeah, my king can help me

  669. solving everyone doing Okay? When the colonel Mine wrestles with

  670. the worries of the flesh, career, relationships, checkless, check list,

  671. Oh wish country to visit this year? You know, put

  672. on kingdom, mine trust God. Ask yourselves, whether in the

  673. bott room, in your home, in the classroom, how does

  674. a kingdom minded person respond? Because a kingdom minded person

  675. responds differently.

  676. Amen.

  677. That's why whenever wherever Joseph was in the pit with

  678. forty fast wife, in prison or palace, he remained kingdom minded.

  679. He remained kingdom minded.

  680. He's in that situation, he's in the pit, but he

  681. doesn't behave like he's in the pit.

  682. You get what I mean. He's a slave.

  683. There a other snakes with him, but he doesn't behave

  684. You know, he was also in prison.

  685. I think with a baker. Yeah, but because.

  686. But he doesn't he kingdom minded people responds differently, thinks differently,

  687. sees differently. Soever, where's God placing you today? Where is

  688. God placing you? Don't behave like everyone else? In MM,

  689. the vision is too small. I only see what's in

  690. front of me MM, what's in front of me by

  691. my myopigh and everything else is blurry. I can't see far.

  692. Then in CM. In CM this goes to CM, I

  693. can see I'm saying things. Maybe I'm not supposed to

  694. be focusing on. That's currently my buying KM. You know,

  695. have you tried seeing something one km away? It's like

  696. if it's someone's face, you can't see the details, but

  697. you can see that it's a figure there. And I

  698. think that sometimes God tells us to like stop focusing

  699. on the MM and the CM and start having and

  700. eternity mindset, you know, see beyond your limitations, see beyond

  701. your selves, your comfort, and see what the Kingdom sees.

  702. See how God wants you to see. And we can

  703. see the way God sees friends. When we can see

  704. the way God sees, our perspective shift. And once our

  705. perspective shift, you and I know what kingdom do be for.

  706. Because the M and CM are not thinking about the kingdom.

  707. But once you have kingdom mindedness, once your kingdom mindedness,

  708. you will know who's kingdom you're living for.

  709. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
