  1. You're listening to a message to go from a church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. So they want to speak about our church team

  3. heaven rules. Some of you remember that towards the finishing line very important to

  4. get towards the finishing line. Kind of cities. You can't hate towards the

  5. finish line if you really start. A lot of people say I want to

  6. finish the race. Provided if you start the race doesn't mean a believer.

  7. Just because you believe, you're on the race. Because you have to apply

  8. yourself in a race. Doesn't mean you wear a sports shoe means you can

  9. run, or you have a gym membership means you're healthy. Doesn't mean you're

  10. a believer. You're on the race. So I've conducted a lot of funeral

  11. services, a lot of memorial services, and sometimes people I know easier to

  12. say some people I do not know very hard. But we like to use

  13. the scripture. I thought the good fight, I thought the good fight.

  14. I kept the faith and finish the race. But you cannot run all right.

  15. You can't say you finish a race if we did start. And there's

  16. too many creatures who are spectators. Either cheering and the bleachers that run,

  17. run, run, go for it, but never start. I want to

  18. encourage your executor communing, start your journey of faith, because if you don't

  19. start, it's very hard to finish, or you can never finish. Right

  20. now, we need to finish by believing and doing. By believing and doing,

  21. very important, believers, I want to encourage you. We have to

  22. finish this race of life, this journey on earth, by believing. If

  23. you don't believe, it's very hard. If you don't believe in marriage,

  24. it's very hard. You don't believe in the church, it's very hard.

  25. You could be in church right now thinking that or what am I doing here?

  26. You know your friend like you here? Right? You have to believe

  27. one point at the time. You have to believe God has a plan for

  28. you. Someone say, amen, God, that's if a plan for you?

  29. If regardless of your age, your background, why would this God has

  30. a plan for you? But can believe in itself? Can I just see

  31. this? Well, it's good. It's not everything because believing must translate into

  32. action. Oh, I believe in marriage. I believe my wife knows that

  33. I love her very much. Never celebrate anniversary, do you know, it's

  34. very dangerous if you never celebrate your marrish, your anniversary, your wife bay,

  35. I believe I love my wife so much she knows it now, will

  36. buy her anything for birthday? You know that you're very close to me with

  37. Jesus. Really, husband, if you never buy your wife anything for a

  38. birthday? Right, So a lot of people I think I shave your wife

  39. plan before. I was speaking to a husband one time, say, oh,

  40. my wife knows I love her very much. The wife said, I

  41. just only want flowers. I give you wine. No, I want flowers.

  42. I give you a handbag, I want flowers. So I asked,

  43. why don't give flowers num much cheaper, easier to find, or flowers can

  44. die? Not wove the value. But the wife just want flowers. I

  45. don't need hambags, I don't need red wine, I don't need anything else.

  46. I just want my husband to buy me flowers that say you believe I

  47. love you with I provide so many things with. But see believing itself As

  48. a believer. I believe in Jesus. I believe he has a plant for

  49. me. But if you don't translate the plant into action, we'll end up

  50. just believing and it's not enough just to believe, because there's too many people

  51. who just believe and never translate to the action. All right, now,

  52. the main power of the scripture is matt to trainy eight metty trainy eight nineteen

  53. to twenty. Follow me meta train nineteen to twenty. Right, Go therefore,

  54. make discipers of all nation, baptizing them in the name of the Father,

  55. the Son, Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things which are

  56. commanded. You know, I review always to the end of the age.

  57. The Bible here says, this is Jesus commandment for us. Go therefore and

  58. make discipers. Go first. You cannot go if you don't believe. If

  59. you're going, you can't to believe. I'm going to turn you afterwards to

  60. explain to you from x chapter three. All right, but I want to

  61. courage you. If you look at this scripture the Bible hears it. Go.

  62. Do you know how hard the journey is if you're traveling and you don't

  63. believe. Very hard to convince people go for missions. Why do you know,

  64. sometimes we take our Christian duty of mishas are like almost agree for holiday.

  65. We have to convince people. Right now, look at the brochure.

  66. Look at the brochure right now. If you go for this mission, you

  67. can visit all these interesting places, try all the exotic food. Right.

  68. I have never met anyone who go on traveling who just out to travel randomly

  69. by a ticket. Never do any research and just go. Corey requires faith.

  70. Faith requires belief. You have to be totally convinced that God has a

  71. plan for you. But many times Christian. Right now, this is help

  72. we sell missions. Go for missions law. If you haven't made for missus,

  73. I won't let you know. There is a place. Come up my

  74. cloud, so my cloud. Some of you have known the place that we

  75. not know the place. But my wife was the first team that went in

  76. there. So why clouds a place whereby you know it's located in Bento and

  77. what's good in Bento? Duri ends so where every whichever home she and the

  78. team went through, the the family of the homes. I'm so sorry.

  79. We don't have anything to offer to you but except for Musan King, so

  80. please help one home to another home. Musan King, I'm so sorry.

  81. Nothing. We only got us King for you. The day they left,

  82. the pastor and and and the church partners were up too gooony sack of Busan

  83. King. Please take you back with you, please stake you back. And

  84. and they were while they were there, they were they had you know,

  85. so they were explaining to them this, this are personal tree that we don't

  86. think itself for posit the consumption. And this after telling that other people,

  87. we saw that the people whose life was so white cloud went up went up

  88. with no friends, went up south. They went to site Cloud tvcly but

  89. not during season, came back nothing to eat. But here's this, this

  90. this is how we normally self go uh go for missions and perhaps you find

  91. your life partner there. Indeed, one of our church partners or rather is

  92. xing uple found each other form for xingupple ones for ex Malaysia found each other

  93. in a mission trip at like October. This is how we sell missions.

  94. But very sether. We say, guys, we want you to go very

  95. set. We see the response here I am semi lor gola one or two,

  96. but majority of them a lot convincing. We showed the nice place.

  97. We tell people there are proper toilets there right now. Hapco Chapter three,

  98. Chapter two was for the day for the earth will be filled with the knowledge

  99. of the glory of the Lord as the water covers the sea. There has

  100. always been our mission and vision. Our vision is to see every every community

  101. the words alike of the Gospel comes in into the community. I have this

  102. thing within me, whereby I cannot take it. Where a community there is

  103. no church presentation in the community, that's me, that's me. How I'm

  104. wiet So I told pasta one day, I said, a pastor. Then

  105. after ever we say that pass. Did you know that in our Damasara,

  106. our send our tent to three service got some partners who say in our Damasara

  107. there is no homes there. Says how can this be? Let me make

  108. a few phone calls. Made a few phone calls. I say, brother,

  109. you go home there, right, I say, yes, not being

  110. used on Friday, right, very dangerous to meet me, not being used

  111. on Friday? Right. No, we want to use to place of homes.

  112. Canna not of course, when I ask for how to say no one

  113. ah ken. Next question is that don't really you have to be a leader.

  114. Let me get another leader for you. That's week. Another person is

  115. saying that, hey, you're great for homes right, Yes, you have

  116. to go to Suban jair for homes. That yes, very bad traffic jam

  117. hall, yes, forty five minutes of fifteen minutes or from hour to suban

  118. what dominatics five minutes on the end where we jam every Friday you go to

  119. the gym. You don't like it, right, y'allah? How could this

  120. imagine right now you can start the homes in our Damasarah, that would be

  121. a good idea. I found you a place. Would you want to lead

  122. the homes? Kenna? See the way we put it all together. We'll

  123. start something there. Because it's just stick too long to go to homes.

  124. I go to homes about one hour and trainees driving. It's really far.

  125. I know how, I know how it means. So I cannot take it

  126. when there's in the community there is no light. There is no light in

  127. the community, saying that I have this thing that why does why do we

  128. plan homes in condominium and where were contacted? We just want homes whereby their

  129. fifth three hundred and fifty units in a condo can one unit sustain all three

  130. fifty units of household in one unit. I always think I was st about

  131. the pastor I dreamed a day whereby I'll just round and say, in this

  132. condominium community, we have two or three homes, not just one. That's

  133. how I'm wired. Friends, So when I see the scripture, I said,

  134. God, you must have a plan for me. You must have a

  135. plan for me, because I'm not contented just by existing. You see my

  136. passion. Really, I'm not just contented by just having running church on a

  137. Sunday. After a while, it's not just enough to come on the Sunday.

  138. Let me show it. Turn with me right now to except the tree,

  139. except the tree was one. Except the tree was one. Now.

  140. Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer,

  141. the ninth hour. The Bible heat says that Peter and John went out for

  142. prayer. Friends, it's good to come on Sunday for fellowship, fantastic,

  143. But collect and carriage you go for a prayer service. Don't see that.

  144. My weekdays are packed ready? Yes, friends, I know it's pack.

  145. But Sunday is where we worship. But prayer service is where we believe God

  146. can move. I let me explain to you why, because many times in

  147. our faith, if you don't express our faith, our faith after all gets

  148. challenged. We have to come to place I really believe my prayer makes a

  149. difference. We have to come to the place whereby our we know that our

  150. prayer makes a difference. And I know sometimes said yes, although you understand

  151. my pet my schedule is back. Yes, but there are days when we

  152. can. I'm not saying the day said we canna the dash you can't.

  153. You really can't. But the these when you can, will you turn on

  154. a current drama or will you come for prayer the days when you can.

  155. I'm not saying the dash you can't understand? Okay, you don't lead me

  156. things. You know you got you got husband to feed. Understand. Hey,

  157. a hungry husband is an angry husband. Okay, hey, why why

  158. said that? Say amen on, let will say that's true. Yeah,

  159. a hungry husband is angry. I know my wife will say you you're hungry,

  160. that it's angry. Huh, angry, I know the world. I

  161. don't know where it came from by hand. Angry. All right. So

  162. the days when you can friends, the days so you can see a lot

  163. of friends, you are very contented to come. A lot of people say,

  164. I believe God can do Americas come for prayer service now? I'm not

  165. putting the word is. I'm not encouraging your putting you on those type spot.

  166. But when you can, when your schedule allows you, when you know

  167. there is prayer service on that day, when your schedule allows you, we

  168. have a choice, but too often we just go with this thing up,

  169. oh I'm busy. I cannot. One time I sit down where a leader

  170. say, oh, I'm really busy. I got no friends, no spare

  171. time. Events asked, let's dissected, give me right now a week.

  172. You think that you think that you can squeeze out a free day. I

  173. was, I cannot. There's no free day, no free day, no

  174. free day, and mostly just like no free day. One. I said,

  175. let's look at it, because by just having a speck schedule, it

  176. doesn't mean you're busy. Because if you believe this is a value, you'll

  177. make me cove out time one, you will cove out time for what's really

  178. important. So the Bible in metric rays go friends, go go requires faith.

  179. Peter and John knew that the faith cannot just be on Sunday alone,

  180. and too many believers I just rely on Sunday to sustain throughout the week.

  181. But when you go for prayer, you expect God to move. I have

  182. never heard any believers there. I go to prayer to find my fun.

  183. I have never heard any single person day. I go to prayer serdays to

  184. find my girlfriend. There, to find my boyfriend there. It's always we've

  185. got here to command. Oh, I'm sorry if you are here, I

  186. didn't know. Okay, I alway didn't ask me to preciates all right,

  187. but I've never heard okay in Sobanja. I've never heard I go to prayer

  188. serways. No, only because I believe that people go to prayer surveys to

  189. find a lord. Now was to a certain man name from the mother's room,

  190. carried there daily at the gate temper cup beautiful, asking for arms and

  191. those who enter the temper. The lame man, friends, was carried to

  192. the temper on the daily basis. Carried to the temper on the daily basis.

  193. Friends, If you want to ask for money, if you want the

  194. ambush paper for money, wouldn't the ATM bank that would be better place?

  195. Think about it. I'm asking you, but you think about It's true?

  196. Right? I know we're asking for compassion. Paper's compassion to give. So

  197. I'm reading into this scripture, I realized the lame man must believe. One

  198. point in time. You can't go to a temper and hear the testimony and

  199. not believe. On you know, you can't go to a temper and hear

  200. what God has done and not believe. It's very hard, friends, to

  201. come to a place whereby, oh cannot you. Maybe you come to a

  202. place and maybe you came to church this today the word is it's so hard

  203. to believe. But after a while that testimonies, you cannot deny science.

  204. Wonder's man very hard to deny our church with me, there was the time

  205. and we pray for people, and people got healed our prayer. You heard

  206. some testimonies. Really, so you cannot deny what God has done. So

  207. as a person who is who's in need, if you have a desperate need,

  208. come on, wouldn't you believe. Wouldn't you believe? City the temper

  209. there hearing people pray, wouldn't you believe? If you're the place whereby you're

  210. death spread you you want God to move, you come to church believing and

  211. maybe and perhaps after a while, because he didn't see his big truth,

  212. he was disappointed. Believe, get this disappointment when you lou see a big

  213. truth because faith requires time. When time is not on your side, or

  214. you cannot the word is that you cannot take waiting. We come to a

  215. place where we can be very discouraged, and most time where we are discouraged

  216. because I pray to God every day, but nothing happened. I pray to

  217. God every day, but nothing happened, and the lame man. After a

  218. while, friends got this place, or whichever person I see, I just

  219. ask for money because thinking that money can satisfy what he needs. And too

  220. many people are looking for external physical things to sense of what he really needs

  221. internally. Too many people are relying on external stuff to feed it. Tell

  222. you what you need. Friends, there is nothing in the world can the

  223. word is that create a self healthy self image of you. There's nothing you

  224. can buy, no matter what brand or closely where. It doesn't improve your

  225. self image, internal self image. How God has made you nothing. Friends,

  226. No matter how many money you have your bank account, it doesn't.

  227. The word increase your self worth because yourself will comes from the Lord, knowing

  228. who you are in Christ. First, you have come to this place where

  229. by recognizing that money it's not the answer, or rather things on physical things

  230. is not the answer. The real answer can only be found in God because

  231. we need a spiritual answer for deeper need in our hearts. That's why it

  232. works. To the lame man was carried the temple on a daily basis looking

  233. for a breakshoe, a break true spirit breakshoe, but asking for a physical

  234. needs. This is what happened. Who stopped believing believing, begin to ask

  235. for physical needs to feel our life. It's very easy one. And I

  236. know I've been doing test for so long where you're almost at twenty three years

  237. after it's very easy. After a while, I've recognized that why people after

  238. a while the world is this that uh, when they ask for thinks and

  239. after you can tell one, you can almost smell that they stopped believing.

  240. Oh I need this so this can happen. I need that so that they

  241. can happen. But friends, we need need to have a pattern whereby if

  242. it works in the interiors, it must work for us. For example,

  243. so passin pass worlds a couple of songs. One of the songs that told

  244. pasta these that pastor, can I think one of your songs? One experiment

  245. trust lead to Eban language, Eban language of all languages. I decided that

  246. let's pass schgistics. Just want to try. So we did the song.

  247. Okay, we partners come in all right, they say, the user do

  248. not very fluent the language, but we will ask our family back home in

  249. Sarah to help us translate. Translated the song iban. So you know that

  250. Passers had been three weeks ago and past remember I told pass It if you

  251. go to Bintulu and you want to share this song, the song is available

  252. on YouTube. Pasta remembered he showed it at the He showed it at the

  253. leaders meeting. They love it, They asked past the question Pasta, creating

  254. this song right now and use it as our outreach to the long houses where

  255. we go to the interiors. Interiors see a lot of times where where we

  256. have a physicist sound studio, right. We want to create albums just for

  257. the reach the lot. One time told me that not just reached the reach,

  258. but reached the loss. And that's why this scripture is so real to

  259. me. Because worst tree seeing Peter and John growing up, the temper the

  260. ass of money and works for fixing his eyes on him. Peter and John

  261. to say look at us, Well, man are looking for reason for leaving

  262. true physical needs. You and I need to look to the Lord why he

  263. gave us and blessed us with Why do you think the Lord has bless us

  264. with us with a really a small our studio. It's not fantastic our studio,

  265. friends, has an air conducting that create noise on It's the most not

  266. ideal place for studio. Savio been there before. While sending Alex Martin,

  267. our music producer, this say Alex, if God is not glorified or a

  268. small studio or even give us a big studio, well we keep studio as

  269. good as what you get. Old sis, we're not going to create and

  270. honor the Lord. I said, I believe that if you're fitful enough it

  271. this God bless us. So the question is this, what has God been

  272. given? What has God deposited in your life that you know that it's for

  273. the Lord? One bitter and John has his faith depend up to the temper

  274. to pray. The lame guy was put on the temper coop. Beautiful beautiful

  275. name, messed up life. Beautiful name messed up life, beautiful environment,

  276. deprived insight God this morning wants to remind us again that the external friends,

  277. the external can be beautiful, but internally, let's get it correct, the

  278. excellent can be so nice. And many times you look for an external answer

  279. for what we really need. Internally, we think that a nice holiday is

  280. all that we need. True, but that can only last for a very

  281. short time. What we need to find is strength in the Lord. We

  282. think that if God can come to financially for us to answer all the problem,

  283. yes, it may for season, but there's some things that money cannot

  284. solve. I will say Alex Martin yesterday and we were talking about you know,

  285. and he has a condition. He gets epility once in a while.

  286. He couldn't he he will just blank out. So as we're talking, she

  287. didn't not. I say, so, Brethern, Now with this condition,

  288. how would you live a life? And he just said just like that.

  289. Day by day, I say, I agree with you. We can only

  290. maximize what we have in the day. The rest we leave it to the

  291. Lord, because we're out without going all the way for Jesus, we will

  292. be holding back. So that's why the first thing is to go. But

  293. to go, we have to believe, take a part of the scripture says,

  294. go and make to do go and make this one was the hardest thing.

  295. Hardest thing is to invest in someone else, very sucie. The Bible

  296. here says, go and make a lot of people go. But I don't

  297. like to make discipers, so because I will see you next week, so

  298. I can be very straightforward. You all all right? Praise pass is preachy

  299. next week. He's a living pastor. I would just just many times of

  300. Christian work, Isn't it true? We want to believe God for break truth

  301. only in our life, but we never bother about other people and ouch never

  302. like, for example, make discipers. Huh miss be a part of leadershiba

  303. mm hmmm do you know? Do you? No? Investment into other people

  304. requires time and energy, heartaches. So we are noting here. You understand

  305. you've been Christian long enough, you've tried it before. After a while,

  306. more heartaches and break true, more hardage than be. But the Bible here's

  307. is good and therefore make disciples frist. The Bible did not actually go make

  308. puppies. Okay, it's sometimes easier to train puppies than than to invest in

  309. someone else. Me and my wife, you don't have we love I love

  310. pets my wife the way I love pets. But I introduced to her if

  311. you don't like pet, now, might just watch YouTube video on pets.

  312. So after washing, I'm trying to brainwash my wife. So after watch it,

  313. maybe we can consider a cat or dog. Maybe right that I begin

  314. to show her videos of about cats. It's not disciplined already groomed. My

  315. wife said, no cats at home? They show dogs. Sure, they

  316. said, Oh I like small dogs. I say husky. It's the right

  317. way to go big dogs, right? She said big dogs were scary war

  318. She's why I'm trying to get that sometimes that we think we take chances with

  319. pet not knowing that whether we return not. But we don't believe in other

  320. people. So scripture says that go Therefore, I make a lot of people

  321. go, but don't make we go out journey with the law, but don't

  322. invest in other people. Why. That's why it was so big too,

  323. because we are no whired. Meant we are not wired to be alone.

  324. We are not wired to be an island. We are wired to invest in

  325. someone else's life. Because if we don't invest in someone others other people's life,

  326. our cushion world would be statenant. One time there was a leader in

  327. our church earlier days, was going to brow problem after an our problem,

  328. after an our problem. At one time passer can't sit down with him.

  329. The answer to your problem is this is that you must start investing in someone

  330. else's life. Then you're able to see what you believe. You know it's

  331. true or not. Too many Christians attorney to be professors of the scripture,

  332. but not do wors no the Bible insight out fantastic praise Lord, Hallelujah.

  333. We need them, not practitioners. And many times the Lord is always challenging

  334. us. If you don't go, who will go? A zaih Chapter six

  335. say who can I send? But although you must understand I'm of a certain

  336. age, didn't say only the younger one can go. If you are below

  337. forty you can go. If you do, if you're not disabled, you

  338. can go. If or healthy you can go. I met my friend's dead

  339. or rather my friend has a dad, and went over to somebody I think

  340. media Asia in his seventies for mission. I went like, Wow, what

  341. a way to live your life? Could you mad? You? Right now?

  342. A way to leave yourself is agree for missions what a way to live

  343. your life. You're not just doing gardening at home. You're nothing. I

  344. live gardening. If you have a passion for gardening, please come to my

  345. house. I have I I have a garden of weeds right now. I

  346. have no time to take care of But first, not just drink at home,

  347. but Queen for missions, Queen day, say God. Even though I'm

  348. oh, I know, I still a fire in my belly. I still

  349. want to do the things of the Lord. So why stopping you from making

  350. discipers? What is stopping you from investing in someone else's life? Although you

  351. don't understand, I got burned before. First, you know how many people

  352. disappointed Jesus that, Yet Jesus still stay on to the court to that at

  353. the cross. First, this is not a seal speech of asking you to

  354. serve the Lord. There's not a seal speech of asking you do missions or

  355. make discipers. We cannot just believe God for breaktue in our own life and

  356. not care about someone else's life. We cannot just ask God for a financial

  357. breaktue in our own life. Yet, don't be a blessing to other Because

  358. if we just think only for ourselves, how far do you think the lot

  359. will allow us to go through our life like that, Go therefore and make

  360. disciples. So back to X. Okay, back to X. First,

  361. I'm not scolding your Please love me all right, Please tell a pasticcad of

  362. appreciate a really good message, right, ask him to come back. All

  363. right? So for my last point, I know that my last point is

  364. this. Okay, first of us we have to go. Second, we

  365. have to make disciples, and finally it's going to be this I'm gonna show

  366. you for except to tree, discipleship is always the key for growth. Discipleship

  367. is always the key for growth. Let me me right now back to except

  368. the tree, and let me just read this to you're six six extrapt The

  369. tree was, and Peter said, sewer and go. I do not have,

  370. but what I have I give to you in the name of Jesus Christ

  371. of natures. Rise up and walk, Rise up and walk, Rise up

  372. and walk. Here's Peter and John reaching out their hands to the laymen.

  373. The laymen, for the longest time couldn't get up. And sometimes why we

  374. are stuck in our own journeys because we tried so much with our own strength.

  375. Every passerby I just need money. Just give me money, then go,

  376. just give me money. Go, just give me money. Go you

  377. away, Just give me money, go away. Here's Peter and John reaching

  378. out their hands towards the person and say, sewear and go. I do

  379. not have but rise up and look at the next scripture was seven and it

  380. took him by the right hand and lifted him up. He took him by

  381. the right hand and lifted him up. Friends, in our life, you

  382. and I need a disciple because to offer we try so hard to get ourselves

  383. out from the mess, get ourselve. Nio and I need a prayer partner?

  384. Do you and I need a small group? I encourage it. If

  385. you're not part of homes, please join homes. Well, I don't believe

  386. it's small group. I don't believe my leaders. You cannot trust men.

  387. You can trust a lot. Oh, I have a disciple, the rules

  388. you sur Oh I have I have a disciple. You know what all these

  389. YouTube video I watch, all these amazing pastor, they are discipling me.

  390. Friends, and you're going to see this to you, Okay, lay down

  391. straight to your Your famous pastor that you watch on YouTube will not be by

  392. your bedside when you're in the hospital. Your famous preacher that you watch on

  393. YouTube will not be by your bedside when you're crying, when your children not

  394. returning home. It's your local pastor your local leaders here in the church that

  395. will cry with you. They will pick up your phone. Call my charge,

  396. run away. Try calling Bishop d DJs my childe run away. I

  397. need help. I can guarantee your first person you call as past than you

  398. because you know that he's available. He's ready to help. Friends, you

  399. really need someone to decipher us. There's too many while harsk Christians. That

  400. beautiful gallop in the wind, beautiful, but cannot be of any use except

  401. to see running in the fields. And God wants to train us. Peter

  402. and John lift up the person's hands the moment Scripture says, the moment he

  403. extended his hand to Peter and John, he lifted out immediately, Bible says,

  404. his feet, anchor and bones receive strength many times in our journey.

  405. Is it it true where we are today because someone has made an investment in

  406. our life. Where we are today is because someone has made a significant investment

  407. in our life. I'm not talking about just books, you know, I'm

  408. not talking about just YouTube videos or videos or teaching. I'm talking about someone

  409. who actually sat down with us, took us off our coffee and encourage us.

  410. We need that. Friends, your pastor have taken time to maybe some

  411. of your all the investment, but pastorally just a man can trust man.

  412. Could you imagine Peter and John? No, no jacket, look like anyone

  413. look at this layman to see where and go. I do not have,

  414. by the name of Jesus, rise about exting out his hand. Now,

  415. if you were the layman you look at Peter and John, what would you

  416. always wont be money? Also, don't have you want me to reach out

  417. my hand. We can come to two place, friends, either we believe

  418. got all the way or we just believe got halfwayone. No, I'm not

  419. colding your friends. Please please, I sighed, you're okay, but here

  420. just hear my heart out as I couldn't close soon. The lame man was

  421. asking for money instead of healing. Bitter and John was famous really because in

  422. EXCHAPTERO. Ex. Chapter two says that when Peter stood on the stage,

  423. he preached tret got safe. It's almost the the man of the hour.

  424. So if you if you see a Mircat healer walking past you, wouldn't you

  425. ask for healing? Right now? Thinking about it, wouldn't you ask for

  426. healing? You heard about Peter preaching right, wouldn't you ask for healing?

  427. But the layman got to a place where so desupported in life. That's why

  428. you ask for money and something in a mess about disappointment itself, asking what

  429. what we really need? We're also things that you don't really need. I

  430. mean money is imported. Friends, you money for a season can buy your

  431. food, but when you are able to walk, it's a different story.

  432. Altogether, some of us here really need because from too offer, we set

  433. down for too long already, and he needs something to encourage you to stand

  434. up. Let's do things for the Lord. Let's do things for the Lord.

  435. Elder Terrens just retired this year. He came in full time to join

  436. us, and one of the Elder terrants giftings is that he's able. He's

  437. in his career journey, he's able to help us or rather for his education,

  438. like still is helping us with our school, helping us to our school.

  439. And the moment his step foot in to say pastor I now I understood

  440. why that I need to come in immediately. Tremendous blessing. Tremendous blessing.

  441. Friends. Did you know that once you understand why God has caught you,

  442. you know you were able to step foot in into your calling? Is I'm

  443. going to close and challenge your of us? The lame man stood up immediately

  444. feed anchor boles, receive strength. Was it so it was leaping, stood

  445. out, walk and entered the temper with them walking and leaping and praising God.

  446. If you're discipling someone, discipling someone for the church, the examples that

  447. you leave, you're going to impact someone's else's life. The examples that you

  448. leave. Priturn John went to the temper? Why is it so important?

  449. And why is this place called legacy? Me and Passa recognize passes fifty something

  450. and for the ad year, next three years we've been in seventies, threty.

  451. It's amazing journey. Got his brothers, God's brothers, two amazing stories,

  452. an amazing journey. When we were joining that Andrew was part of earlier

  453. pioneers to join US America by fifty join us. But you know, when

  454. we're young, when we were young. When we were small as a church.

  455. All we just remember was this statement, if God say yes, if

  456. God say go, who are we to say no? If God say yes,

  457. I've got say go. Who are we to say? Cannot just arm

  458. with that? Albert was part of the earlier pioneers. We just the word

  459. is that nothing was impossible for us. We knew that our God was with

  460. us. We moved into a very first service in the hotel one day holiday

  461. villa rental eight hunger ring it or six hungering it per weekend, per sunday.

  462. Our money collection was five hunger ring it monthly. I told passa days

  463. passive. We got enough saving for maybe one month. Ninety eight percent campus

  464. student me pass it and Ryan Young young wiki adult pass it. No,

  465. I heard from Lord. Once we reach number, we will go. We

  466. love the place for the very first time. We enter a hall with a

  467. marble floor. Hours was a used cuppard for very first time. We have

  468. toilets that we don't have to wash. We love the place, but pass

  469. We kind of thought this, but say no the Lord to specific we will

  470. go. The very first Sunday, I see my character where we counter the

  471. offering friends. There was a check the KIMMI exact same amount for the renting

  472. for their Sunday. I knew that from the Lord. Really, this is

  473. has to be from the Lord. See, if we don't go, we

  474. will not. My faith grew because Pastor discipled me and I begin to grow.

  475. But it takes the commitment TwixT preach out your hand, lift me up

  476. if regardless of where you are right now. When we were younger, I

  477. remember where we were and no. Pastor Haly shared the story. We just

  478. want to honor past active. When Pastor started the church, his mean or

  479. where the means of of of of sustaining was true speaking engagement, live offering,

  480. and mostly down on Sundays. When God called Passes to start the church,

  481. he told every speaking engagement, I cannot take it up because the church

  482. needs me. I cannot take up any speaking engagement because the church sho me

  483. on Sunday. I speak to you on Friday night Saturday, but not Sunday

  484. and Sunday. You know that preachers by pastors in demand. On his fortieth

  485. birthday, four table day's thirty thirty both day, we just felt we want

  486. to give past the jacket because he was wearing his bending jacket, wedding jacket

  487. for the longest time, one and only jacket, one and only jacket our

  488. church. It was about six fifty something. We just did a collection together

  489. by faith. We raised out about a thousand, two hundred. Back then,

  490. Zarah wasn't wasn't around your Nickela wasn't around all these all these other bigger

  491. brands. So we went. I went there. I went into the discount

  492. section of Hugo Boss, hoping with one thousand, two hundred, I can

  493. buy something for a pastor. I searched and search. It's a fun one

  494. an only piece, not black color, but brow not even I told I

  495. told my leaders is that this is something we're gonna get for a pastor.

  496. He wore it one day for meeting in a business fellowship. He stood up

  497. there. I want to let you know, I'm so proud of my church.

  498. I didn't ask him do the but this jacket. What you see right

  499. now is the generosity of the church coming together dis grow business manner. It's

  500. just honoring always we heard it back then. We are so proud of our

  501. pastor because able to the word, is this that the most sacrifice that a

  502. man has made? No one really truly knows. Because Pastor's not here,

  503. I can share a few most to waver Or if you don't mind this a

  504. few just five more minutes. Our church is going true stignancy, not growing.

  505. When the church is not growing up, we always I did to seek

  506. the Lord asked a lot. The lot one time we real to Pastor is

  507. that I want you to give up your support. We are renting a building

  508. space in Summit level two for ten thousand ring in a month. And there

  509. was a love gift that comes out our church from a businessman about fourteen thousand

  510. helps us to pay the rent and the salary. Do you know that it's

  511. very It's easy to give up support for hungering it, but to give up

  512. fourteen k. Give up fourteen k was one of the toughest things that pass

  513. I had to do. Some of This guy knows just so long, no

  514. passes about twenty old years, so long and pass it. If I wur

  515. tell him do not give He'll be so offended and angry. Papasta say why,

  516. I'll just taken him. We are about six hungred and fifty people back

  517. then stuck. I just couldn't go. We tried so many things all didn't

  518. work. And you know that when things don't work, I got to try

  519. to get all attention right when things even got try to get attention. Pass

  520. it Lato Pasta, give up the support. Pastle wrote the letter, and

  521. the letter was kept for about three to four months because possibility to make sure

  522. friends. It is not hungering. Hungering it slightly easy. Yeah, fourteen

  523. k a rent of ten thousand ring it we will marry big back. Then

  524. a majority campus student, the lords say give it up. The day came

  525. Pastor give this letter and this done. I was so angry. I'm giving

  526. to the chesch and you don't want my money, almost like they got he's

  527. not clean up letter. You understand you to reject someone that you're giving out

  528. from your heart on goodness of how you want to give the pass I don't

  529. want to take. I remember when past give it up. I was like

  530. I was hopping past it. Come money. As they passed it. You

  531. showed up past it. You showed out most. I say we can we

  532. have enough savings up for the last or two months ten thousand ringa rent.

  533. And when we moved into a place some Albert was there when we move out,

  534. moving to our summit, the breakfast, moving submit level two. None

  535. of you with the right frame of mind. We want to use the space

  536. swish. Water was leaking from the ceiling to the floor. We're moving there.

  537. We don't have enough money to change the coppers. We just say we'll

  538. just clean the cuppers. Why was staying you see on the floor. Don't

  539. look at the floor. Look to Jesus. That's it. We didn't money

  540. to do whiring, nothing at all. We just have my money to moving

  541. there, to buy chairs, even chairs. We will try to raise our

  542. money. Sixty ring gip a chair. That's it sounds still where it's basically

  543. give out the money. I remember that that very Sunday, one young working

  544. adult road a check I've never seen before for sixteen K I say, why

  545. do you give this check? No? One s about twenty plus? See

  546. why do you give this amount? I just got my bonus. I just

  547. felt a lot asking me to give this. Friends. It's not about the

  548. money, friends, because if we're some way to make money's not about the

  549. money for us. It's a journey of faith. We recognize then I'll begin

  550. to grow. We recognize the moment reduce our dependency on takes and begin to

  551. trust a lot. As a church, we preach about faith, but if

  552. our church don't depend on God for faith. And that's why this place is

  553. called legacy, because like the Bible says, the lame man got up when

  554. the temper praising and worshiping the Lord first. At the end of the day,

  555. this is my summary that must we are discipled, were descipled, You're

  556. helping people to look to God for an answer for break true. We're teaching

  557. people that God is the only one who can come true for you. And

  558. when we started this place called legacy, at the end of the day,

  559. we just wanted to leave a legacy behind, not so much for sad,

  560. but the concept and the understanding of what God has brought us true the faith

  561. journey. Our church has always started by faith because no millionaires now Milian not.

  562. Our church is hungry percent made in Malaysia, not a bold name from

  563. the West or from the East. We just say that if God can you

  564. just look at our hands and just say, why can't Malaysia be a mission

  565. standing force? Why can't Why why All the time they spoke of missionaries,

  566. it is always from the west. Why not Asian Malaysia, Why not Malaysia?

  567. The words why not Malaysian? Why not Malaysians? Malaysians be a mission

  568. standing force in regardless of where we are with a season of life. Why

  569. can't earth here my heart cry here? Friends, until unless we believe God

  570. has caught us. Until unless we believe God, say God, here I

  571. am, we will never see it come to pass. As I close right

  572. now, I pray first of all, you go, please don't remain stack,

  573. Please don't remain that all. My faith is just enough for me to

  574. survive. Example, Friends, your faith is bigger than the car part that

  575. you're praying for every time you go to the shopping mall. Your faith is

  576. bigger than the sale you will be asking for. God. You know one

  577. time a preacher convicted our hearts. Why do Christians always pray for discount?

  578. Why can Christian ask God for to increase a faith to believe that you can

  579. afford it? You're like we are, because that's why we boys discount serve

  580. hey be better serve the minimum LA so we understand some of your part of

  581. our church earlier? Why is it always be pay for discount? Do you

  582. know where I used to run a cafe for church still but a ladys We

  583. run a cafe of the bookshop. The amount of Christian that comes to our

  584. shop. Hey, new Christian discount. If you're the business owner, friends,

  585. could you imagine people come up with you, Hey, a new Christian

  586. discount. You'll be on the other side, say God, I pray the

  587. every Christian walking say, I'll think I'll take the market price. Gold.

  588. Friends, go your faith requires it gold. Friends. Don't remember your goal,

  589. but say go and make friends. Don't go alone. Don't go alone.

  590. Coming to church O Sunday is good. But coming for a prayer service

  591. shows that you believe or when you can. Friends, I'm not undersaid.

  592. Traffic here coming this call this the other side, right? I know the

  593. outside here is traffic jam. Okay, that's side there. Sometimes it's greener

  594. on the other side. I know he's Jem, But when you can when

  595. Tuesday is the off day, But how do you don't understand My favorite current

  596. drama happens on the Tuesday at eight pm. If I don't watch it,

  597. I will not watch him being Jong being the actor. I was with my

  598. wife. I say, all the girls one watched from me, just come

  599. to I'm guys, and the amount of respect I get from the girls and

  600. ch the please lout. The only thing they look alike is that they got

  601. years and hair. Need sit nowhere near any current active. But I'm trying

  602. to hear, believe. I'm I got side track, side track, believe,

  603. make disciple. Finally, discipleship is a key. As I close right

  604. now, friends, I know I say a lot today, but I pray

  605. you cash my heartbeat. It takes a person to be discipled. It takes

  606. a person say Lord here, I am. I want to be discipled.

  607. It's very hard descend with anybody else, even incorporate. You understand you have

  608. to go to training from one level to another level. Why not for the

  609. things of the Lord. It's not enough just to have the Bible. I

  610. believe for my own self, but God, whatever I have right now,

  611. like the lay men here, I am. We hope you've been blessed by

  612. this message. For more information on our church, please visit acts Church the

  613. RG. We are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that this

  614. week is going to be a good week, a hit for you. God bless
