  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. Very simple message today, a message of encouragement.

  3. It's called Road to Putrajaya. Okay, and some of you have not

  4. heard the story, but we are the first church, by the grace of

  5. God to be worshiping in the middle of Putrajaya. And let me look at

  6. what's happening at the back here or look at that such good looking people,

  7. fantastic. I'm there right there in the front with someone from Janma by my

  8. side. I'm not talking about the lady or the lady also looks like she

  9. just from Mayanma. That's my wife, by the way, and passa sam

  10. and then wow, you know, over a thousand people came. And for

  11. those of you who couldn't come, we pray that next year. All right,

  12. God has put on my hard to have it in putra Jaya for another

  13. few more years until we fill up the Padana hall, which can take about

  14. four thousand people. So every year let's go, say people bring them to

  15. day, say people bring them to put Jaya. For those of you who

  16. don't know the significance of Putta Jaya, it is the seat of government.

  17. It is the seat of power. Uh. And if you were in another

  18. country, you would be able to equate that with maybe like you know,

  19. in in in in London, it could be that you meet in the middle

  20. of parliament or you know where Big Ben is uh and so on and so

  21. forth. You know, in Singapore it'd probably be I don't know where what's

  22. the name of the of the seat of government in Singapore. But you know,

  23. you understand what privacy is very significant, very significant. Uh. This

  24. whole place, this whole place was actually government run at one time and now

  25. it's privately run. Uh And uh So yeah, road to Putrajaya, road

  26. to I want to give you the journey that we had. So let me

  27. start. We were planning for our twenty fourth anniversary, the celebration on a

  28. Sunday on the twenty fifth of February. Right, you can remember it quite

  29. easily these days because it's twenty fourth anniversary on the twenty fifth of February.

  30. So the team came together, the leadership of this church came together, and

  31. we were thinking, Okay, save money means DVCC save money. DVCC,

  32. can DVCC take over a thousand people care, but you'll be sudden, all

  33. right, really really pressed down, shaken together, running over will be the

  34. situation in DVCC. So I was leading the early discussion and I said to

  35. them, DVCC not be right. In fact, I feel like God has

  36. got another plan for us. Okay, So what happened? So we started

  37. to look and one of our leaders said, pasta, have you been to

  38. the Marsa Hall. The Masa Hall is really nice, and so I said,

  39. oh, let's have a look. So everybody was excited about the Massa

  40. Hall. It's just here, you know. For those of you are you

  41. got to the Mouninger, it's just here seven minutes right probably? Yeah,

  42. okay, very nice hall. Oh look at that. It's also part of

  43. a university. Now. I think they have an international school as well.

  44. Marsa Hall. So excited, and we went and gave it a try,

  45. as in, like you know, to ask about it. And when they

  46. said that their price was twenty five thousand ring it, we said, uh,

  47. maybe next time, you know. And so we continue to seek and

  48. to pray, say, Lord, we believe you have a perfect place for

  49. us. Perfect How many of you believe that God has a perfect plan for

  50. your life. The perfect woman. I like that you're the only man that

  51. say amen. The rest are you know? Getting there? Warming up?

  52. The perfect man, the perfect place to worship. None of you are here

  53. by accident. Doesn't make this change perfect. It's a perfect place for you

  54. at this time, perfect place to stay. Perfect job. God has a

  55. plan. He's not a god of accidents. He's a god of divine appointments.

  56. Are you asked you with me? Very important? Early on I told

  57. you about purpose. It's very important to find purpose, but also very important

  58. to know the plan of God and to accept the plan of God and to

  59. be thankful. No, many times I get tempted to go back to Singapore

  60. because I was born there, have a Singapore birth certificate. And when I

  61. first wrote to the Singapore Embassy High Commission at forty years old, I don't

  62. know why. You know, sometimes you know, sometimes we get out something

  63. to do trouble because we you know, we we just want to try to

  64. see what things are like. So I wrote to the Singapore Embassy High Commission.

  65. I think they call it, and I said to whom he may concern,

  66. because I don't know who I'm writing to to whom we may concern.

  67. Let me tell you my story very quick. One. I was born in

  68. Singapore. My parents divorced. I had no choice but to come back with

  69. my dad, and I lived here in Singapore. But I met I'm at

  70. fourteen now, okay, and that was over a dozen years ago. I

  71. met fourteen now, and I'm just wondering what it could have been if I

  72. was a singapore In, you know. And I just don't know who will

  73. read it right next morning seven thirty am. I kid you not, because

  74. I can see the time right from there, from this particular email that came

  75. through the Assistant High Commissioner rights to me, I think it won't really like

  76. a High commission in Singapore. I think barely seven thirty. Dear Kenneth,

  77. First of all, happy birthday. Tell you the whole thing about the Governor

  78. of Singapore. Take your heads off, Happy birthday. We're so glad that,

  79. as a singapore and born you would like to consider being singopore in again.

  80. Please go through the normal channels of application. But if you have any

  81. problems, now that you have my email just right directly to me, don't

  82. forget is three point five eight. You know the current scener if at one

  83. time, and my wife was so fed up with Malaysia, you know,

  84. because sometimes you go through church life and the journey and people don't appreciate you.

  85. And you know, my wife cried many nights because of people breaking their

  86. heart. And in those times are in those times, Singapore seems very tempting.

  87. You know. We don't seem to move when times are good. No,

  88. the only thing of moving when times are which is which is actually a

  89. good time, not to move. Because if you're not thinking you're moving when

  90. times are good, and only thinking of moving when times are bad, then

  91. something is wrong. And so I get tempted. I get tempted. But

  92. then God reminds me of this vision that he gave me for Malaysia, this

  93. plan that he has for my life and for my wife. And yes,

  94. you know, I go to Singapore and I now have a church there in

  95. Singapore, and and it's it's good every time we visit. But I've got

  96. to remember that God has a plan. So Marsa twenty five thousand ring it,

  97. I said, Lord, I don't think we can afford it, and

  98. and you know, I don't know much about it, But tell me where,

  99. Lord, tell me where. How many of you know that God knows

  100. where? Turn to your neighbor and say, God knows exactly where, and

  101. God knows exactly when, and God knows exactly who quiet, and God knows

  102. exactly why. So, ladies and gentlemen, the story begins. When I

  103. received from the Lord clearly this name written on the front of my mind bis

  104. Milla. I'm thinking to myself, I said, Lord, can you please

  105. tell us where you want to have our twenty fourth anniversity? And the name

  106. comes again, bis Milla. And for those of you who don't know,

  107. we actually have a hall just here next L called bis Milla. B isaac

  108. m I l la okay. And I was thinking to myself, Lord,

  109. you want me to rent this hall for our twenty fourth aniversary. You know

  110. how our minds can just flash with all the promotional material Facebook, social media,

  111. and you know how many people are following us that's not from X And

  112. already some people are thinking that this pastor and this church is already bonkers and

  113. out of line and crazy. Some even still call us a cult until the

  114. day cult and cult leader, you know, and now he's going to put

  115. on all his promotional material come everybody celebrate with us our twenty fourth anniversary.

  116. Business Miller, can you see it? Can you see the promo? Can

  117. you see the problem? What was the Lord trying to do? You know?

  118. I had to say yes, Lord, because I knew it was him.

  119. But I wasn't ready, I wasn't happy. I was still wrapping my

  120. head around how to promote it. Where you're gonna have your twenty fourth anniversary

  121. excess? Maybe half the chanche won't come because you're thinking about the place being,

  122. you know, just not a place that you should be. Maybe okay.

  123. So I said yes Lord, and I went in front of my committee

  124. and said, the Lord says to us, Miss Miller, and I had

  125. all these faces looking back at me and going like what, And I said

  126. yes. So in obedience, we went and looked at the place. Oh,

  127. very nice place, you know. Look at that. Can you imagine

  128. the Instagram? It's nice, Yeah, very nice. It's mainly for Malai

  129. weddings, and we see them coming in and out on Saturday Sundays. All

  130. right, So we looked at it and guess what. There were a few

  131. testimonies. That's the money. Number one. You're a church, Yes,

  132. we're a church. Okay, Ken, my boss said, can a church

  133. can meet at Bismilla? I said, Lord must be you, thank you.

  134. Number two. The date is free, all the days before and all

  135. the days after the twenty fifth of February. Wedding, wedding, wedding,

  136. wedding, wedding except for a posta no wedding. Okay, but okay,

  137. the date twenty fifth available, second testimony, all right. And then the

  138. price was good affordable. I think it was thirteen thousand, okay, So

  139. I said, okay, let's go for it. As I'm deliberating Bismilla as

  140. a venue, the Lord began to speak to me, says Kenneth, I'm

  141. actually not after the venue more than I'm after your heart, Kenneth. If

  142. you can't even get over a name of a venue, how will you cross

  143. the barrier of reaching out to them face to face? Because many of us,

  144. if we are honors, we've got prejudices and biasedness, and God wants

  145. to break that, because how can we fulfill the theme that all may know?

  146. If you forget the sixty percent, you know, God is constantly trying

  147. to bring his children to a place where our mindsets are broken change to become

  148. his mindset, his way of thinking. This is just a venue's name.

  149. You know, there is nothing there that shows you we are walking into a

  150. religious place. It's a venue with a name that sometimes we can't get over

  151. because we say this name belong to them. So you can see them and

  152. us coming out. Now, right, this is a This is important and

  153. the Lord will bring you and I through different things in life. And you

  154. go like, oh, why is he doing this? Or will I actually

  155. finally do this? And you realize that no, he was not after the

  156. venue. He was not after the contract. He was not after the school.

  157. He was not after the university. He was not after whether you go

  158. to Langkawi or you go to London. He was not after the destination.

  159. He was after the destiny. He's not after the destination. He's after your

  160. destiny and mine, and your destiny and mine. As believers, sons and

  161. daughters of the Living God, here in Malaysia is to see that the whole

  162. Malaysia is saved, or at least come to know the saving knowledge of the

  163. Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus loves them too. He loves them too. He

  164. loves them to He died for them too, and Kennochy. You can't even

  165. get over this name. How can you get over whatever? Else? Are

  166. you? Also me very important for extras? You understand this very important?

  167. So then you know what happened as we got the first testimony, Yeah,

  168. church can rend this second deseminy. The date is available, third the'ssemony.

  169. The price is right. All right, we're also excited, so excited,

  170. except one thing we forgot to book it allow ladies and the word simple things

  171. that you know, don't just don't ladies and gentlemen, Please don't become so

  172. spiritual and forget the practical. That's another lesson for all of us. There

  173. are practical things to do, and I thought that somebody else would do it,

  174. because you know, basically, I have a team. Cannot be I

  175. do everything right. So but as the weeks went by, I think it

  176. was just as the days went by, where and then when on the two

  177. weeks, I actually finally asked the teama, did we booking right? And

  178. then one of my leaders said, oh, didn't. I said what you're

  179. with you for? And this person said, sorry, past sorry, pass

  180. I go, I go and do it now. So they went to the

  181. office of bis Villa, which is found in one city. And when they

  182. went there, the person said, Jess yesterday, Yes you were there,

  183. jes yesterday. Someone came in and put in a fifty percent deposit for the

  184. same date. Is for a wedding. Yeay yay ya, yay y yi.

  185. And so I think they didn't even know how to tell me, you

  186. know, right, but they finally told me faster. This is what happened.

  187. I said, yes yesterday, yes, yes, yesterday. I said,

  188. why don't you pop up the offer, give sixty percent or play the

  189. whole bill? Okay, it's a wedding fifty percent. I tell you,

  190. ladies and gentlemen, if you've not seen a pastor matter. I was really

  191. fuming, but you know I still kept my Christian face. You know,

  192. Christian face very important. They keep it inside. This is not rocket science.

  193. When you when you when you've seen something, you be liking any book

  194. it. Yeah, but they were so down. My team was so down

  195. because they felt they disappointed me. I was because I felt I disappointed God

  196. because he wanted the place because of your inefficiency. I'm gonna be very strong

  197. because I say it is not I know it is. You know, hello,

  198. what's happening. There's twenty people on the committee. You know, one

  199. person got book. Okay, never mind. But you know what now I

  200. know is God. God blightened them, you know, the quicker. I

  201. forgave the better because my team was also hurting. You must understand this.

  202. It's not just you the leader hurting. No, your team is also hurting

  203. because they felt they disappointed you. So if you don't forgive them quickly,

  204. they will also struggle. And so the Lord says, hey, Kenneth,

  205. I got a better plan. Oh you know, I love you when God

  206. comes into your life and say I have a better plan. And when he

  207. said that, I thought, okay, you're no longer angry with me.

  208. You know, sometimes God when he leads us in life, but again,

  209. it's not the destination, it's the destiny, right, So he gets us

  210. to cross over barriers when he tells us to do something and you think it's

  211. still this thing that he wants you to do. No, no, come

  212. on, God, I just wanted you cross that barrier, bit of bismella,

  213. so that you learn to love them and don't be afraid to reach them

  214. because I love them, I diet know. So that whole lesson there,

  215. but it's not the destination is to keep on going, and many of us

  216. will go through that in life. The reason why you went through. Then

  217. you think it's a failure. Actually it wasn't a failure. It was a

  218. path to growth. That's all you look like like. I thank God for

  219. that. I thank God for that disappointment. I thank God for that failure.

  220. I thank God for that lost contract. I thank God, you know,

  221. because without that, you won't get here. And then my team,

  222. you know, I was so frustrated and so, you know, disappointed.

  223. I said, the team, you do your you do your own. I

  224. know I didn't say that. I didn't say that by inside me say you

  225. also clever, you'll do yourself. Played with my false teeth. You do

  226. love. I didn't say that. I enough, I know, I work

  227. so hard, tell you what the long want? So so what can't you?

  228. Okay, I forgive, but you'll do you'll do wear and play golf.

  229. I didn't, but I was praying a lot killer. My team is

  230. working hard. Now, you know. I give me some time to heal.

  231. Give me some time to heal. I need some time to heal.

  232. And started to pray, Lord, where is this place? Please. So

  233. my team works so hard that they began to send in the chat group.

  234. We found a place. We've got to look at it because now it's only

  235. weeks before the event. Maybe to be fair, maybe two two and a

  236. half months. A hour's about maybe six weeks or eight weeks or whatever,

  237. Okay, anyway, so it's it's I mean, you should have the venue

  238. even way earlier than that, Okay. So I'm praying, and then I

  239. see the sms coming in. Ah, we found a Chinese school, chu

  240. Hua. We found you know, uh this and that at least about I

  241. don't know, Daniel, another three or four or five came in, and

  242. I had no interest at all because from Bismilla to chu Hua at all,

  243. where's the story. I'm always after the story. I want the story.

  244. Don't just give me, you know, uh, just a place. I've

  245. got only one life to live. I gotta live it well, and I

  246. want to get crazy for Jesus, you know what I'm saying. Anyone can

  247. use huhula Okay, No, no, seriously, if God wanted to use

  248. chuhuha, let me qualify that. Yes, Lord, I shall go to

  249. a Chinese school where there's no parking except on the side of the road one

  250. thousand over. People coming, we'll see all the founders or the pictures all

  251. lined up. The building will be called tansy O Ba and we will worship

  252. there and we will have great memory of our twenty fourth Anniverstry, and we

  253. will say Heaven rules, and we'll tell people how great our God is.

  254. Yeah, I was totally uninterested. I know better, passed Daniels, thinking

  255. why person never answer any of our As I was praying, Daniel seriously,

  256. I was praying in tongues nothing. No. You know, once you have

  257. tasted something, all these things doesn't doesn't excite you anymore. Once you tasted

  258. Jesus, nothing excites you anymore. You're with me. Jesus is the best.

  259. So I prayed, I pray, and then Elder K comes up to

  260. me one day. He says, how should we make a deposit for what

  261. it? No, we found you know, Uh, Viva, Viva can

  262. under hall in the whatever anyway. So I'm just I'm just saying names because

  263. we've got to beasmell. We've got to have Chinese name, Indian name as

  264. well. So Viva can under hall. Not that there's such a hall,

  265. but you know, we've got to make a deposit, Elder tells me.

  266. I said, here, I really have no feelings. I say, I

  267. used an other spiritual but I tell you I had no no feeling for these

  268. places. Feelings teature on the ceiling and so. But by the time Elder

  269. k asked me about past, we need to secure a place. I said,

  270. yes, I know. So just the day before Elo, King Ye

  271. asked me, the Lord put on my heart, just that he put this

  272. milla. He put putrajaya. This one really knocked me off my feet.

  273. What put a jaya? Put your jaya. Put your jaya. So I

  274. said to Kaya the care before we make any depositor. I heard from the

  275. Lord, put your jaya. Kas took one step back as if he was

  276. Jesus. You know, you know how they all came to the garden and

  277. when Jesus says, I'm he, they all fell back. I saw King

  278. it almost fell back, and he must have been the glory of God.

  279. And then he step back. I said, putrajaya. I will find out

  280. whether it's even available. Now. Kingya is one of those He said that

  281. for years, for you years, he's been doing that, even when God

  282. told me at to bring Delirious and some of your old enough to remember the

  283. bend Delirious history maker. I want to be a history remaker. Okay,

  284. I can't sing to save my life. And I told Elder Care, I

  285. think God is wanting to bring Delirious to Malaysia. Then Care looks at me.

  286. Good. I say, I like your wife. Sure, Sure is

  287. a word for the day. Sure and uh kase you have their number?

  288. Oh? Actually no, you give me back you have you have the number?

  289. So I look, I said, no, but you do. And

  290. so he went researching, researching, researching for one week, got an email,

  291. got an email from the guy, and the guy said, we will

  292. take your requests. And when Delirious finally came to Malaysia, Oh, I

  293. tell you, Martin Smith such a good singer band. Every time the band

  294. travels around the world, they travel with their family and they come back to

  295. London and they were serving their local church. Martin Smith will be usher.

  296. They believe in serving the local church. Whenever they are away. They can't

  297. when they come back, all serve on their local They are superstars, you

  298. know. Delirious was the number one Christian band in the world, celebrated even

  299. in America. It's one of the top. Well they call him Christian rock

  300. Brander, you know, but it's amazing, amazing, delirious. And when

  301. Delirious came and I had a chat with Martin Smith, he said, pass

  302. Cannas, I just want to let you know that anywhere we go, we'll

  303. ask the lot where. So we put out forty invitations. Wow, forty

  304. invitations for that we can know, and and Martin said, Martin Smith said,

  305. so we prayed over the forty invitations, and the Holy Spirit said,

  306. you will go to Malaysia. And that's why we're here. It's quite amazing,

  307. all right, So all things are possible. We've got amen. Okay,

  308. So I said, put to Daya and Ka went and found out the

  309. number that he called, and on the other side of the line was a

  310. Malay lady, very precious Malay lady. She says, uh, okay,

  311. you want to rent ken that's the many number one. The date is available,

  312. that's the number two. Right. So you're a church, a church

  313. that can meet in this pride and joy of Mahadir made built this pride's pride

  314. and joy the best conference center in the world. He hoped he would be

  315. or at least the most groovy looking, one beautifuler met in a place that

  316. I'm not sure whether Mahade saw that ex church will meet there and worship the

  317. Lord when he built it. Only God knows. And so this lady says,

  318. church can The date is open? Yeah? Can? How much will

  319. it be? Well? It will be forty two thousand, ring it?

  320. Mmkay. You came back to me and said, Pastor, miracle number one

  321. church can meet here, and we will be the first church. Wow,

  322. we are really history makers writing this church. First church to me, first

  323. church to meet as a church here, second miracle. The date is available,

  324. days before I've taken days after I take it, dates available, dates

  325. is available, and I say, oh good. I said, okay,

  326. oh good. So did you make a booking? You know, because once

  327. bitten twice shy, he says no, Pastor, I actually said, uh

  328. no, I won't take it. I said, what, say yes?

  329. Possibly because it's forty two thousand, and I'm sure you really told me that

  330. it's even twenty five is too expressive. I said, you're right, you're

  331. right, And immediately, you know, for like three seconds, I said,

  332. but Lord, then why do you send me there and the losses.

  333. I'm not done yet. Ask ken Yah to find out whether they give discount

  334. to NGO and to church. Can I said, oh yo, I didn't

  335. ask. Ladies and gentlemen ask, and you shall seek and you shall not

  336. and it shall be tryler, don't just be so spiritual, be practice girl.

  337. So okay, Yeah, when her name is Azura, I think yeah,

  338. I think they call it zura aa Zurrah Zorrah. You know, do

  339. you offer a special great two churches? She said, You're the only church

  340. I've done so far in put your there. So I don't know, let

  341. me ask. My boss called the boss and then came back with the figure.

  342. My boss said, we will give you fifty percent discount. That's a

  343. lot. You know that they didn't even have to give it. And so

  344. now with fifty percent discount and all the other miracles, I said, okay,

  345. I believe that God will provide. Twenty five may be a bit too

  346. high. Twenty wine is lesseller, but more importantly is God is God.

  347. So I asked a lot, Lord, why why put your dire? And

  348. the Lord says, after you were able to cross the barrier of the sixty

  349. percent, Now I want you to understand it's not just about the sixty percent.

  350. It's also about East Malaysia. It's also about the Asli. It's also

  351. about the refugees that I hear, the foreign workers that I hear see.

  352. Bismillah will symbolize one group, but Putrajaya symbolizes all groups, because what is

  353. decided in put will affect everybody. And the theme is not that some may

  354. know, but all may know. You understand, God is doing something.

  355. And while I'm telling you all this, there's something prophetic about it. There's

  356. something there's there's an understanding that you need to catchure that there is a time

  357. and there's an urgency and there's a plan in God's mind for this country.

  358. Because I believe what happened in but Jaya that day is a beginning to our

  359. revival. And a lot of you were there. You couldn't even stop tearing.

  360. And you don't even know why. I tell you, it's the presence

  361. of God. It's God's approved. This is good pleasure falling and flowing upon

  362. acts. And it was not just X representing ourselves. We were representing the

  363. Church of the Living God in Malaysia. Let me tell you a few more

  364. things. Before I close, I want you to imagine something, and before

  365. that, I'll give you a scripture. The scripture is found in Romans eight

  366. nineteen to twenty one or nineteen twenty one. Let's look at the scripture for

  367. the earnest expectation of the creation. All creation eagerly waits for the revealing of

  368. the sons of God. The Hall of Malaysia, if you would believe it

  369. is waiting for you and I to be revealed, to show ourselves up and

  370. to speak up, and to do what is needed to be done. And

  371. verse twenty one says, because the creation itself, also the creation Malaysia,

  372. will be delivered. Somebody say, amen from the bondage of corruption. Do

  373. you know how many of us have actually prayed against corruption for years to see

  374. it fall and crumble. Corruption in Malaysia is huge. But prayer is one

  375. thing, though showing up is another thing. We can pray until the cows

  376. come home. I'm telling you right now, God expects us also to present

  377. ourselves at the right time, at the right place, to speak up for

  378. him, to show up for him. So you know how the corruption is

  379. going to be broken. The bondage of corruption, the glorious liberty of the

  380. tune of God. When the children God revealed themselves, step up to the

  381. plate, show up. When the time comes, that's when we will see

  382. bondages, even of corruption break. Come on, if you believe it,

  383. say amen, it's just showing up. But not just showing up. I

  384. want to tell you another thing. In some three two verse three, the

  385. Bible says you are and you are holy and thrown in the praises of Israel.

  386. So we all believe that God inhabits and is enthrowned in the praises of

  387. his people. Do you believe that that means this morning, when we praise

  388. God, when we worshiped him, God's presence came down. That's what he

  389. means. It means that He inhabits, He comes, and he dwells among

  390. us in our praises. So that's why sometimes when you're down and you praise

  391. God, you feel up because His presence takes over. When you're sick,

  392. you praise God and suddenly you feel better because there's power in praise. What

  393. is the power? The power is His presence. And he already said you

  394. aren't thrown. That means God is lifted up He becomes God of our lives

  395. and our situation and our circumstances when we praise him. And that's why in

  396. those days before Israel went out to war, they set out Judah, and

  397. Judah is praise. And that is another scripture I have for you. Judges

  398. twenty verse eighteen. Judges twenty verse eighteen says that the truth of Israel arose

  399. and went up to the House of God to inquire of God. They said,

  400. which of us shall go up first to battle against the children of Benjamin?

  401. The Lord said, what is praise? Judah means praise, praise first,

  402. no matter how down you are, no matter how dark the situation.

  403. Is learned to praise the Lord. Praise the Lord not out of feelings,

  404. but out of faith, because he inhabits the praises of his people. So,

  405. as I draw to a close my last lap, now I want to

  406. say something to you. Can you imagine give you some history. Putrajaya started

  407. operating as the center of administration in nineteen ninety nine. How many of you

  408. were born then, Yeah, we were born already right nineteen ninety nine some

  409. of you and you know, you're like, what's that's that's a year nineteen

  410. ninety nine. PICC was built in twenty three, four years after Putrajaya became

  411. the center of administration or the center of power, center of government, PICC

  412. was built. So this year is two thousand and twenty four, two thousand

  413. and three. PICC was built twenty and twenty four. Ex church is there

  414. worshiping so for about twenty one years. Listen to me now, if you

  415. really believe that our praisers bring down the present of God. For twenty one

  416. years or at least twenty years, God's presence couldn't come down because praisers didn't

  417. go up. Now we can pray again until our face is blue. But

  418. I'm telling you right now, the presence of God was not on putr Jaya

  419. for that many years. It was there because there were no one to praise

  420. him. Now, maybe there were one or two Christian doctors, or one

  421. or two Christian policemen, or one or two Christian you know, government officers

  422. who praise the Lord now and then. But as a church, do you

  423. know if you google church and Puja Jayad, theres none and so I'm even

  424. thinking of starting one. Uh and we are now asking some of the hotels

  425. to consider. Can you imagine God up in heaven looking down Puja Jaya,

  426. hearing all his believers pray. Corruption come down, Corruption come down, corduction

  427. come down, and he wants to come down and deal with corruption. But

  428. he comes down on the praises of his people. So he can't come down

  429. if there's no praise. If you believe in scripture, you gotta believe this.

  430. He comes down when there's pay. That's why God sends people to different

  431. places because when he senses he expects us to bring praise to that office.

  432. He expects us to bring praise to that factory, He expects us to bring

  433. praise to that hospital, He expects us to bring pray to that school.

  434. He explained. So when there's no praise, he doesn't come. Although you

  435. can say, oh, but God, it's everywhere. I know he's everywhere,

  436. but his manifest presence, his glorious, powerful presence, comes down where

  437. his people praise him. I alls do with me very important. It can

  438. be a gym you're working at, or it can be you know, government,

  439. whatever. If you believe scripture, then you believe that He comes down

  440. when we praise. And for twenty one years he's waiting to come down and

  441. putcha Jaya to touch every decision that they make. And he can't until a

  442. church would worship him. And now you know why when you enter Pagai that

  443. day you were in tears. It was not a work of man. It

  444. was twenty one years of waiting by the Lord. You think that we wait

  445. on the Lord, the Lord waits on us. Two they were okay with

  446. this. This was the significance if you don't understand what happened on the twenty

  447. fifth of every that God was waiting and over a thousand people praised and worshiped

  448. and danced before the Lord, and God came down. And do you think

  449. that will ever be the same. Of course not because his presence came down.

  450. Now, of course I'm hungry for more. I'm hungry to get as

  451. close as i can to the center of government and to praise God some more.

  452. But that one occasion, it's almost like how King Solomon dedicated temple and

  453. the President of God was so strong the ministers couldn't minister anymore. The cloud

  454. of glory came into is like that. No, that day, in like

  455. the cloud glory came into that place. And you know that place is being

  456. used by a lot of government officials. Almost every government office uses that for

  457. seminar use it so they will come in and they will talk about their decisions

  458. and the future, and they will plan for you know, plan ahead under

  459. that presence. Now, I want you to think about how powerful that day

  460. was. Are we okay? And that's why it's important that Christians just show

  461. up and praise the Lord wherever we are. I close with this one quick

  462. story. How may you know that ever since we came to got the communing

  463. in this place that got the communing is also not the same. Again,

  464. we're gonna believe that now. So as I close that, let me just

  465. tell you a story. So we've come here for salt. Salt is the

  466. Saturday X leaders or leadership training. And at lunch time we usually tell each

  467. other where should we go for lie? You remember not when we used to

  468. have our meetings not just here, but at the other second floor, first

  469. floor or something. And sometimes we will go to a place called the corner.

  470. All right, Very funny because the first time we went to the corner,

  471. people ask us which corner the place is called corner? So I said,

  472. the corner on the corner, and I have taken it as my life's

  473. goal that wherever I go, I want to be God's like. I'm sure

  474. that you are like that as well. You will never see me being rude

  475. to a waiter unless the waiter is you know, it's terrible. Okay,

  476. that's all. I'll just walk away. But I went into this corner and

  477. there's a lady called Lynn. You remember Lynn. She looked really gar,

  478. very fierce on Edward, you're nodding your hete you remember Lynn. Lynn doesn't

  479. smile one no. Can we merge the table because we are a big group.

  480. Can and so every time we you know, sometimes I go to restaurants

  481. not because of the food. I go because of the people. I do

  482. that in London, I do that in any other church Planza because if you

  483. go enough times, you will see people respond. Because why you are a

  484. child of God, you carry something, You carry his presence. All right,

  485. Lynn became a friend. Can earth You're a much table now? She

  486. asks, I didn't know that Lynn had gone from corner to yelow. I

  487. don't know why I somehow feel that Yello would be a place where I love

  488. you will eat today because I just said it. And then we also decided

  489. Daniel under ye also knows your name, Yello. Just you know, in

  490. remind you we used to book up the place. Huh remember Vincent book up

  491. the place. Almost all the tables were taken by extras in there. And

  492. then the food is gooda and then again and now it's my second chance,

  493. all right to also be the light. And you guys, you know,

  494. I think you're kind to the waiters and wait just they like us Noga.

  495. Not too long ago I went back and they said, where's your church?

  496. How come don't come already? Your food is so bad. No, I

  497. didn't say that. I said no, because there are many other restaurants.

  498. Our people want to try. I would say, our people are I didn't

  499. say me. I said I want to come back one. I want to

  500. compet. My people want to try other places. So Lynn was there,

  501. Hey, that's the can eve, I'm here. I said, Hi,

  502. Lean, what are you doing here? I left the corner and came to

  503. the intermediate. No, actually you know it's corner so no, so and

  504. lot okay. So I went with my wife to eat the other day,

  505. and the Indian waitress came up to us. She says, are you both

  506. past us? I said, yeah, Lean told me that you were past

  507. us. I said, yeah, anything I can do for you. She

  508. says, I'm from India and I'm working here in Yellow I haven't been to

  509. church for many, many months. I said, oh, I said,

  510. I can help you, and so she gave a number. Oh, I

  511. was, so, you know, I'm glad that when we go to restaurants

  512. and all that I've been praying right that we will really be able to be

  513. a real salt and light in Cota Communi. Every place we eat, every

  514. place we buy, something that just be the line, be the salt and

  515. so far. As I took down her number and then I ran again.

  516. I just went again Thursday because I was I was doing chein up talk show

  517. year Thursday, I ran. I saw her again as I'm already my food

  518. with the team. I said, hey, sister, did anyone from my

  519. church contact you? She says, no, okay, about three four five

  520. weeks have passed. She said, how come? And then, of course,

  521. you know, stirring within me again, So I text my wife.

  522. I said, dear you remember this Indian girl not from India. No,

  523. I was walking here once to come to church and she says yeah, oh

  524. yo, She said, oh yo, sorry, we were so busy.

  525. The theme for this year is that all may know, and I just want

  526. to encourage all of us as a church. Let's not get too busy for

  527. the people that we are trying to reach. So my wife immediately caught her

  528. number and then she says someone else picked up and no that I don't know

  529. yellow and I don't know this Indian girl. Okay, So I said,

  530. sister, you still want to go to church. I can only go for

  531. the early one, eight fifteen one, but I need transport. Fassa Immediately,

  532. Megan was right in front of me, Pasa, I don't mind driving,

  533. just ask me. I like, I'm going. I'm going to close

  534. right now to encourage all. There's a call to action to this. There's

  535. a call to action for all of us. We need to not get too

  536. busy for people, no matter what race they are, no matter who they

  537. are, when people meet the Lord, when people need to come to church,

  538. we must make it a priority. And if you tell me that passa,

  539. I'm going to fetch somebody to come here, even if you have to

  540. miss the pre service, pre worship prayer. I'm gonna take that as more

  541. important that you go ahead and get the person. So Shirley was next to

  542. me, and Shelly said, okay, past I'm gonna get her number.

  543. Now. I'm going to call her number on the spot. And so she

  544. took a number, called her and her number rang and she says, oh,

  545. okay, all right, she's not here this morning because we haven't caught

  546. her yet. And that was Thursday. So as I close, I want

  547. to pray for an urgency because we as Christians were meant to show up and

  548. was meant to be the salt and the light so that people can come to

  549. know him. Her name is Ritu, the foreigner from India at Yelow.

  550. My question is will we be willing to set aside our business. Don't become

  551. like that story of the Prodigal No, not the pardigle the Good Samaritan,

  552. where the pastor was so busy he just passed by the person who was hurt

  553. on the ground, passed by the levite, passed by the church worker,

  554. passed by everybody who is rushing to church, passed by the very man that

  555. needed help. I pray that Rito will be contacted before next Sunday. The

  556. numbers with Passa Sandra now or with Elder Shirley. I wonder how many of

  557. you here in this room will step up to it. But I want to

  558. tell you that many more retooths, many more retoos India. She's a foreigner.

  559. That all may know why Putrajaya is because people like Ritto needs to come

  560. to church. She's a foreigner. And may the Lord just give us a

  561. real heart for the people around us, not to be too busy for them.

  562. May the Lord help us to drive our car out a little bit earlier.

  563. So go to Yelow. I think redtoo stays above Yellow or somewhere nearby

  564. there. Bring her to church, let her worship the Lord, Let her

  565. experience God, and then she would be so filled with the Holy Spirit.

  566. She'll go back to her workplace and she would touch many others, even other

  567. customers, maybe other colleagues. But there are many other retooths around here in

  568. Gootakamuning, all around this area where we eat and shop and do our daily

  569. business. May the Lord use extrach, May the Lord use us hallowujh.

  570. I believe that God is waiting even as we are waiting on the Lord.

  571. He's waiting on us. He's waiting on us because when we start praising him,

  572. his presence will come down, his glory will come down. Let's not

  573. just pray for another soul to come to ext church until we are committed to

  574. go and get that soul. Come on. We need to show up at

  575. people's doorstep, even as they have showed up on our doorstep. We've got

  576. to begin to knock on people's doors. We need to begin to take up

  577. that phone to call not just another Christian, not just another Christian gossip.

  578. We need to begin to have the heart of God and eyes that would be

  579. open to see the loss. They're all around us. They're all around us.

  580. Why is God doing this? He's not as interested in the destination as

  581. he is in our destiny. And our destiny as a church is that all

  582. may know. Somebody say amen, that all may know the love of Jesus

  583. and the saving knowledge of God. God bless you. We hope you've been

  584. blessed by this message. For more information on our church, please visit as

  585. Church Org. We are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

  586. this week is going to be a good week ahead for you. God bless
