  1. You're listening to a message to go from AXTS church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your tea before we jump into February. Amen, this message,

  3. I believe it's still good for us to think about our year as we

  4. start on the year. So I entitled it. He makes all things new.

  5. Amen. Jesus makes all things new. And I think we still have

  6. time to make all to see our lives new. In Jesus, I know

  7. we're moving. We're in year, we're in twenty twenty four. But just

  8. before we jump into February, if you haven't settled in your heart to think

  9. that, hey, there can be new things for me this twenty twenty four,

  10. we can do this together. Amen. Revelations, Chapter twenty one and

  11. verse five. Revelations, Chapter twenty one and verse five. He who sat

  12. on the throne said, behold, I make all things new. And he

  13. said to me right, For these words are true and faithful. Amen.

  14. And Jesus is the faithful witness. Amen. Thank God that Jesus is our

  15. faithful witness. It makes us, as followers of Christ, to be faithful

  16. servants. Have got faithful followers of Christ. But the Lord who is faithful

  17. says, behold, I make all things new. Amen. So I believe

  18. that not only in our future will all things be made new. But when

  19. you come to Christ, he makes our lives new. He turns it around.

  20. As we receive his love, his grace, we walk in his obedience.

  21. In the obedience of Christ, we experience the new. So as we

  22. step into twenty twenty four, and we're just at the start of the year

  23. which is about to roll over to February, I can't believe it. Yeah,

  24. that's it. So before we roll on the end of this week again,

  25. speak to your heart and saying, O, Lord, if I haven't

  26. yet had this, I desire that all things be new for us because the

  27. Lord doesn't want us to walk with stale bread, but he wants to give

  28. us fresh manner every day in our lives. Also, maybe things that have

  29. happened last year in your workplace, in your studies, in your family,

  30. in your ministry, in your friendships and relationships that may have been you know,

  31. difficult, our health have been difficult. But as we step into twenty

  32. twenty four, you know the Lord ask of the Lord that he will make

  33. us new. Why do I say that? And you know what can you

  34. look forward to in the new year. So I want to give you this

  35. portion of Genesis chapter one and verse fourteen. Genesis chapter one. You see

  36. the you know, when the Lord did something fresh at creation, he says,

  37. then God said, let there be lights in the heavens for a moment,

  38. the skies of the heavens, to divide the day from the night,

  39. and then let them let them before signs and seasons and for days and years.

  40. All right. So signs and seasons means it means appointed time in the

  41. Hebrew, all right. More more ed in the next light more ed and

  42. uh. It speaks about a fixed time, appointment, appointed season, a

  43. festival, feace, solemn assembly, appointed place. So when the Lord put

  44. the sun and the moon, you know, and he fixed the day and

  45. night, he wanted to give us signs, seasons, days and years.

  46. So that what I'm reading out of that is our lives. We walk a

  47. journey, and so we have seasons of our lives when we go through different

  48. things. I believe all of us. No, I don't think anyone says

  49. it was just moved sailing from the was born. I don't know about the

  50. grave, because we're not there yet. All right, But now no smooth

  51. sailing. We will have some sweet, some sour, some bitter and then

  52. you know, mommy, yeah we love the ol mammy. Put some mushrooms

  53. in there. Shit, you get some ominus, right, So it's a

  54. mix. So yet, God gives us seasons and years appointed days, and

  55. I want to say to us, perhaps last year were good days, great

  56. days, praise the Lord. Let's move on. Don't just look back,

  57. but expect newer things. Maybe last year you had a bit of omaminus and

  58. after that was a bit sour and sometimes a bit bitter. But that was

  59. last year, and that's what's the season that's moved and it's there done.

  60. Let's move forward. So whether they were great days or not so good days,

  61. when we turn over the new year, the law. But you know,

  62. and you know, paulses, I move forward and I let go of

  63. the things behind and I move forward. So twenty twenty four, have that

  64. expectation that God would take us to a new day. Amen. You know,

  65. seasons in our lives doesn't mean one day. It could be five years,

  66. it could be ten years. But God gives us times and years and

  67. appointments so that we mark our lives while this was a time of great tears,

  68. this was a time of love, joy, This was years of success.

  69. This was years of you know, just having new connections. Amen,

  70. this is year I got married, or this year year I broke my heart,

  71. gave it away, last Christmas, you know, and then no,

  72. but then September, September best year again, the best money, get married

  73. right September. So we have seasons and times. That's why we remember times.

  74. But when they are difficult, we need to be able to say it's

  75. there. We've got to leave it, because if you carry it into your

  76. new day, it becomes stale and it may turn to worms, like the

  77. manna the Bible times when they had manna in the desert. You save the

  78. manna for tomorrow. It becomes worms. Friends, we don't have worms in

  79. our lives. The past have to leave it, the pain, we have

  80. to leave it, and we step forward. So I have some points for

  81. us to think about how we can manage these things. So three points.

  82. But before that, Second Corinthians, chapter five, verse seventeen, there's a

  83. great verse for us to continue to walk in it. Second Corinthians five and

  84. verse seventeen. If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.

  85. All things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. Hallelujah.

  86. Anyone who is in Christ, you are new creation. A man,

  87. look forward that all things have passed and all things become new. I came

  88. to know Christ forty over years ago as a young teenager. I had such

  89. a bad teen I had such a bad growing out life. I broke a

  90. mirror and I thought, how many years seven years, nine years of bad

  91. omen I believed it. I believed it, and it's true. It was

  92. so horrible, like you know, it was like this ugly duckling, and

  93. my people thought I was my father's brother. I'm a girl. I'm a

  94. girl, he's a brother. I'm like why, And then you know,

  95. not doing so well in school, couldn't do math, and I didn't understand

  96. math at all. To age ten or eleven, then you oh my god.

  97. But I still, you know, yeah, passing all top student in

  98. school. But it was just horrible, right, and this mirror thing was

  99. just on my head until the nine years past, you know, like black

  100. Cat, I was a Buddhist, but so so much of this fear and

  101. life takes it. It's toll. It was difficult, you know. And

  102. then I came to meet Jesus, and really I can say if anyone is

  103. in Christ, I became a new creation. Wow. All that personality that

  104. was just weird, shy, felt like a failure. It feel very loved.

  105. It was tough, but that all passed away, all the broken mirror

  106. passed away, and all things became new. Yes, So from not having

  107. confidence, not being able to stand from people to speak, I just went

  108. the opposite, just went on the stage, took by every club that was

  109. in school, you know everything. It's like the old past and the new

  110. came forth in Christ, Jesus and no turning back. Forty years on following

  111. Jesus. He's the one who makes my life tick amen. No tiktokla at

  112. time, but Jesus made me tick amen and just brought me from one hurdled

  113. after another and just getting better in life. And I'm so grateful for Jesus

  114. in my life. I'm so grateful for the church that I the church that

  115. I attended, my school CF all that helped build different skills, different growth

  116. points in my life. People who came into my life and that I allowed

  117. them to speak into my heart my life that I could grow so really,

  118. in Christ, you can only go all the way new. Amen. Really,

  119. I am so grateful for Jesus coming into my heart. So I want

  120. to say that to us because I don't know which road you've been on,

  121. how it's been challenging, how always been great. If it's great, get

  122. greater. Ohly God can can take you higher and upper. Amen. So

  123. point one, if we're jumping into the next the new year, we're moving

  124. on, and how can we then remain as it? Not remain but turn

  125. into that newness all things He makes all things new? Then what need what

  126. we need to do? Number one? I put there empty ourselves that we

  127. may be filled by the Holy Spirit, to have fresh wind and fresh fire.

  128. Amen. Come on, Nobody here likes to eat moldy bread, moldy

  129. rice, gimbub that's moldy. No everybody wants to have fresh food. No

  130. one likes to eat yesterday's food. In love yesterday's food. But fresh is

  131. the best, right, we love it. So if we move into a

  132. new year, we're expecting we're saying, Lord, all things made new,

  133. Then we need to empty ourselves of the things that have made us moldy.

  134. Okay more fat more one. Yeah, my husband's grandmother said she couldn't speak

  135. English, so she had to keep quiet in her English class in Australian.

  136. And as why you learn, she said, how far more? Mama said,

  137. how far more? So don't be mourny in your mouth or in your

  138. life or in your food. You want it fresh, all right, And

  139. I think we need that freshness, fresh wind of the Holy Spirit, fresh

  140. fire that your spirit men, your walking Jesus is on fire. Don't be

  141. dampened. So then when you walk into church, and when I say church,

  142. are you ready? You say and you say, yeah, all right,

  143. we have it. We have fresh wind, we have fresh fire.

  144. How do you think I can walk forty years like this? It's only because

  145. of the Holy Spirit. Do I have downtimes? Yes? Do I have

  146. discourageon moments? Yes? My dad lost everything when I was seventeen eighteen.

  147. We lost a home, we lost my future education. But does that mean

  148. tough times will kill us? No, tough times don't last. Tough people

  149. do come out, come out. Tough times don't last. Tough people do.

  150. So God will open away for us. So why had my days had

  151. to go and study and work, work, study or whatever? Just put

  152. yourself to schooler, you know, and graduate the same time with the rest

  153. of my classmates. You just couldn't go to university, and in that time

  154. was very hard to go to I mean I didn't even try. I think

  155. I could have got in love. I just didn't try because I did a

  156. bit bad in my form six. So but you know, emptying ourselves to

  157. get a fresh feeling of the Holy Spirit, a fresh in feeling of God's

  158. love Amen, fresh freshness, and so that when you step out you look

  159. with eyes. He knew at your marriage, at your work, at the

  160. people you work with, Yeah, at your country, at you know,

  161. at your ministry. Philippians, chapter two, verse five to seven. Philippians,

  162. Chapter two, verse five to seven. He says to us, let

  163. this mind be in you, which was also in Christ, Jesus. How

  164. many of you want to be like Jesus. I believe we all do.

  165. Yeah. Who being in the form of God, he did not consider it

  166. robbery to be equal with God law, but made himself of no reputation,

  167. taking the form of a bond servant and coming in the likeness of men,

  168. meaning Jesus emptied himself. He was God, He was the son of God.

  169. But when he came to earth, he emptied himself. He made himself

  170. of no reputation. I think, brother, sisters, I asked my heart

  171. as well, Can I live even if nobody even knows my name? Very

  172. hard the briter, but usually litt people walking. They don't know why I

  173. am. You don't know where I pay your bills or get up? All

  174. right? No, but can we be of no reputation? It's something we

  175. learned in terms of humbling ourselves. If we don't empty ourselves, we may

  176. never be able to take on the bigger things that God has for us,

  177. because I here the bit too big. So as we humble ourselves, make

  178. ourselves of no reputation. You know, the Lord is the one that becomes

  179. our very strength and identity. Amen. He is our identity, and that's

  180. what we actually need the most, Not our names, not celebrity name,

  181. not you know. I'm sorry, and so I've done this. Can we

  182. actually live with no reputation, as in not recognized by everyone, but good

  183. reputation? God give you good reputation. Made himself no reputation, become a

  184. bond server, and that's what Jesus lived. He lived as a bond server

  185. andved. He came to seek and save the loss. He came to serve

  186. and not to be served. He emptied himself, because you'll see that in

  187. Matthew chapter three, verse sixteen. Matthew three, verse sixteen, when he

  188. went to be baptized by John the Baptist. John the Baptist was his cousin,

  189. and John the Baptist saw him walking and say, you baptized me.

  190. And John the Baptist said to him, I shouldn't you should baptize me?

  191. Please? You are the son of God. John the Baptist knew that,

  192. but Jesus said, no, you have to fulfill this. You have to

  193. baptize me. So in verse sixteen of Matthew chapter three, when he had

  194. been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water, and behold the heavens

  195. were opened, Holyluja. And he saw the spirit of God descending like a

  196. dove and a lighting upon him. Wow. He emptied himself. He said,

  197. John, you baptized me. He went down, So all of us

  198. need to follow, and obedience followed. You haven't been water baptized. Time

  199. to get water baptized, went down and roads again, and then the Holy

  200. Spirit lighted a dove, and then the heavens heard a sound, the Father

  201. God saying, this is my son. I'm well pleased with him. Amen.

  202. But what happened after that water baptism. Did he go out and start

  203. preaching? No, Oh, my word, he was led by the spirit

  204. to go and get tempted for forty days and forty nights. Are you in

  205. the wilderness? What? But just saying he was filled in order to be

  206. able to go through the testing. So and he passed the test. Amen.

  207. Okay, So just saying that, what There is such a thing as

  208. emptying of ourselves so that the Lord can feel us afresh. And this can

  209. happen for us daily daily. But sometimes we forget. We're busy, understand,

  210. we have children, we have work, we have responsibility, and in

  211. the business sometimes it does slip our minds. But it's here we remind each

  212. other, Amen, remind each other that we can humble ourselves before the law.

  213. We empty ourselves out so that lot can give us fresh wind, fresh

  214. fire. So important. Relations Chapter five, verse twenty two to twenty three.

  215. Relations Chapter five, twenty two twenty three. You know this, but

  216. the fruit of the spirit is love. Joy, peace, long suffering,

  217. kindness and goodness and faithfulness, Wow, gentleness and self control. Against such

  218. there is no law. Halleluja. You cannot bear the fruit. We cannot

  219. better fruit if we don't empty ourselves so that we can bear the fruit.

  220. It's not fruits, by the way, it's fruit, and the one fruit

  221. you get many many contents inside nine to be exact. And so faithfulness is

  222. there, Amen, I'm not sure if I spoke the faithfulnes message here?

  223. Did I ever? Means? I think I missed it here I was the

  224. other plants. Yeah, the faithfulness is part of the fruit of the spirit,

  225. which is who Jesus is his faithful Amen. Faithfulness. And then there's

  226. gentleness, and then there's self control. So, friends, New Year,

  227. we exercise self control. That you say, I feel like scolding their person

  228. self control, self control. I feel like giving him a piece of my

  229. mind, self control. Don't give pieces of your mind after normal mind?

  230. Okay, I give a piece of mine. I give you a piece of

  231. give you a normal mind. All right? So self control is so hard,

  232. but I'm saying so hot, I just need to give you a piece

  233. of my mind. And then you know, you say the wrong thing and

  234. people get offended. And I had to live that right. So that's why

  235. the Lord said self control. Reflect first, and then think when you should

  236. say, because he will be out of kindness. I don't say the wrong

  237. thing and help be out of love. Then say only one needs to be

  238. said, even if it's truth, it needs to be said well, right,

  239. even if it's truth, we must speak it well. I'm not agoing

  240. with this. That's why I cannot. I used to run a cafe and

  241. cook the food, and then some people say I don't like this. How

  242. we don't like it's my best reperd pie. You don't get nowhere nowhere?

  243. Okay, yeah, and you I shouldn't do this job like I should be

  244. not front of that. That should be back all right. I have to

  245. self control. But it's something we need to learn because it's the fruit of

  246. the spirit. So if we empty ourselves and the Holy Spirit fails us with

  247. fresh when fresh fire he builds in us that kind of faith, then I

  248. believe we will start growing for the fruit right, and this fruit is to

  249. be enjoyed by other people. No dour re entry eats his own fruit,

  250. We eat his fruit. No man go tree eat their own fruit. Other

  251. people eat the fruit, so same here when the fruit comes out, it's

  252. other people then gets to enjoy you, Amen, and enjoy the Christ who

  253. is it you? Amen? So I just told myself this as well as

  254. I walked into twenty twenty four. I remember in December I said I had

  255. enough of twenty twenty three. I mean, God is good, but the

  256. experiences were tough. They were very tough, going different things, different challenges.

  257. I said, I want to go into twenty four with the freshness to

  258. say that God will make streams in the desert for me. The Lord,

  259. would you know, turn around things because it's time to walk in the newness.

  260. Having checked and search my own heart, you know, leave it before

  261. the Lord, empty myself and say, Lord, fill me with fresh wind,

  262. fresh fire, a fresh expectation and learning to develop the fruit of the

  263. spirit. Amen. Ah Amen, because you and you have this beautiful fruit

  264. you know only they enjoy you. Also feel very wow, I feel good

  265. luck, you feel good. Record you can you know, scoop out some

  266. love and some kindness. Amen, and some patience. Patience. Patience parents

  267. always, always your parents tell their children patience, patience. It's a virtue.

  268. Patience. Mama won eat now patience. All right, it's something we

  269. should we can all learn. Amen, praise the lot by the strength of

  270. the Holy Spirit. Number two. Okay, we're going to walk in and

  271. have that newness. A good expectation is letting go the things which are past

  272. and reach forward for the things I hit maybe their past experiences. You hear

  273. this message all the time. But I have to say, many Christians suffer

  274. with our baggage, baggage. We just cannot let go. We love our

  275. baggage, you know. Louis piton Berg wuchue Berg. Our bags it's very

  276. heavy, you know. And then we don't let go of our past.

  277. We don't let go of our pain. We don't let go of our fences.

  278. We walk around like the not the hunchback of Notre dam Have you ever

  279. seen a hunter of Notre damb I haven't anyway, apparently around with a humbury's

  280. back like that, and he climbs up the wall. He so ugly.

  281. But this is you don't want to have a hunchbag. I haven't seen him

  282. by so in a movie anyway. Well, the Notre Dame child, Well

  283. the church is still there. I think burns slightly burned. I think gonna

  284. burn nine in Paris. Uh been to the church. Haven't seen the hunchbag

  285. of Notre damb but the Notre dumb Iesola. So, but we don't want

  286. to be like a hunchbag carrying all our baggage. And uh, some of

  287. us are so good at keeping our baggage. We cannot let go PhD in

  288. keeping your baggage. Let it go. Let's just unpack and throw it away

  289. because it's not gonna do It's gonna turn moldy. So the worms will come

  290. out, and we don't want it. So we gotta let go of the

  291. past, the hurt, the offenses, the pain, the failure, even

  292. our own shame, things that we have done that we are ashamed of,

  293. the things that I've done. I am not. I am ashamed of I

  294. have to let it go. The I'm sure memories might come back, but

  295. we need to let it go and reach forward for the things that I hit

  296. because God ain't done with you and I yet He's so much more for us.

  297. Are you willing to reach forward? Are you willing to let go of

  298. your whatever habits? Ler wherever that you you know you keep going back stop

  299. going back to the poo poo bullad yo. Nobody wants to go back to

  300. boot poop, going back to the dirt and messing around yourself there and hey

  301. papa, and then God cleans you up. He does. But any if

  302. you never learn that, you can just leave it and walk away, walk

  303. away, just walk away. It could be it could be a luring woman.

  304. Man again, woman's thought. Puler could be a luring guy. Ha,

  305. my boy, we say woman, he'll be a guy to Okay,

  306. a luring god. Mama, babyla my fire here, Oh, boys,

  307. walk away and walk to Jesus. Amen, do not look in there,

  308. la, no please la, all right, no, don't go to any

  309. boot pooh. That's it. It's over. You're marriage. Stay married.

  310. That's the word of God. No divorce. But I know things happen fine

  311. even that. You gotta learn and let it go so that you can grasp

  312. hold what's ahead. Walk in God's forgiveness, Walk in God's mercy, Walk

  313. in God's kindness and forgiveness. Amen, forgive yourself, forgive yourself, because

  314. God forgives us when we ask him. Okay, let go. What does

  315. Paul says in Philippis Chapter three, verse fourteen to fifteen. Brethren, I

  316. do not count myself to be to have apprehended. I reached, Paul says,

  317. I don't say that I've reached, but one thing I do. Forgetting

  318. those things which are behind, and reaching forward to those things which I hate,

  319. I pressed towards the goal for the prize of the upward call of God

  320. in Christ Jesus. There is a price, There is a price. You

  321. got to go for that goals. Cast your eyes on the lot and walk

  322. towards the Lord and the promises he has for us. Amen, So don't

  323. keep holding on. Always said day with great days. Yesterday's eccolades are not

  324. today's ecolades. There are new ecolages. There are new mountains to to overcome,

  325. and to write that that wind yesterdays yesterday. Lah, Yes, yesterday,

  326. you're prime minister. Today you're not. Can't leave it anybody your preme

  327. minister. Before i'd been anyway, that was yesterday. But you gotta move

  328. on and make new. He's new. No, not not be history,

  329. but make history. And how many history makers are here? Or are your

  330. history? Ah, you didn't get it? Are you history? Or are

  331. you making history? History makers? Or history. I pray we're all history

  332. makers, not history. History is yesterday, okay, and we gotta leave

  333. it and make history, plant new things, do new things in Christ,

  334. not just for your own reputation, not only saying God about me, what

  335. about me? No, it's about God your will for me? What should

  336. I be doing? That's the question we should be asking. But too many

  337. of us, like when I turned fifty, I said, I have done

  338. nothing with my life. I haven't written a book. I haven't I haven't

  339. scaled mountain. What the mountain? A king, a Himalayan god, Kilimanjaro,

  340. you know? And you think about ourselves and I do. It's so

  341. insecure about I hit I'm no longer fifty. So so by the way,

  342. okay, way down the line. Really I said, I haven't done it,

  343. haven't done that. And everybody says, no, person, You've done

  344. a lot. No, I've not done it. But sometimes it's all about

  345. us, and we've got to be watchful God, What do you want me

  346. to do? Have I been living God's will? Have I done what I

  347. hear him leading me to do? And sometimes he speaks to your quiet time,

  348. Sometimes he speaks to the messages. Sometimes he speaks to your leaders.

  349. Sometimes he speaks to nature what you should be doing, not what you are

  350. chasing. So when we look at number two, we need to let go

  351. some of those things that we feel we have to achieve. By the time

  352. he reached this age, Jesus did not write a single book. Have you

  353. read his book? No? Right, because he never wrote Lah okay?

  354. Have you heard his album? Have you cut your album? Jesus? Why

  355. he never cut album? Sing Hebrew song y No, he never cut his

  356. album. In fact, he's seen as a loser because he lost his life.

  357. But in God's eyes, he gave up all his reputation and he went

  358. to the cross. That's all he was meant to do, to give his

  359. life for the world. What a fool? What a fool is what people

  360. the devil will say and the world will say. But in the Father's eyes,

  361. this is my son. I'm well pleased with him. This is my

  362. good and faithful servant Church. We need to ask ourselves. I have to

  363. ask myself this question. I hit fifty, I hat fifty five. I

  364. have to ask is keep asking? Then I have to ask Lord, have

  365. I done your will? Have I done your will? Sometimes I want to

  366. do what other people are doing because it looks cool. But we're not called

  367. to be cool. We're called away faithful. That's put the spirit faithfulness faithful.

  368. I mean Philammon going to old folks home. You ask me to go

  369. for I shouldn't, but there Yeah on the wadme. Oh my gosh,

  370. somethe told me, hey, you get what discover because you are what a

  371. mask? I said, I stopped up blast. Yeah you know what you

  372. call me my chie. I will get my teke. I don't what gave

  373. it away? Right? I think it was a white hair. It was

  374. a head back the anti hed mad. Yeah, so my husband say you

  375. getryl someone anti had beg Are you let go? All right? We gotta

  376. let go of the things of the pasts and things that we didn't even achieve,

  377. or the things you've achieved. We have to push it and put it

  378. at the feet of Jesus and move forward so that there will be that newness

  379. because pauses, we got to go forward. Amen, I haven't reached.

  380. I'm not saying I'm done, but I keep going forward. Amen to the

  381. upward call. There's an upward call of God. Bras says, each of

  382. you are precious child of God, each of you, and God has a

  383. call on your life and the things that he wants you to do. But

  384. you cannot be measured with your friend, your neighbor, the same guy at

  385. the same age with you. You know, Burllow sixty years already done.

  386. This is a He was a millionaire twenty nine. You don't have to be

  387. a millionaire at twenty nine because you are not him. You have to I

  388. have to be a grandfather by you know, forty nine. I do know.

  389. Some people are grandfather for tonight. I don't know. I know,

  390. I know because the kid's very young and I want to be grandfather. I'm

  391. like, no, you are not that person. That's why the law says.

  392. You know, Paul says, You've got to let go of what you've

  393. achieved and what you haven't achieved, what you failed, or what you haven't

  394. failed. You gotta let it go so that you got someone goals to reach

  395. Isaaiya forty three, Isaya forty three, eighteen and nineteen. Do not remember

  396. the former things, nor consider the things of all. Behold, I will

  397. do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth, shall you not know

  398. it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the

  399. desert. If you're feeling you're in the desert, God can make rivers in

  400. the desert. If you don't seem to find a road in the wilderness,

  401. the Lord will make a road for us in the wilderness. Come on,

  402. resist this behold, the Lord will do a new thing. Now it shall

  403. spring forth. I can't keep talking about the past and saying this is what

  404. we've done. Every time we've planted a church and it's done, it's over

  405. for us. We pass it on already, and I got to move on.

  406. Or when was the last big guys, we've done big before? We've

  407. done concerts in stadiums in I don't know where we've done forgot ready now if

  408. we've done all day, by God, to let it go for what else

  409. God has for us. We've done different things. God knows. But once

  410. it's done, it's done, Thank you Jesus, great great experience. But

  411. we move on to the greater things, to the next thing that God has

  412. for us. And they always find yourself. Find your confidence, find your

  413. confidence in the Lord. If you feel like you don't have that confidence,

  414. find that confidence and the acceptance in Christ. Amen. We must be able

  415. to receive that. God accepts you, He receives you as you are.

  416. Your confidence is of him. We can't keep comparing. Honestly, if I

  417. keep if I compare myself to all the other women, it's my age.

  418. I feel like I've done so little, or I feel like I haven't done

  419. that. I have to do that. But what is God's calling on my

  420. life? And I'm being reminded that if all I have to do, and

  421. that's all my calling is to be the reminder to the church, then I'll

  422. just be your reminder. It's like such a lousy job, right, like

  423. your name doesn't go up there in a newspaper. Know, we want to

  424. be reckoned, But let the Lord recognize you for where you are at,

  425. for what you do best, and how you are contributing in your community,

  426. in your family. Your family is your greatest cheerleaders, and I pray that

  427. they would. And even when our families cannot see us doing our best,

  428. the Lord sayes amen, he will bless you in return, He rewards you.

  429. So don't remember the former things. For some of us, perhaps it's

  430. time to let go of that former glory, let go of that former failure,

  431. Let go of that shame. You've been holding it for five years,

  432. ten years. It's over. Seriously, even the Lord says, the sin

  433. has been thrown in the depths of the sea, and I remember it no

  434. longer. The only one who brings back your past is the devil, and

  435. that's why he is the devil. But he does not run our lives.

  436. The Lord does. God has thrown it into the depth of the sea.

  437. He's captured your tears in a bottle. He remembers your tears, every tear

  438. you have ever cried, he remembers. You may ask all the questions,

  439. why is this happening in the world, I tell you what. It's not

  440. God's fault. Man is fallen. We live in a fallen world. We

  441. have to face consequences. But God's grace never changes. So remember not the

  442. old things. But look, there are new things that God has for you.

  443. As you say yes to the Lord when he speaks to you, let

  444. him lead you. It will he not spring forth. Amen. He will

  445. make a road in the wilderness. He will cause rivers to be in the

  446. desert, and there will be life. Remember again, tough times don't last.

  447. Tough people lass because that's how God has made us tough. Amen,

  448. hallelujah. And last point point three, I cannot go any other road.

  449. I cannot turn here. And then I have to tell you the same thing

  450. over and over again. Sorry, Seek the Lord, read his eternal word.

  451. Build your faith upon the solid rock Jesus Christ. No two ways about

  452. it. There's only one way in this case. If you want that freshman,

  453. fresh fire, if you want to continue to walk in that victory,

  454. you have to keep seeking the Lord being with the Lord taking hold of his

  455. word. Nobody can read this word for you. Every mom and dad here

  456. knows you can put the food of your kid. You can put the spoon

  457. here. If the TRANSI open the mouth, you would, you can put

  458. them rise in the mind. And yeah, you were just keeping the mouth

  459. and going to swallow. Right, Who can make you swallow? Who can

  460. make you choose the word? No one. You cannot wake the fellow.

  461. You get angry with you and speed it out. All I know. I

  462. right, that's the same for us. In the world of God, there

  463. is the Bible, own one crying out loud. No I get angry.

  464. Own your own Bible, a printed one. Please please don't use the U

  465. version. Electricity bettery, diehabase, suddenly you reading bibula? Better die?

  466. You cannot read? You know? On the plane? You on the plane.

  467. I cannot get the WiFi, and I don't know whatever. Maybe I'm

  468. not is he first class when you get WiFi? Anybody knows. Anybody knows.

  469. I couldn't get a WiFi anyway. Read my Bible all right, The

  470. Bible can read, but not the devotion not working? Read my own devotion.

  471. See you need a printed Bible. You need your bible. People,

  472. it's so old school. We all used to walk to church with our bibles.

  473. Now I don't know what's in your hand. TikTok, God, we've

  474. lost this. If we can't even carry our bibles to church, you think

  475. you carry our bibles to your office. We had a movement Albert's time,

  476. we say we're first Christians. Then were students carry our Bible and put it

  477. on your classroom table? Come on, just carry a Bible and put it

  478. in a classroom table. They're like, so no cool. But I said,

  479. that's a conversational peace. What this booga? What any book but b

  480. blae? So you know, Christians, if we can't even carry a bue

  481. because it's because it's inconvenient. Are you saying your faith is inconvenient? We

  482. stopped turning the pages of our Bible. We are in danger. There will

  483. be a femine of the Word of God. There will be you were sick

  484. for the Word of God, and you will not find it. It is

  485. now that we must seek the Lord. Have your bible, read it page

  486. to finish it loud the love letter from the lover of your soul. We

  487. all want to read our girlfriend's letters. I have a hostag of pastor's letters.

  488. You know, he write a lot of letters to Mia. I think

  489. I checked the box that my letters go around. Oh my gosh, especially

  490. when I was away away in Albanian commissions. I was a short term missionary

  491. away in Eastern Europe. He really wrote every day, but the letter come

  492. very slow. Then my letter go back. If I let the come one

  493. letter they got the post office one like your opinion or communist country, just

  494. comuny, just communism, just feller. We were trying to help the education

  495. system that post office with you don't find the post of all. You're right

  496. soon that we all want to read the text messages more than we want to

  497. read the Word of God, how how how how to step into a newness?

  498. If we want even I try. I tell you I work better early

  499. morning. I'm tempted so many days, gon have so much. I still

  500. have to do a lot of people people work and past sorrow work. But

  501. I still got paperwork. Almost tempted sometimes to just do my work first and

  502. not my quiet time. But I say, no, Lord, I can't.

  503. I need to do my quiet time first. Then then I get my

  504. work done because early morning very fresh. But that's the best time. Give

  505. your best hours to the Lord. Friends, Please don't don't throw this out.

  506. Don't don't minimize it into a just an iPad or iPhone. Get your

  507. printed Bible. I can help you get the best Bible. Don't buy,

  508. don't please don't use the chip jip one and small small words so small allah

  509. I And then don't lave by the old King James version. Dido fed out

  510. my vision deed. Then you tell me I better have to read by Yeah,

  511. my former homies are my other homes are reader. They come up with

  512. eat now. I said, what bye, boy? You reading? You

  513. understand the England and not understand it see away. Of course he's in the

  514. U version. You please come bye bye, bir By new Living. Whyever

  515. good news something you can understand, and the Bible becomes tasty, tasty,

  516. tasty. Ah, who mommy, who mommy. We must have each other.

  517. I have the Oomammy and a Bible read, the one that you can

  518. understand, and the words a bit big, you see mine, very big,

  519. very baby. Because I cannot see, I thought, I thought last

  520. ever forty years old? Now why my hand way? Further? What's wrong

  521. with my eyesight? I didn't even think that. I needn't expect, you

  522. know, I went to see the auto Matristia. She said, I say,

  523. what my problem? Eyes? Oh people, sickness? Excuse me?

  524. Who are you calling? Old? Oh? Oh, people sickness. Friends,

  525. seek the Lord, Jeremiah twenty nine thirteen says, and you will seek

  526. me and find me, and you search for me with all your heart.

  527. Church. I want to encourage you. You think that when you see God

  528. you can't find him, He will find you. I told you the story

  529. of the French lady. I tell you a story of the French lady.

  530. Right this lady, Girls, God in the face sarcastic, she said,

  531. I've been so scoustic about God and to God French lady seventy eight cancer pation,

  532. autoimmune disease, met her at the hospital, shared Jesus with her,

  533. and she said, how can I know God? I said, I'm here.

  534. God sent me to you because you said, how can I know God?

  535. This person has cursed God, left God whatever. And yet when she

  536. said I want to know God in her cry a deep cry, the Lord

  537. sent me. How much more? You who are children of God, who

  538. followed Christ, who loved Jesus. How about when you and I seek God.

  539. The encouragement is he will be found by you. He has to be

  540. found by you, because that's his promise, says, seek me. When

  541. you seek me, you will find me. And when you search for me

  542. with all your heart, you will find me. Even when you didn't seek

  543. him, He's seeking for you. That's the beauty of it. I wasn't

  544. looking for God, but he found me. Amen. Matthew seven twenty four.

  545. This is very important for us. You know this as well of the

  546. mature Christian. Therefore, whoever hears these sayings of mind and does them,

  547. I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock.

  548. You build your house on Christ the rock. Amen. Not on hearsay,

  549. not on somebody else's testimonies alone. You need the word of God.

  550. This is the written word of God, and then as you read it it

  551. can become the revealed word of God for you. The rama word for the

  552. time that you need it. But you need the written word, the logos,

  553. the Greek word. The written word is the lorgos. So you really

  554. I don't understand. Stop saying don't understand. Just keep reading. Just keep

  555. reading because he will come into understanding for what needs to be understood. For

  556. that build your house on the rock. Any developers here, I don't know

  557. any engineers, civil engineers, you know, right, engineers? You cannot

  558. just build in entire Why are you studying for more than five years? Almost?

  559. I can be doctor, right because doctor dewe people's body more than five

  560. years. Actually doctors have ten years with they specialized engineers architects like forever five

  561. years that you go it. So they know that if the natural, in

  562. the natural, you need time, how about in the spiritual they are parallel.

  563. They're the same. The same amount of time you give in the natural,

  564. that's the same. It happens in the spiritual. The deepening of your

  565. faith, keep digging deep, dig deep, so your faith becomes solid as

  566. a rock. So when the winds come, when your challenges come, temptations

  567. come, testings come, your feet is on solid rock, grounded. So

  568. whatever they say, you're like, okay, I'll think about it. You

  569. know what really are I look like I can really are you won't? You

  570. are like okay, whatever I mean. I'm founded on Jesus Christ, the

  571. Rock. Amen, build your house on the rock. Delight in his sums

  572. one two. But his delight is in the law of the Lord and his

  573. law. He meditates day and night. He meditates day and night. Very

  574. few of us do this, memorizing and meditating in the morning and at night

  575. meditate. Read his word, Say it a few more times, say it

  576. a few more times so that it gets really into your spirit. Man,

  577. that's how you can pull out that word in the time of need. Yeah,

  578. please, friends, we are all maturing in our faith. Not a

  579. Bible says. And you look at the disciples, say, is it that

  580. man sinned? That's why he's blind today? Don't always he quit sin and

  581. that thing that happened. Sometimes that thing happens not because of sin. Life

  582. happens. The devil will also come against you. But when you're grounded on

  583. the rock, you stand on his promises and you fight in the spirit according

  584. to God's word. For your health, for your relationship, for your job,

  585. or when you're leading people. Right, it's not just always because you

  586. sin. Therefore you have this sickness because you sin. That so you love

  587. not always like that, not always. But we search our hearts. We

  588. repent. There is such a thing as repentance. But we need to meditate

  589. on the word of God day and night. I end with this, there's

  590. some things you and I can meditate upon and do quite immediately. Firstly,

  591. Judge, I'll ask you, anybody here one hundred years old and below,

  592. anybody hundred years and below, thank you, thank you for and thank you,

  593. thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. You are

  594. young. You are young, Okay, So then this verse Versimothy for twelve.

  595. Let no one despise your youth. Yeah, and be an example to

  596. the believers in your word, in your conduct, in your love, in

  597. your spirit, in your faith, and in your purity. No one here

  598. is one hundred or years old. You're under one hundred. You are a

  599. young person. Because Abraham had his baby very old, So let no one

  600. despise your youth. It's not just for the young people. Only all of

  601. us are young. In Christ, we are youth. When God sees us,

  602. he sees us the same. We're all his children. So let no

  603. one despise your youth. This is something you can already do as you step

  604. into the new year, as you say, Lord, fresh win, fresh

  605. fire, you don't let anyone despise you. But you therefore stand up in

  606. the way you speak your word, how you conduct yourself? How's your conduct

  607. at your office? Do people see you as a christ person or as just

  608. like anybody else? How do you speak? How do you love? Do

  609. you love genuinely? What's your spirit like? Is your spirit or you know,

  610. we've called a gentle spirit, a friendly spirit, a kind spirit.

  611. How's your faith? Can we live our faith? So the otherists will say,

  612. what so, umammy, love your life? Can you tell me so

  613. that I can't have some of that? Umammy? Yeah? Can I have

  614. what you're having? Because we always like to eat? No. The husband

  615. and wife thinga the husband right or honor, and then the wife says,

  616. you're better than mine? Can I have what you're having? So we want

  617. people look at our lies, and I love what you have. So Umammy,

  618. can I have what you're having? And you bring Jesus over to them?

  619. Dish it out, dish it out right? How is our spirit?

  620. How's our faith? And house? Are purity? Are we pure in our

  621. hearts? Our intentions? Are we keeping ourselves pure for the Lord? In

  622. our relationships? If we're not yet married, are we keeping our relationships pure?

  623. Amen? Can't touch this, man, can't touch this? Don't be

  624. always say what treasure hand? Those who grown up with me will know what

  625. I say. Mister gadget and a hand, move everywhere? All right?

  626. And I say, step your step you're keep your hands to yourself. Girls,

  627. give your has yourself give okay, don't let anyone despise your youth.

  628. You can be that person. You and I can encourage one another to be

  629. there, and the last verse for you. Malachi three sixteen. Malachi three

  630. sixteen. Those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord

  631. listened, and he heard them. So a book of remembrance was written before

  632. him for those who fear the Lord and who meditate on his name. Did

  633. you know that God listens to your conversations? What are your conversations? What

  634. are my conversations? Are my conversations about somebody else all the time? Are

  635. we gossiping? Or are we speaking the faith words? Are we praying with

  636. someone else? Are we encouraging? What are our conversations? Because the Lord

  637. listens to our conversations? Are we complainers? Keep complaining? Keep complaining?

  638. Are you God? He's writing all these things down now letter and he shows

  639. you your guys? Did I say it? Oh? What are our conversations?

  640. Like we can remind each other for those who fear the Lord? How

  641. do we speak to another? What are we saying to one another? Always

  642. speaking encouragement to another? Are we speaking truth? So when I tell when

  643. I speak the truth, I say, Albert, I tell you your Facebook

  644. letter. You need to change it, But I was just speaking the truth.

  645. Just say wherever. Sometimes we have to speak the truth so hard,

  646. or we speak the truth in love and because gracious as we can, the

  647. Lord listens. Rather than the conversations we're having is putting down someone else.

  648. When we put someone else down, we're trying to put ourselves up. Right,

  649. When I put you down, I'm trying to put me up. That's

  650. not christ Like at all, what are our conversations? What are we saying?

  651. What are we whispering in people's ears? Would you allow me to listen

  652. to that conversation? Would you allow God to listen to that conversation. If

  653. it's a conversation that even God cannot listen, we're in trouble. Because he

  654. says, He says that the Lord listened and hurt them, especially to the

  655. ones who feared the Lord and spoke to one another. He listened. Wow,

  656. such joy because they feared the Lord, and they spoke about things that

  657. were of the fear of the Lord. They encouraging the words that will bring

  658. life, and a book of remembrance was written before him. All things are

  659. heard those who feared the Lord, And if those who didn't fear the Lord

  660. spoke anything they wanted. We don't have the fear of God, and we

  661. speak anything we want because we think we have the right to speak about anything.

  662. And everyone be one. These are some things we can already do as

  663. we turn over a new year, as we step forward. Amen, number

  664. one, empty yourselves of the things that hold you back. Amen, Just

  665. say, Lord, I just give this up to you. I don't want

  666. to hold on to anything that you know, put a stock Like Jesus.

  667. The Holy Spirit filled him as he emptied himself a man, bear the fruitless

  668. spirit. Let go of some of the past things that will hold you back.

  669. It could be our achievements, It could be our failures, It could

  670. be things that we are ashamed of, could be our you know, things

  671. that we just you know, don't want anyone to know. We have to

  672. let him go, repent, turn around, and reach forward so that the

  673. Lord has good things ahead of us. Amen. And thirdly, you've got

  674. to put your foundation, put your your feet into the Word of God.

  675. There's no other way. There's no other formula. If you want to say,

  676. how can I live my Christian life successfully? I'm sorry, there's no
