  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. It is a message on change. Can bad

  3. change be good? Can bad change be good? How many of you know

  4. that there is a consistent consistency in life and this consistency is called change.

  5. Whether you and I like it or not, change occurs every second of every

  6. day. One second is pasted. Do you know you've changed? Yourselves?

  7. Have become one second different than they were one second ago. So we know

  8. that there's one thing that does not change, and that is change. The

  9. question is is that change good or is that change bad? You know,

  10. we should always be living in a situation or in a lifestyle of victory.

  11. We should always be living in a position of having to see God come through

  12. in our lives each and in every moment of every day. But the reality

  13. is do we see that all the time? You know? I love the

  14. fact that there is one element, one thing, one person that does not

  15. change, and that is God. The Bible says in Hebrews chapter thirteen,

  16. verse eight, that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.

  17. And I also love this one numbers twenty three nineteen. God is not a

  18. man that he should lie, nor a son of man that he should repent?

  19. Has he said and will he not do? Or has he spoken?

  20. And will he not make it good? You know why this is very important

  21. to us. You see, if everything changes, it's fine, But the

  22. one thing that must never change is God. God must never change. If

  23. God was one who changed, we're in big trouble. Can you imagine a

  24. situation whereby every night the stars in the sky changed their position. Do you

  25. realize that if the stars in the night sky changed their position daily ships would

  26. get lost? Do you realize that if the north pole and the South pole

  27. were to change direction on a daily basis, We're in big trouble. There

  28. will be no GPS, no Google maps, no whats happened? And we'll

  29. have to rely on those horrible books that we used to have in the eighties,

  30. those maps that you know you have to actually study one hour, two

  31. hours just to make sure you get to the right place. But you see,

  32. God has made certain things unchangeable to speak of his nature, because God's

  33. nature is unchangeable. And that's where we can draw a lot of strength and

  34. a lot of direction and a lot of positivity. Moving forward in this life

  35. that changes every day because our situations don't always remain good. And I think

  36. this is what the Lord wants to encourage you with this morning, to give

  37. you some idea about why things that are good change for the bad. And

  38. we may see it as change for the bad, but God never sees it

  39. that way. God has a better plan. God has a different direction,

  40. something we don't quite see. So it's really really important for us to realize

  41. that it is so good that God does not change. You know, when

  42. when God said that, you know, he would that every man come to

  43. know him as personal Lord and savior. M Okay, I'm sorry, I'm

  44. not going to repeat everything. Okay, whoever is doing it gonna push it

  45. up, okay. But it's very very important that that that that we see

  46. God as one who doesn't change. So Eve says that, you know,

  47. for God to love the world that he gave his only begot concern that whosoever

  48. believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Do you know that

  49. word is as true today as as true today as it was that when he

  50. said it in scripture so long ago, Because you see, he doesn't change.

  51. Can you imagine if he changed according to the side of the bed he

  52. woke up. How many of us have had bosses that way? One day

  53. there are so good and the next day they are like a demon from health.

  54. True, not have any of your experience that I have. And you

  55. know what, we as the subordinates, we learn how to interpret our bosses

  56. true not Yeah, like checking the weather, we come to officer, we

  57. look at the face. Then colleagues will come and so how is it today?

  58. I say, today, if you're going, you will not get what

  59. you want. Then some other days you come in and say you go to

  60. ask him for anything, he will give it to you. Now, who's

  61. the time go? So we interpret our bosses that way. But you see

  62. God is not interpreted that way. God is only interpreted by his word,

  63. which does not change. And that to us is a strength. So I

  64. want to give you some examples, and I hope that we can glean something

  65. from these examples. The first one that I'm going to share with is Paul

  66. and Silasts. Okay, reading from Acts sixteen, verses sixteen to thirty two.

  67. Now I'm not going to read all the verses. I'll read some of

  68. them night happened that as we went to prayer, that a certain slave girl

  69. possessed with the spirit of divination met us and brought us, brought him who

  70. brought her masters much profit by fortune telling. Hey, I want you to

  71. know something. Can the enemy can the devil? Can his demons tell the

  72. future? How many of you say yes? Okay? How many of you

  73. say no? How many we just don't know? Okay? There is only

  74. one. There's only one that knows the future. That is God. Okay,

  75. there's only one. So how is it that the devil gives you the

  76. impression that he can and tell the future? And why do you think God

  77. hates that? Do you know that God hates that? God hates it?

  78. When you go to a fortune tell it? Do you know that it's to

  79. him as the spirit of rebellion and divination? Witchcraft? That's that's what it

  80. is. Let me break it down for you. When the enemy tells a

  81. fortune, he's actually lying to you. He's setting you up. He's making

  82. you think that he has told a fortune, you know, told the future.

  83. But actually what he's done is he set the tone for the future.

  84. For example, so he will come up and his guy will say the next

  85. person that walks through that door is going to trip fall and hit his head

  86. on the chair. And you think, wow, yes, ah. But

  87. what you don't know is he spoke to one of his servants to tie a

  88. little string on the chair and at the time me give the signal, pull

  89. the string. So the next person that walks through the door, the person

  90. fell. And then after everybody looks and says, wow, he knows the

  91. future. What was that? It was a lie. In the modern way,

  92. it's called sting. Have you seen those shows where they use the word

  93. sting. It is meant to trap somebody, to give them a certain idea

  94. and trap them. You know, God is not about manipulation. God does

  95. not manipulate you. He says something, you either believe it or you don't.

  96. He doesn't play around with you. He doesn't manipulate you to do what

  97. he wants. He just says it. You have a choice do it or

  98. don't do it. So when you have someone going to a fortune teller,

  99. do not believe it for an instant that it is a future event. It

  100. is a setup meant to entrap those who are weak minded, who don't understand,

  101. and then take their mind off a true God. So now this girl

  102. followed Paul and us and cried out saying, these men are servants of the

  103. Most High God, who proclaimed to us the way of salvation. And this

  104. she did for many days. Isn't it? I think I shared this before,

  105. and I hope you remember. Isn't it strange that she was actually telling

  106. the truth in this instance? These are the men of God who are speaking

  107. the ways of truth, the ways to God. But do you know that

  108. sometimes when the enemy tells you something that's true, he doesn't tell it in

  109. a nice way. You know, it could have been in an awful voice,

  110. like God, how come to you the One of God with us?

  111. You try getting that kind of voice for a few days. See you don't

  112. get irritated. Do you think it was told in a nice stone? There

  113. came a point of time where Paul got fed up and he said, come

  114. out in Jesus name, and that spirit left. Why did Paul take a

  115. long time? Well, I don't know. I just tell you a testimony.

  116. You're right. A couple of weeks ago, A few weeks ago,

  117. I was sharing in h XS PJ. And I had a cough that just

  118. would not go away, and as I was speaking the Word of God.

  119. I couldn't speak two words without breaking into a coughing binge. Now this had

  120. been actually going on for one for about a week or ten days, and

  121. it was in XPG that I got so fed up and I said, I

  122. command you, cough in the name of Jesus. Get out. You will

  123. not hinder the people of God from hearing the word. Then I continued sharing

  124. this, I said aloud. It was out of anger in the Lord,

  125. frustration in the Lord. You know, you can't be angry in the Lord.

  126. But you have to direct your response the correct way and at the correct

  127. in a correct manner. So I took authority in a commodity to go in

  128. the name of Jesus. And I didn't realize, but after the message everyone

  129. came and said from that moment there was no cough, and said, oh,

  130. yeah, that's true. Well, praise the Lord. Then I asked

  131. myself, why did I take so long? I don't know. I give

  132. you another testimony. So I went to take a shower about three weeks ago,

  133. and I slipped and I fell. And this is the kind of fall

  134. where your hands are of no use, you know, that kind of fall

  135. way there's no way you can break your fall. Your fall breaks you.

  136. That kind of all ah, that kind of fall. So I fell,

  137. but praise the Lord, my head missed the wall, my body missed the

  138. glass wall. And then when I lay on the floor, I listened to

  139. myself and say, God, am I okay? I say, looks,

  140. I said, my body is all right. I don't think anything's broken.

  141. I got up. Then I told elder people, you know, I had

  142. a fat She said, I didn't hear. I said, there there's a

  143. lot of petting. Good good advantage. But actually I was hurt because it

  144. hurt me to sit down and get up really bad. You know. I

  145. would struggle to sit down and struggle to get up because the base of my

  146. backbone, I think, is where it took the brunt. So this went

  147. on for about a week and I was irritated. And then the Lord reminded

  148. me, Hey, what's the matter with you? Don't you remember the cough?

  149. And I say, hey, yeah, God, that's true. What's

  150. the matter with me? I command your pain in the name of Jesus go

  151. and immediately left and I was fine. So what did I take some time?

  152. I don't know. But sometimes you and I we do take time to

  153. take authority of certain things. But never mind. Let the Lord build up

  154. your faith during that time, and when the time is right, let it

  155. go. Let that fate loose, and you will see great things happen.

  156. So I want to tell you why this testimony is of significance is because I

  157. shared this testimony in ex clang and one of the ladies came up to me

  158. and says, you know, that's such a blessing because yesterday my good friend,

  159. who is a top entrepreneur, she slipped and she fell in the shower.

  160. She hit her head and the doctor said she will need assistance for the

  161. rest of her life. Does God make a difference? You better believe it.

  162. And when they had late, what happened is Paul and Silas commanded the

  163. demon to come out. The people got angry because their economy was affected.

  164. They had Paul in Silence beaten and thrown into prison. They had Paul in

  165. Silence beaten and really thrashed and thrown into prison. And when they had laid

  166. many stripes on them, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to

  167. keep them securely. I want you to know how did Paul and Silas plan

  168. change. Do you know what the scripture said, they went up to pray.

  169. That's in verse sixty nine. Happened as we went to prayer. That

  170. was the purpose. The purpose was to pray. But you know it changed

  171. because on the way to being to going to pray, they were thrashed and

  172. thrown into prison. Well isn't that a bad change? You know, how

  173. most of us would have responded? Honestly, I think I would have responded

  174. the same way as I'm about to tell you what's the matter with you?

  175. God? I mean, can you protect me? I was going to pray,

  176. you know, and see out of you know, I'm standing up because

  177. this is a demon. And I commanded the demon to go. And what

  178. did he get me? Come? Me? Thrashed and thrown into prison?

  179. I mean, didn't you not say I was supposed to have the abundant life?

  180. What abundant life is this? I see rats crawling everywhere, There's no

  181. toilet, They're all peeing on the walls. It's terrible, Lord, what's

  182. the matter? True or not? Okay? The truth? How many of

  183. you would have responded the same way? Hey, I want to see the

  184. showhands on okay, okay, the rest of us, Oh yeah, it's

  185. all right, right, it's all right, it's okay. Now, having

  186. received such a charge, the prisoner put them in the inner prison and fasten

  187. their feets with stocks. But at midnight, Paul and Silas were doing what

  188. praying and singing psalms to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.

  189. I want you to know that Paul and Silas did not change their focus.

  190. Hey, do circumstance dictate your focus. If you allow your circumstance to dictate

  191. your focus, you will never see the great miracles that God has planned for

  192. you, Because the best miracles happen when your focus is not determined by your

  193. circumstance. Why is it important? The scripture says that the prisoners were listening

  194. to them, you know, as they prayed, the prison was shaken,

  195. you know, shaken, and all their chains fell off, and the doors

  196. were open, and everybody ran away. Nobody's responding, No, nobody ran

  197. away. The Bible says, they all remained, They all stayed there.

  198. Isn't it amazing? If you were a prisoner in stocks in a place that

  199. had no internet, they had no way to photograph you and then the chains

  200. fell off and the doors fell open, and you ran away to a different

  201. town. Nobody would know who you are. You'd be free. Why did

  202. they not run? They did not run because Paul and Silas did not change

  203. their focus. In spite of something going bad, something good was, something

  204. good had taken place, and something better was about to take place. The

  205. prisoners were listening to them. The prisoners were convicted. Now they were not

  206. convicts. They were convicted, convicted of who Jesus Christ being their lord and

  207. their savior. And the fact that they didn't run away tells me, you

  208. know what? They were free? Can you imagine that they did not run

  209. because they were free. They were free in their spirits, They were free

  210. of their past, they were free of the wrongdoings, that they were now

  211. justified before the Lord, their God. And it didn't matter whether they were

  212. in a prison, It didn't matter whether they were in chains. They were

  213. free. It didn't matter so much so that when the chains fell off,

  214. they didn't feel the urge nor the need to run. The best miracles can

  215. happen in the darkest places. And why did it happen? Because bad change

  216. can be good if you do not change your focus didn't end it. So

  217. now it's in verse twenty seven and the keeper of the prisoner, awakening from

  218. sleep and seeing that the prison doors were open, supposing that the prisoners had

  219. fled, Drewy's sword and was about to kill himself, but Paul called out

  220. with a loud voice, saying, do not harm yourself. For what we

  221. are all here. Paul was having a homes meeting. There was a homes

  222. gathering going on in the prison at that time, and a great miracle took

  223. place. Nobody saw the need to run. How would Paul know that they

  224. were all there because salvation had come into their hearts and he knew it.

  225. How do you know? Because now why did the why did the warden ask

  226. this question? What must I do to be saved? What a question?

  227. You know? He could have said, why are you still here? You

  228. should have run. He could have said, you know, what makes you

  229. different that you're still here? But the question that he asked himself was what

  230. must I do to be saved? So obviously Paul in silence did not change

  231. their focus. And they were witnessing in the prison as well. All right,

  232. So then they say, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, you and

  233. your household will be saved Verse thirty two. And they spoke the word of

  234. the law to him and to all who were in his house. When we

  235. don't allow bad change to affect our focus, the miracle keeps going on and

  236. on and on. It's not one thing. It is a process. So

  237. those of us who are leading churches, those of us who are leading homes

  238. groups, those of us who are sharing with other people. It is an

  239. ongoing miracle. It's an ongoing miracle. They purposed to pray, things took

  240. a bad turn. They were beaten and sent to prison. What did they

  241. do? They remained focused. They prayed, and they worshiped, and miracles

  242. happen in dark places. Prisoners listened, the people listened. When we stay

  243. focused, people will listen to you when you stay focused, when you worship,

  244. when you preach, when you share with them about Jesus Christ. If

  245. you waver in their focus, they will not believe you, because they are

  246. used to people in the world who whoo whose focus was one day, Say

  247. this next day, say that you remain firm. They will see something in

  248. you that they want to follow. Salvation occurred. We are all here even

  249. those that harm you get saved. Even that terrible boss that is making your

  250. life a living hell can and will say it plans change purpose. Did not?

  251. Are you ready? For example number two? Okay, let's shift to

  252. Gideon. So, Gideon, are we reading from Judges seven, Verses four

  253. to seven. So now in verse four, the Lord said to Gideon,

  254. the people are still too many, too many. Bring them down to the

  255. water, and I will test them for you there. Then it will be

  256. that those of whom I say to you, this one shall go with you,

  257. the same shall go with you. And of whom I say to you,

  258. this one shall not go with you, the same shall not go with

  259. you. So verse five, he brought the people down to the water,

  260. and the Lord said to Gideon, everyone who laps from the water with his

  261. tongue as a dog lapsed, you shall set apart by himself. Likewise,

  262. those who get down on his knees to drink verse six. And the number

  263. of those who lapped, putting their hand to the mouth, for three hundred

  264. men, and all the rest of the people got down on their knees to

  265. drink water. Then the Lord said to Gideon, by the three hundred men

  266. who lapped eye shall save you and deliver the deliver the Midian knights into your

  267. hands. Let all the other people go, every man to his place.

  268. Why did the Lord cut down an army of thirty thousand to three hundred thirty

  269. thousand to three hundred. The answer is verse too. The Lord said to

  270. Gideon, the people who are with you are too many for me to give

  271. the Midia knights into your hands. Less Israel claim glory for itself against me,

  272. saying my own hand has saved me. So what do we learn about

  273. this? Let me explain this to you, all right? So the first

  274. group of twenty twenty thousand left because he said, okay, those of you

  275. got fear and your hearts go back home. Twenty thousand left. God wants

  276. to use those that fear him and not others. He could not use those

  277. that feared the army and not him, so he let them go. So

  278. sometimes you ask yourself, why do some people be? Why are some people

  279. able to do somethings and some people are not? Whom do they fear?

  280. Whom do they fear? The Bible says the fear of God is the beginning

  281. of wisdom. Thank God that ten thousand of them feared the Lord and did

  282. not fear the people. But even the ten thousand that feared the Lord,

  283. God said, still too many, still too many. So now he says,

  284. take them to the water and watch how they drink. Those that kneel

  285. and drink like you know, they kneel, they cut their hands and they

  286. brought it to their mouth, and they drank. Were three hundred seven hundred

  287. got down on all fours and drank water without taking it up to their hands,

  288. you know, by their hands to the mouth. This speaks to me

  289. that God wants to use people who know who they are in him. Okay,

  290. if you drink like someone who doesn't know his position, which is all

  291. going on all fours and drinking, how can God use you? Because you're

  292. not alert, you're not watchful, you don't know your position in the Lord.

  293. Do you know? It's very important for us to know who we are

  294. in the Lord. We're not some animal that the enemy can take advantage of

  295. at his women fancy. We are children of the most High God. Know

  296. your position. When you know your position, you'll be able to say,

  297. get out of me, your pain, and you be gone right now,

  298. in the name of Jesus, and it goes, did I need somebody to

  299. pray for me? I'm not saying that getting somebody to pray for you is

  300. wrong, but you see, I know my position in the Lord, and

  301. I know what the word says. And when the time is there and I

  302. use the word, it works for me because not every time I'm going to

  303. be having someone around me that I can ask to pray for me. Now,

  304. I could wait until a Sunday, but why go through so many days

  305. of pain? You know, when I have to preach in a XPJ the

  306. prayer time had passed, So wait one more week and no then that the

  307. people came to hear the world the word of God, not hear me cough.

  308. You see. So it's no brainer to me. I know where the

  309. cough came from. It certainly was not from God. So it was easy

  310. to get rid of because in the name of Jesus, nothing will stop the

  311. word of God from going forth. So now we had these three hundred people

  312. who understood who they were. I am a man in the Lord's army,

  313. and when I drink, I'm always alert, I'm watching out. I'm ready.

  314. God wants people who are watching and ready don't be caught in a slumber.

  315. The other thing you learned from this is sometimes we are too prepared,

  316. even if we are doing the Lord's work. You know, you can be

  317. too prepared. You can plan God out of the equation. You can have

  318. such a great plan that God doesn't need to show up. Everything is so

  319. fine plan. God doesn't need to show up. There's God want that of

  320. us. God does not want that of us. God always wants us to

  321. plan him into the main equation. We can change our needs, but God

  322. remains the same. We need to put our He just needs us to trust

  323. him and not in our plans or our backup plans plan A, B,

  324. C, D, E, F, and G. I tell you I

  325. made this mistake. Okay, at the beginning of the year, Elder Mabel

  326. and me and thinks so well, so well my retirement, made a big

  327. deal about it. In November, all things were planned. He was so

  328. well planned. I made a terrible mistake of not planning God into the equation.

  329. And for me, after being so long in the Lord, there is

  330. no way God will not act straight away. Okay, I have less grace

  331. in this area because I should know better. Those who don't know better,

  332. got more grace. Do you know that it's true? If you know better,

  333. you got less grace because after being in the Lord for some time,

  334. he has trained you. He expects you to behave in a certain way.

  335. So we plan God out of the equation, and God actually put roadblocks.

  336. He put roadblocks to us, and didn't we didn't realize that He was shifting

  337. me towards full time industry. And you know, when I went into full

  338. time ministry, I know that's where he wants me to be. So you

  339. see, if I had gone to him and you know, plan together with

  340. him, he would have said, okay, you go and do this,

  341. and I'm going to be taking care of other things for you. That's just

  342. the way it happened. Do not plan God out of the equation. You

  343. can plan everything so well, but if you don't really leave room for God,

  344. you're asking for trouble. The journey to the Answer teaches us to observe

  345. and see how God sees. Gideon needed to see how God saw and what

  346. did God see. I don't need a lot of people. I just need

  347. you to believe me. And that's the lesson that Gideon to observe. Do

  348. not fear if God is with you. If you fear return, don't go

  349. to battle. If you fear fear God, don't fear what's ahead of you.

  350. And the other thing is, no, you're calling, No, you're

  351. calling. I'm not called to be an animal. I'm called to be a

  352. child of God. Child of God. Doesn't mean I go and lord it

  353. over somebody else. Because what did Jesus do? He washed his disciples feet?

  354. Who was he? The son of God? He gave us an example.

  355. Are you ready for the third example? The third example is Jesus himself.

  356. Wow, Jesus himself. I think this one you're gonna like. This

  357. is from Luke eight, verses forty to fifty six, reading from first No,

  358. I'm reading from verse forty one. And behold, there came a man

  359. named Jerius, and he was the rule of the synagogue. And he fell

  360. down to Jesus feet and begged him to come to his house, for he

  361. had an only daughter, about twelve years of age, about twelve years of

  362. age, and she was dying. And you know what, Jesus said,

  363. Okay, I'm on it. I'm on my way. I'm coming. Don't

  364. worry, it's fine. So the man came to Jesus, and Jesus said,

  365. I'm with you. It's all taken care of. Okay. Then we

  366. come to verse forty three. Now a woman having a flow of blood twelve

  367. years, for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood and physicians and

  368. could not be healed by any came from behind and touched the border of his

  369. garment, and immediately a flow of blood stopped. And in verse forty six,

  370. but Jesus said, somebody has touched me. For I perceived power going

  371. out from me. And of course the disciples ask, how can you everybody's

  372. touching you. Jesus says Jesus saying, no, you don't understand. There's

  373. a difference. And he said to her daughter, be a good cheer.

  374. Your faith has made you well. Go in peace. I want you to

  375. know something about the Lord. You know that Jesus is wired in a way

  376. that faith automatically gets him to react. He's wired in you. Just imagine

  377. the Lord was walking and everybody was touching him. He didn't straight away say

  378. you touched me, Oh, you touch me. He didn't say that.

  379. He asked who touched you know why? Because he is like a battery that

  380. just responds to faith, and the moment there's faith, he has wired himself.

  381. He has made it so that faith will cause things to happen. And

  382. that's really a great advantage to us if we realize that that's how Jesus responds

  383. to faith, that even someone can touch him and get a response without him

  384. even realizing it. It tells us that He's in control of our our lives,

  385. and we are exercising faith, and we can see things happen in our

  386. lives daily. But I want you to know that this was all in God's

  387. plan. Do you know why? He was on his way to heal Jerius's

  388. daughter, And as he was going, this woman touched him and caused him

  389. to stop in his tracks and her dress her go. Your faith has healed

  390. you. You'll be made well, all right. And while he was doing

  391. this verse forty nine, while he was still speaking, someone came from the

  392. ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, your daughter is dead.

  393. Do not trouble the teacher. Did you ever ask this question? The woman

  394. had the flow of blood flour twelve years? And how was the child about

  395. twelve years? Could it be that all this was in God's plan to teach

  396. us about faith, to teach us about Jesus, so that we would praise

  397. the Lord. It's no coincidence. God doesn't work in coincidences. Because while

  398. he was still speaking, she died, and Jesus said, when Jesus heard

  399. it, he said, do not be afraid, only believe she will be

  400. made well. And in verse fifty four, when he reached it, he

  401. put them all outside, took her by their and saying, little girl,

  402. arise. I always have the fun with this voice, because I don't think

  403. Jesus speaks like I speak, and he's got such a nice voice. Again,

  404. and then the spirit returned and she arose immediately, and he commanded her

  405. to give something to eat. Even with Jesus, the plan change. Do

  406. you realize, you know? And again it was a good plan that he

  407. was going to save the child, but the plan changed and the girl died.

  408. It happened even with Jesus. But I want you to know that Jesus

  409. did something that gives us encouragement. He did not change his purpose. He

  410. purposed to go and heal this girl, and the fact of her death did

  411. not change his purpose. Us. Nothing is at an end until Jesus says

  412. so. So if you think something has not happened and it's done, it's

  413. finished. No, it's never over til Jesus says it is. I want

  414. you to know that sometimes Jesus and all the answers seem delayed. True not

  415. we pray and we don't get an answer and it seems to be delayed.

  416. Right, I want to give you an answer that's gonna bless your heart.

  417. Do you know that Jesus, as he is on his way to you,

  418. is responding to somebody else's faith? Because as you bring Jesus closer to you

  419. through your faith, that anointing is reaching out to others and it is seeing

  420. results. You must never stop exercising faith because as you exercise faith for God

  421. to do something in your life. Guess what. As Jesus is making his

  422. way to answer your prayer, that presence and the anointing is beginning to move

  423. and work with everybody else around you. Did you know that when we can

  424. realize that because Jesus wants to answer us, it took some time because people

  425. along the way are getting touched by him. Praise the Lord. You've been

  426. responsible for something good happening. Why do you think Jesus says, Why do

  427. you think the Bible says, when you raise the name of Jesus, he

  428. draws all men unto him. You had to do something first. But as

  429. you begin to draw, as you begin to praise the name of Jesus,

  430. and as the Anointing approaches you, as the Anointing comes close to you,

  431. as the Anointing comes to give you your answer, others are being touched.

  432. I'm reminded of this singer. His name is Keith Green. How many of

  433. you have ever heard of him or you have praise the Lord. He's one

  434. of my favorite singers. I have all his records which they sent me from

  435. the States. He was a person that lived his life like Jesus. He

  436. wanted to be as close to Jesus as he possibly could. And he was

  437. so radical in his way of thinking and what he used to do. And

  438. he was probably one of the best musicians ever. He was inducted into ASCAP,

  439. which is the Musician Songwriting Artists Association, at the age of eight.

  440. That's how good he was. Here's a prodigy again. He's a prodigy.

  441. And when he wrote his songs, he told his ministry and his wife,

  442. We will not sell it. We will give it to whoever wants it.

  443. Because there was a ministry anointing on the songs. Do you know that the

  444. songs would be playing on radio or playing in houses, and people as they

  445. walk by just got down on their knees and gave their life to the Lord.

  446. Such was the anointing on that music. Why was that, you see?

  447. Because there is something to the fact that when we are connected with the

  448. Lord in a way that God answers, are prayers, that aura, that

  449. anointing, that that that presence that is constantly and our lives are coming towards

  450. to give us our answer affects other people as well. Affects other people as

  451. well. So when that happens, you realize there's no real reason for us

  452. to complain if the seeming answer to our prayer is delayed. Now you know

  453. the answer. Why just going that faith knowing that Jesus is presently responding to

  454. somebody's faith along his way to you. Did you ever think that because Jesus

  455. is on his way to you, others will see him respond to him and

  456. get their blessing because you have drawn him towards you. Wow, delay is

  457. never a reason to fear. Delay has never reason to fear. Jesus always

  458. has the last word because truth triumphs over fact. Every time truth triumphs over

  459. fact. The fact of the matter is I hurt my back, that's the

  460. fact. The truth is I'm healed in Jesus's name. That's the truth.

  461. And when the time was needed, the truth triumphed over the fact. I

  462. Ah, I know God loves me and wants me to be around because I

  463. have fallen so many times, and you know I've shared these testimonies with you.

  464. I've fallen so many times and God has always protected me. I mean,

  465. I've fallen from ladders again without the hands being able to block my fall,

  466. and my head will be just be between two metal cabinets or a toilet

  467. and a box, and I there's just one foot in my head lens just

  468. in between, and I'm falling backwards and I've got nothing to hold, so

  469. I fall from the ladder down like that. I've been hit by motorcycle at

  470. full speed and I got up and I walked home. You know this is

  471. God, this is God looking after me. And you know, as long

  472. as I remember that God is the one who's looking after me. He will

  473. continue look after me like maybe I'm a little bit excellent Prona, so he's

  474. got to keep a little bit extra watch with me. I praised the Lord

  475. for that, you know, I'm aware of it. I thank God for

  476. it. I realize got nothing to do with me. I'm no ninja.

  477. Okay, I didn't twist my body. No, I'm not a ninja.

  478. I'm padded, but I'm not a ninja, you know. So I want

  479. to encourage you, guys that if ever you see something changing for the bad,

  480. don't worry about it. It's going to be okay. It's going to

  481. be okay because as long as you do not change your focus, you keep

  482. to what you're doing in the Lord, as long as you remember you if

  483. you need to fear someone, you fear the Lord. And as long as

  484. you can remember that somebody is getting touched because Jesus is on his way to

  485. you and that anointing is flowing, you'll be okay. Guys. With that,

  486. I'll answer the question, can a bad change be good? You better

  487. believe it. You better believe it because we only have good things happening to

  488. us, even if it seems bad. No, no, no, no,

  489. do not receive it, do not accept it, because remember the truth

  490. triumphs over facts. And what does the scripture say? God has come to

  491. give us life and give it to us more abundant lee. So keep your

  492. joy level up and then your strength will always be there. We hope you've

  493. been blessed by this message. For more information on our church, please visit
