You're listening to a message to go from axt church. We hope this message

will light up your tea. Coming up with a title for my message.

But I love God so I love his word so much, so I've titled

it your word is a lamb onto my feet and a light onto my path.

Without God's word, we are lost. Without God's word? Who are

we? You know? We have this manual. Every time my husband buys

me a manual, I'm in a repliance, a kitchen tool. I get

very lazy to read the manual because sometimes the manuals are so thick, right,

and the words are so small. To wear my glasses and read everything

and understand. I always give the manual to elder terrans, say can you

read and tell me? And you tell me so nicely. Love, You

have to read it. This is yours, This applies, This food processor

is yours. You're going to use it if you don't understand, if you

don't know how to use this, if you don't understand the manual how it

works, you will miss out of all the things that it can do.

And the Bible is the manual that God has given us. If we don't

read it, we will miss out on all the goodies that God has for

us, all the powerful stuff. How God can turn your life around,

no matter how old you are, no matter how young you are, God

can turn your life around. Every answer, every secret is in here.

If you don't read this, you're going to miss out. If you don't

know this, you're going to miss out. So read your Bible. The

blessings of God is plenty. And I've come to know that. Again,

I'm not going into the message. I've come to know that God's word there

are secrets in it. You know, God says you all this book of

the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it

day and night. Meditate you wake up you're thinking of God's wor the more

you think you get secrets the Holy Spirit will reveal. But if you just

you know, okay, I have a quiet time. It's ten minutes.

I'm just going to read a chapter. I'm just gonna read a few passages.

I'm going to move on. You're not going to get anything. But

if you're meditating on God's word, if you're thinking about it day and night,

and you're observing to do everything all that is written in it and then

God says, you will have good success. You will have that prosperity,

you will not lack. So it's all in our hands. God has already

given us everything. It's all in our hands. Okay, let's go to

our word Proverbs Proverbs, chapter three, verse five to eight. I love

God's word, so I don't want the word taking off the screen. I

always you know, I'm from ten thirty, and I always before service starts,

I will go to x TV and I always give them a hard time.

They look at me coming. They say, oh no, this Auntie

is coming again. So I'll always tell them. Number One, Guys,

when you're putting up a song, make sure that before we can you know,

you don't have to wait until the whole sentence finished, and then we

got to wait to sing the next line. Don't do that quickly change because

we already know what is the last one. Yes, and of us,

Steven, we already know what's the last one. Why do you have to

wait? And then after that when the next line come, you don't know

what to sing. And then when the line comes, then we are singing,

so we are missing out. So I said, I don't want to

miss out anything. I want to worship God, so put the song and

make sure it's going fast. The second thing is, don't take the word

from the screen. The preacher is preaching, he is prepared the message.

He puts up the message and guess what, bom God. Before I can

even write it down, it's gone from the screen. They will put it

and then it's gone. So every Sunday I will go to them and say,

don't take the scriptures off the screen. It'll get so annoyed with me,

I think. So since today I'm sharing, I have already told them

I want God's word there, don't take it down. I love God's word.

Okay, this this message actually God gave me while our the last time

I came here, I told you about a little puppy dog that I rescued.

Right I was rescued, and because of this puppy dog, there was

a testimony how we actually got homes and people praying. Every week we pray

in the neighborhood that I am in, every week we pray, and now

it's because of this little puppy. I got to know my neighbors and we

started to pray. And while during one of these prayers in my neighborhood.

I actually got gave me this to encourage my friend who I was praying with,

and after that it was totally silent. I said, God, you've

gave given me the word, You've given me the scripture. How am I

to prepare this message? There was no sound, no sound from God until

something happened. A few weeks back. Something happened, something really bad happened,

and from that val experience is when I started to write. So this

is a very message that is very dear to me because it's from here that

I have drawn some truth that God wants me to share with you, because

God was sharing it with me. Okay, so the first one I want

to emphasize is trust in the Lord with all your heart. Trust. Trust

requires an action on our part. It always requires an action on our part.

I want to tell you trust and faith. What is the difference between

trust and faith? Faith says the chair is steady, you can go and

sit on it. That's what faith says. The chair looks okay, you

can go and sit on it. But trust makes you go to the chair

and sit on that chair. Trust actually is that action that God requires from

each one of us. So there's always an action, right, we always

saw Just now A chairperson said, you sow. But what was the good

thing? He said, is God always gives back, pressed down, chacking

together, running over. God always gives me. So there is an action

always on our part. So trust in the Lord with all your heart and

lean not on your own understanding. Trust is billon a relationship? Do we

have one? So important to have a relationship with God. It's so important

not to just say, hey, I'm a Christian, I know the Lord.

It's not important that you know the Lord. The Lord must know you,

right or not? Guysh we always say I'm a Christian, I celebrate

Christmas? But does the Lord know you? In a why I say this

is the Bible says there'll be one day when we will meet God. And

it's so important that God knows us. Imagine you go and then you say,

God, I am able, and godsis I don't know you? Depart

from me? Can you imagine? So make sure that God knows you have

a relationship. Build your relationship a track record. My testimony is when you

say trust, do we forget them quickly? Do we forget our testimonies quickly?

We continue to meet challenges. I am sixty two years old. I'm

continuing to meet challenges because there is a real enemy out there, and he

continues to bring hard things. You know, he'll continue to bring things,

especially to test your faith. There is a huddle. Your faith has to

grow. God doesn't want you to be a baby all the time. You

have to grow. You have to eat meat. And how is your faith

going to grow if challenges don't come, if testings don't come. So there's

always a huddle when you're a baby. I remember when I first accepted the

Lord. Oh my goodness, everything I asked God, God would give it

to me. Everything, I will say. You know, those days we

had minibusses. We had no cars, like all you guys, young young

people. So these days, those days now we have to go by.

Those minibusses were horrible, the small. They were packed like sardines. We'll

be swinging from right to left. And those times, in those quiet times,

I used to pray many things. I prayed in the minibusses while I

was packed like a sardine, standing there in the bus, pressed inside.

I used to pray to the Lord many powerful press. I never knew they

were powerful, but God heard those press So wherever you are, if you're

saying a prayer, God is listening to the prayer. God is near you

and listening to that prayer. So never never think, oh, I'm in

the shopping complex, I'm saying a prayer and God is not listening to it.

Hey, I was in the minibus when I prayed for my husband forgot

to give me a man, and God answered that prayer and it was Elder

Terrans. It was Elder Terrans. Okay, that's another story for another time.

So anyway, don't forget your testimony is. God gives you many testimonies

and when you come to that huddle that is hard to jump over, you

know, don't don't forget and look back and say, have not my God

saved me? Have not my God help me all those times in the past.

But do you know, when the challenge comes, it's so big,

it's so huge, we forget all our past testimonies. We forget that God

has actually rescued us, and this challenge is a new one and it will

be difficult for God to Most of the times I try to when a challenge

comes, I always try to do everything on my own effort. First,

first, I will do it all on my own effort. I will not

involve God. I will say God, your rest first. Let me see

if I can coutem all this by myself. And most of the time it

never happens. I was in the kitchen. We had homes on Friday,

and I was in the kitchen and I wanted my food processor. I am

a very orderly person. You come to my house. My house is very

neat. Possible. Have you come to a house, You have to come

to my house. It's very very Everything is in his place, you know.

Everything is very neat. It's very clean. And in heaven it's not

messy. You know, it's very So if you are a messy person in

your room, you don't you know, you're throwing things all over. Heaven

is not like that. Be clean, always be neat, you know,

don't throw your things everywhere, you know. So my food processor, you

know, there's always two part, right, the bottom part and the top

part. You have to take the top part and you have to clock it

in. You have to click it in and then the whole thing. And

it's very high. So I had put the bottom part in one place and

the top part in another place. The reason I did that was because I

didn't have the ladder that was high enough, so I had to separate it.

So I wanted to make some pies pastry for homes, and I was

looking everywhere. I found the top, I didn't find the bottom part.

I tell you, I climbed ladders, I went up, I went down

all over again on my own strength, you know, on my own strength.

When all over the place, couldn't find the bottom part. How to

do? I was running out of time. It was Friday, I needed

to bake. I was so tired. Finally, I just told the Holy

Spirit, Holy Spirit, I need your help. I was laughing to myself.

He must be waiting. Okay, how long do I have to wait?

Before? She asked me, I say, Holy Spirit, I need

your help. I need you to help me find where I kept the bottom

part of that blender. Finally, I told angels, just direct me,

Just direct me to that cupboard where the second party is. He did that,

He directed me and the same place that I had checked. It was

right in front of me, and I didn't see it. Can you imagine

is it my age or what? It was right in front of me and

I didn't see it, and I was just telling the Lord, thank you

Lord. I think God must be laughing at me and must be thinking,

what's wrong with this girl? But you know, sometimes we always try to

handle our life, you know, we try to do everything ourselves. We

always say, God, you take a break, you rest, you know,

let me go and do everything. When cannot really cannot. Then we

say, okay, hold now you're come in. And God doesn't want us.

God doesn't want us to do that. God wants to immediately call him

God help, God, come rescue me, tell me what to do,

okay. So trust is like that trust is trusting him and not forgetting our

old testimonies that God will always come through. God will always come through.

Okay. Uh, trust God with everything and not just some things, you

know, not just some things. Okay, these things, I will trust

you. Money, I need job, I need a good job, wife,

no husband. I have to look for myself because this is not a

very important the look after you find me some guy. And I don't like

how, you know, when when I prayed in the in the busa for

a partner, because I come from a very broken home as well. My

father and my mother, though they loved each other. Well, wow,

when they have fights, oh, my goodness. And all my life,

I've seen my father and mother fight, fight, my mother's crying. My

father has his own problems, but there was never abuse. My father has

never laid hands on my mom. But there was always a lot of crying.

So I didn't want that. I didn't want that. I didn't want

to find a partner and end up like my father and my mother. So

I told God, Hey, be careful on what you'll tell God. In

the minibus, I told God, God, you find me a man,

and when you find me a man, there must be some things I had

already given God some things. How I will know that this is from him.

Okay. In our church before, we couldn't just date anybody, date

somebody, and go out with a person, or it doesn't work, so

it's not this person, and then go to the next person, date the

next person. Ah, it's not this person, and then go to the

third one. It wasn't like that. In our church before. We had

to pray without telling the girl, without showing any interest. We had to

pray six months quietly, quietly, not telling the boy or the girl that

you're interested in it. And then after six months, you go and tell

the pastor and then you pray again, a lot of praying. And then

after you pray, I think, I don't know how many months, three

months, because I didn't start it. Elder Terrance started, so he knows.

He pray again for a few months. And then you go and tell

the girl or the boy, Hey, I've been praying for you for six

months. Would you like to pray with me in my church? No one

could do that. I have seen all the boys and girls. No one

could do that. So I told God, this is a very difficult challenge.

That told God, God, the guy that approaches me must follow these

rules, and then I will know that is the guy. Usually the guy

is interested in you. There will be all over you. They are like

honey, and then ants all around you know, and then the ants will

all come around the honey because they just like you, so they want to

be in your company. You already know. And when I was young,

and not to boast, there were many guys around me, many many guys

that my pastor got a headache say, what's wrong? You know what attracted

them to me? Not because I was so good looking, but I love

the God. I love God so much. You know, worship time,

I was all over. I love God so much, and that attracted so

girls and boys. You know, if you want to find a partner,

you know you love God, you show how much you love God, and

then you find that the guys will come and the girls will come. So

Eld Terans actually obeyed all this, and one day he came to me and

he was my best friend. You know, I expected nothing, no feelings

from him. We bod used to sit right in front and worship God together.

So when he came and told me, Mabel, I'm praying for you,

oh my heart sang sang so bad. I was so. I was

thinking, boy, this guy actually did everything, and he didn't know that

I had to deal with God, and I had already told God that this

guy has to come like this and he has to obey. I had all

the other guys around me that were showing me that they liked me, but

Elder Terrans actually never showed me that he liked me. He never came near

me. And one day he dropped the bombshell on me and said, I'm

praying for you. And immediately at that moment, I didn't even have to

pray. I knew he was the one, and then I cried for three

years. The three years that I cried was asking God, God, can

you change your mind. I don't want to marry him. He's my best

friend, he's my good friend. I know him, but I don't want

to marry him. For three years I cried. I tried to change God's

heart, but God said, you don't have to marry him. You can

marry anybody. But I made a promise to God and I was going to

marry him. I had absolutely no feelings for Elder Terrans, absolutely no feelings.

In fact, I after six months or maybe even one year, I

told him, no, I don't think I want to go out with you

or or you know. But I cried, like cried. I knew because

I was going against what God had brought to me, and I was being

in disobedience. So anyway, God said, you can maybe you can marry

anybody. Any question should be okay, you don't have to marry the guy

that I sent you. So anyway, I told God, no, at

least I give me feelings for him. That also, he don't give me

feelings. How So, after some time I went back to my pastor and

said, I want to continue praying for big Terrans. So my pastor knew

that this was really a difficult case. So and then after that another I

don't know how long we prayed. The whole thing was more than three years.

And I had no feelings for three years. So after that, what

we do in church is we get the guy and the girl to stand up

in church and declared to the oh church, this girl and this boy are

praying together and they have agreed and they're going to go into holy metrimony soon.

Oh my goodness. I had to stand up. He stood up,

We stood up in church, told the whole church to everybody, not quiet,

quiet, not tell everybody, and no feelings. So okay, okay,

fine. And then came even our dates were controlled, you know those

times, everything was a bit controlled. So even in our days we cannot

you know, one week once maybe we see uh. So he came.

He picked me up. In my heart, I say, you lay your

hands on me, I'll slap your face. That was our first day after

confirmation. You know, this is after confirmation, after knowing everything, I

had no feelings for him. God just wanted to see if I would actually

go through with it. You know, faith, This is faith, guys,

and trust is what going through it. The action on my part,

I said, faith, God, I believe you are. We can say

this, we can say that, we can pray all kinds of things.

God, I will do this, I will do that. You know you

do this. I will do this. And then when it comes to our

part, we can't deliver. But I try to deliver it my e list,

I give me feelings, no feelings, So how to marry the guy

with no feelings? But you know what happened after two days, after three

days, I got to really know him. And that's when God gave me

the faith, I mean, the love for him, the feelings for him.

Hey, mauch much later. So if you're telling God pick a girl

for me, pick a boy for me, be very very careful, because

God, here's your prayer. God will answer. He will bring the guy.

He will bring the girl. I'm telling you I married Elder Terrans.

I could have married any guys. I had a lot of men interested in

me. I could have married any one of them. But I tell you

I don't think any one of them could have taken me like the way Elder

terrants. We worked so well together. We will be celebrating in jen in

January. We'll be celebrating at thirty fifth Andy Verse three thirty fifth anniversary.

We're so in love with each other, still still in love. We go

for dates. Don't you want that in a relationship? Do you just want

to fall in love with somebody for that short time, you know, and

then after that, you know, you get married and you don't want the

guy you're not interested. But thirty five years is going to be in jail

and tomorrow is his birthday. I'm planning something special. I'm going to take

into a nice hotel for nice lunch, and then we're going to go out.

We're going to have movies, We're going to do stuff. It's a

date night. It's going to be a real good date. So that's how

you know there's so many young people here. I want to show you a

secret. I want to tell you a secret that God is interested. God

is interested in your life. You know, don't waste it away, but

be careful what you tell God. Always be careful. So trust God in

everything you know. Don't tell God. Boys are I would choose girls.

I would choose because God, you don't know. You don't know about choosing

partners, so be careful and alta terans and I do PMC pre marriage counseling.

And the first thing that I personally will ask the couples is have you

prayed? Have you actually prayed? And have you seek the lot? And

they will look at both of them, You'll look at each other. And

I said, no, we didn't. We just fell in love. So

I get very frightened. When you fall in love first, before you seek

the lot, before you ask God, you fall in love first, it's

frightening love. There was one couple that came first time. We were meeting

them over coffee, just getting to know them. We haven't started pre marriage

counseling, just talking to them. After that they went to church and said

no, we don't want to marry each other. Six months of the marriage,

you know, that's when pre marriage counseling happened. I'm very scared when

I when couples come and talk to me because I can be quite honest and

I can ask them to look inside. Is this really what you want?

You know? Because you after you get married, you wand togo and divorce

and go through and bring shame to God, his name and church and everyone,

and hurt your the close ones, your family. Do you want to

hurt everybody? You don't want to do that. You do want to spend

so much money on your wedding and after that you know there's nothing to show.

You know, you only get married to one. You cannot go to

the all time and keep promising I do you do? And then before God

and then you witness, and God says, I also do, I also

blessed you know. Let don't make a mockery of the vows that you make.

It is for life. God doesn't bring any tom dick and hurry into

your line and you keep changing like clothes. No, it's not like that.

Okay. The next thing I want to talk about is clean. It's

all all trust in the Lord with all your heart. This all just now.

There was a song we saying passa Joel I think wrote it. I

didn't realize there was a lot of all in that. There was a lot

of all, all stops go and gets it attention. I actually put that

in when you give your all because Jesus himself thought in Mark twelve thirty,

loved the Lord with all your heart, your all, your soul, your

mind, your strength. Right, he says, all in God. There

is no halfway. You know, you don't give half way. It's all

or nothing. It's not interested. So he has taught as the alabaster jar.

Remember Mary Lazaru's sister. She had saved up this alabaster this, this

perfume, this precious perfume. And they say when they valued it, it's

one year's wage, one year's wage. Just calculate your salary, one year's

wage. It's very expressed. Maybe she kept it for her wedding, Maybe

she kept it for a special occasion. But what did she do? She

was so in love with the Lord, she didn't keep anything. She just

broke that alabasta jar, that that precious thing. And people just mocked her

and said, why why are you going weted like that, going paw on

his leg and waste the whole thing? So pressure you're gonna do that.

When you loved Lord, you give all, don't You don't stingch with God?

And when you serve God, you give all. You don't stingch.

You don't say I will do this, but these are don't touch. I

will do this, but this don't touch come on, guys, we give

all. Remember the two what caught Jesus eyes at the temple, the widow

that gave the two little copper coins. When we look at it, two

little copper coins, What is this? Nothing? But yet it attracted God.

It stoped God at his tracks. He was so taken away that widow.

Until now we're talking about it, that alabastaja, until now we're talking

about it. The two little copper coins doesn't mean anything. We're still talking

about it. Why because it was everything. When you give God, give

everything. Don't hold back. Hey, when you're giving God, this is

God. You know, how can we treat God like be treating our friends

anything? You know? Growing up, my mom used to tell me,

you know, I get the money from you guys, you already tiede your

money. So when you give me the money is already tied. Do I

have to also type? She used to tell me, very very technical,

very calculative. So I tell my mom mom, the money is yours and

God says you give ten percent of what you have, So why do you

have to be so calculative? This is what God tells you to do.

Just do it and God never robs you. God always gives back. So

my mom used to ask me that question. So I want to actually read

the Scripture to Corinthians nine sixty eight, if you could put that for me.

Okay, but this I say, he who so sparingly will also reap

sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also read bountifully. So I want

to have another. I have another version here. Each of you should give

what you have decided in your heart. Give, not reluctantly or under compulsion

forced you not to give, For God loves a cheerful giver. You know

when you give, you give God because you're happy. You want to bless

God, and God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all

things. See it's not here in this version, but I use another version.

I'm not sure I should have returned it down. In all things at

all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good

work. See God mentions all in a lot of things is everything about all

that thing in our life is very important. When you do, when you

give, when you serve, when you're loving, God is always all.

God says, if you love your children more than me, not fit for

my kingdom? Hard right. It's hard. You know. We love our

children so much, we love our spouses so much. Always know where who

is above? Who is you know there must be a number one? Who

is your number one? Who is the one that is at the top in

your heart? Is it God? Or is it your children? Or is

it your spouse? Or is it your parents? God say you're not fit.

You know, we must not only hear the good things that the Bible

says. There's also hard things in here that the Lord says that we must

take everything in you know, you just don't need. Not Like when we

were younger eating vegetables in our home, we tell our mother, bitter Cod,

I don't want, but all the sweet things I don't mind. I'll

take the ice cream, but bitter Cod, I don't want. Know.

With God, you take all. It's either all or nothing. So you

know, we belong to the Lord. We have to know what he loves,

and we give it to him. We give him our all. So

I also want to go to Joshua one aid. It's another favorite thing that

I meditate on it day and night. This book of the Law shall not

depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night,

and that you may observe to do according to all. Again, God says

that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous,

and then you will have good success. It says you. You know,

it doesn't say God will make your way prosper Yes, no, bus Steven,

what does he say? He said you will make your way, that

missa. It's all in your hands, it's in your power. You can

do what you want. You can declare, you can pray, you can

speak, and it will happen. And God says you will make your way

prosper then you will have good success. But observe to do according to all.

Observe to do according to all that is written in it. Don't just

take some. My husband was preaching. I love to hear Eld the Terrans

preach. I do not know why he's my husband. I hear him all

the time in the house, but I love when he preaches and teaches God's

world because it's special. Many times, just sitting down there listening to him,

I know it's not from him, because I know my husband. I

know it's the Holy Spirit. And I will just tear listening to the word.

You know, because it's so beautiful. God's word is so beautiful.

And sometimes some messages that he preaches, it's hard. It's hard, and

I know that the Holy Spirit is actually teaching the church something and we have

discernments and we know the church can't receive it because it doesn't go and it's

not like sponge, you know it's received. It is like it's bouncing back,

like the church doesn't want it. I'm sorry, guys. There are

times when heard messages are preached, people don't want to receive it. It's

like, no, this is you know, I'm not I'm going to close

my ears. This is not for me. No, we must take all

because this is His will that we take all that is written in Meditate is

another thing. Day and night is so important. Sometimes the best messages,

the best prayers is when I'm sleep at four five o'clock, that's when it

comes. Have you had that pass to Stephen God talking, God ministering four

o'clock? You know how you get up and write at four o'clock? How

to write? Ah, four am? How to get up and write?

But do you know I still do have things all around my bedside, pens,

paper, but to switch on the light and write down is very difficult.

But the best prays that I've prayed, I know it's not me,

and it's the Holy Spirit. He's praying at that time, and he's praying

and I'm listening to it. I'm thinking I am praying. No, he

is praying, and he's so beautiful. And some sermons, some messages he

gives me at that time. Wow, amazing. Okay. So yeah,

the people that preach and teach, prepare and take time and spend time with

the Lord and receive from the Lord. So as we listen to the message,

you know, take learn and practice it. Don't be the story in

the Bible where he says he goes to the mirror, he sees himself and

he forgets and he walks away. Let's not be like that. You know.

We don't want to be people who are ignorant, you know, because

there are many times we want to be ignorant and we don't want to hear.

But God will just flash like a screen, you know, like this

screen. He will just flash it and say, but it was told to

you. But it was taught to you, So remember that. Okay,

okay, lean, okay, let's go back to our first scripture, Lean

not on your own understanding. You know leaners, Uh, lean not on

your own understanding. Sometimes when I'm wearing high heels, I'm always leaning on

something that's now. I was leaning on that, but still I was a

bit tricky. Imagine if I'm leaning on something that is not steady, our

own understanding is never like that. I'd say i'm leaning. This whole thing

is moving. If I really go leaning, I will go flying with the

thing. It's exactly like that. No leaning on your understanding. It's like

this. You see this thing checking, So it depends. Your understanding is

like this, Like this, you're understanding. But if you lean on the

word of God, it doesn't go like this. Leaning on the word of

God is strength, is strong. God is your power. God is the

tower of strength. He doesn't go. So don't lean on your own understanding.

We are educated these days. We are very smart. We know how

to what to do, how to do it. You know how to be

very clever. We've done this, We've come up in life, we've been

promoted. We know a lot of things. But relying on our strength and

our knowledge can make you fall. So remember that. Philippians for seven Philippian

for seven says the peace of God which surpasses all understanding. God exceeds and

outperforms our understanding. We have our understanding, but God, He's understanding.

He surpasses everything through Christ Jesus. You know so God it You know God,

your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. His understanding is better than our

understanding. Don't go don't lean on your own understanding. We've heard this many

times. Uh, but we just have to be careful not to go by

what we understand. Okay. The next word I want to talk is submit,

which is found submit submit, Submit. Okay, let's go back to

Proverbs three five eight. Submit to him and he will make your path straight.

Submit. It's not a word, that is, it's not Submit is

not a form of weakness. You know, many times we don't like to

submit. We don't like to submit to authority, submit to our leaders.

company. Why do I have to come here? Submit to campus student?

Submit to a young working adult. You I know better, I live longer,

I eat at most salt all that, so submit. Sometimes it's kind

of difficult. Jesus lived his whole life. You know, Jesus is amazing,

our Lord. He's amazing because his liver was to teach us how to

live. He lived a liver of submission to the Father. Every moment of

every day. He taught us how to pray. Early morning he'll go and

pray four o'clock, five o'clock, he will go and pray in the dark

when no one is around, quiet and he's praying. All that is what

it's example. You know. He didn't do it too. No, and

the death until submission until death, My goodness, the death that he went

through is as not. It's not a light one. He was embarrassed,

humiliated, strip naked, put a thorn. When my brother in law went

to Israel, he brought back those thorns. That's the only thing my mother

in law asked him, You go to Israel, bring back the thorns.

So every time I go to my mother in law's house, I'll go and

I should I should bring the thorn. Oh, I should break a torn

and put it in my bible. So every time I go around preaching or

sharing the word of God, I will let you see the thorn. The

tone is this long, you know, sharp like middle. It's so sharp,

torture he went through, the whipping, the spitting on the punching, they

kicked our lord, They did everything. Why did our God go through all

that? Why did our God did? What did the Father send the Lord

to do that for you and me? So don't ever take this relationship that

you have with the Lord lightly. You know, he paid the price,

and he submitted to the Father. God resists the proud. I find we

cannot submit sometimes because we are proud, but gives grace to the humble.

comfort in this. Therefore, for that reason, submit to God. Therefore,

for that reason, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he

will free from you who brings all this. Being proud, the devil was

the one, But Lucifer was the one. He was so arrogant, he

was so beautiful, was the most beautiful angel in her. He looked at

so many mistakes because she cannot submit. Don't be afraid to submit. When

you submit to your leaders, who you're submitting to, you're submitting to God.

So don't be afraid when your leader tells you something. He's not torturing

you. He also getting his instructions from he's leader, you know, discipleship

when someone comes to you, Oh my word, okay, oh five minutes

when I haven't finished, you know. Okay, So God is taking me

to a difference. This an never mind to remember to submit? Okay.

So why is in our own eyes self reliant? Why is in our own

eyes? Do not be wise? In your own eyes? Self reliance,

self sufficient a sign of pride again, so be careful. Okay. So

I'm not going to go into another story. I have another powerful testimony I

wanted to share with you, but I'm not going to go into it.

I want to come to you with my favorite of all this whole thing.

My favorite is next one, number four. Fear the Lord and shun even

is my favorite of them all. I've been a Christian for I accepted the

Lord when I was about twenty or so, twenty years old maybe, and

I've been I'm sixty two now, so you make the maths. I've been

with the Lord for a long time, but I've always lived with grace and

love. You know, God is love, God is grace. I can

get away I can do whatever I want to do. I always have the

forgiveness. I say, God forgive me, and God's okay with it.

So there is no discipline God discipline. Lie, I don't do the bad,

bad thing law, but still you need to have discipline. Okay.

So fear the Lord came to me five years I tell you when it came

to me, Oh my goodness. I actually like God was right in front

of me and giving me a Bible study on fear. Oh my, it

was really I changed. You know in the last five years. My Christian

life is completely different. Now I don't live just I know there's grace and

mercy every morning. He's beautiful living under grace and mercy. But now I

live fearing the Lord. Fear is reverence for God. Fear is respect for

God. Fear is being aware of his presence twenty four to seven. You

know, we can say, oh, after I go home, it's my

boss not watching me. I can do whatever I want to do. This

is my rest time. But fear is being in God's presence twenty four seven.

Even when I let go, guess, I say, sorry, Lord,

excuse me. Do you know? Do you know that? Because I

know my Lord is next to me. There is no way I'm not going

to respect and do whatever I want to do. Lie whenever I want to

lie, Got pale, got pink like or white? Lie? Small,

lie, big lie. There's no such thing. You all lie is lie

is evil. Okay. I'm accountable for my motive, thoughts and words and

actions. Everything that you do, you're accountable for you, So be careful,

Be very very careful. Fearing the Lord will keep me from sin,

shun evil. Everything that is opposed to God, and that which is the

opposite of God and contrary to God is evil. Do we justify and measure

evil and sin according to our own understanding? Sometimes we say, okay,

we can do this. Lie. You know, I have to save somebody,

so I tell a little bit or lie. It should be okay.

No, it's not okay. That is evil. That is sin. Anything

that God says don't do. If you do that is wrong. Fear the

Lord. Don't just live with grace, don't just live with mercy. Fear

the Lord all the days of your life. When you go out, when

someone gives you change and gives you more give back, Who is watching?

God is watching you? At you say, oh, nobody's watching. The

guy who doesn't know he gave me more. After all, the food is

very expensive. He gave me more money. I keep noting because the dish

is so expensive. Why should I return the money? No, God is

watching. Do what's right wherever you are. You know, God says respect,

respect, God says submit, Submit, Do everything that God tells you

to do, you know, and then see when you have to meet God.

Whether God says I know you, Steven, I know you, Joshua,

Joshua, you did a fantastic job worshiping God. Love your voice.

I love how you worship God. You're a young man, you know.

Continue to worship God like that and serve God like that. Don't let anything

stop you from worshiping God, because worship is very very powerful. God loves

your worship when you worship with all your heart, with all your soul.

You know, I've been in church for what, like I said, more

than forty two forty three years. I've been in church, and every time

I enter worship before the Lord, I will just be like a baby.

I'll be crying before the Lord, and I'll be dancing before the Lord.

You know, Elder Terans and I are you know, sixties. In sixty

two, we are sixty two. Sometimes it's more difficult to move around,

but we still love and enjoy the presence and being in the presence of the

Lord. And you are young people move you know, you just have a

son four years four months, four years four months old. You know,

be an example. Parents must be an example for your children. If you

don't enjoy worship and you're not moving your like that worship, you're just worshiping

God, your children will not pick it up. You know, you don't

No, don't be like that. If you fear the Lord and you're

Your children can also see that. And this is the best thing that

you can give your children. And then when they grow up they have substances

like guys. So let's fear the Lord. Let's not just live. I'm

going to pass the time. Really, I'm going to just continue and finish

because this is very, very dear to me. Fear is something that we

have to live. Fear the Lord, feared the Lord, feared the Lord.

Live under the fear of the Lord. Don't live just under grace.

And I have forgiveness I can, God will forgive me. Okay. The

next I want to touch on is health. This will bring health to your

body and nourishment to your bones. What will bring health and nourishment to your

bones? Fear the Lord and shun evil. When you fear the Lord and

shun evil, then the Bible says this will bring health to your body and

nourishment to your bones. The answer is found in that scripture. Okay,

James four eight says draw near to me, and he will draw near to

you. We have heard that scripture many times. Another thing I want to

share with you, actually I runed it by Elder terms this morning is more

of you, Lord, more of you? How many times have we heard

that? How many songs were written like that? Lord? We want more

of you? But do we really understand what we are saying when we say

more of you? Lord. But I every time the word says more of

you, I want more of you, Lord, I never say that because

when I draw near to God, drawn God drot's near to me, he

comes in his glory. He doesn't give me ten percent. We don't have

to beg God, come near to me. God, I want more of

you, And then God tarry. I don't want to give you a more

of me. You know, I don't want to give you keep begging me.

God is not like that. And God's word says, we must think,

you know, right a Lord, we must God gave us, God

gave us brains. We must think. That's what meditation is. When you

meditate on God's word and you compare what songs have written, and you look

at God's word, and then you understand that is what meditating. The secret

things come out. If you just read the word. The secret things are

this behind it. You won't get it. You have when you spend time,

you look at it, you study it, all those additional bonuses come

in. So that's why he says, meditate on it day and night,

don't forget and observe to do all that is written, not some all that

is written. So you got to meditate on it. The meditation brings the

bonuses, the little things. When why say I want more of you,

Lord, more of you, Lord, more of you? And God is

like, no, no, aari, I don't want to give you more

of me. I give you five percent. This time tomorrow I give you

ten percent. That is not right. It's like begging God. But what

does James for? It says, you draw near to me, and I

will draw near to you. So at the ball is in your coat.

The ball is not in God, where God is keepping, and then you're

not giving to you. Hey, it's not like that, guys, because

the Bible doesn't say like that. The Bible says, you just have to

draw near to me, and I will draw near to you. And when

God comes, does he come in? Is ten percent? He comes in

his glory, in his power, He comes with this all. He draws

near to you, with everything you know he gives you. So we don't

have to tell draw, I mean more of you God, more of you

God, and begging you need. He's just drawn near to him. The

Bible says, draw near to him. He will draw near to you.

And when God draws near, he comes in all his glory. We won't

be the same after that. When he comes here, he won't be the

same. To that, we pray and be seeing more of you, Lord.

Do we understand what we are saying? Is God keeping himself away from

us? That's what I wrote here. God watches over his word to perform

it. God is always watching over his word to perform it. God is

watching what are you saying? Are you? Are you? That's why when

I pray now passes even always say Lord, your words says this. You

know, I'm reminding God, not that God is forgotten, but always want

to walk and say, you know, so take all the precious things in

this book, and said God, remember you said this. I'm praying according

to your word, right or not? Huh? Lord? You said this,

Lord, you said this? Not you said this? Your word says

this. Always say God's word and I remind him and tell him. And

the words that I've said, fear the Lord. You know, don't forget.

You are young, learn grow, do what's right before the Lord.

Whether God is watching, I mean, God is always watching, whether anybody

is watching or not. You know, God is watching. You always be

holy before him. You know it brings honor. Do you know? And

I go to church at ten thirty, My eyes are aware, you know.

On the carpet. Why I want to make sure everything is clean.

You know, this is the house of God. I see tissue, Me

and my husband, we will pick it up. We put it in our

pocket. Why this is where I worship God. There must be integrity,

there must be honor. You don't say, ah, this is the hotel.

Just walk like, just throw that tissue anywhere. You know who cares.

Nobody cares clean as to clean. No, when you walk into the

house of God, there must be a respect for God. There must be

honor for God. There must be integrity. You're the children of the Most

High God. You're not just anybody anywhere. You're the children of the most

most most high God, the living God. He's not a dead god.

He's living. He's watching over you, and he's what you know, so

precious. He's with you. He's with you. He's with you twenty four

seven. He doesn't say, oh, I'm with him. So I can't

be with you that much, you know. I mean, it's going through

so much a problem. I cannot spend time with you. There's so much

war going on. People are hungry, so I cannot. I cannot be

with you all the time. No, he doesn't do that. He's with

you, twenty four seven, watching over you. You have a problem.

Hey lord, I don't have enough money. I need to pay bill.

He's hearing your prayer. He's watching over you. There's so much I want

to share with you, guys, but time doesn't give me the time.

You know, so many testimonies. God has been all good, so good.

You know. I'm not saying this because I simply go and write a

message and I preach to you. Know, this is experience. This is

me walking with a lot. This is me making those hard decisions decisions that

I don't want to make. I do it because I want to obey God.

I want to be obedient. When God tells me something, I do

it. It's tough. You think it's easy to do what God tells you.

It's not. It's not easy, but I do it anyway. When

I do it, Like marrying my husband, I did it. I had

no feelings. You know, imagine girls, how frightening it is to to

to go out with a man you have no feelings with just because God said

he's the one. But you must know so not that he's the one.

But I knew without a shadow of doubt that Elder Terrence was the one.

So yeah, but God keeps It's what I don't understand, and we can

maybe let ass the Stephen and just Syah minister us listened to us a song.

Thank you d I want to share with you a dream God gave me.

God gives me a lot of dreams, beautiful dreams, and I know

it's from God. This dream that I dream I was in love, beautiful.

I was just in love, such a beautiful dream. I was in

love. I didn't know I was actually in love with God because it showed

me something else. But actually, when I woke up and asked God,

what is God told me one part of this day honor to talk to the

elderly people in this church. You know, I always pray God. Now

that I'm much older, I'm slower. You know. I am tripping,

My legs are hurting and all these things. In all, God, I'm

not running as fast. I'm a bit slower. Do you still love me?

And I had this dream and in the dream I was in love with

God. And I knew that I was in love with God because God came

and touched the part of my hair that was gray. I know where exactly

my grace are. I don't color my hair anymore. After the pandemic,

I said, no, I'm not gonna color my hair anymore. I've been

gray since I was twenty. On my twenty first birth, there was already

green. So God came and in the dream, God touched that part that

was great, and he touched me. He touched my hair, and in

the dream, I said, oh my goodness, how does he know where

my grace are? So when you're gray and frail and you're weak, God

is near you. God has never left you. You just have to draw

near to God and he will draw near to you. He will never leave

you, nor forsake you, or forget you. No matter how old you

get or no matter how young you are. You're not insignificant. You're not

important for God. You are so important, so precious before the Lord,
