  1. You're listening to a message to go from axt church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. The message for the new year drum roll.

  3. Please thank you. Five areas. Five areas to watch out four in twenty

  4. twenty four. Five areas to watch out four in twenty twenty four. Let's

  5. read the Word of God first, okay. Proverbs four, verses twenty to

  6. twenty seven, Proverbs for twenty to twenty seven. My son, give attention

  7. to my words. Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them

  8. depart from your eyes. Keep them in the midst of your heart, for

  9. they are alive to those who find them. Hallelujah. Alive. We all

  10. want life, health to all their flesh. Hallelujah. We all want health.

  11. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues

  12. of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, and put perverse lips

  13. far from you. Let your eyes look straight ahead, and your eyelids look

  14. right before you. Ponder the path of your feet, and let your ways

  15. be established. Do not turn to the right or the left. Remove your

  16. feet from evil. Five areas I would like us to watch out for.

  17. Five areas I would like you and I to invest in more this year,

  18. Five areas I would like you and I to take control off even better this

  19. year. What are the areas? Five areas the ears, the heart,

  20. the mouth, the eyes, and the feet. And I want to guarantee

  21. you, in the name of Jesus and by the Word of God, that

  22. you will indeed have life and health and every blessing that the Bible promises you

  23. and I, if you would watch out and invest in and take control or

  24. more control of, take up more management of these five areas. Once again,

  25. the five areas are the ears, the heart, the mouth, the

  26. eyes, and the feet. All right, let's look at the next slide.

  27. Please, let's read it in the message. I don't always do this

  28. because the official Bible for ex Church is the NK JV. But sometimes when

  29. we read other versions it might come up a little bit more of today's language.

  30. So let's read the message. Dear friend, listen well to my words,

  31. tune your ears to my voice, keep my message in plain view at

  32. all times, concentrate, learn it by heart. Those who discover these words

  33. live rarely live body and soul. They're bursting with health. Hallelujah. Keep

  34. vigilant, watch over your heart. That's where life starts. Don't talk out

  35. of both sides of your mouth. Avoid careless banter, white lies, God

  36. sin, keep your eyes straight ahead, ignore all sides showed distructions. Watch

  37. your step and the road will stretch out smooth before you look neither right nor

  38. left. Leave evil in the dust. I want to say also before I

  39. move on, that these five areas in our lives are escalating in nature,

  40. mean that how we treat one area will determine how the other area looks like.

  41. So the next slide will say that maybe XTV, you just follow my

  42. message, and when you hear me say something and I touch on something,

  43. you just go ahead and turn the slide. And I think it says the

  44. five areas are escalating in nature, one will effect or affect the other.

  45. So I want you to take note of that. When you are in control

  46. of your eyes or your ears, that's beginning with that, you will also

  47. see how that will determine where your heart will be. And when you take

  48. care of your heart, it will begin to determine where your mouth will be,

  49. and so on so forth. Okay, so let's look at the next

  50. slide please XTV. We're going to look now at the ears. Okay.

  51. So the first thing the Bible talks about is the ears. Now, Proverbs

  52. For, what do you say about the ears? Let's read it again.

  53. What does problems for say about the years? We read it and readly twice.

  54. Now we'll read it again, My son, give attention to my words.

  55. Incline your ear to my sayings. Wow, the very first part of

  56. the very first area mentioned in Proverbs For is the ears. The ears are

  57. very important to God. In fact, it starts there. The Bible continues

  58. to say, do not let them depart from your eyes. Okay, So

  59. incline your ear message. The message says to tune your ears to my voice.

  60. So this year twenty twenty four, like the radio that you used to

  61. have, we've got to tune and fine tune until we hear the clear voice

  62. of the Lord. Maybe too many of us in twenty twenty three have been

  63. listening to all kinds of things that are negative, that are not right,

  64. that are not helpful. Our ears have listened to gossip, sides show.

  65. Our ears have listened to our doom and gloom of economy, and so on

  66. and so forth. And what happens when we allow these kind of news to

  67. enter our ears, it will soon begin to fill our hearts. And that's

  68. why it starts with the ears, it goes to the heart. If you

  69. can take care of what you listen to, you can begin to also take

  70. care of your heart. Where your heart is today, either it's fearful,

  71. it's trembling with worry and concern, is because you have allowed your ears to

  72. hear and to listen in on things that your heart can't take or rather is

  73. not healthy for your heart. So it always starts without ears. And if

  74. you want twenty twenty four to be a good year, then a good year

  75. you wanted to be a good year, then please take care not only of

  76. what you are hearing, but what you are listening to. There's a difference

  77. between here and listen. Listen has a concentration to it, and it goes

  78. down into your inner being. So Romans ten seventeen I put on quite a

  79. few scriptures. We might not have the time to go through all of them,

  80. but let's see how far we go. And Romans ten seventeen says that

  81. faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. So it's not

  82. just hearing, is what are you hearing? What are you listening to?

  83. And I pray that you want to listen more this year to the word.

  84. Listen more this year to the Ramma word, which means the voice of God

  85. speaking to you above and beyond the voices of this world and the noise of

  86. this world. Let's look at another scripture maybe XTV. Thank you so much

  87. for putting the actual references up. I thank you for that. But let's

  88. go back to that slide that I left off earlier on the ears, Revelations

  89. two seven. Let's not turn to it. Let me just tell you what

  90. it says. Revelations two seven, eleven, seventeen, twenty nine, three

  91. six, three thirteen, three twenty two are seven churches. And in Revelations,

  92. this is really the last book, and so it's very important to hear

  93. what the last book has to say. And God is speaking to seven churches,

  94. and he ends. Now all the seven churches start with a different kind

  95. of attention, different kind of maybe let's call it a different kind of a

  96. word from the Lord. But everyone, although it starts different, it ends

  97. the same. He who has an ear, let him hear. So it's

  98. very important, not only at the beginning, but towards the end. Of

  99. God is after our hearing, and so it begins with hearing. Can I

  100. hear a good Amen? You want a good year? Change your ear?

  101. Why? And ear is your ear? Okay, you think about it.

  102. You want a good year? Change your ear? Begin to control what goes

  103. in. What are you listening to? Who are you listening to? Amen?

  104. Let God be the voice that you listen more to this year. And

  105. of course, Revelations twenty two seventeen is already the last book. It's already

  106. the last page, it's already the last chapter. And yet in the last

  107. chapter, you know, the Bible says to us very clearly, you know,

  108. the Spirit and the Bride says, come and let all who hear come.

  109. Wow. Wow, you couldn't get it clearer than this. The Lord

  110. wants us to know, even all the way to the very end. Make

  111. sure you hear well. Can I hear a good Amen? Amen? Praise

  112. God. Let's move on to the next one. How are we doing so

  113. far? So God? Your heart now in NKJV, let's quickly refer to

  114. that again. It says, keep your heart with all diligions, keep your

  115. heart with all diligions. In the Message, it says, keep vigilant watch

  116. over your heart. Vigilant means to be careful, to take care in order

  117. to be watchful. And then in the NIV, a lot of us love

  118. the niv's version because he says, God your heart. You know these days,

  119. I don't know why, but it's very easy for people to be offended.

  120. Every little thing we get offended. God your heart, the Bible says

  121. why, because out of your heart spring the issues of life. Whatever issues

  122. you're going through right now, came from the heart, whether good issues or

  123. bad issues, wonderful issues or worry issues, has come from the condition of

  124. our hearts. If our hearts are at a good place, even bad things

  125. that happen to you will have a good ending. If our hearts are not

  126. at a good place, even good things that happen to you can be bad.

  127. But right as you start, it starts from your hearing, and then

  128. it enters your heart. God your heart, Okay, let's look at it.

  129. Proverbs four says that Philippines four six to seven says, be anxious for

  130. nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication. Let your request be

  131. made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding,

  132. will God your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. So you say,

  133. God, how to God the peace of God? Gods? You see,

  134. some people might God. I was thinking past. I know the Bible says

  135. God your heart, But how do we God? Well? The Bible says

  136. the peace of God will God. But how does the peace come? It

  137. comes by bringing all your prayers and supplications, all your needs, all your

  138. problems, all your requests be made known to God with thanksgiving. Be anxious

  139. for nothing, but in everything come on by prayer. Prayer is still our

  140. gift from God that connects us with the source of His power. There is

  141. nothing else that God has given us like prayer where we can talk directly with

  142. God because of what Jesus Christ has done for us on the Cross, and

  143. because the Holy Spirit of God lives in us. Somebody say, amen,

  144. we get to connect with God. And if we don't have words, we

  145. have tongues. And then it says to come to the Lord with thanksgiving and

  146. the peace of God. Will God our hearts and mind. Want I let

  147. you know that in many occasions, when you read the Bible, heart and

  148. mind are synonymous. The heart is really the spiritual mind, the inner most

  149. being mind, your true self. You know, you can be smiling in

  150. front of somebody and actually inside your in turmoil. That's the heart, that's

  151. the real condition. That's the mind that's going on. You can be like

  152. looking like you're all right, you're okay, But what's going on inside that's

  153. the that's the thoughts of the heart. The inner thoughts of your heart is

  154. your mind. And so that's why many times, many times when you read

  155. the Bible, mind and heart, they are quite different. And sometimes it

  156. can be used differently, but many times, many many times is used interchangeably.

  157. So God's peace will God your heart and mind. Somebody say a good

  158. aim, because it's not you, it's not my effort, it's not your

  159. effort. It's a peace of God that were God. But what is the

  160. prerequisite. We come to the Lord, and we trust in the Lord,

  161. and we pray to our God with thanksgiving. There is no matter what you're

  162. going through, give thanks and God will give you peace. Oh that surpasses

  163. all understanding. Other wonderful scriptures. Matthew six twenty one. What does Matthew

  164. six twenty one sake, it can XTV help me. I'm not sure whether

  165. I put it down on my nose. Maybe I did, Oh, yes

  166. I did. For where your treasure is, Oh, for where your treasure

  167. is there, your heart will be also. So the way to God your

  168. heart is to make sure you prioritize what your treasure is. What is your

  169. treasure. If your children are the most treasured thing, then there your heart

  170. will be. And when your children don't live the way you want to,

  171. your heart will break. And finances is your most treasured thing. And working

  172. really hard to get your first million or your next ten million. If that's

  173. where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. And when economy

  174. fails, your heart will fail. Anybody with me with me? So to

  175. God your heart is to make sure your treasure is in the right Please prior

  176. horror tize not to say that money is not important, but maybe it's the

  177. seventh most important. You with me, Not to say that family is not

  178. important, but maybe it's the third most important. You with me. Not

  179. to say that your job is not important, but maybe he is the fourth

  180. or the eighth. Prioritize. My wife is very important to me, but

  181. God has to be more important than to me than her, and she the

  182. same. And because both of us look to the Lord, then we draw

  183. closer. And then when she fails me, I still have God. When

  184. I fail her, she still have God, and we go back to God

  185. God. Can you imagine if I look to the Lord and she looks to

  186. me, we are in trouble, or she looks the Lord, I look

  187. to her. When she feels me I'm gone you with me, then divorce

  188. gets you know, talked about, and no, I can't live with you,

  189. and you know, uh, in law we call it irreconcilable differences.

  190. And why it is the Lord that brought us together and the Lord that will

  191. keep us together. Keep your eyes on Jesus. How do you got your

  192. heart? You got your treasure, and you make sure that your treasure is

  193. in the right place. Everybody, Okay, So what does a Romans trielve

  194. Tuesday? Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed. Oh,

  195. by the renewing of your mind. I just told you that the mind

  196. and the heart is very often the same thing. So if you want to

  197. see transformation this year, come on, tain to your neighbors, say you're

  198. going to see transformation this year. Come on, and you're going to see

  199. transformation this year right in your family, in your finance. Somebody say amen,

  200. yeah, come on, all right, you gotta see transformations. How

  201. if you want to lose weight, you say okay, So say hellolia very

  202. loudly. How do you do it? Transformed by the renewing of your mind,

  203. the thoughts of your heart, the inner thoughts of your being needs to

  204. begin to be renewed. Can I hear a good amen? Renew You know

  205. the transformation word is the picture of a butterfly. You know that right where

  206. the caterpillar turns miraculously from an ugly thing where some people might call it cute,

  207. but cute, you know it's ugly and adorable. So a cute,

  208. ugly looking caterpillar goes into a dirty looking cocoo and God does a miracle.

  209. Maybe some of you twenty twenty three was a cocoon. Maybe you will a

  210. caterpillar. But I want to declaine Jesus name that twenty twenty four will be

  211. a butterfly year for us, where transformation will happen and you will be unrecognizable.

  212. Come on, you will be unrecognizable. You will look more like Jesus.

  213. But how does it happen? Renew? You can't go into twenty twenty

  214. four with the same inner thoughts that you had in twenty twenty three. You

  215. can't with the same bitterness, with the same frustration, with the same unforgiveness

  216. any boys do with me, with the same fears and worries. You can't.

  217. You can't. All right, let's move on. Thank you, XTV.

  218. I know you're doing your best. Okay. A good man, or

  219. the good treasure of his heart brings forth good. An evil man or the

  220. evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil for their Out of the abundance of

  221. the heart, his mouth speaks. So I look at this. I'm probably

  222. gonna look at it again when I talk about mouth. But why don't you

  223. memorize these scriptures, at least the last one. Out of the abundance of

  224. the heart, the mouth speaks because it involves both the heart and the mouth.

  225. But one thing I've realized from the Lord many many years ago, he

  226. says, Kenneth, you know the reason why you are not able to witness

  227. to a friend, or a family member or a stranger. He says,

  228. Kenneth, can I tell you the truth. And you know when God speaks

  229. the truth, it goes very deep. Yeah, that's right. Most of

  230. us go out and God says to me, this is Kenneth. It's not

  231. because you fear rejection or you're worried about their response. No, no,

  232. no, Kenneth. You watch how those people who tell about Jesus to their

  233. friends and family. You know, they're not worried about all these things.

  234. They just go for it. I tell you what is the real problem,

  235. Kenneth. The Bible Al really says that you will speak when your heart is

  236. full. So I can tell you right now, you're not full of me.

  237. That was where the ouch came. You're not full because once you're full,

  238. it comes out. So he says, I challenge you, Kenneth,

  239. to be full of Jesus, so full that you can't stop your mouth from

  240. pouring out. Because I tell you what. The other way, also,

  241. the negative way, is also what he said. When you're very hurt.

  242. See, when you're half hurt, you won't talk about it. Sorry,

  243. were a tree quarter hurt? When your tree quart the bitter you, it's

  244. all right, so I don't want to talk about it. But when you're

  245. really hurt. You can't, but it comes out automatically. You want to

  246. hold it. That's why. Yeah, sometimes we call it verbal DIREA very

  247. hard to keep dieing in because you're full. So the heart is always not

  248. just about what's inside is how full is it? Heart is not about oh

  249. little bit inside twenty percent is nothing. That's why we either be fully on

  250. fire for good or not. Some of us say, go to fifty per

  251. said, no, see, when you're full, your mouth speaks. It's

  252. out of their abundance. It overflows, So you either believe it or you

  253. don't. When you believe it, it comes out. When you have believed

  254. it, it's not full. So it's a matter of feeling. So now

  255. you know why it starts with ears, because if you keep hearing, faith

  256. comes by hearing and hearing. If you keep hearing, this will be full

  257. and full and over flow from the mouth. That's why you go around and

  258. see people why they keep talking about the same thing. It actually tells you

  259. what's on your heart. So I don't know why everything I see there with

  260. this guy or this girl talks about the same thing for five years. It

  261. tells of what's in the heart. And that's why the heart must forgive and

  262. the heart must let go, and God becomes empty your heart and fill it

  263. with something more beautiful. And that's why you see when people are very encouraging,

  264. the very they're encouraging all the time, even in discouraging time. They're

  265. encouraging because their hearts are filled with encouragement, so they cannot but encourage.

  266. There are some people here in this room like that. One of them is

  267. Chalin. I see everybody. Yesterday we're talking to someone called uh, you

  268. know in our office. Uh, that girl from always smiling? Are you

  269. aa? You are the one who said killin. I've never seen you not

  270. smile. You say I wish you condolences. You're still smiling anyway. So

  271. because it's it's just, you know, people that have the heart that overflows

  272. with with a certain thing, they cannot hide it anymore. When you're in

  273. love and your heart is full, yeah, and when you're when you're when

  274. your love is like like it's a tank, right, And when your love

  275. is decreasing, you you don't have the I love you anymore, and you

  276. don't have the flowers anymore, you don't have the anniversary anymore. And so

  277. our job is to keep it full everybody. Okay. Our job is to

  278. keep it full so that our marriages can be blessed, our children can be

  279. blessed, our companies can be blessed. When we go in there and we

  280. begin to bless people out of how God has blessed our hearts everywhere. Okay,

  281. let's go on. H yeah, so mouth mouth, So what do

  282. we need to watch out for again? Number one years, number two hard,

  283. number three mouth. So you can you see the escalation? The Bible

  284. is so written in order you won't believe it. God has got of order.

  285. He doesn't chin chai, chin chai, and that's not French. Okay.

  286. He doesn't simply just write or do anything. He does it all plan

  287. so provers for What did you say about the mouth? Let's read it again.

  288. It says put away from you a deceitful mouth, and put perverse lips

  289. far from you. What does the message say? The message says, don't

  290. don't talk out of both sides of your mouth. Avoid both sides means you

  291. say one thing to one person, you say another thing to another person.

  292. Avoid careless banter the type that we have to take that eight restaurants sometimes careless,

  293. very careless. White lies actually is half half lif you know, actually

  294. he is something like that. But actually he's not like that. But you

  295. know, you know she is, you know, white lies some truth to

  296. it, but not all truth and gossip. All right, okay, what

  297. now, let's look at the other scriptures again. I'm looking at my time

  298. and I don't want to go beyond ninety five. So here we go.

  299. Mhm. Actually, we love you on the way, whincaid, you can't

  300. go yet, Stay for another year, okay, pops, eighteen twenty one.

  301. Death and life are in the power of the town. You want this

  302. year to change. You know. Sometimes people come out to me and say,

  303. Pastor, I can't help you, like this is my situation. I

  304. say, actually, I understand your situation, but you can still help it

  305. because you still have a mouth that can speak things into being. No,

  306. no, seriously, I want you to understand this. This is very important.

  307. Oh I can't help it. I can't help it. This is hereditary.

  308. I inherited the sickness from my death. Listen, please please listen very

  309. carefully to the word of God. Death and life are in the power of

  310. the tongue and those who love it. Will eat its fruit this year twenty

  311. three four, You're gonna eat the fruit either of death or life. You

  312. speak it, you begin to believe that you can change your atmosphere, your

  313. environment, your situation by speaking. But if you keep saying, cannot lie.

  314. No way, lah, This is how you know. The chips have

  315. fallen. This is how my life is. No. God gave you a

  316. life changing force in your tongue, So be careful what you hear because it

  317. starts there. And then make sure you fill your heart with faith and the

  318. word and positivity and power, and let your mouth begin to speak. Yes,

  319. I understand these are the facts. I'm taking medicare now. But the

  320. truth is by His stripes we are healed. So maybe one day I can

  321. decrease my medication. Maybe maybe one day I cannot have medication anymore. Maybe

  322. maybe one day my son, you know, might be better, My daughter

  323. might do better, my marriage. You know, you don't just stand there

  324. and accept the facts. You stand there and speak into the truth. Everybody,

  325. Okay, this is all right, let's move on. Don't forget this.

  326. So please don't forget it. No matter how what you're going through,

  327. you can still speak things into being because we were made in the image of

  328. God, and Romans four seventeen says God who gives life to the dead and

  329. cause those things that we should not exist as though they did. Now,

  330. even God Almighty doesn't wish things to happen, and he calls things to happen.

  331. The Bible doesn't say God wish. Even God has to use his mouth

  332. to call. What more, we who are made in His image, we

  333. have to learn to call. You know, exk got the communing. I'm

  334. sure ex Clang has this as well. We have intercession for about ten minutes

  335. before we break for tea, and then we come for our pre worship prayer.

  336. In our intercession, we are not just praying any prayer. We are

  337. calling forth people he unsafe to come from the north, southeast, and west

  338. of put the communing. We are calling forth the power of God to be

  339. in existence so that those who are ill can be healed, those who are

  340. blind can see. We are calling forth the power of God to nullify the

  341. power of darkness that keeps people from coming to church. You know the reason

  342. why people are still laying in their bed right now, even though they are

  343. manging. I should be in churche I should be in church, I should

  344. be in churged because the devil is the at work, and so we can

  345. nullify the work of the enemy by opening our mouth to call them forth.

  346. I say, you know, even this morning, you know those who are

  347. still sleeping and know they should be in church. Wake them up. Lord,

  348. Yeah, you gotta learn intercessary prayer. Intercessory prayer, and Lord,

  349. I pray that you will. No you speak it. Whoever you are out

  350. there, get up in Jesus' name, you know, call call, because

  351. they already know they should be in judge, Get up, have the strength.

  352. Alarm clock ring louder. Oh, I know whatever, I know.

  353. Whatever the Lord's leading you to pray, get up, get into your car,

  354. come sit down here. I pray for faith to come into your hearts,

  355. because without faith they can be save. Faith a rise now, Wow,

  356. I'm calling faith, faith a rise now in the heart of my friend

  357. who doesn't know you. Amen, intercessory prayer. Take control of your life.

  358. Take control of your situation. Speak it into being. Don't just allow

  359. it to happen. This life is not an accident. This life is a

  360. divine appointment. Can I hear good? Amen? Praise the Lord. So

  361. this is what God does not wish calls. It hasn't existed yet, but

  362. I call it into existence. I called it every chair, every empty chair

  363. here we feel that's how you intercede. Every empty chair here. I command

  364. that you be filled with a life that needs Jesus. Call them fourth there

  365. thousands and thousands and thousands more and got the company and clang. Call them

  366. forth. They do not exist. Now they will exist in Jesus. Name

  367. next one. If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and leave

  368. in your heart that God has raised him from there, you will be saved.

  369. Confess. You know one thing about confession is this. Those of us

  370. who know a little bit of law know that to get a confession is really

  371. powerful. It's almost done deal unless the court can hear and be proven that

  372. the man or woman gave their confession underdress, being forced by the police or

  373. whoever and force, and now he changes his confession. No, no,

  374. no, I didn't underdo rest. So there is something in law say that

  375. that says to us confession underd rest is inadmissible. And then of course it

  376. got all these other different uh uh uh. You know, criteria, conditions,

  377. preconditions or you know laws. Uh, But confession is very very powerful.

  378. Most people are done. The sentence is ready to be given as soon

  379. as a confession has been obtained. So what is a confession? A confession?

  380. Really? Number one is truth. That's why it's so powerful. You

  381. are telling the truth after all these years of saying it's another story. Now

  382. you had enough and you just want to speak the truth. I know that

  383. there's a man in Australia. I think his name is CYRL who killed Atantuya.

  384. I mean he wants to tell the truth, finds it hard because he's

  385. under duress. But a confession is powerful because it's truth, somebody's amen.

  386. It's also powerful because it's acceptance. I accept my faith, I accept that

  387. I've done this and that this is the truth. And not only that,

  388. it also speaks of surrender. I surrender and submit to whatever will happen when

  389. the truth is known. That's powerful because you know that when you surrender your

  390. life to God and submit to him, he takes over and he works a

  391. miracle. So when a person is about to confess and sits down in front

  392. of the lawyer or the police, the confession, you know, I just

  393. told you. I'm ready to tell you the truth. I've thought about it,

  394. and I accept that even if it's ten years in jail. I accept

  395. my faith and I surrender to the judges. I surrender to the law.

  396. I wait for you to judge me. Hopefully you show me mercy because I

  397. have come up to tell you the truth and I accept my future. Do

  398. you see how powerful confession is. It's submission to God. I confess that

  399. in you, I'm healed truth, acceptance of that truth, even though you

  400. feel like you know you you want to die out of this sickness, and

  401. yet you say, I accept the truth will set me free, and I

  402. totally submit and surrender to God's mercy for how he will treat my life.

  403. Everybody still with me? And expectation? What is confession again? Truth,

  404. acceptance, surrender or submission and expectation. I now expect whatever sentence will come

  405. my way. Same when you confess something, it's not just speaker is I

  406. confess that this church is blessed, that my marriage is blessed, even though

  407. you know we're going through a time whereby you know, husband and wife is

  408. talking and thinking about divorce. But I don't want I believe and I trust

  409. that the Lord has something better. And you begin to stand up and you

  410. take control of twenty twenty four, and you say, God, I know

  411. I'm in a mess, but I can confess. Oh that rhymes. I

  412. know I'm in a mess, but I can still confess. I know I'm

  413. in a mess, but I can still confess. Don't let the enemy rob

  414. you of your words, and don't, worse still, don't let him put

  415. words in your mouth, as they cannot want las sure Diana, you see,

  416. and then we are confessing, and that confession is the same thing.

  417. It might not be truth, but it's truth to you. And you also

  418. have to accept that sure die one. Then you have to surrender to sure

  419. die wan, and then you have to expect sure die one. But when

  420. you confess the truth and confess the word, you see. I'm spending so

  421. much time on this because I think it's so important for us. When you

  422. go home, you open your door and you begin. If you are the

  423. father of the house, you begin to confess and you speak the word of

  424. the Lord shall be sovereign in my house. And I speaking to my marriage,

  425. and I speak it into my home, and I speaking to my business,

  426. and I accept nothing else but God and his truth and his word.

  427. And I surrender to the mercy of God. And I now stand here in

  428. expectation of what He's going to do. Somebody say, amen, I'm already

  429. structing, even though it's called because I'm telling you, I'm preaching my heart

  430. out to you, because I know on the first day God wants to tell

  431. you it's going to be a great year. So what I was doing,

  432. I guess confessed. And some of you who don't believe in confession very bad.

  433. It's going to be worse. Come on, are you catching it or

  434. not? Come on, even if you are in a mess, you can

  435. steal confess. Next one, Thank you x TV. I can't remember what's

  436. the next one. But for in one heart, for the heart, word

  437. believes into righteousness. With the mouth, confession is made to sell. You

  438. know why salvation comes because you confess it. You speak the truth. You

  439. expect to be safe. Next one. The words of a tale bearer are

  440. like tasty trifles. They go down into the inmost body. That's one thing.

  441. That's that's the power of words, the power of gossip. That's what

  442. I'm telling you right now. I say to you, watch not just what

  443. you hear, but what you're listening to, because when the words come in

  444. and you're concentrating on those words and you're believing in those words, it starts

  445. to come into your inner most beings. You know sometimes that you can be

  446. listening like some of you, hopefully not lie. You're sitting here, you're

  447. hearing me preach my heart out, and then you go in here out.

  448. Then when you go outside, you shake hands, they're gring for a branch,

  449. you're eating brunch nicely out there, and say they say, do you

  450. like pass message? Actually? What did he say? Again? Because we

  451. can be here and not here, maybe it's gonna go into the next inspiration

  452. book. You can be here but not here. So it's not about just

  453. watch what you hear. Is watch what you're listening to, because when you're

  454. listening, you're listening as over your eyes, your whole being, and what

  455. happens is that it goes into your inner most parts. So the hearing that

  456. doesn't move you is nothing to be concerned about. So how do you ask

  457. you you're listening to second music from the radio, all right? Some Christians

  458. are like that. I go like hearing the hearing, but I'm not listening.

  459. I tell you, you asked me about the lyrics of any of these

  460. songs that I like. I don't know the lyrics. Seriously, my wife

  461. is probably better. Super sci super shi Okay, I I am super blur

  462. when it comes to thesecard things. Yeah, it doesn't affect me. Doesn't

  463. affect me. You know, Sunny or you Sonny? You passed by a

  464. disco and there's blacking music, and lady, because I was taught in church,

  465. can I hear? Can I hear? No? Sometimes when you sit

  466. down. Also, there's some gossip that goes around here. Two minutes three

  467. minutes are to cook line. I don't want to listen in very different because

  468. when you listen in it will go into your inmost body. And why why

  469. have I changed? Why has that person who once upon a time was a

  470. very nice person? Because it goes in like cancer. So it's not about

  471. just hearing, it's about listening. And I pray that all of you are

  472. listening to this message because you can also go into your inmost being and change

  473. you. Somebody say amen, all right, come on, I don't have

  474. that much time you have left. Let's let's let's look, uh, okay,

  475. further and lips with a wicked heart like earth and where covered with silver

  476. draws. Let's move on. You can be very fervor in your lips and

  477. you can talk, you can talk all the right talk, but in your

  478. heart you're not in the right place. Uh So, I think I think

  479. enough of problems. Change six. Let's move on. I think you get

  480. the picture. You get the picture, all right? Uh oh? I

  481. love this, but I'll probably explain it later. I don't have time now.

  482. This is what the lot taught me about three years ago, how to

  483. go against people talking against me. But anyway, let's let's move on.

  484. What's the next slide? Eyes? What's the first one? Yes? What's

  485. the second one? Hard? What's the third one? Mouth? Or some

  486. of you are listening, praise God? What's the fourth one? Eyes?

  487. Provers for Let's go back to that again. Okay, it says, let

  488. your eyes look straight ahead, and your eyelids. What even talk about eyelids?

  489. You know? Huh? When I was growing up, I didn't have

  490. any double eyelids at all. And I found out I had the double eyelids

  491. only when I wake up and I rub my eye and I look at the

  492. min no while, but triple eyelids. You know all HI did inside so

  493. the Bible eyelids. Let your eyelids look straight ahead all right? Before you

  494. what does? What does the message say? Keep your eyes straight ahead?

  495. Ignore all sides, show this life along side, show side, show distructions.

  496. All right. Okay, so eyes very important. Let's let's move on.

  497. Ah Matthew six twenty two, twenty three. Okay, this one's gonna

  498. blow your mind. It's gonna blow your mind. So I want you to

  499. follow me in the next few minutes. I'll do this. Let's do it

  500. as quickly as we can. In the next cripture, please, Matthew six,

  501. I think they're looking for it. Halloweyah, pase, God, how

  502. you are doing? Okay, wonderful? Hey man, You and Daniel to

  503. come and share as we wait for there. Okay, here we are Matthew

  504. six twenty two. The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore

  505. your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. So

  506. come on, people, twenty twenty four. Do you want your body to

  507. be full of light? Of course, right as you start, your eye

  508. your eye twenty three. But if your eye is bad, or how can

  509. your I be better? Your whole body will be full of darkness. Therefore

  510. the light that is in you is darkness. How great is that darkness?

  511. I confess over all of you that this sale will be a year of light

  512. for you, and your whole body will light up. And when you light

  513. up, you will shine for Jesus and everybody around you go like something about

  514. this person. Everywhere else is negative. She or he is full of positive

  515. light. I love hanging around this person, always encouraging, always full of

  516. positive words. Hallelujah. Let's look at the next scripture because I'm getting to

  517. it. Judge, not that you be not judged. So the scripture,

  518. the scripture that speaks about the eyes, the lamb of the eyes, is

  519. actually a scripture that talks about judging. Judge, not that you be not

  520. judged. Jesus is talking about judgment and judging when he's talking about the eyes.

  521. Let's move on to the next one. If you don't believe me,

  522. look at Matthew seven two. For with what judgment you judge, you will

  523. be judged, and with the measure you use, if we've measured back to

  524. you, is there another verse? Why do you are famous? Verse?

  525. Famous? Famous verse? Pastor Kendle's chin is gonna tell you towards the end

  526. of his message not just watch what you see, because a lot of people

  527. are thinking that Pasta is going to say, don't watch this movie, don't

  528. watch Netflix, don't watch Extra, don't watch this, don't watch that.

  529. So you're ready. Idly you're preparing yourself, or don't watch video games,

  530. so you're preparing it. Okay, And yet the Bible is not talking about

  531. what goes in It's talking many times about what goes out of your eyes.

  532. So I think too many times we only watch out for what we watch,

  533. which we should. But God is more interesting is what comes out? Judge,

  534. do you know you can look at somebody and not say a thing and

  535. make the first fullow feel really down? You know the spec in your brother's

  536. eye, but why do you consider the plank in your own eye? Next

  537. verse? Or how can you say to your brother, let me remove the

  538. spec from your eye and look, a plank is in your own eye?

  539. Wow? Planing? You know? Next one? Hip Okay, what a

  540. way to start the morning? Hip hop creep? First remove the plank from

  541. your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the spec from

  542. your brother's eye. Wow. Can we keep reading? What's the next scripture?

  543. Now? I this is the one that got me going, probably thirty

  544. verse seventeen. I was looking. I was typing, bring me to the

  545. scripture that says the eyes are the window to your soul, because I thought

  546. I saw it somewhere before. The eyes are the window to your soul.

  547. And it keeps bringing back to Proverbs thirty seventeen. Every way I type,

  548. it brings me back to Proverbs thirty seventeen. And he says the eye that

  549. mocks his father. Wow, you can actually make your father feel mocked just

  550. by the way you look at him. You can scorn your mother, you

  551. can look down on people, disrespect this honor just by the way how you

  552. look, how you perceive. So it's not just what you watch. I'm

  553. not talking about Netflix though. Today. I don't want to spend my time

  554. talking about Netflix. I want to talk about spend my time talking about how

  555. you see people, how you look at people and respect them and honor them,

  556. and you know, just love them and be merciful to them as God

  557. has been merciful to you. And be kind to them with your eyes.

  558. Wow, there is a punishment for those of us who don't use our eyes

  559. correctly. The ravens will pluck it out. I tell you, I do

  560. want to share this with you. I want to do it was one verse.

  561. I thought you the verse could just stop at his mother, stop at

  562. his mother saying okay. But then this is one verse. God is so

  563. into your eyes, not what you are looking at, but how you look

  564. at others that he's saying. I'm telling you right now, those very eyes

  565. are only worth for one thing, the ravens to pluck it out. Oh

  566. God, please change the way we see people. Please change the way we

  567. see the poor. Please change the way we see church leadership. Please change

  568. the way we see each other. If there's any animosity between Kuta community and

  569. Klang and I know there's none, but please God, change the way I

  570. see x Clang. They are my brothers, my sisters, their family,

  571. and ex Clang Xua community is to you family. We are one, although

  572. we are separated, and we don't want to judge each other, so we

  573. love each other in it. That's the way we got to do it.

  574. This year is gonna be so different. The way we see Okay, let's

  575. close this last lap. What do we have? X TV help me out

  576. here. This is my first time ever preaching this. You know feet,

  577. prop of sore, prof of sow. What does it say, propab fall.

  578. Let's go back to it as we close. Ponder the path of your

  579. feet, and let all your ways be established. Do not turn to the

  580. right or the left. Remove your foot from evil. What does the message

  581. say? Watch your step and the road will stretch out smooth before you look,

  582. neither right nor left. Leave evil in the dust. When we talk

  583. about feet, what are we talking about? What are we talking about?

  584. Let's move on. Your word is a lamp to my feet. The reason

  585. why sometimes we don't walk with confidence is because we don't even know where we're

  586. going. There is no other promise that there will be like to your feet

  587. or to your path except the word of God. I like how it ends

  588. with feet, but it goes back to ears. I tell you why,

  589. because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. And in

  590. Second Corinthians five seven it says walk by faith, not by side. Have

  591. we been walking by faith in twenty twenty three or just by facts and by

  592. financial reports? And by you know, whatever it is that people are saying,

  593. and what have we been hearing? Have we been hearing by faith?

  594. Because if we don't hear by faith, we won't walk by faith. It

  595. starts by hearing. I choose this year twenty twenty four to hear words of

  596. faith, things of faith, you know, lovely words of God. The

  597. words of God are words of faith. And when I hear God's word telling

  598. me how to live my life, I feel my heart, I speak with

  599. my mouth, I see and judge with my eyes according to the word,

  600. and I walk by faith everybody, okay, not by side. Palms one

  601. one nine, one zero five just says that right, your word is a

  602. lamb to my feet, like to my path. Second acording to this five

  603. to seven says walk by faith, not by sight. I'm closing now and

  604. I just want to give you a summary. Here we go. Watch not

  605. just what you hear, but how you listen, because it goes in like

  606. trifle, and it will go in like cancer if you're not careful. Watch

  607. number two, not just what you feel, but what you feel your heart

  608. and mind with too many of us are going just my feelings. But we

  609. need to fill our hearts. Number three, Watch not just what you say,

  610. but what you confess. Number four Watch watch not just what you see,

  611. but how you perceive, how you perceive. Listen, I give you

  612. a quick story. The woman at the well joins up the four What did

  613. she see? A Jew? A Jewish man? And she says, you

  614. have nothing to do with a Samaritan. Yes, But she went deeper and

  615. from a Jewish man she said, I perceive that you are a prophet.

  616. I love that. So it's not just about what you see, because what

  617. you seek and me wrong. But I pray that today, this year,

  618. we will learn to perceive. And she went from I see you a Jewish

  619. man. Of course Jesus didn't even say he was Jewish. But the eyes

  620. can see on the natural his skin color, you know, the voice,

  621. the tone of his language, all that, I know you are a Jew.

  622. And sometimes, if that's what we are stuck with, then twenty twenty

  623. four is going to be miserable. But move from just seeing. And it's

  624. not about Netflix, it's not about video games. Move from how you see,

  625. how you see, not what you see? How you see, I

  626. see a prophet. And finally she saw the Messiah and it changed her life

  627. and the lives of the people in her city. Do you want to see

  628. transformation in your city? Do you want to see transformation in your family?

  629. Learn not just what you see, but how you see, how you perceive

  630. and judge rightly, Judge rightly in accordance to God's truth. Finally, watch

  631. not just what Watch not just where you walk, but how you walk.

  632. Watch not just where you walk, but how you walk. How do we

  633. walk? Ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, by faith, not just

  634. my feelings. By faith, Father, in the name of Jesus. Today,

  635. I pray humbly that I am found faithful to deliver your word that you

  636. gave me just last night. I pray that your word, Father, will

  637. go forth and not return to your void, but it will accomplish the purpose

  638. for which you said. You love us so much that you gave us your

  639. word, so that we can be better, not bitter. So whether we

  640. can be blessed, not curse, so that we can change our situation,

  641. not just by money or by our own smartness, but by the word.

  642. The Word says death and life are in the power of the tongue. So

  643. I'm going to use my tongue. I'm going to confess the word. It

  644. starts with the word. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word.

  645. To fill my heart with the word, I want to speak the word.

  646. I want to see and perceive through the word, and I want to walk

  647. by the word as I walk by faith. We hope you've been blessed by

  648. this message. For more information on our church, please visit aschurch do org.

  649. We are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that this week

  650. is going to be a good week. I hit for you. God bless
