  1. You're listening to a message to go from a church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. I put up a slide. I think it's

  3. a bit strange. Uh. It's it's not that they are blow for a

  4. team for those of you who does the air blow, but yeah, it

  5. is to do it Daniel seven. Uh. And these are some of the

  6. main characters that are in this particular passage that we're going to be covering.

  7. Okay and very cool then okay, cool now before I begin, how many

  8. of us, to be very honest, can sometimes feel that, you know,

  9. things are beyond our control. Uh. And sometimes it's like, you

  10. know what, what's happening? You know, I can't I can't control this.

  11. Uh. And and it's not something that is very foreign to a lot

  12. of people. It can be in your workplaces. It can even be you

  13. know, in a in a in a tough fun store, you know,

  14. where things do not go the way things are supposed to go. How come

  15. that day, my soitan is not the kind I think you know? Yeah,

  16. so so you get I'm trying to say, right, Sometimes it's really

  17. hard to understand why things are not in order for those OCD people like myself.

  18. You know, you know what I'm trying to say, Right, Sometimes

  19. things are not it is beyond your control. And sometimes people how they react,

  20. they can be a bit discouraged because things are not in order, all

  21. right. And what I'm trying to say here is because the whole book of

  22. data that we've gone through, from chapter one all the way to the end

  23. is mainly in this team. Things may appear to be out of control,

  24. but at the same time, God is still in control. Okay, So

  25. you haven't caught that from the last how many times we've met, is still

  26. the same theme that Heaven rules and God is still in control. Okay.

  27. And this, this is fairly important because you have this is basically the foundation,

  28. the anchor, the premise of how we are to do life in general.

  29. As some earlier right, all my life, you've been faithful, right

  30. all, not once, not twice, every single time, from birth all

  31. the way till today, your life, he has been faithful. And you

  32. just have to remember that, okay, because you cannot just otherwise you just

  33. it's just a Christian Sunday, Karkay, can I think right? You really

  34. need to believe in what you're sing? Okay, now, um, as

  35. we realize true the Book of Daniel, there's always rise and fall of kingdoms.

  36. Right, we covered that in the first few parts. Let's let's just

  37. move to Daniel seven because I've got quite a lot to cover, not as

  38. much as the previous chapters, but then a seventh, so quite quite a

  39. lot, okay, but they give you a context. We're halfway through midway,

  40. so if you can break down the Book of Daniel, the whole book,

  41. all twelve chapters, into two parts, Part A, part B,

  42. we are in part B. Okay of the what's this two parts of not

  43. a trilogy as I think called I don't know, you know what I mean?

  44. Second half second half Part B right, part bum And just to give

  45. you a bit of bearings for those of you who do not know this,

  46. the famous stories that we normally cover. One of the famous stories chapter one.

  47. You know, Daniel and his friends made a ball move to to not

  48. eat certain food because that's what their convictions are, right, and then they

  49. are spared. King Nap was also very pleased, and then you know his

  50. heart was changed and then he's like, yeah, everything is all for them

  51. and their their their life and well and there was Daniel when he was twelve.

  52. Oh, my son is Chraeld today, so like, yeah, cool.

  53. Anyway, that is the that is the thing. And then of course

  54. in a chapter three there was the three armigos who was in the fiery furnace.

  55. Uh. And then one fourth armygo came about and then they survived the

  56. fiery furnace uh. And that was the end a miracle that even the guards

  57. that were pushing them in God burned and they were totally unscathed. Okay.

  58. So that is the other famous story. And of course the last time we

  59. met we talked about the very famous story even Christians who non Christians would know

  60. this story, which is Daniel ender Lions Okay, Dan a Lions then,

  61. and of course he's still alive today, I mean still alive in this story

  62. today, right, and therefore it's a happy ending, right. And then

  63. of course we talked to a few other things as well, about some of

  64. the evidences that haven't actually rules, not just in the miracle of him surviving,

  65. but really how God has moved and even changed a hardened heart of a

  66. king, and the king turned around and even had changed the laws of the

  67. land to say that hey, Daniel's God is the god to the next tent

  68. paraphrasing here, because of what what he's seen in him. Okay. So

  69. that's the first six chapters more or less. Okay. So the chapters are

  70. more like historical narratives. It's a bit like history books. Those who did

  71. Sajara, you know what I'm talking about. It's all history documentation. Okay.

  72. Now the second half, part b as I call it seven to twelve,

  73. it's a little bit different. It's more prophetic in nature. It's a

  74. bit like the Book of Revelations, and most people, honestly speaking, who

  75. who reads beyond chapter six, Most people don't touch it too much because it

  76. is a bit more abstract. It's a bit more like revelation, just like

  77. how I know some people do it, but most people may not go in

  78. depth on Book of Revelation. This is the second half is a bit like

  79. that. Okay. So you see some similarities between Daniel, chapter seven and

  80. beyond. So I'm trying to say is that people tend to avoid this part

  81. of the story la because it's it's not in Bible's Bible as not Bible,

  82. it's not in Sunday school, right because it's a bit too complex to describe.

  83. You see the characters that we saw this now, right, people like,

  84. what on earth is this? What do they represent? Okay? And

  85. of course there's a lot interpretations and some of the things that we believe hasn't

  86. actually happened yet, so it's a very prophetic or talks about the future,

  87. right, the future? Okay? Everykay, so far, just give you

  88. a bit of a context. So I divided in two parts. So part

  89. A checkers one. The six is when the King downloads from God the dreams,

  90. et cetera, and then Daniel interprets the dreams right of course, with

  91. the God's wisdom, et cetera. Seven to twelve is the other way around.

  92. The tables have turned. God actually spoke to Daniel about certain things true

  93. visions, okay, and then he did interpret it. The interpreter has not

  94. not doing his job anymore. In fact, you'll read there's an angel or

  95. sometimes even others that come alongside him to help interpret it. And we're talking

  96. about someone who's been doing interpretation from the age of twelve all the way to

  97. about eighty plus. Okay, So kind of kind of funny, right if

  98. you're if you are a chef. You've been cooking all this while, you're

  99. good at it, but somehow when the time comes, you can't do what

  100. you normally do. So there's the like I said, the background of context.

  101. And I hope you can understand some of these understanding understanding, Okay now,

  102. But of course, at the end of it, in a nutshell,

  103. for those of you who like the the ending at the very start of your

  104. first five minutes of your YouTube video, the story is God is still in

  105. control. Okay. God can be trusted to all periods, in all times,

  106. and all through all trials. Um. So of course we're moving into

  107. the second half of Daniel right now. Um. And I mentioned earlier talking

  108. about Daniel having vision. Now, this vision is very unique. This is

  109. what Daniel saw. Okay, I'll read you the vers But like I said,

  110. this looks like a video game or a horror movie kind of a thing

  111. because they are not your exactly your regular Zoona Garat animals or Samuel Lagoon.

  112. Uh. You know, it's not white tie years. You know, it's

  113. it's it's quite amazing. Uh and and and and he was dumb struck when

  114. he saw it, literally all right, he was like what on earth is

  115. this? And then, of course, as I mentioned, Angel into prison,

  116. because um, it is quite how to understand. Even if you receive

  117. something like that, right you, most of us would just brush it off

  118. as I played too much video games the night before. I'm seeing things,

  119. you know, the kind of a thing. But he took it a bit

  120. more seriously, right, and we're talking to talk about this now, let's

  121. just jump straight in. Um. But um, before I go any deeper.

  122. Right, As I mentioned earlier, the main theme here is that God

  123. is still in control. That I love that song. You know, He's

  124. got the whole world. Yeah, in his sense. That's that's why it

  125. is all about. Because he's God, still cares. God is still a

  126. relation to God. The God back then in the Book of Daniel is still

  127. the same God today, even though sometimes we may feel that we're going through

  128. different trials, different tribulations. You know, God, where are you?

  129. And then those movies where the pans out like you know, why God,

  130. why did this happen? To mean those kind of scenes? Right? God

  131. is still there, all right, That's what I'm trying to say. But

  132. we're gonna see here as well that God will also judge the wicked. Like

  133. I said, if you fast forward to the end Daniel chapter seven, he's

  134. going to jug the wicked because his purpose would still be fulfilled. And sometimes

  135. as we're going through the different tribulations and different trials, we do not understand

  136. why we're going through it. And that's why I started the title. And

  137. you guys know I'm very bad titles. What I remember, discourage finding peace

  138. in chaos is such a conflicting word, you know, peace in chaos.

  139. But this is exactly what's happened in this book here, Okay, Okay,

  140. so far all right, So we come to Daniels seven today, a really

  141. important chapter and it's a framework of all this biblical prophecy that we just talked

  142. about. Many connections that get sit between Danios chapter seven. If I'm talking

  143. very fast, because I got a lot to cover the chapter seven and then

  144. Book of Revelations, and it's not similarities here as well. Images of beasts,

  145. Okay, Revelations is quite a fabit. And it also talks about the

  146. arrival of a son, a man, son of men to be more specific,

  147. okay, And this is evident in both accounts, and if you can

  148. look through it, a lot of scholars believe that there are some similarities here.

  149. Okay, but ben in mind, when Daniel was going through this,

  150. right, he didn't have the New Testament with him then, so he's like,

  151. what on earth is this? Okay? He didn't have Revelations with him

  152. to read as well, so he's like, what on earth is this?

  153. Okay? So this is where we're at. Now, let's read because this

  154. is a church, so we let's read from scripture. So let's start from

  155. Daniel. Chapter seven, Versus one to three are okay, taking from the

  156. New King James version. Okay, Daniel's dream of the four beasts, Okay,

  157. in the first year of Belshazzar, King of Babylon. This is the

  158. one that we read in the early few chapters. Right, Daniel had a

  159. dream and the visions passed through his mind, and he was lying in bed.

  160. He wrote down the substance of his dream. It means after waking up

  161. straight right down. You know, this is actually important now because sometimes when

  162. you dream, after a few minutes where you forget, the dream can related

  163. that, right, and I gotta tell my wife this. But after that

  164. I wake up, the dreamer thinks, you know, I think and this

  165. is what he needs. He's so awoken by the thing he needs to write

  166. it down, he wrote on the substance of his dream. But of course,

  167. he then said, in my vision at night, I looked there before

  168. me four winds of heaven churning up the sea. It must be a very

  169. strong wind or to churn the sea. It was churning, right, spinning,

  170. spinning, spinning until the whole sea moves. It's not just one small

  171. kind of thing for the sea to have this kind of churning effect, right,

  172. it must have been very, very turbulent or very violent. Okay,

  173. four grade these each different from each other, came out from the sea.

  174. Okay, so you've got a very turbulent sea. And then these three sorry,

  175. these four beasts rather came out and was just all in that in that

  176. first image that we saw earlier. Now to take a pause here a while.

  177. You'll be wondering, you know, when is this happening? Just to

  178. explain, right, I put up this next light about the chronology a little

  179. bit, okay, because we've gone through the chapter one to six small less.

  180. This one is actually sort of a flashback the timing of this right,

  181. because it mentioned King Shazza okay, and King Belshazzar was the second king in

  182. the first six books in order of course they have some some will believe that's

  183. actually more in between, but the main three characters in the first six for

  184. six chapters, this is the second king that's mentioned. Okay, So it

  185. is not King Darius. We start we left chapter six last time we King

  186. Darius. Okay, it's not that. So it's actually going back in time.

  187. Now. Someone we might argue, how come the author going right like

  188. this? You know, how can we go back in time? Hey?

  189. But movies? So we do that, right, Star Wars, uh whatever

  190. what they call it, prequel, trilogy, origin story, whatever it is,

  191. Okay, So to give him an idea, this sits chapter seven,

  192. and it sits roughly between chapter four and chapter five, where chapter five you've

  193. got King Darius, the last the last king that we had the last time

  194. we met before the Daniel, sorry, the Daniel in the Lions then story,

  195. and then we got King Belshazza, who died a terrible death as you

  196. remember. And this is between seven and eight. Okay, every okay,

  197. because a flashback, it's a flashback. It's like a Marvel series Okay,

  198. Now, um, where was I lost my train of thought? Marvel?

  199. Okay, So, so we have this great win, like I said,

  200. turning of the sea, termoil and all that. But the whole purpose about

  201. using this term turmoil right is to illustrate that there's a lot of chaos,

  202. a law who harder, a lot of things that are not meant to be,

  203. and things are almost like spiring out of control. How we gain control

  204. to see? I think only Jesus so far has done it, done it

  205. right, right, it's out of control. So I think this is also

  206. an illustration to say that things are whatever context it may be in so far.

  207. Okay, So we're not going to go too deep into this in terms

  208. of the things that we are going to be covering, but more like again

  209. trying to take a take us two steps back to see what it is in

  210. the context of heaven perspective. Now you know how this take a few steps

  211. back, You're gonna do that Heaven's perpective. It must further behind beyond heaven

  212. to see what's happening, because if you're actually looking in this perspective, you

  213. can see what you can see, and then you'd be like, oh God,

  214. you know why why am I going to produce things and all that.

  215. So I'm just saying saying, looking back, okay, to see what Heaven

  216. is happening here. Heaven rules, right, And this vision is God giving

  217. Daniel that that panoramic vision, that big picture vision of what it is to

  218. come. And I explain the bit he gives God that is, gives Daniel

  219. a vision of the kingdoms, the past, the present, and the future.

  220. Because some of the things that we're going to be sharing today is not

  221. happened yet until today, okay. So it's a very long term kind of

  222. prophecy. And the only time that the future will come is that when Jesus

  223. returns. Just in the nutshell, okay, So that this is where it

  224. is. So it's a bit like revelations, just like how even John,

  225. the vision that John was given at Patmos, the kind of a thing,

  226. a very big picture of you. Okay. Now let's go straight into the

  227. four animals or the four beasts rather first one, okay, first one,

  228. it comes from verse four, okay, but these four very quickly. This

  229. four beasts, right, has got some parallels to some of the four empires

  230. that were talked about before. Okay, Now the reason why I say this

  231. is because I have another slide. Okay, a little bit small. But

  232. then why the Daniel two. Remember that that statue there was may different parts

  233. different sorry, different parts, different materials head of goal, and then as

  234. you go down the materials become cheaper and cheaper. This is a parallel representation

  235. of the first four beasts that we see. Okay, and I explain in

  236. a little while. Now if you move forward to seventeen, skipping ahead,

  237. they will actually be very clear that this is the whole relation. Okay,

  238. it is really about the kingdoms, because as the statue itself talks about kingdoms.

  239. Here again we're talking about kingdoms. Some kingdoms that I said is yet

  240. to come. Okay, am I losing anybody here? Okay? Right,

  241. so far, I know it's a bit deep, like I said those revelations

  242. stuff. Right, it is actually very deep. Went but again, we

  243. don't have time to go through everything. But let's just go through skim the

  244. surface. Okay. Now let's look to number four. This is going to

  245. be talking about the lion with the eagle's wings. Quite nice, right,

  246. actually, I mean the picture a lion is one of those majestic animals.

  247. Eagles also quite majestic. Doesn't look so be steeler looking? Okay, uh,

  248. best word anyway, worse Four the first of the of the four beasts,

  249. okay, was like a lion, like a lion, or not lion

  250. like a lion. It had wings of an eagle. I watched until its

  251. wings were torn off and it was lifted from the ground, so that so

  252. that it okay. So, by the way, if you notice the words

  253. that were chosen here, right, Daniel was what it was. The word

  254. he used. Daniel was watching, not bird watching, lion watching her,

  255. or anymore watching watching. And this is also something that we need to understand

  256. sometimes, right, if you take our eyes off certain things, right,

  257. you wouldn't see it the way he's supposed to see it. He kept watching,

  258. and you will see this repetitive nature as we go through the different parts

  259. of his vision. He kept looking, he kept watching. So again,

  260. just in the nutshell, God's trying to remind everybody here to not stop looking,

  261. not stop not take our eyes off of him, and do not just

  262. focus just on the world, but really focus on what God is telling us.

  263. Okay, hopefully you caught that now, Just like in the interpretation I

  264. mentioned. The first one represents the babel on the empire that the photographed I

  265. show you earlier. Kay, it is parallel with the head of gold.

  266. I remember that part the head of gold represents King napped, the first king

  267. and his fall, right, so that this, this particular lion, is

  268. the same era. Okay. So, and of course you know the story.

  269. We see the king. He was humbled at the end. He lost

  270. his mind a little bit, but he was restored eventually because he humbled himself.

  271. I can go back and read Daniel chapter four, I think, but

  272. this is the first beast everywhere, Okay, Okay, Daniel. The next

  273. one, chapter five, This one is the bear, okay, the bear

  274. that sorry, the bear with three ribs. Okay, that's why I titled

  275. this. And there before me was the second beast, which looked like a

  276. bear, you know, I always looked like that. But I don't know

  277. whether it is that. It was raised up on one of his sides,

  278. and he had three ribs in the mouth between its teeth. It was tall.

  279. Get up and eat your field of flesh, okay. And a lot

  280. of scholars believe that this is a representation of the Middle Persian empire. Okay,

  281. the one that is the second part of the statue as well. Okay,

  282. this is if you watch three hundred, is that the correct movie talks

  283. about Persia, the army, the very strong bunch. The kingdom was actually

  284. very strong. And this is so to represent how strong of a kingdom we're

  285. talking about earthly kingdom. Now, that is okay, So the Medo Persian

  286. Empire. Now let's keep ahead. The lappet with four wings of a bird.

  287. This is the white title what I have here. After that, I

  288. looked chapter six. After that, I looked, and there before me was

  289. another beast, one that looked like a lappard, and on its back it

  290. had four wings like like those of a bird. You've got a picture over

  291. there right, quite interesting looking on and this one had four hits. Interesting

  292. who who who? Who decides where to go? It was given authority to

  293. rule, okay, So that's the key thing I wanted to highlight there.

  294. It was given the authority to rule. Okay, let you on to death

  295. for now. Oposly highlighted that, okay, and then I'll come back to

  296. debt. Okay. Uh. And this beast was fierce la bro. Four

  297. hits. You know two fillers or sometimes cannot come to agreement with four.

  298. You know, it probably is fierce is fast because lepetma, right, cheetah,

  299. but close enough la quite fast. And this represents the Greek Empire,

  300. Greece, okay itself. And of course we know all the famous empire.

  301. The people there know Alexander the Great, et cetera. The empire that we're

  302. talking about, a lot of expansion during that time. Okay, right,

  303. next one, the Beast of the horns, okay, this from seven after

  304. that in my vision at night, I looked, and there before me was

  305. the fourth beast, terrifying and frightening and very powerful. This is the ugliest

  306. looking one up, by the way. It had large iron teeth. It

  307. crushed and devoured victims, trampled underfoot whatever was left. It was different from

  308. all the former beests. It had ten horns. Okay, quite, I

  309. don't say the word anyway. While I was thinking about the horns, uh,

  310. there before me was another horn, a little one, okay, And

  311. this is the horn is very significant, explained a little while which came among

  312. them. Now, little doesn't mean small, insights, you know, doesn't

  313. mean weak. Okay, by the way, just in case it doesn't mean

  314. inct. In fact, we will know later it's actually very significant. Now,

  315. let's carry on. Three of his first horns were uprooted before this horn

  316. had eyes like eyes of a human being in the mouth that spoke boastfully and

  317. some other transition. They used the word arrogantly, okay, very arrogant beests.

  318. Okay. Um, So the mysterious fourth beasts actually represents the Greek Empire,

  319. or rather after the Greek Empire, is the Roman Empire. Okay,

  320. and i've had this next light, please I have this representation there because there's

  321. also Daniel chapter eight, which has some other animals, which you'll find out

  322. as you come to that part, or we may may not discover it.

  323. Law, let's just see how. But here's a short summary. The kings

  324. are very powerful, The empires are very powerful. The kingdoms that are all

  325. talked about here is not your small compun kind of kingdom la. It's all

  326. very powerful, big kingdoms that you even find in regular history books, okay,

  327. not just in Bible, in your Sagara book if you studied Sagara,

  328. okay, and you can see the worst that that was read earlier. It

  329. was authority to rule Okay, what does it mean. It means they were

  330. given or endorsed to have dominion. Power was given to them to rule.

  331. Okay. So power is given by God is what I'm trying to say here.

  332. Okay, But we also see if you read forward, fast forward,

  333. you will see that power can also be easily taken away. But we must

  334. understand and acknowledge this verse. Power was first given, as the verses has

  335. said. Sometimes you do not realize this, even when we look at different

  336. levels of authority and in the earthly sense, we do not understand that actually

  337. power is given and power is placed. I mean they are placed in a

  338. position of power by God. How come they're so cruel? I mean we

  339. talk about that later, la, but this is exactly what it is.

  340. Okay. Power is given, you could also be taken away. And of

  341. course, if you read to Worse twelve, the dominion was removed their Lah,

  342. you can skip ahead, which you will come to anyway. But God

  343. can easily raise up, he can also easily bring down. I've given some

  344. short summary over there, so the verses you can look at it. Authority

  345. given by God, Authority also removed by God. So God was involved all

  346. throughout not just at one instance, but in all instance of this story,

  347. right from Daniel chapter one all the way direct to the end of chapter twelve.

  348. Okay, so when God raised, God can also take and easily take

  349. down, of course, kings and kingdoms they are. You can use the

  350. same word like interchange of bola because obviously the ruler has to rule the kingdom

  351. right, so earthly kingdoms. So what I'm trying to say here is that

  352. if you understand the position the authority, man's kingdom right is gonna be smaller

  353. than God's kingdom the perspective. Okay, that means the top dog, I

  354. mean, God is up there and he can easily say okay, step of

  355. finger, habbits, everything that you see, the most powerful empire in the

  356. world would just be taken away just like that, if God decides to take

  357. it away. Okay, everybody, so far, And what does it actually

  358. mean all the whole time that we talked about, right is basically Heaven rules

  359. in just two words, or Heaven ruling okay, in a very simplistic sense.

  360. As fast as they are, there are no match for God's kingdom.

  361. Okay, our God's power. And this is the vision that that has received.

  362. But of course, let's move away. All these visions were earthly visions

  363. because it happened on Earth. Let's move to Heaven's vision, which is what

  364. the next few verses talks about, and we transition from Earth to Heaven.

  365. A lot of people when they talk about heaven and they think it's two different

  366. spaces. Heaven is heaven, Earth is Earth. But actually, as Christians,

  367. we believe the Heaven and Earth sort of splice, or rather there's there's

  368. a bit of parallel perilism between the two. Okay, but that's no story

  369. for none day. But we're going to catch a glimpse of Heaven, okay.

  370. In Verse nine says as I kept as I looked, okay, And

  371. another important minder, don't stop looking. Always look look for what God is

  372. doing, because God has said it there first. Okay. If you ever

  373. doubt, remember he wants you to look also. But we gotta stop me,

  374. We gotta stop and look. Okay. As I looked, thrones were

  375. set in place, and the ancient days took his seat. Ancient days,

  376. he says, she another word for the bosser. His clothing was white as

  377. snow, and the hair of his head was white like wool. Okay,

  378. Now, very important parts of his throne was flaming with fire, and his

  379. wheels were a blaze. A river of fire was flowing coming out of coming

  380. up from before him. Sorry, thousands upon thousands attended, ten thousand times

  381. ten thousand stood before him. So basically a very big crowd and a very

  382. big gatheringler. It's not a small candu RelA. Let's put his way.

  383. A lot of people attended it. And and normally in the earthly sense,

  384. right when something this big happens, right, is quite someone of high you

  385. know, high status. Lah bile up yella, you know, I know

  386. I see him. I always think of cattiness anyway, you get the idea,

  387. all right, So um, of course these represents the angels similarly like

  388. in how we've seen in revelations. Okay, Um, and remember this the

  389. fire and the wheel, the fiery wheel. It's actually very similar to Easygo's

  390. vision. You know, if you if you look it up, you don't

  391. know why this is right down, go look it up Easygo's view. Okay,

  392. actually put it up there as a photos strange view bas on fire.

  393. Okay. And this is the same vision that Danil was receiving. Then then

  394. in other places of books as well. Like I said, it is sometimes

  395. not easy for him to see it because he didn't have the whole Bible in

  396. front himla, It was only journeying it through through a vision that God has

  397. given him, so his first sneak preview or what to come so far,

  398. okay, So a glimpse or a depiction of heaven is what Daniel was allowed

  399. to see, okay. And you can see here from the first few verses

  400. the kingdoms, the earthly kingdoms and the earthly kings. They were so powerful,

  401. they were so great, they were so vast, they were so they

  402. so expensive in the way they took territory there so, and of course they

  403. did terrible things as well. But in contrast God's kingdom it's actually quite different

  404. and also studying, also very powerful, but the different kind of demonstration.

  405. And of course, like I said earlier, the ancient of days, right,

  406. it's actually another name for it. It's actually the most high God okay

  407. uh. In case you don't know who that is, God Lack, the

  408. name that's frequently used in the Book of Daniel is to represent God is himself,

  409. and it's surrounded by fire wi fire? Is it a or zi barbecue?

  410. Kind of a day wi wi fire? And then it's fire after fire,

  411. no blazing fire reverse or a fire waters again burn. You know it's

  412. quite dangerous that it's got quite power power fuller, right, don't mess with

  413. him, Lah, This is the real deal man, It's not just your

  414. small time Yeah. But but okay, on a serious note, fire and

  415. anybody can remember what fire represents, at least in the in the biblical sense,

  416. what does it issue represents? Shout out sorry, cleanses, yeah,

  417. refinement consuming fire right he cleanses. Uh. Some some other verses who use

  418. the word purification purified by fire. If you go and look to general the

  419. first pizza, you know, our faith, more precious than goal, may

  420. be tested by fire to bring praise, glory and honor to God. What

  421. else? What else does s fire usually covers? In adultical sense? Anybody

  422. huh rougher white white, rougher meain? Sorry? Oh? In fuller?

  423. Okay um? Yeah. Usually it is also to to signify judgment and also

  424. to punishment. La. That's why even the earth leaking also knew how to

  425. throw the fuller in the fire, because it is in a lot of times,

  426. you know, like Sodom and Gomera. You know, Sodom and go

  427. the story the whole place was sent a fire, right, because that's how

  428. the ultimate punishment la when the whole city since you get burnt. Okay,

  429. So generally, of course it's more. But these two are the main ones

  430. that we're talking about. So fire actually signifies purity, purity, intense purity

  431. in fact. So what this picture? I think I've got a picture there,

  432. Oh yeah, I have it. Then maybe not the most accurate,

  433. but nothing can be corrupted, can come close to Godler Strang trying to say,

  434. because even as you draw close to him, right, you'll be purified

  435. in the process, because there's five riverse fire, you know, wheel of

  436. fire, thrown a fire. It's hot. La, He's a hot Godler

  437. huh. So nothing unholy, nothing, nothing, nothing can come true him.

  438. So only the good, good people or the eternal people can draw close

  439. to come close to him, is what that probably depicts. And of course

  440. he sits here the last versday talks about court. What is caught? How

  441. they understand about courts? Here? English lessoner raising for him, court is

  442. just caught, Ler judge that court is the supreme Court, Court of the

  443. highest of the highest. He is the supreme judge. Lies another way I'm

  444. putting it, this is the ultimate decision maker when it comes to judgment.

  445. Okay, and this is what it signifies. Now back to Earth has come

  446. back to Earth. So the scene when he moved to eleventh switches back to

  447. Earth. And some may argue that Earth is always a fallen world, which

  448. it is, but nothing wrong with that. Sometimes we see how come we

  449. just have to look up? Right? We look up to heaven all the

  450. time, which is good, but sometimes I also encourage put to look what's

  451. happening around you so that you can, like a better word, adopt the

  452. heavenly stuff and make it work. For those of you. In education,

  453. you know what I'm talking about. Right, when you try to teach somebody

  454. some skill sets, it's not just them taking it and then just blund blindly

  455. doing using it right. They need to be able to adapt it. Like

  456. math, for example. We need to we need to adapt it and make

  457. it work. But if you don't understand the actual problem itself, how can

  458. you take something even though it's heavenly to adapt it. Okay, So encouraging

  459. to look up but also look at what's happening around so they can adapt God's

  460. rule or God's kingdom in our worldly perspective as well. Okay, okay,

  461. now let's come back. I digress a little bit eleven. Then I continue

  462. to watch again. He's still watching, you all, none stops watching.

  463. Okay, It's like a Netflix series that is ongoing because of the boastful words

  464. the horn was speaking. This is of course talking about the fourth beast.

  465. I kept looking again, looking again, until the beast was slain. Okay,

  466. and this body destroyed, thrown into a blazing fire. Again, fire

  467. is being used again. And of course, in the next verse it says

  468. the other beast was stripped of its authority. I mean say, dominions removed.

  469. I'm talking. I think they're talking about the chapter the verse six,

  470. because dominion authority was given. Authority was removed in this particular verse. Okay,

  471. But one thing to also look at this, right, but we're allowed

  472. to live for a period of time. Quite interesting, right, remove authority,

  473. but allowed to live what gives her? Okay, but anyway, um,

  474. the arrogant beast was killed okay, the horner, because he's speaking arrogantly,

  475. he was killed straight away consumed by the fire. And like I said

  476. earlier, the fire is for purification. It signifies holiness and of course also

  477. judgment as you mentioned earlier, So he is a god of wrath or so,

  478. No, he's not just your fluffy, fluffy, teddy back kind of

  479. god. This is a god that would really bring judgment when to who people

  480. who resist, people who reject his rule, who gets out of line?

  481. And then what will happen to them? They will actually be suffering eternal condemnation.

  482. Okay, so that's the there's the outcome. So I put up the

  483. thing that fire of God talks about his holiness, his wrath and his judgment,

  484. and those that are in that second category there have to be careful.

  485. Okay everybody, so far we're halfway there. Halfway there, thank you Jesus.

  486. Okay. Another observation here is that God determines how long someone stay in

  487. power and also how long somebody lives. As we read earlier. Okay,

  488. so a bit of time extension is being given to the person to to live,

  489. or rather to that least to live, and only God can decide.

  490. Okay, now let's uh, let's go back to the vision in heaven where

  491. the ancient day is seated right now, regardless of white sticking in on earth.

  492. Um. As I mentioned earlier, the ultimate control is actually God.

  493. He's in control, not earthly kings. And that's why we say Heaven rules.

  494. Okay, now let's go to thirteen. Next slide thirteen thank you,

  495. uh Okay. In my vision at nite, I looked, or in other

  496. words, I continue to watch again. He's watching a one stop. Here's

  497. why so many sometimes Christians are also depressed and discourage because sometimes if you stop

  498. watching for what God has to tell you right then what comes in discouragement and

  499. creep in because you set your eyes on maybe like a better word, the

  500. problem and not you lose sight of God. La Okay, So just a

  501. reminder to keep watching him as well as you look at the things that's happening.

  502. Okay, where was I sorry? In my vision at night, I

  503. looked, and there before me one like a son of men because this one

  504. talks about Jesus law. Okay, even though Jesus didn't come yet, nobody

  505. knew like I said, this is he had no understanding of this at the

  506. time because he didn't have the New Testaments before him, we are quite privileged,

  507. let me know, okay. Coming with the clouds of heaven, he

  508. approached the ancient days against God La and was led into his presence Number fourteen.

  509. He was given authority, glory, and sovereign power. All nations at

  510. all people of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion,

  511. okay, and will not pass. And his kingdom is one that will never

  512. be destroyed. Or there's a kicker of a of a of an ending,

  513. you know of that particular verse. Let mean is Saiah my one is the

  514. greatest one, cannot cannot die literally okay. So unlike what's happening here on

  515. earth, all the kingdoms on earth are all temporary. It's not permanent.

  516. It will not be everlasting. And even if power is given or time is

  517. given, is up to him to remove it when he wants to remove it.

  518. And so ultimately the big boss is actually Jesus. He's given the ultimate

  519. dominion over heaven and also on earth. Okay, He reigned and will rule

  520. forever. Okay. I put up this particular photograph there I want to find

  521. out Argum by top, you might be very disrespectful for our current argum,

  522. even though it's both day tomorrow. So I thought, I think the one

  523. in the dollar note lah last time. Okay, but what I'm trying to

  524. signify his right power, authority can be taken back by earthly rulers. Don't

  525. report me. And by the way, yeah, because why dominion actually belongs

  526. to Jesus. Okay, and Jesus alone all along. Sometimes you just forget

  527. and sometimes you get upset by different things. I mean, in the last

  528. few years, you know la, you know, even a political scene.

  529. We get upset about certain things, right, but we forget that. Hey,

  530. still he's still the one that allows it. Okay. The kingdom and

  531. all the glory will be given to him by his father. That's what's written

  532. in the world. Okay, so far, okay, now let's go back.

  533. I think if we carry on, uh, let's see. Yeah,

  534. okay, so he's going to be an everlasting dominion. Now, if you

  535. cannot remember any that I shared today or even the last few times that we

  536. met, right, the only thing you used to know, right from the

  537. very start till now, right, you usually keep reminding this, Right,

  538. he's coming, His kingdom is coming. Kingdoms will come, Rulers will be

  539. their presidents of the United States, etc. Even prime ministers will come and

  540. go. But God is still the constant. It is true during Daniel's time,

  541. It is true today. It will be also tomorrow, and the next

  542. day and the day after and the one year here, ten years to here,

  543. et cetera. Okay, that's the take home message that you need to

  544. understand. Okay, because why kings can be brought down, Rulers can be

  545. brought down, kingdoms, big large empires, Persian empires can be taken down.

  546. Roman empires can be taken down just like that. Okay. So bottom

  547. line is just serve him, lay, serve him, do your best,

  548. reign, understand his authority, and then whatever it is, just keep watching,

  549. keep watching. Okay. Now let's jump straight into a little bit of

  550. not so nice Partler huh talks a bit about anti Christ. This is a

  551. small little horner they talked about. Okay, Um, but even though the

  552. anti Christ might might be there, and we'll talk about that in a little

  553. while, you still recognized who's in control, because ultimately he will come.

  554. Okay. Now, um, let's look at verse fifteen. I Daniel was

  555. troubled in spirit and the vision that has passed through my mind disturbed me.

  556. So Daniel was also troubled. For a man like Daniel to be troubled,

  557. right, I think it's quite troubled. I mean quite troubling, la,

  558. right, because he's a man who's seen a lot things and still his trouble.

  559. What is this burden that he is carrying. He's probably disturbed about what

  560. the future lies, not for himself only, but for the rest of the

  561. people as well. Okay, this is exactly what he's going through. Fifteen.

  562. I Daniel was troubled in spirit, and the vision that has passed through

  563. my mind disturbed me. Sixteen I approach one of those standing there, who's

  564. this the Angel the Extra call a friend okay, asked him the meaning of

  565. this because he couldn't understand this, okay, And of course the Angel actually

  566. explain. And like I said, now, Captain Hinsight, we got all

  567. these New Testament, we understand some of the things that he is going through

  568. as well. You have a greater understanding than Daniel than Daniel during his time

  569. because you're the New Testament. But for him, this is something that is

  570. unfolding. But my question, right is do we actually care so deeply about

  571. understanding God's plan or God's or even God's vision. And sometimes God reveals us

  572. something, whether it's strange or not. Do you have that kind of Uh,

  573. it doesn't grip you the same way he gripped Daniel that he's so burdened

  574. that he wanted to pursue that he wants to understand somethings. Just brush it

  575. aside, right because either it is too difficult for us due or maybe it's

  576. not for me. We don't quite understand it, but we don't also pursue

  577. it as well. Okay, So I put this thing up earlier in the

  578. in the slide, do we actually care deeply about understanding God's plan, his

  579. will, his rule as Daniel did food for thought, so much so that

  580. he wanted to know. But do we even consult the angels or God?

  581. Now we've got direct access to God? Do we actually ask? And what?

  582. What does this actually imply? He's probably what I'm trying to challenge everybody

  583. here. Okay, now that's uh, I'm gonna land soon. I've got

  584. another ten more verses. So he told me and gave me interpretation of these

  585. things, of course, explaining what's happened, the four grade beasts are four

  586. kings. As you mentioned earlier, what it represents. I think we know

  587. that already. But the Holy people of the Most High will receive the kingdom

  588. and will possess it forever, Yes, forever and ever. I thought this

  589. was actually something that we will say in during this not modern time by actually

  590. in the Bibles says like this, not forever and ever and ever and ever

  591. and ever. Okay, how many gets aimen to that forever and ever the

  592. servants of the Holy ones the Most High? Yo? What's soccer? Right?

  593. Guys? All right, let me watch the game yesterday. I don't

  594. know who you're rooting for, but but you know what this right? Sometimes

  595. in easy stock an energy. Here in soccer, you have distinct possession,

  596. right You always, oh, what's the percentage of possession? Fifty fifteen ninety

  597. or whatever? And you see the one that is dominating were the ones that

  598. have a higher percentage. This possession is eternity kind of possession, you know

  599. that. Miss. Even though the baton of the the ball that represents the

  600. kingdom or the ruler is getting passed arounder of the kingdoms are it may seem

  601. like a very long timer but in nothing compares to eternity, or they miss

  602. the possession is infinity versus I don't know. Yeah, oppositiffinity is small,

  603. it's minute, okay, So why because the Holy ones possess it forever and

  604. ever and ever and ever and ever. Okay. So one friend says that

  605. sometimes we may feel that we not win every battle. Things do not go

  606. according to plan. But even though small victories may not happen in our sphere,

  607. we must understand that God is on your side and he will deliver less.

  608. Continue reading on, And this is the part that sometimes also irks me

  609. live when I read it, but I think it read it anyway because it's

  610. part of the Bible. Nineteen Then I wanted to know the meaning of the

  611. fourth beasts, still very inquisitive, which was different from all the others,

  612. and the most terrifying. With its iron teeth bronze claws. The beasts had

  613. crushed and devout its victims, trampled underfoot whatever was left. Twenty. I

  614. also wanted to know about the ten horns, very specific idea, and the

  615. other horn that came up, the small horner, And then there were three

  616. of them that fell, the horn that looked more imposing than the others,

  617. and that had eyes and a mouth that spoke boastfully. You read that before

  618. as well. It's a repetition a bit. As I watched this horn was

  619. waging war against holy people who are holy people, who are holy people God's

  620. people are you and Mila as Christians or people that call God our God right

  621. and defeating them until the ancient days came and pronounced judgment in favor of the

  622. holy people, same people of the Most High, and time came when they

  623. possessed the kingdom again, possession the possessions infinta. Kay. Now, like

  624. I said when I first read this, many many times I read it,

  625. it still irks me in a little bit because reading about this right simply tells

  626. us right that the evil ones will also still get its uila. He's written.

  627. You know that means cannot avoid You know it's gonna happen now, and

  628. it's happening in our world today as well. Sometimes we feel that things are

  629. unjust, the people that are unrighteous getting whatever or getting their way, etc.

  630. How come ungodly laws are ruling us. You know in some countries I

  631. wouldn't mention the country, but you know, even things that are not quite

  632. godly is being approved as a law, and people are like questions, you

  633. know, the country used to be a Christian nation, but why is this

  634. happening? Right? And in some places there's outright persecution for God's people you

  635. probably heard of, you know, underground believers as well. Okay, how

  636. long is it going to go for anybody? Is persecution until the ancient days

  637. arrives? Who's the ancient days? God comes back? Lah, the second

  638. Coming? Okay, so I say it's not happening yet. Gay rules in

  639. favor of the Holy ones. At what time? God's Simla is perfect time

  640. as for you, La, even in the in the in the localized setting

  641. is also his timing. Okay, so just hang on there, because he

  642. is going to come. He is going to come. Bottom line is God

  643. is going to win anyway. La. It's just that maybe at that particular

  644. small battles that you're in, not there yet, but he promises that he's

  645. gonna win. Okay, all right, a few more and then we're done.

  646. Versus train tree. He gave me an explanation. The Fourth Beast is

  647. a fourth kingdom that appears on earth. It will be different from all the

  648. other kingdoms and devour the earth, trampling and crushing ten horns, some repetition

  649. of what we've done earlier. Twenty five, he will speak against the most

  650. High oppress his holy people. Oppressional not just It means oppressed, is aware

  651. of a very aggressive offensive word that miss intentionally oppressing, notod In case you

  652. don't know, right, try to change his set times and the laws mean

  653. you say, change your practices, challenge your practices, your religious beliefs right,

  654. and your laws defin that the holy people will be delivered into his hands

  655. for a time times and half a time, while the one is like mind

  656. blowing for me. So I don't know what that actually means, but for

  657. me time Let's say, if you use time as one unit one year,

  658. for example, times is probably at least two, all right, So one

  659. plus two is at least three and then half a time, so at least

  660. three and a half years or three and a half days or whatever is luck

  661. okay, So in his time, in his time, all right, there's

  662. always yeah. Oppression is another word for wearing you out right, where's your's

  663. continuous? And this talks about antichrists a little bit. Wooh, scary all

  664. right, let's let's go on. Let's skip past that thing twenty six.

  665. But the court, this is God's corner, not not Badminton court. I

  666. don't know why that came out in my head. But we'll sit and his

  667. power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. Then the sovereignty, power,

  668. greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven will be handed over to the holy

  669. people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and

  670. the rule and certain the rulers will worship and obey him. So one trying

  671. to say is that, yes, we're all oppressed, we are all you

  672. know, being attacked sometimes, but you know we will prevail. It's his

  673. promise. But yeah, one day the ancient days will will whole court,

  674. you know, use the what they call that thing under the hammer. I

  675. don't wants the property for it. Yeah, call for a court to be

  676. in order. The judge will deliver not just earthly judgment, but the ultimate

  677. judgment from the ultimate Judge himself, and will then give a wording for all

  678. those people or all those that have wronged the righteous, all those arrogant,

  679. even the Antichrists that we mentioned about, will have to face judgment and that's
