You're listening to a message to go from acts Church. We hope this message
-
will light up your day. Simple message today, Simple message today that will
-
help you respond to different challenges in your life and respond in the way of
-
your attitude, but also in your prayer life. So I entitle the message
-
today right Mercy and Grace. Right Mercy and Grace our response or responses to
-
life's challenges as a child of God. What I'm about to share with you,
-
I pray that it will help you not only understand how God does things,
-
but also to pray how to pray. I've learned this especially in the
-
last three months personally, because I've gone through different things and I go like,
-
God, how do you work? You know, just tell me how
-
you work, because sometimes I think it's like this. Sometimes I think it's
-
like that, and then sometimes it's not like this. It's actually like that.
-
It's all about timing. And so let's move on. I'm going to
-
talk about right first. Right, okay, and right means power. Somebody
-
say a power. So God has given us a right, okay, and
-
God has given us power. Right equals power power. Right. When you
-
have a right, you have a power. When you have a right to
-
vote. You have power to vote. Amen. When you have a right,
-
uh, you know over something that the law gives you a right,
-
it gives you the power. Uh. Then if you are wrong, you
-
can go to the courts of law and you can fight the case at court
-
because you're right has been Uh what's the word. Uh, that's a good
-
word for it, right, I can't remember now. Uh, your your
-
your right has been stepped on. This is used that word right now?
-
Okay? Um, and and and and and Therefore you can fight back if
-
that's what you feel you should do. You have the power to do that.
-
Okay, So God has given us the right. Let's let's look at
-
this word here. John one twelve is one of my favorite versus. Okay,
-
every time someone praised the prayer to receive Jesus Christ into their heart,
-
I always repeat this scripture John one child, but as many as received him
-
to them or to those, he gave the right to become children of God
-
to those who believe in His name. The right. However, you know,
-
you have the right to become a child of God. Isn't it great?
-
You have the right? The right? You know, no one can
-
actually stop you from voting if you had the right to vote. Just not
-
too long ago, maybe about a month ago. I was sitting down,
-
me and my wife was sitting down with a friend, and she said,
-
her mom, her mom passed away two weeks after the elections, the last
-
elections in December. Two weeks I was in November, November, right,
-
and two weeks let mess. She passed away on the first week of December,
-
something like that. But two or three weeks after she voted, she
-
voted in her wheelchair. She couldn't get up. She had cancer. It
-
was it was it was just it was just ravishing her body. But she
-
wanted to exercise her right. It's her right, and so you know,
-
of course her family members don't then mess around with her right right. She
-
said, I want, get me on the wheelchair, get me to the
-
place. You know, people don't mess around with your right one. Now
-
when you see it's my writer. Family members, get your dress, family
-
members, get your wheelchair. They put you in the car. They got
-
to the school. When they got down that the daughter was pushing her said
-
cannot push my mom. Please to this place, to her salonan to her
-
room, and the guard says, cannot cannot say. How's she going to
-
vote? She can't take herself there? He says, cannot vote. Then,
-
and then the mother said, what do you mean? You know she
-
in her cancer written body, what you mean this is my Immediately there was
-
an officer that came out no no, no, no no, as a
-
god to step beside, because the God didn't understand right. And sometimes the
-
devil can be standing in front of you saying no, no, no no
-
no. And we as Christians need to know our right in the Lord,
-
our right to the salvation to become a child of God. I'll right to
-
healing in Jesus name, I'll right to deliverance. Come on, I'll write
-
to a new life, abundant life, eternal life. Don't let the devil
-
lie to you. But the God, you know is there cannot And so
-
she said no way fight donal and and and and obviously came out no no,
-
no, no no, sorry Auntie, sorry sorry Auntie. Actually that
-
your daughter also has her own room, Saloran, why don't she go there?
-
They help out my mom and the officers. I will take her because
-
a person understands the right. We'll go the second mouth to make sure that
-
you're right, you know, fulfill achieved. He pushed her members and they
-
said she they pushed her and she was done in like five minutes because VP
-
boom boom boom boom boom let her go first. And she went. She
-
voted, big smile on her face, and then she went home to be
-
with Jesus three weeks later. Right, it's all right. I don't care
-
whether the cancer one who stopped me, God one who taught me, nobody
-
going to stop me, because this is a right that God has given me.
-
Somebody say, amen, it is very important for you to understand when
-
you're doing business, when you when you're going going to school, when you're
-
faced with a challenge, when you're faced with a ridiculous boss, you know
-
who's ridiculous in everybody's eyes. But but you know, you must have a
-
right to say that. You know, God gave me this job, and
-
God called me to be a good employee. And I'm gonna change this office,
-
and I'm gonna change this company. Has the right as the right to
-
speak. Blessing are used to with me with me, I'm gonna change the
-
environment. Why should the environment change me? Why should the atmosphere change me?
-
Why should this bad boss. No, there's no there's no real bad
-
boss. But why why is this boss? You know I'm not gonna let
-
him change me, my attitude, my spirit. You know I had the
-
right to be a child of God. Amen. So let me move on.
-
Let me move on from that scripture bad few ten one. Okay,
-
let let's look at right. Let's let's look at more of this power more
-
power to you, more right, Jesus, when he had caught his disciples,
-
to you himself or to him, he gave them power. Somebody say,
-
power over and clean spirits to cast them out. You've got to know
-
you have the power. You've got to know you have the power. When
-
I was taught this during the pandemic, because I was learning how to heal
-
the sick, cast out demons, I wanted to do that. I wanted
-
to because so many Christians were bound, so many people that I love were
-
bound. So many people were sick for no reason, so many people had
-
disease. And then I read this verse. He gave me the power over
-
and clean spirits to cast them out and to heal all kinds of sickness,
-
all kinds of disease. I had to memorize scripture, because as I tried
-
to practice healing over people and deliverance and all that, I don't remember scripture.
-
So but but I tell you just one thing about memory verse, one
-
thing about remembering, one thing about actually taking on and really believing in it.
-
Okay, this is important because uh, you know, you know that
-
I pray for people on Tuesday afternoons right through zoom. It's called the hour
-
of prayer. And I think we've got maybe about I don't know, fifty
-
testimonies now, and one of them got heal from cancer. The next non
-
neighbor of doctor Jill totally heal of cancer. Because when I stand there at
-
the time of one hour, I don't mince my words. I don't have
-
time to play around. I don't have time to listen to the lives of
-
the enemy. I just go for it. I just go for it.
-
I just say, in Jesus name, cancer be gone. Susan is a
-
regular hour of prayer. I will see her name, Susan, and Susan.
-
That day, Thomas rashes all over his body, according to Susan,
-
and so he asked to pray. And I say, in Jesus name,
-
I rebuke that rash and commanded out of the body. Right. Because because
-
because of this, you think, what this pluck out from from the SKYA
-
what this is the word of God. He has given me the right,
-
the power. And then the next uh, I think, was it the
-
same day itself susan? Or was it the next week same day itself?
-
Right? You wrote down after you prayed, before the hour finisher, you
-
say that the rashes are all gone. The rashes are all gone, the
-
rash gone in Jesus name. Because there is power. So Christians need to
-
know when to exercise right, because too many of us when we don't exercise.
-
See, God gave us a right and gave us a power, means
-
he expects us. Somebody say expects us, He does expects us to use
-
it. You see. Sometimes it's like let's say your father give you a
-
car, give you power, gave you a right car. And there you
-
say, then I can't go to school, I can't go to college.
-
That's why I just gave you a car. Would you drive me? I
-
would drive you. I gave you the whole car. The keys are in
-
your hands. Please can you drive me? You're devil? Like? Forget
-
it? Man? Why I'll give you a car. You see, so
-
many Christis go around and say, oh God, I beg you, oh
-
please, oh please. He's saying, hey, speak it right, confess
-
it, declare it, bind that that the evil spirit that is coming upon
-
your family. Rebuke it, rejected right, cast it out. There is
-
a time for it, and you must understand the time for it. You
-
must fight for your family, fight for your marriage, fight for your children,
-
fight for your country. And it's not fight with with with you know,
-
arm armory and and got no fight in the name of Jesus, because
-
we have the power. Let's move on. Let's move on. Uh,
-
next slide. So Jesus said to them, because of your unbelief. So
-
they ask Jesus, why couldn't we cast it? Why couldn't we cast it
-
out? And Jesus is because of your unbelief. For surely I say to
-
you, if you have faith as a muscle's seat, you will say to
-
this mountain, move from here to there, and it will move and nothing
-
will be impossible for you. What do I underline there? I underline say,
-
because too many Christians don't know how to say. We only know how
-
to cry when things happen and God says, say to the mountain, to
-
say, you're supposed to speak to your mountain. Mountain, mountain, are
-
speaking to you? Now? Sometimes how we look at the mountain and then
-
we see everything else. I'll say, I don't know why. I'm not
-
sure, Hey, anyone here, no or not how to solve this problem.
-
I don't know how this hold You look and look everywhere else except to
-
the mountain. And we're supposed to look to the mountain. Say speak,
-
mountain, be removed, problem, be removed, this attitude in this office.
-
I command you you shall no longer be in this office. This bad
-
boss who has a bad character. In Jesus name, I speak to this
-
mountain, not to the boss. That don't say boss die in Jesus name.
-
You know, speak to the spirit behind the boss. You know what
-
I'm saying. They're a lot of spirits, no behind authorities. Okay,
-
we don't rebuke the you know, the Prime Minister himself. You know we
-
won't ask to do that. The Bible says a prey for the authorities,
-
not rebuke the authority you want to rebut you rebuke the spirit behind it.
-
Are you with me? You gotta speak to your mountain. Otherwise how to
-
move there is you you speak to a pastor, no use speak why because
-
problems eighteen twenty one says death and life problems eighteen twenty one. Just in
-
case you're thinking notes, death and life are in the power of the time.
-
Bible says it is already right life, death choose all right, speak
-
it, speak it. Look ten nineteen. I love this scripture. Look
-
ten nineteen. Behold I whose eye Jesus give you the authority, the right,
-
the power to trample on serpents, not run away from them. Okay,
-
just say whatever serpent, spiritual serpents around you, all right, trample
-
step on them. There's another scripture I like in Roman sixteen twenty. And
-
the God of Peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly the grace of our
-
Lord Jesus Christ be with you, you know, beautiful verse Roman sixteen twenty.
-
That's another memory verse the God of Peace will crush Satan under your feet.
-
It didn't say and the God of Peace will crushed Satan under his feet
-
under your feet, while way was the last time you crushed Satan under your
-
feet? Usually run away and crying and say, oh God, you didn't
-
help me, and God said, hey, sometimes I want you to help
-
yourself because I gave you the power, all right and over all the power
-
of the enemy. And nothing shall bat any means hurt you. You know,
-
I told you before a really crazy dog was always wanted to meet me
-
when I was walking apart, you know. And then it started to bother
-
me because now it's controlling my life. My life includes walking in the park
-
so I can exercise, I can be healthy. But now this demon has
-
this dog. It's call it for what it is, you know, white
-
color one right, small fellow one actually not that big. Small, But
-
the bark sometimes the devil's bark is louder then his bite. He goes about
-
like a roaring lion. The scripture says, huh, not a biting lion.
-
A roaring lion means he rows. He's raw is sometimes louder than he's
-
bite. Are you all seeing me? You get scared? We don't want
-
to go live our lives. We must live our lives. Yeah, he's
-
barking. So one day I tell you what I read this word, this
-
is the word of God, must become life in you, not just a
-
word, but life. So I saw the dog from far, I gather
-
a courage. I pray to read the whole money, saying Jesus name,
-
I rebuke the dog. If the dog comes again, I'm going to kill
-
it. You know. The courage came up. Now, so I walk,
-
lion, Doc came now. I'll tell you from far. You know
-
I meditated on the last part first, and nothing by any means hurt you.
-
I medited. I meditated on that first. Nothing shall buy any means
-
hurt you. I'm pointing by faith. Nothing shall buy any means hurt you.
-
Hey, the dog cannot hurt me. Okay, nothing, all right,
-
I just continue. Nothing shall buy any means that you'd repeated. Nothing
-
shall beat the dog waiting for me. Nothing shall buy any means that you
-
you you can't bite me, dot, you can't mean how you try your
-
giggee or will come out? I tell you so, I walk, and
-
I pointed at Doc. No, I tell you, people are dead.
-
I think I'm crazy though, in Jesus name out and he ran it ran,
-
and he never came back ever again. And when he comes back,
-
he walks there the way. Now I feel like bucking. Come on,
-
amen, don't let them do. Let the devil bully you. He wants
-
to paralyze you. No doctor, just a barble, so can paralyzed right,
-
fear, No, no, don't let that happen. Okay, most
-
as surely, I say to you, he who believes in me, the
-
works that I do, he will do also. Wow, and greater work
-
than this he will do. Jesus said it already, you will do the
-
works I did. But why why you keep asking him to do your work?
-
Jesus, can you do my homeworker? Your home is your homework?
-
Law? What you ask your father to do? Because I go to my
-
father, and whatever you ask in my name, whatever you ask in my
-
name, that I will do. That the Father may be glory in the
-
son, glorified in the son. If you ask anything in my name.
-
Wow, what a promise, What a promise? If you ask anything in
-
my name, I will not I maybe I will do it. I will.
-
It's a time for that. Please know the time for that. If
-
God gave it to you. God gives you the courage, God gives you
-
the peace, God gives you the leading. You you just go and grab
-
the lion by his throat or by his beard. Whatever I know, right,
-
Because David grabbed the lion by his beard and killed it and killed the
-
bear. Are you all see with me? So of you and I got
-
lions in our lives one or got bears one? Now you just take it
-
on that in Jesus, because the next one will be Goliath. And you
-
know what you will say, The God who delivered me from the band lion
-
will deliver me from this Goliath. Hey man, there's a time to fight.
-
There's a time to fight. So what do you do with the right
-
given to you? You all know, right, John one Chov, He
-
gave you the right to become a child of God? What do you do
-
with the right? Come on? You must just because you have a right,
-
that means doesn't mean it just happens, though, do you Is the
-
vote going to vote for you if you don't go to the Saluran. What
-
I'm saying is that if you have a right, you have to exercise the
-
right. So on three points, you've got to know it. Some people
-
don't even know their rights. Huh you mean I can cast out the devils?
-
How you mean I can heal the sick? Mark sixteen sixteen to eighteen.
-
I love that Another memory vers id to do, and these signs shall
-
follow those who believe in my name. They shall cast out demons. They
-
shall speak with new tongues. You know, they shall. Well. Let
-
me move on. It goes on to say they shall lay the last part
-
verse eighteen, they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
-
I love that last part. They shall lay hands on the sick,
-
and they shall recover, and nothing shall by any means hurt them. There's
-
one part that says I they say, okay, memory, memory, now
-
coming back. They shall take up serpents, and nothing shall by any means
-
hurt them. They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
-
I take that literally. You know that when I lay hands on the
-
sick, they will not. Maybe they will. So my job is to
-
lay hands. His job is to heal. I just lay hands. That's
-
why I believe in the laying of hands. So the Zoom prayer is secondary
-
to me, is not the best kind of prayer. I love doing it
-
so that I can pray for a lot of people that come into the Zoom
-
Tuesday one to two during lunch time. Every Tuesday. We try to be
-
there this Tuesday hi Riya break so halleiyah praise God. But almost every Tuesday,
-
but you know otherwise. I love this kind of ministry. Why we
-
call prayer Support Team to come up, because the laying out of hands is
-
so powerful. Right, people get healed, not just healing in their bodies,
-
healing their finances, healing their hearts. Okay, everybody, Okay,
-
you're got to know it. You got to know how to use it,
-
and you gotta use it. You don't use it, you lose it.
-
All right, all right, let's move on. So I'm asking you all,
-
all of us to exercise that right. Otherwise we will not grow up.
-
God wants us to grow up. If you keep asking our father to
-
do everything, then we are children, and the children must grow up.
-
And my children grow up, they start doing things on their own. Yes,
-
praise God. I'm gonna get Gabriel, and Gabriel's like mom's still doing
-
things for me. Um yeah, grow up, grow up and take authority,
-
Grow up and take h your right, stand on the right. Don't
-
sell your right for temporary pleasures. I thought I put that as a slight,
-
you know, because you remember who is that who sold his right?
-
He'saw yeah he really yeah. So hungry, you know, and and some
-
of us have got pleasures and desires, and we are hungry and our epetite
-
it's for something you know, of the world or whatever it is. And
-
we sell, all right, But God is saying, don't sell your right.
-
Okay, it is all right. I've given to you. Use it.
-
Okay, everybody, Okay, this is very important. So I pray
-
that Monday it will change for you. Eddie, you walk into your office.
-
I pray the whole environment changes because you said, I am I have
-
the right to be a child of God. And if I'm a child of
-
God, the presence of God is in me, the Holy space in me.
-
So as I walk into this off I declare I speak. I say
-
to this mountain, do it on Monday. Do your Monday. Do it
-
in your college, doing your university. Do you know before you walk into
-
a meeting, you declare you speak? You speak? Peace? Right?
-
Peace? Jesus always said, a peace, peace, release from his mouth
-
happens because remember Genesis one, when God said let them be like there was
-
like God had to also speak. In fact, the first act you ever
-
see God, do ur speak like? Have it? God? And we
-
were all made in the image of God. Just that sometimes we we get
-
who scared, we don't speak, we cry no, come on, get
-
up in Jesus name, Amen, in Jesus Name. Okay, Now,
-
when do you go to the next point, mercy, when all that you
-
have spoken said the glad confess it's not happening. Okay, And I've been
-
there before, I tell you over three years, right, and three hundred
-
and four notes, and trying to learn every day about healing and deliverance and
-
prayer, casting out demons, learning, learning all my knees, you know,
-
going through sicknesses, myself rebuking gout from my leg and gout goes,
-
you know, in a moment, Oh, hallelujah, thank God. I
-
have to learn, okay, what to do? Okay, learn learn,
-
learn, learn, taking communion almost every day I try to take communion.
-
I learned that also because there is power in communion, and so I love
-
communion. I take it, and I remember what Christ has done for me.
-
All this are okay. If I have the time, I'll bring you
-
true Okay, three hundred and four notes will have to be I don't know
-
two years, but but we're there days that the speaking and in Jesus name
-
out. Did you go and didn't work? Yes, I have to be
-
very honest with you. Yes, And so this way Christians get discouraged.
-
But God, you told me say to the mountain, the mountay door to
-
move. God you told me to heal the sick, lay hands. And
-
you know the more I lay hands a secreted full again, what's happening?
-
This is when I had to learn mercy. So one morning, early morning,
-
I felt my body in a bad place. Some of you are,
-
you know when your body is in a bad place, meaning that you're not
-
well. And I was not well, and I thought to myself, Oh
-
my God, what's happening? And I started to shiver and cold sweat,
-
and it was very late. I was also tired, and all I could
-
do, and the Holy Spirit led me to do it, I just cried
-
out for mercy. I said, mercy, God, Lord, have mercy.
-
You know, because I read it for a few days, rebuilt,
-
cast out all that, and yeah, I did feel a little bit better
-
now and then, But but after doing all that for a week, I
-
still felt worse. And I said, mercy, God, Mercy, have
-
mercy on me. I think I prayed that I don't exaggerate, maybe about
-
seventy seven times mercy God. I prayed UNTI slip, and I woke up
-
the next morning feeling great. And I learned there are days God allows us
-
to go through that to also humble us, you know, because there are
-
days when spirits obey your word, Sickness move, and disease move, and
-
mountains move. You know, you can get proud one like I don't need
-
God anymore. I just speak with me right, I just point the devil
-
moves right. It's like, there are days you're the right. You must
-
understand because God wants you too. You better use it. So use use
-
your right first, and when you're right doesn't seem to be working, use
-
mercy. I'm just helping you because I've been helped so many times. Just
-
in the last one year, I've pleaded for mercy maybe three five times,
-
the times you know, my right works, Hallejah, praise God. And
-
then he doesn't. He doesn't doesn't. Oh how come I've been praying so
-
much? And then my daughters see like that, my marriage still like that,
-
my father still like this, you know, my business still like that.
-
And I learned mercy, mercy, the Lord takes pleasure someone four seven
-
eleven. The Lord takes pleasure this, this thing about it. Now what
-
pleases God. He takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who
-
hope in His mercy. So, ladies and gentlemen, I hope shouldn't be
-
in our right, our hope shouldn't be in the power to cast out demons.
-
That's why when the disciples came back and told Jesus, even the spirits
-
are subjected to us, Jesus says, do not rejoice that the spirits are
-
subjected to you, but rejoice rather that your names are written in the Lamb's
-
Book of Life. Yes, so Jesus not even asking us to concentrate on
-
our right, concentrate our power, concentrate on our ability to no, no,
-
no, I know, praise God. We all rejoice. I saw
-
Satan for like lightning. That's what Jesus is. I saw Satan for like
-
lightning. So because Christians are exercising rights right, the right that God gave,
-
Wow, Satan falls like lightning when Christians exercise that right. But he
-
says, don't rejoice in that, don't focus on that, don't concentrate on
-
that, don't say you know I've got the power, you know. I
-
remember that song. I've got the power, and and and and and and
-
you and you suddenly forget God, the God who gave you that power.
-
And so someone God allows allows a time where you say, Lord, my
-
hope is not in the power, My hope is in the mercy Some one,
-
Palm thirteen, verse five. But I have trusted in your mercy.
-
There is another memory verse for me. But I have trusted in your mercy.
-
My heart shall rejoice in your salvation. Verse six says I will sing
-
to the Lord because he has dealt bountifully with me. So is here one
-
four seven eleven. I remember it by seven eleven. One four seven eleven
-
says the Lord takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who hope,
-
hope, hope, hope, I hope in your mercy. This one
-
says, but I've trusted in your mercy. Will hope and trust both in
-
the mercy, not in the right. Very important, very important. God
-
wants us to come back to the place where we hope, not in anything
-
else, but in his mercy, where we trust not in anything else but
-
his mercy. Everybody, okay, some six verse two, just hear the
-
cry of this some six verse two, have mercy on me, or Lord,
-
for I am weak, Oh Lord, heal me, for my bones
-
are trouble. Is he no casting out demons? There? No in Jesus
-
name, No? No? What's the memory verse we love so much Isaiah
-
fifty three, verse five, Right, but he was wounded for our transgression,
-
He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon
-
him. And by his stripes we are healed. And so sometimes you take
-
that scripture and then you see in Jesus Name, the word of God has
-
already said, by his stripes, I'm healing. And you claim, claim,
-
claim, claim, claim, doesn't happen, And then you go like,
-
oh Lord, have mercy on me. I am weak. Oh Lord,
-
heal me, for my bones are troubled. And sometimes you know,
-
our bones can be really troubled. Lamentations three twenty two, Train three.
-
I love this one too. Yeah, I'm giving you a lot of my
-
memory verses. Through the Lord's mercies, we are not consumed. So you
-
might even have a sickness and then you say, wow, is this sickness
-
gonna kill me? Well, you say to yourself. I will not be
-
consumed. Maybe it's a business contract I will not go down. Maybe it's
-
a fear of the economy in Malaysia. I will not go down with this
-
economy. I will not be consumed. But it's not just real right now,
-
it's not just a power. It's because of his mercy. I will
-
not be consumed. My marriage will not be consumed, My family will not
-
be consumed. Somebody say, amen, because his compassions fail. Not So
-
every time you hear people say your mercies are new every morning is where the
-
scripture comes from. But it's not so direct, right, It's not.
-
He didn't just say your mercy is near every morning. He says your compassions.
-
So actually it's mercy and compassion. God actually looks at us and has
-
compassion on us because we have no other way. We've tried every other way.
-
We've tried to rebuke, reject and all that kind of stuff. And
-
now we'll just say, Lord, be merciful, have compassion everybody. Okay,
-
they are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness, love it when
-
passes. Sendra let us in that song about faithfulness. God is so faithful.
-
So I'm gonna say Amen. So I'm gonna say it again. Through
-
the Lord's mercies, nothing else, we are not consumed. I pray you
-
take that as a promise for your family, for your marriage, for your
-
business wherever, even as Malaysians in Malaysia, we will not be consumed.
-
Why his mercies, Amen, Oh I love Second Cridicles twenty twenty one to
-
two. You know there were three armies so huge coming against Israel, and
-
King Jehoshaphat thought, this is this is it. I'm gonna you know,
-
I'm gonna be destroyed. And the prophet comes and says, no, you
-
will not be destroyed. God will be with you. All right. Look
-
at what King Jehoshaphat did, and when he had consulted with the people,
-
he appointed those who should sing to the Lord. Sing to the Lord Judah,
-
praise or Judah first last night, right, we praise, we sing,
-
And what happens in the heavenlies we don't really know, but something happens,
-
right, sing to the Lord, who should praise the beauty of holiness.
-
As they ran out before the army and were saying, praise the Lord
-
for his mercy and yours forever now. When they began to sing and to
-
praise the Lord. The Lord said ambushes against the people of m on Mob
-
and Mounsier. That's the three army, three armies that were against Israel,
-
who had come against Judah, and they were defeated. The enemy were defeated
-
just by singing. So the best lyrics are is already written the Bible,
-
of all lyrics, of all songs that you ever heard of, these were
-
the only lyrics that they sank. So they're walking out to fight an enemy,
-
but they're walking out with praise, and the only praise in their mouth
-
was praise the Lord for his mercy and deos forever. That's it. No
-
other chorus, no other line, is just praise the Lord for his mercy
-
and deos for So the only way we're going to be delivered from this,
-
from this enemy, from this army is praise the Lord for his mercy.
-
So I'm teaching you something that in the morning, when you have something,
-
you're facing a big army or big whatever ahead of you, you can do
-
this for the next time minutes. Praise the Lord for his mercy and yours
-
forever. Praise. I don't know how to prayer, just praise the Lord
-
for his mercy and for past I really don't know. You know, my
-
father is going through this and my mother is going through that, and they're
-
in the hospital and they're going through an operation, and you know this thing
-
is coming against me. Past it. I don't know, the law is
-
coming against me. I didn't do anything wrong. But you just say,
-
praise the Lord for his mercy and deals forever. You continue in your car,
-
after you're dressed up, you go into your car, you start your
-
car, you drive up, praise the Lord for his mercy, and you
-
continue to praise the Lord, and remember it's his mercy that's going to deliver
-
you. Is this helpful? No need to rebew, no need to reject,
-
no need to do anything like I just told you about about right,
-
because maybe at this time the Lord is just asking you focus on my mercy.
-
God's mercy is not a right. God's mercy is totally undeserving. God's
-
mercy is completely his discretion. God's mercy is fully adequate and impossible to repay.
-
The only way you can repay God's mercy, if at all, is
-
to show mercy to others. And you know the story right about the wicked
-
servant who was forgiven much. And then he went out there and took his
-
fellow servant by the collar and say, pay up everything. And he had
-
just been forgiven all, his death all and he couldn't show mercy. Do
-
you think the servant could repay back the master? No way, not in
-
a hundred years. We already learned that. Now how much a servant or
-
the master? The Master said, I forgive you all right, I forgive
-
you, and he couldn't forgive his fellow servant. The master was not angry
-
about the death anymore. The master was angry that he didn't show the same
-
MERCYF you really want to repay God for mercy, show other people mercy.
-
That's it. That's that's what God wants. But I look at Matthew eighteen
-
thirty two three, and now the master's very, very angry because he didn't
-
show mercy the servant. He said, you, wicked servant, I forgave
-
you all that that because you beg me. I love. The word begged
-
in another translation is pleaded. So we plead for mercy. We beg for
-
mercy, and Father God hears us and will forgive all our deb He will
-
come through for us even though we don't deserve it. Somebody say, amen,
-
even though we don't deserve it, God will come through for us.
-
He will show us compassion. And now he's saying, why didn't you show
-
compassion to your fellow servant. So it's very important that you want to repay
-
God for all that he's done for you. Just show mercy to others,
-
all right, and God will be well please Matthew nine thirteen. But go
-
and learn what this means. I desire mercy and not sacrifice. Wow.
-
Can it be clearer than this? Jesus is saying, I don't even need
-
your sacrifice. I need your mercy. Is that good? Matthew nine thirteen.
-
I designed mercy or sacrifice for I did not come to call right the
-
righteous, but sinners to repentance. Mercy See is humility? It is?
-
It is? And God often just wants to keep his children humble. And
-
because there are times where we exercise a right, as I said earlier,
-
rebuilt, reject and all that kind of stuff move mountains, and sometimes we
-
think it's us, and the Lord reminds us now and then no, it's
-
not you. And so now I want you to beg for my mercy plead
-
for my mercy, and you're got Oh, but you know I want to
-
do it that way. It's so much easier, you know, seeing the
-
devil run away. Say no, no, no, Kenneth, this is
-
not between you and the devil. Now, okay, it's between you and
-
me, between you and our father. Okay, the devil is not in
-
the picture me and you want to I want to heart check. Oh Lord,
-
sorry, Lord, have mercy. I need your mercy. I can't.
-
I can't rebuke. I can't. I can't rebulke my way out of
-
this. I can't reject and exercise my right out. No, I can
-
only go one way. I humble myself before you, and I plead for
-
your mercy. I beg you. Mercy brings us out of uncomfortable situations.
-
Look at that slide and remember it. Mercy brings us out of uncomfortable situations.
-
Because I'm going to now talk about grace and then draw to a close.
-
Grace Grace is patience. Now, what if you're right doesn't work?
-
You move to what mercy? Now? What if your mercy doesn't work?
-
Grace grace and grace takes patience Second Corinthians twelve seven or nine. Unless I
-
should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations. A thorn in
-
the flesh was given to me, a message of Satan, Wow, a
-
messenger of Satan. Man Wow. I thought you can rebuke and reject Paul.
-
I thought you can rebuke and reject Satan. I think he tried it.
-
He tried it. I think Paul has tried rebuking the message of Satan.
-
But that didn't didn't work. Easy, less I'd be exalted above measure.
-
Oh, so there's a reason why God allows it, so that Paul
-
doesn't get exalted above measure. Okay, So concerning this thing, I pleaded
-
meaning water, meaning water, He must have gone from right to mercy because
-
he pleaded. So every time you see the word pleaded, it is mercy.
-
So he's tried to rebuke the devil. I'm sure because he knows he's
-
a devil. He's in the message of Satan. So I'm sure he exercised
-
rebuking. How come the work? So I pleaded, and I pleaded with
-
God three times that he might depart from me. So mercy he usedly,
-
right, he usedly cannot work. Mercy usually cannot work. Now. He's
-
like wire, and many Christians was a wire. Why must I go through
-
this? Where must I go through this? And he said to me,
-
my grace is efficient for you, for my strength. He's made perfect in
-
weakness. Passandra, when she lost her dad about a month ago, it
-
was very painful because that was only eighty three. She thought that maybe that
-
could get to ninety. And I can see my wife really missing her dad.
-
Of course, her mom says him more because they've been married fifty seven
-
years. Try being with a person for fifty seven years, you know.
-
That's why a lot of people who are with their husband or wife for so
-
long, actually when they lose the love of their life, they go,
-
you know, not too far for from that time because they just they missed
-
the person so much. Why why? You know? And this is Kenneth
-
Chin, right, who should be able to go into his father's law's room
-
and rebuild cancer because I've seen cancer being healed, but God didn't allow that.
-
Then will be back for mercy he got, be merciful to him.
-
In fact, that my father in lawd just before he breathed his last fifteen
-
minutes before he breathed his last, My prayer upstairs was God be merciful to
-
us. God be merciful to us, you know, take away his pain
-
because he was in such pain. And I tell you what, if it's
-
not the right and it's not the mercy, then it's the grace to go
-
through it. And there's a reason why God allows us to go through things.
-
Some of you are older here can tell me why. You say I
-
learned something from it. I learned compassion from it. It's easier for our
-
person to just get healed like that, right, Yeah, we go back
-
to normal the next day. But to actually wash him, clean him,
-
yah, put pampers on him, or you know, help him walk,
-
feed him. Sometimes a law allows us to go through things because he's not
-
changing the man who we are feeding. He's changing our hearts the feeder because
-
life and death are in his hands. I always with me. He's very
-
important. Okay. My grace is sufficient for you. For my strength is
-
made perfect in weakness. God is into perfectingness, and he perfects us true
-
our weakness, not true our strength. And I know a lot of chriss
-
want to be strong. We are strong, you see, we can just
-
rebuke the enemy. He runs. Yeah, that's all right, praise God.
-
But a right has his time, Mercy has his time, and Grace
-
has his time. Hey boy, Okay, I hope I'm helping you,
-
because then when you know, how come God never removed this ridiculous boster for
-
the last four years? Three years, two years? Sometimes our bosters can
-
be so bad that even two months or so you want to kill yourself.
-
But I mean, right, and how come? How come you didn't take
-
me out from this company? Now? I've been crying out to God to
-
know, take me out this company for the last two years, right,
-
because something is happening as God gives you the grace, See what was my
-
slight earlier? Mercy brings you out, Grace brings you through. Yea,
-
though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, why can't he
-
bring me out of the shadow of death? Why why am I walk through?
-
It's always a purpose And if we get the purpose right there, we
-
become better people if we keep you know, um spewing curses and attitude or
-
in a wrong place. And why is God like this? And why is
-
my boss like that? And why is Malaysia so crappy? And you know,
-
you just you just live a crappy life. Why is my school like
-
these? Why? Amas? God put me and go to commun you know,
-
right? And then you never learn what we never learn. We just
-
grow grumpier and older, even though we are still young and older. Spirit.
-
But God says, my grace is sufficient for you. My mercy will
-
take you out. But I didn't choose mercy. I choose grace. Yea
-
though I walk through, Uh walk true and then hopefully you'll be like,
-
it's okay, it's all right. God, if you want me here,
-
let me take a deep breath. May your grace be sufficient, and may
-
everyone see a smiling Kenna Chin even though his boss hasn't changed. The boss
-
didn't change, but Kenna Chin changed, and he walks in every day he
-
doesn't want to say good morning until the boss a good morning or whatever.
-
You're fighting with your boss, right, and then one day, one morning
-
is a good morning boss. Your boss almost fainted. He thought, hey,
-
no, what happened. Jesus happened. God's grace happened. And then
-
and then you realize that now what you say good morning? Do you know
-
what you just practice? You spoke? Yeah, you spoke. You you
-
you didn't even know that you're right, just kicked in. But it's it's
-
kicking as you know, mercy. And then you speak about you know people,
-
all right, bless you all the time you curse him. Bless you,
-
I bless you. You know, Oh, you want to cheat me
-
in this contract whatever it is. I think you're cheating me. Never mind.
-
Okay, in Jesus name, if God wants to bring me through this,
-
I bless you. I bless the contract. I bless the business.
-
You know you do that? Are you also with me? This is very
-
very important? Okay, Yeah, I walk through the value of shadow of
-
death. I will fear no evil for who you are with me, Your
-
rod and your staff. They comfort me. Last few slids. Grace brings
-
us true uncomfortable situations. James one, two to four. I don't know
-
how many of you can practice this, but this is the word of God.
-
Oh how many of you who can practice? Is I tried to practice?
-
Is a lot, but sometimes I fail? Counted all joy when you
-
fall into theirs trial scanner trial who test thing, test thing testing, testington
-
to testimony in a tests you cannot spell testimony test right? So tests?
-
Oh another test means another testimony waiting. That's how you should see it,
-
right. Another test means another testimony waiting? Can I can County all joy?
-
It seems like it's a responsibility and a response that you must make.
-
You need to count it all joy. I need to count it all joy.
-
Knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience? What do I say
-
earlier? Grace and patience? You must be patient? Oh wow, I
-
don't know a Lord, and I thank you for your grace. I thank
-
you. I'm going, I'm walking through the valley. How many of you
-
are glad that the Bible says walk through the valley through? You're not supposed
-
to stay in the valley. Oh yeah, though I stay in the vet?
-
No? Yeah? Do I get stuck in the valley? No?
-
Yeah? Do I walk through? I walk through la loo, walk through,
-
walk through? Keep on? Well, anyone discourage you, keep on,
-
keep on walking? Okay, So, County all joy? Patience?
-
How long? Got one month? One mon kenna? Two? Two years?
-
Or no? My grace is sufficient? Okay? Can you imagine starting
-
to enjoy your trial? I don't know where you can enjoy that? Ridiculous
-
boss, But oh, that ridiculous colleagues or that fuller who I don't know,
-
I don't know, I don't know what you're going through in life?
-
And learn. And until we learn that means the Bible is saying, until
-
we learn to enjoy that valley, we might not be able to find the
-
exit the fast till we learn the quicker we get out. Let patience have
-
its perfect work, because sometimes patience doesn't have perfect work. Sometimes you can
-
be very patient and also not work perfectly. Your mouth is still complaining while
-
you're having patience. Okay, last few. But those who wait on the
-
Lord, Oh I love this shall renew their strength. You know why some
-
of us are so tired because we don't wait, and we try to find
-
our own ways, and we run here, run there, run do this
-
d run to get dante, run here, run there, run to get
-
help, here, run to call this person, collect person. Don't run
-
so much, lah, because you run so much, you get tied.
-
You wait, you don't get so tired. But some people don't like this
-
word. Wait lah. They said, oh, this fall, let the
-
word this fall, Let the word. They shall mount up with wings like
-
eagles. Wow, you're gonna flying, guys, all of you if you
-
wait on the Lord. He's gonna give you strength, and you're gonna flap
-
your wings and go, Wow, I can fly above the storm in my
-
life. They shall run and not be weary. Anyone running here doing your
-
work every day, Hey, running walking, you will not be weary and
-
you will not faince. Can I hear a good amen? I know at
-
the end of the day you feel very tired. I know. I you
-
know what for me? I have a gift. I hit hit the pillow.
-
I'm gone. Yeah, I mean heaven having fellowship with the angels,
-
and the Lord choose to send me back down easy. Your job is not
-
finishing open the morning I wake up. Okay, Hey, Lord, go
-
spend time with him. Huh, wait upon the Lord. How many of
-
you have you ever waited before? Okay? I don't know. As a
-
waiter, you stand, okay, you stand at the table and there are
-
three people, he said, and then you put the menu there? Really
-
the manu jas wily landed on the table. Clear, I let me choose
-
for you. How many waiters? You know you don't like this guy?
-
Waitress? You go like, hold on, we're reading, give us two
-
minutes. Two minutes. You probably will get it and walk out the restaurant.
-
Right, the best cout waitness is like high the hell you know?
-
Any wait? Oh you need two minutes, I'll give you three. There
-
you go away and you're always watching looking for the head. It goes up.
-
Then you come back and they said, ah, the head, we're
-
not ready, but actually, handway, we're not. Just to ask you
-
a question, what do you recommend that? So the waiter has got to
-
wait. Take the orders, take the right orders, otherwise it will be
-
the wrong order. You go into the kitchen, the cook will score you
-
off. That why you got the wrong order because I didn't wait. I
-
wait, I hear properly the order of the Lord, the instructions of my
-
God. Wait, why would you like? Lord don't know yet? Still
-
thinking, okay, what would say you drink? Lord don't know? Not
-
to see it? Very hard to wait one, very hard to wait.
-
But wait, huh okay, last one trusts Now, this is the key
-
to waiting. You and I have got to trust in a lot, really
-
really finally right when it's about grace, Right now, the right is the
-
easiest out. You go, Satan in Jesus name, Oh boom, he
-
goes all right, halle yeah, so sep two seconds, then mercy longer.
-
Oh Lord, have mercy upon me, have mercy upon me. I
-
told you right so, only seven times I did. I said it before
-
I flat fell step. Have mercy upon me on length morning, woke out
-
while so fresh. Thank you for your mercy, lot, thank you for
-
your mercy. Humble right, humble again, It's not me, it's God.
-
And then the the other one or mercy, mercy, mercy, that
-
nothing changed. My grace is sufficient for you A while, you say the
-
head, say that means I have to go through your Christen go through stuff,
-
and you go through stuff, even past her car puncture before or carcana
-
scratch. You think just goes. You think you're annointed, your card ever
-
get scratched. No way, Still have to go and see if you go
-
doctor, have to go to mechanic. Still, okay, your grace is
-
sufficient. How long Lord Pastor taught me about grace? I thought, okay,
-
lah, but I thought only two days Lord, I accepted to read
-
the word. Oh. I stood up on the twenty third of April.
-
I stood up. I said, yes, God, your grace sufficient.
-
Make sure it's short, because I can eat a hunt two weeks, right,
-
and then two weeks coming gone? That week? Why is he now?
-
It's trust? It's just okay, God, I think you know what
-
you're doing. Fourth week, God, I think you know what you're doing.
-
Fifth week? God, Really, I have to trust you to trust
-
who else trust you? La? Right? And then go says, no,
-
no, I wanted someone from you? What you what do you want
-
from me? I want you to a smile, smile, county old joyment
-
of your phone device. No no, I wanted a smile to go into
-
your heart. Right? And then s you start enjoying? You know,
-
I mean, Malaysia actually has his problems. But I think most of us
-
who love Malayia, we enjoy malay right, enjoy Malasia. But if we
-
only focus on the bad things, of course, Lah's miserable, can't wait
-
to migrate, right, But no, no, you're it's okay, so
-
right. I can make the best of this. Did you hear that?
-
I can make the best of this I can make the best of this company.
-
I can make the best of this staff. I can make the best
-
of this boss. He's after all, he says, human heaven rules,
-
not my boss. You're with me? Yeah, so this is very important.
-
Trust you will keep him in perfect peace. Don't you like this Isaiah
-
twenty six three? Because a lot of us need peace? All right,
-
we need peace? But where does peace come? You will keep him in
-
perfect peace? Whose mind is stayed on you? Because I think, I
-
think a lot of people like to stop at their line. That that says
-
that, that says, whose mind is stayed on you? You will keep
-
him in perfect peace. Whose mind is stayed on you. It doesn't end
-
there, it ends by because he so if you really want peace, and
-
you go like, oh Lord, the whole day, my mind is stayed
-
on you. Wor you know? No? How come now? Two?
-
No? Peace? Are I still think about Jesus? What? Three times
-
a day? Four times? No? It's all about it because he trusts
-
in you. Every time I'm bombarded by a bad news, negative news,
-
devil tries to whisper to my ear. No use one last day in this
-
company, No use one line. I was staying in this marriage. Say
-
Lord, my mind is on you. You gave me this marriage, you
-
gave me Malaysia, you gave me this company for such a time as this.
-
I don't know, maybe in two years, three years, ten years
-
time, things might change, but for now, for now, this is
-
the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.
-
I trust you. Grace takes, patience takes trust. We hope you've
-
been blessed by this message. For more information on our church, please visit
