You're listening to a message to go from acts Church. We hope this message

will light up your day. Today we're gonna discover a word that has been

planted into my heart for the past month or so. So a little bit

background. A month ago, in the end of July, I was given

the opportunity, along with our campus pastor but Stephen, to go to Thailand

to attend a conference name Arise Asia. Of course, from the sound of

their conference, it means Asia has to arise, right, uh. And

it was really a humbling time. I was asked to summarize my time in

Thailand and I said that, hey, Pastor Sandra's if there's any word to

describe the feeling, it's humility, humility and being very humbled. I came

back to my wife thankfully, and and there's just a body. So I

went to a Rise Asia and this word came back. And I came back

emiliate to my wife and I said, hey, you know, you can

ask her. I said, maybe one day you're going North Korea. Maybe

one day. One day it's it's a word over day is just so so

so hard, you know, it's so difficult to be a Christian in the

North so I caught this word. And this word is a sixth letter word,

and it goes by the word is called he nini Okay, he nani

h i n e n i he nani. He nani basically means that.

Basically, it means here I am. Okay, he nany basically means here

I am. It is not said out of a hate knowledge. Okay.

How many of you have ever called out in anger to your child when your

child has done something wrong? Is the way? Are you? So and

so? And then your child cries out to you, I'm here. Have

you ever been in the situation? Parents? If you are the one saying

here I am to your parent, you also can relate to what I'm saying.

You're trying to hide your parents, You try to hide away. No,

I'm not talking about that count response. Neither am I talking about the

response of your boss call out to you, and you and you begudgingly or

you you didn't want to say yes, Well you just say killer, I'm

here, I'm helo. What you want to hear? What you want to

say? Huh? They what you want to say to me? I'm here,

I'm here, kaill, I'm here. Already tell me. Now,

it's not that type of here I am. Yeah, he needly comprises of

six letters and the number six in the Bible. What is it represent?

Can someone shout out what is it represent? Besides Sandra, what is the

number six represented? But the number seven's number seven represent perfection? So what's

the number six? What came before perfection? Imfection? Yes, number six

actually represents men man. It was the day of the creation of men,

men and sin right man with man came sin. We know the what happened

with Adam and seven a day later? It was a day of perfection.

And of course saying heinini, which also has six letters, It's like seeing

a saying of an imperfect man meeting a perfect God, an imperfect man meeting

a perfect God coming in an imperfect state. We all recognize the sooner we

recognize that we are imperfect, the sooner we can say here I am.

If often we think that we have it all, you know, we have

it all started life, it's all good, or finances are all good.

The more that is to withhold, the harder it is to say, here

I am. Let's let's let's read from the Bible. So let's turn our

bibles to First Samuel, chapter three, verse one to four. I believe

it's also on the slides. Now, Samuel came after a lineage of judges.

Basically, the Israel was brought out of captivity by Moses, and Samuel

was actually a prophet. And let's let's read what happened to Samuel. So,

if you have your bibles, can you turn to First Samuel chapter three,

verse one to four, and I would like us to read out loud

together. He said, okay, okay, here we go in your own

translation, of course, one two three. Now the boy Samuel ministered to

the Lord before Eli. And the word of the Lord was rare in those

days, there was no widespread revelation. And he came to pass at that

time while Eli was lying down in his place, and when his eyes had

begun to grow so deem he could not see. And before the lamb of

God went out of the Lord where the art of the God is, Samuel

was lying down. The Lord called Samuel, and he answered, here I

am, okay, you're reading honor down again. Okay, Paul, pause,

pause, okay. So much later in verse ten, he says,

now the Lord came and stood and called as other times Samuel Samuel, and

Samuel answered, speak for your servant hears now if you know the story,

of course, Samuel is as you have read. The word of the Lord

was scarce at the time. It was nowhere to be found. The revelation

was not there. It wasn't an outspread evangelistic movement. It was actually quite

scarce at the time. It was quite hard to obtain a word of God.

And Samuel being Samuel, if you can read in verse one, he

says that Samuel was a boy, was a boy, a young boy that

actually had not much knowledge of God. You can think about the people in

X kids because X kiss or teachers do an excellent job teaching them the Bible.

But imagine if they have not heard or much of God. That is

the state of Samuel. And in fact, if you can read on and

we realized that Samuel actually said here I am. Now Here I am as

I mentioned earlier, is a complete and utter surrender. That's the meaning of

here I am. So can you imagine a little boy with not much knowledge,

not much theological knowledge on the Bible, on the Word of God,

can say here I am Lord, in complete, utter and surrender. He

was able to say it. Isn't it amazing the faith of a child,

a faith of a child being able to do the more, the more that

you had to hold onto, it becomes harder to say, here I am.

The more that you have, the more that you have to release,

it becomes harder to say, here I am. And so you can see

Samuel was so quick to answer here. In fact, he didn't even know

that it was God calling on to here. He thought it was Eli,

right, he thought it was Eli. Eli was the priest who brought Samuel

up. Of course, Hannah was the mother. And Samuel was brought up

by Eli, and he went straight to Eli. I said, what did

you call me? Said no, go bay and sleep. I didn't call

you. Second time came back, do you call Eli? And I said

no, I didn't call you a goad and sleep. But the third time,

when Samuel came up to Eli, Eli knew that it was for the

Lord. So Eli taught Samuel the next time you hear this, say speak

for your servant. Hears so truthfully enough, such an obedience spirit right,

not even knowing what is there. Samuel then answered, few verses later,

speed for your servant. Years and because Samuel was so quick and even so

faithful to say, hey, a prophet was given to Israel. A prophet

was given the Issuel. Israel was in a mess at that time. They

just played tuck and wall with the philistics over the arc. They lost the

art, the whole another desk for another story, enough for that day.

In short, the plaques came and then they're like, oh, I don't

want this anymore. I take back to your phone. And then they throw

back to Israel and said, okay, la, I hold it up now,

you know. And then it was in such a disarray they were crying

out for a king. Samuel was the one who anointed King Saul, which

then proceeded the annoying King David, which then proceeded, of course, down

the line the birth of Jesus Christ. A prophet was given to Israel,

and Samuel said, let's read on our next correct let's let's study a little

bit on the Bible. Is that okay, are you if? Are you?

If you're if? We can you say amen? Alright? Cool?

Need some help to preach today because my voice is starting to go. It's

starting to go already, Kennedy, feel it like at the throat areay.

Okay, let's go to Abraham. Now, Abraham was given a given name

to Abraham. Abraham was given it. His name was Abram. Let's turn

to Genesis chapter twelve, verse one, and let's read God's promise to Abram.

Okay, now before we read, of course, this was after the

whole earth being white clean. If you know the history, Adam and Eve

they felt they protected, partected, protected of the fruit. And then you

know they were just call them to a chrystler's eternity at that point, and

then you know that they will surely die right there, cast out of Eden.

And then they did what they did bestler make children. Okay, so

there was they made Abel, They made Abel and Kane, and then you

know the whole story about Kane killing Abel. And then of course Kane was

cast out and then but God spared him for some reason. But Kane is

cast out, and Seth came into the picture. Right then they started to

multiply l like like you know, superlatla, you know, until the world

was filled. And then you know, they started to fight against each other,

fight against they started to turn away from God, and God say enough,

it's enough, and that's where he brought the flood right. But men

never learned. Men never learned after the flood was white, you know,

still they started to go back into one language. And then after that God

also had to break the towel and then pom again again. So he's like

a history repeating itself again and again, and today even see it until today,

so you can see that the word of God is not just something written

like a children's story. It's a prophecy and it's real. It happened and

it will happen. So in disarray, God needed to annoint someone. God

needed to appoint someone. God needed someone to answer the call to be the

father of the nations, to bring everything back together, you know. And

Abram was given this promise in chapter twelfh. Let's read now, the Lord

has said to Abram, get out of your country, get out of your

comfort zone. Get away from your family. Yeah, and from your father's

house. If you're still staying your father's house, get out, YEA to

a land that I will show you, and I'll make you a great nation.

I'll bless you, and i'll make your name great, and you shall

be a blessing. I'll bless those who bless you and accurse him who curse

you, And in you the families of the earth shall be blessed. God

bless the reading of his word. We thank Him for such a promise for

such a time as this. And Abraham, from the moment he received this

promise from God, thirty years later he encountered his ultimate tests. Now,

many of you, or many of us, in our lives, we may

encounter our trible our tests and our trials, and we may think at that

time we say, God, why why are you putting me through this?

Why do you allow such a thing to happen to our family? And sometimes

it's things that we can't even comprehend, things that we can't even fedom right,

we don't even understand. But as soon as we understand that our understanding

is not God's understanding, we will never be able to understand. Because God's

ways are higher. God has a higher way, and it's shown in the

promise to Abraham. And as Abraham encountered trial after trial after trial, did

he fail? Of course he did? Did he sin? Of course he

did. Men have fallen short of the glory of the Lord. But Abraham

went on and on chapter of the chapter you know, encounter with Lord Sodom

and Gomorrah, you know, eventually gating building and making keenan land what it

is, and not the bookstore, but the place. And it was a

chosen land. And of course the Israelites were brought out of captivity much later

they arrived at the same spot. And Abraham in chapter twenty two encountered one

of his hardest and then ef fact, it was the hardest decision that he

had to make. In abraham Blind Genesis Shepter twenty two, he says,

now it comes to pass after all these things, all of those things that

happened between Genesis twelve to Genesis twenty two, said God tested Abraham and say

to Abraham, and say and say to him Abraham, just by calling his

name. And Abraham answered the first time, he said, here I am

he need God, he need incomplete and artists surrender. I don't know what

you're calling me for. Sometimes and your parents call you, you don't know

what they're calling you for. What do you say? What do you want?

Right? Sometimes my wife called me without even saying yes, babe,

I said, what do you want? So rude? Right? What do

you want? Look? I tell me Lah busy, Lah, can you

see that I am of my father's business. Oh like, sometimes we get

all bibig good and spiritual and we go like, oh and brings great stuff.

But the Lord, what do you want? And sometimes God comes in

those moments. God comes in the middle of your worship leading and you think

that you are all the great in all your worship day all is surrender.

God comes and say what do you do last night? God comes in those

moments, in the quiet moments, he comes, you know, and and

and and Abraham said, he nany, what did God ask him to do?

Then he said, take now, your son. This is a very

very famous story. If you're a Christian, you could have heard about it.

But sometimes you may not fedom the wait of what was asked, because

if it was me, I wouldn't be able to do it. Imagine the

faith that Abraham had. So the first he nany, I don't know what

you want, God, But yeah, I am the second hinani. By

that time, Abraham Neil, Abraham Neil dead, the miracle baby that he

has given. God has given to him after so much prayer and so much

labor, And like Pasandra said, fried eggs right right, everything gone still

come out. One child, you know, said I was fried right Abraham.

By the time it was all maybe quite dry, ready ninety nine years

old, blast, blast, blast, and the gay Isaac was born,

right, miracle child, miracle baby, the baby that was meant to be

the answer to all his prayers, and yet he was meant to slaughter it

like a lamb brought to slaughter. The second hinani was said after he knew,

and yet he still said heini, can you can you understand? And

can you start the graps? The weight of what Abraham said the second time

when he said here I him, there was no pause. There was no

let me singer or let me pray about it, la. It was immediate

here I am, of course. Much later, Isaac was then laid down,

ready to slaughter. And the second he need. An interesting fact,

Abraham actually said he ney to his child. He knew that he was going

to slaughter his child, he was supposed to slaughter his child, and he

said he needed to his child and the child. So by the time it

was no dla, okay, lo, I am the slaughter. Likely I

see left and right. I don't see any animal with me. I am

the only one growing up I'm the one ler. Okay, So that's that's

Isaac's story for another day. But Abraham laid Isaac down. As Abraham was

about to slaughter Isaac. How many of you have attempted to jumb guy before

you know it's the tomb guy, some gay, some guy. Some the

guy. Cut the guy. Okay, cut the chicken. Cut the chicken.

Okay. Have you ever tried to cut the chicken before we've borne?

Okay, you will swing all the way and right back you see the butcher

they do you scat emady? Your hand? Is that? Your hand gone?

Ready? Okay? You have to go all the way, full force,

committed to the cause, all the way down. Have you ever thought

if I was Abraham a sali, is he like? No? But somehow

his hand was stopped. I believe that it was a divine intervention. I

believe that God was testing Abraham and Abraham had to give it his all.

And as he was bringing the knife or the ex down to slaughter Isaac,

the angels stopped it, called out to him, and Abraham said he or

the third time. And if you follow his story, Abraham never stopped saying

leaning after that. It was because of Abraham's Cini, a father of nations

was brought. A father that brought together nations was one. If you think

that's just it, let's read on on Moses. If your bible ska turned

to Exodus chapter three, verse one to four, and read the story of

the burning bush. Now Moses, of course, this was after he killed

the Egyptian, you know, And you know he saw the brothers fight,

the fighting, and then he kicked one of them, and he fled.

He fled, He fled to this place called Median, And this is where

the story came. Now Moses was standing verse chapter three, versewang. Now

Moses was standing the flock of Jatro, his father in law, the priests

of Median, and he led the flock to the back of the desk.

It came to Horrap, the mountain of God, and the Angel of the

Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush.

So he looked and behold the bush was burning with fire, but the

bush was not consumed. Then Moses said, I will turn aside and see

this great sight. Why the bush does not burn. So when the Lord

saw that, he turned aside to look, and the Lord saw God called

to him from the midst of the bush and said, Moses, Moses,

And he said, here I am. And if you read the Bible,

a lot of important characters get caught by God twice on Moses, Moses,

Samuel, Samuel. It's really amazing to receive that from the Lord. That

should be our prayer. But we'll get to the later. And Moses said

here I am. Here, I am. Now Moses himself, in his

own words, he claimed that he was not good in his speech, right,

he said in Exotus for ten he said, oh, my Lord,

I am not eloquent. You chose the wrong guy. You know, I

am slow of speech, law tongue. Had to go to Pharaoh and do

what I have to go to here and say, let's release your people.

You you want me to. You know I am not that person. I

can't. I'm not I'm not quick. But yet this was only after he

said at us he knew that he was not perfect. And remember what I

said earlier. Kinini is an act of an imperfect man meeting a perfect God.

But what's Moses really not eloquent in his speech, or what's Moses just

trying trying to find a way out much later in ex Stephen actually said Moses

was brought up in the wisdom of the Egyptians, mighty in words and in

deeds. Now the Bible does not lie. The Bible is truth, and

it makes it makes sense. Moses was brought up in Egyptian culture, in

all the universities, in all the schools. He was brought up in a

way. So there's no way that he was not eloquent in his speech.

That goes to show that he Nani doesn't require you to be ready. Kinani

just requires you to surrender. Hinani is an act of surrender, saying things

like I know I can't do this, but yet God here I am.

Okay. Now, you may say, you know, whenever the speaker takes

the pulpit and they share from their heart, you may say that, well,

it's easy to say this, It's really easy. Now let me share.

If you're an experience that I had in Thailand. It was really heart

to hear it. It's definitely a little bit easier to say it, but

it's hard to hear it. Now, Why is that soul? I believe

that it's all It's all comes down or voice down to preparation preparation of the

heart, whether God prepares you or whether you prepare yourself in utter reverence towards

our Father in Heaven. Okay, so let me ask you a question before

I go on that goes like this. Now that you know the meaning of

hinini, when was the last time you actually stayed hinini? Give you a

moment to reflect, Give you a moment to think when it was the last

time that you really surrendered your life to Christ. Yes, we have accepted

Christ. We have said the sinner's prayer. And sometimes we like to say

we receive Jesus into our heart, but that's not really that accurate because we

can't receive Jesus into our heart. Jesus is sitting at the right hand of

the throne. The person that we actually receive is the Holy Spirit. We

believe that Jesus Christ is our personal Lord and Savior, but we receive the

Holy Spirit. And like our chapersons mentioned earlier, that we shall receive power

that comes from the Holy Spirit, not just for fun, but so that

we can be witnesses, not just any witnesses, not an insurance witness,

but witnesses of Christ Jesus to our community and to the ends of the earth.

That is the purpose of the power of the Holy Spirit that we receive.

Amen. So when was the last time we actually said now. I'm

not saying this to shoot anyone down. In fact, it's a personal reflection

upon myself as well. There are many times in which I was given the

opportunity to say here I am Lord, but I allow it to pass me

by. And I hope when I pray and I pray and I pray,

that it wouldn't come a time when Jesus also passed me by. Because if

we are caught with our pans down and our CoP's empty, no oil in

our lamb, can you imagine salvation is only the first step to eternal life.

You gotta work out your salvation as you work out your muscles every day.

You know, you know, you know or the you know everything.

I go to the gym. You always made that someone a push. You

have to push that made a sound? Okay, that released then who okay?

Anyways, if you are working out so hard for your your muscle,

okay, Albert is nothing to say it because what Albert's like, you just

like it's easy. Later I get a word to show your six steps okay,

but Salvation is something that we have to work out. Salvation is something

that we have to work out so time after time because we have a faithful

God, and because we have a God that's full of grace and full of

mercy. I don't know how many chances some of us have been given a

ready so I kin even count with our hands atas seventy times seven times.

I don't know, however, when was the last time you say? And

more importantly, today, I want to share with something that I have been

praying about and then my interpretation of how we can actually prepare ourselves on how

to say he any Ever, since I heard that message this term being introduced

in the mission conference, I've been trying to think how it's easy to say,

but how do we prepare ourselves? So, in junction with Missions Conference,

I would like to just take this time to sell it a little bit.

But because only because we have two very ary one that I have not

met personally, but one that I have met and worked with two times so

far in a mission field. One is back fronts right and the other one

miracle, full of break truth. You may look at it and say how

me and might get shot. Okay, anyways, I'll go there. I'm

not I'm not again. But anyways, he is out there living his faith

passes Samuel in the picture I saw, if you saw the video that was

the conference video, there was a container truck behind and then they were doing

church over there. And if we have such a beautiful building you know called

Legacy Egghorn or but they are really really really out there in the wilderness Pasor

is the last day. The stories are so good that you wouldn't want to

miss it, even if you can only make it for one night. Come

come and hear the word the work that the Lord is doing. Part France

goes into the Sometimes. There was one once where we went to Berkassi and

we heard sorry, I went to Bogassi, I think three times. The

first time I went. I remember part friends telling us a story on how

he went to Chikaram x Chikara. It was like a six seven hour journey

away from Burgassi and he and you know, the traffic indon Asia is crazy.

You know, you can't even cross the road, but all the local

around them that the car would hit them on. But I was so scared

not on a missions basis, now, he's doing on a weekly basis.

Can you imagine weekly Monday Saturday, early morning, he wake up,

he traveled all the way and then he does stories over they come back,

he does it in Bergassi again and the heart just keeps going. And the

reason why the most I would say in priests don't kill me, but the

most the best thing about Expergassi is not the Sunday stories. It's actually the

house visitations. It's crazy. Whenever we enter the house, they greet us

like kings. They lay down the food. Sometimes the food is something that

we don't really eat. I experienced some detwol meat over there, but we

just eat like okay, we just eat because it's their best. They give

their best to you. Some of them they leave under a high tension line

electricity. The line can drop anytime and eat the house and then the whole

house get electrical the account of type. But Pasta France, France actually just

enters the house without fear and they just start praying. That's the amazing part

of his life. And that's why you see on Sunday when they all come.

They know him, they know about friends. And I pray that that

will be our prayer with our God as well. I pray that we will

be able. In Daniel chapter eleven, Verstudy too, he says that for

those that know that God shall be strong and carry out great exploits. Now

that knowing the Bible, it's a very intimate no. It's not just I

know Jason or I know Albert, but that knowing the Bible is a very

intimate no. That sometimes is exchanged between love us. I know, Rachelle,

you get you get, you get where I'm doing it. That kind

of no intimate no. And it's because of the intimate no I believe that

Abraham was able to say HEMANI because he knows that He's God is not an

evil God. He know that He's God is a God that is just a

loving God, and a God that has no allowance for evil whatsoever. God

cannot exist in the presence of evil. The only way that evil can come

into the presence of God is when God allows it. In the Book of

Joe, you know, Joe was basically a very faithful, devout believer of

God, really bless a lot of family members, a lot of stock,

a lot of riches, and Satan one day, you know, followed the

sons of God, which I think is angels too where God is. And

he challenged God and said, God, Joe can only do all of this

because you bless him. That's why he can say all of this. He

can be such a devout follow of you. God answered the Satan, take

it away. Go ahead, take his family away first. First, take

his riches away, you know, take his stock away, take everything,

take his house. See what Job says. Second time, sat Satan went

up again, and then God said, okay, now take his family away,

and if you can feel it, if you're following me, you start

to believe that, you start to see that Job actually lost everything. And

it's this famous moment when you say the Lord takes and Lord a gift and

lots takes away and Job it's just a personification of a henany heart, a

heart that says, here I am, despite all the circumstances, despite all

understanding, it's all right to say henany your weakness. When I turn to

your neighbor and say, it's all right to say henany in your weakness.

So how do we prepare for our henany moment? How can we prepare for

a henany moment? The first point is Heaven rules. Heaven rules. Now,

trust me, I wasn't trying to shoehorn this word in Heaven rules is

the team of for this year and for and and let's read where heaven rules

came from. Let's go to Daniel, chapter four, verse twenty six,

and he says, in as much as they gave the command to lift the

stump and the roots of the tree, your kingdom shall be assured to you

after you come to know that Heaven rules. As I was meditating on this

scripture, and I was as I was praying, I just felt the strong

peace within my heart and to explore another perspective. So for four two six

to be real and to be truth in our hearts, six to four must

happen as well. If you're willing to give God all that we have on

our left, we must also be willing to give God all we have on

our right. And in Actio, chapter six, verse twenty four, it

says you cannot you cannot serve two masters. You cannot serve your family and

God. You cannot serve your church and God, meaning a meaning don't get

me wrong, meaning if you put your church above God, you can't do

that. The church is men for the edification of the saints. We are

men to count to church, to be equipped, to be equipped and edified

in our spirit man, so that we can go out and bring the Gospel

to others. We shouldn't just receive and receive and receive, and one day

we will just get super fact, you know, we'll get obese. There's

no abundant outpouring from our hearts. We cannot serve two masters. How can

heaven ruin your life? How can heaven rule in your life? If Heaven

does indeed rule, how about the rest of our lives? How about our

gym membership? How about our Netflix? How about our favorite football clubs?

I feel like I'm preating to myself, you know, can I can?

I say? God? I'm going to study a word instad of watching Liverpool.

It's hard. It's hard, you know, Families, relationships, desires,

Who or what in this case comes first? My marriage, Oh God,

my children, Oh God? And of course in Abraham's case, God

came first and only because her dead of father on Nations was born first.

Point Heaven rules? What is the cost that you're willing to pay in order

to make Heaven ruin your life? The story of a woman that broke her

alabastera jar and offered up her best, her all, her precious what that

matters the most to her? The question I would like to ask all of

your friends is what is your alabaster jar? And maybe after today you can

go back and you can reflect that. Are you willing to break that alabaster

jar? Are you willing to make a sacrifice? Are you willing to take

the cost. If you're not, then sorry to say this, but Heaven

does not rule in your life. I'm being very real here. For Heaven

to rule, it must be the only thing that rules, and until and

unless we accept that fact, Heaven does not rule in our lives. So

what is your alabasterature. I'm not here to give you your answer. Only

you can do that when you can reflect on that and pray, which leads

me to my next point. Also starts with h which is hosanna. Oh,

some you may go what I thought? I thought there's a song.

I thought there's a song. I thought we only sing them doing praise and

worship. Yes, we do. But let's explore what hosanna means. Josana

is a combination of two Hebrew words, or rather that is how it came

about. First word yasha, which is to save or to deliver, second

word anna to please, please comma ibciech. Hosenna is a plea to save.

It's a plea of salvation. It's a cry, it's a prayer.

All right, Let's read Psalms chapter one hundred and eighteen, verse twenty five.

I believe you have you on a screen, he says. Of course,

he starts off with verse twenty two, which is the verse that Jesus

actually quoted multiple times. And if the man himself quotes this verse, you

know that it's important. You know, you know that it is important.

You know. He didn't just calle it once. He called it a couple

of times in the gospels. All right, So it says the stone which

the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone. This was the Lord's doing.

It is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day that the Lord

has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Sometimes we just

stop there. Right after that it comes Hosanna, Hosanna, save us Lord.

We please, we beg We pray, please, God, Please get

us ready. Please when the moment comes God, When in the moment comes

to stay here, I am God, Please help my unbelief, Help me

God. And that's how we prepare. We don't wait until the henany moment,

and then we go, God, help me to stay. Then it

won't be spontaneous anymore. It won't be straight away. It has to be

a culture. It has to be a practice, it has to be a

behavior. It has to come as second teacher. And what we do in

order to make that second nature is to constantly be in the attitude of surrender

of a prayer, a prayer heart, a heart that longs only for what

breaks his and only when we continue to pray, we continue to please.

That's where our hearts get molded. That's where the muscle breaks, and then

the muscle gets attached red again, and then you become stronger. You become

stronger in your faith, not because of your strength or your mind, but

because God's grace. It's more than sufficient for you. You are still the

same man that was unable to live this weight, still the same man.

It's not that overnight you plead a God and then God's only made you strong.

No, God strengthened your inner man and something that didn't really make sense

anymore suddenly still doesn't make sense. But you know that God will meet you

there. Abraham knew. I think I'm pretty sure he knew. He knew

He's God. Meaning if Isaac really gonna jump, there is something that is

better that's coming Abraham new and only because of that, I believe that Abraham

passed the test. If there was any doubt in Abraham's mind, I think

Isaac is gone. Think about it, if for one moment there's doubt,

Because it's a test. God was testing Abraham at every given time of the

tests. He said here I am complete and utter surrender. There was not

one ounce of doubt. He went for it, and that's what it's needed

for Hinini. We are not asking We are not asking you to be perfect

or even have a sense or a plan or an idea of what should be

done in order to achieve God's will. All God is after it's your heart.

The third hitch is holy holy. When I turn to your neighbor and

say, set apart, set apart, holy, being holy is to be

set apart. Now do you know that you are called to be holy?

Do you know that you are called to be holy? Let's read in first

Peter, chapter one, verse thirteen to sixteen. Can turn to it together.

It's good to turn the word of God. Turn to the word of

sixteen. And I shall lead us in reading. All right, Therefore,

greet up the loins of your mind, be sober, and the rest you're

hopefully and rest you're hopefully upon the grace that is brought to you at the

revelation of Jesus Christ, as obedient children, not conforming yourself to formalis as

in your ignorance, but as he who called you to be holy. As

he who called you is holy, you also be holy in your conduct.

If you are living a life that is not holy, that is not set

apart. I pray that today that will be your prayer. I want to

be set apart for you. It doesn't matter whether I have the credentials to

do what you have called me to do. All I care about is being

set apart. There are a few verses on the screen if you want to

take a picture, but that is just basically a calling to holiness. Each

and every one of you are called holiness. Hebrews til fourteen, John Leviticus

all trout the Bible and holiness. The importance of it when when you're set

apart, and when you realize that faith is in the unseen, it is

in the unknown, it is in the unfamiliar. Faith. It is really

a word. It's sometimes even unbelievers use. Recently, I had a visit

to the doctors, and it was from my father, and the doctor actually

said to one of our, to one of us, to my mom,

and she said, one of you just brailer. You're just brailer, you

know, pray to your God, you know, and whatnot, and like

and like I think it was also because my dad is like constantly yepping and

not yepping, talking about God in front of the doctor, and the doctor

is telling him he's my dead. My dad, It's like that. He

liked to tell people about the Gospel one which is a good thing, just

sometimes you know, he has no control over it. But even unbelievers,

not of this world called faith, and when we are holy, and when

we are set apart, that's where we can discover of faith. When we're

not set apart. We are influenced by the social medias of this world,

but influence with the tiktoks, you know Instagrams nowadays, got a telegram story?

I do you even know that. I don't even hold my goodness,

telegrams. I've got a story right now. But if you get influence more

and more, and you put your faith upon what you actually read and hear

on the net, that's where it becomes a problem. Let's turn to Isaiah

and we can study a little bit on how God actually also say is his

name needs to us. But there is a there is a catch to that.

Let's turn our bibles to Isaiah chapter six, verse eight, Okay,

and we'll read. So I heard the voice of the Lord saying whom shall

I send and who will go for us? Then I said here, I

am saying me now. One verse right before then, Isaiah was saying,

what is me? I'm so unclean, I'm so unholy. I'm not worthy,

you know, because he came into the presence of the Lord. I

don't know how how many of you will have the opportunity to come into God's

presence physically. In the verse, it says the Lord was sitting on the

on the chair or something, and the angels was worshiping him. And Isaiah

came and he saw and he straight regard on his knees. I believe,

and he said, oh, my goodness, I am not worthy. So

we know there is clear that God isn't after what you can do. God

isn't after your readiness. God calls you when he is ready. Pass I

cannot say this yesterday to our teens in Souan, really, that God calls

you when he is ready and not when we are ready. Much later in

the same book, Isaiah fifty eight nine, let's see what's the catch.

Then you shall call and the Lord will as now the Lord is always there,

his omnipresent he is everywhere, but he needs or he wants this relationship

with you. He wants this relationship with you. He wants you as his

child to call out to him. And when you called out to him,

and when we give God our he NAEs, God would then give us his

and that should be our prayer. Wow, so amazing to hear an't you?

An't you? An't you? Isn't that gonna be your prayer? A

prayer to hear God saying here, I am here, I am, I'm

here. I'm here to take away your burdens. I'm here to bring you

to your feet. You have given me your all, You have given me

what you can give. Now let me help you. Let me help you.

It should be a moment that we all desire, a moment that we

are all looking forward to to hear God say here, I am here,

I am Take that step of faith out of that at both even though you

think you are going to sink to the deepest of the oceans, you take

that step out knowing that our God is good. Abraham, take that took

that step of faith knowing that God was good, knowing that God won't allow

any evil to come upon his life. So if your physical mind, your

mind thinks that if I step onto the ocean, definitely I'm going to drop

into the ocean. If you go with that concept, you will drop.

But if you go with the concept of our God is good and he would

allow anything bad or evil to happen to us without reason, then we might

fall. Then we won't fall. Amen. Last last week, I believe

shown a picture of going down. You know, Runk's going down, going

down, down and down, the story of Jonah, and here's you dropped

for them and for them for the down into the boat. And one encounter

with crist he got shot right back out from the fish into the dry land.

And today I want to show you what was this slight not moving the

moment. As we say our first cinany, we will then be encountered with

our second hininy. We do not take the hinany and put it onto our

heart of hinany. I believe the as we go higher and higher, and

I don't just mean physically going higher, but I mean spiritually in your heart.

As your faith continues to grow higher and higher, it will be at

the top. That would be when you come face to face with our Father

in heaven. And when our Father in Heaven judgest us, we can say

here I am. You don't stop from saying hinany. You don't graduate from

saying hinany. It is not a trophy for you to hold on to.

So today, my challenge to each and everyone of you is that discover your

heininy moment, prepare for your hininy moment, allow Heaven to ruin your life,

continue to proclaim hosana, and be set apart for God, pressing on

towards the upward call of Christ. Jesus paulsate this in Philippines. Ship the

tree made it. Continue to be our prayer. Amen. I'm just going

to share you a quick story. I know the PCs show me sometime.

I didn't do this at fifteen, so I'll just take ticket start to share

a quick story of my own life. I did not really share this in

public before, but I will share now. I was sixteen years old,

and basically I was at the pier, at the pier of the ocean.

Sixteen years old. I was at the peer of the ocean, and I

felt that, hey, my life had no meaning whatsoever. Parents are being

very you know, they didn't really support me at that time, and I

felt that, hey, what's the purpose of going on? So I know

that I can't swimp. I know that I can't sim to save my life.

Sometimes I will tell my wife, if you, you know, fall

into the ocean, I would jump down and safe you, and you say,

no, better, don't do that, because you would die. And

that's what I did. I went down. Sixteen years old. I always

had appear. I took the jum thinking that I want to end it all.

You know, at that time, I didn't even know. I just

didn't know what, didn't know what to do anymore in my life. Sixteen

years old, So the chum. The next thing I knew was that I

was swept aside on the shop sept the signer show. And that's where I

knew, all right, I think that's where the seat was planted. There

that is indeed a higher calling, that there is indeed a purpose for each

and every one of our lives. That if you do not say your he

needed today, it's only because of His grace and his mercy that the next

seed, in any moment, will come and God will continue to give you

those opportunities. It's whether you start to grap sit or not grap sit.
