  1. You're listening to a message to go from a church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. We're gonna learn a little bit about the life

  3. of David and the life of Saul this morning. You know, because when

  4. I look at Semonia, I see the heart of David in semony. And

  5. and I'll explain a little bit why, you know, and uh and so

  6. less than to First Samuel. Okay, So if you got your Bibles with

  7. you, you can turn to First Semie and we're gonna turn to First Samuel,

  8. chapter sixteen, okay, And we're basically gonna read how King David was

  9. anointed, and then we'll we'll study a little bit about who Saul is,

  10. how he became king. You know, who's David? You know, uh,

  11. and and and and why is David so important? He's actually a very

  12. important guy, you know in the Bible right and until today. He died

  13. so long ago, and just talking about David don't do new thing. It's

  14. important. He's quite important, and I feel, you know, God remembers

  15. him. He lived for not very long. No, he didn't live for

  16. one hundred oh years less. I don't know how long he lived. But

  17. until today we're talking about him. How cool is that? Right? Imagine?

  18. Now this is better than any Instagram you know, how famous or so

  19. you know how famous you are, so in the world standard now after what

  20. people will forget you one right after what people stuffed by King David. Until

  21. today we were talking about him. So first semi chapter sixteen less right now,

  22. I hope you got your Bible's with you. So he says, here

  23. now the Lord said to Samuel, how long will you mourn for Saul?

  24. Seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel, fill your horn with oil

  25. and go. I am sending you to Jesse, the battler might for I

  26. provided myself a king among his sons. And Saul said, how can I

  27. go? If Saul here's it, he will kill me. Think about it,

  28. is Leah, Saul's really king, you know. And God is like

  29. Samuel, can you please go find another person? Now? Okay, if

  30. you study and read the word before you will well you will kind of know

  31. why God. God changed his minder. He actually regretted making king Saul king,

  32. And don't we go back there again. But let's continue reading, right,

  33. and so say it? How can I go? It? Saw?

  34. Here is it, he will kill me. But the Lord say, take

  35. a hypher with you and say I have come to sacrifice to the Lord.

  36. Right, then invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what

  37. you shall do. You shall annoying for me the one I name for you.

  38. Right, it's right important that it's fine. Right, I will show

  39. you what you shall do. You shall annoy for me the one I name

  40. for you. You know that we have this saying in church, promotion comes

  41. from the Lord. Right. I don't know whether it's in the Bible.

  42. Okay, I probably need to go and read a little bit more. But

  43. we always say that because we believe in it. That promotion doesn't come from

  44. your boss. Promotion doesn't come from you know, the people over you.

  45. It comes from the Lord. Right. Of course, you can argue with

  46. me and say, oh, but Samuel is a one of the Lord.

  47. You listen to him. What about my boss was not a believer? Well,

  48. it still does come from the Lord. Promotion. Uh. And we

  49. have seen time and time again different people sharing testimonies about how they're so blessed

  50. in their job, even those that go through tough times. You know,

  51. somehow the Lord will remove the people that he need to remove, and he

  52. will put in place the people that needs to be put in place. The

  53. only question is is he going to do it for you or not? And

  54. don't worry, I'll go into that. What do what do I mean by

  55. that? Okay, so he says, invite, say, make a sacrifice.

  56. So Samuel did. All the Lord said, well, God also quite

  57. good now in playing game of crowns and all these political stuff. He said,

  58. don't worry. Don't worry. He's not gonna kill you. You you

  59. gotta do something else that will make it look quite safe. Right, annoying

  60. thing where she's very he's very smart. None. The more you watch those

  61. like I like to watch on these shows like House of Cards, all this

  62. shows quite interesting on sometimes you know God also quite smartler right, just to

  63. pretend that, you know, like, go to the I don't want to

  64. use some relation polit No, I'm not gonna go there, go to some

  65. hotel and then anyway, he said, peasably, I have come to sacrifice

  66. to the Lord. Sanctify yourselves and come with me to sacrifice. Of course

  67. they are like, kay, they just go. He's profited as a sacrifice.

  68. You're not doing anything great, we'll just go all up. Okay.

  69. And Samuels is quite a big, big, big time guy. An he's

  70. not like any he's the one that annointed soul. No, so he's quite

  71. a big time. So whatever you do, people who will definitely see that,

  72. why are you doing this? You know easy say are you going to

  73. annoy another king? You know, they will ask all this questions. But

  74. he said no, no, no, We're going to do a sacrifice.

  75. Okay. So it was when they came that he looked at Iliam and said,

  76. surely the lords annointed is before him. So he saw the first son,

  77. first son. Okay, so I think they got what seven sons?

  78. Seven? Of course first son somehow the people they're already handsome on okay,

  79. just be tent with me, okay. So the first time came tall,

  80. not handsome and uh and yeah, you know, Simon thought, okay,

  81. maybe this is a guy la you know. I Samuel thought that as the

  82. guy because that was what soul was. That's what soul was. Okay,

  83. right, you know what, let's let's go to that scripture how Saul was

  84. annoyed or whose Saul it is? Okay, are you guys okay, see

  85. like I say, I'm be here and there, but we'll get through this.

  86. Amen. There was a man of Benjamin whose name was Kish, the

  87. son of Abl, the son of Zero, the son of Baccara, the

  88. son of Ap, a lot of sons a Benjamin, a mighty man of

  89. power. So he's a rich guy. He's a rich guy, okay.

  90. And he had a choice and handsome son whose name was Saul. There was

  91. not a more handsome person than he among the children of Israel. From his

  92. shoulders upward, he was taller than any of the people. So this guy

  93. is a rich son, right, tall, taller than anybody. I didn't

  94. I don't see our brother here's like super tall. But you know he's tall

  95. man, you know. But he if you study, you will realize that

  96. he's a rare, humble guy and was his beggar. He's a farmer,

  97. actually he found and he was so humble and scared right that when he was

  98. annointed king he actually went and hight and he didn't have any of his friend

  99. members if you read the Bible. So although he's like, well, you

  100. think souls of action. So if you studied the life of soul, you

  101. will realize that after a while he became frightful, right took over. He

  102. did things a lot of things that he shouldn't be doing. One right,

  103. and he had guidance one, but he sometimes can chung. You know,

  104. sometimes when you kN chung, you do stuff that you shouldn't do. You

  105. make decisions out of fear and all and then and and you actually shouldn't do

  106. it right, uh and and there was so unfortunately he was chosen. Why

  107. did God choose soul? Well? Can I say this that God didn't really

  108. choose Saul? And I'll go back somehow, Okay, because Israel wanted a

  109. king Okay, Wow, we were talking about all this history, staffer.

  110. We got to understand the context of the time and what is happening to fully

  111. grasp the significance of events. You can read just that point, but you

  112. may not understand the depth of the significance. You know, when God brought

  113. his people out of Egypt, he wanted to call the people He's people.

  114. You know until today, if you understand where you understand God, God wants

  115. to establish a kingdom. I think I think we study about that. He

  116. wants to establish a kingdom and he wants to be there king. Yes,

  117. he wants to be the king of his kingdom. And to start off,

  118. he chose a people, the Jews, and he brought them off Egypt,

  119. and he has always wanted to be their king. And he brought them to

  120. where the from his land, right, And of course they had they're also

  121. organized. Okay, they had tribe. God say this a land of milk

  122. and honey. And then at the same time, there were other people around.

  123. Okay, there were the Philistines, there were the Amlakites, there were

  124. all these other guys that are more established. They are more established. They

  125. got kingdoms, they got soldiers, they got they got it all done.

  126. But they don't have God. They got other godstart, but they don't have

  127. God. They don't have pillow of fire in front of them. They don't

  128. have pillaw of client in front of them. They only have gods and their

  129. belief and they have systems and they try. That's how all the kingdoms came.

  130. And definitely in men's eyes that they were better than the Israelites because they

  131. got all the resources, they got all the systems. Thinking about it,

  132. they got everything. The Israelites only had God. It's very important, Poina,

  133. what do you have? They only had Gona and from the time of

  134. Egypt, and there were slaves. You know, God brought them out Egypt,

  135. did crazy miracles in front of them and brought them to a land of

  136. honey. And they stay cannotey organized and who was ruling over them? God

  137. was ruling over them. Judges were appointed. See, they had a system.

  138. But this people they mutter mbang okay uh explained that how do you explain

  139. maramba? Basically, I want to see everything right. And then they decided

  140. to say, hey, all this mulissa are doing so much better than us.

  141. Look at that, like I don't use names. I don't want to

  142. compare. They start comparing, you know, they start they fought, they

  143. got history, they forgot historal they start comparing. Got big castle, got

  144. soldiers, got all these wonderful things. How many of okay, don't raise

  145. your hands, we're all there. I also okay. The spirit of comparison

  146. comparing, you know, and the Bible says don't envy nor don't compare.

  147. Basically, and and now if you look at our day and age, wow,

  148. so easy to compare because all you need to do is just go on

  149. social media. You compare automatic, really automatic. There was some desire that

  150. you never had. Now start coming. Really same thing, don't you realize

  151. is last time it was then that now so like that same. So they

  152. compare, They say, we want a king. We don't want to be

  153. disorganized. You see they saw us this unit, the organizing, sorry,

  154. this organization they saw it as. Then they're like no, no, no,

  155. no, we want to be king. So what they say? They

  156. told Samuel, you know, and God appointed who he has prophets there were

  157. sweet on his behalf one correct, so he actually a point. And then

  158. they were concerned the prophet. You know why and do you know that if

  159. you study the Bible prophet already, Yeah, they don't leave awesome life though,

  160. yeah, I want to hear God. Ay, they have to they

  161. have to mediate between people and God. And then the people say this,

  162. they're like okay, they go to God. Then God like what get angry?

  163. They like, sorry God? You know it's constantly like that, right,

  164. And what did they say? What did the people say? The people

  165. say this, um, then all the elder or all the elders and all

  166. the elders of Israel get it together and came to Samuel at rama or come,

  167. let's let's have a let's have a meeting, okay, and say to

  168. him, Look, you're old and your sons do not walk in your ways.

  169. Look you're the prophet, right you big time? Right? See your

  170. your your son's all double joan. Okay, sorry I keep using this.

  171. All your your sons all can't make it. They're not prophets. They don't

  172. look want your ways. They're not as good as you. Right, um,

  173. and what happened? Right now? Make us a king, and josh

  174. us like all the nations you see now, make us a king so that

  175. we can become like everyone else. Do you know that God doesn't want you

  176. to be like everyone else? Do you know that God wants you to be

  177. different? Do you know that God chose you to be different? No?

  178. No, no, God, I want to be like everyone else. I

  179. want to be like everyone else. I want to look like everyone else.

  180. I want to do what everyone else is doing. That's what they do.

  181. Know what happened? Do you know that God is so good? Let me

  182. tell you why? Okay? I read for the but the thing this please

  183. Samuel, And they say, give us a king to Josh. So Samuel

  184. prayed to the Lord. He wasn't even angry about you, saying that,

  185. oh my son. He was like, what God is your king? Do

  186. you want another guy to be a king? And the Lord say to Samuel

  187. head the voice of real in all that they say, wow, I got

  188. so nice son. All that they say to you, for they have not

  189. rejected you, but they had rejected me. Whoa ooh o. That I

  190. should not reign over them, according to all the works which they have done

  191. since the day I brought them out of war, I man, I feel

  192. it for Samuel, how to be a let? Oh no, even to

  193. this day, which they have forsaken me and served other gods. So they

  194. are doing so to you also. Now therefore he their voice. However,

  195. you shall solemnly forewarn them and show them the behavior of the king who will

  196. reign over them. So sament for all the words of the Lord to the

  197. people who ask him for a king. If you read after that the moment

  198. they had. Kings are drama, Mama to the max all the way.

  199. Because men fall, King's falls a few mistakes. Even King David made so

  200. many mistakes. King David is not a saint. The Bible says he's a

  201. man after gos On Hard But he's not a saint. You know he has

  202. done He actually very free. It's like guys, please, don't be free

  203. when they're supposed to work, going work, don't go to see don't do

  204. nothing, don't don't don't don't go on some rooftop and look down and see

  205. girl baiting or and I don't know what happened, call her up war and

  206. then someone's wife war. Then after that, Alma, I did something wrong?

  207. How cover up war? He's covered up. He's not delete internet history.

  208. No, he's covered up. He is. And send the husband to

  209. war. No, to die. No, So then should we come We

  210. don't, and he will, oh, in the goodness of his heart,

  211. take her in. You know we messed up. Man, this guy God

  212. all you say, he's a man. I don't understand. I don't understand.

  213. Saw to his children to be king. Come, let's continue. So

  214. it was when they came that he looked at Iliam and said, surely the

  215. Lord's anointed is before him. But the Lord say to Samuel, do not

  216. look at his appearance or at his physical setre, because I refused him.

  217. For the Lord does not see as men sees. We got to remember this

  218. as believers God doesn't see the way men sees. Men sees all the happening

  219. things, all the big concerts. God doesn't see that. He will look

  220. at it and say, how many of you are people after my heart?

  221. Just because we we sing? Well? We that is it that until today

  222. God is still searching for people after his own heart. He's not searching for

  223. big beside, I say, it's so how to say, do you know

  224. what you have here? He's so precious? Do you know what you have

  225. here? It takes a lot now for people that come here a week after

  226. week and serve, not seeing results the way men sees results. But I'm

  227. sure you've seen many results. I'm sure you've seen many changed lives. I'm

  228. sure you've seen many God moves in your life. And I'm sure you've seen

  229. how God has blessed you, especially if you follow him. But the Lord

  230. said to Samuel, do not look at his appearance or at his physical statue,

  231. because I refused him. We are going to reject it. For the

  232. Lord does not see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance,

  233. but the Lord looks at the hut. So Jesse called a been a

  234. death and made him pass before Samuel, and he said, neither has the

  235. lot chosen this one. Then Jesse made Shama passed by, and he said,

  236. neither has the lot chosen this one. And this happened for a while.

  237. This so Jesse made seven of his sons passed before Samuel, and Samuel

  238. said to Jesse, the Lord has not chosen this. So then I'm like,

  239. hey, seven of them here, God asked me to do this.

  240. And then all also he got all you're doing. Then then Samuel is like,

  241. Jesse, is this all? That's why ever rived? It's like the

  242. seventh son is all? Okay? And Samuel said, are all these young

  243. men here? And he said there remains yet the youngest, and there he

  244. is keeping the ship. Why didn't Samuel bring David ever thought about you?

  245. Oh? Sorry? Why didn't Jesse bring David even't thought about it? He's

  246. such an important event though, And all the sons were there, but this

  247. small boy was standing sheep. Okay, I don't know what is the relationship?

  248. Okay, good or bad? I don't know. But later on,

  249. if you read, the brothers probably looked down the younger brother because they went

  250. to war. And then he's like, who's this guy, have you been

  251. in a situation where you felt that you're looked down upon by everyone? God

  252. sees you. God sees you. Have you been in a situation where or

  253. everybody else is chosen, but I'm not chosen. This white promotion comes from

  254. the Lord, because God sees you the remains yet the youngest. And there

  255. he is keeping the ship. And Samuel say to Jesse, send and bring

  256. him, or we will not sit down till he comes. Wow, gonna

  257. go get this guy. Er. I'm here all the way, and God

  258. speaking her, you bring and of course, manma men see on our I'm

  259. sure he want all the more handsome, more more muscular, maybe adds fastula

  260. or lah, you know, more, all these things, right, And

  261. he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with bright eyes

  262. and good looking. Okay, i'll steel handsome. Okay, that's good.

  263. And the Lord said, arise, anoint him for these ones. Immediately the

  264. moment it came up. You know, I'm sure all the brothers are like,

  265. huh, wow, okay. Then Samuel took the horn of oil and

  266. anointed him in the midst of his brothers, and the spirit of the Lord

  267. came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel arose and went to rama.

  268. You know, when God has a plan for you in your life,

  269. you've gotta remember this. When God has a plan for you in your life,

  270. he won't miss you. A lot of times we feel that we've missed

  271. our boat. The boat has sailed. Other people. Stop looking at the

  272. people today. Stop looking at people. Stop looking at these person, stop

  273. looking at that person, stop looking look at God. Stop looking at all

  274. these things. That's not God's plan for you, right, That's not God's

  275. planned for you. So stop looking. Look at God, and he will

  276. review He's plan for you. And even if you think the ship has sailed,

  277. oh he's gone ready. Oh the girl that I like gone ready?

  278. God, say another one, though, maybe that's not the one that you

  279. should go for. I still see a lot of singer guys there, so

  280. good example. Right, maybe it's a job. Oh this job. I

  281. pray so long and then and then ah, this other person that I don't

  282. think it's a weak good it You gotta remember just because it's good, it's

  283. not God. Just because it's good. It's not because men sees the outside.

  284. God see the inside, and most of the time the inside is the

  285. one that will mess you am not the outside outside everything looked good one,

  286. but the insight will really mess you up. So got to see how God

  287. sees. Amen, he won't miss you. But but it's about we need

  288. to be ready. So what's so special about David. Let's study a little

  289. bit. We will turn to um Samuel chapters I think semi chapter the tea

  290. Yes, okay, Uh, I no, no, okay, Let's go

  291. to seven chapter seventeen. Okay, so studied a little bit about David.

  292. Okay, we're learning a little bit about David. Right, he says,

  293. yes seventeen verse day four. But David said, okay, so I knew

  294. you said the stage. Um, so what happened okay, right after Samuel's

  295. David was annointed? Then they had this big, big war okay, because

  296. the Philistines want to come and invade Israel, right uh and um, And

  297. you know there's probably a reason why they want to do that. I don't

  298. think they do it for fun. I cannot confirm this necessarily, but I

  299. know that if you even now until today, I've seen some documentaries. Um,

  300. the lort still blesses people until today. So if you go to if

  301. I'm not miss second Israel. Where it is right now, you will see

  302. a very big disparity between even agriculture, very very obvious one. So I'm

  303. sure right where the Israel is really a lending honey, not because right and

  304. the resources are probably awesome on wine because God is there. And I've heard

  305. again and again even in Sabas, I've heard this again. I cannot confirm

  306. it, but I've heard that you know this place called Barrio Burrio revival,

  307. a lot of Christians came out, and you know, I really do believe

  308. God's still going to do something in in East Malaysia, only in Burial and

  309. different different places that God revival. Their croma is two three four four one.

  310. You eat rise from there and there's their business. No, it's economic

  311. right. Uh, wherever godsa, where the God places people are, you

  312. will become a land. So it's not about a place. People things about

  313. it. I say outward, we look at the outward. If we look

  314. at the funci, God just say you need you, just need me.

  315. So it is your company or the place you're at a desert? Does he

  316. have a place got no water even in the desert. No, God made

  317. it come out water even in the desert. No, we got no animal.

  318. Sunny got pigeons because the people complain. So it's not about the place,

  319. nor actually we think about it. It's about God. It's about having

  320. him there, not about oh, I must go to a land where it's

  321. better, even be better. Now we always have this so what so so

  322. again Philistine's coming to invade. This big guy called the Goliath was there.

  323. And to make it easy, which quite smart. Let's not go fighting.

  324. We just do one challenge. We just do, you know, like some

  325. epic battle where you send one person and then whoever loses lose everything. Right,

  326. And of course the is like, oh no, this guy is like

  327. tall, and the place signs are of course like hey taunting them now.

  328. And then this boy I just came to give grabbed food to the brother's stone

  329. because the father was wondering, hey, what happened to him? And then

  330. he came and then he saw this and he got angry. Okay, And

  331. this is what David say. Your servant used to keep his father's ship.

  332. And when a lion or bear came and took a lamb out of the flock,

  333. I went out after it and struck it and delivered the lamb from his

  334. mouth, and when it rose against me, I caught it by his spirit

  335. and struck and killed it. Your servant has killed both lion and bear,

  336. and this uncircumcised really Stein, I guess that's a very bad thing to say

  337. to someone. Will be like one of them, seeing he has defiled the

  338. armies of the living God. Moreover, David saying, the Lord who delivered

  339. me from the part of the lion and from the part of the bear,

  340. he will deliver me from the hand of this really steam. That's what he

  341. said. And if you know David, even you know the book of Psalms,

  342. there's about hundred and fifty sums inside. No, David wrote about half

  343. of them. He wrote about half of them. What was he doing the

  344. fields all the time? David was a man of worship. He didn't go

  345. there pumping iron, you know, exercise every day. I don't know that.

  346. Maybe maybe maybe he was lifting sheep. Maybe I don't know. He

  347. must have some form of like strength, right, I don't know. We

  348. will then I know, because the Baber didn't say he went and do CrossFit

  349. with the chiep. But all we know was he was a man after God's

  350. own heart. He worshiped the Lord. He knew God. He was so

  351. brave because he was anointed with the spirit or what does that mean? Anointed

  352. with the spirit of the Lord, and he can go and say, God,

  353. if he can deliver me from lion. That see, it must be

  354. impossible for God for him to fight the lion. The man must be because

  355. he's a young boy. He must be impossible. You know why he's so

  356. confident. It is misplaced confidence, you know, don't you think so if

  357. you look at someone and say are you sure or not? You know can

  358. and and that's probably what everyone said, because they were all laughing at him.

  359. The brothers were laughing at him. The people are laughing at him,

  360. and then saw that I think, I don't know. I don't know what

  361. was strong it's all to send this boy out. Maybe he maybe he thought

  362. can or he thought cannot. I don't know. But we really know that

  363. Saul was not all there. If you read the scriptures, people, you

  364. know that he wasn't all there ready. So he actually allowed David to go

  365. out and fight this giant, and everybody look at him and laugh. He

  366. didn't even bring armor, so everyone thought he was not prepared, But I

  367. said, I knew what I knew, and he was very confident. Why

  368. was he confident because God was using either an impossible situation. Okay, I'm

  369. not advising anyone of us to do that unless God really asks you to do

  370. it that you better do it that. But it's so crazy, right this

  371. God, sir, that works differently, that does different things, that changes

  372. things, And all we needed to do is trust in him. All we

  373. need to do is follow him. All we need to do is people after

  374. his own heart? You do understand what people have with his own heart?

  375. Meaning, Um, I don't know what I can use this example here,

  376. you know, maybe I use it on myself. You know how I know

  377. someone is after my heart? Yeah? I mean it's a good example.

  378. So how is someone after my heart? If the person constantly wants to please

  379. me, constantly wants to make sure that I'm happy, constantly want to know

  380. what is my desire? That person after my heart? So that's what it

  381. means. Are we those people to God? Do we want to constantly please

  382. God? Do we want to constantly get his favor? You know? Do

  383. we want to constantly obey him? Do we want to constantly do this if

  384. we want to, we will become people after his own heart. That is

  385. how we become people after his own heart. And God is still searching for

  386. people after his own heart. Better, let me go to that. The

  387. Lord has sought for himself a man after his own heart, and the Lord

  388. has commanded him to be a commander over his people. In X chapter thirteen,

  389. verse twenty two, it says Paul, if he said, and when

  390. he had removed him talking about soul, God raised up for them David as

  391. king, to whom also he gave that ceremony and said God, he's the

  392. one that tesse final and said, I have found David, the son of

  393. Jesse, a man after my own heart and all, and who will do

  394. all my will. Yes, David made mistakes, but you cannot say,

  395. David, they didn't do God's will. You cannot say that. But he

  396. has made a lot of mistakes. And even after he made mistake, he

  397. owned up and he repented. Do you know that sault after he made mistake,

  398. he never he didn't repent both of you. He's like instead out he's

  399. all excuses. Like there was once where Samuel said, you know, I

  400. will come and offer sacrifices to the lot to find out whether or not you

  401. know, you should fight release phali science, whether you will be in or

  402. not. I mean, that's how they do it, lad okay. And

  403. he was so Knjunga. He did himself because you know the statsman anyway,

  404. Semon's like, what do you do? You shouldn't be doing this. It's

  405. not your job, right and what it's all say? But you were late?

  406. You know, have you been there before? But God, this thing

  407. happened, that thing happened. My bank account was going to less. Really

  408. I needed to do something, you know, but this wasn't if he did?

  409. Isn't it all excuses? The instruction was given ready, but then the

  410. excuses will come. Oh bye. But but but can we be bop after

  411. his heart? And do you know that God was so enamored with David that

  412. from his seat, from his lineage, according to the promise, God raised

  413. up for Israel a savior Jesus. That's a big deal. That's a very

  414. big deep. We chase after success, We chase after what we think is

  415. success. When God has a bigger purpose us and only true him, we

  416. can achieve that purpose. Only true Kim, nothing else true. Nothing else

  417. we can achieve any purpose. But all we need to do is be people

  418. that will follow him, chase after him. Amen. Trying to see how

  419. much time I have? So do you feel like you've been forgotten? Do

  420. you feel like, oh, you know I've lost everything? You guys feel

  421. like you have to keep up with the joneses? Um, maybe I share

  422. a quick testimony so you know you saw the video just now, right?

  423. Can I be honest with you? I never set out in my life to

  424. start the organization that helps special its kids to do this blue room. I've

  425. never don't know, I've never There was never in my dream. He was

  426. never any of this, right Um, I mean I don't know who who

  427. I mean. I'm sure some of you might have those desires like, oh,

  428. one day I will start a nonprofit organization and I'll help people in need.

  429. Guys, Gonna be honest, I've never dreamed about doing any of that,

  430. right. Hum. But I know since young how to follow after what

  431. God wants, or I have learned even now when I'm older. That's the

  432. constant motivation. God, where are you leaving? God? What are you

  433. showing me? God? What is the thing that you want me? To

  434. do that is the constant motivation because I want to be a person after God's

  435. I want to do that. It's not easy. Can I tell you it's

  436. not easy. Sometimes other things are easier. But I can say is that

  437. when you live your life that way, I wouldn't say that I've done it

  438. a thing, But when you live your life that way, the Lord will

  439. reveal and he will lead you to a bigger person yourself. Let me share

  440. a little bit about the autism conference that we just had. We just did

  441. it, like okay, we did it because it's like, okay, let's

  442. help some people and all um, guys. The mount of testimonies that got

  443. back was mind blowing. There was two two months, well one or two

  444. two ladies okay from the majority faith. They actually found out about us randomly

  445. and they came. They were so blessed they actually went to pass it and

  446. thanks so much for organizing this, you know, and we changed cheap like

  447. forty five bucks, right, and they actually told us, say before these

  448. conference that we actually went to another one and we picked three thousand ring or

  449. he's not cheap. I know. That's why. I I mean, if

  450. you've been in this space, you know that going through these things are not

  451. you you know, and it's legita because they have doctors and or not.

  452. Now say they were not legit, but we want to bless people, okay

  453. um. And and they were so blessed, and they actually said, your

  454. conference right is worth more than what I did because they're so encouraged. And

  455. one of them was a mom who has a child who's eighteen years old and

  456. she's a nurse. That's why she was like worried about her child. But

  457. after she came for the conference, she she got inspired. She learned that

  458. it's possible. You know, it's not easy. I mean being someone who's

  459. been through it. Wh me and my wife Chad, and they were more,

  460. but we edited it out because too long. Um. When you are

  461. a parent and you received news that your child has uh you know, learning

  462. disabilities, and it's not an easy news to get one right, he's almost

  463. the same. I won't give examples, but it's basically not easier. He's

  464. venue's okay um. And you always start off a few review rous you're either

  465. be in denial all right and you just read that, or you're trying and

  466. want to fix things. I want to fix it. I want to fix

  467. it. You know you're in that mood? Why you fix it so you

  468. can be better, so that you can later on you know, the koun

  469. thing um and and the and and and it's not an easy journey when I've

  470. been true. And I really feel for parents out there who's going true because

  471. being true there you really feel like you don't know hope, money, You

  472. really feel like all this love you don't know hope because it's not something you

  473. can fix. It's not like you can send him to doctor and they eat

  474. some medicine and they'll be final. It doesn't work that way, guys.

  475. It's a lifelong thing. It is a progressive thing. Ah. And and

  476. I remember asking God, God, why give me this? When I started

  477. out, you know, or when we were starting out, it was tough.

  478. It was a good two yes, where we were in like I would

  479. say in deniala you know, exact and all these things right ah And I'm

  480. like why why why you know you know, and you know all this not

  481. so good things that are give me to someone richila because when you are in

  482. this way, very expensive, the therapy and all. So I never understood

  483. why can I tell you that I'm slowly understanding why now, why God has

  484. blessed me with a son who's in the spectrum because Ah and I constantly happy

  485. bodies. Autism has made me a better father, it is. It has

  486. taught me lessons that I will never learn if I didn't face it. I

  487. become a better person because of you, and God has been so fathful to

  488. show me that the impossible can become possible in my family. Too much to

  489. share. That's why I say, when when you, when you live your

  490. life, Ah, following after God, you own me, someone you want

  491. me, someone you want to miss out. God will lead you to the

  492. purpose that He has for you and you won't feel like you're missing out.

  493. I can tell you it is so fulfilling. It is so fulfeeling to be

  494. a parent and to help other parents and the plants that we have and really

  495. God, you know leading our church. You know I've heard a few times

  496. a day a thank you are your church doing the A I've never heard of

  497. any church, especially in history. I'm like, okay, I didn't set

  498. out to do. You know, guys, there was a God thing.

  499. Very honestly, it was a good thing. You ask anybody, Nobody want

  500. to do it one I don't want to do. You know, maybe some

  501. people will. I don't know. Okay, but it is a God thing.

  502. Why because there are many more people out there who needs to experience It's

  503. the same piston. It is just an answer for people who needs to know

  504. that God can for everybody. Because God is here for everybody. He loves

  505. everybody, He cares for everybody, and he wants everyone to experience not just

  506. his love, but he wants everyone to experience the abundant life that He has

  507. for you. So, friends, this morning, even as I come to

  508. a close, just a few encouragements for us, let's be people afterward.

  509. Don't despise humble beginnings, Don't despise where you act. Don't compare the ten

  510. commonments, talk about it, don't compare, don't killed on. Yeah,

  511. he's just saying, don't compare. Yes, it comes up sometimes, and

  512. you know, being a young person in this day and age, it's very

  513. hard. I know, I remember when I was growing uma cannot compare or

  514. no internet. The best you can compare with your friend, but very very

  515. hard because you don't have information. But now all you need to do is

  516. open search Google and you can start comparing it. Don't go there, guys.

  517. Everybody is unique, everybody special. Everybody has your own journey with a

  518. lot. Amen and know that even if you are tending the sheep, you're

  519. not invited for the party. Maybe you've been forgotten, maybe it so happened

  520. forgotten now. Of course, you're not the most talented person. You're not

  521. the most I don't know blank person. God will still remember you, He

  522. will not forget you. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For

  523. more information on our church, please visit as Church the RG. We are
